Starting point is 00:01:34 you can know the first step to embracing your truly sensual self. is to close your eyes and take a nice deep breath. Breathing in relaxation and calm, breathing out any tensions or worries. And as you continue to breathe normally, you might notice how the breath seems to settle on any areas of remaining tension and as you breathe out, you can just let that tension go.
Starting point is 00:02:15 That's it. As you continue to breathe normally, you can see yourself as a whole and pay attention to your entire being in body, mind and spirit. And you can know that you can awaken your sensual self. As you speak the words silently in the safety of your own mind, I allow myself to embrace all that I intend to be. And again, in the peace of your own mind, I allow myself to embrace all that I am intended to be. And as you continue to breathe normally, breathing in calm and relaxation, breathing out any stresses or worries. You can go ahead and imagine all your thoughts and worries, all your doubts and concerns swirling around in your mind. like watching water swirling around in a sink or a bathtub.
Starting point is 00:03:46 Perhaps it stouts of your body. What you were taught to believe about intimacy from childhood or religion. Things other people have said or whatever. Just watch them swirling around. You're just going to pull the plug out and let all those thoughts just drift and drain away. Just drift and drain away. Ah, sit. Your mind is relaxed and clear. Relaxed. As you enjoy this time of meditation and continue to breathe normally, you can become aware of that part of you which is sensual, the deeply passionate part of yourself. And as some people might associate certain parts of our body with sensual pleasure, but you can know deep within our mind.
Starting point is 00:04:55 is that part of us which is sacred and desires completeness. And as you continue to breathe normally, you can allow yourself to recognize that one aspect of this completeness involves expressions of your intimacy and sexuality, and in the safety of a mind, you can say sadly, as it is spoken, I embrace that part of me that is sexual in nature.
Starting point is 00:05:42 And again, I embrace that part of me that is sexual in nature. I wonder if you can remember, imagine or pretend a time roused. You can remember it now. Remember the smells, the sounds, the sensations. Your lips felt in anticipation at that moment. How your breathing changed as you felt that desire. That longing might notice a... The desire that moves through your body is like a warm shower, gently caressing every inch.
Starting point is 00:07:02 Spreading, we'll get a sense of a colour. Perhaps the pink or a desire that water spreads, seeming to ignite a new sensation. With every place it touches, notice that feeling, relaxing it is. natural all the sensations are, how it stimulates you. Sensations you never knew you could have. You can feel every single droplet of water moving over your skin. You can sense your skin transforming where the water touches, becoming somehow more you experience the growing pleasure of the warm water as it moves.
Starting point is 00:08:50 You feel the sensations growing inside. You feel the electricity of desire. Every desire, every fantasy, every orgasm you have ever had was alive in your body right now. They passed in that beautiful, sensual colour of intimate pleasure. And you can know this colour. As a colour of intimate pleasure, practice are more intense. These sensations will become, the more these words will become, the more of these words will be. will become positive, relax, breathe in easily.
Starting point is 00:10:13 With every breath you feel yourself complete and whole. You to breathe normally. Relaxing in this safe and sacred place, recognize that you have the right to be you. Happiness comes from within as you continue to breathe in and out. With every breath, of yourself, bow yourself to be in the safety of your own mind. Say to yourself as it is spoken.
Starting point is 00:11:15 I am created to be wonderfully whole. And again, I am created to be wonderfully whole. And once more, and as you continue to breathe normally, relaxed and calm, absorbing intense, sensual passion. Drink it in through every pore. Every cell, every nerve in your body and energy. Brilliant golden energy. Surrounding you.
Starting point is 00:12:18 Sealing in all these feelings. make them part of you, absorbing all the sensations, that sensuous, intimate colour, moving through every part of your body. Not right now, for right now, you can just go ahead and
Starting point is 00:12:52 immerse yourself in the feelings of being still and feeling safe, complete, sensual, sacred and positive in a moment when you are ready. You can return to your normal world. taking with you all the feelings of being complete in spirit, mind and body and take three deep breaths, ask it,
Starting point is 00:13:29 and whenever you are ready, you can give yourself permission to return to your normal world, aware that your sense yourself is now an integral part of who you are.
