All right, test this, this.
Yeah, I hear any.
You hear any self-doubled?
No.
I say something else again for me.
All right, I'll as well.
Test.
All right, hold on.
Hi, everybody, welcome to the early one.
It's laughing out of the son and we can get going.
Test, test, test.
Testing, testing.
Can I get it?
All right.
Still hear me than I?
Yep.
Yeah, but I definitely hear that echo.
Hmm.
I'm seeing Shea.
Hold on.
Let me check.
I think it might be.
Okay.
Better?
Yes.
One more time.
I was speaking on Restream.
I recently.
Okay.
I'm meeting to speak here.
So there we go.
All right.
And She is in.
I could have sort I heard her a while.
Yeah, she there.
Hold on she.
Oh, she's not on the space.
She's not in there.
So she should be in the second.
Yeah, she's coming.
Hey, everybody.
Welcome to the early one.
I see you have somebody sent a speaking request early out.
That's pretty nice.
That's good.
I want us just get going one time.
Maybe a nice quick over one and a half for you guys.
I'm the boss.
Perfect.
Yeah.
I haven't seen now well.
Indeed.
Hi, Shea, hearing us fine?
Oh, yeah.
Shee, what's up?
Perfect, what's up? What's up? What's up?
What you're doing? Look like we've lost her again.
Shea is still good?
Oh, yeah. You're hearing me?
Okay, perfect. Yeah, man. We're hearing you know.
Excellent.
All right, let's just get going.
Hi, everybody. Welcome to this week's Brick Talk.
I'm Randy.
And as always, I start off by having everybody know that everything I talk about on the show.
It should not be taken any way shape of our farmer's investment advice.
Always make you investment decisions.
the help of a licensed investment advisor who is in a session helping you.
That night is a licensed investment advisor, but while he's on the show,
he's just one of us talking about the market and whatever else you feel like talking about, right?
So, all that said, welcome, welcome to the July review.
So, how are you guys doing? How are you doing, Shay? How are you doing?
How is well? How is well? Quite a day.
Yeah, quite a month, you know?
Quite a month.
But I was laughing at last week's conversation into this week's trading.
Word.
You said, boy, I don't know.
You know what I do send us to 10.
You know, nothing about it.
It's like they're on the car.
I'm sure some of them employees listen.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So for the July review, I mean just looking at the things that are maybe top of mind for people.
July and then I touch a very early one that I don't think anybody can deny the
people's champ and Jamaica breaking $10 what would you guys I mean quick early
thoughts is as I'm asking me what's the most member of the thing for you and
I'm throwing it so to everybody as always if you're on you can send a speaking request
and we'd love to hear from you and I just realized also I didn't go live on videos
so if you are just seeing us know which you're about to in a second
I'll have to do all of that all over again. Wow. Nice work. Randy? Yeah, man. No, you
not hear me? I hear any of also. Yeah, sorry. I just, I did that over. So, hi, everybody.
Again, let me just do the intro again. Hi, everybody. Welcome to this week's Brick Talk. As always,
don't says that nothing that said on the show should be taken in any way shape or form as
as investment advice. Uh, only done on the show is a licensed investment advisor. And while he's on
the show, he's an acting as an advisor. He's just one of us on the show talking about the market.
right so don't buy ourselves on just because you hear people anything to talk about and that covers us also
we're not doing advice so having said that welcome to the july episode we're just talking about the
market in july review stocks you like didn't like um we encourage everybody to join us if you actually
want to join the conversation you can get the link you can get to twitter you can hit send a speaking
request and we'd love to hear from you already have one person in line waiting to talk to us and
we'll talk to them in a moment but um yeah just to set the theme on episode we're talking about july
and the something that's happened on the market so far this year and whatever it is that anybody else
wants to talk about so i'm sure people have stuff to talk about and then i just touch a very
early one is joking about what we said last week with the um uh with with the trench amer
to 10 yeah man the the the the stuff everybody loves no way to no delay um and yeah so said
so done here we are at the end of july with it breaking 10 dollars and
You're looking on the screen, you see in My Money, JA, showing us what happened today,
but if we look at for the month, meaning the month of July, 2026, the top stocks of the month.
And so My Money, J.A. We see in top stocks of the month. And this is surprising. I'm looking at this
for the first time with everybody. So Transjamaica is number seven on the list, right?
Yeah, number seven, Transylaker, Jamd is number seven on the list, rising for just a month of July, 28.29%, which of course is dwarfed by its year-to-date, 122.3%. Wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow. What are you guys thinking about that? Right, Tom. Money, money, money.
right I hold you for people should be very very very very very very happy right now I hope I
hope a lot of people are very happy I hope you guys are people exactly I mean you are you
are you are you are you are sure you are too you know yeah yeah I have you know
you have to you don't know none in your portfolio I do I do so nice
you know yeah I have I have you say how you stay
have some for you have transfer maker I've enough wow I'm odd man out I have zero
transgender maker but I have a lot of that's all right I've seen other stuff
happening my show you yeah I mean I don't have enough I've been looking at I can't
tell you that thing me I can't say that I thought I thought I was I don't want to say
the run was done but I made my money move off I had some so it's not like that
I can move out here banking and have all that should be.
Yeah, I thought we can do this month.
Yeah.
I think perhaps I am, we're done nice, we're tax-concer.
Wow.
I know I'll be enough what I, I wish I had more out of all, but I can't have
fixed what I got from it, you know?
Hmm.
I mean, it is what it is.
Right?
You did a painful calculation yet?
How much will I make it?
Yes.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know, every knowing and you have to cycle with a heartbreak.
Like, oh my God.
Conk yourself, you know?
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, look how much myself.
I haven't done that yet.
For all, look, Transmaker bought, in the times I've bought,
that's all right.
Or if you never did sell, how much would I be?
Oh my God.
But hey, anybody's ever bought it?
out if you've sold it in profit, congrats either way.
So the sixth largest riser for the month of July.
And it was quite the exciting month.
Good, Bad or Ugly, it was quite the exciting month,
but quite a few things happening.
We had 45, 45 securities ending the month,
higher than they started. And of course, on the flip side, we had a lot more than 45.
Give me a count in a moment. But my money J makes it actually very easy for me to do that.
So as I said, 45 stock rising for the month with the smallest rise of being general
accident, it ended the month of 0.34% and the largest rise of being IPCL Image Plus,
which rose 60%.
Brand this stuff
Well
Kind of
Yeah
Wow
Was it on Brickthard that I spoke about it?
Yeah
That would
Much idea
Wow
Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow
Yeah
Yeah you did
The island radio will be someone
Yeah
Yeah you did mention it on here
You were talking about it
Lucky milucky
But 60% lucky right
60% for the start
I don't know, I didn't realize that it was the number one for the month, at least.
I didn't be a six.
Yeah, so 60% up for the month and Creamy being up 59.17 and MPCCL being up 52, PBS, USD being up 41 and the fifth SRFUSD.
And I'm sure, as I said, I'm not even honorable mention, you know, mandatory mention, Transjamaica, JMD being the seventh.
and yeah, Trans-Omakah being the seventh and Trans-Maker
USDA being the six. I look at that again, the USD one, those two
very much in tandem, you know? And the standout thing being,
what else could you have done this month that you'd have gotten 31.9% on top of the US
dollars in one month, legally. Wow.
Yeah. I want to say legally.
Make room for everybody.
You make room for the forces, the folks in law enforcement on both sides of law enforcement.
Yeah, and yeah, do the top 10 because CSE 2000 up 27% and number 9, if the once on few checking,
Carriers, 26.98% and JECON number 10 of 20,000 of 20,000.
24.6%. Yeah. That is a...
I certainly hope so. I certainly hope so. And the flip side, I was given a number of stocks that ended the month down.
As this is point to point for the month, 63. So 63 versus 45. More ended down and up. But as some of you know, as every Trans-Jamaica holder knows, all of a sudden, like right now, it don't really matter.
how much, it really matter how much, how many stocks go down as long as those stock that you have,
or stocks that you have got up, right? Or like that I always remind people we don't buy the
market, you buy specific stocks. So yeah, 63 of them being down with the lowest, the lowest
faller being Massey holdings and the biggest father being Palace Amusement, which fell 34.5, 34.
6%.
Yeah, the top five there just to run it out properly.
MTL, Margaritaville, Turks, USD fell 26.7%.
Iron Rock fell 25.9%.
Lasca Financial Services fell 22.9%.
Atlantic, number five, one of my disappointments of the of July, one of the,
David, not one of them.
The biggest disappointment that I have.
had all the year Atlantic truly disappointing for me still waiting to hear some um something
from that company about what we can talk about a little later uh DTL
which in you fresh from suspension uh fresh from suspension in the month and back and and down 19
9% Qantas when the Qantas IPO IPO I know it's this year
i wasn't last month before i think no it's within july because it's this month yes july
because they're like oh wow wow time yeah yeah yeah i know i know i know every day every day is like
another day pass i don't know well yeah it is flying uh quantas it ipoed right at the start of july
you know what they did the thing to skip well let me not put anything on them a listed you need
The actual listing happened.
You need IPA right.
Initially you don't know the IP is off on another thing.
Okay.
Correct.
Yeah.
They listed start at the month of July and down.
Since it's listing, it's down 19.82% on the GMD side anyway.
Main event number eight, down 18.2%.
Proved investments down 16.1%.
And MFS rounding out the top 10 losers for the month, 14.5%.
percent.
Who, okay, I'm going to mention number 11, Lab down 14.3 percent for the month also.
Honorable mention for Lab.
Giving a whole for people, a whole for discounts.
I'm sure if I've been, I see the volumes of the people that have been stacking up quietly near IPO prices.
But yeah, it's what it is.
Anyway, I'm not going to spend all the time reading all the stocks, but those are just the two top tens.
And yeah, so what we want to hear from you tonight is just what do you guys find interesting?
What's stood out to you for the month?
um top of your mind uh as i said i know we have one person join already anybody else want to
send a speaking request we'd love to hear from you um and so i'm bringing a conversation right back
to the people's champ and or yeah the new people's champ trans jamaica so you guys feel about
it especially both of you being shareholders how do you guys feel about it good but again
not as good as a also look at the boy but
I don't we do on that too, be honest.
So yeah, I have a good money made.
Yeah.
Good, good, good.
Yeah, one, excellent.
Never selling, joining a never sell crew.
That's funny.
The religion of Transmaker.
Right?
The church are trans.
That's the church are changed for me.
But the Jellic College of Church.
That's true.
true that's true it is the road that that everybody should be on um oh i i i yeah go ahead
go ahead what you what you think of new toy time new toy time words so you think it done
it done you know no no no you mean i was it not me me done like for the uh how should i
with it. I just think there are other things I can do.
You know, I'm a little bit bored with it.
Tired at money.
No.
Yeah. But, you know, yeah.
It's been good to me as continues to be good to me.
I think it will continue to be good to me.
I think so too. I think so too. I mean, I think
As I've said before, well, I think the next wave of interest is going to be, is around the dividend.
Yes, of course.
It's coming in September.
Correct.
And now it's around that.
But I, I mean, I always try to just, you know, try and think of what is that people be saying and what is that people want.
And, you know, the questions that people have that they're afraid to ask or they ask everybody.
everybody knows nobody don't want to say it you know like it done or is just one of them uh another one
is why is it i don't think so you don't think people want to know that or you think you don't think
uh it done is what you mean oh i don't think it done i think a lot of people are like oh 10
it's gonna be this humongous thing um and when it get to 10 dollars then everyone's going to
sell but i didn't see everyone selling they never said that maybe you know you know
you know everybody thinks somebody else is going to sell despite them not selling yeah yeah yeah
you look how people i mean they were selling about those people are going to sell i'm not saying
but those people are going to sell and everybody saying the same thing yeah nobody so they
it's it's it turned on that nobody can point to the guy that's actually that's selling you know
but i mean wait there's funny thing after they know the guy that's buying that's also true that's
I never buy no that, but they have got to them have a buy it up.
Me, no, I never buy none, but them are go buy it.
Yeah, and of course, it's been doing its movements in usual,
in the usual fashion that there's only,
I often say it's only one thing on the market like Trans-Jamaica,
there's only one thing maybe true like Trans-Jamaica,
but there's really only two things, right?
What was Carrera is the fifth, or was it the nine for the month?
It's just, it and Carrera as the Fifth?
that have been doing this which you might think is maybe the same parties is doing it in both
stocks right or if you notice that kind of movement because um like look at today 31st of july
7.8 million trans jamaica units traded and including it trading at an all-time high today at
1077 right the way in which it's doing that like it it hit all-time highs right throughout
i once it is week every day's just continually going up with massive volume no audio on youtube
because we're talking on the space no audio on youtube can we only talking to the space
yeah but no this this is supposed to still be getting um audio doesn't this three
restream go to youtube yeah but but the space goes to restream oh
I don't know.
You're right, it's based on the same.
Yeah, I'll figure it down a second.
I'm definitely not repeating all of that.
I think the people on YouTube are hearing me know,
but I know the solution is.
Sorry, people on YouTube,
but now jump over to Twitter
if you really want to hear the conversation,
especially since we're talking about Transjamaica.
And I'll try and have it started in about five minutes.
Apologies for the audio, or lack thereof, I should say.
Yeah, Danay and she.
I just, I'm trying to cover those two questions that I think most people have,
which is, you know, it done.
And if it don't, done, when it are done.
And of course, the reality is the reality of the sharper people, I think, are asking.
I think the sharper people are truly wondering what is happening and why.
No, are they on Twitter?
No, there is audio on Twitter you guys are hearing.
We're talking to you guys.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, now there is, there is, there is, there is audio on to talk truth.
All of us aren't crazy at the same time.
Yeah, there is audio on Twitter.
If you go over to Twitter, you'll hear us quite clearly.
It's true, hallucination.
Right.
You know what I think it is, I know, there's, there may be video also on
on Twitter
you're watching the video on Twitter
what we mean is that you should go and join
the actual
space
yeah
and yeah check out actual space
I'll put the link in the chat
can jump in and then I'll try and start it
in a moment apologies for the sound issues
as I said
yeah
what was I saying before
oh yeah around Trans Jamaica
and
and I think there's sharper people
are wondering why like what's happening right or maybe they're not maybe i'm maybe anything that
i don't know that has been you guys experience anybody hear that
yeah i mean generally yeah but it is i don't know if you say i don't think that it's a
disarrant it's a new thing for it you know where now they think that i think it's
i don't think this is the thing that's that you get me generally i would say the people are
consider the people are they they generally ask me about it uh overall i will come and that's
part of the conversation you're not not not it's not know that that's become a thing they're
the same you that were asked before they ask me forget me so then that makes me wonder you know
that makes me wonder for those people like the sharper people i think know that they know what
they should be doing meaning it's at all-time highs almost every almost a
everybody is in profit.
I think trade at 1077.
All time have 1077 today.
I had tweeted it a couple weeks ago.
I say it again that there is absolutely.
If you don't know what's going on,
and you're in profit,
it's perfectly fine to leave the party.
Yeah, yeah, it's perfectly,
it's very, very important to always.
I think in investing is very important to enjoy at least
some of the profits sometimes.
that's usually that's usually what first people that usually that usually that
feeling usually goes opposite way though he just that give yourself reasons why
the thing going away going instead of asking why you know it tells us oh yeah man it
must be these it must be that new new leg and all anything then most be why it's
doing what it's doing versus why is it doing what is doing versus why is it doing what is doing
I don't know.
Yeah.
And people don't usually tell them to that they don't know.
They usually decide that they know.
Yeah.
Well, why are the things that I'd love to hear from people is why do they think it's.
Yeah, why?
Why are doing?
People are always being bought so high.
They often hear that it often is static, right?
It's, you hear the same thing all, every single time.
Every time we break new grown, it's the same thing that you said last time.
But I didn't just that thing ain't new.
So why?
why suddenly no you think it matters differently than the last time like oh yeah new leg all right
you said a new leg last two times why yeah so i think the thing i think i i'm actually i'm
looking off to hear what a new excuses are you know what's what's the new reason people think
there uh i wonder if it's a jm chatter you don't need something happy if something was said there that
was I should use that word.
It's something was said there that
cause you put to feel like, you know?
Oh, that's
use the word so bad.
That makes them want to
or makes them feel more justified
of an increase for in price, you know?
Like, oh yeah, the price going up
and the thing I heard at the AGM is
really good and I think that justifies an increase,
that warrants an increase.
Of course, price for us on the base of that thing.
That kind of thing.
Well, what was said at the age?
Was anything said at the age?
Oh, yeah.
Well.
I, I'm sorry, bro.
I missed it.
Yeah, well, I know what they're going to hear.
I know what they expect to hear.
So they mentioned,
there was mention made of the Montego Bay bypass.
Mm-hmm.
And I immediately saw it going, oh, my God,
I've got to have to hear about this now.
For the next so long.
Not that they're doing the month.
new new new new leg bro not that they're doing montague bypass not that they're affiliated to
the montague way bypass not that they have anything at all to do the matigua bypass but it was
mentioned so it is it is a good enough reason and i i just want people to the point i from this
for me is that you want to be aware of why whatever it's happening is happening
or have a really good you know or have a really good plan around your movement if it's just you're
happy that you're up you're up 50 60 70 100 200 percent that's great if it's along the
lines of your plan right as long as you not flying blind but if you if you if you if the you
if you're blind and his vibes you know nothing nice like being able to say you made some money off
for the stock and you cash out there's nothing wrong with looking for some profit there
or taking profits are you in there that's how i tell people just in case right just in case
but this way this to me it's cool there's a quote i got heard this weekend and i wanted to
for that same thing oh you don't know i don't know i don't know why they want to make this
but uh there's a quote i had but uh i heard it this week and i was like yo that's still there
that's the thing we always say so yeah yeah i round what i around like not having to know
It's just, you don't have to know the thing that.
You don't have to know the reason, something.
You don't have, we're not telling you it.
You have to know the reason to know that it's going to do something, right?
But the reason isn't the only sign that something is going to happen.
So you can be perfectly, you can perfectly, you can perfectly reasonable.
So yeah, reasonably say, yeah, man, it's going to move.
I'm going to make for money off of it.
You make the money regardless of you knowing the thing happening.
You knowing, oh, okay, people are buying for this reason,
or you know the price is going to go because we're going to whatever or not for this reason
whether or not you know that if you're only at that within that period of time you're going to make the
money it's just like it's just like people are truly long term like all right cool
i about 20 dollar plan for transfer maker for the next xyz years i still made money when you got
the 10 right and about about IPO and about however much time since when you got 10 i still
made money i still hell over the period so yeah
yeah that that i think is that as long as whatever is happening is as you say you have a good plan
behind it's within your goal for year of money you don't have to get up and say all right cool
i know why this need to happen for in this period of time whatever as long as they make the money
yeah i mean i'm with you i think the people on twitter might still be having not twitter
i think the people on youtube might still be having some sound issues but but i mean keep we can
get the conversation going and I'm sure
we'll come back to Trans Jamaica.
You know, we'll come back if people join and
want to talk about it. Otherwise, I mean, we have stuff
and we do have a guest that has joined us from
a while and been waiting.
So, Ryan, how are you doing?
That's good, boss.
What's up, Randy? Dona, I, Shea.
How are you? How are you? How are you? How are you?
I'm good. I'm good. Long, long,
long time listener, first time caller.
so good to be here
welcome
welcome you
all right
so
let's just jump right into it
so what I wanted to talk about
was Dolphin Cove
there's so much
going on with it
the ninth largest gain
for the month
Dolphin Cove yeah
number nine
yeah
hopefully
hopefully could
maybe by the NAD
could bump up a few spots
you know
at least I see
I guess you hope the hope you um.
But the question I have, right?
All right, so there's a lot going on with it.
There's a lot of research on it to figure out what it is really going on, you know?
So I guess, all right, and the question I kept at the back of my mind was this.
All right. You know, what is the, you know, the objective is, you know,
what is in it for me and my money like how much could i potentially make if you not lose but
what what what what what what what profit could i make if i put my money in this you know i do
want some dolphin co-shares and still buying you know so that's that's the question i had it back
my mind and as i said it's a lot going on with it so maybe i could flesh it out a little bit you
guys let me know you know i'm going along the guidelines all right so here what your research has
on covered all right it all started with a gentleman by the name of eduardo albor bianneva
so i guess he created a company called dolphin capital company which i guess is the ultimate
parent company. Below that, we have the controller daughter, Dolphin, it was at SAR, the
Save A. It's a Mexican company, and that's an intermediate holding company for World of Dolphins,
Inc., which is a Bayesian company, which is a direct parent of Dolphin Cove. So they own 79.99% of D.Cove.
So, Stafford borrows, the original founder of Dolphin Cove would have sold at that,
that point, you know?
In 2016.
And I think they bought it, I think he sold it maybe about, I think it was about,
did I see it on like 20 Jamaican dollars per share, something like that.
Anyway, so, Woodward Dolphin, Inc. is the ultimate, is a direct parent of the
Kov. Now, Dolphin Capital Company also own another business, was lesion, very business,
Holden LLC based in Delaware and they won a bunch of other dolphin park.
This guy, Eduardo, I guess over the years built a dolphin attraction empire.
I think he so he obviously got himself into some hot water here, right?
He, I think he was too over leverage. He tried to expand too quickly and would trigger
all of this bacchanal is a US $100 million dollar.
bond that he defaulted on and he would have pledged all of the coves shares so all their holdings
in the cove 79.99% of it as collateral so when that bond when he couldn't pay it the bondholders
well demanded the money and so enter a name i never saw before so stephen strong
correct yeah even strong all right so I did some research and because
is it um okay so we had we had a few market notifications
uh-huh um in one of them okay it was the AGM so we had our June 26 we had a notice of an
agm the upcoming a gym which happened today it happened today and it just a June today I wasn't
there, but
you know, my research
showed that they were just going to
adjourned.
