This is Terio Media.
Hey, strap in.
It's time for the epic real estate investing show.
We'll be your guides as we navigate the housing market,
the landscape of creative financing strategies,
and everything you need to swap that office chair for a beach chair.
If you're looking for some one-on-one help, meet us at rei-aise.com.
Let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go.
Let's go.
Last week, I watched three different news channels cover the exact same story.
Same facts, same event, polished, rehearsed.
Yet, three different conclusions.
That's what it hit me.
They weren't reporting the news.
They were using a secret language, code words, to make you think what they want you to think.
I'm going to teach you their five favorite code words, and the fifth one is their greatest illusion.
And once you see them, you can't unsee them.
You'll never see the news the same way again, like code word number one, experts say.
Sounds smart.
right? It makes whatever follows seem serious. But here's the trick. They never tell you who
these experts are. Are they doctors, scientists, political hacks, bloggers, no clue. Experts say
is a magic phrase. It lets them push any opinion or idea without proving a thing. It sounds
official, but it's empty. It adds fake credibility. And if you question it, you're the crazy one.
Truth is, real experts disagree all the time. So why don't they ever show both sides? Simple.
That's not the goal.
The goal is to convince you fast, with no questions asked.
The media doesn't always lie outright.
Instead, they twist things using polished language.
These five code words are how they do it.
They want you calm, confused, or afraid to ask questions.
And speaking of experts, there's nothing they love dismissing more than what they call a conspiracy theory.
That's code word number two and the ultimate shutdown phrase.
Once they slap the conspiracy theory label on something,
It's over. You're not allowed to talk anymore.
Even if it's true, even if it makes sense, they want you to laugh it off.
Why?
Because some of the biggest stories in history started as conspiracy theories.
Watergate, M.K. Ultra, the Gulf of Tonkin, Wuhan Lab.
All real, all denied.
All labeled as conspiracy theories until they weren't.
See, the phrase isn't about truth.
It's about control.
Call something a conspiracy and people stop asking questions.
In the media, they love that.
But when calling something,
something a conspiracy theory isn't enough, that's when they pull out their next favorite word.
Code word number three, debunked. This one sneaky, debunked. Sounds final, like something's been
fully disproven. But here's the truth. Most of the time, debunked just means someone didn't like it.
Maybe another reporter disagreed. Maybe a government agency said it wasn't true. But was it actually
debunked? As in proven false with facts? They use it as a shortcut. They say, that claim,
already debunk. And poof, story over. You're supposed to move on now. Stop thinking. No debate,
no evidence, just done. So next time you hear that word, pause, ask who debunked it, how?
Was there proof? Chances are, you won't find much. Of course, when they can't actually debunk something,
they have another trick up their sleeve. They label it as a code word number four, unverified.
Now, this one's clever, unverified. It sounds like the media is being careful, right? Like they're not jumping to
conclusions. But watch what they do. They still run the story. They still show the footage.
They still push the narrative. Then they throw in unverified like a shield.
Let them have it both ways. They can say, hey, we didn't say it was true, but they planted the
idea in your head anyway. If it turns out to be false, no problem. They just say, hey, well,
we told you it was unverified. It's a built-in excuse, a way to push risky info without taking
the blame. Smart? Yeah. Honest? Not really. And when unverified. And when unverified. It's a way to push risky info without taking the
Blank. Smart? Yeah.
Honest? Not really.
And when unverified isn't enough to push their narrative,
that's when they bring in their biggest illusion of all.
Code word number five.
Sources say.
Sounds like they have inside information,
like they're plugged into powerful circles.
But what sources?
Who said it?
No names, no details, no proof.
Could be a janitor.
No offense to janitors, but it could be a made-up quote.
But it sounds important.
So we trust it.
Sources say is how.
the media builds entire stories out of thin air.
No one has to go on record.
No one can be held accountable.
And if they're wrong, the source disappears.
No harm done to them.
But meanwhile, you and I are left wondering what's real.
These five code words the media uses to shape how you think, experts say,
conspiracy theory, debunk, unverified sources say they sound normal,
harmless even.
But each one is a tool, a way to blur the truth.
And these aren't just media tactics.
They're everywhere.
The financial world.
real estate, banking, anywhere there's big money involved, there's carefully crafted language
designed to keep you in the dark. This month, I'm going to expose how these exact same manipulation
tactics are being used in the real estate market, how certain words and phrases are specifically
designed to keep everyday Americans from getting ahead, let alone building real wealth.
And here's the thing. I'm not just going to tell you about it. I'm actually doing something pretty
insane in Vegas this month. I'm taking a small group of people just 10 spots and showing them
exactly how to cut through all the noise and actually build serious wealth in real estate,
even in today's market, especially in today's market. I'm talking about everything, funding,
systems, strategies, the whole playbook. And yes, I'm even covering flights and hotel because
I'm tired of seeing good people get manipulated out of opportunities. If you're curious about that,
or if you're just tired of being on the outside looking in, there is a link down below. But
Fair warning. We're being pretty selective about who gets in. You'll see why when you
check it out. Drop a comment below with any code words that come to mind for you that you've seen
in financial news lately. And what you think they really mean, you really may never listen
to the media in the same way again. Because it's not what they say. It's what they want you to believe.
If this opened your eyes even a little, hit that like button, share, subscribe, do all that fun
stuff. I'll see you next time. Take care.
And that wraps up the epic show. If you found this episode valuable, who else,
do you know that might too there's a really good chance you know someone else who would and when
their name comes to mind please share it with them and ask them to click the subscribe button when they get here
and i'll take great care of them god loves you and so do i health peace blessings and success to you
