Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to Fantasy Football Daily with Brett and Scott.
We are joined as we are every Sunday by Ryan Heath.
We will be breaking down Sundays games, providing you with the most important, most actionable fantasy takeaways.
I'll just start with the TLD.
I'm not going to start with the London game.
I'll start with the TLDR, which is week four was a weird week.
my evidence to support that
Drake May, who we all
wrote off as being broken,
was the overall QB1
on the week. Aaron
Rogers and Kirk Cousins, who combined
to be over 80 years old. They were both top
five. C.J. Stroud and
James Winston, both top six.
At the running back position, only Kenneth Walker had
more rushing yards than Kyle Monongai
or Ali Gordon.
At the wide receiver position,
Tyquan Thornton was the wide receiver,
Romeo Dobbs was the wide receiver seven,
or T.J. Hawkinson was the tight end one and the wide receiver seven.
Keon Coleman was the wide receiver eight.
Darius Cooper, the wide receiver 11.
It was a weird week in a weird year.
It was a humbling week in a very humbling year.
They're saying all the exodias are toast.
They're saying I'm in my New York Jets.
Aaron Rogers era, Ryan.
Even in a normal season, though,
the NFL sort of does this to you,
these weird weeks,
where, you know, like something happens week one,
and the next week it happens again,
and then it happens again,
and you're like, okay, there's a pattern here.
I get it.
This makes sense.
I understand this.
I know things now.
And then, boom, something like week four happens.
The exact opposite happens.
You think Parker Washington's awesome.
BTJ is dead.
Bam.
Brian Thomas Jr.
Touchdown.
Marvin Harrison Jr.
touchdowns.
Tyler Algier,
Sean Tucker,
Kenneth Gainwell,
touchdowns.
I just kind of like that we got all this weirdness out of the way,
all at once in one week.
I call them Kish Weeks where I make my DFS lineups.
I spend a lot of time on my DFS lineups.
And then 15 minutes in the slate,
a bunch of weird stuff happens.
It's a Kish week.
I get to go big.
a keesh with my wife that's i'm i'm turning off the games i don't actually do that i always watch
the games i've never baked a keesh i call them keesh weeks you call them mac and cheese weeks right
yeah my kind of tradition when i'm extremely tilted uh about anything but usually football these days
uh is that's just my comfort meal is i make boxed mac and cheese i grew up eating craft
mac and cheese always uh i've graduated up to the brands that
have like the protein added so it's at least a little bit more of a complete meal yeah i highly
recommend it to anyone that wants to reclaim their childhood uh find ways to you know relax uh just
kind of cope with the anger and the tilt of NFL football yeah yeah uh we're gonna have to
censor that by the way or edit that out uh we're sponsored by annie's mac and cheese so it's really
not great that you just uh reference a competitor wish you will have to
We'll have to edit it post-production.
Can you just say annies?
Yeah, annies.
There you go.
All right.
We'll edit that in post-production.
Shout out to our sponsor, Annie's Mac and Cheese, not Kraft Mac and Cheese.
And so we're talking about the weirdness, Ryan.
We got to talk about all the injuries.
And this isn't unique to week four.
It's been a common theme of the 2026 season.
A lot of injuries.
Marcus Mariotta had that MCL injury.
But Jaden Daniels is probably back.
next week week five uh shout out to our injury expert jeff muller i'm getting all of this from him
but his article is going to be a little bit more thorough so make sure you head on over to
fantasy points.com but talking to him and dms jane daniel should be back next week lamar jackson
has a high left ankle injury he thinks this could be the justin jefferson injury which means
he could be out one to three weeks saquan barclay is a hamstring injury he's probably out two to three
weeks. Tank Bigsby also got hurt in this game, but he returned and he seems fine.
Jamar Chase has a concussion, so he's out zero to one weeks. T. Higgins has a groin injury.
He's out two to three weeks. And we'll talk about what all this means later on when we hit on
the Bengals game. We'll talk about Dante Myers, for instance. But just at the top, the injuries.
DJ Moore, he re-injured his same shoulder. He probably won't be back until week eight.
Rishi Rice suffered a hamstring injury.
He's out one to three weeks.
Tyquan Thornton was having the game of his life
and was going to be the top waiver ad of the week,
but he unfortunately suffered a season ending ankle dislocation.
Kyle Monongai picked up a thumb injury,
the severity of which is unknown.
Gino Smith wrist injury, but he stayed in the game.
I think he's probably going to be fine,
but it was to his throwing hand.
It happened late in the game,
so like him being awful,
I can't blame it on that.
Ashen Genti might have picked up the same ankle
or the knee injury.
He limped off, but he came back on the field,
so it looks like he's going to play through whatever that was.
Pat Bryant, ankle injury probably out two to three weeks.
Mack Holland's calf,
still kind of unknown what the severity of that is.
Kyle Juice Check, knee sprain,
severity of which is also unknown.
And those are all the injuries, all very impactful injuries,
just adding to the weakness of the weirdness of this week
and the weirdness of this season.
And so we're going to start off with the Sunday morning game.
Colts beat the commanders 30 to 13.
My highlights, Ryan, I'll ask you kind of your thoughts,
but my highlights, Jonathan Taylor smashed in a game,
Indianapolis won throughout. That's kind of the expectation. Any game that Colts win,
you kind of expect about 30 fantasy points per game from Jonathan Taylor. But Daniel Jones sucked
once again as an extension of that. Josh Downs, Tyler Warren, both very disappointing.
Antonio Williams should have had a much better day than a stat line. He had a big touchdown
called back. I think he's going to be a major big ass guy. Really seemed to be getting good
separation.
And yeah, Marcus Marietta went down.
He got hurt.
This guy, I don't know how to pronounce his name, so I'm just going to say A-chan
Caliam-Camanus.
Calliak Manus.
A-chan, Calli-Ey-K-Manus.
He came in.
This is a seventh round pick out of Rutgers, and he just went full-on Yolo.
Like, he knew he shouldn't be starting in an NFL game.
and he knew this is going to be his only time ever playing in an NFL game.
So he did exactly what I would do.
He decided to air it out.
Go full Yolo, James Winston.
Only quarterback to attempt six or more passes of 30 plus yards in any game this season.
And yeah, 30 to 13 beat down.
What are your big thoughts and takeaways here, Ryan?
So one of the first things I did after this game was I DM,
Brett, our co-host, and said, what is going on with Josh Downs? Because today, he was at just an 11.8% target share over the previous two games with Alec Pierce out. Downs was up at 29%. 30% was clearly dominating the work. The fantasy points hadn't quite come in yet. We had all kind of collectively decided that it was Josh Downs breakout week coming soon. That didn't happen. And the usage wasn't even there. He was getting out targeted by,
Laquan tread well, Ashton Doolin, just disgusting names that we shouldn't have to be discussing.
