Well, it's the 4th of July. We're back and we're going deep into Love Island USA season eight. Breaking down the last week, we had movie night. We had a recoupling. It's the most mayhem driven season of the show that I've ever watched. Some craziness. So we're going to get into it. We're going to keep it cute. We're going to have some fun and remind everyone that this is fun. We are talking about a reality TV show. Let's everyone take a deep breath and just have some fun talking about Love Island. It was crazy stuff. This is, this was the greatest week of television I've ever watched. It was, I am absolutely buzzing right now. I can't believe the stress that this show provides me.

Yeah. Like I, I went into this going, oh, hey, it'll be fun to review Love Island. I love Love Island. It's fun. No. And it's just been nothing but anxiety and stress and going online and seeing people trying to kill each other online over a reality show. And I'm like, oh my God, what happened? Dude, that's a no-brainer. That's automatic. I didn't know. I thought it would be fun.

I think it was Thursday. I'd catch up. And I, dead ass told myself, was like, I'm not watching tonight. I want to be in a good mood. But then I was like, well, I got to review it. So I got to watch it. And I watched it. And it did piss me off a little bit.

I got to go on Twitter and check all the stuff. But take our quick thought here. to just pray for Melanie, right? Oh my God, man. Someone save her. The entire villa is against her, right? The girls are all against her. The guys are all against her.

Everybody's under this sincere spell. The entire villa's been under this sincere spell for the entire fucking show, right? And she's the only one who's broken and she's done it three separate times. Every time this woman breaks this fucking sincere curse, one of her stupid friends gets in her face and is like, hey, you know what? Just take him back. He still chose you.

Let's like, let's work on it. Yeah. We watched a three and a half. half minute Netflix special on that fucking TV of sincere lion in front of Soul's face, Melanie's face, and then he did it again with Amora and, and, uh, and Melanie and, Melanie, and crickets, right, after crickets, after all these yelling at KC. Yeah, yeah. These ladies had the nerve. The fact that he was able to get his fucking sentence out after that fucking Netflix special. Dude. It's just unbelievable. How about her getting up? She's the only one to defend herself. Hey, Kada. Hey, Trinity.

Yeah. Where are we at, right? Yeah. Let's be girls, like, let's be girls. Dude, well, dude, I, I, my takeaway from this show, looking at the, the discourse online, the producers of this television show are, are some of the most significant evil geniuses I've ever seen. And they're racist. I'm serious. It's nuts, man. Like, the way that they have specifically designed and crafted this show to attack the cast members. is nuts because I'm like these these are real people dude but it's like this every time right like movie night is is no no well not like this

this got in really bad this year I I have gone back and watched some movie nights and from what I've watched it I and I saw that it was such a funny tweet that I'm going to shout out it felt like movie night in the past there were some like funny moments where everyone was like oh I'm just laughing at someone there's obviously some drama moments but every single clip in this movie night was like meant to create division amongst the cast whereas in the past it felt like there were just some like awkward moments funny moments and then every now and then some drama season six it was it was like that like i'm sure before that it was very lighthearted but season six was just like season eight where it was like every clip was shown to piss people off but they had

couples you could root for you wanted these couples to work it out yeah with this season it's like not only does this movie night suck and create division but all these couples fucking suck. Like, I'm not rooting for Sincere and Melanie to get back together. I'm not rooting for Kada and Zach. I'm certainly out on Trinity and Bryce now. I knew you were going to do that. Because production is throwing them down our throats. They're the fake, like, fun couple this year. I'm so out on Trinity. If I could vote for Bryce twice, I would. But Trinity, you know what? You know how much she has to do for me to not be a fan of Trinity anymore? Yeah, because she's my queen. Like, she is, she is disappointing me. Yep. Her being fucking

silent during Kenzie's thing and being silent during sincere's thing, but she's got the most to say about KC. Is that not weird? Dude, what was the line? Is that not a little bit weird? Do you guys remember the line? You're, again, what I need... It's contradiction. What I need to know is it's the producers. Like, maybe she wasn't silent, but the way they're positioning it feels so, it feels so violent. Everybody, everybody was silent. It was crickets. Dude, I will say I like, as a new to Love Island, I want my movie night to be like this. Like, as a new viewer, I'm like, I don't want to watch. Like, oh, that was fun. I'm like literally, tell us what they said.

