You're richer than you think.
Hey, I got some flowers on my bane voice.
Yeah, you did.
I had somebody call me today, though, and tell me that that was the worst joker voice
I've ever heard.
You want to hear my Brett impression?
Oh, sure. Let's go.
I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm Brett Whitefield.
You see that that's it?
I'm Brett Whitefield.
I'm bald.
I'm a bald idiot.
I got a couple bald comments today.
Let me read one to you.
Only ball you know is Q.
F*** ass.
That's awesome.
That's so sick.
Oh, hey, we got a $50 super chat.
Let's hit this $50 super chat real quick.
This is from Big Ed 27.
Hey, guys, big fan of the show, really likes Scott.
He's really handsome and smart.
I could do without that bald idiot.
But I wanted to know, should I start Kanata Mumfield this week?
Or should I start Nico Collins if you please?
Yeah, it's a great question, Big Ed.
Thanks for the $50 super chat.
That's huge.
I'd start Nico Collins this week.
The fact that you just went straight through that with the straight face is got to be concerned for my long-term health here.
Serial killer vibes.
For Start, sit here on Fantasy Football Daily with Brett and Scott on the Fantasy Points YouTube channel.
This is part one of a two-part series.
So if you watch today's video, make sure you come back tomorrow for the rest of it.
Today we're doing Thursday night football and all of the Sunday.
1 p.m. games, including London, which is technically 9.30 a.m. Eastern time.
Anyways, we're going to jump right in week four, start, sit. Scott, how are you doing today,
my pal? I'm doing good. I'm doing good. I have to say, I'm getting absolutely destroyed for doing
this show. The DFS Discord is, is trashing me to oblivion. I used to do a three-hour DFS show
and write these super long DFS articles.
I'm still doing the Sunday morning DFS show.
But yeah, if you don't know our DFS Discord, it's like, it's awesome.
It's like old school roto grinders meets 4chan.
And if you don't know DFS, DFS is like fantasy football on steroids.
We have guys who have won millions of dollars on draft kings, guys who play five figures,
six figures every single Sunday.
And so like they take it super seriously and they like really look down.
upon me doing a start sit show.
Like their impression of me is like,
it's like,
yeah, Brett,
Jamir Gibbs isn't just a start this week.
I'm calling him a super start.
And it's just like,
I'm all washed up.
You know,
Ryan Heath is now the crown jewel behind the paywall.
I'm just,
I'm just an entertainer on YouTube.
But I got to say,
hey, this is,
yeah,
this is a start sit show.
And it's not beneath me.
It's a start sit show.
And it's a really valuable one.
I know a guy who's a pro better who made a shit ton of money watching last week's episodes.
Every time you and I were aligned and both like, yeah, I think, I think Drake London is going to go nuclear this week.
I think the Falcons are going to cover if not when.
I think Matthew Golden and Christian Watts are going to both have huge games.
Every time something like that happening, he's like, oh, okay, let me ladder Drake London.
Oh, let me parlay Drake London.
Matthew Golden, Christian Watson overs.
And dude, he made a shit ton of money.
So, yeah, this is not your typical start sit show.
It's better than that.
And so shout out to us.
Shout out to you.
Let's have some fun.
Even if you're not, even if you don't care about your, your Nico Collins starts it,
you can make some money betting.
You just, this should be a valuable, entertaining show for you.
Well, and I think the show has value too because we're not just telling you obvious things.
We're not saying go start Jemir Gibbs, obviously, right?
We're actually diving into all those.
That's what he's saying.
I'm doing, Brett.
That's what he say the show is.
It's not what we're doing.
We're getting a little bit on the fringes here.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
So, or projecting big breakouts.
But anyways, for those that are new, we go game by game.
That was newly added last week.
We're going to start with the Thursday night football game.
Pittsburgh is traveling to Cleveland in a division series game.
This is kind of gross.
Over Under is 38.
and a half. I don't know how much fantasy relevant stuff here that's going to be to extrapolate with that number and these two teams. Pittsburgh is slightly favored in this, you know, in terms of game script, but it should be relatively close the whole game. What do you like here? And let's start with the Steelers side of the ball. Yeah, so I think it's interesting that the Browns have the third highest pressure rate in the league, despite not having Miles Garrett. That's really bad news for Aaron Rogers, who has zero mobility.
really sucks under pressure, bottom six EPA per dropback under pressure.
It's also the Browns are playing man coverage at the highest rate in the league since the start
of last season.
Only Cam Ward is better than Aaron Rogers by EPA per dropback against man coverage.
So that looks kind of rough.
Oh, here's a crazy staff for you too.
Shout out Rich Rebar.
The Browns have won their last seven Thursday night games in a row, which is kind of crazy
given all the losses that Browns have, but that doesn't really mean anything. That's just like
an interesting stat. That's the highest highest best streak in the league. But yeah, doesn't,
doesn't, don't bet that. It doesn't mean anything. So yeah, it's a rough matchup, I think,
for Aaron Rogers. I think it's a rough matchup for all the receivers. D.K. Metcalf,
Chris is really bullish on. I'm less so. But to argue in his favor, he's, he's only wide receiver
15 when he ranks fifth in air yards.
He's gotten really unlucky.
Like the XFP is really strong.
On throws 15 plus yards downfield,
he is zero yards and zero catches on nine targets,
224 air yards.
Every other player with as many such targets
has at least like a 33% completion rate.
And so that's kind of interesting.
The Browns are bottom seven in deep.
passing yards per game allowed.
That said, it's a rough schematic.
Metcalf has really struggled
against man coverage this year, last year.
Michael Pittman hasn't really done much of anything.
Pat Fryermuth,
you really saw Darnel, Washington
see a significant uptick
in route participation.
I'm kind of bearish on all of these guys.
I'm super bullish on Jalen Warren.
I'm super bullish on Jalen.
And even if this is maybe isn't the best match,
up its volume was incredible. He had a 92% snap share last week, let all running backs. He had a 70%
route share that's higher than Dalton Kincaid. He had 20 touches and 176 yards from scrimmage.
Rico Dattle, by the way, turf toe, probably not going to play. So 176 yards from scrimmage.
And he had an 85-yard run negated due to a D.K. Metcalfe hold. And he stumbled
inside the 10 on a run and like just barely missed a 32 yard touchdown.
This is a guy who has historically been one of the most efficient running backs in football.
Every single year he's been in the league.
He just never gets volume.
And now I think the Steelers have no choice but to give him really heavy volume.
So I think he's not just an RB1 must start.
I think he's a mid-range RB1 if Rico daddell's out again,
looks like he will be.
You don't you're not worried at all about Cleveland's run defense?
Uh, not really.
Like I again, I worry about Aaron Rogers and like the offense being competent in this
matchup, but it's also like the Browns have a good defense, but they're still letting
team score on them 50% of the time that's tied for worst in the league.
A lot of that is because their offense is so in that because they're giving up really good
starting field position to the opposite.
I don't know. I just see I see just just raw volume for a running back I think is really good.
I think Aaron Rogers is under pressure. That means more dump offs. And I think I think just as long as like, I don't know, Rogers isn't God awful.
Like there should be good touchdown upside. But yeah. Yeah, I think game script wise, it's a really nice game script for Jaylon Warren.
I think, you know, the Browns have seen some schematic shifts with that front too. And they play.
you know, Mason Graham and Malik Collins on the interior of that D-line, and they're both
penetration-style defensive tackles. And so I think, you know, an O-Line-Lay Pittsburgh that is
very physical, very aggressive, they're going to come after you, and I think you're going to
find creases. So I'm not worried about Cleveland's D-Line at all. They, I think they're giving up like
2.4 adjusted yards before contact per carry this season, which is like astronomically bad.
that bodes well for jalen warren as well and just ultimately i think the game script
is a pretty nice endorsement for him alone so with you there everyone else is sit for you pitman
friarmouth yeah those are easy sits and like i said probably a little bit lower on metcalf but yeah i mean
volume he's top five in air yards and he's just like running insanely unlucky uh although this
is a player i've always thought was super overrated one of the worst kinds of the worst kinds of
contracts in football. You know what's really funny? His average depth of route run is actually relatively
low. He just give him like one of these random pop shots again. I wonder if that's why the efficiency's
not there though because he's not running a lot of those deep routes. So when he does, they know it,
they know he's getting targeted. Do you get what I'm saying? You picking up on land down? I wonder if that
has something to do with it at all. Could be. Roman Wilson notably has six targets in every game
this season. Bro, he could have had like 11 last week, if not for that drop, which resulted
in an interception. And then Aaron Rogers looked like he was going to be heading in the locker
room at halftime. And then it didn't have a target after that. If that didn't happen,
like I think he would have had a big game. Yeah. Well, he kind of still did, right? 60 and a touchdown.
