Sorry about that, guys.
I don't know what happened right at the end, but it happened right at the end.
So it's a bit of good, I'm a bit of bad, and the bad being the tech, but hopefully everything is good now.
Test it one more time.
Anybody on YouTube, can you guys hear me?
Just put a message in the chat if you are, if you're able to hear me.
All right, test it one more time.
Let me test again.
Are you guys hearing me?
Anybody, if you hear me, I see feeling.
here and DK and here, just to a U.S.B.
When you can send a speaker request,
I just need to know how far down in the chat.
This thing died.
I hope I didn't die.
I hope it didn't die before.
Yeah, man.
Okay, Phil. I'm hearing you.
Give me one more.
I hearing you twice, actually.
Is there something else again?
You hearing me now?
I am hearing you.
How do you like the episode?
Well, it was good.
I, 15 minutes ago, I got, I had to come off, but I didn't hear the very, and I heard when his daughter came in and that was it.
Oh, okay, okay, okay.
It was refreshing, man.
Yeah, man.
Oh, gosh, man.
Oh, gosh, man.
It's like a reminder what the market is supposed to be.
Exactly.
Yeah, remind how the market is supposed to be, man.
Yes.
No in business and can articulate it well.
Oh.
And I'm fine, and I love this point about talking to the team and getting the right team for the right things.
I know how that can be also in business.
So find the right team to help with the right things.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's refreshing.
It's refreshing.
It's refreshing to hear a CEO actually talking sensitive and talking about them company.
I know them business.
Know them business.
I forgot, it's like a legitimately forgot how.
Sorry, I think.
I think I lost that's my moment.
You hear me?
I am hearing you, but I'm hearing you twice.
Hold on once I come from me.
You go ahead and talk for you.
I think I just hearing myself twice.
Yeah.
I, um, yeah.
I'm sorry I didn't.
I don't have any Aure Williams right now,
but that might change.
Just,
First thing on the morning, Sir Phil.
You see it.
Hey, man.
Oh, wow.
I wish I had bought,
after growing, Randy had,
gave us a talk.
Yeah.
They've been on the radar.
Yeah.
The usual problem.
Too many options.
Not enough funds.
The importance of that.
trust is a real thing.
There's only so much we can know about a company.
But we depend on the team to build trust.
Yeah.
In the retail investor community.
And the fact that they have, they're seeking on their own to engage
community that is in and of itself important,
believe me.
They see the importance of it.
I mean, you were saying,
you said that, you know,
it's very important to,
well, the company's primary focus
or the primaries of the company,
their focus should be
the business and, you know,
the share price would follow.
And he even sought to disagree with you on that
and say, well,
share price important to him too.
And now that,
that's great.
That's very good to hear.
Blew my mind.
Blue my mind.
Also, the, how do I put it?
You can tell when a person knows a thing that they're talking about.
Yes.
You can't fake it for very long.
I'd like to think that with me you can't fake it for even less time.
And you can tell the gentleman no.
the thing. I wanted to ask me about his sister and his mother, like more about what they do in the business.
But, I mean, maybe next quarter. Maybe next quarter. Because the fact also that they are, the fact that they are involved, not his sister and his mother, I mean, but the fact that they, you know, Ari Williams said they're from the pharmacy side of things,
mean like they can literally acquire their market, you get me?
Meaning if they buy a, if they buy two pharmacies, one in Mubay, one in West Milan,
suddenly you have two more places to distribute it exclusively, maybe.
Yes.
Ah, I remember my question.
Yeah, so, so Randy, how you feel about separate, the split,
and APO how do I feel about separate split and APO
perspective split and and prospective APO I mean if I the owner says X is going to
happen and X is going to happen don't you agree
yeah yeah but what is X what is it what exactly is X?
the split and the APO
yeah man but you know better than that
you have a little deeper than that
what exactly is X
all right so
see we can bring up this notice here
there's gonna be an
each next month
and two other resolutions
that they're gonna put for the one is up
bring it up and then
bring it up and then
and then say
bring it up first
all right
yeah I don't want your guess
because we do a lot to that.
This is the last part of the show.
Most people go on them bed, nobody not hearing us.
So we can talk, a little gem talk.
That's a realistic gem talk.
I'm hearing myself echoed, too.
I'm sorry if you're hearing me echoed on,
on,
I know why I'm echoing now.