bombs on everybody. So I got everything I wanted. And Danny, and maybe you'll remember, there was one line where somebody, it was during one of the movie night fights where they go, the guys were like, you girls, you villa girls, ripped TT to shreds before you knew anything. And then the girls sit back and Kada or somebody goes, I'd do it again. And I was like, it's like, you're out of control. You're out of your mind. Yeah. They're just, they're, they're being a little too mean. Dude, it's so mean. They're being high school girls. It's, it's funny. I, um, the tweet that I was, going to say someone someone tweeted it was like bro movie night used to be a fun little thing and now

Casey's movie night portion was a full on RICO case and I'm dying laughing I'm all in dude it was crazy it was 10 to 15 minutes of the entire episode so I was like so these producers literally went let's try to ruin this man's life yeah and that's where I'm like and they almost did it's it's it's I actually saw someone it was like I or I mean um getting too dark in it, but it's like, there've been some pretty dark things with the show in the past of cast members and hosts. Yeah. And people are like, this is why, dude. Like you guys are actively trying to ruin people's lives on this show. And I'm like, well, I thought this show was fine. Dude, you go on Love Island. It's a fucking, it's a tall, dangerous game, friend. But it's like, I get, I get so confused. And again, I know it's got to be the editing, at least to a huge extent. But the way they all, you know, after the recoupling, the way they all talk about the like, we're a family here. We love each other. And I'm, I'm like, well, I just watched two nights of movie night and you do not feel like you love each other and our family. Like you guys are actively, some of them are being really mean to each other.

And I'm like, this is uncomfortable. Disappointed in Bryce because like this whole sincere, like I get not knowing who sincere is up to this point. Right. It's easy for us to diagnose sincere. Yeah, yeah. Because we see it all. They don't see his private convos.

They don't see his private convos. They get a little dose of sincere and group convos and that kind of stuff. So I get that. But after movie night, there is no. excuse to not know how he is. Why was the only male cast member to recognize sincere behavior, Corbyn? Yeah. Man. Are you out of your mind? You're, Bryce, you're 30. You're supposed to be the big, just supposed to be the dad, big, and also he has the most comfortable couple, so he's in a position where he can be more observant. He doesn't have to worry about chasing. And like,

Corbin being the only one to recognize sincere behavior and Parmita being the only one to say, hey, you don't deserve that to Melanie. And Melanie going, that's what a real friend would say to me, because all my birdhead friends keep telling me to go back to this stupid motherfucker. They're all team sincere. It's crazy, dude. That was insane. Fucking weird. Just fuck sincere Anaya.

Why don't you just fuck them? You too, Kada. You guys can all just have one big orgy together with sincere because it's all fuck KC, but sincere gets to dance all over the fucking villa. Correct. I did. I was a win in the Corbyn column. If you hate Corbyn, you know, what do you?

I thought that was a very mature moment. Because he's honest. He's not smart. He was like, man, I hate to do it. Like, he's my boy. But like that. I just watched a bunch of lies. I feel lied to.

And he was like, I feel lied to. Like he broke my trust. Yes. And what Parmita said too. And what Parmita said too. Like Parmita was like, I'm looking out for you as a friend. You deserve better than that. And it's another one sincere was like, that's valid.

Yeah. Understandable. Understandable. It's all that fucking broken records. I'm like, you. Understandable. Undependable. What's the fuck up.

You can't just keep agreeing with everything sincere and then, you know, not change. And that's what he's done the whole show. So it was crazy. This line killed me to this random throw. But Danny just said it and it reminded me. when Corbyn in his videos had the college girls quote I forget you know he's like the castor girls

like college girls the villa girls like high school girls somebody I think Kada was like under her breath was like please Corbin you're 22 and dude I can't remember Corbin's if he like dropped out or didn't go to color I don't know but I do have to say Kada I would say that someone who is 22 is exactly the type of person who would know the difference between like that is graduate