I mean, for him, that's a big game. Sorry. But I mean, yeah, we'll talk about it on a future show.
I'm curious what else he needs to do for him to be like a flex option, right?
Six targets a week on relatively low volume.
Pitman looks dusty.
Mattcalf looks dusty.
Yeah.
So like there's certainly an opportunity here.
And like you said, like Aaron Rogers has zero mobility.
But just like throwing the ball, it's still like a beautiful ball.
It's still really accurate.
No quarterback has been more let down by drops than Aaron Rogers.
I think his EPA lost on drops is like twice as bad as anyone else.
So he's gotten a little unlucky to, yeah, I think there's a second highest P-Roe for the Steelers in the league this year.
So there's there's upside for a wide receiver to step up.
Unfortunately, it seems like they're all in the doghouse right now.
Yeah.
All right, let's move over to the Cleveland side.
You see a lot of red on the screen right now.
We're calling most of these sits.
And then we got an on the fence with Judkins and on the fence with Harold Fannin Jr.
Yeah.
So, I mean, Watson is he's running the offense the way it's supposed to.
to be run, I guess. I mean, he's not taking deep shots, but we, that said, we still have his
receivers as a sit for now, right? I think the volume might be there. There might be some low A dot
stuff to work with, but, you know, not promising. Well, we have, we have, we have the wide receivers
as a sit. We have Harold Fan and a low end, tight end one kind of on the fence there. I actually
like them a little bit more than Chris. I thought week three was super encouraging. He had an 84%
route share, nine targets, five first read targets, all six.
season highs. That's like mid-range, tight-in-one levels of utilization and like in line with
what he had last year. He's also going to see the Steelers deploy zone coverage at a top
five rate. He destroys zone coverage throughout his career. I think, I think you've said,
you know, for both wide receivers coming out, Denzel Boston, Casey Concepcioner, great man-beaters.
I think, I think we're going to see Watson favor Fanon in this zone-heavy matchup. And then running
back quinshawn judkins another on the fence guy i'm more bearish than chris wecht i i would sit him
and then if he has a good game try and sell him uh listen the guy hasn't been over four yards
per carry in any of his last 13 games rocket sanders uh passed him in route share uh last week so
there's just there's like no upside for this like game script dependent back on a shitty offense
what is up with that by the way what is up with why rheim sanders playing so much
I mean, Judkin sucks in the passing game.
What do you want me to say?
It's just crazy, man.
Like, he's playing a lot of snaps.
I was shocked at how often he was on the field.
So I just don't think anyone anticipated this at all.
Yeah.
Anyway, to summarize for the folks at home who are listening on podcasts,
not watching on YouTube, only for sure starts are Jalen Warren, D.K. Metcalfe.
And then Fanon, I would say, is low end, tight in one.
I want to put you on the spot with Fanon, just looking at our projections,
We're calling him Titan 11 on the fence.
Do you like him more or less than T.J. Hawkinson?
Oh, yeah.
More?
Oh, yeah.
Okay, more or less than Tucker Kraft?
Probably a coin flip.
More or less than Dalton Kincaid.
Probably another coin flip.
More or less than Mark Andrews?
I probably like him more than Mark Andrews.
Okay, more or less than Joanne Johnson.
Probably more than Joanne Johnson.
Okay.
Then he is a start.
Not an on the fence.
He's a start.
That'd get him to like tight end 10 with a couple coin flips in there.
So cool.
Let's move on to the next game.
I love when I put you on the spot, by the way.
You handle it so well.
Let's go.
I feel like Gino Smith or Jared Gough on the spot, just crumbling under pressure.
Yeah, well, you know what makes Jared Gough great?
He knows when pressure's coming.
So he doesn't get himself in pressure a lot.
I thought you were going to say it's his supporting cast.
And then you pat yourself on the back.
You want to hear a fun stat?
Yeah.
Completely unrelated.
The Detroit Lions offense is statistically better since Ben Johnson left.
That's crazy.
Now, if you evaluate that with context inside of the flow of each game they've played,
that's probably not true, but statistically more yards per game, more points per game.
hilarious.
Anyways, we're jumping to Colts at commanders, but before we do, we're going to hear a quick word from our guy, Scott Barrett.
If you like fantasy football, I've got great news.
Last year, our projections had the high.
highest correlation to Draft King's fantasy points in the entire fantasy football industry,
our data is better, more accurate than what NFL teams were paying six figures for.
With our new Data Suite 2.0, you get the level of access of NFL teams at literally
1,000th the price. That's probably a stupid business decision from a financial perspective,
but those are the decisions you make when you're chasing greatness, when you want to be nothing
more than the best football site on earth.
We're just a bunch of obsessive sickos who only care about football and being the best,
most helpful football site on earth. If that seems up your alley, go to fantasy points.com
and use promo code great news for 15% off.
The Colts travel to the commanders. A decently high implied point total here at 47. The Colts are
favored on the road, which makes sense, considering Washington's terrible. We don't know who's
starting at quarterback for the commanders yet. So there's this line is subject to move for sure.
But I actually like a lot of the players in this game. On the cult side, let's start there.
John Taylor, Josh Downs, Tyler, Tyler Warren, recall and starts. Where are you at on those three guys?
Yeah, they're all starts. I think we're too high on Jonathan Taylor at RB3, but I do want to pick
your brain on this. So the commanders are easily one of the bottom three worst defenses in the league.
That's been the case for multiple years now. I don't know how Dan Quinn is still employed.
But what's really interesting about their defense is they're a premier pass funnel. It just
means there's so much softer against the pass than the run by pass rate over expectation.
Teams are throwing on them at the second highest rate. They have the worst passer rating allowed to
quarterbacks, but the six best yards per carry to running backs. And we know who the Colts are.
They just would love to just hand the ball off to Jonathan Taylor every single play. But this
might not be the right spot for it. It could be the case that they just sell out to stop the run,
which is probably smart, given how poorly Daniel Jones has played, bottom six and EPA per dropback,
completion percentage over expectation, adjusted net yards per attempt. But the, the
manners do give up the second most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks. I think that's true this
year. I think that was true last year. Bottom two to wide receiver, outside wide receivers,
bottom two to tight ends. And so yeah, how do you how do you see this playing out? Jonathan Taylor,
the most game script sensitive player in fantasy football history over the last two, five, six years
averages 10 plus more fantasy points per game and wins than losses. Do we gravitate towards the
3.5 point spread in Indianapolis's favor and say, oh yeah, Jonathan Taylor, R.B3, Chris is right.
Or do we see this past funnel defense and we maybe dock him and bump up a Josh Downs, Tyler
Warren.
Such a good question.
I'm actually a little conflicted on Jonathan Taylor this week.
I think RB3 feels way high, though.
I'm with you.
For what you laid out, Washington's run defense is actually very good.
They're playing this odd front and they have three dudes starting on their D line that are
over 325 pounds and that are run defense-centric players and Duran Payne, Tim Settle, and Javan
Kinlaw. I really do think their run defense is pretty good. You look at some of their like
advanced metrics, adjusted yards before contact, really good. Top five in the league.
Yards per carry, I think you mentioned top five in the league. And then you look at like the stuff
rate. It's like 53.2%. It's insanely high. Yeah. Like there's not only they're stopping the run,
They're getting these negative plays in the run game.
And that's going to steer an offensive coordinator away from that, right?
You get a couple of those early in a game script.
You're abhorting that game script and you're going to a pass-heavy attack.
I think this game has a chance to be an absolute shootout.
I think if I were to bet an over on this game, I'd bet over 47, which makes me like
Josh Downs and Tyler Warren and Daniel Jones a ton.
I know with, you know, what Daniel Jones has produced so far, we can't project him as a start.
But I like him in this game as a potential streamer option.
but downs and Warren schematically match up incredibly well with this commander's defense.
Something to note, too, Scott, is Dan Quinn has completely changed his methodology on the back end of his defense.
He's been traditionally like the most cover three heavy defensive coordinator in the league.
So far through three weeks, they're living in too high.
They're playing, I think, too high at the highest rate in the league or near the highest rate in the league.
It's a lot of cover two.
It's a lot of, you know, shell quarters type stuff.
And the reason that's notable is do you have?
of two five foot seven, five foot eight corners on the outside and Amique Robertson and Mike Sainerstill,
the whole ethos of their game is to be pit bulls at the line of scrimmage. You need them
getting their hands on guys at the line of scrimmage or else they're getting cooked. And that's
what you've seen. They're too small to play this off shell coverage or to defend the hole
in cover two. They're just too small to do it. They don't have that type of physical ability.
And so they've been just getting utterly picked on.
I think Downs and Tyler Warren on these in-breaking routes
and catch-and-run opportunities are going to shred them.