Yesterday, actually.
Oh, it was yesterday, right, Tuesday, right, right.
Yeah, yeah. All right.
Yeah, so,
and the reason why they wanted
adjourn is because they have four new nominees
for positions
in the company. We have
Steven Strom, who's a
director, never saw his name before.
So between
the last AGM, 2025,
and now he became
director.
Okay.
Who is, and along with,
along with,
um, a few other people.
Colin Care.
Uh,
working and two other persons.
All right.
Um,
so who is Stephen
strong?
So my research shows,
so he's an American investment banker.
He's a corporate
restructuring specialists.
You have over 30 years experience doing that
sort of stuff, you know, managing
companies through bankruptcy and distress financial situations.
And I think he's the authorised representative of World of Dunfins, Inc.
So I guess the body behind global, what's it called?
Global Attractions Limited.
Who in another notice,
okay, so we had a market notification on the, on June.
July 3rd and they said that all right it was a buyer but the independent directors
weren't aware of it and those are the Jamaicans who is it Richard Donor John Bailey
and Noel Levy I said Stafford Bridging no it's interesting note they have eight
persons on our board Stafford Richard John and Newell and then you have the Spanish
on one's so I guess there's edwardos people so Eduardo on his three cohorts
represent four
and Stafford and
Richard John will make of four
no we have
four new point he's coming in
right so they want to elect these guys
to the board
I think you missed a message though you know
okay talk to me
all of the
there's no more Mexicans on the board
it's um
so you miss a message
all of as you put it
Eduardo's people are gone off the board
So it's just no Stafford, Richard Donor, John Bailey, Noel Levy, and Stephen Arrestrom.
Okay.
And the board became that.
And then the notice that you're speaking about is to appoint Colin Carr, there is Estrella, Alberta, Gonzalez, and Sylvan Domenici.
Okay.
Yeah. So you're very much on the same kind of, you're very much on the same kind of, you're on the right track.
You just missed one note where all of those people that you mentioned before, meaning the Mexican team were taking on board.
There's a little bit of drama there too, but I like where you got, you're listening intently.
I'm sure I'm not the only one.
So, all right. Okay. So, yeah, missed that. So, okay, so we have vacancies then.
vacancies on board because i thought those people were still there and if i have vacancies they were
they the border's downside so i guess so there was some back and forth as you know stafford was the
original founder the company sold it as he pointed out to were the dolphins run by abhor and
a bar and team had their people on um there was some the a bit of rupture i guess between stafford and
I'm saying a bit of rope,
but I have a better understanding of it,
but it is what it is.
And there weren't seeing eye to eye for,
or whatever reason.
Stafford, Albor, I think, tried to kick Stafford off the board.
It did not take.
You have to kick, to remove a director.
You have to, there are a couple of steps you have to go.
So you'd have to go to April 2025 for this, right?
In fact, you might have to go back to December, maybe, 24.
or November 2024 for the whole thing, for the people who are serious about doing the research
and understand the full story, which I know you'll do after, um, so there's a bit of
ruption I said between, you know, Stafford and them and they tried to remove him from the board,
meaning the board was almost fully Mexican, I believe, if memory serves him correctly.
Either way, they tried to remove Stafford boroughs from the, the board, you can't just
kick a director off without following certain steps.
Those steps weren't followed.
They tried more than once.
Those steps weren't followed.
So there is a notice from April 2nd,
2025, which said that, you know,
Dauvincove, which is the advisor based on a legal advice
companies received Mr. Stafford Borough.
Not that you have, you can't kick a direct off.
He's chairman.
That was the thing.
You can't just turn the chairman off like that.
So he remains chairman of, of, D. Cove.
And, uh,
Yeah, he remained chairman, and then things got flipped, where Eduardo and team got removed.
I don't want to say got removed, but that's how it would appear to me.
Either way, Eduardo and team, so the June 2nd, 2025 notice.
No, that's when it said Stafford Borosville was vacated.
Still not correct.
Yeah, and then, yeah, July 25, the office of director held by Eduardo Albor, Villanueva, Valera Abol, Albor Dominguez, Sergio Jaccombe, Palma, and Federico Lazzano Perez was vacated effective the 30th of June 2025.
So, no, he said, no, me, no, you.
That team was vacated as it, yeah, vacated is a bit.
the term that they use. Okay. So they were vacate, so that that the entire Mexican side, as you say,
was vacated 30th of June 2025 and Stafford boroughs by then would have would have, but no, July 1,
Stafford, so June 30th, all of those, the Mexican team was vacated and in July 1 the very next day,
Um, Stafford Burroughs was for place back on the board, along with Mr.
Steven Robert Strom and that brings us back to where we are.
So if you want, you can think of it as even strong replaced all of the Mexican team.
Okay.
And the Mexican team, as you pointed out, is linked to the Mexican companies, which you did mention, did you mention, I don't know if you mentioned it yet, that they are, they were, they are, there, there are shares and the shares were in.
place of collateral for the loan and that company.
I don't know if you mentioned bankruptcy.
They're in bankruptcy.
Right.
Yes.
Yes.
Which then might make sense as to why the entire Mexican team is gone.
And the one gentleman is on and that gentleman is a bankruptcy expert, right?
Right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So just bring up the people.
Yeah.
So continue what you're saying.
Right.
So, you know, a lot of questions.
Who is Global Attractions Limited?
That's in Lucian entity.
Try to find out who,
for the beneficial owners of that company,
couldn't find anything.
So, you know,
kind of piece together the puzzles, you know?
And I see these people coming in
or they offer election.
Well, I'm happy you explain that
because that was about the new appointees.
Well, explain about how the Mexicans are gone.
I thought they were still there.
And I was doing some, so, okay,
they adjourned the, the, the, the, the, the, the,
GEM yesterday for a calculated,
the meeting would have happened anytime between August 13 and August 20th,
right?
Be some of a calculation because they gave a range of when this meeting
supposed to happen again, the EGM is supposed to happen.
And they said, you know, we need,
show those need time to figure out, you know,
review these appointments.
and make their decision and these things.
So I was trying to figure out how the vote can go.
Now, the majority, you could correct me for wrong,
but the majority shareholder has the greatest vote in power.
So here, most times, yeah.
Most times.
So, Will the Dolphins Inc. Barbados is the majority shareholder.
If Stephen Strom is representing them,
then basically he could be in the latter.
elect whoever you want so i'm assuming i'll keep going well i was just assuming these four
new appointees are going to be elected at the next agem regardless i can't say anything about it
my point zero zero zero one percent she'll then you know i'm saying okay yeah you know so uh well so
what i don't know i know it might take some time to like rework the picture in your mind
know since you know it might give a different view of it so you know just thinking it was
running by the Mexicans we had some Jamaicans on board Mexican team is out replaced by
Mexican team is all Mexican company is going through bankruptcy
and Strom is a bankruptcy expert who has pointed out I work with what you said that
he meant he controls the bankruptcy process for
or he's handling the bankruptcy process for the bankrupt entity and involves controlling world of dolphins so world of well
well isn't he all right so he isn't he acting on behalf of the debt holders so the people who put up the
money for this u.s one million dollar bond isn't he representing them because this is where my mind
kind of split. Is he
representing the
union debt holders
or
is he
and in that
capacity he
just wants to recover
enough money
to pay these people back
the 100 million. Now they
have been selling all these assets.
I mean leisure investments
holding have about 14 affiliate companies
I think it's about 25 companies
in all or entities that falls under dolphin capital company look they sold um they sold miami sea
aquarium for about 97 million u.s gulf wool 4.5 million marine land the seal pending but they say maybe
a minimum of 4.7 5 million u.s dolphin cove we have a share purchase agreement on the table
we don't know how much you're going to sell for and that's and that really come back to me now because
All right. If I buy the stock at a certain price, I have a window to accept this offer that should happen.
Because it could have happened anytime between July 9 to August 8. August 8 is next week, Saturday.
Because it is mandatory takeover rules and the main market rules and these things.
They have to put out something sitting.
All right. This is how much we are going to buy your share.
for and I could, and I caught Sajako, I sent him my email, called my broker.
So, name I gave him a Mitchell Senior.
Yeah, man, she always respond to me, you know.
But I try to ask more questions like, hey, who is global attractions?
You know, I said I told his question, she said, we can't tell me anything.
She didn't say she didn't know.
She said she can't tell you.
You know, you know more than I'm a boss.
I can pull up an email.
So while I'm talking, or I'll wait until you start talking again, and then I can pull
email and I can tell you exactly what she said.
But I was trying to figure out, who
is behind
who is behind global attractions.
So, okay, if
Steven Strom and
company
here to represent
the senior bondholders,
his job is
just to recover these
people's money for them.
Now, the other thing I was thinking, what
if Stafford borrows
is global attractions and he
went out and recruited all his talent.
Colin, I think Colin
is from PBS, if I'm not
mistaken. He's a financial controller
there. He's a Jamaican or
working in Jamaica is the same person.
I try to look at the other people
don't really get much. But
Stephen Stracham is the most important one
I think is. I think he's
leading the charge. So but
if
Stephen Stroman company
are with Stafford,
I looked at something.
So Stafford owned 9.8% of Dolphin Co.
He's a minority shareholder, but he owns the most after World of Dolphins Inc,
which is not going to be global attractions.
It's going to be sold to global attraction.
So let's say Stafford, and that's 9.8%.
He buys World of Dolphins who has 79.99%.
That would take him up to 89.7,9% hold him to his company.
And if he is, he would just need 0.21% more shares to become to own 90% to the company.
And therefore, I think it could invoke compulsory acquisition.
So I could squeeze out all remaining minority shares.
So he could literally take this company private again, if you want, go back.
So we'll be becoming private and just de-less, you know.
I don't know exactly what's going on.
Yeah, I mean, first of all,
I think I'm so proud of you because I know you did grow up sometime back on.
Yeah, bro.
I was part of the year down to a grad team, which,
and watch me, if this Dolphin Cove thing worked out,
I jumped back on, I'm going to pay for the year by Randy.
Donah, you're jumping back in the session, bro.
Hey, I'll take you out of lunch because I live in O2
and I'll live in a little bit of a church.
I take it out of Lodge.
oh boy um uh first of all like i say i'm i'm proud to just hear the research that you've done
yeah yeah you've gone deep my brother you're gone deep what most people have
yeah but guys i have to have to give credit to you guys well you i mean a few years ago
i set out it happened when uh when i had my son i took it
oh you am i muted no ma'am i we're here no i was muted oh oh oh oh i'm i'm
Yeah.
I was responding.
Oh, so what?
You're going to take up the lunch off for she?
Oh yeah.
We can't drink, ma'am your drink.
I buy a drink.
But what happened like so about, so my son is eight now.
When my son was coming, that's what I really got serious.
I guess about money and, you know, that's how I think about the future and these things.
And stocks, I don't know how I end up in stocks.
And then I discovered, you know, grow and grow rich with her.
or research, however you want to say it.
So I've been a disciple of you guys and Brick Talk and everybody else who comes on here and add some value, you know.
Guys, everybody has contributed to, you know, my learning and these things.
So I really have to tell you guys, thanks, man.
Yeah, I mean, I know that and thanks to you to come.
to you to cancel what our journey does.
Yeah, yeah.
That, for me.
Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead.
I think he said it well.
It's a big part about everybody thing.
It's a big part of it that, yo, everybody's input goes are far away.
Even if you don't know, especially if people,
those how far they push other people in terms of all those,
I know this little thing, or I see this thing.
or I see this thing from a different perspective that does that view alone is a big deal
does somebody else doing something else something extra more can add to my view or
maybe something that and I was like how much time I'm Ricktaque see me and Randy get some
eureka moment and say oh wait Randy then I noticed it and just from somebody saying one small
thing that they thought was small or even though they find a big research point I can add to the
big of picture falls so I randy said best each one to each one
Yeah. And it's lovely to hear because that's why I always encouraging people to hear us,
come on, send a speaking request, talk to us, because it also helps the people who do it.
I mean, granted, yeah, it also, you know, there's grow. It's great to hear it.
I know that you did grow. I know that I hear you actually even to grow rich with research,
like you're actually doing the research. But not just that, not just that, not just the,
the grow up points, but also just how you've followed along, right? So like the fact that
you've even followed it so well, it made it very easy for me to follow along with what you're saying.
So I could tell the part that I know you slip out, the part that you miss on and maybe you're
written a little bit tight.
You come close to it to like Dolphin Cove, as exciting to the year, that's all you tweeted
you say you want to talk about Dalping Cove.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's the kind of thing I love to talk about.
Don't have to end of stock, but it's great.
For me, what's happening there?
No.
I don't know where to begin with the story for you.
because you've talked so many of it and I just try to correct the things that I thought maybe you got wrong.
So I think maybe you might shift the entire view if you consider this.
I don't know in Trinidad, you guys have what they call a bailiff?
A bailiff, yeah, man.
Yeah, yeah.
Same thing, bailiff, right?
You don't pay for the car, the bailiff will take it.
Right, right.
You might change your entire view if you consider that Stephen Strom is a bailiff.
He's not maybe a bailiff.
That's what he is.
From all Caribbean.
That's his role.
That's his role.
So he don't care.
He's not paying market price for the Lambo.
He's just selling it off to cover whatever money they need back.
Correct.
The bailiff didn't even buy the car.
The bailiff just captured the car and the bailiff will sell the vehicle to pay back the bank the money or to pay about the borrars the money, right?
No world of dolphins, the dolphin company is, um, is,
is a multinational
what I was was a
it is her particular company
is a multinational group
so he's not the bailiff for
Darwin Cove he's the bailiff for
a wholly for things
right
right
right
yeah Dolphinko is the
asset for sale
and his job
just tell that
he's overseeing that
yeah but I think we did
advance girl asset
and I almost wish you're in the girl group
still because I'd love to have this conversation
then because I had you guys
spoke about, was
Skushabank last night?
Was that last night?
Yeah, we did.
We did, yeah, it was that and a lot of other things, as usual.
You know, but this conversation we didn't have, and I would have loved to have it.
And I'd have been able to have it with less caution.
And then I have to be having it.
No.
Yeah, I know.
So if you think of him as a bailiff, Stephen Strom.
Right.
Then it might change how you're viewing what his role is, right?
His job, the bailiff's job is.
to try and get the largest return for the asset so that the the lender can get as much money back as
possible and you think oh realistically too the bailiff might want to get the most money that they can
you know what you know the bail if the car cost 10 million you didn't pay the loan for a while
you have maybe seven million left or you have maybe four million left on the loan but if you
were to sell that car tomorrow you could probably sell it for seven um
the four sale value because it's a distress, it's a distress in problems.
Exactly, but the bailiff may not sell it for seven, you know, the bailiff may sell it for four.
What the bailiff's ultimate role is, is to, is to, is to, is to, the bailiff's ultimate role is to, the bailiff's ultimate role is to get the, the four million back for the bank, right?
Right.
Yeah.
Which kind of takes me to, so, okay, is a 100 million US dollar bond or note that the company defaulted on, right?
I think it's a 100 million US dollar that they have defaulted on.
Okay.
But I did some dig in and I think it's closer to the whole company is closer to about $200 million dollars, I guess,
in debt that they have to try to
repay and they've been
selling off assets so I was trying to figure
out how much you're going to sell this company for
that's why I was trying to track how much
the other things were selling for
the other entities
try to give me an idea
of
what this
what this seal purchase offer
would look like how much
are they going to pay per share
is it $11
and 60 cents
you know is it
you know like how much
how much it's going to pay for it
and I think there are a couple of things
sorry go ahead
I'm not to hear what you say no you have me in a weird
you have that a weird point here
because I naturally always want to correct
and have people have the best information ever
but I also I'm not trying to always tell everybody
everything
so I wish you really had had this conversation
at your I'll tell you that just to answer
your question around things that have been
they've sold things for millions
and they've also sold things for a dollar
strong and team have in this process they've sold things for one dollar and they've sold things for nothing they've shut things down and not sold them and they have sold things for um other prices uh there's but yeah so i get that what you're thinking is that you want to try and figure out what kind of buy out offer is going to come because the price is the price that you think everybody's paying attention to right which for the people who are looking at it a lot of them are paying attention to that right
Yeah, in fact, I remember what you had tweeted.
You responded, I think, to my tweet about if you are looking at it from the perspective of just looking to hear a buyout name and a price, then you behind the curve, right?
Right.
Yes, I was like, bam, when I read that, I was like, shoot.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah. I wasn't thinking, you and I said generally because of a couple of things I'd heard and more context. That was the day of the AGM. That was after the AGM. So it's, it's a great point that you've made and it's something that I'm actually inside. I still, I didn't know how to. Well, I mean, we're talking. Let's talk as much as comfortable. So I'll say,
To answer that question, they've sold things for all kinds of prices.
And I tell you maybe to pay more attention to what the value,
the overall value of the thing is.
It is a Jamaican asset and there's not much you can do.
I would also have you think it through and consider what,
consider what they are actually likely to do.
So one of the things that you said incorrectly,
I didn't interrupt you at the time.
But you know, you are correct in that dolphin cove,
the top shareholder owns 79.9%.
You are correct as well as dolphins.
That's the distressed.
That's linked to the distressed entity.
But under Jamaican law, you don't get that whole 90% thing.
How did you say that?
You were reading the company's at.
Right.
Yes.
I figured you were.
Yeah, yeah.
Or maybe using AI to read it and AI.
Of course.
Yes.
Yeah, I
Rickard, you should have
You should have
used my money, J is
AI, it might have,
if you asked
on my money J,
would have probably
giving a better answer there.
But in fact,
let's see what it does.
And so far,
to embarrass myself
on,
on the live stream.
I were looking on YouTube.
Because I need to
update the
listing rules.
What is the
minimum
percentage
of the
share capital, ignore my typos.
Percentage of the share capital that has to be, that has to be floated.
So let's see if the embarrassing, taking the top screen, quick and fast, but it won't.
Well, let me not say it won't. It shouldn't. There we go. 20% is the headline number.
So you don't realize you said that anybody should have. My money is, it's the second most
powerful market AI for the Jamaican market with the most powerful one being only the
girl group has that one currently and eventually not eventually we're moving it over anyway
bottom line is to answer your question 20 percent you had said they own 79.9.9 and they just
and Stafford owns nine via garden house nine point five so you're figuring that you know they
could buy tan a little bit and they get to 90 but the reality is that once you
pass 80 you are required to do a bio you are required to you can't remain listed over 80
oh all right yes under jamaican law is it just funny because in trinidad the requirement is
it may have changed but the requirement is 30 in trinidad but in jamaica is 20 uh so so a company has
to give up 20 one of our companies give up 20 percent of the value at minimum in jamaica to um
to be listed so we consider that i hope that's shifting the pick
change your mind a bit. So because Steven Strom, he's not, he's representing World of Dolphins in that
he's the bailiff that has, that is a control of the entity that includes World of Dolphins, right?
So it's not more, it's not like he's, you didn't hire him to work on your car. You didn't,
you didn't pay your car payments and he captured your car and now he decides who and where it's
sold to. So basically, a court put him in.
place correct all right so it wasn't stafford borrows who hired him uh the court put him in place
okay yeah what i know is that the court put him in place believe you why keep bringing up staff for this
because i mean he said publicly he's willing to buy it back correct when he was beefing what the mexicans
he said yeah yeah he did say that bad man talk
Yeah, yeah, again, I mean, without, it didn't make, it made the news, but not, I have high standards.
So, it made the news. But now, I thought, to me, it's a lot more drama behind it, right?
They tried to kick stuff out off the board twice.
Eventually exited him off the board the correct way, ended up March.
ended up a quarter later having to leave the place and him come back and you and all your friend
them gone and know him have it and also the shares that you have this guy is selling it and
it would appear that i'm buying it back so yeah yeah i think we know who really run things there right
um no that's an oversimplification of course but to go back to the first point
about, you know, the 70, the 80% or the 90%.
They said, there are 79.9.
If you go over 80%, you are in breach of the law.
You can't remember.
Not a lot of rules.
Rules and the law, maybe.
And you can remain listed.
But also once the stake, the current world of dolphins,
79.9% stake moves.
Once that stake moves, it moves.
Right?
Once it moves, I take over offer has to be done under the law.
Now, the law requires a takeover offer.
It doesn't tell you how much, right?
Yeah.
And if you think it through, again,
if they're going to remain listed at 79.99,
they don't really have any room.
Right, right.
So you understand why maybe, you know,
I was saying in my tweet,
if you are looking,
if your view is around what price is the best,
going to be you're behind the curve because it doesn't matter what price it's going to be
unless they are going to materially change the entire picture of the of the entity right
yeah um and you know up against the line of how much it is i want to say here very much
it's i wrote that line already but um what i'll say more is that despite all that that might be
disappointing to you because and I and I expect and suspect that for some there might
people who actually want that disappointment they want people to be disappointed I
mean it was down at 10 and 9 for a while it spiked up 40% during the month of July
yeah at the volatility July's while I mean from a high of foot look at the
the just the one month the day it went from a high of
of 1475, like a low of 10 odd, right, to 960, sorry, a low 960 to a high of 1475.
Well, back down to a low of nine flat, a low of nine flat and ended the month at 1153.
That sort of volatility is whew, dizzying, right? But the dizzying profit. Now, at this point,
they mean to put out the results
you've mentioned a lot of the
process they've gone through
and I'll say maybe there are some people out there
who want the disappointment they want
it make a great headline
young people like the Doom headlines
they love a Doom headline
they buy out of fun
it's $10 right and it could be
in fact for a while it would appear
to some of us that
there was maybe broker linked
orders that were
it's not beauty
and my money J.A you can't see this information
anywhere else.
