He is somebody that is an inventor.
Starting point is 00:00:46 He is a systems thinker. He is a health futurist. We're going to get into exactly what that is. He's the founder of NES Health, XPO Health, Energy for Life. Like I said, he's a bio-energetic expert, an entrepreneur, a speaker, and a filmmaker, and he's here to tell you how to live forever. Maybe not forever, but for longer than you're planning on living now. Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the program. This is Harry Massey.
Starting point is 00:01:11 Harry, what's up, man? It's all good. I'll totally tell people how to live forever. I'm going to live forever myself. You're going to live for, we're living for with, you know, I always think about, I always think about. I'm aiming. My minimum is 120, but I think as long as we can do that, we'll keep going.
Starting point is 00:01:29 Yeah, I always like to think about the movie, Talladega nights when Ricky Bobby says, you know, with my high level of income and the advancements of science, there's no reason I can't expect to live to 165, 185 years old. But it was. So how did you get into this, man? How did you get into this? It's a pretty curious story,
Starting point is 00:01:48 but when I was 20, I had these three very dramatic accidents or instances in my life, but one, I was ice climbing and I fell, fractured my spine, and this was in Scotland. I didn't know I'd fractured my spine, to be honest, until I'd had a paragliding accident, another year, year and a half later. And that time when they took me to the hospital, they saw that I had a fractured spine from before. I also was living a very, very hedonistic life rock climbing at university and partying. So I was like burning the candle to a ridiculous extent. And I ended up getting like a, just sort of an Epston Bar virus on another climbing
Starting point is 00:02:35 trip and got really, really wiped out. And in short, in short, I ended up with Addison's disease and ended up bedridden for eight whole years I say bedroom and I was basically stuck at home looking up at a dark sort of ceiling barely being able to think you know I couldn't elucidate of a thought and tried absolutely everything from a normal I say a normal I don't know what normal is but from a dietary point of view I tried every type of diet I did a fasting or functional medicine type things you would have heard of but none None of that works.
Starting point is 00:03:16 After about seven or so years, I basically fought to myself, I don't have any energy, so I should study where energy comes from, which brought me into this wonderful world of bioenergetics, which is the study of energy in living systems. Ended up meeting a scientist from Australia who'd been looking at how the body works from a physics point of view, which I can get into. that's a whole whole sort of topic in itself and from that I ended up I basically ended up inventing with this other scientist who died about 12 years ago now but we ended up inventing this whole sort of physics first system of healing and a whole bunch of different devices and
Starting point is 00:04:06 technology came out of that yeah it's super interesting I was literally I'm so happy to see Ron here today because I am I went to Antarctica last week and I am so I've been so jet lagged all week I'm like is something wrong with me or have I jet lagged or I have no like dude two 30 in the afternoon I'm cooked every day just have no energy right now so I was like man I'm going to talk to the energy guy random question before we get in this real specific we do jet lag what can you do for that right because that's what I need help right now I'm dying um well once it's already happens that it's in your case there's nothing we can do before you fly you've already
Starting point is 00:04:48 come well you've already come back that's a different story yeah now you're back the actually the quickest way is actually injecting n-d i would say i take lip so i take liposomal i take liposomal nad plus good doesn't do anything absolutely nothing um what what will work a bit better is an mn so you can you can take nm and that will convert to NAD. But if you just want to get over, you know, if you've been doing some very exhausting business trip and you just need to get back on your game,
Starting point is 00:05:22 you can just buy an NAD file and you basically inject. If you inject that for a couple of days, you're going to be back to normal. You'll be fine. And then the other, you know, you probably already know this, but just, you know, you do have to, you do actually have to take it a bit a bit easier. Like when you come.
Starting point is 00:05:43 back just taking those two days, you know, two days off and being a bit more, you know, nice to yourself and reading a book and all these other things. And actually, you're in Vegas. Yeah. I'm in Vegas. I would go out to red rocks and, you know, I would just have a day or two hiking. I just make sure I got outside for a few hours. Just being out in nature helps reset, you know, reset energy. The circadian rhythm. Yep. Yeah. It was, we did, I was in the air for 63 hours over eight days. It was wild.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's Emirates business class, so it's not that brutal. It was actually, I mean, I love that flight, but still, it's a lot. I didn't know which way it was up, which was nuts. All right. So let's talk about energy and the body. Let's talk about where it comes from the physics of it, why people lose it, how to get it back.