Also worth noting since the start of 2025, the commanders give up,
I think, the second most fantasy points per target to the slot in the NFL.
And that's obviously, that's a huge value add for Josh Downs.
Well, Mike Sammerstil, their slot corner,
is allowing 0.44 fantasy points per route run.
That's the worst mark in the NFL.
they've given up the second most fantasy points per game to outside wide receivers.
If Dan Quinn plays too high coverage against this defense without or against this offense
that doesn't have Alec Pierce, he needs to be fired ASAP.
Like that is just so stupid.
But yeah, I can see Downs eating them alive.
Don't forget, this is one of our biggest by lows.
He's top 10 in first read target share.
He's number one in average separation score.
but he's only what wide receiver 40 in fantasy points per game he is one of the bottom 10 lowest
catchable target rates uh that's inevitable that's going to regress to the mean we have him as a
low end wide receiver two this week honestly maybe even mid range wide receiver two and then
tyler warren um yeah he right now he's third among all tight ends and route share he's fourth
in targets per game he has a
pathetic 2.1 A dot that ranks 27th of 28 tight ends. That's going to cap his upside a little bit,
but, you know, really high floor. And Washington has given up the second most fantasy points
to tight. They've given up more touchdowns to tight ends since the start of last season,
than the Bengals, which is like literally one of the worst defenses at covering tight ends of the past
30 years. And yeah, like you said, I don't know if you realized it, Brett, but you stat mogged me.
I hate when you do this to me.
The Seahawks last year had one of the best run defenses in a really long time.
They stuffed running back, or they contacted running backs behind the line of scrimmage
49% of the time.
This year, the commanders league best 62% of the time.
And that's in tandem with them giving up the worst passer rating allowed to quarterbacks.
So yeah, I'm lower on Jonathan Taylor than Chris Wecht is.
I'm a lot higher on Josh Downs and Tyler Warren.
I agree wholeheartedly.
In fact, I did John Hanson's Vizen show today,
and I touted both Josh Downs and Tyler Warren
as great prop plays as well if you're interested in that kind of thing.
So, all right, flip it over to the commander's side,
listing Mario deeot as a sit,
although I love this matchup for him, but that's okay.
The quarterback is pretty deep, right?
We are listing Terry McCorrin and Stefan Diggs,
starts at wide receiver 14 and wide receiver 24 respectively i think it's a great spot for scary
terry what do you think um yeah so the colts are the worst defense in the league by yards per
play allowed teams are scoring on them 50% of their drives as the worst rate in the league their
bottom six in success rate against the run or the pass um what's really interesting to me so you're
saying it's a terry mclorren uh matchup we have on wide receiver 14 he's a start we have stephan
Diggs, wide receiver 24 is a start. We just said on yesterday's episode that Diggs is a is a cell.
And I think that's true, but I think it's after this week. Part of our justification was how
much Marcus Marietta likes to lock on to Terry McLaurin. His target per route runs jumps from
0.20, which is like wide receiver 40 levels with Jaden Daniels to 0.32, which is like Pooka
the Kua levels.
But in this matchup, it's a very man-heavy matchup.
McClureen struggles against man coverage this year.
Diggs has been the team's man-beater.
It's also an insane slot funnel defense.
This is like one of the most egregious slot funnels I've ever seen.
What does this mean?
They're really tough against outside wide receivers, really soft against slot-wide receivers.
They're giving up the fewest fantasy points per game to wide receivers on the perimeter.
the most fantasy points per game to slot wide receivers.
That has been Stefan Diggs this year.
Stefan Diggs, by the way, top 10 in targets per route run.
Again, a lot of that might be Jane Daniels.
Season high, 77% route share last week.
He's going to run roughly 50% of his routes from the slot.
So I think maybe the projections are on point.
Because, like, if not for this matchup, I would have had Stefan Diggs, like, wide receiver
35. And so we have on wide receiver 24. We have Terry McLaurin wide receiver 14. Interesting.
What about these sits? So like JCP, I think this is a great matchup for JCP, by the way.
I mean, yeah, if I had any faith in him, but it's it's negative game script. He doesn't catch passes.
He's bottom 10 in yards per carry, success rate, stuff rate, explosive run rate,
mistackles force route share. He only gets like 33% of the goal line carries.
It's just like a shitty roll on a dead run game that's never showed us anything.
Who got the goal?
I will say, I will say Rashad White is dealing with the shoulder injury.
So it's possible he sits and J.C.M. gets more work.
But then again, they just signed Austin Echler.
Who got the goal line carries in week three?
I don't know who.
I'm pretty sure it was JCP.
Yeah, still across all three weeks.
It's a 33% sure.
He's averaging, what, 16 carries a game.
And this is a softer run defense.
And yeah, I think the matchup is actually pretty good.
I'm just looking at the projections, Scott.
Like, do you prefer JCP or Alvin Camara?
Probably, probably JCP as more upside.
Yeah.
Camara has a higher floor, I'd say.
Quinshaw Judkins or Jatkins.
Bachel Tootin or JCP.
Oh, Tudin, easy.
Not easy. He's playing the Bengals and Dexter Lawrence.
I don't care.
60% of the Jaguar's backfield is,
better than 100% of the commander's back.
Bro, do you know how bad the Colts have been in the run game this year?
Yeah.
They're averaging 140 rushing yards per game allowed.
Five touchdowns already.
They're giving up just under five yards of pop,
an explosive run rate of 13.3%.
And you listen to David Blow talk and Marcus Martyrton talk.
It sounds like some of those QB run tags are coming back this week.
They kind of went away from them to protect Jaden Daniel's health.
Yeah.
That gives you plus ones in the box.
that's going to help JCM.
That's going to give them more space.
I don't know, man.
I think they're going to go
a little shotgun heavier this week.
I don't know, man.
I think this is a good match.
I think I like him as like RB24.
Okay.
I mean, hey, we have them RB27.
That's like not necessarily a set.
That could be a flex start.
Right.
Yeah, I definitely like him as a flex option
if you need to do it.
So, all right, let's move on.
Next game.
Tennessee at Baltimore.
Baltimore is a heavy favorite,
as they should be.
is going to probably be in contention
for the first overall pick the entire season.
Over under, here's
43 and a half, and I think Baltimore
could be 30 points of that.
So,
looking on the screen,
you're going to see we have sits for
Tennessee at Cam Ward, Wondell Robinson,
flex for Carnell Tate, on the fence,
Tony Pollard.
He's projecting at RB23.
I actually like him against the Ravens, though.
I don't know if I'm ready to call him a sit,
but I think on the fence is correct,
where the Ravens have been a little suspect
to gap runs.
Tony Pollard's been good against gap runs,
or I should say good on gap runs.
I know that's pretty nitty-gritty,
you know, granular type stuff,
but I do like the matchup.
Pollard's just so consistent, man, so steady.
Yeah, I think a lot hinges on Taji Spears' health,
and we just don't know that for certain yet.
I think if, you know, Spears is out,
he'll jump like seven spots in our rankings.
If Spears is full go, you know,
maybe he'll fall a couple of spots.
We have Carnell Tate as a flex.
I really don't have much confidence starting him at all.
It's just this this team sucks so bad.
Like the, dude, the Giants lost their star quarterback.
James Winston's awful.
Their premier wide receiver is a glorified decoy.
Their best defensive players out.
And still, the curb stop the Titans, you know, like a fully healthy Titans team.
They are so, they are so bad.
So bad.
What about Marlon Humphrey, you know, the Baltimore Ravens Corner who's been getting pretty beat up to start this season.
Yeah, what happened to him?
I remember like, what, three years ago?
We do this every year, though.
Baltimore does this weird thing where they try to pay Kyle Hamilton down in the box.
He's going to be your Swiss Army knife, like matchup guy.
We'll get him against big receivers in the slot or tight ends.
And then Marlon Humphrey goes back to the outside.
And then all of a sudden, fast forward to week six.
It's like, oh, wait, Marlon Humphrey sucks on the outside,
and Kyle Hamilton's better as a deep safety.
So they move him back to their rightful positions.
And then all of a sudden, Baltimore's defense is good again.
We do this every single year.
And so as of right now, Humphrey's playing on the outside.
Kyle Hamilton's down on the box, I think by week five or six,
they'll make it right.
But for now, you can pick on Baltimore's defense a little bit.
That said, I don't like any of these plays for the Titans.

You're richer than you think.
Yeah, well, on the opposite side of the ball, like, dude, Derek Henry, I would have
projected for so many more points over Jonathan Taylor.
The Titans are the second biggest run funnel in the league by pass rate over expectation.