from college age so she was like oh you're you think you know college girls to high school girls you're 22 and I was like I if I needed that yeah if I needed someone to analyze that I would ask a 22 year old it's like what the fuck comment also she tries to be the big like scary girl she is and it's all it's only towards the women which I think is the worst kind of girl to be it's like she's big and strong and big and like oh don't step on it like to the girls she's big and strong don't step on her toes but to the guys she's she just goes right back to Zach like where's this strong woman mentality now that that come on kata

is playing in your fucking face I sometimes forget that kata was a bombshell. The way she behaves is like a, you know, they call them the core four, whatever. Oh, yes. Oh, they suck. The core four. Who's the core four? It's like Hitler times four. I'm dead serious. Who are the core for? I believe. Hitler, Melanie and Stalin. Mussolini. And Satan himself. And he leads the band. He's the lead singer. I think it's like Trinity, Anaya, Melanie, and Keda. Okay. Is who they. Because Caleb, too. Caleb's was a bombshell. Holy Nightmare Blunt rotation. Yeah.

Also, I think you're wrong about Caleb. Oh, I think he showed this week that he is just like kind of a sensitive guy who was looking for someone to like him and be kind to him. I agree with that, but I don't think I'm totally wrong. I think the reason he didn't make a serious genuine connection. He never made a genuine connection on the entire show. Correct. Common theme with every girl he talked to within a day, they were tired of his shit. I wanted them to be more demanding.

I think he still was kind of playing into that whole like, you know, I'm going to be conservative role. But I also do think he is a sensitive young kid. Yeah, I think he's just like kind of shy. When he had that fight. Yeah, I think it's a little bit of both. I was like, whoa, Danny was all over this. But I actually will say, I loved his, I don't know if you could watch until the very end, but I loved his parting line when he was like, I wish I was staying, but not at the cost of any of them. And I was like, that was an awesome comment.

I led out an audible awe. Me too. Oh, dude. You're just a nice guy. I was like, I think he needs like, I think he's, his love language is words of affirmation. and I think he didn't really get that from anybody. And I, yeah, I thought, I think he's just a sweet guy at the end of the day. And it was a tough, tough.

But in reality, he's not because he's on Love Island. But, you know, he is sensitive. I guess it's sensitive, you know, loving guy. But, you know, even what's his face crying over Kenzie kissing another girl. It's like, dude, would you give me a fucking break? And remember you have chest on your hair? On your chest? Dude, I, remember you have chest on your hair, bro?

You're crying over Kenzie? She's done this six times already. Dude, that was baffling. Also, he was trying to farm with the popcorn during movie nights. Like, bro, you're not him. Would you just stop? Do you think that that was that? Or do you think he was genuinely just enjoying it every time.

Like, somebody tries to be cool on movie night. He's trying to clip farm. Yeah. Dude, him crying for Katsy was insane. I was like, I just really liked her. No, bro, what is wrong with you? Because to your point, they also just met three days ago. And I'm like, stop crying.

He's trying to cater to the female audience. Yeah. Oh my gosh. I liked her. Bro. You're a fucking brave. I'm never going to. come at someone for showing emotion and sensitivity.

I will for fake emotion. But that, when he was crying with Kenzie, I was like, no, dude, just don't, you know, feel the emotions, but you got to hold those in. It's like, Dune. I was like, don't let the water out, dude. You've got to hold those in. You have to.

Yes, dude. I was like, you have to hold that in, man. Feel the emotions. I want you to show your emotions, but right now, because for me, it was, Kenzie doesn't deserve your tears. Obviously not, dude. She's a theme. She's some sort of goddess.

Kenzie does not deserve your tears, man. You've been nothing but a gentleman, and you've showed affection towards her. She does not deserve these tears, man. You laid out condoms for her on the dock once. And then, dude, the clip that when she is like hugging him and being like, I want a second chance because she knows that she's going to be booted if she doesn't,

the dead pan look on her face. Like, it's the cameras on her face, and she just looks so mad that she has to say. I say this, yeah. And I was like, oh, gosh, this is scary. And Dan, I loved this line. She goes, this was like after all their fights and he's already cried and shit. Maybe it's the same scene, but she says to him, she's like, I don't want to hurt your feelings

anymore. It's like the next day. And Dylan goes, wow, that really shows your maturity. And I was like, do you think that she has matured in 12 hours? According to Dylan, she was once this. And now she says, I don't want to hurt your feelings anymore. And he goes, wow, you've really matured. The producers make them say certain.