Starting point is 00:06:43 So, well, you lose it for all sorts of different reasons, but I'll just start on a general principle. If you look at your body as a bit like being a battery, so you can top your energy up and basically you want to have your energy high. And then the real trick of it is looking at what leaks your energy. And there's a few very significant links. So one is when you're in pain or if you're injured, your muscles will basically use three to five times more ATP than they would if they're nice and flexible. So pain and injuries is a big leak of energy. The second actually is just having inefficiency in the body. So if you are living an unhealthy life and your kid these aren't working properly, your liver is growing properly.
Starting point is 00:07:39 That's just general inefficiency, which I'll get. to how we solve that in a minute. And then the third biggest, well, it's actually one of the largest, and it's the most easy for you to solve, is basically negative emotions and different states. And that can use like 30 to 50% more energy overall. So let's take, you could be angry,
Starting point is 00:08:05 let's just say you're angry. If you're angry, you're wasting all that extra for energy in your hair. And it's the same with anxieties that take anxiety and anger. You're using all that extra thought energy. It creates far more cortisol release. It could create adrenaline release. It's firing up your sympathetic systems that you can't rest and relax.
Starting point is 00:08:29 And so overall that will just burn up a ton of energy. And so how people actually lose their energy over time is generally through it's through stress, it can be through over, over training, getting injuries, and then just general, just general things that will inflame their bodies if you liver, you know, if you liver a bad, a bad lifestyle, etc. or, you know, where you could get viral infection or things like that. So, and when, if you look at the body, you can look at the body from a very, very simple equation it's really just health or vitality. It's literally just two things.
Starting point is 00:09:12 It's just voltage, which is your overall charge, and it's divided by resistance. And resistance is basically what we've talked about. It's where you're leaking, leaking all the energy. Or another way, it's healing equals your overall sort of energy reserve minus all of the energy leaks. If your energy leaks are too high, you just don't have enough energy left to go about your day-to-day life and to heal.
Starting point is 00:09:45 The whole game is to reduce the leaks and increase the amount of energy you put in your system. But to begin with, you don't really want to just put energy into a broken system because it's like putting, I guess, rocket fuel in a really bad car. like it just blow up. Well, what I'm, what I'm thinking is like, it's kind of like your iPhone, right? Like when you first get it and you charge it, it'll stay charged for like three days. And then like two years later, the quality of the battery goes down. So as much as you charge it, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:17 It's all inefficient. Yeah. As much as you charge, it doesn't matter. So same way. So it doesn't matter what you do if your max battery capacity is only at 65%. So what you're trying to do. do is repair the battery from 65 back to 100. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:10:35 How do we do that? And then make the body super efficient again. Well, the main biggest come... Well, I'll take it in the free part. So one with pain and injuries. There's a lot you can do from body work, yoga, stretching, etc. But from our point of view, we made a device called the My Health that combined a laser in with electrow therapy and then it puts information in on the signal on top.
Starting point is 00:11:10 And the short version is it will speed up an injuries healing or a wound by three to four times the normal rate that your body would. So that's how we would do pain and injuries. I saw that. This is the bed. This is the bed, right? Actually, no, that's not the bed. It's a handheld device that you can just.
Starting point is 00:11:30 Okay, the hand is. Yeah, the bed, I don't know where it came across the bed, but because I haven't brought that to market, but yes. Oh, I saw it. Yeah, I thought that was the bed. Okay. Sorry. We'll get to that. Yeah, there's things on the internet, but I may not be there. Yeah. No bad. There's no bed or prototype that's coming out at any time soon. We don't know what we're talking about at this point. No, bad. This is a handheld device. You just... They're all good. They're all.
Starting point is 00:12:00 I've licensed technology to other bed companies. Okay. But anyway, that aside. And then, but the biggest, the biggest part, and the biggest part is basically just making all the body's organs really efficient in how they function and in how they use energy. And for this, we have to go down at least a five minute wonderful little rabbit hole. Let's go. Let's go. So we're all used to.