The Ravens just had, I think the lowest pass rate over expectation of any team in any week
this season thus far.
he has six touchdowns and three games bro i said um last year i my bold prediction was
derrick henry breaks the rushing touchdown record uh and then lamar got hurt i might have just
been a year early like derrick henry really might what do you mean by run funnel what do you
mean by that i hate this term so much it just means either it's easier to run on them than pass
or teams are just opting to run on them instead of pass and i think a lot of that is just game
script against the Titans, but it's like the Ravens want to destroy you with Derek Henry,
and the Titans are just getting destroyed by the run. So I think that's how this matchup plays out.
I just look at it this way. Like they're one of the better run defenses in the league in terms
of yards per carry allowed. They don't give up explosive runs, or at least they haven't.
Look at rushing yards over expectation allowed. They're like minus 60 on the season. So they're
overperforming as a run defense. Yeah, but it's also they've given up 86 carries to run.
running backs, which is second most.
Their pass rate over expectation allowed is second lowest.
Yeah, I definitely with you that game script could lead to this.
Just don't know that like the efficiencies there to say you definitively like him at like
RB3 or higher as all.
He's going to have two touchdowns and 117 rushing yards.
It is it is a revenge game for him though.
That's true.
And he did.
He did finally open up about how all that transpired.
Tennessee never offered him a second contract.
Today he did.
Yeah.
The day we're recording this,
which is why'd that work out for tennessee do you have a headache by the way i do i'm really sorry
that's that's terrible you have to do a show with me while you got a migraine going that's yeah i wonder
why i have a headache i have to listen this bald idiot yap in my ear my god dude the
the funny thing is people throw that i mean like they think it bothers me like do you not realize
i know i know i've been bald for a decade i've been shaving my head for a like do you not
know dude i i should take my hat off why do i always wear a hat i need a i need a hair mug you
Yeah.
Brother, put that hat on.
You are not hair-mogging me right now.
All right.
So this is a start-up if you got them kind of game, except for Rashad Bateman.
Oh, I think Andrews has got a great, this is a great opportunity for Andrews, too.
Why is that?
Titans have been pretty bad against Titans.
Am I crazy for saying that?
No.
Oh, I'm not.
Okay.
And look at the separation metrics.
Separation metrics are good.
His usage has been really good, what, 65.6% of routes, 23% of routes,
It's 23% target share, over two yards a route run.
I just think this is a good spot for him.
The Titans are giving up the third fewest fantasy points per game to tight up.
Is that true?
Is that true?
It's backwards day in the data suite for me.
I don't know what's going on here.
Zay Flowers, if you want to hear me wax poetic and recite love poems,
about someone uh listen to yesterday's episode the buy low sell high trade targets zay flowers is
your in season exodia uh he's like wide receiver five for me moving forward i'm much higher on him
this week than chris is i think even if he's limited again it's just this role is incredible
for an insanely talented player are we projecting him to be limited again i think so i think wide
receiver 18 is yeah that's like a maybe a 65 percent route share or something all right here we go
You like Zay or Rashi Rice?
Zay or D.K.
Zay or Scary Terry.
Zay, and none of these are close, Brett.
Zay or Pickens?
Zay or Garrett Wilson.
Zay or T. Higgins?
Well, actually, that one depends on if A.D. Mitchell's out again.
I like him more than T. Higgins.
Okay, you have them as a wide receiver one this week.
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
Okay. Big time start then.
That's like a start of the week kind of caliber player there.
All right, let's, we good here?
You got anything else?
No.
Yeah, obviously Lamar's a start.
You have to start them.
New England traveling to Buffalo for the bitter rivalry game.
It's crazy.
Buffalo got three home games in a row at their new Highmark Stadium.
That's some collusion by the league there.
Over under a 48 and a half.
Well, I don't, I think that's crazy considering Drake May has played like absolute buns.
Bro.
And he's.
Dude, did I send you the clip of,
so Patriots Insider is like,
is like,
the team is really confused why Drake May keeps talking about his shoulder.
His shoulder's fine,
but Drake May is like,
oh,
you know,
I'm gonna ice the shoulder today.
The old,
the old,
it's like,
bro,
you're fine.
We looked at your shoulder.
Your shoulder's fine.
Something is,
something is like seriously off with.
It's,
it's kind of sad,
actually.
It does feel like that.
It's like,
did your shoulder,
calls you to misdiagnose that coverage.
Yeah, your sloppy footwork and you're, yeah.
But anyway, I don't know that I agree with that Drake May start button here.
Oh, yeah, I'm, it's a great matchup, Buffalo's defense and just because they put so many points on
the board, it just forces you to lean pass heavy.
I, I'm with you.
I'm not starting Drake May at all.
The one thing you could say is he had, what, three, three pretty tough matchups.
and this one is is really soft.
And he was a strength of schedule merchant last year.
Is it really soft?
I think so, yeah.
I would say it's really soft.
What did the lions do against them?
But it's the lions.
They do that to everybody.
Let's see.
C.J. Stroud needed like 48 dropbacks to get to 270 yards.
Yeah, but C.J. Shrod sucks.
That's, bro, 48 dropbacks to get to 270 passing yards.
Justin Herbert went for 220 and a pitch.
The bills are getting up the fifth most passing yards per game allowed.
They're with the seventh worst passer rating allowed.
I think it's a good matchup.
How much or how many dropbacks?
Where do they rank in terms of dropbacks allowed?
The fifth most dropbacks.
So it's irrelevant.
No,
it's not because they're still below average bottom 12 by fantasy points per dropback allowed.
Shout out the fantasy points data suite 2.0.
That's why I'm saying it's irrelevant, though, because you're saying it's going to be a game script where New England drops back to throw a lot.
Do you believe that?
You think New England's going to have 45 to 50 dropbacks in this game?
I mean, if they can get enough first downs, yeah.
Yeah, this passing attack is the worst one the Buffalo Bills' defenses will have played this year.
So it goes both ways.
You went to the Super Bowl last year.
Drake May was MVP runner up.
That was last year.
Yeah, you don't just turn in, you just don't go from top three quarterback to bottom five.
It just doesn't happen, Brett, unless your shoulders really, really hurting you.
To be fair, it did start last year, so.
That's true.
That's true.
Yeah, I think I'm kind of sitting everyone not named Ramandre Stevenson in this game.
Oh, yeah.
I'm sitting Ramandre too.
It's, okay, he gets 60% of the work on a shit offense.
I don't care.
It's a, it's a small slice.
This is your base.
shit pie.
This is your basal tutent take.
So are you starting Ramonjari or no?
The Jaguars are a top five offense.
The Patriots are a bottom five offense.
I am sitting everyone on the New England Patriots despite this great matchup.
I need to see some signs of life from the Patriots before I, they find their way into my starting lineup.
To be clear, you don't like Ramondre at RB22 then.
No.
Interesting.
I mean, you could do worse.
You could do.
I'll say that.
He's not someone I feel good about starting.
Okay, Pollard or Romandre?
Probably Pollard.
Tooting or Romandre?
Tudin for sure.
I know you're going to say no to Judkins, right?
Remodry or Judkins?
I'd start Judkins and I hate Judkins.
Holy crap.
All right, yeah, this is a sit for you.
Oh, my goodness.
That's the first time you've ever said to start at Judkins over anybody.
All right, on the other side of this,
it's kind of a startem if you got him,
minus Khalil Shakir in my opinion, but Josh Allen were projecting his QB1, of course.
James Cook, only RB 13, though.
That was a little bit of a surprise to me.
Oh, any thoughts on that?
These are wrong.
By the way, there was a great sad in the Everything report.
So Josh Allen picked up a, looks like a bone bruise to his knee, we're guessing.
But he's like, dude, he's a Superman.
He plays through everything and he plays really at a high level.
but there have been times in the past where he gets banged up and they take the design runs away from him,
but he keeps the sneaks.
And that's really the most important thing.
He has 25.2 fantasy points on QB's sneaks alone this year.
That's over six fantasy points per game more than any other quarterback.
He's QB1 every week no matter what.
James Cook is way too low.
He's one of the most, he's like Jonathan.
Nathan Taylor. He's one of the most game script dependent running backs and fantasy. There's
no chance the bills lose this game. Yeah. Something I know too that that Chris's projections aren't
looking closely at is like rush concept splits. The Patriots run defense on its face hasn't been
terrible, but they've been really bad against gap concepts like man scheme. That's where James
Cook thrives. He's a duo guy. They run a ton of duo. They're going to spam it. He's fantastic.
I think he's averaging six yards of carry on duo this year.
Like, it is a good schematic matchup, too, on top of the fact that you just, you know, we love James Cook.
You're going to hear us be very critical of our guy Chris Weck, but just know that we do it with love and like a ton of respect and admiration.
We had the number one best, most accurate DFS projections in the industry last year.
That is extremely hard to do.
And so, yeah, like, I'll disagree.
with Chris, guess what?
No one's better. He's better than me at fantasy football, honestly.