Not quite, but if you go back a couple of months,
so you go back like in the months before,
let's look at, let's say,
March maybe.
Yeah, no problem.
Maybe at March or so,
there were just a random day in March and see.
I mean, there are broca-linked orders at $10.95 on the cell queue.
And these broker-linked orders have been there for a lot.
long time for Dauvinco for months and months and maybe even six months or so.
And if you could depoint it, you have to connect all the dots for all the rules.
If you go connect the dots for all the rules, you understand maybe why there may have been
some amount of price protection, brocade price protection, if you will.
That's my term.
I have no actual evidence outside of these brok-linked artists that have been there for a long,
long time and in the winter way after a certain point.
But fast forward to today,
they broke out to that 10 thing for a while.
It hit 14 odd.
It's something that in the month, as we said,
ended the month at 1153,
which if you're counting from 9 and 10,
that's more than 40% profit on something that a lot of doom was still done.
And maybe some people want some more doom,
and I think they're going to get the opportunity to do some more doom.
And I get all that long preamble to say that,
even with all of that,
I am a Dove in Coveshire,
I've also bought more.
And even with all of that knowledge, I have not sold my, I have not exited my Dauphin Cove position.
So think of what I just said about 80%.
I mean, they don't really have any room. They're at 79.99.
So what could the buy out offer be for 0.001?
Which it could, but was 0.001 of Dolphin Cove.
or she said what was 0.01 of Dalving Cove.
That could still be a large amount, couldn't it?
Well, not really.
Dalving Cove doesn't really have a massive total shareholding.
That's like 3.9 million units.
That could still be sizable.
To bring up to 80, that could still be sizable.
And that might even give you an opportunity for a large,
I might even give it opportunity for a larger holding, right?
I might give you a, not a larger holding, a larger buy-out price.
If we're going that road, I didn't want to, I didn't want to mention what I just mentioned there.
But yeah, you could, you could work.
You could work that out.
Yeah.
No, no, I'm sorry.
I made a mistake there.
That's a mistake that I just made.
What's that?
Only because I made a mistake why I'm erecting it.
I think I did have it correct when I said what I said, which is, let me just be extra sure.
Yeah, yeah, I was wrong with the numbers off by a few orders of magnitude.
That'd be like a buyout for 39,242 Dauphin Cove shares, which they could.
You'd be following the letter of the law, that would be great.
And the truth is the buyout isn't as important. What's important is the
I would think for the person buying it, you know, if you get in a, if you get in a Benz, a BMW, a Porsche, a $10 million Porsche for $3 million.
You care more about the Porsche, right?
Yeah.
Than anything else.
So the ownership of the thing and the control of the thing is, I think, what's important.
No.
Yes, if let's say Stafford buys it, you did give that one of those angles.
If Stafford buys it, his 9.5 would be added to it immediately.
breach of the Aetiod, the AIT.
Ah, right, right.
So unless, unless you were willing to give up, I am not under the impression that he's
willing to give up it.
But there's, you know, there's so many ways to cut the cake.
We're making heavy assumptions.
Yeah.
You know, they could, it could be bought by a party of people.
It could be bought by multiple people.
It could be bought by.
Sajic.
I would be, I would be impressed.
There are some little.
So they have some dead beneath so and that's a key party negotiation here.
Maybe that's where they're stolen.
Or I don't know if they're stolen, but I think there's some, there's some delay in the process
because you didn't mention it about this, the rise of the Mexicans, they didn't disappear
that easily.
Edward Albor, he has had a rough year, right?
After being kicked off this, he also went on to be, he's been kicked off of all of those
daffing companies all over the world, Italy, the U.S., the U.S., and
Mexico itself. Mexico outlawed
companies.
I think it's the mutual act or something like that.
Correct.
They outlawed dolphin.
He has had a rough year.
That man has been going through it.
He, he, he,
Mexico where his dolphin,
international dolphin group sits,
head office. Mexico outlawed
companies that can
have dolphins.
Outlawed. They outlawed.
His company,
became illegal.
Exactly.
Also, while his company
is becoming illegal,
you have all his debt piling
upon him,
like the dominoes
all fell.
A couple months ago,
he ended up in jail.
God,
damn.
He ended up,
yeah, man,
he ended up in,
he ended up in jail.
And he wasn't in jail.
He was...
There was some cartel-related
thing.
Like, he was,
they're trying to stay in with
the cartel.
The state came in and seized
like his documents,
whatever.
And reportedly,
reportedly
allegedly
he showed up
yeah allegedly
I said reportedly
because he was reported
he showed up
with
armed gunmen
and took back
the office
like it's
to me
the fact that
this has been so quiet
I've been like
yeah we don't have
the financial journalist
I'm sorry
that's why
it's like a sad
like the people going on here
is like blowing my mind
in Netflix series one
when you know
I mean, he showed up with Nixie.
Well, I don't know the nationality of the gunmen,
but he's reportedly showed up with armed gunmen
and forcibly took back control of the office.
Then he ended up in jail for a while.
And then, of course, while he's in jail,
I mean, there's not much that can happen,
but the cases were moving along.
The bankruptcy process that he was going through
was still going along uh you forgot to mention COVID I mean that that that was not talking
no man you're going COVID is five years ago I'm talking about month I'm talking about last year and
this year yeah okay yeah I'm not talking about long ago that that whole that whole
that all that all showed up with iron gunman thing is yeah last year that wasn't that wasn't a long
time ago I'm gonna have to find a YouTube video in that I couldn't believe that happened
I don't have, there's any YouTube,
April last year.
April last year,
uh,
here's,
here's one little,
let me go from Bloomberg.
He's accused of,
of seizing the headquarters after midnight.
I'm not there to Bloomberg.
He's accused of,
of seizing it after me. That's wild.
I mean, if it's my office, you know,
my thought I'm a show.
But, yeah. Even strangers are claimed that the former CEO and other personnel
seized the headquarters with an armed party. And of course, his lawyers released statements
the very next day telling a very different story. But because I'm Jamaican, I understand
gunmen actions and statements from gunmen lawyers. But what I will say is that
The lawyers of gunmen.
That's different thing from gunmen lawyers.
But the bottom line is he's been having a rough, rough year.
While he's in jail also, a lot of the companies started to get sold off.
Like I said, some companies were closed.
Some companies were sold for a dollar.
Other companies were sold for valleys that maybe other people,
including Albor think are low.
And then he, the latest thing that I heard was that,
that he, let's say heard, the latest thing that I researched was that he had done like,
maybe I'm not going to get it right, but it's like a counter suit because while they were going
through the bankruptcy process, there are certain things that have to be done and requires
the agreement of 100% of the shareholders and he, of course, was also a shareholder. I think he had
one of those parent companies. He, of course, didn't give his consent. And so according to
what I've read, the Mexican court, the Mexican Supreme Court actually ruled recently, this is weeks
ago, that the bailiff process, if you will, is illegal because all the steps weren't followed.
And so obviously, you know, at that point, like, the bailiff is you're not supposed to be able to sell
your car.
And then Albao was out of jail, and I believe he also re-entered the U.S.
filed a motion in the courts in the U.S. that are handling the...
In Delaware?
Yes, the U.S. portion of the bankruptcy to state that...
Like, this bankruptcy process is as a result of what has started a parent company
and the Mexican Supreme Court, the highest court in Mexico, has stated that that process was not
followed correctly, and so the removal of the assets and all of that should be is not
right is not legal. And that was last week. So, so and then the AGM was this week. And so if you remember
how we got to this point, you had said that, you know, there seemed to be stalling. And I said
that if there's any stalling, it might be because of, of this. And so, yeah, so obviously I've
been following the thing. I'm following you pretty deeply day by day in, in the middle of it.
So, but as I said, I've still not so, I've not exited my position.
So I, we are where we are, but I am not as concerned with the buyout price.
It's not important to me.
If it came out and it was not overly important to me, I should say.
If it came out and it was $10, or it was $10.95 or $12, I wouldn't be ultra surprised.
If it was, it was $9, I wouldn't be ultra surprised.
I'd expect it if it was $9 and it was just for $5,000.
shares, I wouldn't be surprised.
But I was pleasantly surprised when you mentioned the delisting because they, because of what
I know and the fact that they will go over the thing they could delist.
And I also like you, I'm not 100% clear on who global attractions is.
And I did see the notice with the new board members being proposed.
and any new valuation of the property plant and equipment bump up the book value for the company
so there's there's a lot more behind the scenes that I say but I do I like these days I'm
all about keeping stuff in the back for the the gross subscribers even the girl group will get a
much clearer view of it than this but suffice it to say that where we are now jumping back on the
I'm going to go back.
Don't wait on the Dolphin Cove money.
Jump back in.
All right.
Either way,
we are where we are
and are you waiting on it.
And I'm telling you that my person position is that
the price of the buyout is not as
important,
depending on what it is,
but it's not as important to me.
And it doesn't,
it's not as important to me.
And it does not,
it does not, it does not,
it's not as important to me
I'll say that it's not as important
well I'll tell you I think
I think it can be important to me
if
as I just say they
put all the
remember by
the mandatory
follow up take over offer
must happen
the deadline is August 8
that's next week's Saturday
so anytime between no and then
they're going to put out
how much a buying this company
So let's say,
how much you say close at today?
10 something, 11 something?
I wouldn't watch that though.
I'd pay attention to the whole,
I'd pay attention to the six months price.
But yeah.
Close at 1153.
All right.
So let's say 1153 today,
close at that today.
And let's say by next week's Saturday,
between no and then they put out that,
you know, that number you just call it,
$9.
I can see people panic him.
Might sell it right down.
I'll be waiting there with my
bucket.
You know, I might have to sell some TGH, you know what I mean?
Take some profit.
It's the best sometimes to sell TjH, I'll tell you that.
Yeah, well.
Sometimes with the best of volumes.
It's never been better.
I sit in some nice profit.
I mean, I can easily pinch off a chunk.
And there's weird, there's wind end of, in Dolphin Cove.
probably putting up bid at $5, you know?
And it's a panic.
You can grab some in the panic, right?
Yeah.
Others are fearful.
That's true.
Just again, to give you some more color around the thing,
from the start of the year to know,
the average price that Dalvin Cove has traded at has been,
the average price has been $10.78 cents.
if you think in volume weighted, right?
If you're just going off the average closed prices is 1087.
Yeah.
Here's where a little bit of color comes in.
If you ignore July and you go the first six months of this year,
the average price is also 1074.
Not also, I don't know if I was just a 1095.
1074.
The average price from the start of the year to the end of June is 1074.
And the volume weight.
the volume weighted average price for that six month period is 10.55.
So something around 10 wouldn't surprise me,
but higher wouldn't surprise me.
And again,
if you hear me saying that me personally,
who actually has money in the thing,
not as concerned with the buyout price,
then that might have you understand that.
I'm also probably not,
not as concerned with the buyout.
I'm not expecting my profit to come from the buyout offer.
well all right so on that point
so I was you know
looking into this whole mandatory follow-up
takeover offer and
if you miss the window so let's say between
this date and this date you can accept
our offer let's say they put it at $10
and I came across this thing I said well okay
what if I don't want to sell it at that price
what would happen to me and then I realized I become a
lockout shareholder
so the ownership
has moved on
and I'm still there with them.
Whoever global attractions is it,
I'm still there with them and deco.
And you're a shareholder still,
you'd still be a shareholder.
Still a shareholder.
You know,
you can't tell me anything.
I'm still a shareholder.
That's my company.
I have to pay dividends.
You get dividends too,
and this is a strong dividend pay.
And Dolphin Coop is a strong earner.
I think, yeah, right, right.
So, all right.
So in terms of the offer price,
so going on, you know,
the whole Beelift.
and selling it.
So let's say they just, I'm so, well, I don't know
because I don't know who global attractions is.
So, all right, are they going to low ball?
They're going to sell this and we're going to pay,
we're not going to pay a premium.
I mean, they can pay them part, whatever the book value is today,
especially based on the net book value being bumped up
because they've revalued the property plant and equipment.
They went up $2.53 million US.
So all the dolphin, I guess the dolphin coattractions, Ochi, Mubay in the Grill, Hanover,
Marina Adventure Parking, Solution.
Like, I guess they would have revalued everything.
It came up with the bill.
The bailiff has to value the vehicle before I'd sell it, right?
Right. Okay, so the bailiff, the building his job.
All right. So, so, I mean, but okay, um, all right.
All right, who does that?
I hear you, like your brain, your brain turning now.
I'm not going to put you on the right, right track.
Who does that do you want more for this thing?
Why would I want more for the thing?
Yeah, I mean, I want back all, if I lend to your money, I want back all of the money.
I'm on a base level, I want back all of the money.
Yeah, at a minimum, I want back every, yeah, I want back all my money.
If I get a premium, great, you know.
I could be wrong.
I've never had a bailiff sees any vehicle of mine,
but I could be wrong,
but I believe after costs and everything,
if there's anything extra, you have to give it to me.
Right, yeah.
So if my vehicle value at 7, I owe you 4.
If you capture it for 4,
but you sold it for 7.
Even if you say your fees are 1,
so you sold it for 7,
and the bailiff tech 1,
you still have 2 left.
Right.
I think legally could come.
I'm not a lawyer.
So it's a lawyer, but I believe it works that way.
You can't court to take it to the government?
Well, it's still your property, right?
It's still your property.
So the thing is sold to recoup.
I'm not allowed to say it could be 100% wrong.
I don't know.
But I believe it works that way.
But I also believe that if the bailiff's primary responsibility is to
recoup the valley of the loans above all else.
And of course, the bailiff wants to recoup his or her fees.
And I don't know that the bailiff is necessarily motivated to go above,
above and beyond that, right?
Yeah.
And then, of course, we get into the real territory where,
if my virgin's a bailiff, I know I want a Bima from a long time.
He's like, yo, he has this Bima Valley seven in on this guy.
04. Yeah, I have four right here, my boy. I'm like, yeah, but you know, my fees one. I've got five
right here, my boy. Who knows? Which is part of the lawsuit, by the way, that Albor brought to say
that a lot of the properties were sold and a lot of properties meaning not just the properties,
but the companies, everything were sold at far sale prices. There's a lot of value being lost
which is I think everybody,
anybody was about a vehicle taken by the bail if I was here to see anything.
I'm sell it for cheap, right?
And I'll also say that the U.S. judge has not yet responded to,
the U.S. judge has not yet responded to the claims,
and the claims have been officially put to the judge.
And a question was asked.
the AGM about it and the U.S. person responded that, you know, pretty much just said that,
pretty much what I just said. Yeah.
What else was said at the AGM?
I wasn't there.
I couldn't make it.
No, I wasn't there.
I wouldn't make it that.
I don't know.
I wasn't there.
But I mean, I don't know why didn't do it on Twitter.
Yeah, yeah.
That's serious.
That's serious.
I know that.
I know that.
And it was kind of intimidating.
I go like, you know, with, um, you know what's funny.
You know what's funny?
You know what's funny?
You think it's intimidating?
Yeah.
Almost anybody who's listening to you over the last 30 minutes.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know, searching into it.
Yeah.
You know, I, you know, for I being in the group, how much I always tell you.
don't worry about people seeming like oh they're the ultra experts i assure you that those people
were saying the same thing when they joined and they don't think of themselves as experts
yeah yeah sound like an expert in it right now i you know much people tell me that them
kid them can i know it like oh you that got the trinity guy that you're talking to i can already
hear them telling me but because i know the level of work that you did
to do it.
I know that it's not non-manageable.
It's not nowhere. It's easy.
I even show that easy part of it.
I know with my money,
J, if you have the best thing.
That's what you're easy.
It was a lot of just.
Yeah, yeah, man.
You click and you ask the AI, boom.
And I tell you, look at that.
We know the 20% 30.
So in fact, even just doing this,
you know that, okay, can go 90.
Could I even ask it?
That's not what they said in Kang got 90.
It's very sharp.
It's very sharp.
Yeah, no, the my money,
period is it's a great tool I mean the AI addition on it is it surprises me and I
will tell you it is two-thirds so the people are premium accounts they don't the
AI that what what you're talking to if you have a premium account is
completely if you have a paid premium account not even on trial you have a
paid premium account what the AI is answering and telling you and how it's
responding the model us use the data it's to use the training that it got is
completely different from what anybody else is getting so I mean I
I have to get the people that pay the money, you know, the best, but regardless.
Yeah.
The value is there.
So I think you have a good idea about the thing.
No, there are certain questions you have that even I can't answer.
I know what I think.
And what I can tell you is that I have money in it.
A lot of money to me in it.
I have a lot of money to me in it.
More than 100,000 Jamaica and I am not, as I said, I keep pointing out that I'm not as concerned
about the buyout price and I would not be surprised if it's low and if it's ultra low like you said
I might be happy like you I might be willing to throw a bucket there
I sell some Tj it by some of DECO well I don't have any I don't have any Tj so you know
borrow some from um than I and she they're not selling there they're not sell a cheap
you didn't share than I have the left in cheap.
There were the same thing
at market piece.
It almost each 11 now,
from Jamaica.
1077 today now.
Yeah.
So.
I mean,
there's talk that it might.
I mean,
I certainly think it's definitely going to
end the air higher than where it is now.
Some may say 20.
Some have said 20.
Right, right.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
I call it no name.
Listen, from your lips to the banker's ears.
I just hope that it, I hope so too.
It's good for the market.
It's great for the market for people to have these wins.
And as I also encourage people to consider getting,
if you have cash in it, consider where like cash can go.
Because it's also a powerful thing when you have money
that you have made from the stock market.
Oh, yeah.
It has helped so much.
kids school fees expanding more my little honey business you know you guys know about that yep
yep yeah it's a great great things life changing stuff and i've i've been lucky enough to see
loads of people myself included i'm sure dan i'm sure she i'm seeing our lives change from it so it's
wonderful so yeah man the darving cove point i mean i'm happy you brought it up i'm really really
happy you brought it up um well i'll tell it last i think was last week when when they said
said that what really triggered me to talk tonight is so last week he said if anybody wants
to talk about Dauphinco because i think he went off on a tangent and he was saying well if
anybody wants to talk but nobody jumped in i was too coward to jump on them and then and then he said
something about threat and he said they think there is a threat yeah there's there's there are
still there yeah so i'm not i'm not sitting pretty and easy i'm still and i am there's still
threats. I'm very, very cautious. There are still threats there. And what are those threats
friendly? Yeah, well, you know. Grow a grader. I'm going to grow up for that one. But they are still
threats. So that's it. I'm in the same boat as you, but I'm not, I'm not chilling. I'm active and
paying attention. I'm very, very aware. Yeah, that's so closely too, you know. And I'm just like
you a lot is, I'm wondering about the global attractions and I'm just more aware.
of like the two or three or maybe four paths down which this whole thing can go.
Yeah.
Tagger continues.
I think that that's a big deal in terms of.
You mentioned that the price, I think that that's that's a part of Randy was saying,
the price might not necessarily be the biggest thing for you.
Yeah.
Because even after this whole thing, let's say it changes ownership.
I mean, yeah, and yesterday, I think it was last year or maybe a week before.
Dauphin Cove is still Dauphin Cove.
I mean, I parked there and I see cars lined up for people to go to the Oterrails,
Doffin Cove, kids on vacation, families going, a bottle of water.
None.
None.
It's not illegal to have a total of Georgia.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Not in Jamaica.
And, like, the whole thing started to tumble down in terms of,
you know, the whole dolphin and with Greenpeace and those guys.
And I remember joking once actually last year with the girl guys.
So long we've been watching it.
The last year I was groped with them and like, listen, I actually said it's a grocery.
And you can imagine some people come from Europe or America and they're protesting,
save the dolphins in the middle of Jamaica.
Like, bro, life hard.
I don't give a goddamn bodod of the dolphins.
And I'm not saying, I understand.
both sides of it, but as a dolphin coach shareholder, I officially don't give it back them.
So, yeah, Albor's problems aren't, aren't Dolphin Coves problems.
And I'm not an Arbor shareholder. I'm a dolphin cove shareholder.
And I'm thinking, Stafford is probably happy all of this is happening.
You can get back more of the company.
I mean, I calculated, I think people with some like, all right, for the dividend investors out there
who do like dividends and at this price, I mean, I think one of the high,
dividend payouts as like a dollar 60
US. I think at this
price is like 8%.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Last year, people were saying that,
oh, I love Darfincove.
Not Darwincove, I love Transamerica for the dividends.
I didn't care about Trans Jamaica for the dividends
because I was making Dalvincoe.
You said the 60 cent dividend.
When Albor,
this is like in last week, when he was exiting,
this didn't happen.
And I think if you had a little bit
more time would I get a couple more of it.
60 cents
yeah
the yield I mean even though the yield on it is
5.2%
yeah higher than Transjamaico
like if you buy Transjamaica no
easily easily easily easily easily
easily easily yeah
very very easily yeah
Dauvincove is doing
great they have
the biggest issue that Dauvincove would have
is COVID post-COVID
and they're good post-COVID
so the tourism numbers
bumping back up.
Nice thing that added on my money
is you can see all passenger arrivals.
You can see the tourism numbers for the country.
Including the air and the cruise.
It's up great to see that future.
Yeah, maybe. Maybe, maybe, yeah.
But it's not back to post-COVID levels yet.
We're not in post-COVID. It's at good levels.
It's not bad. Melissa kind of damping things, obviously.
All of the hotels aren't here.
Maraichi?
You still have closed.
Yeah.
And she, the airport and a rockabessa, I mean, flights coming in there daily.
Yeah.
Yeah.
A lot of people go into Golden Eye, go into different resort.
I can't see them from one and I are there.
So, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And they don't have a ramthor one there.
No, you go ahead.
You're your question.
No, I was just, no, I was just, I was saying if she could see it,
she probably near a rockabesser area, because that's where the,
I said the man serious about the lunch you know
I said one of my
do you see why I'm investing
I would like to have many yard
I like shit
I know just come from country
probably even like Randy
you know be able to let a bridge in
you know a few milly
to launch his startup you know
I think I'm not 20.
Oh, yes.
I think I'm going to do that.
Oh, thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I mean, who can part in so much money?
You're doing so much research.
I didn't part with it.
It was, and it was a good loan and I did get repaid.
And then I have certainly paid for it since.
So it is, it is what it is.
And, Randy, when I was getting into the stocks thing, and, you know, I was doing my research.
I heard about, you know, I heard you talking about it.
I can't remember.
I think probably was your podcast, because I used to listen to you guys on podcast before you came on YouTube and on these things.
And I think that's the first I heard about grow.
And you know what made, you know what made me do grow in the first place?
Because you're talking about stocks.
You know, you hear a lot of random people talk it, right?
on social media, YouTube.
But what made me say,
yeah, man, I think I found
the A team, Randy and the
is when I was going through Eddie Fockel's
reports and I said, but wait,
Randy,
invested in this company.
To that extent, I said, wait,
but this man, who are you talking about?
You know?
Let's not hold me to that,
because, as I said,
I paid for it since.
I've paid for it since.
I've still been quite.
I still own...
I do, I know.
Me like that sometimes.
Yeah, I'm still paying that price.
But it also is a good lesson, bringing it back to Tranchett.
It's a good lesson about the importance of cashing out some of the gains while you're up.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's the importance of cash on some of your gains while you.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I learned that.
I used to hold until, you know, because, you know, over the, they move.
up and setting a goal
and your target and you guys always talk about
that I say I'm going to hold until they reach here
but I realize
alright so if I let's say for instance
hypothetically I bought some other dollar
my target is five and let's say
if you can look back historically
it did go to five right
in between
there are many ups and downs so if you
you know you take some profit
and then when they drop a little bit you buy back in
and I've been doing that a lot
that's my TJ H story
well yeah
I realize that's what
that's what real investing is
you know, you don't just sit down on it,
you know, you sell some
and you can buy right back into the same stuff.
It's one way.
Yeah, right.
It's one way.
Yeah.
So not everyone will be comfortable doing that.
But it's one way.
Yeah. It's a way that has served me well.
Yeah, I've been doing a lot of that recently, you know.
I mean, I'm...
So, like, what did I say like?
Was that last week?
When I said the last time I bought was 899,
the first time I bought was 121.
And it bought and sold a lot in between there.
Yeah, exactly.
Journey, yeah, man.
But with Dolphin Cove, I did that.
I mean, Randy mentioned hitting 14.
Well, guess what I sold?
And then I bought right back in.
Yeah.
And they drop out of the things like,
a lot of the talk around stocks.
because we are how we are as a people.
We tend to think of it as you need to,
it's almost like you want to put a level of fanaticism around the thing.
And so you could grow, you've heard me said it's like, you know,
it's not many people know these people.
They're not your friends.
They don't know you either, right?
We showt out to Michael Leachin.
I'm not on the jet with him, right?
So there's no need for me to love NCB, Shears,
That way I can respect the person, but my investments, my money.
That's what I care about.
That's why it's called my money is an important thing.
So I'll go in Dauphin Cove, but if I'm in the thing and I see,
A, an opportunity for profit or B, a threat to my money,
then it's in my best interest to hold it because if I don't,
and I lose my money, you can't go to Dauphin Cove and say,
you know, the share prices don't.
Dauvincove doesn't give a damn about the share price.
it has not to do with them as one of the surprises people are trying it's actually against the law
for a company to own its own shares the company don't own its own shares you're not buying the shares
from the company they don't care or know about you it's just like being a i hate to say it's just like
being a football fan Liverpool don't know you them like that you buy the jersey they don't know you
they don't know you you love them they don't love you it's a parasocial relationship it
And so you have to be very clear on that and you have to be able to go,
it's perfectly fine to love it. Just like Trans-Lameca is perfectly fine to love it.
And if it's at 10 or 11, it's perfectly fine to be happy.
And if your goal was 8 and it's at 11,
it's perfectly fine to be very, very happy and to in cash sum.
And if your goal is 10 years from now when you're going to retire,
it's perfectly, some of the money that come out at 10 or 11 can go back in
if it ever got to seven or ten or even if it doesn't drop it can always go back in but the
important thing is your money not the stock unless it's your company in which case you know
you might have a larger impact to you but for most people if it's your company you didn't put
that money in there but for the people who put their money into something think about your money
because nobody else is going to think about your money the broker is going to think about
relationship you know yeah the company the de breaker de breaker you got a lot of our a half the left but
it's not in the best interest to stay right exactly that it's it's the reality and so that's
what we just need to bring to investing like yo at the end of the day i'm looking out for the best thing for
my money because nobody's going to help you nobody on twitter is going to pay your life bill right
the broker is not going to give you back the money if you iron something and it's down that's a simple
truth. So you have to work with the reality that you're in.
It's funny.
But if I find it too funny, when like, you know,
persons calling on like earning scores or my comments and,
you know, complain about the share price or are too low.
Yes. As if the person is supposed to do something about
that.
Yeah. Because most people don't know.
And funny enough, you'll notice how the companies respond to it.
They almost kind of encourage it to.
They kind of encourage you time.
Some of them, I've seen, I've seen board meetings, not board means, I've seen AGMs where they're answering.
Is it, like them pandering?
Yeah, they are, I think so, because when it's up and it's great, there's so much prestige around that, you know, I'm the big man or the big one.
Say that a second?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Look what our share price is doing.
Yeah, look how good this is.
But I have to have a very clear image in my mind as a sharp investor.
So, you're at work.
And you need to do a good job to make the company keep looking good.
But ultimately, the share price is not up to you.
It's not your business.
And what I do with my shares is my business.
So yeah, don't love none of them company more than you love your money.
Because when it's down, we've seen it all.
The chair price is not on the bulletin.
We have seen it all.
We've seen from you can't talk to these company leaders.
So I've seen idiot shareholders.
I mean, I've seen them call them shareholders idiot.
So you can't, yeah, you have to remember the end of the day,
who cares how you call?
When the light bill come, they ain't helping you pay.
Them don't know you.
And the light bill is coming every single month.
So every month's what it is.
Yeah, man.
So I really am happy about the Dauphin Coast of it.
I can't stress it.
It's like I'm impressed.
I'm impressed.
You know.
more than a lot of people.
Yep.
Yeah,
I would have,
it's surprising
if he did tell me
who global attraction
and so I'd be like,
okay.
Well,
I know,
I know,
I don't start for there,
no.
I treat,
I treat a lot of
persons,
pets and
farm animals
and livestock out there.
I met,
I met Leachin,
too.
I went on his yacht,
it's mega yacht.
It was blue.
You met him
about you,
you're not inviting
on the yacht,
and he's been on the yachts.
Yeah,
have but why you never called stuff with you know i mean i was at his home but i don't know i don't
i can't bring up those things you know you can't break well you don't don't make me boost you
but you could you could because what the words him could i tell you say boy i can't tell you or no
or you could you could ask him it could come from a real thing where like you just a couple you just
want to know what's happening because i really want to know you
I'm not an impression that him and the farm board members are very close.
So he might be very willing to tell you about them.
You might be very willing to tell you.
And why he had to get them out.
And I'm saying that because if you saw like even his tone around that whole comment that
you said that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Where you're saying, listen, the article from which they're quoted when they said at him say,
he'll buy it back.
was that
same article
or
I don't know
which which article
are you talking about
uh
this guy
one that
painting was
as a bad
boss
ah yes
it was
in that article
was it
it was the
it was a post
I think
on
I think it might
have been a post
on
on Jesse
like they actually
posted it
when they were
trying to pick him out
the letter
or something like I
can't remember
yeah
something
along those lines.
Just like, yeah, well, yeah,
so I have to see about somebody.
Yeah, but I think,
I think it was that they were trying to make him look.
I don't know the man, the gentleman himself,
but it was, like, it's almost like they were saying
that he was bad to the staff and the matter of love to come and work.
But it didn't seem, it didn't seem like a Jamaican thing.
It didn't see, it's like somebody who doesn't know Jamaicans,
is trying to make you stone bad.
So they're saying you did some things.
But the things that he's saying you do,
you're like, I'm not saying all Jamaicans are angels.
Some people are assholes, but a Jamaican asshole wouldn't do that.
That's not how our Jamaican assholes are.
And then the whole noise came out with the back and forth to Artivoyer.
They're trying to maybe pour some poison on his name,
which is funny story about that.
In the latest, in the latest,
one of the latest case is in the US
with Albor.
Nothing. This has anything to do with
whatever I said. I would start for it long ago.
I'm just telling you another story.
Apparently his phone
got, not tapped, but they had the messages.
And I want to
quote, just to say,
he is quoted
as saying,
calling the other
the other side's lawyer, a pig, a castrated dog, and a third-rate gangster.
There's some march of this year.
And he sent it to the actual lawyer, like it was actually cussing him.
And I think the terms are there because, again, he speaks Spanish.
So I think in Spanish it means something else.
I think he was being a lot more harsh.
And then he went to court and he didn't deny.
not the lawyer. He said these things and you're cast as perjans on the lawyer and he said
well, well, I don't think that you guys are selling these things. I don't think you should be
silly. He said it. He didn't deny it. So yeah, he is very angry. And I think many bailiffs
have heard themselves described in many other ways though. So it is what it is.
is what it is.
But the thing I like is that you have put research,
I can't stop saying it.
You've put so much research in.
And I love it because it's something that anybody can do.
You're proven that anybody can do it.
Anybody to do it.
Yeah, man.
I really happy to see that.
I'm happy to see that.
I'm proud to hear it.
I'm proud to see you doing it.
And I am happy to know that you're covering the thing that you're in, right?
And you're seeing the reality of it.
There is no covering of the risk completely.
The only person who is completely covered in terms of the risk would be maybe the new director is coming in or Stafford would know or even Strom would know what's actually happening.
And they can't say and they also can't buy and sell any shares.
What right now while they know.
And this whole thing, you know, I've been looking at business and growing too fast.
and over leveraging
himself and, you know, like I was
reading through this whole thing and I thought
of Mystic Mountain
and Mike Dracalich
because it was another thing where
was a
where
was he Sander's guy
was his name again? I think he headed up
Adam, Adam Stewart
yeah. Right.
Yeah, he ended up owning it, right?
Right, because
and I, I, I, I,
guess maybe it's a similar situation you know um defaulted on uh you know the
owners of the business sort of defaulted on alone or something i remember seeing a news article on it
um maybe like two years ago a year ago maybe you know yeah yeah yeah it was it was in court
for a while and then it was eventually sold it it almost happened a leaching
I mean
yeah
yeah
he's a man
touching all
of the topics
today boy
touching all of the topics
today
that was one
I used it
to segue
one of my
standout
moments
rather than
the month
actually
I've been looking
like
as one
PJX
yeah
if it really
allow
PJX
to get
suspended
and
yeah
I wonder
how that
going
affect
nuclear
investments
you know
in
in Turkey
However.
Canada, Turkey.
Say it again?
Will it affecting?
Meno. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Maybe siloed off, so maybe not.
I don't know. I mean, just a suspension, I don't know, but I'm very surprised that they allowed it to go to the suspension.
And what it indicates.
Almost.
At one point, you know, like PJX is, like PJX give you an audited report every quarter.
They audit their quarters.
Mm-hmm.
Come to this.
Are we there so?
Yeah.
I have a joke about that too, but that's definitely not an air.
That's not an air.
It's not an air joke.
But, yeah, to come to this.
But I think, I can't, I don't know what it is.
Just like you, I'm wondering.
I'd say that.
Just like you on one day.
but it's indicative to me of of of um more happening behind the scenes yeah much more
happening behind the scenes the fun the fun thing not as easy you know and that's a
is that like a VC fund you guys a VC fund an I out is so yeah kind of yeah kind
is a VC fund so the VC business is not easy especially coming from then till now yeah
but hey you've seen the yacht
or saw the yachts.
I went on it.
It was never seen anything like that in my life.
It's crazy and I was doing COVID too.
Yeah.
It was the craziest thing I've been doing my life.
I was like, whoa.
And he's a really nice guy.
Met his family.
Really nice guy.
He likes to teach.
And is that?
Yes, he does.
Yes, he does.
He doesn't keep anything like, you know,
he doesn't keep this wealth creation thing.
secret like like you really wants people to yeah yeah my eyes yeah my eyes want you to know the principles
of it yeah yeah i wonder about that that people think before i had more sense i used to think that's like
you get money and you immediately think boy you know me yeah but then i look at it i look on us
i think all of us on this have i've made not we're all rich or wealth or anything but we've made
more money over the last few years and i mean i still i still every people every week i don't want to it
Every week I do it.
But thanks to keep doing it, guys.
Watch me.
I think I speak on behalf of everybody listening.
No and any future, you know, thanks.
Because you guys add, you know, so much color to this thing.
And you really go deep.
And as you always say, like, like in a real way.
You talk about it market in a real way.
And that really helped me out a lot too.
You know, it's, it was intimidating because I'm not a finance guy.
I never did any business subjects of straight science.
and so
so it was
intimidating
one thing
I want one thing before you
before you mean was
I was wondering
that somebody was
apprehensive
about joining
yeah
about joining
and how are you feeling
me now that you've joined
it wasn't so bad
it was nice
you know
really really enjoy the conversation
you know
you have to
you know structure my thoughts
a little better
um
if you're
natural and fun you know that's the important part that's good that's the important
more people you know joining and actually have conversations yeah and be cool so thank you so much
for for you know joining yeah well thanks for me guys i appreciate it and hopefully we
can meet you guys in the flesh i don't know if you guys meeting up on the paliseros stocks in
rock style you know i was gonna go there that day you know to get you to get the guys autographs you know
know what a few people did that day i remember the day you talking about a few people did that that
that's a memorable day yeah yeah a memorable day as i say that but um yeah i've big up
i like that say don't don't make this man meet you and he don't get no food you know
i'm gonna take all of you guys down for drinks one day one day one day you know you know what we're
when I jump back on the grow grad and you guys do the meetups,
because I think I think you guys did a couple.
Yeah, like the in-person thing.
In-person, chill.
I'll buy you guys.
Yeah, man.
Thanks again.
Bless up.
All right.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, man.
Cool.
Big of pride.
Yes.
I really like that.
I really like that.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so.
I really like that.
All right.
Good conversation.
You know, we were saying, I think that, you know, people, this huge idea that, oh, you get money and you start, it suddenly, oh, you know, mean or, or you're stuck wanting to share in that certain way.
I think it's, it's the, it's a movie jockey thing.
You know, like you watch a movie and everybody, all those guys that play sports, they're terrible people.
The couple of people are terrible people, you know, and in real life, you think about other people, you know.
know that are popular people and that's just that's not the case you're right in other cases oh
these guys popular people like them because they're good because they're they're they're
personal but they're nice to people so it's it's the idea of something versus oh i actually
have a real experience with that and i'm not saying all people are great people though
you see celebrities and their shortcomings but true yeah but the reality is yo
people sometimes sometimes it's
more than just the boy you know um i want to share i was doing it before and why would you stop when
they know more why would you stop when you get more experience with the thing i suddenly he says
oh there's more to shareable the thing becomes deeper for you yes yeah yeah one of the things
i think another day and and a lot during the break they moved to that long break um
I was more, I was thinking it literally up to this week.
I was doing something like I'm thinking I go, you know, like I'm thinking about
Brick talk and a lot of how it changed.
I wanted the change that I just said here.
It's like, so no way to brick talk and so I have a couple like a topic.
I put out and I'm like sometimes annoying, sometimes I can't accomplish it.
I'm like, why? Why have that?
And I remember that, oh yeah, no, it's our topic.
But we used to do it the other way.
So we'd have the conversation.
And in there, I need that topic.
And then it would come out.
So by the time people are hearing it.
a topic and nice yeah but you said that to me i say i used to
more we talk about what we talk about this week and i just talk yeah like there's so much good
yeah something will come out of it yeah because i forgot i forgot that you
at the start there's all the secrets people you can't tell you years later now
it's not like i'm not trying to have a stocks conversation i just trying to have a good
conversation like i like a good conversation but i also like stocks i like the market
and you don't get a lot of people
you can have really good deep conversations with
and then worse if you like something
it's really
harder sometimes to have a really deep
conversation with somebody else who also likes it
and it convert when deep don't mean
you know the exact thing in this law or whatever
like it can't yeah man deep just mean that
you know you have a you like something well enough
think about people who like football
you have people you always have the people
of football group have the casuals in a football group
and you have the people them who know like, no, when they come out with them boots,
lace up this way, mean a rare, right? And that person will like the conversation with everybody,
but they love a conversation with somebody else who also can have that sort of interest.
And you don't have, it's not about knowledge because I don't know it all. I don't think she
know it all, I don't deny it all. And I don't want to talk to other people who are, so don't know
know it all and willing to back and forth and learn or whatever about you, right?
Don't say learn.
But yeah, it's, it's, it is the thing that I think makes it good.
So as long as you keep it fun.
Yeah, I was trying keep it fun, I think.
And it's good.
You can make money and laugh.
But I don't know.
Yeah, I think maybe just the mean rich man idea I don't really.
I realize it more and more is not necessarily true.
Not that they aren't.
Not the other there, aren't going.
We've seen many.
There's another piece to that.
What's that?
Sometimes.
I'm afraid in a shagana to cite, no, no, no.
Tell us, doctor.
No, it's not that thing.
Sometimes, when you've done it,
when you've done a thing,
and you will say it simply,
or you give very simple instructions or suggestions,
people think that you're bullshitting them.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Everybody wants a complicated idea of something.
Because there's no way that this thing,
you're telling me to,
so what you are saying is,
if I do these five things,
that's it?
Like, yeah.
So I don't know if that's,
if you've had that experience.
Oh, definitely.
But I find that,
people are they just can't there's no way it's that simple there's a thing that's how you know people
kind of kind of approach um things i suggest or tell them so i got this from leachin i got something
i got from leachin was decoupling simplicity and ease easy and simple are two different things
not because it's simple means easy yeah true simply is just oh i
can distill the steps to something that, you know, it's easily, it's easily digested.
Understead.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
But the steps going through that, getting to us, get into this place, it doesn't mean it's easy.
Oh, so get it.
Mm-hmm.
Buy a business that with strong management that believes in a company.
They don't mean that there are other companies like that.
It doesn't mean getting the money to buy that is, it's right there.
It doesn't mean getting to that, doing that thing is easy.
It just means that is what you wanted to.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, you're right.
That's a hell of a point.
That's a hell of a point.
Yeah, simple.
It's because it's simple, I mean, it's easy.
And it was easy.
It was easy.
Everybody would do it.
Yep.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, man.
Easier.
Oh, God.
I hear pickles the guy, Jean.
What's up?
Hey, one of the guys who must get this person.
You know, what's going to be.
But then, I want to pick it back off what She was saying, and then I forget, because then I bring up something.
So the Shay point was that the very simple thing I remember, the very simple thing that you guys were thinking about, the instructions, like to do these five things.
I remember, we were just talking about it last night, Randy, on the call that I remember when I came in and I said, yo, me have 18 or 20 stocks, you know, and I said, wait, wait, what?
what you mean?
You have
I'm with a diverse
price
I know
you're taught
you're taught
you're taught
you're a diverse
fire
and the man
and say
oh
pig goes
yo
what you do
like
tell me the
three stocks
that you like
and do
do you forget
whatever
I'm going to
all right
cool
and the next time
I came on
a call a month
later
I'm into 15
and I'm going
to take time
come down
and they come down
and come down
to me have like
I know
first per
was the main one
right
so
I'm the same
people
even understand sometimes it take people to it takes a while for people to kind of like take the
little bit of medicine i guess because they hear one thing and you're taught this but you don't really
understand why why the people speak like that or say these things and what you guys have brought
to the space is a layman's way of understanding something that is seen as as as complex and i really
have to reiterate and thank you guys for doing that because they make wally for people who
thought that investing was this
well this absolute
rocket science thing have broken it
down to a more manageable
and simple
way of approaching it
and as you said simple is more about
planning and I guess ease
about skill and talent so
we have to be mindful of the words we use
and I love that and I
clear it up as well so I'm just a big enough
giving no flowers because he's a man who gives flowers
and
you know you never know
before they go for the grave,
you know,
give us
in your life
so you can appreciate it,
isn't me.
And also,
she'll be up
to that wonderful
term you coin.
I won't say
on this because
it's a public space
and we know
here say we are
bully people
but that was quite
well done
with the learn
learn word,
yeah?
Because I don't learn
but
I want to
create more.
So,
pick up for yourself
and love.
Big of up people.
Big of my self, Jerry.
Oh yeah, yeah, next year.
Yeah, girl, Brad.
Girl, girl, girl.
Girl, link up next year.
This time my 2027 link up.
I'm dear, I'm dear.
All right, all right, all right.
I think I'm doing one this year, actually, but both.
Why not? Why not both?
Yeah, why not both?
Chis, is there a four?
I say not.
You not say that again.
No, no, not publicly.
Not publicly.
No, the times have changed.
No, the times have changed.
No, no, no, no what is.
There's no more nuance.
So everybody ready to the outreach.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Piggles'Ire on.
Tell me what's your favorite stuff for July, the month gone, so far.
Dollar.
Dollar?
That was my favorite stuff.
Give me a little boost, you know?
So, I'm grateful to it.