And yeah, Brett's take was, yeah, Daniel Jones sucks was the long and short of it.
It's, yeah, it's on Jones.
He can't run the offense.
He can't hit downs even when he's getting open.
It's been a dream role, a dream runout for downs in every way other than Daniel Jones playing much worse than he did in 2025.
So that's pretty frustrating.
but that's going to be my big takeaway.
Commander's backfield was also really annoying and gross.
Rashad White missed this game,
but Austin Echler kind of came in and took over a lot of his role.
That backfield,
while it maybe becomes more interesting with Jaden Daniels returning soon,
I think is just going to continue to be really frustrating.
Not a lot else, though, other than, yeah,
the Antonio Williams arrow definitely pointing up up,
up to a 22% target share behind only Stefan Diggs on the team, playing a full-time route share with
Terry McLaren out, had that long 87-yard touchdown called back, as you mentioned, Scott.
So I do think Williams going forward, and yeah, especially if Daniels is coming back soon,
could be pretty interesting, could be one of these rookies that ends up making a bigger impact
in the second half of the season, as we often see.
So if he's out there on waivers, which I imagine he is in a lot of redraft leagues,
he's like a pretty decent stash to me right now.
Yeah, good call.
Next game up was one with a ton of fantasy goodness.
I said this on our Cowboys Texans.
I said this on our Sunday morning DFS show.
Like we need like a rule, a standing rule every week.
You need exposure to Dallas stacks.
and or the opposing offense-facing Dallas.
Coming into the week, Dallas had the best offense in football by EPA per play.
They had the worst defense in football by EPA per play allowed.
I feel like after this, both of those stats are going to stick.
But yeah, lots of fantasy goodness here.
Giovante was under 3.5 yards per carry for the second straight week.
Didn't matter.
He scored 31.3 fantasy points.
The Lamb and Nico mini-stack broke the DFS slate.
Lamb and Nico are now ranking second and third in fantasy points per game at the wide receiver
position.
Nico Collins, seven catches, 118 yards, two scores.
C.D. Lamb, an insane 21 targets, 17 catches, 189 yards, and a touchdown.
down 42 fantasy points, just totally out alfing Brett's guy, George Pickens,
with only three targets, single digit fantasy points. Is it over? Is it over for George
Pickens? This was, this was Brett, this was your guy, you were all over, George Pickens.
What do you have to say for yourself? Wow. The cold shoulder, really? He's storming off.
He just logged. This is, this is ridiculous. So unprofessional, guys.
I'm so sorry.
Now, just we're playing a prank on anyone who's listening on the podcast, not watching the video.
Brett couldn't make it today.
He is under the weather, so prayers up for Brett.
Hopefully he can make it for tomorrow's Waver Wire show.
So Ryan and I had to do it just the two of us.
Should at least be a quicker episode today.
But I did talk to Brett about this.
Brett remains steadfast.
we should be bullish on George Pickens.
He said, Houston inexplicably decided to shadow George Pickens with Derek Stingling.
That's a really difficult matchup.
And obviously, that makes things much more favorable for CD-Land.
In spite of that, Brett said he was tremendously annoyed at Dak Prescott because Pickens was running wide open in the first half when the offense was struggling,
despite a really tough cornerback matchup and Dak just wasn't looking his way.
I'm not as, you know, I'm probably not there with Brett.
I, to a degree, like, Pickens is certainly a by-low, but just like the degree to which C.D. Lamb is now out alfing, George Pickens.
You know, 18 more targets today than George Pickens.
And it's just like clear that they have this special chemistry, DAC and Lamb, that I don't know that he has with Pickens, who also, I don't think has the,
maybe like they're comparable NFL talents, but Lamb certainly, I think, has the better and a fantasy friendly skill set.
What do you think, Ryan?
Yeah, I mean, as you say, Lamb's the one getting peppered with the short area targets, and that kind of always has been him more so than Pickens.
Today, it was especially insane.
I'm sure helped out by that shadow that you mentioned, but 21 targets today for CD Lamb.
as we have up on screen, as people can see,
I've only got two individual single game performances
with more targets than that over the past five years,
one from Jamar Chase,
the other from Garrett Wilson.
Yeah, what we've seen at a lamb is just insane.
I think especially in hindsight coming into the season,
people were way too quick to write him off
after one year of lower efficiency,
a lower target share when he was playing through a high ankle sprain for a lot of the season
created like a really big discount got him to the yeah the one two turn or even later and a lot of
drafts looks like a massive mistake in hindsight so yeah i i would side more with you in that
i do lean toward this this is real at least relative to last year i think at this point we can
be pretty positive that Lamb is going to outscore out alpha pickens throughout the rest of the
season. Pickens is definitely better than 10.1 fantasy points per game, which he is averaging right
now, has just continued to run really awfully on drops, on drawing DPI's, which he drew one
in the end zone today. But yeah, like outside of that, like he's more of a 14 to 15 fantasy point
for game receiver than a 10 point per game one that he's currently averaging. I'm not going
like much further to say oh he's he actually is the same as cd lamb like I'm no longer going to be
arguing that yeah yeah I think that's it on the Cowboys for me though yeah 21 targets I have it as
the tied for the 12th most by any wide receiver since targets became a stat in 1992
our fantasy commission says for him it's all about the friendships
Cute, Kevin, but I disagree.

on the opposite side of the ball like it looks like nico collins is back this is a night and day offense it's
just like dramatically better then again it's also a best possible matchup so i think both factors
are sort of at play uh despite the best possible matchup david montgomery is just so dead sorry guys
it's just it's just so over for david montgomery uh but nico collins i think what is a mid-range
wide receiver one moving forward
that's what I would say yeah I think critically this year we've seen the Texans defense not be top three that's been a storyline that I know you guys and Brett were tracking heading into this week that the Texans defense has not played up to their previous standard and that's resulted in them having to drop back a lot more C.J. Stroud dropping back at least 35 times in three or four games this year and when he's done that over the past three years yeah,
Collins just averages 18 fantasy points per game as a top five wide receiver is roughly what that would be since 2024.
So that is how I would look at Collins moving forward.
I guess I would just say the immediate schedule is maybe not as conducive to a ton of drop back volume or a ton of like back and forth shootout game scripts.
The Texans get the Titans next week.