Sorry, no,
there's the people on the YouTube
are saying they're hearing me echoed,
but I know right now.
Let's see.
It's a broad mode of extraordinary general meeting.
I'm not equate anymore.
That was the issue.
Okay.
A good note.
Can I read, really notice?
Yeah, man, I'm good to go.
Go through.
All right.
So.
Six are we in about now here.
We got through.
The board of directors of Sepra
has called an extraordinary general meeting
of shareholder stockproof
and increase in the company's
authorized share capital,
a 541 stock split.
and give the board the authority to issue shares including by way of an additional public offering
what are you reading the what are you reading you're reading the public the notice on the jac
yeah man but which notice all right so it's the um six-year-old approval for stock split and ability to
raise new equity notice yeah man no no no not very read that's not for us that's for the gleaner
that's for the press, not press, for investors.
Press don't understand, so you write things for the press so that they'll repeat it.
The press is going to read, the press release, almost word for word.
But that's not for us.
But investors, is the EGM notice.
What's the EGM notice?
The EGM notice is beside it.
It's a proud notice of EGM.
all right okay notice of extraordinary general meeting increased in author share capital
file phone stocks with an authority it's a shares including additional public offer
all right let me scroll down what are you reading is the e jm notice
yeah notice of e jm what does it say yeah we heard the first part i just read right uh all right
I can reread it if you want.
It's no problem.
No, I don't need to reread it.
So let me go to the important part.
Be it resolved, increase in all-tar and share capital,
that the author share capital will come to be increased from 1 billion ordinary shares
to 1.9 billion ordinary shares by creation of 900 million additional shares.
Additional ordinary shares ranking for Rupersu.
in our respect to the existing ordinary shares.
Okay.
Subdivision of ordinary shares that
subject to unconditional upon resolution one taking effect,
each ordinary share of the company in issue at the record date
to be fixed by directors be subdivided into five ordinary shares
ranking Paripasou in all respects with each other,
such that the author of share caps of the company shall be
9.5 billion ordinary shares
and that the directors be authorized to fix the record date
and make all necessary notifications to the Jamaica Stock Exchange
and the Jamaica Central Security Depository Limited
on the basis of the
910,045,000,000,00038
ordinary shares in its EU at the date of this notice.
The issued share capital would become 4 billion 554 million.
5455.
754 million, 754 million, 727,690
orders.
The third one here is authority to issue shares including by additional public offer.
That subject to and conduct.
two and conditional upon resolutions one and two taking effect the directors be and here are here
and are hereby authors to allot on issue from time to time up to the whole of the unissued
ordinary share capital of the company whether by and additional public offers rights issues
private placement as consideration for acquisitions or any combination of the four
going or otherwise at such price or prices on such terms and at such time or times as the
directors may determine and to apply the net proceeds as the as the directors think fit
including to the repayment of indebtedness of the company and its subsidiaries
okay but um my view is still in a once them say if you
you're doing the APU yeah yeah sure you're sure you know
go ahead oh you mean sure they throw the term right issue yeah they're
all these other fancy things but from his APU i just know that okay they're doing the
appeal no doubt they're doing a secondary dilutive offer
uh-huh yeah what what i'm curious about is you know what will this
money B was for are they going to buy something?
Almost certainly.
I realize that the problem with the notices are.
Most people aren't going to do what I just force you to do, which is to read the
now first, first of all, most people are not even reading the press release.
I'm reading the head and written about the article that's written about the press
release and not going deep into it.
even and then the people who got through the trouble of reading what you just read,
after a certain point, it becomes, it becomes,
is that they don't know what they're reading,
so they'm just getting through it, to get it out of the way,
and so they don't hear the words that they're actually saying.
And I said that because it all happened to me,
because I read this, and even I didn't, I remember reading the last thing,
and to apply the net proceeds as a director's thing for it,
including the repayment of indebtedness of the company and its subsidiary.
is.
Mm-hmm.
What was your question to me?
What's the question to me?
I don't want to...
I'm always looking for, you know, where's the gain to be made from this?
And I think there's a gain to be made from this.
There's undoubtedly some gain to be made from some of this, if not all of this.
Yeah.
But yeah, there is some gain to me from it.
The APO itself, you're not going around what an APO is.
The effect is the effect if you do an APO.
Are they going to, you see the problem is?