Starting point is 00:12:30 the body working as a big bag, big bag of chemicals. And the conventional viewpoint is there's basically only a chemical control system. So you know, a chemical molecule comes along to a cell, it hits a cell receptor, and then it goes and does something. However, there's also a field-based communication system in the body. So, for example, your nervous system is pretty, producing a field, your heart produces a magnetic field. You even have cell to cell communication using photons
Starting point is 00:13:10 basically light. And that's what we call the body field. And so from a physics point of view, that's the master overall control system, because physics sits above chemistry, chemistry sits above biology, biology governs healing and how we get better. And the most effective way that we can get our body to be more efficient is basically just to give it direct instructions.
Starting point is 00:13:38 And we can use an electromagnetic field and we can use light. We can do it for a wearable device as well. And we're basically just imprint information straight back into the body. And that will help your body to become more energy efficient. And then the last way is the whole negative emotional side. That's a big topic in itself. But the first thing is awareness. So I made a wearable called a gem that stands for guided energy and emotional management.
Starting point is 00:14:15 That will tell you out of 13 different emotional states, who or basically where you're at. And when you have awareness, you can do something. about it and the app will basically coach you with what to do about it. But it will also extend back the bias signature back in back into the body to help reduce your stress and help to balance your permissions. What's generating that data? Is it your electromagnetic field or is it your physiology?
Starting point is 00:14:48 Is it blood pressure, pulse, temperature? All sorts of little things. But one of the main really interesting parts is in Chinese medicine, the Chinese will basically read your pulse by putting the fingers on the wrist and feeling the pressure wave. So through a PPG sensor on the wearable, we can look at the shape of your pulse wave, which is a bit different to, well, it's a big advance from what an oar or a whoop would do, which is just looking at heart rate variability. So we're looking in the full shape of your pulse.
Starting point is 00:15:27 So that's one. So that's how we're getting the emotional state. But then the other part of them actually have to be doing it the last four days. I've been very, I've literally just, I've got very obsessed with inventing the last four days. But I just worked out a way that we can take, this is the camera in your phone, look at your, look at a video of your face, look at your tongue. read also listen to your voice and that from a Chinese medicine perspective also contains all of this other information analysis and then I'm going to combine that with blood labs as well so that that will give you a really really you don't need the blood labs to read emotions but yeah that will give you a very very deep
Starting point is 00:16:11 um deep analysis of what's going on and because the wearables on you we've got we've got all that info you've you've got all that information 24-7 what what was the testing like for this for the baselines and the test groups and what was the testing like because this is all this is like nobody else is making this stuff you're you guys are the only ones right no um so well i've had an r and d company for 20 24 years so it's not so it hasn't you know it doesn't come out over overnight but it but in in the particular pulse spit. Basically, I used Chinese medicine practitioners to read, to read pulses, and then I measured with a PPG to see, to see what they looked like. And then then basically ended up writing algorithms to fit the shape, the shape against the Chinese medicine practice. That's how we did
Starting point is 00:17:10 that part. All of the, all of the face, tongue, etc. I can do it. I can do with AI. Honestly, if AI had existed three and a half four years ago, I probably would have derived the pulse stuff without all the hard work we had to do. Yeah, you'd be so much further in a different direction now because you can get that. Yeah. And so to change, you said during the app, it walks you through. Is this like meditation? Is this, I mean, are we breathing exercises? How are you bringing people?
Starting point is 00:17:40 How are you changing state? So from our thinking, I basically have this process called the GIST process that stands for gratitude, intention, surrender and trust. And basically it does it through journaling. But in short, if you write down each day what you're grateful for, but basically you look at what you did yesterday. You notice the wins. you know you like you give gratitude to the people in the situations that automatically calms you down but it also puts you in a state of receivership and then and then it basically write intentions for the for the day um and you know a lot of those intentions might be written in a like in a
Starting point is 00:18:29 win win win type thinking so it'd be a win it's a win for yourself but it'll be a win for the other party or parties and then a win for for overall society and that that helps to make sure your intention is basically aligned with what the what the universe or if you like what society and what the world around you will support and then you surrender the how as to how it happens to the universal god if you like um like the from a i'm from a physics point of view and physics to me is the same as religion yeah and then and then and then you basically trust that it works out in your highest interest. So in short, in short, it's a combination of giving you awareness.