Then they get the Jaguars, which can maybe be a good game.
they apparently have a very good defense though then the giants chargers browns cults like it could be moving forward more of like the ugly texans games where nico collins is more of a high end wide receiver too that you hope gets it done on efficiency um but yeah outside of that if they really are this bad or as bad as they've looked against teams like the cowboys uh the bills etc that then yeah it's it's wheels up for nico collins
Yeah. Next game on the slate, we have Ravens beat the Titans 24 to 18.
So my notes, Zay Flowers is JSN. That's confirmed. He had 100 yards and a touchdown in just two quarters of football again.
You had an insane Zayflower's stat. Lamar Jackson got hurt. You was seeing in a walking boot.
It's a lower body injury. This is really bad.
Not good.
We saw last year, you know, he was, he, he averaged like four fantasy points per game more than Josh Allen in 2024.
His lights out, MVP.
To start off last year, he was incredible.
And then he picked up that lower body injury and he turned into Aaron Rogers.
Like, by every stat, he was either Aaron Rogers or worse.
And, like, that's the thing with Lamar Jackson.
Defense is play him differently because they're so worried about the legs that if you,
remove that or if he has a lower body injury it's like cyclops without the laser vision he's he's just a
guy um and so yeah it's this is a two to three week injury basically according to jeff muleer and it's like
um you also have to worry about what what he looks like when he comes back because you know i
i talked about lamar jackson last year like when he was out and missing time i'm like he's a buy low
you know, he's going to wreck the league when he comes back.
And he was just not the same at any point when he came back.
So hopefully it's not that bad, just something to monitor.
And then on the Titan side, this is the Carnell Tate breakout game.
He had 12 targets, nine catches, 145 yards.
12 targets, no one else had over 5, 145 yards, no one else over 22 receiving yards.
those are my notes
where do you want to start off
Ryan you want to stat
magni with your
with your zayflower stat
yeah let's do zayflowers
so Lamar jackson
didn't play the entire second half of this game
if you add that together
with the full game that zay missed
and the second half of week one that he missed
effectively zayflowers has played
eight quarters of football
with lamar this year
so if you just want to break down his averages
per four quarters so I'm only
including production that he had with Lamar Jackson.
That breaks down to what you see on screen,
which is nine targets per four quarters or basically per game,
eight receptions,
over 176 receiving yards per game,
and 32.7 fantasy points per four full quarters.
This is beyond JSN.
That's just, I have no words for how impossibly elite that is.
But yeah, I guess I'll pose the question.
question back to you now, Scott, because if we get Lamar Jackson hobbled by a high ankle sprain
where, as you said, defenses play him differently, how much can we trust that going forward for
Zay Flowers, the in-season exodia? I would have maybe a little bit more optimism than
to say, oh, it's immediately so over because I do think there's a chance that Declan Doyle is just
a better play caller than Todd Monkin.
Maybe he is able to work around it a little bit more,
but I'm uncertain.
I don't fully know or what to expect or how I would play this now.
Well, Zay was still like, what,
seventh and yards per game last year in games Lamar Jackson played.
So like, even with Lamar being Aaron Rogers level of bad,
he was still like really productive and like really safe.
and you know maybe that's that that we should have been higher on him because you know in a year where
everything went wrong he he was still really high up there in yards per game and now like it looks
like everything is going right or at least it was um yeah i i think i think part of that too is dude
zayflowers is really good the role looks awesome where he's being moved all across the line of
scrimmage he's getting put in favorable spots he's getting screens it's a lot of heavy personnel it's
a lot of motion. It's a lot of choice routes. It's it looks incredible. And so yeah, I I think
even with this Lamar injury news, he's a mid-range wide receiver one moving forward. Is he going
to be a mid-range wide receiver one with Tyler Huntley, who historically always locks on to
the tight end? Probably not. But still, you know, in season exotia, I feel really good about that.
Awesome. Glad to hear it. The other question I got to post to you, Scott, is which version
of X-Men did you watch growing up because you just made made me wonder when with that
Cyclops analogy because I've been watching them recently and I'm curious that was it the
original was it evolution yeah which X-Men were you into I so let me I the the newer
one is what I watched it's the one where they're all like in high school together
yeah that's evolution but my favorite comic book TV show by far was Batman Beyond
It was so good.
I went back and I rewatched it, like probably in my mid-20s and it held up.
Awesome.
Super underrated.
Shout out to Batman Beyond.
Today's episode sponsored by Batman Beyond, available on DVD Box Set and Annie's Mac and Cheese.
Let's talk about the Titan side of the ball.
Carnell Tate, has he arrived?
Is he him?
I was talking to my guy, East and Freeze, elite Titans Beat Rider.
He was saying, Colonel Tate is on another planet.
He looks like the most dominant player he's seen since he couldn't remember.
And he was like even more so than rookie season, A.J. Brown.
And, you know, he finally got the target share to match it.
Twelve targets, no one else over five.
Let's do away with this Wondell Robinson BS.
And he was productive, you know, despite Cam Ward's inaccuracies.
Tony Pollard, too, if you wanted to talk about the running game.
He was a Belkow, 16 to 21 carries, four or five backfield targets.
Didn't matter.
Just 50 total yards from scrimmage.
How are you feeling about Cornell Tate?
Pretty positive.
Yeah, if you look back at every rookie wide receivers weeks one through four in the fantasy points data era.
so since 2021, Tate ranks top five in Target Share over his initial four games among all those rookie wide receivers.
So he's behind only Malik neighbors, Drake London, Pukinakua, and Zay Flowers, ahead of Ladd-McConkie, ahead of Jemar Chase, ahead of every other wide receiver to come out over the past five years.
So that's really encouraging. Tate coming into the league as a prospect, I think one of the bigger questions that,
you and I had about him and that any kind of analytics based evaluation would have on him was,
is he actually this high-end alpha target earner? Because he was always great in terms of per
target efficiency, but at Ohio State, he was of course constantly overshadowed by Jeremiah Smith,
the best wide receiver prospect in a generation and all of the other receivers that were
older than him ahead of him at Ohio State in the pecking order. So,
It was an open question whether Tate would be sort of the archetype high target earner alpha receiver or if he would like so I guess the highest end version of that is like T. Higgins, the outside Clasher like contested catch guy.
That that was kind of the ceiling comp.
I think a lot of people had on him coming into the NFL.
But now that's looking possible or even probable that he can have that type of career.
Jeremiah Smith versus Wondale Robinson.
I think that's an easy end to the debate.
Like, yeah, dude,
Cornell Tate is so much more talented
than any other pass catcher on this offense.
Like, he should be commanding this sort of target share.
Brett's not here right now,
but he was certainly in my DMs to victory lap
how awesome Carnal Tate looked and is.
