Let's go. I want to show you how a man who, quietly, yet power, powerfully transformed his life through real estate. When we first met, he was balancing a day job, struggling to make real estate investing work on his own. Fast forward a few years, and he's now closed multiple deals, including a $300,000 profit on a single flip.

And today, it's not uncommon for him to close $100,000 wholesale deals. So watch how his journey from fear and uncertainty resulted in confidence and success. It's nothing short of inspiring. I have someone very special here today, and I would plan on introducing you to him later on today, but he's got reservations with Gordon Ramsey. So Chevy, will you come on up, please?

He's really talkative, so be prepared, okay? Chevy, we've been working together a few years. A couple years now, right? Pretty quiet, very unassuming. But he's an absolute killer when it comes out into the real estate market. So Chevy, welcome. Thank you. When we first met, do we meet at an event like this in Intensive?

Yes, it was back in 2019. 2019, okay. And when you came to us, What was the problems or the challenges that you were trying to fix? I actually listened to you with my friends, like around 2011. And we were trying to do it ourselves, but we fail. And then I've heard that you're having an incentive. And I decided to attend and get the maximum.

The maximum? So, yeah. So I could learn some more. Okay. So you were trying to do it. You were already in the business before. So what was broken? What was missing?

The approach and the marketing, how you do it, and the fear was there. I want to be in the business and do it full time. That's why I've decided to go directly. Perfect. What does business look like for you right now? The business is actually doing better. It's going up. So you decided to work with Epic and it got better.

Yes. I understand that correct. Yes. Okay, good. So I've decided to sign up with you guys. And at first, it was scary because I've never invested my whole life. So I spoke to my wife and she encouraged me to do it since she knows that I love the business. So we decided to do it without, you know, just neglecting fear.

Do you have like a rough count of like what you flip, what you held, how many transactions you've done is on the investing side? So since I signed up, I've closed four, like, like wholesale. Okay. And then two fix and flips. Okay. Very good. Yeah.

So just six deals, right? Yes. But give me an idea of what each one of those deals would pay it out. Oh, it's me. It's me? What is that? So I've done the wholesale. So I use those funds to pay off the education and the down payment for the fix and flip.

For the fix and flip. And then on the first fix and flip, I made three. I made $300 something. $300,000? Oh, $300,000. Okay. Boy, I was trying to pull out of it. Very good.

And what's the second one look like? The second one I partner off with Alex Ramirez. Okay. So that one, we pretty much like break even and that was so. Okay. Very good. So what has this done for you? What kind of impact does it have on you professionally?

It gave me like knowledge how to deal with people and how to like close transaction, and how you go about it. And there's like a plan, you know. It's actually in proportion, not like mixed up value. Right. So you got a little more focus? Yeah. And whenever I have questions, I call you.

You guys help me a lot. Very good. Very good. So how has that impacted you personally? You got a family? So now I want to hold more. That's my, that's why I'm here. I want to be encouraged at how to hold like more properties than, you know,

versus flea beans. Very good. What would you say your favorite three things of working with Epicure? Working with you guys, you guys help me a lot. You know, whenever I call you, you respond right away. And if I have like complicated question, you'll answer it pretty much exactly. Well, good. Pretty much you guys are always there.

And you guys have the programs that supports me. And every day, you know, I have those programs. I listen to them and I learn. I learn and relearn all the stuff. The guys are teaching. Sweet, sweet. So what would you say the future looks like for you? What are you envisioning?

Actually, I have a day job. And that kind of like keeps me, you know, in a bondage. So I'm planning to like quit the job and go full time next year, which is January. Perfect. So can you finish this sentence for me? I almost didn't work with Epic because. because of the price. But my understanding, if you put like $10 on one,

and then if that one will create you like 100 times more, it's worth it. And this Epic is that one. Awesome. That is worth it. Thank you. So for anyone that was thinking of working with Epic, what would you tell them to do a little bit your advice?