In the past, instead of going down the sensible road and actually having a conversation in a real way about what an APO is,
And so that would lead us to understanding the APO effect.
It was just mean going on and on and on and on about it.
And some people didn't bother to try and understand that just, oh, no, it must be against it, anti-APO, anti-APO.
And so they didn't learn.
Now, most of those people don't really invest.
And the ones who do, they're okay losing money.
I'm not like most of those people.
I invests money that I make.
It's hard for me to make my money.
It's even harder for me to have the money bon up.
So I know better.
I've gone into depth of it.
If you actually go into the depth of what an APO is,
understand the APO effect.
The APO effect is not something that Randy made up.
You can't talk your way out of the APO effect.
It's not accidental that the only way that any company on the market
has been able to avoid the APO effect
has been to spend a crap load of money after the fact.
to try and avoid it.
And even then it doesn't work.
It only works if nobody buys the shares initially
and nobody really participated in the APA.
I don't mean like 138SL.
I mean like KP REIT.
And even then a capital of money
had to be spent by some would say VM
to prop it up.
Every single other APO company
from the point rate unknown still no.
Share prices down.
JMMB is more than,
JMB's share price can double
and it still won't get back to where it was at APO.
It's been so many years that I don't need to defend my point anymore.
If you think an APO is fine and ran the guy on Twitter is wrong,
you go and take your hard money and you put an APO,
anything you get, you deserve.
I have no issue with that.
However, these guys have a reputation.
These guys specifically separate Muslims, P.B. Scott,
they have a reputation and how they've done things.
has always been along the Australia.
When we're talking earlier to Audley and Donne from Aria Williams,
I was thinking of Seprod when I was saying that, you know,
the importance of getting your reputation right, especially in this space.
Their reputation is so strong that, again, APO is APO.
When I hear right to share by, when I hear APO, I sell.
It's a truism. It's not true with that truism. However, the APO effect is the APO effect.
You have to understand it in order to understand when little bits of it can be tweaked for you to maybe get something and avoid something else, some pain, right?
These guys have enough of a reputation, at least with me, for me to trust that they are going to be able to do most of it, if not all of it, well.
you might ask for an APO, but again, there's nothing called an APO.
It's a dilutive secondary offer.
But if you read it, what they're asking for is permission to eventually dilute you.
And the dilution is from issuing shares usually to a party in a specific way.
I don't think that they're going public with that.
If they're doing a standard APO like you've seen across the, all the other companies,
then there is no getting around what happens in that case.
That share price is going to bleak.
But I would not be surprised if that is not what they are doing.
That's what I'll say.
There's many things that can be done in a dilutive manner.
And if you're just doing the standard APO, like you've seen from Barita, J.M.B, you name it.
Then the share price is going to bleed.
If they're taking up a couple hundred million shares and offering it to the public at a cheaper price
and the current share price or the post-split share price,
then just find out about that APO prices
and get used to living below it.
However, however, there are other things
that can be done in other ways
that can avoid the APO effect,
but you have to understand what the APO effect actually is
to know if the things you are doing are avoiding it.
And the truth is,
if you listen to the people
who have not understood
or spoken in any sensible
or accurate way about the APOs
to this day
where anybody who buy into APO
your pocket is burning you is your fault
sorry by zero fault
if you listen to those people no
and they say oh no we understand the APO effect
all of a sudden
well
do they have the reputation for you to trust them
I don't want to go too deep into it here.
I'll leave it there.
But for the other point, I mean, you can't.
To me, they're laying out a very clear picture of something.
I say that there's a dot between this.
And there's a possible dot between this and the, there's a possible dot between this and the increase in share price.
of CPJ over the last few months, maybe, weeks.
Months or weeks, I'm not sure.
Yeah, from the end of August,
until today, CPJ is of 45% and it has been higher.
In some reason, I feel like there's a link between those two.
And yeah, maybe it's a deeper conversation.
But yeah, Jason, I hope I didn't answer it fully, but I'm not trying to answer fully on here.
But I do like that you asked the question.
If anybody other than you did ask the question, Jason, are you on a couple of people?
I would be more than willing to answer it.
Something's got to answer for three on here, open like that.
But what I will say is that Sepra does have the, they have a hell of a track record.
They kind of did the quote unquote first APO.
They did a dilutive offer back in the day.
And everybody in the markets is going to say that, right?
We're in a faster horse market.