Starting point is 00:19:19 So we're giving you an awareness of what your emotional state is. And then through a journaling practice, you can you can then take that awareness and help shape your life, basically day by day. And then, you know, over time, it very rapidly improves and iterates. What do you think has a bigger impact on your overall health? What goes in your mouth or what goes in your head? You know, ultimately it's because your head is your head because your head also controls what goes in your mouth. True.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Fair. Okay. Okay. You can't loophole. You can't loophole it. I mean, what I'm saying is, does emotional state, you think, have a longer, is that a worse detriment to the body than what? No, Grant, I'm not talking about like Burger King and Twinkies. day. I'm talking about like, not taking yourself. There's a long-term study called the ACE studies that look to adverse
Starting point is 00:20:19 childhood events and different diseases. And if you've had more than three or three or more adverse childhood events, and they aren't necessarily that significant, but it's just having a difficult, a difficult childhood doesn't have to be some extreme, extreme situation. If you've had three of those, you have four times more likely risk of, you know, of having a heart attack, of getting cancer, etc. But here's the most crazy statistic is you actually have a overall, you have a 20-year reduction in your lifespan. And so meaning if the average person, you know, lives to 85, if you've had more than free childhood events that then basically makes you stressed for, you know, for, you know, for, for eternity, you would only live to 65. So that is extremely significant.
Starting point is 00:21:19 Now, yeah, if you lived on, it's all relative. Like if you're only diet, it was McDonald's and fries. That's not going to be too good either. No, well, I think, well, it's, I was telling my wife last night, you know, I spent about a week in South Africa when we did our trip. And I think they, they must be. be somewhat strict about what can go into food and what can't go into food there. Because I felt great the whole time.
Starting point is 00:21:45 I just felt lighter. I felt good. I always eat fairly well. But I think there's probably some stuff in our food in the United States that it was not in the food there. And it definitely made me feel better. Like I felt, I just felt really. There's a lot of glyphabes in the food in the States, unfortunately. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Yeah. And they don't have it in Europe. I don't know about Africa, but they don't have it in Europe, glass of things. Now, I'm assuming it was somewhat, I'm assuming it was somewhat better as moving along. So the wearable, is that available now? Like, is that something you can get now? Yeah, absolutely.
Starting point is 00:22:21 Yeah. I'm trying to think. I think there's about 4,000 turning up next week. But, yeah, there's, depends on the stock level. The initial few thousand disappeared pretty quickly. Yeah, I think people probably just don't have a good idea of how much their mood or state is affecting them in any given moment. It's probably, you just don't realize.
Starting point is 00:22:41 So what do you go out of the red zone where you shouldn't be to start beeping and letting you know, like, yo, you need to calm down. This is an issue. It'll tell you basically if you're frustrated, if you're anxious, if you're impatient, but it also tells you the positive sides as well. So, yeah, it tells you if you're joyful, happy, et cetera.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Awesome. Well, let me ask you just because you're obviously 360 degrees on as far as health. I'm going to ask you because we already, you told me the lip somal NAD was useless, damn you, Gary Brecker. You tell me that was useless, which I thought it might be, right? I'm not naive. I thought it might be. But I'm going to run through some other stuff that we do. And you tell me the value of us. I personally never noticed. And if you inject it, you, you feel it instantly. All right, okay. All right. Let's talk about peptides. Are you a peptide guy?
Starting point is 00:23:34 I know a bit about peptides, yeah. Okay, all right. All right. Like BP 157 and TB 500. Reclamation. Yeah, I mean, the first one is good for inflammation and injuries, et cetera. But yeah, you sort of want to inject it right, right where the injury is. Yes.
Starting point is 00:24:00 I kind of like this. I think it's not as good. Yeah, the TV 500 is super interesting. I'll tell you why. So this isn't much of a well-known factor thing to the health world. So one of the reasons of when you're basically a kid and you're a teenager, you have a really, really healthy fymus. It's a very, very large finess.
