My name is Matt Terrio.
I am CEO of Epic Real Estate,
and what we do here is we show people how to invest in real estate
with an emphasis on them retiring sooner rather than later.
So I remember it wasn't too long ago, a podcast listener of mine.
They were sharing with me their frustration in finding cash-flowing
properties. And I get it. It makes sense because if you don't know what you're doing, it can be a
very frustrating experience. But here's the thing. If you know where to look, it's really actually
pretty simple. And there's three places that you can go to. The first one might be rather obvious
to most people, and that is through a realtor. That's a professional. That's job is to go out and
find you what you're looking for with regards to real estate. That's really simple. The second thing
is directly from the seller themselves.
Like instead of going through the realtor,
go straight to the source.
The realtor is going straight to the source
directly to the seller to find you the properties.
You could save yourself a lot of money
by going directly to the seller yourself.
And we do that through different types of advertising
and relationship building
and networking and marketing.
It's not really that complicated
if you're willing to put in a little bit of extra work.
Now, if you don't like the idea
of dealing with the realtor
or the thought of you going and interacting
with direct sellers in the purchase
and the acquisitions of their properties,
you could go about it in a really simple way,
and that's by going straight through a turnkey provider.
And what a turnkey provider does
is they go out and they find the properties for you.
They'll go ahead and they'll fix them up for you.
They'll put a tenant in place.
They'll coordinate the property management,
and they'll just hand it over to you on a silver platter
already performing a cash blowing asset just like that.
