Hi, welcome to Epic Team Builder. You know, it takes a genuine passion and unwavering persistence to build a successful real estate investing team. And, you know, you're likely to experience an ample amount of blood, sweat, and tears in the pursuit of your first several deals. It ain't easy. But be patient, though, because it is worth it. You know, with a long-term mindset, real estate investing becomes easy, it becomes fun, and it becomes very lucrative. I mean, you're going to experience the real magic of this business once you've created great relationships. relationships, a stellar reputation, and most of all, an epic team.

So what is an epic team? Well, an epic team is much more than a networking group that gathers once a week to share real estate investing fish stories over a cup of coffee and a Danish. You know those types of groups I'm talking about. You know those early morning gatherings of investors who spend more time telling each other about the big deal that got away instead of actually hitting the streets and putting together real deals. No, your epic team is going to be much more than that.

But guess what? your epic team is also not going to be a lead sharing group. While you will use your team to find deals and share deals, you know, you're going to benefit from this group of people in ways you would never benefit if you just spent time to, you know, just swapping leads and fish stories and business tips. So, you know, while lead sharing will definitely be a function of your team, it will be only one small function. In fact, you know, I'm willing to bet your epic team is going to be unlike any group that

you've ever been involved with before. How do I know that? Well, simply put, if you are part of one already, then you'd most likely be out there taking advantage of that team to grow your million-dollar real estate portfolio rather than sitting there watching me on this video right now. So with that being said, let's talk about what your epic team is rather than what it is not. And then we'll get on with building that team and growing your real estate business by leaps and bounds.

I mean, that's the goal here. Your epic team is going to be a hand-selected power team and you will be the leader of this team but don't think of yourself as the dictator instead think of yourself you know as the quarterback you know you're you're calling the plays and you're you're calling audibles and you're switching up the plays when needed I mean you are in charge of this offense and even though this is a team effort you must remember that this is about your business first and foremost so don't hesitate to take charge you're the boss so sure some members of your team will likely have more

experience investing in real estate or a related field than you do and that's okay I mean In fact, that's really what you want. If you happen to find yourself as the smartest one in the room when you gather your team members, you're going to want to reevaluate the makeup of your team. So back to your epic team. You need to count on your team to do more than just bring you business and leads and help you accomplish real estate investing success.

You'll count on your epic team for advice, strategy, mentoring, honest feedback, labor, information, a whole lot more. And you'll depend on your team to have the same dedication, the same desire to both attain success and build upon that success as you do. Here's the bottom line. You see, your vision of real estate investing success, your mission to be financially free, must also be the vision of these individuals. The team must unite in that aspect.

Now, together, in the coming videos, we will discuss why you need a team to support and help you navigate the path to financial freedom and real estate investing success. We'll dissect your epic team and discuss who you should invite to come aboard. And then I'll offer some proven tips for finding the major players and how to select who will work alongside you on your journey. And we will also discuss the finer points of managing and improving your team as you move forward with your real estate investing business. So if you're ready, let's discuss why you even need a team.

That's the strong word, isn't it? Need. Well, it has a lot to do with the fact that there are no self-made millionaires and why I highly doubt that you will become the first. Okay, you ready?