Yeah, this is definitely a stockup guy
on an offense that's leaning extremely pass-heavy.
even if Cam Ward continues to struggle,
like he could get there on volume,
if this sort of utilization continues.
Yeah, I mean, Teteroa McMillan was a fringe top 20 wide receiver
with awful quarterback play and a low volume offense in his rookie season.
I don't see why Tate can't get to that,
at least that type of production with Cam Ward.
Yeah, that's a great comp.
But the next game we're going to go to is,
Patriots bills.
All right, you take this one, kid.
Patriot super fan, Ryan Heath.
What are your thoughts?
I want to note one thing about Drake May.
You see it on the screen.
Eight carries, 54 rushing yards.
His rookie season, he ranked what?
Like behind only Josh Allen and scramble rushing yards per game.
And then he didn't really run much last year.
and then through the first three weeks where he really struggled the entire time in the back of my mind.
I'm like, I would love if they could have him run more, like threaten the defense a little bit more.
I bet that opens things up for him through the air.
I don't know if that was exactly the case, but 54 rushing yards has to be the most for Drake May since nearly a year, and nearly a year.
He only did it once.
He was only over that once all of last year.
And so, yeah, it looked like a huge bounce back game, at least.
Yeah, his rookie year, he had a 95 rushing yard game, a 59.
But, yeah, you know, certainly at least staved off the criticism for another week.
But what were your thoughts in this game?
I imagine you watched it closely.
I did not.
I mean, I would still say May was up and down.
I believe he got I think that place to it.
He got stripped on a fumble.
Like it still wasn't the best like decision making game for Drake May.
That's kind of been the story of him this season is just forcing balls into inexplicable windows to receivers that I'm not even sure like where he sees them.
Because they're actually defenders.
So less of that today.
More of running more of the running for sure.
a lot of those yards were on like two scrambles, but hey, Drake May is an explosive scrambler.
That's what you'd like to see.
I think it's bullish that he turned to that a little bit more, kind of as the typical drop-back game has been struggling.
So that's probably good going forward.
What's not good going forward is that this receiving core is still a total mess, and I still have no idea what to make of it.
Matt Collins, as you mentioned earlier, left midway through the game, like, I believe, end of the first half, right?
And we get Romeo Dobbs moonlighting as the alpha.
That was both before and after Hollins left.
So I don't even think that that's like a major split.
The numbers are on screen.
But effectively, half of Dobbs production was before Hollins left.
Half of it was after he left.
He was clearly the most productive receiver either.
way aside from that we got effed in chisholm uh white patriot slot wide receiver siop uh of the past
two years but uh you mean the new west welker julian edelman yeah the the the white patriot slot
wide receiver siop as i was saying future hall of famer yeah yeah that guy uh so he played he played
he played more than Kyle Williams did had more routes than Kyle Williams so that that was interesting
encouraging I suppose but really I think if you're on the Drake May train you're waiting for AJ Brown to
return he has to miss at least one more game on IR I believe I think Jeff's initial prognosis was
probably don't expect him to be near 100% effectiveness until post week
seven, week eight. So it could be a bit. But I do think things are legitimately looking up. We often
get way too wrapped into three game samples with evaluating quarterbacks. So I do think this was a good
like zoom out, Drake May is a really talented player type of game. And yeah, if the rushing keeps up,
that's great for fantasy. Yeah, I think the wishful thinking on Dobbs is, well, it was a really good
game. Nine targets. That was four more than anyone else.
six for 58 with two touchdowns.
You'd say maybe for an ask god, by the way,
Romeo Dobbs still separating at a really high level
according to all of our separation stuff.
Maybe it just took a while for the chemistry to gel.
Maybe it feels like a little bit of a reach,
but who knows,
something to be open to potentially.
On the Buffalo Bill side,
Josh Allen ran one in,
but I think he only had two rushing guards in this game.
that was a question I had
as if he might be
a little bit more conservative
because he picked up that
bone bruise to the knee
or something like that
and you know
it wasn't the best performance
from him in a game
by the way that
Christian Gonzalez was out
Patriots really banged up

DJ Moore got hurt again.
He's going to be out probably until week eight.
I was disappointing.
He had a lot of him in DFS.
Um, Keon Coleman had the big game. And so that's, that's something we'll, someone will talk about in the waiver wire column. He had six catches for a buck 16 and a touchdown. Uh, and this was a note that I got from Brett a couple of weeks ago. He was like, bro, Keon Coleman looks way better than he did last year. So, uh, I'm kind of open minded that he could be a thing, certainly without DJ Moore. Because, hey, if, if Josh Allen could will,
Gabe Davis to fantasy relevance.
He can do it with just about anyone.
Any other,
Dalton Kincaid,
really underwhelming performance,
especially in light of the DJ Moore injury.
Any additional thoughts or anything you want to expand on there, Ryan?
I think my biggest TLDR for this game and with Josh Allen
is before this week,
I was saying on outside the box with Neil Orfield,
it's very exciting.
We should play Josh Allen and D.F.
because we know who to stack him with now.
We know where the production is going.
And that I was just instantly proven wrong on that.
Even before DJ Moore got injured,
it was Khalil Shakir leading the team in Target Share.
I think we're back to just classic Josh Allen receiver stuff,
where it's a different guy every week.
He can just make anybody relevant that he wants or like as the matchup
or what the defense is giving him allows.
And I think that's just.
what we should expect. All of these options are going to be insanely up and down throughout the season.
Most of Keon Coleman's production, I will say, was after DJ Moore left the game. And I,
if I remember correctly, the production for him when Moore left in week two wasn't there. But that
was when Brett was saying, hey, Coleman actually looks really good. So yeah, I'd agree there.
Coleman's at least interesting as long as Moore is out for those reasons. But yeah, I don't think
there's a clear every week answer for the bills here, much like there isn't for the Patriots.
Alan and Drake May are basically clones of each other in this sense.
But yeah, really annoying for Dalton Kincaid.
Sorry for victory laughing that one too early, I suppose.
Is it just an 8.5% target share over the last two weeks?
It's, yeah, it could.
I imagine Kincaid still finishes the season as a clear fan.
fantasy tight end one, but it will be very up and down and there will be a lot of these like one
reception on two target types of games mixed in with the big performances.
Yep.
Next game on the list.
Jets, Bears.
We saw Braille and Allen as a highest end bell cow.
What was the Snapshare, Ryan?
It was a 94% percent.
snap share for Braylon Allen today, which is insane. I expected Isaiah Davis to be at least
somewhat meaningfully involved, like a 70-30 split or something similar to what they were doing
with Reese Hall and Braylin Allen before. But yeah, Isaiah Davis only played two snaps the whole day.
