So I remember a while back, and it's actually been, over an extended period of time. There was a podcast listener that frequently reached out to me, asking me about this, asking me about that, because they'd been reading other books and listening to other podcasts and watching different YouTube videos. And he was always like, well, should I do mobile home parks

or, hey, Matt, what do you think about this new Airbnb strategy? Or maybe about this storage facilities or should I just go into multifamily or commercial buildings and just went on and on and on. And I just, I was like, dude, stop. Let's hop on the phone and let's get this sorted out. And once we got on the phone, I just told him, I said, it doesn't matter which one you choose.

I mean, there's a million ways to make a million bucks in real estate. You just got to choose one. And regardless of which one you choose, they all have the same three things in common. So you've just got to go out and you've got to find the deal. You've got to control the deal. And then you've got to profit from the deal. This is a really short lesson because business is really simple like this.
