Hello, and welcome to Epic Real Estate Investing, the place where I show people how to escape the rat race using real estate.

A lot of people think this is a real estate show. It's not a real estate show. It's an escape-the-rat race show. It's just that real estate is the vehicle that presents the greatest chance that the average person has of actually making that escape. And all you've got to do is just shift your focus from making piles of money to making streams of money, change that one thing, just one time, then follow up that focus with Corlitt Action and you are on your way to financial freedom. If you're not face-to-face, belly-to-belly, or even just on the phone with talking to motivated sellers all day, that's where you need to be. Okay? That's your highest and best use, the highest and best use of your time. I mean, when you can just focus on the activities that bring in the dough, you're going to be surprised by how much more dough comes in.