Just really, really surprising. It didn't really matter from a fantasy perspective,
but that's like elite utilization where like even if your your team sucks and you suck,
like you're probably going to be a high end RB2 when you get a snapshot that high.
But yeah, like I said, it didn't work out.
Jets pass catchers, Jets quarterback.
Also awful in this game, Gino had just 61 passing yards up until that final drive or two in the fourth quarter.
And part of that is just time of possession.
Bears held the ball for 42 plus minutes.
The Bears had more first downs than the New York Jets had offensive plays.
and so that factored in.
On Chicago's offense,
Tyson Bejant was competent.
Wasn't an obvious upgrade on Caleb Williams.
Sorry, Brett, but did look highly competent.
It was Roma Dunzei,
who was the leading receiver,
had six catches for 94 yards,
but my guy Luther Burden wasn't too far behind.
Neither was Colston Loveland,
Khalif Raymond, just two catches for six yards.
he sort of disappeared in this contest.
But the buried lead is Chicago's running backs do it again.
45 combined carries.
What is it?
200 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns.
And so there's just massive upside in this backfield, Ryan Heath.
This is what we said when, you know, Ben Johnson was with the Lions.
It's like the most valuable backfield by a.
landslide where even though it's this split committee, you basically have two RB-1s.
And now we have a scenario where one guy could really run away with a substantial slice of this
gigantic, delicious pie because D'Andre Swift, on the first or second drive of the game,
got stuffed to the goal line twice or really he had two touchdowns called back.
Maybe that pissed Ben Johnson off.
and he remembered Kyle Menongai is the much bigger, more physical back.
And then the next time they were in the red zone, those carries went to Menongai.
But DeAndre Swift was still getting about 60% to work like he had been.
The stat I had coming into the week was only two running backs were top 12 in
XP in three straight weeks, Jemir Gibbs and DeAndre Swift.
And so it was kind of looking like that 60%, 60 plus percent.
But then DeAndre Swift fumbles.
and then it's all Kyle Menonga.
Manongi goes crazy.
You had 30 carries,
30 carries 146 rushing yards, two touchdowns on the ground,
just on the ground.
And could it be?
Could this be a league winner?
Or could it be like what we saw with Ramandre?
Okay, guy goes in a doghouse a day.
But then Monongai also, by the way, picked up a thumb injury,
which we're waiting to hear a moron.
Ryan Heath, what's going on here?
Yeah, so as you alluded to, it was still a 60-40 backfield before the D'Andre Swift fumble.
That happened midway through the third quarter, but up until then, it was basically business as usual.
56% of the carries for Swift.
He was the only one getting targeted.
The goal line work was split evenly.
That's just what we've typically seen.
He fumbles.
Swift doesn't touch the ball again.
Manungai gets 82% of the remaining carries with Roshan Johnson mixing in a little bit in the fourth quarter of a non-competitive game.
Monongai gets 80% inside the 10.
I look at this and I say this was probably a one week fumble punishment where it's probably just back to 60-40-ish again next week.
If just assuming health for Monongai or at most it becomes a true 50-50,
which it did start to narrow to towards the end of last season.
I'd be pretty surprised if that fumble is enough to break Ben Johnson on D'Andre Swift.
It's, yeah, it's a player that he has coached for a long time that he went out and signed.
Or no, he didn't go out and sign him, but like he had him.
It was people were constantly like, oh, he hates D'Andre Swift.
There's no way D'Andre Swift gets carries.
That was the narrative leading into 2025.
Wasn't true.
DeAndre Swift did get work.
He seems to like him as a running back for what he does.
So I don't think that this continues or that it did that Manungai seriously flip Swift going forward.
But yeah, it's something to watch for sure.
Yeah, we'll say Menongai right now, top five in yards per carry, 5.4 yards per carry,
DeAndre Swift, 4.5.
wouldn't be the most shocking thing in the world if you know ben jonson just sees him as the hot hand
and decides to write it but yeah i think more likely than not we go back to uh 6040 in swift's favor
like we've seen uh what's our next game jaguars bangles uh this was a frustrating one this was
well, Brenton Strange was the Jaguars leading receiver.
He had seven catches for 95 yards.
It was about as much as, or almost as much as all the wide receivers combined.
It was a shitty game from Parker Washington.
It was an unlucky game for Bejal Tootin,
but we're keeping him firmly in the by-low status
because it was unlucky, but encouraging.
It was even more unlucky for Bengals fans and for Joe,
Burrow, T. Higgins and Jamar Chase both exited this game with injuries. Even so, Burrow had 428
passing yards. It was a hilarious game from Chase Brown who had more receptions than
rushing yards. And yeah, where would you like to start us off, Ryan? We should just start
with going forward. You're playing every single tight end against the Bengals. That's
what it was last year when they were 20% worse than the next closest defense by schedule
adjusted points allowed to opposing tight ends by target share allowed. Yeah, they've just been
15 to 20% worse than the next worst defense over the past five years to the tight end position.
Seems to be continuing into this year. Strange went off. Dulton Schultz went off against them
for 140 receiving yards a couple weeks ago. Even Kate Otten had like a C.D.A.R.
semi-fantsy-relevant game. The Steelers, tight ends in combination, went off on them.
That's just what you're doing every single week is streaming tight ends against the Bengals,
playing tight ends against the Bengals in DFS. That's been confirmed.
I do think Tutin is my biggest longer-term takeaway from this game. And I'm sorry to any
listeners that are sick and tired of hearing me sing the praises of Bachel Tutin, but it just keeps
getting better and looking up in terms of usage every single week.
Once again, set a career high carry share at 74%.
His 57% snap share was also narrowly a career high after last week was also a career high.
The team seems to like him.
He continues to play really well.
He had this awesome long touchdown called back for holding.
He had another call back at the goal line for holding.
Two touchdowns called back.
That's crazy.
I was tilting my face off over this.
This is when I knew it was mac and cheese time
when Bachel Tutin had his second touchdown called back.
But the only carry from the Jaguars backfield
that actually went into the box score
that didn't get negated by penalty inside the 10
was to Tutin.
Rodriguez did score a rushing touchdown later in the game.
But if you're,
You're looking anywhere beyond just that, the fantasy point score, the Vox score, the touchdowns.
This was another amazingly encouraging game for Tuton.
I continue to see him as like dead on mid-range RB2.
He's like one of the last running backs I feel really good about in terms of future value.
I think his role could continue to grow as the season goes on.
I've said all this before every week.
It's been happening slowly incrementally.
At some point, we're going to get the bit, the big.
big explosion game.