And then we have our projection summit on Fridays where Brett makes his case, I make my case.
Brett's going to bring up, you know, the schematic splits for New England's run defense.
And then we get our already really good projections become even more accurate.
And hey, downstream from our best in the injury industry projections are an insane track record on bets.
shout out to our guy Tom Brawley.
He's coming off a 9-1 week.
He went up 7.9 units.
He's now up 12.4 units this year.
79.2 units over the last three years.
He runs our betting product.

Nice.
James Cook were too low on as well, by the way.
That's what we were just talking about.
Yeah, way too low.
I was a big DJ Moore Hater.
Yeah, but now you love him.
I mean, I don't know that I love him.
I still think he's not that talented.
I just think Josh Allen is him.
Where, bro, there was a game Gabe Davis,
who is awful, had like 59 fantasy points against the Chiefs.
If he could do that, he could get DJ Moore to a fantasy wide receiver one,
especially with this volume.
Right now, DJ Moore leads all players in air yards per route run.
He's top five in targets per route run.
So we have him wide receiver 26.
I'd put him wide receiver 16.
Oh, wide receiver 16?
Yeah.
Are you just riffing right there?
Do you actually know that?
I'm just riffing, but I wish we could make the start sit or sorry,
the projections meeting palatable.
for like the public because it would it could replace starts it's like 17 nerds in a room
talking like nerds and no one wants to listen to that honestly well we we really don't want to give
away too much of our edge because we're talking about you know fantasy points data that's exclusive
to us that's how predictive some of these metrics are we don't want you know like four for four
football guys or etr you know basically stealing our trade secrets so we we have to keep that under wraps
Yeah, you're right.
All right.
Let's let's hit Khalil Shakir here, clear sit to you, right?
Oh, F this guy.
He's a part-time player.
I don't care about it.
Yeah, exactly.
Dalton Kincade, though.
We are projecting me as a tight end one.
We are listing him on the fence.
I'm surprised he's fallen so much because we, we had him like, what, mid-range titan one last week.
I think part of it is just like we saw DJ Moore really out alpha him last week.
But he did hit hit a season high in route share.
And he's awesome, dude.
He's just like so good.
So I'd have him a little bit higher than this for sure.
I would too.
Not on the fence.
I do think what,
you know,
a down game in production's got the projections a little scared.
That said,
though,
like New England hasn't been tested at tight end at all yet.
Right?
They've played like a collection of just,
like Darnell Washington and Brenton Strange and A.J.
Barner.
They haven't faced like a true past catching tight end yet this season.
And I think,
you know,
We can't use any data we have in that regard to kind of shape our opinion here.
So Kincaid definitely in play for me.
I probably like him tight end ten-ish.
Yeah.
Hear that?

You're richer than you think.
All right.
The New York Jets are traveling to the Windy City, Chicago
for a little Aaron Glenn on Ben Johnson crime action here.
The over under is 42 and a half.
Chicago favored by three and a half in this game.
Vegas thinks this will be a close one.
The Jets have been feisty this year.
They've been in three tight games so far to start the season.
Chicago presumably down their starting quarterback,
Kelly Williams.
So that definitely makes things interesting.
Let's start with the jet side of the ball here.
I know we've got some mixed bag here.
Start and sit.
Where are you at on Brainland Allen?
Yeah, he's a start.
I think, you know, just on pure volume alone.
He had something like 100% of the snaps after Breeze Hall left.
And he was already getting a lot of the red zone opportunities.
It's a favorable matchup.
So I think that's,
Yeah, I feel good about that.
Okay.
Was Isaiah Davis dressed for that game?
Do you know?
I believe so.
Okay.
Yeah, sometimes when you see something like that,
it's because he wasn't, you know,
the guy wasn't dressed or whatever.
I mean, they're very high on him.
He was forcing a committee backfield with Breece Hall,
who's awesome.
So I.
Very high on Braylin, you're saying?
Yeah, yeah.
I'm not saying they're not.
I'm just trying to get all the facts out there.
but you really don't have to look that up.
Gino Smith, we're projecting QB 24 as a sit.
Obviously, probably start them in Superflex.
Chicago's defense is bad,
but Garrett Wilson at wide,
is that wide receiver 13?
I really like G money, man.
This Bears defense has been really bad,
minus the Eagles game.
And there were wide receivers running wide open for the Eagles.
I don't know if you've watched the tape.
I mean, actually, I do know.
You have not.
Jalen Hurts just was not seeing the field, brother.
There were Dantavian Wicks wide open several times downfield.
Mackay Lemon, who literally can't separate from anybody uncovered on a couple of plays,
standing wide open in the center of the field, didn't get found.
What are you talking about?
Jalen Hertz was out there playing a perfect game.
Tough, poised, precise, smart, unflappable.
Literally a perfect game, man.
One of the all-time greatest tweets ever.
And I love that you just did that.
if you can pull that up on the screen tray the Emmanuel
Ocho how do you pronounce his last name
Ocho good bless you
because on tight
Yeah
just an all time all time or tweet
From from Emanuel but yeah
Hertz played bad in that game so my point being is like
I don't think the bear's defense was really any better
They just got away with a lot of stuff in that game
Yeah so that's important hey I was gonna hype up
Garrett Wilson as like oh this is an a
matchup because the Bears play man coverage at a top three rate.
Garrett Wilson top five in targets per route run against man coverage since the start of last year.
I looked it up.
And AD Mitchell, the ass god, was top three.
He was even higher than Garrett Wilson.
And like that's what I keep doing is like, I keep trying to hype up Garrett Wilson.
And it's like, oh, his ass is spectacular.
Oh, wait, Adonai Mitchell is one spot ahead of him in ass.
And then even before the week three injury, Adonai Mitchell had more target.
gets more air yards, a higher XFP per game,
then Garrett Wilson.
The problem here is,
do you see him wearing the mitten or the oven mitt after he hurt his hand?
Yeah.
So a guy who struggled with drops throughout his career.
So I think what Chris has is on point,
just because we don't really know how healthy A.D. Mitchell is,
or even if he's going to play.
And so wide receiver 13, Garrett Wilson,
wide receiver 39, 80 Mitchell is fair.
but if we knew A.B. Mitchell was 100%, I'd pinch them closer.
Yeah, I just want to point out again for like the 300th time with you,
separation is not the only part of playing wide receiver.
It's like, while we love the ass metrics, they are predictive of future success.
It's the most predictive non-production metric available.
I still think you have to evaluate Garrett Wilson's hands, his run after catchability,
his contested catchability.
He's just an awesome receiver all the way around.
So I think this is a great matchup for him, absolutely smashing it.
I think he'll be a wide receiver one pretty comfortably at the end of the week.
Kenyon Sadiq, you're sitting, even after his breakout performance, is this Mason Taylor thing?
What's on your mind here?
Yeah, I don't know.
I guess he just had a 57% route share, which is not good.
And he did it without Mason Taylor, without Adonai Mitchell.
I think Chris is projecting them both in, but he can rise if that's not the case.
Word.
Over on the bear side, it looks like we're going to get Tyson Bajent this week.
although you have to wonder if they've thought about going with the third string
after the way he played just ran the offense right
imagine how good Tyson Bayesian's going to be I know I'm excited to see
Bejan play to be honest with you we have him as a sit which makes sense right
he's he's a backup quarterback but DeAndre Swift the star Luther
Burden a flex somehow Khalif Raymond to sit what is this
what is this he do it Chris has him below Romo Dunezay
He is refusing to buy into the age 32 breakout.
Doesn't think this, how old actually is he age 30?
How old?
Yeah, the age 30 breakout.
I don't think that's ever been done in NFL history.
I mean, I think it's more real than Chris is giving it.
Dude, he's 32 years old.
Chris is refusing to, I think it's a little more real than Chris things.
but I also don't know that he's a start.
I do think Luther Burden's a start,
and I think you saw proof of concept last week without Kayla Williams.
Again, Luther Burden dominating first read targets.
He's top 10 among all wide receivers.
I can see him having a big game this week.
DeAndre Swift, we're way too low on.
I'm actually really bullet.
I said after a week one, I was like,
I should have made DeAndre Swift in Exodia.
I debated it, and I just didn't get there.
and then someone accused me,
oh, you just overreact to one game.
He's falling back down to Earth.
I don't know that that's true.
He's RB 7 and XFP per game.
Him and Jemir Gibbs are the only running backs top 10
every single week thus far.
So Chris has him, what, mid-range RB2?
I'd have him Fringe RB1.
Fringe RB1, he says.
Well, the Jets have given up a league high 27.1 fantasy points per game
to opposing running back since the start of last year.
