Here's Matt. Real quickly, I want to talk to you about something today, about the secrets to dominating your market, the secrets to market domination. And I was thinking about this, and it actually was inspired by me just kind of perusing the internet, Facebook specifically, and even more specifically inside of the communities that I've been able to create on Facebook around real estate investing. And we do something on Monday is called Monday motivation. And we post a new question in there each Monday. And the members get to answer and give their response. And one of the questions that we asked this week was, how will you dominate this week?

That was the question for the week. How will you dominate this week? And I have my own idea of what I constantly focus on, what I constantly think about to dominate the week. And I'll share that with you in just a second. But I thought it was really interesting to read everybody's comments on how they're actually going to dominate the week. And one, Mike, Mike Harger said he's going to dominate the week by being consistent. Yeah, and I don't think you need to look too much further than that, right?

Being consistent with the right activities, doing them long enough. That certainly can lead to market domination for sure. Devin Williams, a newer member of the Epic Pro community, but certainly making a name for him, self and closing deals, kicking ass, cashing checks, and really doing awesome work. So he had three things that he's going to focus on for his market domination this week. One was, I will not let two blown closings at the finish line discourage me. Nice. Two, I will continue to do the things that I know will produce results.

Perfect. And number three, I will remain focused in. consistent. There's that word again, consistent. And being consistent on the right activities, he's going to focus on the things that he knows will produce results. And he's not going to let his past get into his to his future. He's not going to let that distract him or discourage him. Parker came up with a good one. By not letting small fails seem bigger than they are and get in my head. Yeah, market domination isn't so much of a tactical approach, but it's very much a mental approach, right? We got to get out of our own way and make sure that that past experiences,

those experiences that have failed to meet our expectations or might have been a letdown or a disappointment. We can't keep those in the front. We have to remove them from our futures, right? And Josiah commented on that. Parker, this is so good. I spent the first half of the year letting small failures get to me and it sucked mentally and financially. Thank God that I am past that. The second half of this year has been great mentally and financially. It's only looking up. Alrighty, that's it. Perfect.

And then Adam, triple A Adams, just leaving one of my coaches' houses in Atlanta and flying to one of my other coaches in St. Louis. Taking time to grow is more important than most people give it credit for. Adam is very big on mentorship, and that's how he dominates the week. The big focus that I have for each and every week is to stop focus. on what's happening and focus on what you want to have happen. And as we go through all of these, that's mine. You've heard other members from the Epic Pro Academy Facebook group, the private Facebook group that we have inside of the Epic community.

You've heard theirs. And very few of that, very few of those answers had anything to do with tactical action-oriented items, but everything had to do with the mental ones, right? So if you keep your mind right, your business is going to be right. You know, there was a meme on Instagram. I think that's where all the memes are these days. I think it was Tony Robbins meme that said, my past is no longer in my future unless I put it there.