I'm with you.
I'm with you.
I came in as a skeptic and more and more it just seems to be trending in your direction where
even if he's never a full on belcow, he's just, you know, kind of Travis Etienne from
a season ago, but on a better offense and a better player.
That's that's really valuable and probably well above whatever the Tutin owner in your
league thinks of him or at least in maybe like 60, 60% of leagues.
yeah Parker Washington really disappointing day only three targets one catch seven yards
I posited on Twitter as my cope a conspiracy theory this is all just James Gladstone
working with Liam Cohen and Trevor Lawrence to keep the upper hand in negotiations they
want to sign him to a contract extension but they don't want to be unable to afford anyone
else next next year so they took one for the team short-term pain for
for long-term gain.
No, I think, I think, you know, it's just, yeah,
these spam Brent and Strange in the right matchup
in a game that Jacksonville ended up winning,
and Cincinnati had no one to throw to.
T. Higgins had a big game.
11 catches 157 yards.
Jamar Chase suffered that concussion.
Shout out to our guy, Brian Rubier,
who told you to pick up Saskatchewan Rough Rider
Dante Myers in his dynasty article last week.
He went seven for 82.
This guy played at Presbyterian.
And then Delta State.
He was a Delta State statesman.
And then he was with the Saskatchewan Rough Riders.
In the CFL, he won the Gray Cup or whatever their Super Bowl is called.
Seven catches, 82 yards.
And yeah, there's a chance the Bengals are without, if,
if Chase can't clear the concussion protocol, there's a chance there without both receivers
this week, in which case there's really nowhere else for the ball to go,
except for Chase Brown, who, like I said, had only 10 rushing yards, but had 11 catches
for 71 receiving yards, and then Dante Myers.
Yeah, it's just, you know, that's the Joe Burrow effect.
He threw the ball 54 times.
So even if he's not playing well, there's a ton of fantasy potential there.
But obviously, we're hoping Chase and Higgins come back relatively soon.
Any other thoughts on the Bengals side, Ryan?
Just that they play the Dolphins, Ravens, and Titans over the next three weeks.
So as tempting as it might be to say, okay, I don't need to care about this offense or these receivers without Jamar Chase and T. Higgins.
I think you actually do for at least this coming week against.
the Dolphins. So yeah, go go out and get Dante Myers. That wasn't a joke, by the way, that
Dante Myers was in Brian Rubier's article from this past week, which my jaw dropped as soon as he
popped up this week. So yeah, shout out Brian. Well done.

so when i i jackson dart goes down i'm like just just just forfeit every game let's let's get jeremiah
smith and pair him next to malik neighbors who's clearly not healthy let's let's let's have him get this
shoulder surgery he was supposed to get two years ago.
But yeah, they somehow won this game.
They're alone atop the NFC East.
And the one quite comfortably.
Like I said, neighbors showed signs of life,
six catches, 112 yards, and a touchdown.
I was genuinely worried he would be decoyment.
You don't know with his shoulder injury,
if he's scared to take a hit.
He did, you know, hit the,
ground hard you have to come out come right back in uh his ass was really bad the first three weeks of
the season uh but you know certainly seemed to separate enough to get over 100 yards in a touchdown
uh Isaiah likely though was the number one target 12 targets seven catches 66 yards so they combined
to get 66% of the targets that's like it's all going to them you had Kim Skataboo
On paper looks encouraging, 18 carries, the only backfield target, bad efficiency.
But I'm panicking.
I'm panicking, Brian, on Cam Scadaboo.
What are your thoughts on these giants I just mentioned?
Yeah, starting with the backfield, that's probably where I feel the strongest, is, yeah, as you mentioned,
And Cam Scataboo kind of got bailed out in this game.
So through the first 50 minutes of the contest, it was just a 52% carry share for Scataboo,
42% for Najee Harris.
And Harris was getting the lean inside the red zone for the highest value touches.
Three out of the backfields five carries there.
They also handed him the two point conversion.
Really, really worrying that this workload after Skagit.
Scataboo was effectively a full on Belkow in week three, that this just went back to a kind of gross committee.
The reason that Scataboo's end of game numbers look decent is because Najee Harris fumbled with 10 minutes left in the game.
Scataboo got all seven carries from that point on.
So it ends with a decent looking workload in the ending stat line.
that didn't seem to be the Giants intention in this game.
So yeah, I really wonder about Cam Scataboo.
It could be a, it could be that they had a lead for at least some of this game.
It was very kind of back and forth, the full James Winston experience.
So it could have been that.
It could have been that they really want to make this Najee Harris thing happen.
Is that still a thing after the fumbling?
I would hope not.
But I mean, I was saying this two weeks ago about Naji Harris getting stuffed at the goal line and it only took him two weeks to pop back up.
So I do think Harris could continue to be a thorn in the side of Scatibu for the rest of the season.
And that's also nothing compared to J.J. McCarthy potentially being a thorn in the side of the entire offense at some point, if the Giants decide they're doing too bad a job of tanking and they've at this point played themselves out of a top three.
pick by beating up on the Titans and Cardinals. So yeah, great great job there. Yeah, it's it's
rough. I am I would be scadaboo's like closer to a cell for me and I think he was a couple
weeks ago as well. It's that really yeah that's it's really worrying for me. Yeah, I had him as a
sell high last week in the Wednesday episode. I have him as a cell high again. I do not like
this offensive environment for him. I don't really love his utilization. He's,
either. And he hasn't looked as good as he did when healthy last year on the ground.
So yeah, I do think he's a cell high.
Why don't you take the Arizona Cardinals side as well?
And then I'll chime in at the end with my thoughts.
So the Cardinals backfield was another reason for tilting.
Another reason I was eating mac and cheese today.
I headlined the everything report with Jeremiah Love last week at Scott's suggestion,
which was a great suggestion.
It was the biggest story in fantasy last week that Jeremiah Love was 90% of a full on Belkow,
only having not gotten the full third down workload and the two minute drill in week three.
Other than that, he was at 75% opportunity share running back,
exactly what we wanted, what you would hope and expect to happen for a top three overall pick at the running back position, right?
And that all went crashing down in week four.
ended up with Tyler Algier playing slightly more snaps, running a few more routes.
Alger got the only carry inside the 10-yard line today.
It was 2-1 inside the red zone.
And after the game, we get these really weird, like, interview quotes from Jeremiah Love,
where there are a few different versions of this, and people should go read the full thing,
probably.
but what I got out of it was
Love wasn't injured or banged up
according to him, at least as he was asked.
He didn't get hurt in week four.
That wasn't why his workload was being managed.