Starting point is 00:24:25 And that basically ends up producing all the white blood cells. and it's basically managing and controlling your immune system. And the thing that people don't totally appreciate is your immune system really governs where stem cells will go and basically directs different areas of your body to repair. So if you have a big, healthy finesse, your repair system, i.e. your regeneration system, i.e. your secret key to living a long, long life, is unlocked. And when you get to 50-60-year-olds, unfortunately, the fibres have shrunk down to 20%
Starting point is 00:25:05 and it's basically sort of withered and it isn't that effective. But as you mentioned, TB 500, yeah, TB 500 is one of those peptides that will help regenerate the fymus function, which therefore in turn does help reverse biological aging. So yeah, that's a big, sort of a big area for us. So I'm just about set up a clinic in Park City and we're doing that, well, it's a half, it's a physics first healthcare, well, it's basically a physics first long ever T center and we're using a type of stem cells, we're using, yeah, and we're using peptides,
Starting point is 00:25:51 and then we're using this whole field, field side, physics first approach as well. But yeah, it's an interesting area. I'm looking at imprinting peptides, which is another whole area, but basically, so a peptide has a particular function, but we can tag it to,
Starting point is 00:26:12 we can imprint it with extra information, so it'll more specifically target a particular organ. You know, that's, I want to go and do it to myself now. Yeah. Well, yeah, so that's good. At least I got my peptides are good, which is good. Yeah, I definitely notice the difference when I'm on that cycle of those things.
Starting point is 00:26:34 I was doing the GKU, the copper in a glow stack, but it hurt my joints. I couldn't do it. I did get rid of the copper. I injected that once, and I got a terrible headache. And another friend did as well, so I just put it in the bin. Yeah, not good for that. I have used it on my face. I just get the powder and I mix it in with a cream and put on my face sometimes.
Starting point is 00:26:58 Okay. So you can do topical with that. I never thought to do topical with that. Okay. Yeah, yeah, it's really well in the cream. Yeah. Okay. Next thing,
Starting point is 00:27:06 um, sleeping with a grounding mat on your bed. You know, I used to, I didn't notice enough. But in theory, in theory, I totally agree with it. I just personally haven't noticed. And, and if, well, if I compare it, So yes, you know, you're, well, obviously you're basically grounding the electrons in your body. But for example, like if you go and swim in a pool or even better if you go and swim in the ocean,
Starting point is 00:27:38 like that's the best, best, best grounding and you really, really do reset. Yeah. Theoretically, I totally agree. And I'm not going to say. Theoretically. I just, I bought one. I've had it on my bed for months. I didn't notice.
Starting point is 00:27:55 And I don't know why I didn't notice. Yeah, I think this is one thing. My wife was trying to get us to live forever. So this is a lot of her. EMF mats, sitting on an EMF mat. We have a giant one. Like a PMF one. Yeah, I'm sorry, PMF, yes.
Starting point is 00:28:10 Yeah, PMF, Matt, yes. Yes, they're all good too. They're all good. So that, how would I describe that? You know, I don't know that you want to do, I don't know if you want to do everything all the time because then your body might get used to it. But yeah, I think using it three times a week would be good. Okay. Red light therapy panels. And yes, we have all of this stuff.
Starting point is 00:28:41 It depends on the intensity of the bulb. So you mentioned earlier, lightbeds so some of our technology is in is in some light beds and there's got like the lead i'm not going to mention names but like some of the leading light bed companies out there they don't they basically isn't enough power output and for example if you go out on the sun so you go outside in the summer you're in Vegas it's really hot yeah at sunlight if you were sunbathing i think that's I think it's 40 or 50 times more red light, like every spectrum, than you would ever get in, you know,
Starting point is 00:29:23 all the top red light panels and beds. Okay. Anyway. So maybe on the red light panel. The red light panels and maybe. I don't know what brand you've gone. I definitely don't want to compare brands on a podcast, but just all I would say is you just want to make sure
Starting point is 00:29:42 the output is strong, is strong because otherwise it's not doing too much. Yeah, it was it was it was pricey. It's a pretty big apparatus. It was, it was. I'm sure you got the good stuff. But yeah, in short, you know, one of the reasons from a physics point of view, one of the reasons it works is because it builds up what's called structured water inside you, but near infrared and near in near infrared builds. It basically builds up H3.O2, which is structured. water and when light hits that it'll actually spin off electrons and electrons are basically where you get energy I'm going to sneeze yeah real life here on the podcast okay we got
Starting point is 00:30:29 dogs barking I'm sneezing you're sneezing it's fine everybody's doing it all right next next one uh EWAT training with oxygen so I have a giant bag that's what's that you know yeah I've I've got one of those. I need to re-rig it off. I had it in an old house of mine. Very stimulatory, but it's good. Yes. Do you want me to describe it?