So you can tell people going, oh, yeah,
like what I did with face it, to buy face it,
which there is some truth in that.
There is some of that there.
But what was the impact of that also?
But hey, we're having a real conversation with your,
you're having a real conversation with your,
from the perspective of actually investing your money,
you want to go deeper than that.
But you want a clear ending to that point,
if they are doing, in my view,
if they are doing a straightforward issue,
four and a half billion shares to the open market,
even one billion, even 500 million shares,
what's the average?
Yeah, if any other to the open market, it's a lower price than the current share price or the post-split share price, then it is what it is.
You get what you deserve if you're into that.
But I don't think that's what they're doing.
I suspect that's not what they're doing.
And I have so much respect for them not necessarily doing that, that I have quite a few shares in separate that I have not yet sold them.
and on the normal circumstances that have sold already
I know I might still sell
two days left in a month I might still sell
but it is what it is
I have answered you question
yeah I get what you're saying
actually I wrote this comment on YouTube that if the APO is being done by
PB Scott I'm willing to hear him out first
no doubt yeah to quote him he said that
I remember him saying that something along the lines of, you know, why would I want to be diluted?
I'm a shareholder too.
I'm paraphrasing him.
But, you know, I suspect this dilution, if it happens, will be like the other dilutions that he has had where he eats at more than one table.
And we can too.
But again, if it's just a straightforward APO, then I'm out.
yeah yeah but i like you i have i he has enough financial cachet with me to for me to at least
hear him out vote yes i don't know about the vote yes business so i don't want to vote yes
is on principle yeah that's the last um you'd have a vote yes you can just you can just
you don't have a vote these days apparently it depends you know depends on what we're getting
true but i've grown tomorrow so i'll
say more I'll say more at my follow-up
yeah I'll see tomorrow and I'll say here
yeah I'll say more at a follow-up session tomorrow
than I'll say here
uh
greetings
uh jeremy my photo
there I'm all gone
if I may I just wanted to ask
one question regarding I'm not looking at the notice
I know I glimpsed over the notice initially
but
it sounds to me like
like the amount they are increasing the share capital by is not sufficient for the stock split
not the share capital the authorize shares it don't sound like it is enough for the stock split
they're moving from a bill to 1.9 bill if i'm remembering correctly they're going 1.9
but they're expecting to have yeah but usually you're
still would have to increase the utterance shares to much the amount that is splitting up to.
Maybe.
But I want, I'm inclined to say no, but I think you and are going on the same road.
But I'm inclined to say no.
I thought the same, I may have thought the same thing that you're thinking with that.
But maybe not.
because they are asking, they do say clearly in it that such as the authorized share capital
company shall have been 9.5. So they're going 1.9 and then they say, it actually is saying
that in point two. Oh, okay, okay, okay. Yeah, so they're splitting and then they're doing
the issuing and then they're splitting and they're stating in the split that they're bringing
the authorized up 9.5.
Okay, okay.
To me, they're laying out a very clear path of, yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, they're doing what they're doing.
Uh, of doubling.
They're doing what they're doing.
It's worried differently from what we're used to, but I guess resolution too,
can not take care of the bit I thought was missing.
It's worded so well.
I hate that it's a period because it's worded so well.
It's worded so well.
It's worded so well.
That's why I said to Jason earlier, say you'll read it and don't read the press release.
Read the actual IBM notice.
It's worded so well.
It's worded so well.
It's a kind of wording that I'm used to seeing you put in front of the typical analysts,
and they do not understand it.
They don't get it.
they don't get that they miss so much that's that's right there it's where that's so well
yeah yeah what you think about it know that with that point in mind uh jerry that that the
9.5 bill is authorized what you think um well i i i'm off the opinion and definitely
going to the stock split um like you
you mentioned I also believe that whatever they are doing it will be done in such a way that
the APO effect will not be as detrimental or it pretty much where you explained it it will be
a big I think a big chunk of those years even if some go to the public I think the majority
will go to some party that they have identified,
coming at some strategic investor or something.
Yeah, parties.
Possibly other entities within the group.
Almost, sir.
As well as just by virtue of how it is worded,
I believe
if
I believe that
from the perspective of what
we've been accustomed to hearing
as an APO as you described it
accurately
a secondary dilutive offering
I
believe that
the majority of shares that will be issued
won't be issued through that method
so the actual
secondary
Derogative offer might just be set up in such a way that it is only a small amount of shares
that is issued in that offer.