It was because the coaches were trying to look out for him
and make sure that it didn't take too big of a toll on his body.
He said that the coaches know that this has been the longest year of his life
and that it's been really rough on him.
and they're just looking out for him.
Also interspersed later was love saying that he would tell the coaches he was good to go,
but that it was cool if Tyler Algier and Bam Knight got some more carries.
It was just a really weird and kind of off-putting interview that made me,
yeah, I don't know.
You're more of the psychoanalysis guy, Scott, when it comes to players.
You nailed the Marvin Harrison Jr.
call in terms of the psychoanalysis from interviews.
But so I'll turn it over to you.
But yeah, I got a little bit of an icky feeling.
Like to, to me, it sounded like love was not that fired up about like actually wanting
carries and like to get into the game or that he was like slightly complaining maybe.
I don't know.
I'm the guy with the skinny guy with the podcast, Mike criticizing the amazing professional
athlete here.
But yeah, I don't know.
It was just weird vibes to me.
Yeah, weird, weird vibes for sure.
I actually don't have a great read on it either,
but, you know, something to monitor.
I think it still can be the case,
because he did come off the field and didn't really look right,
that he, you know, isn't quite 100%,
and he's just kind of, you know,
not really willing to say that for whatever reason.
Just something we're going to continue to monitor.
I think certainly the expectation should remain,
Jeremy, I love the favorite to lead the back,
Field and Carries, the early down workhorse, going to lose the two-minute drill,
trailing situations.
To Tyler Algier, which is stupid, if you know Jeremiah Love's track record as a past catcher
in college versus certainly Tyler Azure, but whatever.
To me, like, yeah, you made Jeremiah Love the cover boy of the Everything report last week.
At my suggestion, it just as easily could have been Michael Wilson.
Maybe it should have.
I feel pretty convicted that Michael Wilson isn't just like a great fantasy asset.
I think he's a league winner at cost.
Really couldn't be any more encouraged by his utilization last week, 17 targets, or even today,
you have 13 targets, seven catches, 95 yards.
It was a game that Jacoby Brissette did not play well.
You only have 35 pass attempts.
35 pass attempts in Tray McBride, Michael Wilson combined for 25.
The offense just really flows through them.
If you look at all players over their last 11 games, Ryan,
Michael Wilson leads them all in targets.
He leads them all in air yards.
And I don't think his owner values him like that.
Maybe.
To me, he's like a tremendous buy low.
He was right next to Zayflowers as an in-season exodia on the Wednesday episode.
I still feel really encouraged, and I think Jacoby Brissette's bad game, only 166 yards,
Michael Wilson had 95, only 35 pass attempts.
Last week he had, what, 60?
Only 35 pass attempts, Michael Wilson had 13 targets.
Any through three interceptions.
I think that keeps the buy-low window open.
But I know you're much more of a Michael Wilson skeptic and Trey McBride, you know,
only one target behind.
What do you think about that?
No, I think you're exactly right, actually.
Going into the week, I wrote this up in advanced matchups as I was came into the year as a Michael Wilson hater.
I was kind of viewing his production at the end of last year as an artifact of heavy personnel, of course, of the Cardinals' offense and the crazy dropback volume.
and also of Marvin Harrison's injuries.
But that has all not mattered through four weeks.
I think over the first two games,
he played the Chargers and the Seahawks to like top five secondaries,
at least from last year.
And he got kind of held in check by them.
But yeah,
we've just seen the target volume come way up over the last two weeks.
As you said,
if you take the longer view since Jacoby Brissette became,
starter. He's just a
wide receiver one level player by
volume. I think that's
closer to being real than
the like hater
construct that I had built of
Michael Wilson. So yeah, no, I
would agree going forward. He's
legitimately very exciting to me.
He missed, he was five
yards short of 100. This week missed out
on the bonus on draft kings.
But yeah, gets the
Lions next week in a likely
shootout. I think all the
pieces here for the Cardinals probably clearly return on that massive drop back volume value
again that we've gotten used to and yeah I agree I'm very bullish yeah it was so crazy Ryan how
like we we were digging into this in the offseason where it was like well the the Cardinals just
had the highest pass rate in fantasy points data history by a lot it's really hard to imagine any
you know that scam that we saw continuing the Jacob
Bobby Brissette's game where he like, once he was named the starter from then on, he led all
quarterbacks and completions by like 30, which is obviously huge for the past catchers.
It was really hard to imagine any play caller coming in and being an upgrade.
But you were like, actually, I think Mike LaFleur might be an upgrade.
Like look at his past offenses.
The pace of play is really high.
The play volume is really high.
And if you just take out Zach Wilson, you know, where it's Mike, Mike effing white, right?
and Joe Flacco, they average more passing yards per game than Patrick Mahomes.
And so we were like, yeah, it's possible.
Like this is like the one lateral move that exists for the Cardinals.
And it really seems to be the case where, you know, again, Jacoby Brissette did not play well.
But last week, the team ran 80 plays that was more than he ran in any game last year.
And in a bad game, you still had Mike Wilson finish five-year.
short of 100 yards.
All right.
Next game.
Rams, Eagles, and this was a very, very funny game for me as a Giants fan.
It was a hilarious L for the Eagles who are up by 10 points with a third and goal from
the two yard line with just eight minutes to go, and he lost.
If you look at the win probability chart, it's like all the way down at the bottom.
And then it just goes straight vertically up.
I've never seen that.
goes parabolic.
And yeah, they just totally blew it.
It is a mess out here for the Eagles who did not have Devontas Smith, who did not have
Dallas Goddard, who did not have Lane Johnson, who apparently reports are is, wants to retire
ASA.
Brandon Graham just said on the Philly Postgame show that Lane Johnson is considering
retirement immediately.
So not good vibes out there for Eagles who just blew this game in embarrassing fashion.
Oh, by the way, yet another injury.
Saquan Barkley went down, as we mentioned at the top of the show.
He's going to be out for a couple of weeks at an absolute minimum.
Tank Bigsby in his replacement, 14 carries, 55 rushing yards, one target.
Will Shipley, six carries, 23 yards, one target.
Jaylen Hertz, 93 passing yards, only 18 rushing yards.
It was not my guy, Don Tavian Wicks, who stepped up.
It was Darius Cooper, three catches, 33 yards, two touchdowns.
Anything to say on the Eagles side, Ryan?
I would just say that I think moving forward with Barclay injured and out for a few weeks,
that Tank Bigsby is going to be probably overrated by your league mates
in terms of him being a fill-in or a handcuff.
We've seen Barclay miss six quarters this year,
two back in week two,
and then basically this entire game.