Like, you can sometimes. That has to be the case, right? Oh, yeah. Well, they make them do stuff and say stuff sometimes. Okay, so like conversations that happen in terms of like, hey, something this happened last night, we want you two to talk about it. Or hey, you know, this, they won't say it looks bad, but like if they can tell the audience, like, I don't, I don't know, like certain things of like apologies that don't

make sense that come out of nowhere, right? Okay, dude. Or conversations that happen out of nowhere. It's like, I've never seen these two talk. That is all like the producers. Perfect. Perfect transition because we can't tiptoe around it. I do not want to spend too much time on it because I'm exhausted by it.

I felt that way with the Casey and I resolution. Yeah. We watched. Oh, interesting. We watched World War III with these two. And that's been the biggest point of contention with the fan. And I'm, this is what I'm saying, like, remember everybody, we're talking about a reality show. Yeah.

And we're just, we're talking about the reality show. It doesn't need to go deeper than that. These two have been at going to blows. And then Casey stands up to try to defend himself. he gets fucking ethered for standing. And then Anaya comes over and hovers over him, screaming at him. And I was like, at that point, I was legitimately not enjoying the show. Yeah, if I'm Carl, I'm like, dude, I said the same thing.

I would have been so fucking out if I was Carl watching that. Like, holy. It's just very gross. It's like, but like, I'm going to be honest, because it goes both ways. I would have, I would have felt so out if I were Tierra too. Because I'm like, these two are so toxic, man. Like I, Casey has been bullied and, and piled on and I don't think that that's right. I think Casey was wanting to move on though.

And it was like, can I just say, can I apologize and not have four wolfhounds just screaming at me? I agree. And I did feel like this week he did get the opportunity to apologize. He did. He did a great job. And because, and this is what I need to say. He needed to apologize. And when he was like, he was like, I said a bunch of dumb shit because I was frustrated and blah.

And that's not an excuse. And it was good to see him own up to it. But he did need to apologize because he was, I think. Casey's kind of corny in a lot of ways and I think that cornyness comes out in him maybe trying to sound cool to his boys and I think he sounded like a doucheback way too many times

and in Casa yeah absolutely and like that's why the girls were piggybacking on it I think they piled on him too much and ignored the match and double standard but what if he picked her oh they would have all been forgiven right so that's why to me that's all just out the window

it had been the same treatment Zach got sincere god and absolutely it went it went too far because he found a new connection because he found a new connection and that was that was disappointing but i thought after that after anaya was hovering over him screaming at him i was i was exhausted with the show yeah because i was like these two have too many emotions and the producers and the cast members are feeding into it too much and now no one's having fun yeah yeah and then when anaya came over and in my opinion showed the true and i at The Naya, that was my best friend week one, the woman that I love that I think is awesome.

Production told her to do that. Well, that's what I want, like, oh, interesting. Regardless, because that was my favorite, one of my favorite moments of the week. She came over and delivered one of the most eloquent and sincere apologies ever that I believe showed the person that she really is. And I was like, I'm having fun again on this show. And it did feel, I was like, did someone tell her to do that? That would actually bum me out so much because I loved that moment. But see, I don't care.

even if they did tell her to do it I think it was still her apologizing and it was like whether she was told to do it by a producer. There's a little bit of truth to that yeah I enjoyed the apology too. I think it was like a someone snapping into to the both of them going enough of this shit. It's not that big of a deal. Yeah and she went she was like you know what let's fucking bury this nonsense and move on

yeah and then he pulled her for a chat I thought their chat was amazing and like they both were able to say certain apologies and like one was able to talk Casey being like I'm happy that you're with Carl and she was And I'm happy that you're with T T TT. Like I'm... She said, Don't fuck it up with Titi. That's not what she said.

Yeah, yeah. She's still being a little snarky. Well, that I read that as a little bit of snark, but also a little bit of like friendship personality. She's like, that is true. That is true. And to me, it was just like,

I was like, thank God that these two. Because the thing that sucks about that whole situation, I actually think they do like each other. I don't think that they're romantically compatible. She loves him. She's obsessed with him. She's obsessed with him. Possibly.