Starting point is 00:30:56 No, no. I'm just saying good, good. I'm just, look, we're throwing everything at the kitchen sink at this, trying to stay alive thing. And some of it, I just want to make sure that what we're doing,
Starting point is 00:31:06 anytime I have a subject matter expert on, I'm like, is this, you know, voodoo or is this really good for us? Okay, let's roll back to basics. Okay. Maybe ask me how to stay alive. Yeah. So the three main organs you want to look after are the brain and your heart and your muscles.
Starting point is 00:31:29 So I'm going to combine the heart and the brain together because the best, best, best thing you can do for both of those is low, low impact cardiovascular. So what I do, I have one of those AMT. machines at home and every morning I just get up and I do you know I just do the 40 minutes at you know for me I'm doing a hundred and twenty eight beats for a minute but don't copy my beats for minute you need to be in your own level level two. But that is the best that's the best for your brain and your heart and in the end you know only two things happen you know when you're getting really really old you go completely stupid and then what you actually die of is your heart stops beating. So you know, looking at, and the reason cardovasca is also so good for your brain, I mean, it's, it's literally the top, top, top thing you can do to increase IQ and to, you know, to have a really healthy brain is basically, there's basically cardiovascular because you're getting awesome.
Starting point is 00:32:31 So you asked about EWAT, but I think more, you know, more basic is just, it's just, you know, plain old fashioned good, good, good cardiovascular. Yeah. Just cut in the muscle stuff, right, you can, you know, X times a week, like you're two or three times a week, you know, you want to do some good weight bearing stuff because a good, good strong muscles have also been highly, highly correlated to living life a long time. Now, after that, so we've got the basics out of the way. Then that's like, well, how would you actually reverse age?
Starting point is 00:33:12 one for one you know we want to get rid of those energy leaks and then we want to increase the amount of energy energy in the body because then we have a nice free flow basically you want free flowing electrons we're trying to get rid of all the all resistance inflammation negative emotion all that stuff that just gets gets in the way and ages you so that's that's that next bit um after that then you get into these regenerative things you've got stem you've got stem cells, peptides and like the lightbed that I haven't yet released basically with this lightbed we're doing we're basically going to imprint information in on all the lightways that will help to basically help to regenerate different organs I probably shouldn't be talking
Starting point is 00:34:01 about but never mind I am and then there's a with in the stem cell stuff this is very interesting there's a lot of different types of stem cells um I And most of it is just to do with signaling, like most stem cells that you get from placentas, etc. Yeah. Them cells, they're not really growing, like, they're not really growing in you or anything. But they do send out paracrine signaling to help signal. But they're not always that specific. Like if you just have them in an IV, lots of them will get wasted in the lungs and excreted, etc.
Starting point is 00:34:39 So what I've been looking at, and I'm doing a study at UCSD at the moment, where we can basically see, we're basically in printer stem cell, one, to make it more potent. And when I say imprint, we're imprinting with field information. And then two, for the targeting. So it's more likely to go to a particular organ. I can't claim that yet because the study is not completed or finished. but anyway, that's a whole thing. But yeah, and then I think the fourth thing or fifth thing, I would say would be to regenerate the immune system
Starting point is 00:35:18 because the immune system does actually govern repair in the body. Like, you know, when an area gets injured and inflamed, it's the immune system that basically says, well, go and repair that part. So you want a healthy immune system. and that's why your like your TB 500, which is the other one, there's alpha, alpha, is it alpha one or alpha two? Anyway, there's a couple of peptides that will help, you know, help regenerate the finest. To boost that up.
