Josh Allen powered Buffalo back from a 21–11 halftime hole with a 21-point fourth quarter, four total touchdowns, and a career-long 40-yard rushing score. He becomes the first quarterback ever with three seasons of 20 passing touchdowns and 10 rushing touchdowns. Joe Burrow answered with four touchdown passes of his own and 284 yards, keeping Cincinnati in the fight despite his first interception of the year. Tee Higgins came alive in December again, torching Buffalo for 6-92-2 on 11 targets in his first true blow-up with Burrow this season. With Marvin Harrison Jr. sidelined, Michael Wilson’s breakout continued as he posted 11-142-2 on 16 targets, matching Ja’Marr Chase for the most 15-target games this year. Meanwhile, Jahmyr Gibbs cemented himself as fantasy’s most terrifying opponent, stacking another three touchdowns with 120 total yards and pushing his seasonal average to 23.7 PPG. We also break down the impossible gambling beat in Raiders-Broncos, Jayden Daniels’ derailed sophomore season, and Puka Nacua’s monster 35.7-point performance as he sets a new career high in touchdowns. Elsewhere, RJ Harvey keeps edging upward with 22 PPR points heading into a brutal playoff schedule, Christian Watson has rediscovered his rookie-year form with five touchdowns in his last four games, and fantasy managers now wait on critical injury updates for CeeDee Lamb and De’Von Achane heading into Week 15. Daniel Jones’ season-ending Achilles tear caps a crushing stretch for the Indianapolis Colts after falling to 8–5 with three straight losses. Week 14, fantasy football, top 10 takeaways, instant reactions,
latest breaking news, and all the injuries you need to know about.
What?
What?
Why are you shaking your head?
You're welcome.
Week 14 is almost in the bag.
I'm recording this Sunday evening.
So, like, we still have Sunday night football to go, still have that L.A. Chargers against Philadelphia Eagles game on Monday night.
Should be a good one there.
But the regular season is almost over.
We're almost into the three-week sprint.
Shout out to everyone who's been supporting this show on the podcast, on Fantasy Football Daily.
Shout out to everyone in the Fantasy Points YouTube audience who've embraced the show this season.
I really appreciate you guys supporting this one.
I know it's new to the Fantasy Points.
network. But it's been really a lot of fun to sort of unpack what we saw on Sunday and get us
ready for the next week to win fantasy football matchups, win your week. And shout out to the
real one still watching because it means you're playing meaningful fantasy football in the month
of December. You have most likely made your fantasy playoffs or maybe you are in sort of a
sweat here where Sunday night and Monday night matter a lot for your performance. So,
good luck to you. Let's start by unpacking the snow game. And this is exactly what we want.
We want these sort of matchups and we want these sort of performances for fantasy football.
Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals played an absolute classic. 3934 in the snow. Buffalo wins.
But this game, there was just so much to unpack. First of all, the snow game. You get to this time of
the year. Some people hate weather affecting football games. Some people will say, you know,
let's play everything sort of the same. But then you get games like this where it's, I mean,
how could you not love this? Josh Allen in the snow, this is like a modern football classic
to see this level of quarterback in a cold weather city like Buffalo, a fan base that embraces
games like this. And Josh Allen put on an absolute clinic in this one.
And then on the other side of the ball, you have the Cincinnati Bengals fighting for their playoff lives with Joe Burrow coming back triumphant after his season looked like it was going to be over.
And we get a 39-34 game.
I mean, unbelievable stuff here.
So much to unpack.
First, let's start out with Josh Allen.
Josh Allen just is an unbelievable player.
Buffalo comes back from a 21 to 11 halftime deficit.
They score 21 points in the fourth quarter.
And Josh Allen just continues to produce in major ways throughout this entire career with his legs.
Twelve rushing touchdowns now on the season.
Just incredible stuff.
And when you look at the rushing production from today, just terrific.
He had a 40-yard rushing touchdown.
This was the longest rushing touchdown of his entire career.
And there was a third in 15 where he converted.
it on a 17-yard run.
I mean, unbelievable stuff for him.
Three, excuse me, four touchdowns for Josh Allen today.
Just ridiculous, ridiculous stuff out of him.
It looks like it's going to be another game where Josh Allen finishes as the QB1 on the week.