I spoke about it.
Yeah.
I like Dala.
I was an illuminating conversation which also makes me think about, you know, going a little more, being a bit more committed to Dala until we see what we need to say.
Well, I know, I know somebody else is very committed to Dala, you know.
Somebody who's very committed to dollar.
Very, very committed.
You know, I'm committed?
Keeping this stuff alive.
No, you cannot be more committed.
You cannot be more committed.
You cannot be more committed.
I also own dollar.
And I also don't own enough.
You know what the funny thing is?
It's like a curve.
Yeah.
You're going to end up, you're going to end up with a lot again.
Yeah, you're going to end up with a lot again.
Or maybe now.
You're going to preach in the same preach, but.
Yeah, but sometimes you take a little, I know.
It's just how it work.
You're going to end up with a lot again.
It's just the way it shouldn't be,
the way it shouldn't be split up 30 ways equally.
Yeah.
thing you're not a party you're not a market you're not a moganamis yeah it's like you remember
when mj was ipowing the um one of the the things that i said against it was that um it don't
it's it's it's over concentrated in sv yeah
like you know what happened money name name one good investor anywhere in the entire world
that is not heavily concentrated in a few things
yeah yeah but the but it's not the only they're concentrated heavily in something but
they're heavily concentrated you have a picker direction it's something you learn but
you still go have a whole different yeah yeah yeah but big up big up big up big up big off
big off big up all right um i don't i don't want i don't want to stay here forever but i don't
people can jump on and talk i like that i don't make it easy instead of going to the
hold upon numbers um who that have tab what's up money import further yeah right
yeah yeah look at there you go take me man am i going on win why
as usual the thing they kind of mess me up all the twitter car it it has show me the video
thing it looks like it'll play both the video one and the and this one at the same time
phone call one.
The pink one is the video,
except for being in the proper.
But it look like both of them
at the same time, so
me da year a whole heap of feedback.
But I figure it out and get rid of it fast.
You know, the funny thing is,
I don't actually know what you guys thought,
because I do it, I've never been on
and seen it. I've known.
What's the pink thing?
I know I know that if somebody's in a space,
then profile picture have the thing around it,
but it's just one thing.
No, man.
So up at the top,
Like when you're up on the main page, you show you all of the space, they work one.
So for this, it have two space.
It have a pink one, which is the video call one.
And then it has the, I think, it's a green one, which is regular one.
Which is the regular just tall.
Yeah, you can't see nothing.
You can't see nothing.
You can't just basically hear and speak and such.
The space, the original type space.
Yeah.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, so both of them there up there.
But apparently I was on the pink one and this, the original type space at the same time.
so me that hear and it was not a problem until my request to speak at that part then how it starts
double up so you can request to speak while in the video thing yeah it looks so because when
when me when my slide up so when they they kind of down what i'm call it like minimize so
i mean that's just for me to know it's cool yeah man no me figure more or less say you want to know it
because of because i've never yeah i've never seen it too i've never seen two i never seen two
But anyway, you can't go around deny your question.
What I'm saying your portfolio?
I know.
What did you say?
The portfolio, that's what I say.
Oh, yeah, man, the portfolio are going good none.
We can't complain.
Can't bother talk, boy.
But my money is your hearing Supreme, I swear.
That I agree with.
Yeah, oh, my tell the brother.
I agree with.
The thing, the work where you are putting in a
something the Virgin, trust me. Like, you know,
mark a career as a other day.
I realize it was a broker-linked order. What you're joking is a broker-linked order. What you
joke in is a broker-linked order. I think it was for 50,000 units at $35 something.
Because my mark it, because my mark it, because I want to know when it trade.
I know it was going to trade, but I just want to know when it trade. So,
mark the order. But then I was surprised when I got a notification.
from the My Money J up saying that the order was updated.
And the volume change,
so it moved from 50,000 units to 40,000 units selling,
and the price changed from 3550 to 34 something.
I don't really remember.
And, you know, that was pretty cool to me, you get me?
Because I think the order did even change
from a broker-linked order to a regular order.
they're not sure me that for probably look no i don't think so i don't think it can it can yeah but the
order the volume change and the price change though so you know that was a good little feature
it literally make you know say look this is not a different order this is the same order but
certain um things about the other has been changed so it it kind of keep you on track for know
exactly where i go on so now you know this person instead of selling for 35 50
They change their mind I want to sell to $30,000 something.
But at the same time, them cut the amount of volume that they were selling.
So, me did tell myself, say, me, I could basically look for see if them sell the $10,000 separate.
So me don't wonder if when they change it, it fills another order and then change to $40,000.
But I never go about checking it.
But it's pretty cool all of the features, them were able to.
You would have told you that.
yeah yeah if it told you that it told you that it edited that the order has been edited i think
well i have the screenshot oh no but i'm telling you if it tells you that the order was edited
then the order was edited it not that it traded if it if it if some had traded it would have
traded it would have traded so if it edit and trade at the same time it would have tell you
because say for instance there was a sitting order in the queue for 10 000 unit at 3420
and then edited the order to 3420 so 10 to 10
thousand filled to that and 40,000.
You tell immediately that
it has been edited, and then
it should tell you after that some
has traded. Partially filled. Okay.
Okay.
So that means that them definitely just
stick off 10,000 unit then.
I don't know. You can't
also mention that it might have been broken. The funny thing
is that it's so funny.
You've always heard over
the years here than I talk about like just that
looking for that difference, especially know that we have more
retail investors, more people like I'm on Twitter, I see.
a lot of the screenshots of the queue
like you said the people that can
pick the screenshots of the JMMBQ
the money line queue are the
or the cue from J.A.
You realize the difference
of the people who have the
MMJAQ. Especially
when the broker link are they involve.
Yeah man. The advantage is not
difference. May I see
two different things and may you expect
two different things for happen.
Yeah. Except you know looking at what you
think is the same thing. Like it
Exactly.
Yeah, yeah.
You're setting for the same price
because I know
so I'm still going to beat him.
Yep.
Yep.
It's a completely different thing.
True, it's supreme, man.
And the thing about it, you know,
you see,
them all where you say you don't know
until you know, you know.
So it's like
people,
people don't know
when them are miss out
until when them actually
use the thing
and realize
how much it made them life easier.
You remember last night
on the advanced
girl called me
and said,
you say,
yo, boy,
I don't know what I from.
but it's like I don't feel so you know so committed to the end of month or in a quarter or whatever it is.
I don't feel so you know eager because now it just feel different.
I can't just, me have the alert them for help me.
I can set my heart of them.
We can do whatever.
It no feel so, yo, two o'clock a come, you know?
You know, he doesn't feel like that again.
Because it's like, today I think about it and I say, yo, Janu, you know, you know?
You can be a mechanic and go for fix a car with your two empty hand.
You literally, half you have tools to the work.
You get to me and say, and at the same thing with investing.
You have half you have tools.
You have tools when you are invest.
And the person with the right tool, I will get the job done better.
That's just the reality.
Once you have the right tool, the job has got to get done better.
It has got to be more efficient.
You know, it has got to be more accurate.
you know it really really helped man are the greatest company on that man trust me and the person that
the person that don't have the right tool doesn't know exactly you don't know you don't know
you don't know you know even actual tools that's true no i was going to wait by if you use a
example yeah you use when you use the actual correct tool for the right job it's like oh yeah yeah
When you leave the mango tree and start,
go actual mechanic at them,
use the actual tools.
If you're skilled enough for a round there,
can't use one 11 spanner pull one and 10,
10, you know?
Yes, you're a bit desperate enough.
Are you desperate to know.
Your job getting done, you know,
but you pull that a gun long time.
Like, literally move on from that long time
because we have a suck it 10, you know.
So, you need the right tools, man.
You need the right tools.
And that's why when you feel like move on,
you notice all today where we mention about
not being able for trade upon the app.
Because I'm not bad to go to your trade, I swear.
I just care and by that for go on your trade.
Swear to you.
It's not saying that, but it's a, it works well.
It works well and the premium users of my money today
are got to be even happier, so let's say that.
Exactly.
Let's say that.
I forgot I used it while the subscription price
the way they know.
is that's true.
That's true.
You have me I said?
Yeah, people are just right.
Right, right.
Yeah, man, real.
Because I'm over here so fine,
now you're not beat my bad, brother.
Yeah.
It's really, you know.
The funny thing, I think,
this is biased by me,
not just behind the tool,
but also with my own experience.
You said bored and I feel bored also
because of how easily it makes
a careful saying.
how easily it makes you able to make consistent small percentage gains.
So it's not exciting the 10% that you predict.
And it does the work, even if you listen to when,
then I just started doing this podcast.
And compared to no, the work that you do to find something that's going to move
wonderfully in whatever time you want is the work that you do, right?
And cutting down the orders and magnitude or difficulty in that.
To make it a lot simpler, one of the side effects of that is that the smaller gains
became much, like if you want to, finding the thing that have 15% volatility in it
within the quarter for the last four years is easy.
And then you realize what that means.
You have 15%.
that's what you're seven
and a half, you have to
fees ago, that's a 5%
near automatic
that the tool makes it so easy
for you to get that you almost sometimes
look past it
because it becomes so easy.
It's like, I think
that might sound too complex
to people who don't know.
Let me find a real life example.
When the first call...
Remember yesterday even upon the call,
I said I canceled the call.
The order.
Literally could have buy and sell.
same time five percent profit i'm a cancel is said all that
there's nothing saying no but i think i'm like uh when when there was a time when trans
america maybe it was a long time ago maybe two or three months ago you remember you
remember that dip at the start of june it broke eight late may and it dipped a little bit
to the start of June, down to seven odd, and has not dipped again.
The ease with which it made knowing that you should buy
within that little two weeks, the second it dip,
is underestimated, even for me.
And give the joke to Randy, if you're not have the proper tool
for making no say that is available at the time,
my money, Jay, I'd probably get it.
With my money, J.A. made that completely, okay, okay, okay,
because it's so, so, it's almost overlooked because,
think about some of the conversations you hear, yeah, but that you get 5%.
Yo, there are people going to work every day, managing the money for other people that can,
can't call, unless it's a bond them.
Yeah, they can't call nothing a year. Yeah. So it's not like the tool is magic,
but it certainly makes it a lot of lifting extremely easier. And I know it's because
because of the good work done to build, but also the understanding behind it, which is the thing
that is the key. You have to understand the market. You have to actually understand the market.
IP. Yeah, and knowing what is needed and, yeah, I'm thankful for hearing it. But you know how
I go around the talk. Tell me about some stocks.
July, July, June, which month?
July, just for July. Okay, okay.
It'd have to be great.
one of the quick one no man no i mean the first thing we come to me it still was carriehers the first
thing that um pop in my head um thing that was good for me too rpl was good for me too
and um yeah man but you bought carriers in um yeah man within
buy all careers a couple days ago huh no price not too high you know yeah man
yeah no price by high say a man post a picture in a group today
and when i look me realize i'm even buy my buy higher than what him say myself
and it literally don't bother me me just didn't wonder why i never see for him share for
I swear.
I swear.
There's always a difference to it, you know,
especially like in a wholesale business.
You run a wholesale business and a man come buy something from you
and then go up the road to sell it back.
Profit dead there for everybody.
Everybody thing different.
So I'm a buy a carriars a couple of times
well in a year month.
Sell it back a few times.
Buy it back a few times.
I'm still have career shares right now.
So that was a good one for it.
Very, very good one.
Carrier's shareholders are hell of a year.
And you know the dividend is coming.
Yeah, I'll see you that tweet.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Divident right back at that and so said so done.
Yep.
Literally won the next day.
I said, Jaja.
Literally the next day.
And G.
I want to give a joke.
G. H.L. do very well for me, too.
G.
H.L.
Do you know J.H.L is the number one in terms of real yield?
G.HL is the number one
stock on the market right now.
And them drop them notice today too.
So you're nice on.
Another consideration?
No, man.
Them job the thing there.
They'm not dropped the amount, man.
Oh, 32 centit TD.
Oh, that's probably what caused
it to be the number one.
There's a number one right now on the market.
But the yield I'm looking at is...
I think the man, them pay $19 something something
so for the year already, Virgin.
$19.
for you know, 20,
$0.03.
I guess, I guess
the thing
that were me
that he was there.
Yeah, yeah.
But that big in a man,
$20 per share.
That crazy.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Now people are going to look
on the price
with the stock still in a
but everything
come down to the yield.
Don't look at the price
and the yield matter.
Especially
yield is what matters.
Exactly.
Careboard dividends.
Can I say to somebody
today,
them asks me,
them ask me,
but I don't remember
where they'm asking
about stock or something.
I said, you know,
say,
I did buy some,
some GHL,
I said,
I said,
me not buy that,
that too dear.
And I say,
but you say,
a dividend in your love.
They must say,
no man,
but it's too dear.
And,
you know,
I look upon it
and I say,
yo,
ja,
I,
never bother
go for,
like,
explain the whole
thing and try
for a little
because I just
never have the time.
But the truth is
a dollar is a dollar.
Literally no matter.
So if you are invested for dividend,
the yield they have to look upon.
Literally have to look upon
how much you are get back
compared to how much you spend.
And that's how they yield,
though.
The share price no matter in our case like that.
The yield that matters.
Because me can buy
a 10 share or something where you say
expensive and then you spend
far more money upon something else
or least expensive
and me get more dividend.
a better dividend pay out than you.
Yep.
While me have 10,000,
and you have 50,000 shares.
Massive part that I grow up to where, like,
oftentimes,
I'd be surprised how much talk to people
who are sharp and they understand things,
but they've just never understood that before.
Nobody's ever made it plain to them.
And they're hard for explaining to them on.
Jesus Christ.
It's not hard to explain it.
Well, you know what?
Maybe it is, to be fair.
When them think them know,
and them are black,
them mind from just saying that no man that too expensive me not spend so much money for buy one
share you know get them for understand say yo the one share don't matter may i get seven
dollar yeah in a dividend for the one single share you have to buy 10 of that share or 20
that year in a lot of you get yeah but people won't get to understand in fact you can't if the
yield is law the yield is law and that's that exactly so you need to be it's not exactly so it
Literally no matter.
It's funny, you say that, yeah, think about the story about it.
I don't want to tell you.
It's all right.
It's all right.
It's, you can't, there's ways to explain to people.
I do that grow.
You want to learn out to do with people, everymico.com slash grow, GRWR.
There's a reason why it's good.
I've done it for years, I know how best to get people to understand it.
But until they do truly understand it, no.
And, yeah.
It's like Dana and I were saying last week, what I said?
If people are really serious, if more people are serious about dividends, as they say they are,
Scotia would not be below 6150 right now.
That's the truth.
That's true.
You're muted, Danai.
GHA, we don't have a very different trading history.
Yes.
Yeah, that's such a, that's so true.
That's a lot of tales, bro.
Yep.
Yeah, career as well.
Again, if you're there for dividends.
are you there for dividends.
So it's a steel, right?
And then think of, I think one of the things, you know, I was said before.
I think one of the things that is the whole market back,
there's a maturity, actual, actual seeking of profit.
I think it's, to me, it's deciding factor of why the US market is where it is,
because some people participate at that level where we're actually competing for profit.
profit. I'm going up.
I go to the bar field and it's what I
need. It's what I want. So like
think of you saying that, yo,
people are actively seeking
dividends, not
not those armed in there, not those
retailers.
And we can
easily pick out the thing
that is
oh, it gives the best
field and
it can stay at that level
for a long, for a long world.
It's not a case where boy, you know, it's between this and careers, it's between this and that.
It's, boy, GHL, the yield is so great for so long.
And so.
And get the joke.
I'm not going to die.
Every quarter.
Every quarter.
If you were to look at it and say, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, you're doing.
Exactly.
I mean, you know how much.
Oh, look at them.
When in there.
Jesse, then you do, then you.
That next, this dividend.
Hey, boy, you don't make around the big sin up.
See, see, I ate, I eat 85 order.
Then I was the job.
I eat down from winning a show you, I try to.
I mean, no, the points is the fight.
The point.
Don't let me slow you up, see.
Yeah, you think what's something like that,
the price is so high, and nominally.
Mm-hmm.
That means there are more increments
between the percentage yield.
So $1 doesn't actually move the yield as much as something else.
Like carriers, one extra dollar on carriers is one extra dollar on GHL.
Yeah.
So you have so much, there's so much service you can buy that before the yield is competing with something else.
Yep.
Yo.
What's the second highest and then, all right, cool.
What's the price?
What's the price?
I would need to buy J.H.
for it to be equal to the second highest yield.
Yeah.
No, no, no, no, you want.
The second highest yield.
So between that price and no,
you have all that leg room for buy it before it.
It moved.
The second highest yield is year to date,
real yield the way I measure it,
which is what you could actually get up to the point
where you could buy it and get the dividend.
It's actually Indies with one,
the Indies did them one dividend per year.
They did a big one for the year,
4.62%.
But
but GHL
5, this latest
just the one that I'm talking about
that was announced today, the yield
on that dividend alone is 2.0.0.3%.
And
Yep.
One payment.
I try to give people everything.
I try to give everybody everything.
I'm me another type of person then also.
You have.
No, I never.
I never expect.
Another thing, no.
I never expect Randy if you continue upon it.
He may ask me more stock, so I just mention it,
but Randy start reading me too.
I can't help myself with that.
Ta-a-ha-a-ma-ha-a-man.
The mean, rich man.
Yeah, man, the mean with it, man.
And get a joke now.
I just mean to own a one pay.
I just...
That's true.
Value, Regime.
These a man, I love value.
I love value.
I love value.
And just me,
and anybody know to have him,
he gives a lot.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Exactly, exactly, exactly. Exactly. Exactly.
Yeah, funny enough.
We'll get everything to everybody when I know a PFE, literally.
Me know your Phafe? All right.
Yeah, that's my, you know, that's my things I had to learn more of and I still learning more
doing it, which is that, well, I try. You see, if you pay, the value that you pay is way
ahead, way ahead of what you're paying for. Let's be serious, bro.
Anybody don't believe me?
Google how much a Bloomberg terminal cost each month
and then go and see how much my money JAA costs each month.
And even I am feeling stupid a lot of the times.
Even I'm feeling really stupid.
But you just want to give the people the best value that they can.
And if you pay, like if I know you're seriously, you're paying,
yeah, man, I try and give you the whole world.
And it would have, before you tell me that story,
where you tell him it have the um i just want to say like that great thing about j hl too is that like the
dividend isn't equal to anything else because it's coming from trinidad yep so yeah the tax the tax is
different the tax yeah man um yeah it's a big thing man is a big thing number one five point eight five
percent with this one included which called back to our earlier conversation with um with um with
with Ryan about Dolphin Cove that single 60 cent Dolphin Cove dividend was like for 5.45%
that dividend was on its own yeah the tricks in a trade everybody can learn it if you
actually don't say it anyway what you're saying what was the next thing you're saying
all right so when me what me did a look upon is that um when it when earlier when we did
that talk about something you mentioned, grow, like you say,
you know, people need, like, if they want to learn the thing,
then come and grow.
While you did just say that, like, something popping in a way that I run,
go check my portfolio, and I do a quick calculation,
and realize I started investing December 2020.
Big up Jerry anyway, in there.
Jerry are link me and I say, yo, Tav,
my youth, me have started this Jamaica Stock Exchange thing.
I say, brother, you talk about Jamaica Sack Exchange.
A US market if you call me about my youth, that kind of Jamaica.
Man said, brother, come on, on the thing, brother.
We will help you, my youth.
You know, we make you send you the thing the way you need for learn
and start the thing on.
Yeah.
I said, brother, Jerry comes up.
Boom.
One day I'd be on the road and Jerry,
screenshot him portfolio send come give me.
I just drive Gover, Sajikor.
The portfolio can give me just drive over such a good time.
But my company doesn't come out of drive money.
Straight over, straight over,
but give the joke,
I said that we say still, as I said,
I start in December, 2022,
and I do a quick calculation
and my portfolio grow over 20,000 times
from 2020.
You're sure the calculation correct?
Oh yeah, well, no, yes, sir.
well now yeah sorry are some of the things you've done yeah yeah yeah sure sure and that include a lot
of loss me lose 700 grand in a one trade already and it literally no matter to me me i said
them thing here if you say because you lose money means that you can't recover you get me oh yeah
yeah and and this year alone a portfolio already passed a hundred percent man
but this year's last year me make a hundred percent
You remember the thing that yearly thing of my normal is in the group.
Last year, we made a 100% for my portfolio.
It got over 100% but at the time when I descended to it was it touched 100% mark.
I'm already past 100% mark for this year on my portfolio already.
And I said this we say, how the grower thing really worked.
You know, from I join the group in a 2022, well,
2023, I think I join in it.
Because I start investing in December 22.
And from I join the group, I am not coming out.
Because you mention value and me mentioned value.
The value is dear.
Just you have a serious about it, endure,
and learn the thing and stick around.
And it definitely, you go see the returns.
And I can be more grateful enough.
You know?
It means a man we'll just link around the one away and say,
Bregin, big up, me link down there one away and say,
Bridging, big up.
I just saw me work.
And me's a youth, me.
I'm always grateful, you know?
And, yeah, man.
And people have for serious and understand.
Sometimes here we are seeing with on social media,
they are big up the thing and I say,
and they probably feel like some gimmicks thing or whatever.
But the same thing where Jerry do for me,
me have to try it to do for people.
You get to me and say?
Jerry show me the way and say, yo, come in on this,
Ray, where, right, way, come in and they work for me.
So when me put it out there in the public,
other people, even one one man can't hear me
talk about this and go try the thing at work for him,
mega happy for that, you know, because I invest in everybody.
I mentioned today, say, somebody sells something for the lower than
when me buy it for today.