So this also looks like a really favorable.
matchup how many times if they played jimier gibbs in that stretch yeah just just okay let's put your uh let's put
this to the test though so dandre swift or giovante williams uh yeah i'd go swift okay thank you
dandre swift or jeremiah i love swift pretty sure deandre swift or bucky irving dandre swift
swift probably i think i think well we don't know irving's health status right now all the more reason to say
Swift. Swift or Sequin Barclay? Swift, I guess. I agree with you, actually.
Swift or James Cook? Oh, Cook for sure. Okay. Swift or Chuba Hubbard?
Probably Chuba. Chuba versus Detroit? Yeah. In a game where the lines are going to put up 70?
Yeah, that's fair. That's fair. I was looking at the over under for that game and the projected pace.
Swift or Scatibu? Swift. Okay. You're not lying. You, you're not lying. You
have Swift as an RB1.
Boom.
Check that out.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think everything else is pretty straightforward.
I like Caliph Raymond as a flex guy.
But other than that, I think we're safe here.
So let's move on.
We got Jacksonville at Cincinnati.
This should be a fun game.
Two great offenses versus two, I would say, underrated defenses at this point.
The over-under is still 51.5, though.
Is this the biggest over-under on the week or is lines taking
the cake there. Do you know, off the top of your head? Off the top of my head, the highest over
under the week is Jaguars Bengals, 51.5 points. It's actually much higher than the Lions Panthers.
Wait, no, hold on. I was looking at what it opened at. Yeah, okay. Lions Panthers 51, second most,
Jaguars, Bengals, 51.5 most. Okay. Cincinnati favored to win this one at home. They're two and a
half point favorites, but I feel like it's a start-em if you got them game. Apparently the board
disagrees. We're saying on the fence with Lawrence, on the fence with Tutton, start Parker Washington,
then everybody else is a sit. I feel like Myers has to probably be a start as well, but I want
your thoughts on this Jaguars offense. Yeah, so I don't know that I'd start Jacoby. I think we're
a little too low on Trevor Lawrence. I think we're a little too low on Bejel Tootin, who I would have as a
maybe RB 18,
RB19,
RB20,
somewhere around there
instead of fringe
RB2.
I think this is the
week that Parker Washington
has nine catches,
188 yards
and two touchdowns.
Shout out to Jordan Vanek,
who writes our
wide receiver versus
cornerback article.
We also have a great
wide receiver versus
cornerback tool.
I think we do it
better than anyone else
in the industry.
Jordan last week said,
basically said
Drake London's
going to have 200 receiving yards,
said,
I'm on Ross,
is going to have his worst game in two years.
Both of those proved true.
He thinks this is a really tough matchup for Parker Washington.
I think Parker Washington goes nuclear.
For one thing, this is a pass funnel matchup for the Jaguars.
I expect them to lean pass heavy.
Teams are passing on the Bengals 72% of the time that's second most.
Running backs are getting hit behind the line of scrimmage.
50% of the time that's third most.
That's the Dexter Lawrence effect.
And so where is the ball going to go?
the Bengals are an insane, insane pass slot funnel.
They're giving up the fewest fantasy points per game to outside wide receivers.
They're giving up the third most slot wide receivers.
Parker Washington has a 46% slot rate.
And then on top of that, since the start of last season,
they're giving up 20.5 fantasy points per game to tight ends.
No one else is over 16.7.
I have Parker Washington as a mid-range wide receiver won this week.
I have Brent Strange as a start, as a low end tight-end one, just given the matchup.
I have Jacoby Myers as a sit.
I have a Brian Thomas Jr. as a drop, probably.
And that's how I see it playing out.
But what do you think?
Do you side more with Jordan Vanek?
Do you side more with me?
So I think on paper, Cincinnati has not given up a ton of production to the slot, right?
This year?
No, the third most fantasy points per game to sign.
How?
How is that possible?
What slot receivers have they played?
I think Roman Wilson had the one long play against them last week,
but that's been it, right?
I can pull it up in the Fantasy Points Data Suite.
Godwin got blanked by them.
Ted Hurst, like Bucca got blanked when they went in the slot.
Kisham Bouty had three catches for 30 yards or something like that.
I'm just riffing.
I don't actually have this in front of it.
So Dalton Schult's tight end smashed them in a slot.
Roman Wilson 55 yards.
Yeah.
So you're just looking.
37 yards Chris Godwin 35 yards Hutchinson 31 yards Ben Scoronic 23 yards yeah none of that's
none of that screams Parker Washington 100 plus yards and two touchdowns yeah but you know what does
scream at Parker Washington being the exodia to end all exodia's he's he's top five in like every
stat dude he is he's like so he's already a fantasy wide receiver one and despite running
tremendously bad with luck.
He is bottom 10 in catchable target rate.
The Jaguars have the fewest dropbacks per game of any offense.
Dude, his yak per reception is bottom 12 when he was like top 15 last year.
But targets per route run second best, air yards per route run third best,
yards for route run top six.
Yeah, I don't know, man.
I'm, I definitely agree.
He's a star. Do I think he's going to have some crazy breakout week this week? I don't know.
Also looking at that list of receivers, the Bengals haven't really been tested in the slot either, though.
Right? They haven't played, like, they haven't faced a premier slot guy.
Roman Wilson and Chris Godwin, I would not call premier slot guys at this point.
Exactly. So just wait until a premier slot guy eats them out.
Well, I think some of your numbers we've established were inflated because you had tight ends in there.
It's not the same thing.
No, I actually didn't.
Well, you said Dalton Schultz.
right so they're they're giving up the i think the most fantasy points per game to the slot but the
third most fantasy points per game to slot wide receivers and maybe that's a lot of touchdowns
just because that didn't seem like a lot of yards yeah yeah but uh that that was the stat and i can
confirm it's accurate on the bengal side uh start all of them start burrows start brown
start chase start higgins we don't really need to tell you that though sit mike gisicki though
yeah well i think this is an interesting stuff
that I pulled the Jaguars are giving up explosive pass plays at the highest rate in the league um
i think they were they were top three last year too only three players have more than eight
receiving touchdowns and explosives over the last three years two of those three players are chason
higgins who have 11 apiece so i don't know i'm not i'm not really much of a prop better but
that's you know longest longest reception maybe
hit the overs on both. I don't know.
I like that.

Dallas travels to Houston for an insane.
state game, the Cowboys versus the Texans.
The overrunner, and this one's 48, which is a big number.
Houston favored at home by three points.
I like a lot of stuff in this game, but Dak Prescott, you know,
I think what we've seen from the Texans defense this year is that they're beatable.
This secondary is beatable.
I've harped on the in-breaking route thing a bunch.
I harped on it last week with Josh Downs and Keenan Allen, and guess what?
Josh Downs and Keenan Allen did.
They marked them up on inbreakers.
So this week we got C.D. Lamb and George Pickens,
and I think Dak Proscott and these guys eat,
even though Houston has the scary pass rush.
What do you think?
Yeah, man, it was kind of shocking.
Like, on paper, these are imposing cornerbacks,
but right now they're giving up the third most fantasy points per game to wide receivers.
Sure, they face Joe Burrow and Josh Allen and the other team is the Colts.
but still, that's a lot.
And the second most yards per game to outside wide receivers,
the 11th fewest to slot wide receivers.
Ryan Flournoy's their slot.
So this looks like a really good game for CD-LAM, George Pickens.
We have Lamb wide-receiver 8, Pickens, wide receiver 17.
They're tied in target share, but CD-Lam is over twice as many receiving yards.
You know, the bounce-back spot for Pickens is coming at some point.
could be this week.
And then Javante is just kind of like,
he's kind of like in the Sequin Barclay role.
And this looks like a better offense to have that role.
So he's yet another start.
Yeah, and Houston's run defense has been pretty stingy.
I don't, I don't love planting my flag on a Javante start here,
but it's tough because the game script should be close.
He'll be involved.
Yeah, I guess that's fine.
I guess that's fine.
on the Texan side of the ball we have
Stroud and Montgomery is on the fence plays
we have Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz
starts with Woody Marks as a sit
I want to start with on the fence
David Montgomery
are we overreacting a little bit to some
bad situations early in the season here
because like Dallas's run defense is
horrifically bad
right and the role
isn't as bad as it looks it's
it's basically like Montgomery is getting
two drives and then
marks gets one drive but they just leave them in if it gets to the red zone and so let's just
what he marks his drives have been getting the red zone and he gets those touchdowns but um
I don't know it's certainly not as good volume as as I was told it was going to be by my sources
um he he's averaging 2.78 yards per carry both of them are getting hit behind the line of
scrimmage at one of the highest rates Nico Collins coming back is going to help um
more red zone drives, better efficiency.
But I don't know that I'm starting David Montgomery.
You might have to.
What?
I for sure am.
Listen,
if he can't get it done this week against this defense,
this is the worst exodia call of all time.