I think that they do really, really like each other. And maybe they're just not a romantic match. Yeah. And that's why he found a different connection that maybe fills his love languages more. And she did too. And she did too. And the fact that they seem to find a resolution where they're like, you know what, I'm happy for you.

I'm happy for you. Let's go back to the friendship that we had made me so happy because it made me enjoy the show again. Yeah, yeah. Like those two and the rest of the cast members like feeding that war. Yeah. I haven't had fun on the show in two weeks, dude. Like please stop making these. to try to kill each other.

So the only part I didn't like about the end of their chat was, and you know how I always bring up gaslighting on the show? This is the show's greatest gaslight in my opinion. Was at the end of their apology? She goes, because you said those little stark, she goes, I forgive you.

And I wish he had been like this. And I forgive you too. But instead, it's like this whole narrative. Well, she's never apologized for anything on the show. And that's fine. Nobody, you know, it's fine.

Whatever. My whole thing is like, like, it's not like, what I hate that the audience does is we pretend that Casey did all that just to do it, not a spite. Like he just, he got, he blew up and he said all those things about Anaya just because that's who he is. Yeah. No, there was built up resentment. These two didn't have a good conversation for weeks. She would constantly get up and never, nothing ever got resolved. They, like, they were the worst couple going into Casa. I think those two, and every

contestant on the show have kissed the least. And I mean everybody. I'm talking like, Kada and Caleb have kissed more. Bryce and Zach. Then Bryce and Zach have kissed more than Casey and Anaya, but, like, seriously. Like, those two were not, they had issues. And Anaya would constantly tell her friends, like, no, like, we're good. I feel like me and Casey are good, which is, like, not the case. And she knows that's not the case. You haven't hugged your man in three days.

And can I add, Danny, because I was clocking this too. When she gets with Carl, do you guys remember this quote? They're making out, and she goes, in her interview, she goes, I was about to fuck this man and say less. Which is so. Okay, so then you like him. But it's also very... You never kissed, Casey.

I feel bad for Carl because, like, when Carl first comes back, she, like, mounts him. And they like make out. And then the only person in the villa that she can tell that because you can't go to actual real people about this, she goes to Kenzie. Yeah. And sincere. Yeah. The two biggest pieces of garbage on this show mentally. And because like she can't tell that to her girls because they're just going to be like, whoa, that's not you. Like yeah, it took you forever. Why did you do that? It took you forever to cuddle with Casey. You don't even know if you did. It's just like it seems a little weaponized in my opinion. I don't know. But at the end of the day, like they all found their connection. I'm, I'm hoping it goes well.

But I think I really hope Anaya just like forgets about Casey because to me it still feels like some of the stuff is out of spite and it's going to play with Carl's a feeling Well, I'm starting to understand or to get in I mean dude. I we've we've talked about it like this The decision to go on a show like this is I think that these people are fucking superheroes Like the the the emotional and mental fortitude that every cast member has to go on this show When the producers and the edits do what they do to these people is unbelievable like they are they are all, it's miraculous to me. But like, Mel. I was just going to say, I think the, like, the spike that we see in some of the situations,

I think it's a combination. We kept hearing the word like, disrespect, disrespect. I think there's so much embarrassment, too. That is all it is. And, and I have so much sympathy for that. And I don't like the way that the producers and the other cast members, like you just said, weaponize the embarrassment. Because they spin it into like, you know, They show these clips and they keep letting like the cast members feed the, in my opinion, maybe the misdirected feeling.

Yes. When it actually is one feeling and it's like, well, why don't we take care of this feeling and nurture that and build you back up? Because it's just so many misplace emotions. And then when you pour gas on the fire of said emotions, you misdirect it. And then it turns into hate and anger. And I'm like, this is awful. And then everybody, one person gets to be a victim.

and the other person, it's like literally Hitler getting death threats in their DMs and made out to be a terrible person. Because they just are like this. It's like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Like there was a teacher online that made like a very, very fucking racist video about Casey. Really? A licensed teacher about how he's like a part of, you know, no child left behind shit. It's like, where do you get?