Profit unite for everybody, they get me.
And not because your average price lower than mine means you make more money than me, no.
So, you know.
You to the market and say, you making money doesn't hurt me.
Exactly.
That is what I try to say a while ago.
You making money don't hurt me at all.
You know, exactly, you know, everybody thing different.
Everybody, I can literally buy now and sell tomorrow, but this Aboriginal has done decide to say,
oh, next year, me has sell this, you know?
So not because him buy it for keep it,
for you think you have to keep it too.
Everybody thing different
and where everybody will look
the amount of, the return where they may look for them money.
It's totally different.
So everybody, everybody can basically make money from the market.
Everybody can't win.
Exactly.
Exactly.
One big table, everybody can eat.
Yep.
Exactly.
That's why it's not matter to mean, you know.
Just one people for it.
Try the things.
It's contrary to how we usually think, though, that's the thing.
It's a shift, it's a shift, because you usually have felt worried about.
Somebody say, grab their food.
If me sell soup, then our next man can come sell soon.
Yeah, exactly, exactly.
Funny, I...
Then they might be...
It's protected.
And then none out I told them not make no money.
Because they two of them fight themselves down to a price and nobody no money.
Yeah.
I remember that with DVD, you know, remember when my aunt used to buy a DVD, the five bills, you know?
Years ago, you know.
And now you all get three shows
by one DVD for $100.
I have not.
Will not since you say a DVD, bro?
A long time I'm not seen it,
but the last time I did a three show.
A three show by one DVD for a hundred dollars.
I said, what?
You know that crazy?
Everything else price
I go up in the country and DVD
movie on DVD price I go down.
I can't we a fool.
You get me, we'll fight out each other
with the price thing and fight out.
Everybody hears him and I say,
for 150, 1.30 for mine.
You know? I won't show you.
Nobody's not money.
You know, some people know, it's just,
I'm happy that you're saying. That's all I say.
People know, because I always say,
the President of Burger King did not make KFC make less money.
Drunkling.
That's true.
Just think about that.
Remember when everyone was worried about Israel,
that was hilarious.
Not me.
I wasn't worried.
Well, yeah, I wasn't worried.
Well, yeah.
yeah i was worried it's a whole thing and i was like if it's easy everybody would do it yeah yeah
yeah i think people the people at this show long enough to understand like why why we rate the
people that we rate and why we said the things we say um i'm happy to hear that and and am used
that as a segue to hear uh we definitely can't go all night people so we'll have firmament here
we've been waiting patiently firmament you know no and the firmament you mean a
Good night, good night, dear.
Money God.
You have hit your goal.
10, 70, odd.
No, I haven't.
I haven't sold today.
I haven't sold.
You're hearing me?
You're hearing me?
We're hearing you clear, man.
You're coming through clear on the money line.
All right.
So, well, all right, I'm actually up 113% in Tj.H.
Right now.
Congress.
That for you, my boss.
And I wanted to jump on because I heard you guys
talking about taking profits, right?
You know, when you take, when you take profit constantly, doesn't that, doesn't that diminish the shares, your shares and your dividend pay out?
No, because you turn the shares into money.
You can buy it back.
You can buy it back.
But, but the.
And also, like, different people, like Tav just said, different people have different people have different people have different.
different goals and want different things for their portfolios and things like that different not just that but different people have different levels of tolerance so not everybody will buy and sell yeah so i understand that no not everyone has the stomach to be buying and selling i just think that me can always get tj h here for buy you you will never have been never there will never be any shortage of that i can tell you that even
No, there's no shortage of it.
I can't always get for the five.
And where I'm starting from is where I'm starting from.
No matter where I'm starting from, that's my starting point.
Mm-hmm.
You know the problem, though, Sherry.
Mm-hmm.
You know the problem, though.
Because he mentions him there up a hundred a hard percent.
Mm-hmm.
So you know that.
So, exactly.
So, exactly.
So he now have to buy back at $10.
Yeah.
But if you sell at a hundred and thirty percent, right?
And then you buy back.
As long as you're not buying it back,
you know what?
I can't even say that because I've done it all the time.
All the time.
All the time.
You may I'll sell something today and buy it back today.
Higher, literally.
Literally.
I think, sorry thing to tell people, Randy.
They're in discomfort.
discomfort there is often discomfort in selling something especially when you look at a nice low average price
oh god and the yield it's so nice i get it because i i went on um and one of the one of my accounts and i
saw average price it's the u.s side of 0161 and i was like okay so now i get why
people might say or not selling because when you go in and use your avid price at that and you look
at the current price you're just like there's no way right so i understand that there is some
discomfort for a lot of people in selling and then going back in well you know if he buy half the amount
of units where him have no him still are going in a profit like if him have if he have if he have
20,000 unit now, and then him go and buy
10,000 unit
at $10,000.
He's still a right.
Yeah. It's just that the average price
are going to change. Exactly.
So it's a mental, it's a mental block.
The money is going to be the same.
If I tell you next week, you can buy
I'll sell you a transaction maker for $8.
Matter what are you at? I'm giving you for $8.
What do you do? What do you?
Not even tell you, put down the shares for you.
So the moment you come up and show the money,
you can get as much to Jamaica as you are for $8.
What would be your move?
You hear him?
I don't think I each, my each.
Maybe we want to have all the difficulty.
I hear you.
I hear you know.
Are you hearing me now?
Yeah, man.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, right.
You heard that now his question?
Yes, I heard this question.
I was saying to him that I would buy some of it.
I would buy some of it.
Norman.
So what?
As much as you want, you know.
So any amount of money you come in it is you get a transfer to make of $8.
Yes, I would buy it.
Wouldn't you clear all of money?
Wouldn't you gather all of the funds?
You might ask me if you'd buy firmament.
Of course, you'd buy $8.
Trampsonameecoe.
Yeah, yeah, I'll go buy it.
But what you do?
He might try it.
Hold on.
Denny, maybe never hear you.
Say it again, Dan.
No, I tell you next week, you can get as much transfer maker from me as you want for $8.
Guaranteed.
Guaranteed.
Any amount of money you come with?
You would get transfer maker for you at $8.
What would you do?
I would buy.
I would buy it.
What would you do now?
Which are you?
Oh, you're not hearing me now.
No, we're hearing you.
you're hearing me
all right cool
yeah I would not buy too
I would buy
but the thing
the thing is that
you said that
there's no shortage
of T transomaker shares
right
but if I
I mean yes
understand
he understood
he understood
he understood
honest
honestly you said there's no
shortage of shares
so but if I
if I sell right now
wouldn't it be more
expensive to buy back in
and it would take time
it would take time
you don't know
you don't know
How much shares you have?
How many shares?
I'm actually asking.
I'm actually asking to tell me.
The thing is, I know.
No, no, actually, hold on.
I'm asking.
How much shares you have?
I have over a million shares.
Uh-huh.
So what?
How much?
You think it'll be hard to buy with a million and shares at a transfer maker?
No, millions trade every day.
Every day.
It'd be very easy to get.
It takes a lot of money to not be able to drive enough transveramaker shares.
I realize realize you know that there's something in there you know there's some profit in there
and these guys saying something well you have over a million trans Jamaica shares you're still
down to grow yeah I I did grow in 2020 in 2022 before you make the million in trans
Jamaica yes thank you people I can get a better add thank you
provide. What was I saying just know? I was just worried about the time it would take to regain the
shares. One day. What do you mean? Like, all the time. Bro, free open a loan. Nine o'clock.
You can get a million shares. Nine o'clock. Sharp Monday morning, nine, one million by, one price.
Million by a morning. Like it's hundreds of thousands for one order. You would do. You would be
be a blip.
Sorry, Phil was in here. I never ever remember to say, Phil, sorry for skipping in.
I'm so sorry, Phil.
No, man, the firmament strong. Good, good, good.
And another thing I wanted to say.
No, no, for a moment.
You blip over points, my brother.
No, man.
Yeah, don't know.
You actually ask something.
You ask if you wouldn't take all other time.
start of this year till today 807.99 million trans jamaica shares have traded
8007 9 9 million not even 200 days in the year yet right it's it has traded a
147 out of the hundred and 47 trading days so far this year 100% of the days the average
daily volume is 5.49 million units right i think
I think you can get...
Did you think you would not be able to get back?
Five times you're holding.
I'll be able to get...
Every day.
I'll be able to get it back, but it would take time.
Wouldn't you say that would be...
Why?
Because it would be more expensive.
So I would get less shares when the price goes up.
So, does it go up every day?
No, it doesn't go up every day.
But when you...
When you said that it dipped, it dips in a body doesn't really dip by that much.
So there's something that you're not saying, that you're implying in your words, that you're not getting.
Because here's the truth.
You're saying that it would be hard for you to get it.
Right now at this moment, the market opener, 6.2 million trans-Jamaica shares in the cell queue.
You can buy 6.2 million shares.
Well, you can buy 3.6 million shares.
assuming that none of these are icebergs.
That's what you can buy right now.
But there's 6.2 million available.
You can buy 3.5.
Right, 3.6.
Point is, the availability of units is not the question.
It's not in question.
It's not the problem.
What you really mean is that you won't be able to get back the same amount of shares
at the price that you have in mind right now.
The price that I have in mind.
No, I would even be okay with just getting
about the same amount of shares because you care about the amount of shares yeah because i i care about
the dividends i care about the the dividend how do you measure dividends you say you've done grow
how do you measure dividends well i heard you i heard you guys mention the yield but
all right so work with work with me if if you put a million dollars into trans jamaica
let's not use trans jamaica you put a million dollars into a stock
at one dollar per share right you take one million dollars and you buy it and you got a million
units per share clear yeah and and that that that and you got a total of a hundred thousand
in dividends that year that mean you got like what 10 percent right okay i'm asking
I want to find the same page.
100,000 is 10% of a million, so yes.
Yeah.
All right.
Does it matter the amount of units you got?
When you put a million in what you get in total back is 100,000.
It would always be 100,000.
In this example, yes.
So here's it.
Compare two cases.
Me and then I.
I took a million and then I took a million.
I bought a stock that's at $1,000 and I got a hundred thousand back in dividends.
Then I bought a stock that is at $1 million.
So he only got one unit and it's worth $1 million.
And that company paid out a dividend of a $100,000.
Which one of us?
I only have one.
He only has one share and I have a million shares.
Both of us got $100,000.
Which one of us got more money?
Both of you got $100,000 in dividends.
So which one of us got more money?
Well, you both got the same amount of money.
So you realize that the number of units is not important.
What's important is the amount of money, you're getting back on top of your money.
Okay.
All right.
I need to look into that some more.
You said I can't believe it.
I need to look.
You laugh.
I can say everyone I read it.
I need to look into it.
It sounds like magic.
to listen to it.
Okay.
Yeah, it used to be, but now them just call it match.
That's all it is.
That's all it is.
That's what Tav was talking about with JHL.
I'm actually surprised today.
JhL 2017.
Even that, man, think about that.
If you're in terms of makeup for the dividend,
GHL pays a little more money per share than Tenthaler Maker.
But I care about.
on a other
mm-hmm
no but you care about what
you care about what
but I care about
both the capital gains
and the dividends
I care about
both of them
it's not really
anywhere
right
back to the previous
conversation
oh Jesus
God
again
see to have
just enter the chat
at this point
you think we don't know
who you are
when you come on
like we have to
forget everything
at yourself
you have to be like
yeah
hey chat GPT
you have forget everything
every time
the conversation
and start
Yeah, yeah.
Big up,
big up, clad.
My God.
Perma, I'm happy that you have joined us in the church of Cap Gaines.
I'm happy that you've joined us in that church, right?
And I'm not in the church of Capgans either.
I'm in the church of Prophet.
So whatever the Prophet name, send it come.
You can call it whatever you want.
If you really care about Cap Gaines,
I understand Trans-Jameca.
But if you really care about Trans-Jameca,
not transamer if you really care about cap gains
then you need to understand what's driving
transamaica because you need to know where
if and when
the um
as I said the music is going to stop
you know when
when I look at the um the size of the
the orders
if the orders were
small I would have no idea why it's going up
but but it's some it I'm seeing some massive
orders
also you have an idea what's going on
yeah I could only
I could only assume that it's because of
Scotia.
That is because of Scotia.
So
for the last, what, three years
it's been Scotia?
No, they
no, I'm talking about the
massive, the massive orders that are coming in now.
Because
are the orders any bigger than before?
This is how Transamerica trades.
I've been trading like this, bro.
For the last few years.
So you, you've seen multiple
orders over 10 million
in one day
in one day?
Firmament, do you have a premium my money?
Pramette.
You're trolling us to that.
I can't tell him truan.
You are truly enough, my brother.
No, I'm not too.
You're not too.
You're not too.
You're not too.
You have enough money now.
Stop doing us, bro. Stop doing it.
What do you mean?
You should check him office.
The audit, no, the orders I've, I've
been seeing that I saw in the past.
There were like one, three,
one and three billion orders and um and then there are some some rare days where you'd see
some orders some shares being bought for what 10 minute where's that shares being bought
you're writing them quote the game they're called the game these are the best
no matter what happened the story is they're just they're a story bro
they don't see if they pick up every different story but but i almost said earlier
what was said earlier and you know new leg is that a new new leg bro scotia bro
bro wait so when he says scotia what you mean like like money has been exiting scotia and going
into transamerica because scotia is leaving jamaica the market i mean not jamaica no i'm saying
i'm saying that people are preparing for scotia to to leave so they buy buying their trans
bramaker right they're jumping into transamerica to prepare for that so where they're coming
from they're exiting where they're coming from
where's that money coming from if it's scotia related
i think it's money that they had in their packet or them bank account
so why would they buy transamerica i had this money
before scotia decided to exit the market
why didn't i buy chancer makers then
or why didn't i buy shosha then why didn't i buy scotia then
what's the evidence that they were buying scotia the same volumes
that they're buying what's the relationship you're trying to draw here
between Scotia and Transcocia
is it that they would have bought Scotia
otherwise or they were buying Scotia
and the money is going to Scotia. Transamerica
is that they're selling Scotia and buying Transcocia
what's the actual link you're making?
No, I'm just saying
that the money that they had on them
they're using it to buy
Transca Jamaica
because...
From it, welcome.
You had money that you weren't buying anything with.
Right. And you hear, Scotia
is exiting the market and your first off
to buy transfer maker?
Yeah, it would be my first thought.
It would be my...
So, why would Scotia leave in making you buy transfer maker?
What about Scotia leaving the market
would make you specifically by transfer maker?
As I'm asking.
Oh, well, because the owners of the shares of Scotia,
they want to put that money somewhere else.
They got, there are a couple pension funds.
So you're saying, so you're saying,
in Scotiard?
No, because that money will come,
the money, when Scotia leaves, people get money and they're going to come and buy
Transchamaica with it.
That's what you're saying.
Yes, some of that money will end up in Trans-Jameca.
That's what I'm saying.
Will, but we're asking what's happening with the price being high now.
No, no, no, no, no.
So you're saying, they're seeing there's an opportunity.
Yes, they're seeing it.
Right.
Because money will come later.
Yes.
That's exactly what I'm saying.
That's exactly what I'm saying.
Where is this acting?
astute market that you, which, where is this market?
Where these heavy investors that are looking on things and acting ahead of time,
let me get into Transjamaican at higher and higher and higher and higher and higher and higher
and higher volumes ahead of the Scotia?
But wait, that also doesn't jive with what you said about the large volumes.
It doesn't jive.
Oh, because rich people there live in Jamaica, you know?
Yeah.
So.
So what?
but you're saying
why do you say
there's no link there
so is the rich people that have been
putting their money
not in Trans Jamaica as it rises
but in
in Transjamaica as it rises
in an accusation of the Scotia payout
and so they're willing to buy the Transamerica
heavily up to
up to up to
10.77
10th today right
they're willing to spend it
and they weren't willing to spend it
yesterday when it was cheaper
back to wait till today when it's more expensive.
Yeah, maybe they'll have to wait for the money clear or something.
You're right, you're right.
And the Scotia News is not new.
It's not new, but sometimes news travels solely.
Well, a lot of times news travels solely.
And inside the Scotia News, until the 10 million dollars before,
though, before the Scotia news, what that you missed?
We're telling you what happening.
10 million.
All right.
So you're saying that there are multiple orders like that happening on a single day or
consecutive days or?
The average, the average, the average train day for Toronto makers.
The average is not saying every single day, which means they're spiking some days and some low.
5 million per day.
Five and a half.
5.5 million units per day.
Yes.
and then and then today
was it today
today we saw multiple
10 million hours over 10
average doesn't mean every single day
5.5 million trillion
average means some days
the 10 million happen and some days
it's three some days is two
some days it's 10
sorry I also for a moment don't make the mistake
you said
and Dana is responding to an eyes responding to
units you said
units now you're going to cash
it cash is a different story.
You're saying $10 million.
You're kind of breaking up.
I'm sorry.
My portfolio is down.
It wants to be that.
You're saying you said you keep switching from units to dollars.
That's two different things.
When you say 10 million a day,
what are you talking about?
10 million dollars or 10 million units?
Units.
So you're asking if there's many 10 million unit days,
in the year?
Yes, you're right.
Yeah.
This whole time I've been talking about units.
Yes.
Yeah, I'm sure I can find 10 million days.
Yes, many.
Days.
Many, many, many 10 million unit days.
All right.
All right. I guess.
But there was something else I wanted to talk about.
I say, I cannot believe it.
And then just switch again.
I mean, I have 8 million.
Why do you?
Why do you switch topics so easy, man?
So annoying, bro.
them said me he only joke on a tangent in me know what I see no the crown
so you know him really make a lot of money and just don't feel good now
that is like you I afraid that the run continues my boy I hope it's not until the
31st of July right I think today is the 31st so
and today's you today's volume is 7.8 yesterday was 17
and the run the run started and then 7.4 was the 27th
mm-hmm nine under 15th
that no so like a lot of the day 17 on the 29th of June
yeah no it is it is no no I'm thank you
sorry okay he knows he knows the fact I can mention that the 10 mil days I think he
he knows.
He saw he doesn't believe that.
Him do a thing, man, really.
You're going with disbelief to get us to explain something.
But yeah, it's, it's...
So do you guys have an idea, an idea of why the price is increasing?
Yeah, the new leg.
The new leg. The new new leg.
The Montego will bypass, I mean, sorry, the Montego will bypass.
The price, but the price increased.
even before the AGM started, the price was running.
Oh, the AGM dropping.
Okay.
Because they brought up the Montego Bay bypass in the AGM.
And they're-
From David.
And there were articles.
I mean, the Montague Bay bypass is not a new thing, but didn't they give up the
Montego Bay Bypass?
Yeah.
they gave it up yeah then they give it then they have the right the first you're
a company you up your house you oh dad i mean i probably i probably miss that one
them too um who's working on the montevilb bypass right now who built it oh i don't know
i don't know who built it you know everybody knows the same people bill everything not
that's not true that's not true but the same people build everything heavy recently
Oh, then that Chinese company, check.
Okay.
Who runs the north-south highway?
It's a private company.
I don't know the name of the company.
What nationality are the people that run it?
I can only assume that they're Chinese.
That's weird.
In Jamaica, you assume that they're Chinese.
What's an own-year-assum, sir?
Yeah.
Anyway, what else do you do want for a moment?
Yes, this last thing I wanted to talk about.
The concept of buying and selling stocks, right?
The concept, yeah.
Yeah, because if you're constantly buying and selling,
aren't you getting diminishing returns compared to someone that holds?
You're constantly buying and selling Trans-Germica Highway, right?
Aren't you getting diminishing returns compared to someone that holds it for a
while if you if you if you if empirically if you are doing a straight line comparison
i was going to say yes but it depends not necessarily the person who bought it in jett two people
bought it in january with a million dollars right at the start out the year buying it
four dollars 61 one of them sells it the end of january for 650 the other one
one keeps holding it that same one who sold it buys back um a week later at 588 and then they continue
to hold it to the end of February at that point which one them has more money the person the
person who bought it and I never sold oh I know he know the only way you could say that is that you
know that that's wrong that's that's not even a high level
trod in, bro. So me, that's not even come on you come on. You said he said he said that they bought
the same price you and I you and I buy with a million dollars we don't even want you
want you to try and make again we'll use something for a dollar both of us bought and stuff
each time a million dollars at one dollar at the end of January it's at three
dollars so we both have three million worth right yeah I sell so I cash out my three million
you still have 3 million in stock.
A week later, the same stock is down 20%.
I buy 3 million worth 20% cheaper than I sold it.
I now have more units than you.
Four weeks later, the stock is back up to 5.
Which one of us has more money at that point?
Exactly.
You know I have not that great much.
No, no, no, no, we don't go ahead.
No, go up.
Perfect.
So the difficulty, the difficulty is being able to predict that fall and that rise.
And it's not easy.
It is simple.
It's not easy.
But it's not impossible.
And the truth is, as somebody who didn't know it and then learned it and then has done it
and I thought others, it's easier than I thought it was.
It's not easy.
it's simple, it's not easy,
but it is a lot easier
than I thought it was,
and it's a lot easier than most people think it is.
Now, is it the only way?
No, is it the required way?
No.
You don't have to do it.
If you don't have the time or the skills,
if you truly believe you can't do it,
even though you don't know,
you believe you can't do it,
and you decide, let me just find something
and stick to it,
that's also perfectly fine.
But if you're going to go empirically,
the person who is able to do it
is going to earn more
and it's going to learn more
it's going to have more knowledge
along the way
so this
concept that we just talked about
do you teach that concept
do you teach it
you don't grow so you know what I teach
it's not in grow
you haven't done grow then
no it's not in grow then
you haven't done grow then
let me give you a real example
for a moment
and the third of July
I bought sold
sorry
14,600
SVL shares for $18.50
cents, right?