No offense.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I mean, seriously, like Dallas has given up 2.44 adjusted yards
before contact per carry.
They don't,
they don't stuff any runs,
so they don't get negatives.
And they give up the third highest explosive run rate in the league
for a grand total of 5.0.0.
0 5 yards per carry against.
This is a terrible run defense.
Yeah, well, part of it is they're also the worst defense at quarterbacks.
So, you know, the Texans, as bad as Stroud has been, you know, Nico's back.
This could be, dude, it's the worst defense.
They're the worst events by EPA per play allowed this year.
I think that was also the case last year.
Yeah, especially early in the year.
Yeah.
So, yeah, this is the highest we might project CJ Stroud all year.
Nico Collins.
This is a great return spot for him.
Single high-heavy matchup.
He destroys single-high.
Schultz, I think, is a little high.
I wouldn't have Schultz as a start,
but maybe just give him a matchup.
It's especially single-high-heavy
because we're projecting,
or we think David Montgomery might be able to run the ball
in this game, which is going to force Dallas
into more single-high looks and more base defense.
So it's definitely, it's definitely good for, for Nico.
And Schultz just seems, I don't know.
Schultz is always getting it done, man.
With Nico back?
Yeah, I don't know.
I, I think this is high.
Really?
Yeah.
Where would you put them?
I mean, this is the best spot for Nico all year, but.
All right.
Well, let me, let me put that to the test.
Dalton Schultz or Joanne Johnson?
Jawan.
Dalton Schultz or Mark Andrews.
So, so.
So Schultz had went nuclear against the Bengals,
but every tight end goes nuclear against the Bengals.
Week one, he had 30 yards.
Last week, he had 35 yards.
In what you thought was a great matchup against the Bills.
Oh, no, that was week one, actually.
But, yeah, and I mean, last week against the Colts,
that's another soft matchup.
So under 40 yards, both those Nico Collins back.
I'd have him like tight end 15.
Chris has him tight in eight.
Tighten 50.
Oh, wow.
Schultz or Andrews?
Andrews.
Schultz or Fanon?
Fanon.
Okay.
Then you're right.
You'll have them tight on 15.
But maybe split the difference because Chris knows ball.
Isn't it genius?
So we'll say tight end 12.
Keeping it moving here.
The Arizona Cardinals are going to travel to New York to face your New York Giants.
Over under here, 44 and a half.
Arizona favored on the road by two.
This is obviously backup quarterback.
stuff.
I'm looking at the board right now, and I'm, I'm angry.
Angry.
We're listing Michael Wilson as a flex play and not a start.
He is such a start.
He's a start.
Look at how low Marvin Harrison Jr. is, though.
Good.
Wide receiver 60.
He's basically tied with Malachi Fields on the other side.
Yeah, I'm a little curious on Jacoby Brissette's QB21 status as well.
If we're, for saying Wilson,
to start, McBride's a start, Giants past defense, mid at best.
Well, do you remember my stat from, uh, yeah, yeah, he's finished as a, a QB1 and 11 of his last
15 games? That's a higher rate than Josh Allen. I think the concern here is that the Giants
don't push back, but I mean, they're only two point favorites, the Cardinals. So,
right. How do you think the Cardinals offense will look from a positive game script where they're
potentially frontrunners? What if they're winning this game?
If they're winning it handily, I think you could, this could be the Jeremiah Love like
mega nuke breakout game.
Dude, he became the belcow.
And it happened sooner than I expected it.
He had a 76% share of the backfield XFP, top five and XFP among running backs.
And he's just, the only thing he's not getting is the two minute drill and third downwork,
which wouldn't matter if Arizona leads throughout.
the giants by the way worse yards per carry allowed to running back since the start of last season so this
could be a i think i think one of jeremiah love and michael wilson is embarrassingly low michael
wilson you know we we were hyping him up on the by low uh he had 17 targets last week he ranks
top six and first three target share over his last 11 games he's like 10 percent better than jimar
chase and targets per game yards per game fantasy points per game
Um, so yeah, one of those guys is stupidly low.
And possibly they're all, they're all low.
Yeah.
I mean, besides McBride for sure.
I mean, they had over 80 plays last week.
Like, that is insane play volume.
If, if that's anywhere close to the norm, uh, it's just, yeah, yeah.
Giants come up a ton of explosive runs too, which, yeah, is another feather in the cap for
Jeremy.
I love.
He's a very explosive running back.
So hey, on the giant side, we got James back as the starter for at least.
a couple more weeks presumably cam scataboo projecting his rbby 11 that's way too high i think is it
yeah i hey he just hit a season high in snap share 77 percent it was top six in xfp um he was
the team's leading receiver and he had 20 carries he had a deep target that he caught um i just think
this is like a dead offense uh and like you saw like a hundred and four
40% of his rushing guards came after contact last week.
So I don't know.
I would have a mid-range RB2, if not lower.
Like I'd start Bejel Tootin probably over him personally.
But I don't know.
Then again, like, maybe I should just stick to, all right.
We'll say high-end RB2 just because I fucking love him.
I think he's awesome.
He's a ton of fun.
He was a great pass catcher in college.
Like that's how he should use him.
Malik Neighbors, I worry, is just like a glory.
terrified decoy or he's like Xavier worthy last year where he's scared to take on contact.
The ass is awful.
So he's still also working his way back from the ACL repair and then has this shoulder on top of it.
And then Isaiah likely, yeah, he's a start.
Dude, he leaves the team in first read target share.
He's top five among all tight ends and XFP.
Arizona just got shredded by George Kittle.
He kind of flop last week, but you could blame that on the weather.
Yeah, I love the likely call.
I think likely's due for a big one here.
And then neighbors at Wider Shever 27 feels fair.
I'd even think you could argue lower than that.
It's fair, but either way.
We move on.
The Los Angeles Rams travel to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Eagles just got embarrassed on Monday Night Football
against the Chicago Bears, third-string quarterback,
Case Keenham.
Over under here is 43 points.
L.A. favored to win on the road by three.
The thing is, L.A. hasn't exactly played good football really this year yet,
either minus one game. So two teams looking to get back on track, two Super Bowl contending teams,
you know, preseason-wise. So yeah, where are you at with the Rams? We're calling Stafford
a sit, Devante Adams a start, Kyron Williams is a start, Blake Horn was set, your guy,
Mumpfield, a sit. But ultimately, where are your feelings at here? Yeah, well, I think the
headline here is Devante Adams is wide receiver too. And so I talked to two of the best injury
experts in the game. Jeff Mueller, our guy, Jesse Morse, and I asked them independent of each other,
what do you think the odds are Puka Nakua gets sports hernia surgery in season? Like over the next
several weeks, they both put it at 60%. Which means it's more likely than not, you're going to
lose Pooka Nakuwa for six to eight weeks, which means, you know, do the risk reward. Like he's a cell.
He's a cell.
But if that happens, Devante Adams is going to be top, top three wide receiver in our projections every single week.
Every single week he's healthy.
Without, without Puka on the field, he averages 0.9 fantasy points per route run.
JSN's at 0.8 and then Amunrah is 0.6.
And then like those are the top three.
So absolute cheat code.
Dude, he had 200 yards.
and then he tagged Patrick Certain for the most Certains ever given up.
So he's a mega start.
I think if you're desperate Muntfield's like a decent high upside,
what the heck flex,
if Ferguson's out and I think he's going to be out.
And yeah.
Really interesting.
The Devante, that stat is crazy.
0.9 yards per target.
Or is that yards per, sorry, you're 0.9 fantasy points per run.
what you said yeah well i cited it on yesterday's show actually it's um it's just like that's
we know matthew stafford's a kingmaker we know the sean mcvay wide receiver one it's like the most
valuable role in fantasy cooper cup cup proved that a number of years ago and uh it's just yeah it's
just like an absolute cheat he's going to be top three in our projections every single week
if you're looking for a deep prop play xavier smith over under who is that who's xavier
Smith the ram slot receiver cooper de jean's just been really bad this year so go pick on him
while he's down and out anyways deep pull deep pull on the eagle side jelan heard
has zero catches this year one who whoever's playing in the slot i don't give a rip who it is
it's not going to be devonte adams playing in the slot sure yeah okay not really his thing
a little like 20% since boogas is it the tight end
it could be the tight ends but
Ferguson's out
could be Parkinson
could be
Davis Allen
could be Higby
whoever you want to target
in that Dijin matchup
that's where you go
Taryn it's the tight ends
Terrence Ferguson
Tyler Higby had five targets
in the slot week three
Terrence Ferguson seven in week two
Devante Adams
three targets last week
so a little bit of him
but it's
it's yeah I guess it's
I guess it's tight end one is their slot receiver, you could say.
Boom.
Do that.
