Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey there, rock star Matt Terrio here at Epic Real Estate. And did you know everything that you've ever heard about borrowing money is wrong? It's time for Financial Freedom Friday with Matt Terrio. Here's what I mean. Imagine you're about to take a road trip. I love to hit the road and I just love to drive. And on a trip to either Vegas or the mountains or the river, I'm expecting to hit some long stretches of road where services are minimal. So I know I need to fuel up the car before I go. And I know restaurants are going to be few and far between as well. And my appetite doesn't last as long as my gas tank, unfortunately. So I always pack a cooler of snacks and