That's the third of July.
And between
the
same third of July
and the 27th of July
I bought about
14, same
14,600 between
$17.58
and $18.1.
I spent
less money to buy
at the same amount of shares
in that time, right?
So
am I better off having done that
than if I
did not
sell the shares at 1850
on the 3rd of July?
You're better off, but
is it that you predicted
the dip or you just you just saw that it dipped?
Yeah.
How would he see that it dipped if you sold before it?
No, you're saying
did he predict that the price is going to go down?
That's what you're asking from?
Oh, okay. Yeah. So, yes,
I expected it to go down.
And you acted on it.
And acted on it.
In law. My favorite example of this
is Trans-Gamika.
Is trans-Gamaker
announced that they would do an offer for sale.
And my good friend Randy,
he even tweeted that he's selling
because the price will drop.
Yes, I remember that.
So is that Randy predicting that the price would fall?
Yes, he did.
But then after it fell, it rose thereafter.
Yes, he did.
rise.
Randy was buying at that time.
What do you call that?
But how often can you
do something like that?
Like on an average day?
Boy,
you listen to
and you hear,
you hear,
you hear Shay,
and you hear me and Randy
multiple times say,
yo,
all right,
we said,
okay,
I'm selling
in Transamer
no,
because,
you know,
time no.
And we even said
when we're back in.
But,
but that,
what,
What I was saying was that that was a big announcement.
What about like on an average day?
I'm talking about what I said.
I just told you about average days.
I just told you about average days.
You haven't done God.
Were you lying?
Were you lying that you did grow?
No, I did it.
No, I did it in 2022.
Watch me, watch me.
You heard earlier when Ryan was on?
Ryan, that when you were talking about Dolphin Cove?
Yeah, yeah.
You heard the things you were saying about Dolphin Cove?
I was just listening to some of it.
So if he found something in there that indicated to him something that he thinks would cause the price to go up or don't, would you consider that to the big?
Yes.
Okay.
Is that as big as the prime minister announcing that the government is going to sell their shareholding in Trans-Samaica?
Yes, that would be big.
but how often
does an opportunity
that come along
and
you're asking
how often
everybody said
every day
I even
I even pointed
on Brick Talk
multiple times
this year
we said
what we're doing
with it
I've sold
and bought
on something
more than once
he said
too
yeah
and said it
on the
podcast
in my example
SVL
never do
half of a same.
Yeah.
And I sold it for 1850
on that day and I bought some
shares
for 1770 something
on that same day.
The exact same day.
Okay.
All right.
All right.
It's a simple
it's not easy.
We're not even saying
you're going to always be right
but we're saying it's
been done multiple times.
Can be done delivered.
Has Tramaker probably one of the easiest
wants to do it with?
Oh, the easiest.
Yeah, based on its volumes, yeah.
On this show you here,
we're calling this time right now for it to go up.
Like, it's the easiest to do it with.
I can't imagine anything easier.
All right, all right, then.
All right, then.
Congrats on the profit, bro.
Indeed.
As we say, yeah.
You hold the,
is not a mark against anybody doing anything else.
I know people with more profit in Transamerica than you based on what they've done,
based on that movement.
But, and that's fine.
You've made good profit.
If you don't want to do that other thing or you think it's hard or impossible, then simply
don't.
That's fine.
For a moment, let me show you, is when you serious about it?
You certainly think nobody never told me that it was impossible.
So I never knew it was impossible.
so I just kept doing it.
And along the way, I'm like,
oh, it would be better if you could do this,
you could do that, it could be easier.
And then you make tools to make it easier.
So you see like that thing you're just asking about?
Let me use the example here.
You see when in buyback, let's say in buy back,
this was an exact price.
I'll just use that date July 2nd.
You start finding ways.
You start finding tools and wanting things to use to help you
to be able to actually
do the thing and do the thing easier.
And you start finding things like,
like, like, like this.
Like, let's go with a,
I'm in the wrong portfolio.
Don't worry.
You start finding things that will help you
along the journey to calculate ahead of time.
Okay, how would I do this? How would I do that?
How much do I need to sell it at if I need to get it right?
How much do I need to buy it if I want to buy it?
Like, it is literally built to help you make
those decisions because you have identified exactly where the decision need to be made.
I need to find the right point at which I can sell because I expect it to go down and I need
to find the right point to buy because I expect it to go up.
You know, if you go into those two points knowing that I don't need to know the exact point.
I don't need to know that it's not going to go any lower.
I just need to know that you're low enough for me to go in for me to justify it based on where
I expect it to go high.
to go high, I don't need to know I did not want to go any higher.
Like I'm pissed that I don't have any Transjamaica right now,
but it's not that I've never had any Transjamaica, right?
And it's not that I'm not going to have it.
I'm going to have again before the year done.
I'm going to make profit on it again before the year done,
because it's not about going in blindly.
I'm believing in, I don't believe in Transjamaica.
I believe in the share price movement.
I believe in people.
That's really important.
Yeah.
You know, earlier you mentioned that how easy it is to use my money, JA, to get small percentage gains.
Did you ever think, did you ever think about packaging that benefit into an advertisement?
No, that's illegal.
That's illegal.
Good try, officer.
Good.
Good try.
Good try.
No, no, no, no, officer.
No, no, no.
I say it's good.
It's easy.
When you're using it and you're serious about a marketing, actually going into it, it helps
you along the way and you see it but i'm not going to advertise that use my money jennica
help you make small percentage gain one thing says my money hold it yeah we're not across that
line but yeah it is it is useful what you're doing it very very useful when you're doing very very very
very useful when you're doing is it is this being able to predict ahead of time and no ahead of time like
okay, I just need to, if I want 100% profit or whatever percent property you have in mind,
I need to sell it at that price or whatever.
That makes a world of difference.
It makes it so much easier instead of having to work it out all the time.
But if you want to do the hardware and work it all the time, that's cool too.
That's perfectly fine.
It's just don't knock the method if you like another method, but it is real.
But what I'm saying is if you just had an advertisement where you're showing someone
that you made a small percentage gain, police would not like you for that?
You see how Carter look when him come out?
I used to rate the artist.
I still kind of read the artist, but you see him look when him come up.
Imagine I'm in there.
What are you there in there for?
Well, you want to see, you know, there was some cap gains that I had to make.
You must be mad.
I'm good, bro.
I'm good.
I'm good.
I'm good.
I'm good.
I'm good.
It doesn't sell fun, bro.
now.
I want to
what you're doing for
stopping.
What you're there for?
My money,
J.A.
you know,
well,
this guy on the internet
international
do I
add and tell people
at them can.
It must be mad.
You know
soft man,
sir?
You was mad.
The president
for the year,
brother.
No,
no,
no.
I like you trolling.
I won't lie.
I like you trolling.
I think twice I like
trolling.
Yeah,
you're right.
You're trying me.
Two six.
the raid me didn't. I, I, I'm stumped.
He's so good at it. You know, what got to the rest of the people that they have a call
it at night, yeah. Indeed. I don't know what's next. Sir Phil, is you are, or is it, um,
I think, global? Man, me, no even. Now man, feel no really good, feel, feel no go.
Yeah, man, I, me never remember what matter about, for my true have. Yeah, he says he's so good
that he's so good at it.
He's so good.
He's so good.
I'm for the best.
Effective trolling and all.
He probably had something to do with what I came about to talk about.
I mean, the July thing, I,
I, um,
one of the thing that was thinking about was that,
uh,
there are,
you can find opportunities on the market.
in various things and you know i was a little bit more active actually in up i make money point a little
money i mean it's a it was like a 10% gain on eply of all things yeah i mean things just
that a recent drop right it's not even that one i didn't i didn't get um get any of that one but
Before, there was a drop in the price to 29.
And on the day, I had some money.
I'm going to say, well, it's not usually at this level.
I'm going to buy some.
I'm just put it in another cell queue.
And eventually it's filled, you know?
Eventually it feels.
I learned come up on my money, J.A. says, how do I get filled?
And that's that.
And I mean, people say, eplea don't trade.
They play this.
if you can't get no volume, you this and it, that.
But, you know, if you're looking, you'll find it.
Yeah, I think at this point, Eple might be one of my biggest gainers ever.
Nice. From using the permanent method, yeah,
just trying to buy something like thing.
Yeah. From long, long, long, long time.
Not even a lot. Just a small amount of units, but I think it might be one of my biggest gain ever.
Yeah.
Those Eple guys, I wonder if they're going to be coming in.
percentage wise yeah yeah percentage wise yeah yeah you know some plans coming to fruition some plans
coming to fruition soon this rear cobra thing i wonder if they're going do anything on the market
with it the water treatment plan i mean i'd hope you know i'd hope but i don't know i don't
they're very you know them on and the um market yeah yeah they can never tell what they'll choose
to share we're incidental
I don't know, I wouldn't say it to death tax,
or you know maybe we are, that's the truth.
But that's the truth.
Sval results came out, which is good.
Where they're strong, I haven't gotten to look through them properly there to know.
Yes, 770 million in a net profit.
The tax and a nice dividend is of 26 cents.
Hopefully they're back to a run rate of 20-something, 30-something cents dividends, which would mean
they're back to-.
4.4% yield.
Yeah.
And one dividend, yeah.
One dividend, yeah.
2.85% yield so far.
Consistent.
I mean, it has be the highest, but it do it every quarter.
Consistent.
Yeah, and predictive.
which sorry well yeah finish finish i think you're going to say the same point let me not take
your point go ahead no no what i like is that the the quarter the results included only the first
half of the world cup um sports betting from that from the first half of the workup the knockout round
started on the 29th of june the round of 32
the first of July was the
they were still playing round of 32
and I figure there was more interest in the games
beyond that time people would have probably
betting more
and so I expect them to
they said that they had an uplift
the way they break it out is not
so clear but in their MD&A
they said that they
did have an uplift in sports betting
attributed to the
that first half of the World Cup
or the rounds of the World Cup
not the rounds the preliminary round so i expect their q3 result to reflect even better in terms of the sports betting
yeah i saw a post from them where they're talking about the yes the volume paid out
they spoke yeah there's one of the amount paid out and there was one where they said the volumes of the
the volume of sports betting that they've had this for this workup is three times the volume that
they had for the last workup they said that at the end of the end of the workup
three x a volume wow wow that might be that's might be a big deal i mean i like what it bodes
well i think it's like that's a nice leading indicator for maybe the overall
ecosystem exactly yeah yeah and they're just talking jamaica there
They were just talking about, I mean, they're talking about just bet only.
Mm, okay.
What is it just bet or they're saying sports betting?
And, well, it would be just bet.
You'd be just bet you're talking world.
But what I'm wondering is if they facilitate that in any other markets, well, in Ghana.
Oh, I don't think so.
I don't think they've gone into sports betting in Ghana.
I haven't seen anything, any evidence suggesting that.
I know the big deal in Ghana is that a lot of it,
like they have a larger betting surface area with tech, right?
Meaning, although I know they're not necessarily undergrown with betting,
like they're supplying it, but I was thinking about the Ghana market look like with tech.
So sports betting lent itself to tech, tech lend itself to sports betting.
I think in both five.
answer years from now yeah and that's what they're trying to push here no they're trying to get
more digital more um digital offerings they have pushed it here it's they are the they are the highway
tell people that transfer maker amongst other things yeah i just like in my mind i mean it obviously
it may be my bias but um um
Trans-Remakers see as they're building a highway network.
You know, they've, they've, it's a good company.
What they've done is great.
But they've only have a portion of the,
a portion of a highway network.
They want to cover a portion of the island.
Basically, new leg.
Yeah, they have new legs coming all the time and they have,
they have to be bidding on things there.
And, and different projects and so forth.
Supreme Ventures as far as I see it have already built the network.
And that network.
And that network.
There's so much within it.
So much you can.
So much within it.
You can simply bolt onto it.
Unintended.
And they have.
Yeah, you have.
You have bolted on.
Dollar.
Like people said earlier that dollar was his,
it's a job of the thing for July and thought of that.
Yeah.
What do they probably have coming?
yeah what i leave for esau for you to keep believing yeah loudly yeah loudly the man the
the increase of stake in sville this this quarter as well um maybe as well as was obvious from the
from the various disclosures over the period of the quarter but to see if that's obvious
Well, if you're looking, you're fine, eh?
Yeah, you have a look.
Because they, they're, to their credit, they are strong.
They're the, I don't, anybody else do more insider buys than them?
No, I actually look, thanks to my money, Jay, look back years.
And I've never seen the volume of, of, um, insider biased as they have.
have done over last year and a half
approximately
for any other company
in terms of what
company insiders
have bought as a percentage of the company
and is
this quarter
it was
wide base
MJA
that
bought the most
there is
another top 10
somebody in top 10 who
I don't know the connection to the company.
He's just in the top 10, as far as I know.
Stephen Castagney, Castany, Shastany.
That sounds like a solution name, though.
Maybe.
On the top 10 that he appears in?
Who knows?
I think they're cooking.
The food soon finish.
I'm hungry.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm hungry.
Very much so.
I'm hungry.
Very much so.
I'm hungry, boy.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I feel I don't rush you all the long as I do.
I want us to go through quickly.
So everybody can get to talk and there.
Sir Lopo.
Lopo and then the André, I think, and then are definitely going to bed.
All gone, guys.
No much, what you doing?
what's up with you about you guys on the stocks thing and this trading thing
of the dude in the world so you don't know
so like you're quoting somebody
it's not a good thing you know it's not a good thing
have you had your coffee saying
no you know sometimes you don't have a come with something different
you know what right all right all right all right all right
guys all right all right all right
What's up? What, what, love?
What's love?
We're there to key in the July talk, man.
Bring up on the self as you all.
Um.
Um, big up.
Me.
Well, what did July stand out?
I mean, I mean, at first, all they, it was just one learning details around.
Um, just the whole Scotia situation.
Um.
I mean, it wasn't necessarily a cap game thing, but I feel like it was a thing to take into consideration for, you know, the rest of the year, the rest of whatever time and how that process goes through similar to like what you were talking about earlier with just how deep a situation is unfolding.
I just think it helped kind of regrown my brain in the market and really to say, you know, a big seismic change and learning the details around it and what is to come and how to position yourself and stuff like that.
Yeah, seismic is right, by the way.
Seismic is right. That's a right word.
Yeah, so that's my July.
It was necessary to catch games.
I mean, I feel like there are some good hits out there
that I never have my move upon.
So I was involved in that.
But...
You're in the same boat as me, no Trans-Jamaica?
You know, so I don't know
how that speak kind of work with the music there,
so I'll know me not a Trans-Avica.
I know you've been our career, I know.
I don't you meet our career, rats?
Oh, mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
I saw, I'm carrying, sir, man.
That'll look fun, to be honest.
Smart, smart, you're looking ahead.
Mm-hmm.
Looking ahead, that's smart.
Yes, my, this is her very tweet, something they say,
and you're supposed to happen, and he seemed to be to them,
think it's a one-eighth.
80 stock. Question mark.
Question mark.
Yeah, big up the cement, talk, yeah.
Yeah, big up this.
It's a fun hedge again, so.
I guess it's not a game, so it's a four hundred
in contrast to the ad when we see what they,
but a next cement.
A competition.
Yeah, next,
and they're playing competition and them and their swift response to it's that's true
that somebody points out that they haven't seen an ad from them or a post in here is eh yeah yeah
yeah so now i think you know getting you know the nominal valley is fun for the flips and
and stuff like that, but what I've said earlier is real,
when you're really thinking about what you're going to do with your money
and how you find your profit.
So there was a time, even the last couple years,
where the big number of tax them is not something like that way to say,
I'm that gung-ho to just put money in and try make a play
or try develop a position, but
I don't know, now I feel like, say, I've changed perspective on that.
So things like that.
You still look around CPFD and, and, and, and, I did out on carps, I just say, like, what
me can't really do and do.
So it's a miracle, there a lot of things, there were a lot of things.
So probably have to go catch a, catch a, um, maybe a meeting.
month or after after quarter play and go and start put my position in the depths of
the road yeah that's what I've been thinking about this month yeah well is that yo
almost said remember I want to talk it's it what you just said it's not a bad
thought especially around the time is what I'll say yeah
I mean the spike in carib cement price had been the last few days one two three four days so
Yeah for last four days so regression to the mean might happen soon
And the sharp readers of the the recent results recent results were amazing right we so and if they're really amazing
cause they're good yeah they're good but
cap cement
you know are they effective
in how they move the maintenance
around
I have to get them credit for that
they move the maintenance around
very effectively
so if you compare like the last
quarter they just reported it up 14%
if you compare it against 2024
but if you look at against last
year's Q2 they're up 396%
because of the you know again the maintenance
quarter
but that maintenance quarter
moves every year
it's very well i'd expect it to drop this month this quarter they've said that it's it drops
this quarter so there is also adopting that so hey either way the results are good and
them going to raise the price of cement i believe they're going to raise the price of cement also
so that's also i mean the year today is almost the year's almost last year profit no they've beaten last
years. Sorry, year to date.
Yeah, you're right. Year to date is
almost all of last year
year profit.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Breakout stock.
Breakout, well, breakout
company, I don't know if stock will go
there, but the deeper
pockets are willing to
take it all, so who knows?
That's the thing,
when I know, it's not that.
You want to ask you.
Which question I've asked?
No, the Dibbonkeys are asking questions.
We're leaving Christian marks in the same minutes.
That's true.
That's true.
That's true.
That's true.
The funds seat also.
It'd be good for the funds to see it.
And yo,
it's a one,
as a one,
grow up in the best thing publicly.
Can you imagine if,
if the,
uh,
if the maintenance quarter happens,
no.
So this,
quarter's profit will be lower
compared to last year, but
you know, it is what it is.
But the year itself is
great.
Can you imagine when the year
is being reported
if that's around the same time
as when Scotia is leaving
the market?
No, but for a moment, say, it's
transomeika, everybody the money
are doing the boss, so, so, um...
Yeah, but you can't build a toll road without cement.
Yeah, who's into leave of a country's
Andy.
Two-world bill already.
You know say them not get my baby.
Yeah, but new, I never said that.
I say new leg.
That's what I say.
Anyway, they had Joe.
What's up?
Yeah, no, no.
Oh, no.
Oh, no.
My mom, I say, but I got every thing about it.
I got every thing to talk about.
Yeah, man.
Effective trolling.
Yeah, man, effective trolling, bro.
Effective trolling.
I'm sure of it.
But yeah, I wanted to come on from
the Trini guy, Ryan, I think, but that wasn't a lot of noise.
Oh, yes, yeah, I forgot.
You are also spoken about that in school.
Right, yeah, there was something you're saying.
See if I can, well, see if I can read this up on my computer at the time
I was looking for, so I can remember my thoughts.
Right.
So there was, so there was something, you were
pointing out, it was pointing out which I came across in my learnings back in
April, I went discussing about this. By the time I never, but I never did know what it was
so I just want to just, you know, bring it up. Just, you know, just for my exploration purposes.
But at the time when you mentioned it back with Ryan, I had went and just double-check it.
But it was, um, uh, it was, um, uh, it was.
Okay, so.
Authorize ordinary shares of no par value.
You never bring up that specifically,
but when you're talking about the issues shares of 392.4 versus,
and then, well, close with the minority shares and the,
and the leftover that, you know, that would be available for purchase,
for buying up.
Right.
So what we're talking about?
Sorry, sorry.
Sorry, sorry, context, context.
Dolphin Cove.
Dolphin Cove, when you were discussing with Ryan,
um,
the,
but I had to say that was a mistake like 39,000 shares.
Right.
It was 39,000 shares.
But I'm saying,
I am saying that I,
at the time,
I had just remembered that there was some,
that there was like an authorized,
amount of unissued share
so when you said
that I
immediately started to confuse
a few things right there
and thought that
it was more than I remember
oh no no no because I never
knew to my research in April
that a company
could say issue
200 shares and still have like
100 other
ordinary
unissued shares.
Get what I'm saying?
They don't have them, but yeah, they do have authority.
Sorry, authority.
They're authorized.
Right.
Yeah.
Correct.
Yeah.
Right.
So it was when you mentioned that I went back and checked Dolphinko
annual report and see that I realized, oh yes, I was, I was mixing, mixing up the two things
and it was indeed 39.
thousand to 42
shares that
are applicable
you know, for
to purchase before that would bring
them over the 80,000
sorry, 80%
right. Yeah, man
and then I mean that
just, that's just thinking about
that no
probability a bit unlikely but
just running through my, you know, just thinking
through well, you know, I
don't think that they will
I don't know the proper term for this,
but put those
and make those unissured
shares, no, issue the shares
just for this, because
then that would
you know, increase the liquidity
and
reduce the amount
of the 79%
that, you know, is already
plated for
global attractions to get
and drop them down to
probably, you know, to buy, sorry, and drop them down.
I get what you're saying, I get what you're saying.
I didn't understand what you're saying before.
Don't conflate the two things.
Well, I don't know how much they have it, how much they have remaining in authorized
shares.
Say again, how much they have remaining what?
In terms of authorized, limit.
In terms of authorized, so they have 39.
So, okay, so issue this 392, 4, 26, 376.
and then when you add
the minority
shares
that are already
right you don't want
okay so so it's just the amount
that they have left
which is 39242
from my calculations
you're thinking
you're looking at something
authorize
that's how authorize shares are
authorize is like
shares that
allow
allowed
yeah to create
oh that you mean
authorize
unissued
okay sorry
so that's so that's in
so that's in
note 16 of the thing which is 432 426376 432 right so 4132 million yeah I don't
I don't think I would save them I know you mean though I don't think I would save
them meaning the issue I have to issue unequal in order to screw the percentages and
even then I don't think that would save them but I like the fact that you're thinking
it through you see what happens is that you hear or you hear rants and some things that
that was what you had research before yes yeah tell people that's a
abuse of the girl group you know like everybody gonna say a different thing he put
together up a bigger I know that's all that happened yeah he what he said made
clear a lot of things so basically I'm trying to remember like all the things
that you'd have said in when you'd spoken to us long before yeah so you might
have made it a lot clearer but um
Simply just straight line what it is that is actually important.