On the Eagle side, Jalen Hertz, QB10, we're saying start,
Sakelon Barkley, RB 14, start, Devante, Smith,
wide receiver 5 start, and then Wix down at wide receiver 41 as a sit with Dallas
Goddard out.
Any notes here?
I think this is relatively obvious.
Yeah, relatively obvious.
I don't know that I like Smitty that high, to be honest.
Oh, I do.
No Dallas Goddard, no A.J. Brown.
Drawing a Trent McDuffie shadow who just blanked Jalen Waddle.
Jalen Waddle's a better player.
Well, actually, that's a great point.
It wasn't just the Trent McDuffie shadow,
is Trent McDuffey's shadow with shading safeties to his side of the field, right?
Yeah, but I mean,
McDuffie followed him everywhere he went.
Yeah, but like they sold out to stop him,
and why wouldn't you do the exact same thing with Devontz Smith?
Exactly.
So yeah, I don't know that I like wide receiver five here.
But also the Rams defense feels like it's heating up a little bit.
So.
Yeah.
Well, I will say 0.47 targets per route run without A.J. Brown and Dallas Goddard on the field.
That's like 30% higher than anyone else besides the JSNs, the Rams wide receivers.
What did Smitty just do against the Bears?
Not much.
Why was that?
You tell me this.
This is kind of my point,
Jalen Hurts played a perfect game,
and Devonza Smith only had 65.
Right.
It's kind of my point, though.
Couldn't get over against the Bears.
Hertz is playing terrible.
Catching the Trent McDuffie shadow.
Yeah, I think I'm out on that.
Hey, you made a good argument.
So, all right.

Next game, Green Bay, Tampa Bay, the Bays, the two teams that play in a bay.
The overrunners less than 40, gross, disgusting.
Green Bay minus three and a half.
Green Bay is rebuilding their offensive line on the fly.
Have you seen this?
They've signed three veteran O-Lyman in the last two days.
Mackay Beckton, Kevin Zitler, and Lakin Tomlinson.
no idea if any of these guys still have anything left in the tank but they're going to give it a shot
that can't be worse than what they were trotting out there the good news is christian watson and
matthew golden are bad men and they're they're awesome um i i think start for both of them this week
but uh what say you yeah i i would start christian watson matthew golden tucker craft
just about every week tucker craft a low end tight-in one for me matthew golden uh
fringe wide receiver two honestly and then christian watson we have him wide receiver 19 i don't have
him low end wide receiver one uh so he he honestly might be another by i don't know how your league
is valuing him but but certainly chris is too low i think where it's it very well could be the case
that this offense sucks and the packers suck but they have no running game whatsoever
the offense is so condensed now without jaden reed without rhodes without romeo dobbs
without Dantavian Wicks.
And these guys are good.
They're both ass.
They're all ass guys.
Tucker Kraft,
the best yak guy in the league
three years in a row coming into this season.
And so,
yeah,
Christian Watson,
wide receiver five in fantasy points per game.
Wide receiver five and XFP per game.
Matthew Golden,
wide receiver 11 in XFP per game.
Tucker Craft's route share,
I know they wanted to be conservative with them.
They don't have that luxury anymore.
71% route share the last two weeks.
uncharacteristically unlucky three drops over that span, but he's a lot better than that.
So I would have them all as all higher than where Chris does, but these running backs are dead to me.
I'm not starting Jordan Love either.
Yeah, worth noting to you that the Buccaneers, they don't play a ton of too high, but when they do,
they get absolutely nuked.
They've given up a ton of big plays in too high.
That's great for both Watson and Golden, might see a big play pop off here and there.
Yeah, maybe a, why?
Watson scrown houses a screen.
Yeah, or like a drag or, you know, shallow crossing route.
Green Bay's defense on the other side, going to Buccaneers offense.
We're saying sit for everybody except Bucky, start Bucky.
If Bucky's healthy, that's the case, right?
I don't think we're going to know because their coach is an A-hole who like forces
these guys to play through everything and it always burns them.
and he like lies about injuries and hides things on the injury so like i i don't think we know i don't
think it matters though because uh the packers are giving up a league high 31 fantasy points per game
to running backs bucky had a 96 percent share the backfield xfp up until uh he exited that
game uh so rb 15 i i feel like that's good even with like maybe even like a slight injury doc
they've given up six rushing touchdowns already yeah that's crazy yeah and bro
emmecic buca is in hell he rings bottom three and uncatchable target rate bottom three
and uncatchable air yardage rate and now his quarterback's a guy you've never heard of and
rightfully so and last year he was bottom seven in both stats as well so it's tough out here for
for e and then right when you think things are going good he comes out of a break and trips on his
feet.
Trelon 2.0.
Yeah.
Emeka, egg buccan.
Tregbuka.
Egg mecca, egg burks.
All right.
Let's move on.
The dolphins, actually, final game of this of this episode.
The dolphins travel to Minnesota, and they're projected to get absolutely destroyed.
Over, Under.
This is, this is.
This made me laugh, Scott.
The over under in this game is 38 and a half, yet Minnesota's favored by 11.
Oh, my goodness.
How many times you see a double digit spread like that with an over under or under 40?
That's just crazy.
Like, they think Miami's going to put up zero points in this game, basically.
Bro, I think it's funny.
I'll post the, I'll try and show the Jalen Wright tweet on the screen, but I thought this is so funny.
Shout out Hilo, like friends with Hilo, but he was talking.
about like liking Jalen Wright so much more than Ali Gordon.
He was like, yeah, give me the guy with four three speed.
And I'm like, yeah, he has four three speed and 2,200 vision.
And then our comp for our comp for him was like the running back Frankenstein meme,
where it's like feet of Rahim Mostert, strength of Rahim Mostert, athleticism of
Rih Mostert, vision of Helen Keller.
I actually think Jarkas Hunter's probably the best guy.
for this. I don't know that we'll see it. But yeah, you're benching all these guys.
Malik Washington, like very sneaky top 10 in Target share. And Chris Bell looked good last week,
but like this offense is just so, so deader than dirt. On the opposite side, I think, I think this
is actually like a really interesting spot for Kyler Murray. Like I, I think I honestly might have him as
a start. And I, that's keeping in mind how bad he's looked.
The Dolphins are the worst defense by points allowed per drive, by EPA per dropback allowed.
But it's so much worse than that.
They have like one of the most laughably bad pass rushes ever.
They're blitzing in a top 10 rate.
The average a league high, 7.3 men in the box.
They have the worst pressure rate in the league, which is like half the pressure rate of the second worst defense.
And up until that, that, what was it, half time in the Chiefs game where Rishie Rice like volleyball,
lobbed the pass to the opposing defender.
Miami over their last six quarters,
we're giving up a 94% completion rate,
12.7 yards per attempt to 3 to 0 touchdown
and interception ratio.
And they have zero sacks all year.
They're the only team.
This is like,
it's like they're literally trying to be the worst defense of all time.
And so if you want to like build Kyler's confidence,
this is the spot to do it.
I'm kind of shocked at this.
So we have Kyler QB15 and like honestly,
you could, there's a lot,
you could do a lot worse than starting him.
You have Aaron Jones, RB5,
which is crazy because Aaron Jones is just like dusty.
90.
Yeah, dusty and dead.
And he's RB5.
The one thing you can say for him is he has like an 82% snap share.
He's going to get all the work.
Justin Jefferson.
is day to day. We have him as a start and a top 10 start, but Jeff Mueller is probably a little more pessimistic.
We have Jordan Addison. I think just in this matchup is a mid-range wide receiver three. I think that's
fine. If Jefferson's out, he's like a super start. He's like a high-end wide receiver two, maybe even.
And so, yeah, I think all that's right. I don't have much on this game. I just one note on the
Dolphins pass rush. It is worth pointing out that they haven't really been given the
opportunity to rush the passer. If you looked at the time to throw against them. Yeah, that's fair.
It's like 2.3 seconds. It's the shortest time to throw allowed, the shortest time to pressure.
Yeah. By like a lot. Yeah. Yeah. So like teams, they just can't cover. It's honestly what it is. Teams are just lining up going cool. We got our matchup.
We'll just take it right off the rip. Bro. Yeah. Brock Purdy had like the highest QBR of all time against them. And then Patrick Holmes did whatever he wanted. Yeah. Exactly. All right. We'll be.

Graham and Ryan.
Even if you don't play DFS.
Well, yeah.
I get start sit advice from the DFS show because they're pulling.
Like I'm in a lot of like deep like start 13 dynasty league, Scott.
So our start sit show doesn't really apply to those leagues because start 13 is a lot.
That DFS channel is great for figuring that out because they're pulling.
They have some deep poles on that show.
So a lot of great knowledge being dropped.
Anyways, thank you so much for sticking with us.
We will be back tomorrow.