It's not all.
Yeah.
You know anybody who bought, you know anybody who sold in the A.S. Brideon Biber?
Not back.
CPS. Oh, I think I may know people who didn't know, but I don't know. I don't know. I don't know
for sure that they did the one in Trinidad oh you mean that the one that wasn't
in trade that no yeah the second these guys bought a company twice
mm-hmm you front everybody at the hand he was yeah yeah yeah yeah these guys are sharp
these guys are sharp to quote richard fandoi you know as long as the asset being acquired
is higher invalid than the cost of capital.
I don't disagree with him and he's playing at the level where that's how you can do it.
But as I say, if it is a straight-up APO, well, there's no question about what that is.
Yeah. And I like, I like the distinction that you made just now.
So it may be done in such a way.
or it is possible for one to be done and they well especially with them doing a stock
spitz first because the stock in and of itself to me creates an amount of protection
I mean I look at Fosstich for example Foszich at I don't remember what price
they are at no but there are still multiples of where they were before they did that
stock split and that kind of hid some of the fix of whatever else they did that, for lack of a
better word, with a piece of the investors.
And they're suffering for that, but where they're coming from.
They're still ahead of that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know what it is?
You've heard me ask people this.
Why do companies do a stock split?
And everybody, usually I get no answer or no sensible answer, meaning I get, you know,
what was usually, to increase the, to increase the liquidity, not increase the liquidity.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, give the critical answer, the chat GPD answer, which, okay, okay, okay,
I like, they'd say that for separate, but separate has, you know, separate has a billion shares.
There's no shortage of acquisition of separate shares.
shares are always available and shares are all these trading
and because you don't understand
if I see something like I saw a headline
to be fair I didn't read the article either
but saw a headline coming off it say
we're looking at what's happening with Seprod
oh
GK to ask you to a split and I'm thinking
oh no I didn't say that one
I didn't say that one
it was some
was that one of the AI articles
No, I'm going to say no, it was one of the AI articles.
I think it was Al article.
I think it was...
Oh, okay.
I think it might have been an OAT Today article.
Let's see if I can find it.
I think it might have been an OATDAY article.
And again, it was just going off.
Sorry, I was just going off headline, but it was pretty much saying, you know,
because of separate stock split, you know, GK. What about the GK stock split? What about it?
It's like looking at, looking at GK also once it was all today.
As soon as I come out of this, I'm sure I'll find it. I can't find it now.
It's along the same line where it's like pretty much somebody asking for it. Like you, you don't
understand that stock splits aren't done for no reason.
And they certainly aren't done to increase the liquid.
I mean, it's often a part of the narrative to sell the stock split.
Of course, of course.
So you tell them what us investors have to be smarter.
And as you're saying, it is GK's share count back in focus as separate moves to split.
separate proposed 5-4-1
which has revived a recurring question on the JSCE
why some of its largest companies still trade with fewer than a billion shares
while peers carry several billion
who is asking that
who is that who cares
who cares if there is less than a billion or more than a billion
why are you asking for more than a billion
G Gerskin is the most prominent
case the Food and Financial Services Group has about 987 million shares an issue
according to Morning Star and it's and it's not as trading in roughly 607 to 74 over
the past year GK stock is undervalid it should easily be in a 120 range bear in mind I
think my personal thoughts up to this sentence the headline and everything up to this
sentence is asking for something that is going to destroy the damn thing like you don't
Axwell has split to get. Anyway, the conglomerate founded in Jamaica has resisted costs
from individual shareholders to split its stock for more than a decade. For more than a decade,
when did they do the last one? Yeah, the last splitting shares was 2016, a three for one
that lifted from 400 million to 1.2 billion shares. Stock was near 118 when the plan was announced.
See, Denzi Odley, down where they said the split would make the stock available to more investors.
I know we're talking about Wicinco I'll want I'll want uptown portfolio dead also the days I
think are kind of gone of split announce and there's a mad reaction to the
murder by the stock split yeah the retail don't know the retail don't know the
retail don't really know and I never thought that that used to happen to begin
with meaning I never thought that those were the reasons why it happened I know
that wasn't ever the reason I rushed to it, even though the effect of that is known
and the benefit of profit. But yeah, I've never understood. I didn't understand. I'm reading it
further into the article. It's still not making any sense. While separate as opted for a stock split,
GK has gone by rock route. That sentence implies that both of those things are
two roads to get the same
effect.