It's going to be hard to top him.
I know Monday night we still have a chance and all that kind of stuff, but let's call him the QB1 for the week.
three touchdown passes also nearly 80 yards 78 rushing yards and a touchdown so four total
touchdowns and with Josh Allen he now becomes the first quarterback ever in NFL history
with three seasons of at least 20 touchdown passes and at least 10 rushing touchdowns
just incredible stuff from Allen tremendous player and this year Buffalo is going to be playing
of road environments. Homefield is out the window for the bills. New England, Denver, these are
the teams that are looking like they're probably going to have home field advantage in the
AFC. So you're going to see Josh Allen play a potential road game that matters in the playoffs.
Josh Allen can put a team on his back. Maybe this is going to be the year for Josh Allen,
where there's been the previous seasons where the bills seem like they were a little bit more
juice to sort of make that run. Maybe this is the year.
sort of under the radar, we see Josh Allen get there, just playing lights out, lights out
football. And opposite of him, Joe Burrow continues to shine. He threw his first pick of
the year, but he had four touchdown passes, 284 passing yards. Joe Burrow is just locked in
right now. This is one where with Burrow, we anticipated that the season was going to be over,
and this is like found money for fantasy managers. Right now, QB3,
on the week. Really incredible stuff. Six passing touchdowns over his last two weeks
played. And Cincinnati is going to need everything they can from him. This continues to be a team
that I know they shut down Baltimore, but this continues to be a team that gives up a ton of points.
Now we have the Baltimore rematch next week in Cincinnati. So Cincinnati beat Baltimore on Thanksgiving
night, play them again next week in Cincinnati, two teams heading in opposite directions. Then a
very interesting game against the resurgent Miami Dolphins in week 16, then they get Arizona
in week 17 and Cleveland in week 18. Cincinnati can run the table here. And Joe Burrow is going
to be a big, big reason why. Pittsburgh got the win over Baltimore today. So this is a significant
one for the Steelers. But the Cincinnati Bengals, this loss in Buffalo was disappointing for
sure, but it gets easier. That was the most difficult game left on their schedule. They split the two
road games, win in Baltimore, lose in Buffalo, and now they've got four straight games to end the
season on a very positive note. Joe Burrow, just a locked in QB1 heading into the fantasy football
playoffs. He's going to put up some very, very big numbers. And we see the return of T. Higgins.
T. Higgins is starting to have a reputation for putting them up blow-up games in the month of
December. A lot of times we talk about this on Fantasy Football Daily and my other podcasts.
In fantasy football, in the NFL, the trend is your friend.
And when it comes to T. Higgins, blow-up games with Joe Burrow behind center in the month of
December, we see it last year and we're seeing it again this year.
T. Higgins, massive, massive game.
Again, like, this was getting to be sort of commonplace when it comes to T. Higgins in the month of December,
but six catches, 92 yards, and the two touchdown grabs.
He had 11 targets in this one and 27.2 ppr points.
Just phenomenal stuff from T. Higgins.
If you had T. Higgins, you were in a great position to win your matchup.
sort of a quiet game from Jamar Chase.
Five catches for 44 yards on eight targets for Chase, but Higgins leads the way.
Jaseki also caught a touchdown pass.
Chase Brown caught a touchdown pass, but T. Higgins was the story of the day.
And when we talk about T. Higgins, anyone who had him last year in fantasy, you probably won your league.
Because in week 17, he had that 40-point explosion against Denver.
But in weeks 15 and week 16, he had 19.8 points in each of those.
So we've seen three straight December games for Higgins, where he's putting up absolutely awesome numbers, getting his December started right here.
This was the best game that T. Higgins has had with Joe Burrow all season long.
Maybe it's a sign of things to come.
And speaking of wide receivers running pure, Michael Wilson's season is back.
Marvin Harrison Jr. returned in week 13 and was knocked out of the game.
So last week on this show, I talked about the usage between Wilson and Harrison Jr.
And Wilson's production decreased significantly last week when Harrison Jr. came back.
But again, we see Michael Wilson, the connection he has with Jacoby Brissette.