Like what happened on this show to make you think you can fucking get online and be comfortable enough saying that? Yeah, weirdo. And that's been happening. Like it's gotten kind of bad on the internet about. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I was like, I thought, I thought, I thought, talking about this show would be fun and people are doing stuff like that and I'm like this is a reality TV show. Dan, I, the, you said you didn't have fun for parts. The first episode we watched

this week was right after the return from Casa. Like that was the first episode. Mondays or Sundays night. Yeah. So it opened with like Casey has just come back. There was that fight and then it, we pick up right there and it was Anaya and she's like bawling, crying, screaming like, I'm humiliated there laughing at me and she was falling to the floor and I was like, dude, like that is the literal most uncomfortable I have ever been watching television. It was awful. Why everybody comes to her aid and everybody, everybody's fine. Melanie, this has happened to Melanie, like four different times and nobody gives

them up. Yes, let's go here. Let's go here. Because that is the victim. I'm telling you right now. And you know what also suck during movie night when she's watching all this? Like Anaya in her ear, Anaya and Trinity being like, see, I knew you wasn't crazy. I hated that.

You're not crazy. Bitch, I know you weren't crazy. Look, at least you know you're not crazy. Bitch, I know I'm not crazy. I know I'm not crazy. It was so crazy. The more you say it, the more I'm going to fuck. fucking feel crazy.

And then why did I have to get up and defend myself? I was the only one fucking going at sincere, even after his first response was. But what about you? Like he literally deflected. Dude, that was crazy. Still crickets from the fucking girls. That was insane.

They should have been like, no, fuck you, sincere. Fuck you were saying that. But like, oh. Like that should agree. You know what I mean? That was barbaric. At least Casey just sat there and ate it. And same with Corbyn.

There's been teams for every couple on this show. Fuck, there was a team Kenzie and a team Corbyn. The worst couple on Love Island. there's never been any fucking buddy for team Melanie it's always been team sincere team sincere there was a team KC there was a team Anaya yeah there's teams for everybody no team Melanie yeah no team Melanie yeah I love you Melanie I pray for you Melanie I'm there for you I'm I saw a tweet that was a freeze frame of sincere like this dude so daddy said this while you were and it said I think that was Evan Sean sorry Lexi sent me this tweet yeah it's like

he's like this and it goes when you see bro with his hand tuted it up like this. And the word tootid is the funniest thing I've ever heard. And it says, you are about to hear the biggest display of manipulation you've ever seen. And it is true, man. And I, I was devastated when all the girls were like, you're not crazy, you're not crazy. And then, and then after movie night, they're still being like, I'm team sincere, man. Like, I think you guys are going to work it out. And I'm like, protect this woman. Yeah, not even not yelling in her face. Bitch, if I want to be team sincere, I'm going to be team sincere. Why are you yelling at me? I to know the things that we haven't seen from the edits of the way that he has manipulated everyone else.

Probably the other girl is trying to kiss him and shit. Because it's like, Anaya loves that man. I cannot handle the way that we have, the internet and the cast have villainized certain people and this man just keeps dodging it all. It's crazy. Listen, I don't want anyone to be villainized because like I said, I want to keep, I want this show to be fun and keep it cute. And I want everyone to love each other and be happy. when they come out of here because I don't want anyone to feel attacked.

But this guy has been pretty evil. Also when they went like he came up with a rose and a plate of eggs. They're always forgiven. And matter of fact, Kada and fucking Kada and I are sitting there going, where Team sincere. They're doing this little dance together. How about Titi standing there not joining in being like, these bitches are weird?

Remember she said to a Mora? She was like, yo, he's different. Like the person we met in Kasa, like he's a complete. The Kasa girls know exactly who he is. And so discreet. Corbin. Yeah. Like, he's the only dude that knows. He's the only one that was sat there and was like, hey, like, I feel lied to. My trust is broken with this guy. Dude, how about when Bryce is one of my favorite Bryce moment? I thought Bryce would be the one to save. Well, he did have this moment. Remember? He means into sincere. I think Bryce told Melanie to go back to him. I know. I know. Dude, they're all, they're all like. I think you have to, he has to win you back with his actions.