Okay.
Apple has been five times since going
in public in 1980.
I don't think this article is AI, but
maybe it should have been. You know what?
Short out to Al. As you know a heroist.
I have more respect
for Al's writing these days.
Because the AI
stuff has been... The article doesn't make any sense, though,
it doesn't make any sense. It doesn't make any sense.
So if you know
what you're talking about you know that the cycle doesn't make any sense but I understand
you want in a split and hey it's a better piece than many of the other AI things have read
yeah any Jure Mike what's up uh stay I know I try um you know me stay um it's not a rest for
sat um Friday evening actually doing how I'll change right now
I try reduce the weekend load.
No rest for the effective work as I want to say the wicked.
Yeah, man, but go on.
Still playing catch up with the market, but still trying to pay attention to at least things that matter most to me.
And I try to add to that list of things that matter most at the end of the
most importantly it's the money at the end of the day not so much the vehicles but there
are some vehicles that have potential for some decent returns and try to pay attention
to them and yeah try to capitalize we get into what I think is going to be an
interesting end of quarter I think things may work
differently for some some some some companies that expectation of certain behavior I
think I think some behavior will change somewhat you're talking about inner part of
behaviors yes okay I think yeah I think some of it might be a little different but
yes so definitely trying to capitalize on on the end of quarter we're
possible. It is often and one of those first opportunities, meaning if you buy into the right
company, you can often get in and out in a few days with decent profit. So some things that I've
been holding on to have been giving decent returns and looking to get out. Looking to get
out of those or have been getting out of some of those and positioning in what I think will
be the best bang for the book come next week. So looking forward to that.
Yeah. You're in already. What you're in already? Are you looking forward to it?
Um, hmm. If you want to say.
So I don't necessarily want to say it. But I think don't, don't, don't, don't don't. Don't
Yeah, yeah. Don't say then. Don't say, don't say.
Yeah, yeah. I'm not, I'm not a doctor, so I won't. I won't go that route this time. We don't all out up.
But yeah, yeah, definitely trying to make the best of this one while looking out for things that I need to get into quickly before.
the market sees the potent
into the dungeon and jump
and often
so this is always a challenge I have
oftentimes some of the things I want to get into
for a longer hold
are the things that people others are selling now
so they're a lot cheaper now
but you're trying to grab something for the end of month
in the quarter to make that
quick 15% or quick 20%
quick 10% whatever it is
and decent amount of money
but then you're risking
that other thing
moving again
come the start at the quarter
and I often
forget to buy back into the things I need to buy back into
in a time of manner
but as
as you and I would say
buy I sell aya after the time I've revert to that but often times if if I did not delay
that that that that gain would have come a whole lot quicker because
or the goal would have been achieved a whole lot quicker because you didn't buy back in quicker or if you
didn't yeah if I bought back in quicker sell the thing that you sold to get into something else
Oftentimes I sell ahead of the price reduction so I wouldn't say I want to bring if I
wouldn't sell into it. Sometimes what I'll do is substitute with margins instead of
selling your borrower against it but then sometimes I'm a little greedy so I want to
get the maximum gains from whatever I'm going into for end of the month or end of
quarter and yeah so you sell that thing and then if you buy in early
enough you might be able to margin that thing to and put some more in it but then as
I said my my personal challenge oftentimes is that I get so caught up with
and then I mean with work oftentimes start at a month is a busy
period with reporting and all of them things.
So, but I tell you know that,
I remember for buy back.
And then this thing gone up on 10% or so,
by the time we remember for buying.
Sometimes I feel like I'm part of the,
oh, call it,
a part of the crew where I follow the market
instead of...
The market happened to you.
Being, yeah, sometimes the market happened to me,
because some, so, so, so, so,
some time when I see those things start move or I say an alert or a notification I'm
like Jesus, I'm like, Jesus, my don't ever buy this buck, you know? I mean, it's like J. M.M.B.
I was supposed to buy about Jemm. B the other day I never buy it back, but, you know, of course,
as I said, buy I sell higher. So I eventually jumped in. And, yeah, that one not
not doing too bad now.
20 wow I was wrong earlier then when I said that you know you could buy them and they go back to
to be back at IPO price so if you're double now they're just above APO price
I know you know what what you said I don't think what you said was wrong
you said if it doubles wouldn't get back to the price before APO and I believe it was I had
yeah it was I had on 30 it before APO so you
They were in fact, before you pay, it was trading 50-something.