And the way that Jacoby Brissette leans on Wilson in games that he's,
Harrison Jr. is out is unbelievable. Wilson scores a season high, 37.2 ppr points,
11 catches, 142 yards, and two touchdowns on 16 targets. Again, 16 targets. Leads all wide
receivers in scoring this week, and it's a trend for Wilson. Wilson's unbelievable. And we talk
about Arizona like every week, which is wild. Arizona is a losing
team. They have no hope this season. But for fantasy football, they've been a ton of fun.
We've had the Jacoby Brissette rise and his production has been tremendous and consistent.
Trey McBride, the tight end won this season by a significant margin. And then you've got Michael
Wilson. And Michael Wilson in these three games without Marvin Harrison, Jr., unbelievable.
37 points, 33 points, and 21.8 points.
And the 16 targets are wild because that's three games for Wilson with 15 targets or more this year.
There's only four players in the NFL who've had at least two 15 target or more games this year.
Puka Nakua and Drake London each have two games with 15 targets or more.
Jamar Chase and Michael Wilson are the only players in the NFL with three targets or more.
unbelievable stuff for Wilson.
We don't know Marvin Harrison Jr.'s status for next week,
but Michael Wilson, unbelievable run.
And the fact that he has these three wide receiver one finishes
makes him one of the most impactful waiver wire pickups of the season
at the wide receiver position.
Terrific stuff from Michael Wilson.
I mean, just unbelievable if you started him today,
if you used him in DFS, just tremendous stuff.
going back to Thursday night, we've got to talk about Jemir Gibbs, the league destroyer
and the wrecker of opposing teams.
Quick ask yourself this question, a mental exercise.
In your mind's eye, you're heading into the fantasy football playoffs.
Who is the one player you don't want to see on the opposing manager's roster right now?
For me, it's Jemir Gibbs.
and in leagues where I have Jemir Gibbs,
I feel like I have an absolute weapon of mass destruction
that's capable of winning me the week,
even if other guys on my team don't put up huge numbers.
He's officially ruined fantasy managers across the country
their Friday and their Saturdays.
Think about it like this.
You go into the week down that many points
after going up against Jemir Gibbs on Thursday night.
Jemir Gibbs continues.
to shine, and at times it looks like he's playing a different sport.
37 points in Detroit's 44-30 win over the Dallas Cowboys,
12 carries for 43 yards, but three rushing touchdowns.
And Jemir Gibbs gives you seven catches for 77 yards on seven targets.
Incredibly efficient, incredibly explosive, and the numbers are starting to add up.
We saw the very quiet game against Green Bay on Thanksgiving, but the week
Before that was the 55 point explosion in week 12 against the Giants. We go back to week 10, the 38 point game against the commanders. Oh, and he added in a 20 point game against the Eagles in week 11. So Gibbs is completely locked in right now. We talked about T. Higgins in December. Well, T. Higgins in December is cool, but Jameer Gibbs in December is unbelievable. 27.3 points per game and eight touchdowns over his last.
five December games. That doesn't even include a 46-pointer that he had last week 18, which was a
January game, but it was week 18 in January. He had 46 points in that one, and it clinched the
NFC North for Detroit. So it was a significant game for NFL fans, but fantasy football, unless you're
in some weird league, week 18, you're sitting at home, you have no action going, your league was
decided in week 17. Jamir Gibbs is also up to 23.7 points per game. He's going to catch Jonathan
Taylor. We're going to talk about that a little bit later on the show, but Jemir Gibbs, could he run
pure and pass Christian McCaffrey by in these next three weeks for RB1 overall? I would say that
it's a very, very good chance the way that he's playing. And again, 27.3 points per game and
eight touchdowns over his last five December games. Unbelievable stuff for Jemir Gibbs.
Keep this thing going. Let's take a pause here. Was this the worst beat ever for gamblers today?
I don't never talk about gambling here. This is not a gambling show. There's plenty of gambling
shows out there. But eight and a half point line in the Denver Broncos against the Vegas Raiders game.
And like everyone tilted out and went from talking fantasy to talking
about gambling in this one. Denver was up 24 to 14, ends up winning 2417, 8.5 point spread in
this one. And it took a wild sequence of events for this to be a backdoor cover. Broncos again,
Broncos were up 10 points in this one. The Raiders complete a pass. And there is a flag for a
delay of game with like four and a half seconds, five seconds left on the clock.
The Raiders run up and they kick a field goal at the end here in order to get the cover here.
