Starting point is 00:00:00 It's time for Financial Freedom Friday with Matt Terrio. Hey there, Matt here. And today I want to share something with you. I mean, you've heard the expression of the fortune is in the follow-up, right? Well, it's absolutely true. But the problem with that is, after you've been doing this for a while, based on your marketing efforts and your call capture system, you could have thousands and thousands and thousands of numbers and people.
Starting point is 00:00:36 people to follow up with. But that's where the fortune is. So we have to make it happen. So one of the ways that we do it over here is we use direct to voicemail marketing. And we use a system called Sly Broadcast. And it allows us to go ahead and reach all of those people in one giant swoop and actually have them call us back and want to do business with us. Every time we do this, we pick, I mean, it's really how we make it rain here in the office
Starting point is 00:01:02 once a month. And on the first Monday of every month. we go through this process and I'll show you how it works. So I have an automatic reminder set up for my virtual assistant and we communicate through Voxer and here I'll show you what she sent me this morning. Hi Matt, good morning. Today's the first Monday of the month kindly send the motivated seller voice message for today's broadcast for all calls when you're available. Thank you. All right super so that was her sent she had a to do reminding me of what I needed to do so I sent
Starting point is 00:01:37 her back this message. Listen. Hey, this is Matt over at RICO management. Sorry, I missed you. Hope you had a good weekend. I was just following up. I feel like this might be the second time that I've missed you, and I want to make sure that you don't fall through the cracks because I know you call me the first time about selling your house.
Starting point is 00:01:55 And, yeah, I just want to make sure you got the attention that you were looking for. Give me a call 407-439-2814. 407-4-3814. And either Josh or myself will answer. And if you want to sell your house, we can do that for you. We can certainly buy it. We can do a quick 39-2814. Talk to you soon.
Starting point is 00:02:16 All right. So that's the message that she reminded me to send her. And she'll go ahead and she'll just click this little button download it. And then she's going to come over here to a service we use called Sly Broadcast. There's a bunch of them out there. But it's direct to voicemail marketing. And what that means is we broadcast that. message to all of our numbers that we have, all of our leads, all of our suspects and prospects
Starting point is 00:02:38 that we have in our database. And it broadcasted them, but it bypasses their ringer. And it goes straight to voicemail. And it shows up on their phone as a missed call. And it's really extraordinary how it works. It's almost 100% open rate. And people just start calling us back based off of that message. So if they wanted to sell their house and they feel like they missed an opportunity or we missed them or we didn't follow up correctly then we'll go ahead and we'll take on that business and it's really funny because we could call all of these people manually but for some reason we do the voice broadcast we were able to reach so many more people I don't there's just some something mystic in the air that makes
Starting point is 00:03:18 that happen but anyway let me show you how this works so we'll log in and we load up here we're gonna choose our audio file so she's gonna go ahead and choose that upload the audio file there and she'll just click the upload I'm just going to go to Next and show you how it works with one of our pre-audio files. So I'll use that one as an example. Clicks Next. And then you can type in caller ID. So this is what is going to show up on their phone.
Starting point is 00:03:44 So you can type in your cell phone number, maybe your salesperson's phone number, or something that we've done on a regular basis is we actually set it up to go to a call center. And they go ahead and they answer all these calls for us. Because when you get thousands and thousands of these calls going out in the broadcast, a lot of them come back and they all come back really fast. So you've got to be prepared to handle them. And if you don't have that ability, then go ahead and I would recommend just breaking your list up into like 200 numbers at a time. So you'll broadcast. If we've got a thousand, you're going to send out five broadcasts, 200 at a time, and maybe time them may say 20 minutes apart.
Starting point is 00:04:20 So speaking of timing, this is where you go ahead and schedule the time. And then I'll just type in. So we have something. Oh, it doesn't allow dashes. So you got to do this. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. There we go. All right.
Starting point is 00:04:36 And then hit next. Oops. Oh, valid start time. Okay, it wants me to do the start time. It does it in military time. So you have to go ahead and do that conversion and it's East Coast as well. All right. So there's that.
Starting point is 00:04:50 And then we go ahead and you select your list. So here's our list of all of our calls. And we'll just go ahead and select one of these calls right here. And then we'll go ahead and sit clicked. next and then next I don't want to do that because it's actually going to send it so I'm not going to send those right now but that's how it work and we go ahead and we blanket everybody all in one giant swoop so that's one of the tools that we use in our business are one of our weapons of mass production and we're going to go over