Traders high as 50 at the prime broker.
Yeah, all-time high in 2022,
61-24, sorry.
And that's the all-time high that I've ever traded.
That's an intradating.
It didn't close out.
But still, it is what it is.
I pay keen attention to it because it is the,
it is my canary in the coal mine.
It's the barometer of how far along the APO effect, how long it can last.
And there's such, as I put it, the economy,
have profit below the APO price for GMMP that, I mean,
it's been down where it is for years.
So, yeah, you could have made one.
There are people who are looking at 100%,
but yeah, there's, there's profit there while the APO people still waiting
on whatever is likely to come.
So it is what it is.
It is what it is.
Dividend world.
How you feel about that dividend?
That Qantas dividend.
Massive Qantas dividend.
Okay, I could lose him.
Jerry?
If we didn't lose him, maybe, maybe it's just me.
We're not hearing him idle, so I think everybody lost him.
I think so, too.
All right.
All right, if anybody else have any questions, I take a couple more questions for our app.
Then I speak in a request and I'd love to hear from you.
And tell me what you thought about episode just now.
You think about Ari Williams, guys, how this song?
I mean, I like so much the conversation that I touched on it, but
I didn't go heavily into it.
But year to date, the stock is up over 100%.
months today, the stock is up.
Over the last month, the last four weeks, the stock is up 94.5%.
I, I mean, I'll say I take 100% to the credit.
Obviously, I can't, but I feel good having bought into it.
I feel good knowing that I spoke about it, as you said, Jason, at Grow.
And I was explaining some stuff around it and really looking on,
on the same turnaround at Grow.
And so the people who would have seen it and spoken to the advantage.
about that there could be up a hundred percent in a few weeks or less. I hope you made some money.
I'm happy I made some money. I did buy it and I wasn't joking at buying more.
I'm buying more. As long as a company maintains that sort of stance that it has.
I think that's, yeah, it is refreshing to hear,
refreshing to hear somebody talking a real way about their company.
So yes, send a speaking request if you want to ask anything.
Otherwise, I'm going to wrap up soon.
So if you want to really talk, now is the time to do it.
The people on YouTube, this is somebody's YouTube comments.
What's up with Seprad, Roswell?
We just spoke about that.
I did it in a stock speech, which new article are you friends reading from
Roosevelt, my money, ja.com.
Check it up.
My Money.j.a.com slash stock slash Seprad.
You have the app, it tell you when news come
for it if you have it in any your portfolios. Yeah, everybody should check out my money,
JA.com. It is the best of what it does and it's not accidental. A lot of work goes into making
it the best of what it does, a lot of understanding of what we as investors want and need has gone into
it. And it's why the features come to you. To me, they come to you slowly, but because a lot of work
also goes into them because they are what you need, right? It's not just ask chat GPT. Although
if you want to that you can also ask chat gpt about whatever but we don't chat gpt but you can ask
yeah about a whole leap uh let me see and if you guys listening or you don't have anything you want to ask
that sounds so cool you know but i don't mind the early night but let me cover some more of the comments
the junior stock roswell camber says the junior stock are showing some good trades the news on earnings
is a catalyst as investors are reading in the trajectory on the company's current profits.
Rosa, I can tell us English, but I'm not sure.
Why?
I'm not sure what you're saying.
I'm not sure you say.
The junior stock are showing some good trades.
Like what?
Rosa, you should come on Twitter.
You should send a speaking request on Twitter.
I'd love to hear from you.
I'd love to hear from you here.
Yeah, the news on earnings is that catalyst as investors are reading in the trajectory and the company's current profits.
I'm not sure what start that was about.
Qantas is the better dividend even if it pays this in just semi-annually.
Actually, I think this would make Qantas the best or second-best dividend.
I don't believe they can, they're not, I don't believe they can or are going to do this
semi-annually. I think they're going to just pay annually. Who knows? Who knows? You know,
maybe the money's sweet. I mean, I decided split it. But I yield over. In fact, even I'm
forgetting what the yield was. I think on the USDA side, the yield is 5.21%. That might be the best.
If it's not the best, it's the second best on the market so far this year.
Let's see. Yeah, it might be the best. So there's something with dividends that I don't want to show it on the screen yet.