It made no sense to kick the field goal.
They just kick the field goal on this one.
Unbelievable stuff.
Raiders end up covering.
I'm sure you're going to hear a lot of takes about this one.
Again, this is the only gambling stuff we're going to talk about all season long.
So if you hated this segment, I'm sorry, you're never going to get those two minutes back.
And we're back to fantasy football.
Let's talk about a highlight of the game from a fantasy perspective.
Denver wins the game and R.J. Harvey continues to trend up.
The Broncos went into their buy week.
So just backtrack.
J.K. Dobbins goes down, heads to the IR.
We get R.J. Harvey taking over the backfield.
RJ Harvey, in his first game leading the charge, it was a little bit quiet.
It was against Kansas City in week 11.
He had 11 carries for 30 yards.
He had three catches for 20 yards.
So there was a lot of people with Denver going into the week 12 by week saying
Sean Payton could pull the rug out here.
This could be some weird switch where Jaliel McLaughlin ends up becoming the leadback
in some shock move.
Most people didn't really believe this, but with Sean Payton's history with rug pull
situations, we had to keep it in the back of our mind.
But the last two weeks have been very, very productive for Harvey,
scoring very efficiently in fantasy football,
21.2 points in week 13 against Washington,
and it was even better today against the Raiders.
17 carries for 75 rushing yards.
That's a season high in rushing yards for Harvey.
He also adds six catches, which was also a season high for him.
He scores a touchdown, and he has 22 PPR points.
So 21 points last week.
22 points this week for R.J. Harvey now has nine touchdowns on the season. That leads all
rookies. And Harvey, the six catches are significant. And I think we're going to have to see that
in the fantasy playoffs. And if you're a PPR manager, that's sort of music to your ears. But being
able to absorb dump off passes in this offense from Bo Nix, who likes to check the ball down
in an offense that likes to target the running backs is significant. R.J. Harvey's
He faces off against Green Bay, Jacksonville, and Kansas City in the fantasy football playoffs.
All of these teams are top 10 run defenses.
So again, season high, it was 75 rushing yards, has nine touchdowns on the season, six catches today, back-to-back weeks with 20-plus PPR points.
RJ Harvey is absolutely trending up.
Let's talk about Christian Watson.
Christian Watson, we talked about Michael Wilson.
When we go and we talk about our waiver wire pickups of this season,
Christian Watson's going to have to be up there.
One of the best wide receiver pickups this season.
He's having arguably his best fantasy football run since his incredible rookie year.
Green Bay wins an NFC North statement game against the Chicago Bears.
Really, really a big win.
for them. Green Bay improves to 9, 3, and 1, and they drop the Bears to 9 and 4. So they're a half
game ahead of Chicago in the NFC North, a very, very significant one there. And when we look
at the NFC North, Green Bay is in the driver's seat here. They're absolutely in the driver's
seat. They still have some tough games on their schedule, but they are absolutely in the
driver's seat, and they are a legitimate threat in the NFC.
Green Bay with nine wins, Chicago with nine wins, but the tiebreaker there is Green Bay did
have that tie with the Dallas Cowboys earlier this season.
That's the difference.
And the margin for error is slim.
Detroit is eight and five.
All three of these teams are going to keep competing throughout the season.
But with Green Bay, things are starting to trend up offensively.
They get the big win over Detroit on Thanksgiving, followed up today against Chicago, and with Christian Watson, again, anybody who experienced Christian Watson during his rookie season, the guy looked like he was going to be a fantasy football superstar.
And it's been rough sledding for many seasons with many, many injuries.
But Christian Watson right now is playing the best fantasy football arguably of his entire career.
has four catches for 89 yards and two touchdowns, gives you a season high 24.9 ppr points.
Christian Watson has had 18 plus points scored in three out of his last four games played.
He has five touchdown catches in his last four games played.
So five touchdown grabs in his last four, 18 plus points scored in three out of his last four.
the Green Bay Packers are sort of trending up here when we look at the offense as a whole they've missed guys throughout the season they just get Jaden Reed back today and you've got Jordan Love who again was fantastic on Thanksgiving has three touchdown passes today has a pick but still three touchdown passes today after a four touchdown pass Thanksgiving Jordan Love is trending up he's got his
weapons out there. Josh Jacobs is healthy, and the Green Bay Packers are playing meaningful
football. And when we look at Green Bay, this is a team where if they play well over the next
few weeks into the NFL playoffs, we could be talking about Green Bay being the Super Bowl
participant from the NFC. I know that this is sort of a wide open year. L.A. looks really good.