Yes.
That the lead shareholder is selling their stake.
And if it triggers certain things and there is no going around the triggering of that certain thing.
Sorry.
Yeah.
And then, and then it, you know, your tweet this week, just remind when I saw your tweet,
I remember the conversation that we had back in,
April I think it was um it was um my gosh then I who said it when I when I was like um so I am looking
forward to my no we're talking about potential exits profit points and at that time
you're then I had said well don't just look about don't just look at um the buyout the
mandatory, sorry, take over, start to that bit.
But look at what can happen after that.
I saw a tweet and I remember the same conversation.
Right, right, dear.
No, I'm not, no, when I saw the tweet, perhaps that's not what you intended to say,
but what I got from, and the tweet in question is the same one.
Yeah, it's kind of along the same lines.
Like, it's not the, the focus is going to be on that.
And if you understand enough about the whole situation,
the folk
I don't want to say the real profit
but where the
plays probably are is
either before or after that
but most of the focus is going to be on that
and that's misplays focused if you're serious
so exactly what I said is the same thing
is you
if you're serious about it, look after
or before
yeah
yeah and I mean there was a nice
like a profit point
last week
yeah it's been a hell of a month
yeah it's been a hell of a month
40% it looked like nothing but that's 40% profit
yeah I wish I'd selling
I wish I'd sellin Tweet and then buy back some when it went back to nine
to nine so but when I saw it in so that
because I was I was on the road of there when I checked my phone
like down 14 something
well yeah good stuff so yeah i mean i mean sorry going no i just saying even no even 11 because i'm thinking
of nine high and 10 11 is 10 point out percent or not you know that's not that's not so so
so you know you don't know a joke you know in in the week i put in a cell order you know
I think a cellarada to say, you know what, let me take some profit and come back and get a ten or something.
And I just can't sleep with this, but I lit with the cellarader went in.
And I can sleep because I was thinking along the same lines, but such is life.
Learn from that, because there might be value there.
The fact that also you saw it and you thought to do it and you put in a cellara.
and you go with it.
After you cancel it, did it trade higher than the price that you put in it?
No, at least not for that day.
I can certainly say, I don't recall.
I think the salary was at around 11, 11 something, 1150 or 11.
So on those 25 multiple numbers.
Well, it definitely trade above that since then.
So you see.
Yeah.
I mean, it closed to death 1153, so.
Yeah.
So, I mean, Dalfing Cove, man,
every morning I wake up and me just,
if it's one thing I have to remember to focus on,
it's Dauphin Cove because I can't,
I think I remember when I came on in February
and I was sharing with you guys.
So I was out of the market for a whole year.
And just that lack of paying attention
to what was happening, you know,
cause me a lot of loss cause me to lose a lot of money so it's like you got a lot of key in my
you got a lot of keen and because you're you have money in this thing so you got to make sure
that you know you know what you're doing oh my average is no you average down like you bought
when it fell you've bought since it's falling down to 10 oh yes yes yes yes all right my average
is below it's below in there right now okay oh they're getting profit now
Yeah. You might want to stop try freeway the thing.
Link that I and do a proper session and make you actually try a guide you actually,
right. You may very well need that.
Okay, all right, all right.
Yeah, link that I'm making that session and make him actually try a guy here,
especially since you've averaged down to the power you're known profit.
Uh-huh. Okay, all right, I'll take that up.
I'll take that up next month. Well, there's next month in a few minutes, so I'll take that up in
That's for sure.
They already must.
For sure.
Yeah, I mean, that was what, for what came to my friend at this question.
But then, aside from that, though, July has been a good month to me also, you know.
I got a 23 plus 24% gain on NC, not gain.
gain, I'm realized gain and NCB.
Hey, the man's to make the money, sorry.
You want to catch it out, you know, let's make it
it to catch it out. No.
I'm not a good. Not game, realized games.
I'm not there for that one.
And you know, the interesting thing was
when I came out, I think it's so funny.
I was like, I met my, I mean,
the 20% but as you was generally, the human
factor coming here how far can this go and i mean my money j a kind of answered a question and we're like
no no cap like just looking at the queue and the story that you're able to get from that where there is
that story you want to make up for yourself for it's the actual story when you can just look at the
cumulative amount of you know total value on the buy side versus the sell side and realize that well
when it was, you know, going up,
it was like a ratio of
2-2-1, 3-2-1 ratio.
And then, you know,
now it's kind of sliving down a lot.
So I'm like,
all right, I'm selling,
I saw that 75-something
and it has not passed 75,
it has not touched 76
since I saw.
The spread got tight then.
The spread got tight.
And I'm actually surprised I didn't realize this.
Since I saw, so I'm like.
90.
started to cut it with 90.9% from the start of the year till now you see that that's nice
they're reaching a smile right i hope so they just issued you said well they just issued
new shares yesterday 132 000 132 000 5100 nt b shares on july 29 that happens all the time
by the way.
Yes, sir.
Anyway, DeAndre, so yeah,
you cash out, everything.
Yeah.
It doesn't part.
He hasn't talked 76.
You know, it floats around 75, but hasn't touched 76.
And, you know, that was just because I was able to
care and look at the cumulative of the supply and demand.
Very, very quickly to say, all right,
I feel, you know, I feel better selling right here than saying,
I make my goal, but, you know, much more you can go.
and then that's the way and then switch around it right and then today um this is i think this was
just a little bit of luck that i happen to get piece of the 1077 man yeah what in in in in in in
in chan's jamaica yeah nobody's spoken about that you know except for maybe she
oh nobody's really spoken about about that you know the intraday moves that can be done
with drink that candy and are done yeah the problem in that walk it
well like it's like when i went in the queue this morning where i saw um i just realized how
this thing keep doing the nine dollar and the ten dollar like when it got to nine i was like
i was expecting it to like dance a little bit around but it just got straight through nine and the
same thing for 10. I was like...
I did that go last week.
I was like, oh, I never
come on last week.
Yeah. And then go to 10, I was
like, alright, I did like 9-99
dance around 10-10.
And I just shoot straight show.
So this morning, I got up.
That's what people think.
Sorry, sorry, sorry,
it's...
Look at, I'll actually show it.
Look at what actually happened.
It soaked up a lot
of 999.
Oh, it's...
He probably did it so quickly.
Oh, shit.
No, you're right.
Yes, for real.
And those appeared after it broke 10.
Bro, this was like 200,
200 orders on the Thursday for 99.
Yep.
Now you're right.
It's just that it's so getting it up a lot quicker than I expect it to do.
Well, I see.
That's a very interesting episode.
No one would do this with their money.
That's what I say.
No one would do this with their money.
Ah, okay, okay, okay, okay.
Okay, okay, okay.
I see what you're saying.
Wild to me.
I see what you're saying.
They say you're lucky.
The Andrew Wood.
One of the people that got me into this thing, you know,
he made a lot of money on the market.
And he said,
Lucky's where preparation meets opportunity.
Yeah.
If he were putting herself in a position and had a division for it,
then it wouldn't happen.
right but how like when i was lucky i never expect it to actually happen like happen the way
because when i went in the market when i went in the queue this morning and i saw the brocalling are that
i think 10 1080 and they were just some little and then when i look like in the queue and my money
can like you know say person and an order and see how much it needs to go to this point
so the amount that it needed to go to the
the broker link was probably like 3 mil
and broker link was like a whole
10 mil I think like it was a 600,000
600,000 thing
so that's about six units sorry
so that's that carrying it to about six
six mil
plus there about
and then I put it in the 1077
right right above the 1080
because I'm like, you know, it's a lot easy to clear that before a lot more sellers come in
and see what's happening and then, you know, put in their stuff above my and blah blah blah.
And then when I got me, it was like, oh, damn, that was quick.
That's a little bit of luck right there.
Yeah, for good for lucky, you know.
You have good for lucky.
But yeah, that's what it work.
And you're so, wait.
So you sold?
Yes, of course, boss.
Ja, ja.
I mean, how would you feel, though?
Let's ask the real question.
How do you feel if next week, Friday it's at 12?
If it's at 12, if next week, Friday it's at 12.
You know, you know, you know, I said two things.
If next week find out 12, it's either one of two things,
because I exited, like, I tweeted about it today,
and I said that I'll be back.
So when I say I'll back,
it's either that I'm going to buy back at a lot,
buy it back.
If I see it, a quick dip,
I just buy it back expecting it to go up.
And the other side, no, next week I see it at 12.
I don't think I would feel in a way per se,
because I'm kind of expecting it to go up in September again okay so suppose it
doesn't beat before it continues to grow so if you think about what what you say
never list what I said last week or if you understand the people who
listen I understood what I was talking about last week is that I'm of the view
that it cannot I can't really stay along around this level can't stay near 10
too long you have to push it
way past 10 quickly and then support it higher because 10 is too psychological a number.
And you have a deal with a cascade of if the big guns aren't support,
aren't buying it up stupidly the way that it's been bought.
And some of the retail sales, the second it hits below 10,
if the big guns again do come in, you get the fear effect and people start to sell even more.
and now it's it's down below and if you're oh god been no much should i sell it with their 1070
and then they're top all the point and then there more people selling you get more of the
fair effect i won't i'm hoping for that i would love to buy some at nine and low nines and even
eight please if if your if your intention is to not if the deep pocket intention is to not have to
deal with that then they are you got the 99s bro yes after and all again it's after it hit the
the first one time high yeah i'm a rich for it though she said last week so i would not if i'm
thinking if i'm the deep pockets it can't stay at this level you have to push it to 12 and keep it
and make you can't stay around 10 too long it's too it's too psychologically
i see a point there i see a point there if it reached to 12 next week or when i feel so you have a
deal with that too you have a deal with the voice in your head that's going to calculate how
much you did sell it for 10 and no sale if a two million you have you'd have 2.2
million no 2.4 million
yeah
and 20%
but 20%
24%
25%
yeah man yeah
it's a
it's a rough
it's a rough thing
you know it's like
it's going to always happen
yeah and and
and we had this
we had a similar
conversation to this back
a few months ago
and and it's something
I've seriously thought about, not specifically to trans
Jamaica, but just to suck itself.
And, you know, like, I told myself,
it's like, it's funny that that Republic Beach is to work
because that's the same example, I told myself.
I said to myself, it's like I go into Republic Beach
and say, me, I'm a friend in my go, and I say,
I leave my girl at home, and I go Republic Beach.
I'm going to a bunch of that girl.
for just home, my head and just no say yes.
They're hot too, but
me have my girl at home, and
I just go to the party and draw myself
and go back home.
Should have decided right now?
No, I know, right, no.
I was like,
since you're on the older three, I'm going to finish.
So I remember when the old
came off the call, man, for days,
probably weeks, I'm thinking
about that same, that same question.
them or just general to stock and that's the the story I told myself of how I met
myself you come from doing with selling and it got higher that that is actually
very true that's all you have to you just literally just have to be okay with it because
the truth is it's funny we're talking about it with how about in a group all the time
too it's the better you get at the market and doing it is the more you
you're gonna see how much more there is and you see opportunity all the time
and you have to get okay with yo I bet you that thing is gonna go up 20% and it
goes up 20% and you never bought any are you just and you just have to get
used to doing that class that's that's the truth there's only when you're not
without doing it you think that it's a one-off so you think every day you see
you have to have to have to get used to your own the money that you don't make
because you start realizing just how much money out there is that you just
Don't make everything.
Yeah.
You can't make that guy because otherwise you're going to find yourself throwing your
heavy money into the hot, whatever the hot thing is, the hot girl, right?
And the warning that you've heard from all of us, not just last week, but many reasons
for nothing else on the market is like Trans-Vamaker.
Maybe I look at Carreras, but nothing else is like that.
Carriers are so interesting for me.
Carriers is the same thing
I transgenital.
What I said is so interesting for me
from a different context.
I saw Carriers
was for different reasons.
I was in profit
and I saw Carriers
because I needed the money to do something
and when I sold it
two days after,
it went to the 34
or whatever it went to.
I'll just laugh at myself,
but the story
I told myself,
right there is, listen,
this is the reason why you get inverse
sake and I have the money and a little extra to pay for things if something just come up by you
and it serves its purpose so yeah for just work with it.
Hmm.
I like that you think about the psychological side, right?
That is a huge part of everything.
Yeah, because I looked at what I had in my portfolio and I said, yeah,
I mean, trans-term not too correct.
is what I have to sell just based on what I have.
But just to go back one second, not one second,
to earlier point about average down and then you said,
you said that for a specific reason.
I was a specific reason, so I can't know to ask that at the session.
Just you'll know.
Tell me me a portfolio.
no no no i don't know i oh gosh father don't worry here you know i just give me your brain thoughts
so you were up at the point right then i answered him no him worse can so if you were at the point
where if i were to give you more what i thought i might cross into the advisor line so link him
okay all right just because of what you were saying it wasn't it wasn't
what you're saying, Lincoln.
That now I will remember this conversation.
Yeah, do you remember that you were mentioned in the
I can't send you a message.
I can't send you a message on an X.
Book the session, man.
There's just so much money you just thought we just make.
Book the session.
No, no, no.
When I said, when I said to send him a message,
I didn't mean to ask him the question I meant to send him a message to get the
session book that's what i meant not to get a free not to get a free one out of the guy bro
yeah man i miss you i miss with you i miss with you i miss with you i miss with you i miss with you
call you can book everything yeah yeah book in the website you're not okay i really was best in
with you well i think you know that though you know you know i never know i never know because
you also the same thing to somebody else because of a different contexts i i i don't really know when
When you're joking.
Context matters.
Context matters.
Context matters.
And it's not like you've seen you spend money.
I've seen you take it serious.
I see you give V back.
So yeah, no, I am joking.
And generally also because we are talking publicly.
I'm joking with you, but there are people listening.
I'm sure Dan I DMs.
Yeah, I'm sure.
Then are you checking them?
That's where they're close.
Oh.
See, I, I, I, yeah.
quite a few quite quite a very interesting dms my brother yeah i have gotten it as i've kept it closed and i
turned i re-open it and dms on twitter are completely different thing now
yeah yes yeah it's weird and there's like two or three different levels of dms
yeah so so yeah what else oh i think now was esvill at this one tar jula i don't i remember
As well, you mean you're listening?
No, no, no, I mean, I mean, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my,
same, and honest, yeah, I'm trying to remember if it was this one, I was it
true.
Oh, I don't know.
So yeah.
So yeah.
So yeah.
We had, I'm happy, you know, and the, you know, Andy B, and the B, I'd be same
drop off, so.
Oh.
Yeah, so, we saw, I'm a message, you say, you know, drop off, but big on.
You know, you know, you know, what kind of, um, true in me off, uh,
throw me up a little bit of a term.
But my gosh, man, Jack Conn, Jack Con will come down.
I hope not.
Ever not to wait.
It will work, kind of.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, I got, I got, what, one or two runs of it, and I guess that's that.
From now, I guess.
No, sometimes, if it's good, it's good.
I'm not saying specifically, I mean, not necessarily for Jack Kahn really.
Right, right.
Very, look what you're looking for.
no look for something to become this great deal based on where it is now.
It's a deal now and then move apart in it.
That's very funny.
That's one of those, that's one of those, Buffett is the same thing there.
And I, it's one of the things that was like, wow, you know,
it's also one of me don't hear people say, which is very funny to me.
But I never think, I never took it as, you know,
what, blah, it's a talk, whatever, whatever.
And I think I get, I agree, no.
I'm not waiting on, boy, this thing to be it's a great price.
It's the thing I'm buying good for what I'm buying it for.
I see you.
I see you.
I see.
And you know, that exact thing, you said, bring back to our coat at our love.
And I literally came to me when a prayer moment was on.
It's a life.
Life is lived in the arena.
And it's not.
Yeah.
And it's not until like you'll go, you'll go grow up.
you'll be in the grower group.
And it's not to, by any means,
this is the grower session or the grower group.
But until you start doing the things for yourself,
then the grower sessions won't really make sense,
if I'm trying to say.
Like, you won't really start,
you won't start to,
you won't get to see actually playing out
until you start doing this thing for yourself,
making the mistake,
looking at the learnings and saying,
oh, that's what he made,
when he said this
oh that's what
Danai met when he said
that's what she made
when she said this
and it's not
until really
this year
like a lot more
things started
sinking in for me
even though I did grow
I wasn't
the
the girl
guard grew
I just
just because I wasn't
doing the thing
for myself
you know what I'm trying to say
so
that's like
I told you I was good
at poker
and he asked
I never paid before.
I never played before.
I just know the rules.
Yeah.
Yeah, you just know the rules.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it's not until all those things,
I guess, and I know a lot of things
start, you just starting to see,
okay, I get in this, I get in this,
and you can start ask yourself deeper questions.
And so forth.
So, you know, that's just like my experience
since being back on the market since February.
Well, I'm happy to hear it.
You're 100% right now.
See, again, Mom, she I never hear that.
Madrook since February.
Not a bad run since February.
No, I'm having a hell of the hells there.
I get an hell on Woodcats.
I get an hell on Panjao.
So that's a have to be real.
You sold the Woodcats already?
Yeah, man.
Yeah, man.
that listen from the same from this from the same SVL convo we had in February
in March I carried it I carried it right through to woodcuts and it helped me too
yeah yeah you bought that IPO no no I never bought a woodcuts at IPO you know
you bought it after IPO I bought it after IPO I bought it to leading
up to right around where the report was going to come out.
But I didn't do enough research, I would say, around with cats.
And I was thinking that with the hurricane reliefs of the pilots are going to be instrumental.
And that I did not realize that the pilots are necessarily a major part of transporting things.
You know?
Oh, they are?
What do you mean?
Well.
No, when...
It depends on.
what's being transported depending on what's being transported when when when when i read the woodcats
report in in in in in in every came out they they had a decline in profit because um i don't know
about the exact reason whatever the reason was at the time right after that wood cats would get
fell and i think i've had just like what a 80 dollars 80 cents or something like that um to 60
and right and i think i sold it at 10 percent so i think 10 percent so i think 10
pressing loss right there and I don't remember what I went in to what either ways I made
work the woodcast loss long times all is not a bad run you did say you said it exactly
you said it greatly yeah he said it greatly boy not a bad run you all make loss and make it back
in this time exactly have a bigger loss which is what I'm making back
which was the loss from last year, which is what Danai and I are going to discuss.
I am what?
I am almost half 50% of my, you know, total losses from that last year,
I'm being MIA and then have absence, right, and have 50%, about 50, 55% more there
about to make back.
So then I and I will chat about.
that one and see if I am aligned
for the rest of the year
and how best I can be aligned
yeah
all right boss
yeah
one set
big up
yeah
yeah man
all right
I'm definitely
calling time
I think everybody need
for got in bed
me especially
I think as everybody right
I don't think we've left everybody out
thank you guys for coming on
thank you as always
yeah thank everyone
got their chance
yeah
Thank you as always, Danai and Shay. And pick up my money, JAA for this, and thank you to everybody who listened. And the conversations tonight were great. Thank you guys. Yeah, like I say, every week, I'm questioning doing it every week. There's something indefinitely, you know. So yeah, man, it's good going. I'm happy to hear it. Happy to hear it. I'm happy that. I'm happy that. I'm happy that. Um, I had that great conversation. So I always reached out the long long. Yeah. So Danay, Shea, anything you want to leave the people with?
right night um i think you know just keep investing you know keep improving
learning strategizing big takeaway from this one uh not because one two things not because
you're not because somebody else is doing something means you have to do it
Mm.
And not because what you're not doing something means it's not possible or it isn't warranted
as well.
Almost almost everything on this market is warranted to look just to further find out for
a year or so what exactly what direction you need to go in to get to your goal and what, what,
you might look at something and you say, boy, I don't necessarily need to do it to get to where I want to go.
And that's fine. But imagine you do look and you find out, oh, yeah, is your thing that?
Or, you know, if I look there, then it might just work out better for what I want to do on the market with my money.
So, yeah.
But sorry, well, then you have to be up there to the page, man.
You need some, some recent testimonials or the tweets them.
Yeah, I don't know what people anymore.
This is my, this is truly my only Twitter interaction now.
Okay, okay.
Sorry, do I like that, though?
You may we put something together soon, don't worry.
That's a good point.
It's funny, I think I get most.
I might test me on WhatsApp nowadays.
Oh.
Yeah, nice.
A man told me this week, him thing,
we'll reach a career as well too early, man.
That's wild.
He said he ran for God, can't do the order.
Wow.
He literally never sell?
Really never sell?
No, he sell.
He made the money, but if he really, he wishes, he didn't.
Because he was looking to make this money later, though.
But the money reached early.
So, in Vex, say, he never, you never check it and go sell and put it further down or something.
Because the money come and him say, we could have get more.
And, yeah, so.
That was the funny one.
week.
Everything, you see, that's a real thing.
You have to think about,
I think about what's the profit going to look like when you get it,
what you go going to look like when you get there.
And what's it going to look like?
Walk away.
Yeah.
And what's it going to look like after like,
are you put yourself in the mind of,
you know, I sold it at 10 and that's great.
Then you see it next week at 12.
How do you feel?
You have to be okay with that now because that's always going to happen.
Bro.
Um, sir,
then I,
you boss oh okay okay never mind it rewrote it all right it's fine i thought i thought it was
