Now, to be clear, they're not just looking for any seller or any old real estate agent, they want someone who's more than a door opener, if you will. Think about this. So how do you position yourself as that go-to expert, that one that has the answers? It's about speaking their language. Clear communication, digital expertise doesn't help, and knowledge on the local market. Start by offering tools like online buyer guides, like breaking down the buying and selling process in a very simple manner, in digestible steps so that your millennial buyer is interested

For example, explaining what to expect during a home inspection or during a mortgage application will go a really long way with millennials buying for the first time. You can even host a local RIA group in your local area, covering topics and tips for first time home buyers. And if you want to build a small little community, this is the way to do it. Now, you want to build trust through transparency. And when you can take time to explain simple terms and financing options or potential pitfalls or the benefits of investing in certain neighborhoods, you're positioning yourself as a trusted authority. Now, don't underestimate the power of digital platforms either.

An active presence on social media will go a long way where you can share valuable. ticks and success stories that can become the gateway to building those critical relationships. Now you're a guide or a mentor, if you will, and ultimately, the person that they will try, us to be able to convey confidence that will allow them and prep them to invest. They're not just seeking someone to show them properties. They want someone to educate them, and this is your chance to build a relationship and a real connection. The more you understand what millennials value, such as seamless expertise and financial transparency,
Starting point is 00:07:15 the better you can tailor your property or your services to them. And this is where you stand to gain. By aligning your services with their needs, you're positioned perfectly to ride this trend and attract new wave of buyers who will just trust you and want to do business with you long term. When it comes to real estate investing, tapping into millennial markets, it's just about more than just offering properties.

Do not underestimate the power of simplicity.