There's a feature that I don't necessarily want to put out there just yet until if you're a premium money JA user, keep your inbox. You'll have something coming to you very soon.
Something that I suspect you might like around dividends, people who care about dividends.
it's something
to come to you very, very soon.
Yeah, I think at 5.
at a yield of 5.21%
it would immediately be the second best
dividend on the market.
Quantas,
yeah, the Qantas yield,
it's,
again,
short-outed people have done grow, I think maybe
three growers ago.
We'd grow around the time
when the Qantas prospectors dropped,
and I think after that also,
I laid out some things that I thought
would happen with Qantas.
And going from the low point of 830 on the US to today.
I mean, I'm cherry picking the dates here, about a 68%.
If you're looking at it and trying to buy it at a low,
a 68% and on the J&D side, same stop,
but if you buy it on the J&D side,
only yields a little low.
5%, still amazing.
5%.
barbado said, I don't believe there's any tax on it. And 14.45 roughly to 23.
That's even nicer. Like 60. There are about 60% gain on the share price. And I think even at this
price, I wouldn't be surprised if there's some upside to come. Would not be surprised if there
is some upside to come. But who knows? So congrats to the people.
people, the Qantas holders, congrats to the people who held it from IPO and bigger
congrats to the people who bought it after IPO.
Uh, yeah, hit the all time high today at 23.
And I suspect there is more all time highs to come. All time low was August 7th.
Imagine that. So from the first week of August to the last week of September, two months.
You get from the all time low of 14 to the all time high of 23 point to point at 6.
64% profit. How much, how many units could you get at that?
I mean, good enough units actually for a million worth if you're seriously buying, if you believe in it.
Not a bad time to do a bitter work like that.
Congrats anybody who held it then.
Yeah, it is what it is.
Stigness's dividend of 65 cents on the dollar is great.
create a long time you don't see this level of dividend based on a stock price versus others.
I don't know if that's accurate as well.
There's been there's been um there's been good dividends older.
Like this year's dividends is not outsize greater than anything else.
It's like, I think it's like any other year.
I'm not seeing like a significantly large difference, but maybe I'm blind.
Who knows?
But hey, Idaho is good.
If you care about dividends, it's good, right?
If you care about getting a 5% yield from a dividend is great as bond level money.
And in the case of Qantas, it's tax-free, I believe.
So you don't lose 15% on it.
So it is better than many other things.
Like I said, based on my estimation here, it's a second best dividend on the market right now.
And it's actually getable with the best dividend being also outside of Jamaica, so also tax-free.
Yeah, it's what it is.
All right.
I think I spent enough time talking to myself.
I don't think anybody else wants to jump on.
And if any of the people that are on, have anything, they don't want to ask or say.
But Jason is just you and me.
Right.
Nobody else sent a speaking request.
Anything you want to say, Jason, at the end?
I'll talk to you tomorrow.
All right.
That's not like you have some money questions.
Yeah, all right.
All right.
All right.
No problem.
Well, guys, I hope you guys enjoyed the episode.
Thank you again to the guys from Ari Williams.
I like the company.
I like the company even more now.
I like how sensible the CEO and his financial controller sounds.
the fact that he's actually
you can tell that he's knowledgeable and passionate about his business
that he's put a lot of credit to his team, his family
yeah
there is hope for the market yet I'm happy for that
I'm happy with the questions that you guys asked
even yours Jason
and yeah hopefully more that it's a good day to get some good
it's a good it was a needed day
for us to get our
reminder of there being good, good, some good from the market.
Like I said, it was a great, great day for it.
Rosewell says in capping it off on YouTube, USDs, here's your force if I believe
signal is paying.
Rosalie, you check on my money, JA, there's no need to check anywhere else.
Yeah, check on my money, JAA.
There's no need to check anywhere else.
and this will actually tell you what your personal dividend yield is, which is even better.
If you go in here, it tells you what your personal dividend yield is.
Thanks to my money, Jay, for sponsoring this, as always.
Thanks to Ari Williams again, as I said, for coming on and giving us a good insight into their
operations and the thinking of some of the decision makers behind the team.
And thank you to you guys for joining in.
If you had any questions, I would have loved to take them.
But thank you to the people who did ask questions.
And yeah, have a good night, everybody.
I hope you guys enjoyed it and see again next week.
Bye-bye.