Starting point is 00:35:55 Yeah, yeah. I call it decode, recode, restore, but basically you want to decode the body to know exactly what's going on. in the body and you know we have like an AI analysis system that all work all that out then but we also like then want to just remove all as much inflammation and as noise or what i'm calling resistance as we can so like i like doing things like ibu which is basically ozenating takes your blood out one arm ozonates it puts it back in puts it back in the other arm and then it basically does all of all of your blood so you get super super clean blood and then recode but basically we want to recode the body with the optimal
Starting point is 00:36:46 blueprint of how it should be working optimally and that that's the whole argument that we were saying earlier about making the body more efficient and then we want to restore tissues which is basically you know using stem cells using peptides etc you sort of like unless you've cleared out the body and recoded it like putting stem cells is probably waste you know stem cells are great but if you're if you haven't got a clean body and terrain you sort of wait you know you're not doing aerobic exercise and all the basics he's sort of wasting your money well it's a shotgun not it's a shotgun not a scalpel you're just shooting them at it everywhere and hoping to hoping to get where you need to be
Starting point is 00:37:27 let me ask let me ask you this because you know Alzheimer's and brain health has become such an epidemic, especially in this country. Why do you think that is? And is there stuff that you can do to protect yourself from that stuff? I mean, Alzheimer's and dementia, the biggest thing is just high blood sugar over time. And it is mostly lifestyle, mostly lifestyle, but bad diet and just having too much sugar over, you know, a whole 50, 60, 70 years of doing that. So that's, that's the main thing. Um, goodness, what can you do it? Well, I say diet and lifestyle is the top thing. I say for Alzheimer's and the whole aerobic exercise.
Starting point is 00:38:14 But you can start using GLP ones and twos and threes and all of that too. But I would just say just be careful with those. Yeah, let's talk about that because that's, that, GLP ones are so in vogue. Everybody's, everybody's on the, those epic around. The thing is it's like everything. If you think something is a magic bullet and, oh, I can just go about my, you know, normal life and eat the normal stuff and not exercise and I'll just take this, I'll just take this GOP. That's just not the right way to look at it. Now, I think to use it to help you to help you make the change into a more healthy lifestyle like that, that's a good use of it because it will help.
Starting point is 00:39:02 blur your blood sugars, you're not, you know, you're not as hungry. But yeah, you know, it comes with the change of habits. I think that's the way to use it. But yeah, I'm a bit reticent of like just total, like, just do this. Just do this. Yeah, just do the one thing and that's all you got to do. That's it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:22 Everybody wants the magic pill. Health is not like that, unfortunately. You've got a sort of, well, yeah, you want to tackle the big, the big areas first and then it, you know, then it gets, you know, then it gets weight more and more nuanced over time. So I'm curious about your, I'm curious about your supplement game. So like, how often do you get your blood checked? How often do you adjust your supplements? How many supplements do you take a day? I'm curious. Um, you know, I just, I just did this new epigenetic test that replaces going and getting all these different blood blood labs. Um, I just got the results back this
Starting point is 00:40:00 morning. So that had like 30 different things on it. I would say I think I'm getting my blood done about every three months, which I think I mean if you're really serious about reversing age, I'd say you probably want to be doing that. I guess if you're just wanting good health, maybe every six months is fine. Supplements, oh my goodness, I used to track. I'm not doing it right now but i i did i did have a big big spreadsheet you know and i'd have every single reason why i'm taking every single thing and then my assistant would you know that i would have my morning lunch afternoon like all bagged up and it was all like hyper-organized um yeah like this like like that like this like this big list that i have all this stuff on it yeah um how many how many how many
Starting point is 00:40:54 how many seven us do you think you take it The thing is the supplements, it's such a, it's such a hard one. So a lot of supplements are a bit useless, honestly. I'm much more of a fan of, I'm much more of a fan of, you know, like getting it all from superfoods, whole foods, juice, juices, etc. Like it's, because like the whole plant really does have everything in all the right ratios. I'll give you an example. Like, there's so many third. order effects that you just don't realize with supplements. So if you take turmeric, for example, if you're a woman, fine. Everyone thinks, let's take turmeric because it's anti-inflammatory. Now, if you were male and you took turmeric for four or five days in a row, it drops your testosterone by 30%. You don't want that as a male. Now, if you knocked your elbow and got a bruise and you don't want to take paracetam, you want to take tumourate for a few days to calm it down. Like that's a great use for it, but you don't want to be on it for life.