Seattle looks really good. Philadelphia is still going to defend their title and everything.
Green Bay has a chance to continue to build momentum here.
A massive game on the road next week against Denver.
Then they go into Chicago, a really difficult game on the road in Chicago,
at home against Baltimore in week 17,
and then on the road in Minnesota in week 18.
You got to like Green Bay's chances in all four of these games.
Even next week in Denver, they've got a chance in that one.
I think that's going to be a fantastic, fantastic football game.
Let's keep this thing going.
Let's talk about a couple of injuries that are very significant for fantasy football.
First, let's talk about one that looks like it's going to be fine.
Mike McDaniel seems sort of unconcerned after this.
We were really scared here with Devon A-chan.
Devon A-chan exits the game.
We find out later this was a rib injury.
Mike McDaniel talks about how he ended up being available to them in emergency,
but Miami was absolutely rolling the Jets in this one.
So Devon A. Chan ends up missing most of the game.
And you see Jalen Wright putting up really, really big numbers.
So that was tilting for Devon A. Chan managers that A. Chan puts up this big scoring
outburst to start the game.
I mean, Devon A. Chan, he's even in with eight touches is still going to be an RB1 this week,
gives you 17.5 points, even in the game he gets.
banged up. Seven carries for 92 yards and a touchdown. Also has a catch for 13 yards.
Mike McDaniel seems to be optimistic about the rib injury. Again, this is a very tilting one,
obviously for A. Chan managers, but it doesn't seem like one that's going to keep him out for
that long. The one thing to remember with rib injuries is a lot of it's like a pain
tolerance thing. So there's a chance he could come back and get knocked out of the game. That sort of
has to be in the back of our minds.
And Jalen Wright absolutely needs to get added this week.
24 carries for 107 yards and a touchdown.
If we can remember, Jalen Wright was sort of a red-hot pick last summer,
heading into the 2024 season as a rookie,
where he was looked at as sort of the direct handcuff,
maybe handcuff plus to Devon A. Chan.
Has a number of the athletic measurables you'd love to see,
a super fast running back
and it hasn't really translated for him in fantasy
and for a lot of the season
we thought it was going to be Ollie Gordon
as the handcuff running back
it looks like Jalen Wright is the one you want
I mean it clearly looks like Jalen Wright
so Jalen Wright needs to be picked up in every league
but I wouldn't get too tilted
if you have Devon A Chan
a tricky sweat
waiting for his status see if he's practicing
see if he's ready to rock in week 15
but I would expect Devon A Chan in week 16, week 17.
And again, I don't have any injury information more than you do at this point.
Monday we'll get a lot more information coming in and we'll update you here on all of our fantasy points podcast.
Again, I'm covering the waiver wire on Fantasy Football Daily with Joe Dolan and Tom Brawley every single week.
We'll record that on Monday and we'll probably give an update when we talk about Jalen Wright.
also dropping school of Scott with Scott Barrett,
Dynasty Life.
I have Sigmund Bloom on this week as my guest.
Multiple episodes here of Fantasy Football Daily.
We're going to help you all throughout the fantasy football playoffs.
Big shout out to everyone.
And I launched a new podcast here,
the 2026 NFL draft podcast with Brett Whitefield and I co-hosting.
We just dropped our first episode.
You can get that anywhere you get your podcast.
Really appreciate you if you listen to this show,
subscribing to the 2026 NFL draft podcast.
We started off with a really, really fun mock draft show.
We're going to drop shows pretty much every week here
in the ramp up to the 2026 NFL draft.
But Devon A-chan, keep your head up, A-chan managers.
He's been running so well this year.
We talk about him here on this show all the time,
a player that I have a ton of exposure to,
but I'm thinking that this is one where he's going to be back.
Mike McDaniel didn't seem like a coach
who just lost his best player,
and McDaniel seemed very optimistic about this one.
You've also got C.D. Lamb.
Similar situation where in the Lions Cowboys game,
C.D. Lamb played really, really well before going out,
was trending towards like a big smash game.
