or excuse me a year a year later and if that's the case still go to epicintensive dot com because this is an event that we do three four times a year every year we've been doing it for a while and you know everyone that goes they have a good time I'm pretty sure if escaping the rat race is a plan of yours or an aspiration of yours you're going to have a good time as well so today I wanted to introduce you to somebody that came to an epic intensive about a year ago. Josh, he's turned out to be a good friend of mine, a really good guy. And he came and he just saw what was available for him.

He decided that we wanted to work together. And in less than a year, he was going from, he was doing one to two real estate transactions on the side while he's holding down his full-time job. This is his corporate job of more than 10 years. This is what he went to school for. This is what he was committed and invested in. And he was flipping some houses on the side.

And after a few sessions that we had together, he was up to two to three deals a week. And so much so it got to the point where he couldn't afford to keep his job anymore. So he bounced. He quit. And he's a full-time real estate investing entrepreneur. And he was at our last intensive, shared his story. And I thought I'd just play you a clip from the last intensive. Here, watch this. I've been doing this just a few months, and I'm just going to share what's working for me. But I don't know anything. I go to Matt for everything. So, yeah, with that said, like, I feel a lot more comfortable. Okay, good. $56,000 check of $4,000 something, $4,000 something, $19,000, $12,000. So that week was $98,000 coming into your bank.

Yeah, that was a good week. It was a good week. So this was awesome, and this is what made me want to do. selling, but then I realized I'm always going to be doing this. So now I didn't get any checks like that in December. I got 17 checks for ranging between $2,500 and $5,000. And that doesn't sound like a lot of money, but for the next 12 years, because that's usually how I write by these options, I'm guaranteed minimum of $300 a month. And time 17. you know what were you doing just before we met and what made you what caused you to come

I worked for Chevron I've been doing that 10 years as an engineer and I realized doing the whole pension and working 30 years isn't for me I really need to create well end of 2016 I started doing it by myself and you were like like Matt said I was doing one or two deals and I realized if you want to do it quickly You need a coach. And so I came to the intensive to basically see, okay, I'm doing one or two. How do I get that to one or two a week? What did you see that you decided that, boom, this is it, this is what I need?

Well, you were doing it. So you're successful. I needed to find somebody who already has what I want and just copy everything they're doing. So that's what it was. There's no secrets. It's kind of just, we just follow the formula, and I just try to, if it worked, I just did more of it. I just quit my job.

Yeah. So up until December 31st, I had to do, I had to hire everything for everybody because I have two kids and a wife and my full-time job, so I had literally no time to do my real estate business. So I just hired somebody to do each task. You know what inside of the video, there's what we use called the Epic Marketing Checklist. Right? And what he's saying is he just took the checklist and gave it somebody and said, do that for me. Yeah. And there's training videos on how to do each one of steps.

Right. So he watched it and he knows how to do that now. And I don't. Perfect. They do and you don't. I love it. You just collect the check. So how has this impacted your life? I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I always knew that I was going to be successful, but it's, you know, now I can almost touch it. And it's, and it's, and it's, and it's, and it's, right there. So it's an awesome feeling knowing I'm no longer have to work on a corporate job and work for somebody else.