Starting point is 00:42:02 So that's the problem with supplements. And you know what? And nobody really knows all the knock-on effects. Because, you know, there's no studies on it on any of it. Like you, well, you get a study for a particular supplement or an ingredient. that wants to look in particular effect that we're buying the benefit for. But you don't know how that affects the body in other words. And I would say it's similar about peptides.
Starting point is 00:42:39 And that's why I said with GLP 2, or you know, the GLP Agnes. Use it, use it on the way, you know, use it on the way in to change, to change your habits, to get you on track. Or sure, you know, if you injure yourself and it. it really hurts then use bpc 157 for a few weeks but if you do something all the time your base is saying to the body oh i don't have to make that any anymore a new baseline yeah it just creates a new baseline um so i'm you know i'm i'm a fan of interventions for particular reasons in particular periods but not like you don't want to
Starting point is 00:43:21 do everything all the all the time um Oh, I think that's fair. I think that's fair. Well, there's one other interesting part about your bio. We haven't talked about it all. That you're also a filmmaker. I want to talk about that a little bit. Oh, yeah, that's fun.
Starting point is 00:43:36 I'm just completing another one too. So what, tell me about that. Well, way back, I guess maybe 16 years ago, when, so in our first iteration of the company, nobody really out in society knew what we were, talking about of what this whole field of biomegetics is and why, you know, and why physics governs biology, basically. And, you know, you can write books and we wrote a book and that goes so far.
Starting point is 00:44:11 But I basically just thought, well, the best way of getting information out is to do a film. But I'd never made a film before. So I basically hooked up with a, well, he had a video production. company he hadn't actually made a whole feature film before but any um and his name was gregg becker anyway we ended up teaming up and made made the film called the living matrix and that that was that ended up the best spending health documentary for about it's about four years in a row like around i think it was around 2008 period like yeah it's like 2006 2010 something like that um and yeah that's what got us started that's what got started so what's the film
Starting point is 00:44:56 making now you're finishing up can we talk about it or no well you know no i can it's it's called um master your energy and actually i'm not making it per se um so on um a fact a foundation found our work and basically offered to put up the money to make a film on our innovation and research so i'm in the film but i'm not technically i'm not technically i'm not tech i'm not technically making it because I'm on the person in it anyway, which is a not one because I've made films about all these other people. But anyway, now one's being made about me. So it's interesting.
Starting point is 00:45:39 All right. Last question. If you had one thing you could tell people to do for their health, what would it be? One. One. You get one. Okay. Well, I'm going to say two.
Starting point is 00:45:58 So one is so naughty. I'll give you two. Okay, so my ethical answer, well, they're both ethical answers, but my, if you don't have any, you know, if you don't have mean, means or means and, you know, ability to do things, I would just say, like, aerobic exercise is the, it's probably the, it's probably the simplest, you'll get the most benefits. And then what's the minimum heart rate for that? What's the minimum heart rate? Well, it's a formula. So, you know, you take your age. I can't remember the number. You just do it in chat, chat, GPT. You plug in your age and it'll tell you the number because it's different for everyone's ages.
Starting point is 00:46:51 The older you get, you have to do it slower, basically. Yeah, it's max heart rate minus your age. I think that's the formula. Okay. That's the formula. Yeah. And the second, I would say the second one, you know, what got me from being bedridden to building a company is meeting the scientist Peter Fraser. And yeah, I would say just look like look into biologetics, which is basically using fields to improve your health.
Starting point is 00:47:28 because it's free it's basically free of all the site it's free of all side effects any toxicity you're not filling your body with chemicals so i would just say look into that i'm pretty sure there'll be a free book on our site and i can't remember what's on our site but it's um e4l dot dot com you you can look into that world on that side that's why that's why i was delivering i was like oh what do i say i Yeah. No, no, no, no. Look, we want to help them as much as we can. We want to help as much as we can. If they want to find you, learn more about you.