And if you look at the Ryan Flournoy stats,
a lot of those probably would have gone to Cid Lamb.
A lot of those Ryan Flournoy targets would have gone to C.D. Lam.
So C.D. Lam gets knocked out of the game with a con.
A tricky one. Concussions are tricky. You never know how these players are going to go. A lot of times it's a one week absence. Sometimes it can be more. And the NFL is very cautious as they should be with these things. I'm sure CD Lam is going to be cautious with this one. But Schottenheimer came out and said that he had a very good day one. So in coach speak, that means to me that this is a standard concussion here. And it sounds like he has a chance to trend towards.
towards playing.
The one benefit we have with,
I mean,
it's no benefit to getting a concussion.
That's probably not the right word.
But the silver lining would be
this happened on a Thursday instead of a Sunday.
So Lamb again has extra time here
to sort of get himself ready to play.
If he's able to go.
If he's unable to go,
they'll be cautious with this thing,
of course.
But a huge opportunity in week 15
at home against Minnesota.
Then we've got the chargers in week 16.
and then the Cowboys on the road in Washington in week 17,
Dallas Cowboys, you better have some exposure to them in your lineups
because the Cowboys have a chance to put up some big numbers
inside of the fantasy football playoffs.
And if CD-Lam does miss, obviously, George Pickens would trend up,
Jake Ferguson with trend-up, Javante Williams would trend up,
this team will keep scoring in games without C.D. Lamb,
but obviously C.D. Lamb, a huge tilting one for fantasy managers,
rostering him. We will say that the week 15 status very much up in the air, but should be good to go for
week 16, week 17, if this is a standard concussion, as it sounds like it is. And then we got to talk
about the most significant injury of the day. And that's Daniel Jones. Daniel Jones, a torn
Achilles, really, really tough one here. Jones had a terrific, terrific season in Indianapolis.
in his first season there as a Colt.
We went from not knowing who the starting quarterback was going to be this summer
to Daniel Jones being named the starting quarterback and really running with it.
Jones has been a consistent QB1 this year.
Multiple weeks of the season, he put up big numbers.
And this is a huge downgrade for Indianapolis.
I mean, there's really no way to sugarcoat this thing.
This is a massive, massive loss.
And this team is trending south.
They were one of the best teams in the NFL in the first half of the season.
Now they've dropped their third straight game.
And you go from having Daniel Jones, a 28-year-old,
to having Riley Leonard as your probable quarterback next week.
Now, Leonard offers you some significant traits in fantasy football because he's got mobility.
But for real-life NFL, really tough one.
Really, really tough one for Indianapolis.
The Colts right now are 8 and 5 on the season, so they're close to it, but the margins of for error in the AFC, you have a little more wiggle room there, but you've got the Chargers at 8 and 4, you've got the Steelers at 7 and 6 still.
The Bengals, of course, need to run the table and they need a little help here from Pittsburgh.
The bills look to be in great shape at 9 and 4.
Patriots have it locked down
Denver has it locked down
So Indianapolis still in the wheelhouse here
But the vibes are terrible
The vibes are really, really bad
They've dropped three in a row
And then look at this schedule
For the fantasy playoffs here
You've got Seattle next week in Seattle
Tough game for Riley Leonard to win
You've got San Francisco in Indianapolis
On the 22nd of December
Again, a difficult game
A little bit easier because you're at home
there and then you have a home game on the 28th of December against the Jacksonville Jaguars
who just beat you 3619 uh things are not looking good things are not looking good right now
when it comes to the Indianapolis Colts and excuse me that one the today's game of course was
I might have said it was in Indianapolis it was in Jacksonville but still to go down by that sort
of number and when we look back a lot of times you can circle a game where the
team really needed to get that one. That Kansas City game, Indianapolis had them beat. The
Chiefs came back. It was Mahomes Magic and the Chiefs won that one. If Indy would have just held
on to that one, then right now they'd be nine and four. And with Riley Leonard, you'd say I can
get there. Nine and four, we'll get there. Becomes a little more difficult at eight and five
with a rookie quarterback taking over. I'm sure we're going to talk about Riley Leonard on the
Waver Wire show this week. Again, Sigmund Bloom joins me on Dynasty Life this week.