And throughout all of that,
it's been at best 60-40 in Bigsby's favor
between him and Will Shipley,
Shipley getting more of the routes,
the receiving work, and all that.
I just think, and especially with how gross
this offense has kind of been
through the first four weeks of the year.
Sean Mannion, not really following up on his promises of being an evil genius.
Yeah, I'm pretty low on this backfield at this point.
I would rather have Braylin Allen than Tank Bigsby for the next couple of weeks.
I don't know if there's a way to sell high on Bigsby or like swing that to your advantage in any leagues.
But that's something I would be looking to do.
I would sell Sequin too, honestly.
someone pointed this out in like week one or week two it's like i don't like the direction
the eagles went with their personnel and their their play designs it was like the two years ago when
barthley was going crazy and he had the best offensive line in football by a landslide they built the
offense around the running game and this year it looked like he built it around the pass right
where Dallas gotert's a great pass catching tight end he's not a great blocking tight end and then he
drafted a tight end round two who can't block at all. They drafted an undersized slot-wide
receiver in round one. They want to play 11 personnel all the time. And yeah, I'm not bullish on
this running game regardless of who it is, and especially not if Lane Johnson, you know,
one of the best left tackles of all time is talking about retirement. On the ram side,
our fantasy commission says for him it's all about the friendships.
Cute, Kevin, but I disagree.

I'm going to bury the lead here, but I'll tell you.
talk about Pooka Nakuwa's return. And so people are trying to hand Jeff and L. They're trying
to hand me an L for, you know, the fear, uncertainty doubt I was spreading about Pook and Nek
Kua and Malik neighbors, but it's like I'm not willing to take this L just yet. What Jeff Mueller's
saying, what Jesse Morse is saying, what all these injury experts are saying is just the risk that
they suffer an injury and their year is over is much higher than it is for any other player. And so
they announced it during the game that it's a pre-hernia injury and he don't he's playing they don't know
the risk but there is certainly a risk that surgery is unavoidable it gets made worse um he doesn't
have his typical explosiveness but i'll say it i thought he looked great nine catches 125 yards
also a rushing touchdown which i don't think they'd give him that if you know they were really
worried about him. Devante Adams really very much step back into the number two role.
We'll have to check tomorrow, Ryan, to see what the route share differential looks like,
if Puka got all the 13 personnel snaps, but certainly highly encouraging for Puka Nakuwa.
Is he still potentially a cell high because of this? Maybe. I get to talk to Jeff some more.
I will just say like even if the risk is high, the reward is almost unrivaled.
It's like like Puka, JSN, Jemir Gibbs, those are the top power law players in fantasy right now.
Any, any, by the way, Brett's not here.
He would give us a film take.
Matthew Stafford, 51 pass attempts, 317 yards, zero touchdowns, two interceptions.
Brett would tell you that Matthew Stafford's arm looked cooked.
It looked like Case Keenham's arm.
It was not good.
And it was a little alarming, something to monitor, certainly.
But the buried lead here is Kyron Williams.
Kyron Williams looks like a mega league winner.
And this was yet another L I have to take.
I was saying he was an awful pick.
I was saying we're going to see a 50-50 committee with Blake Corum.
You saw that in week one.
Kiron had only 60% in the backfield XFP.
You saw that in week two.
Kiron had only 60% of the backfield XFP.
Week three, no.
Kiron Williams getting all the goal line work, all the passing down usage,
75% of the work.
And this week, he goes crazy.
And he looks great, by the way.
You know, 5.4 yards per carry on the season that easily ranks top five.
much better than Blake Corum and you had 16 carries today 80 rushing yards two touchdowns
better than that 13 targets 10 catches 67 receiving yards this is highest end
belkow usage this is this is like pre-coram utilization I don't know if you
remember how good it was back in the day Ryan but he was he was breaking fantasy
points data records and snap share and you know tons of touchdown potential in this offense
and now you're talking about I don't know double-digit targets because because
puka's not 100% because Terrence Ferguson's out I don't know why you you tell me Ryan is
Karen Williams a leeway I don't know why either and that's why I'm hesitant to go extremely
higher on him I was like you this is an L that I
have to hold also I was not drafting Kyron Williams I was mega fading him because he despite having
a solid role even through all the Blake quorum stuff the last couple years it just in terms of
route share usage at the goal line none of that is super different or new or surprising to me
what is surprising is that he's actually getting targeted over the past two seasons kairn has been
near the bottom of the NFL and targets per outrun among running backs.
I think that is partially a Matthew Stafford thing.
It's partially a Puka Nakua and Devonte Adams thing.
Of course, it always makes sense to me.
Yeah, you would throw the ball to Puka and to Adams over Kairn Williams.
His receiving game usage had really come down since Puka Nakua broke out, right?
That was, yeah, after his like first insane season, right?
But yeah, I guess my issue or the mistake I made was I didn't have the imagination to think, well, what would happen to Kyron Williams usage in Target Share if Puka is not 100% if anybody else on this Rams team gets injured? And I think we just found out. I think while I don't think he's going to continue to match his career high in Target Share every single week, which is what he just did in week four, I do think that with the routes being way,
up as well, like comparable to where they were in 2023 when he was the RB2 overall in fantasy football.
I do think it's safe to say that Kyron Williams is going to outperform what he's done over the past
two seasons.
I do think we have to take him seriously as closer to a top eight-ish running back now.
He's probably pushing up toward the periphery of that ranking with the James Cooks and the
Ash and Genties, like he's getting himself into that conversation for me right now if I were to
set my rest of season rankings tonight.
Kyra Williams has three straight games with at least 80 rushing yards.
He has at least 65 receiving yards and back-to-back games.
And that stands against last year he had only one game with 40 receiving yards.
The year before that, he had zero games with even 30 receiving yards.
So this is really very much an outlier for him in terms of this past catching.
Does it stick?
I don't know.
It's really either he's like the best sell high you could make or he's just like a mid-range
RV1 moving forward in like a year where like there's a lot of landmines among the early
drafted running back.
So certainly at the very least something to monitor even if we don't have a ton of
conviction here.
And the next game we can look at is Packers,
Buccaneers,
you can take this one,
you could take this one,
Ryan.
I don't know that I have too much of anything here.
All right.
I've got two notes.
One is Tucker Kraft.
We finally got the breakout for him that we've been calling for the last
couple of weeks.
I've been calling him a by-low in the Everything report.
Graham Barfield and I have felt pretty strongly about that.
it finally came through this week.
He was up at a 23% target share that was the same as Matthew Golden this week, highest on the team.
He played more snaps on offense than Christian Watson did, actually ran a couple more routes
than Christian Watson in our preliminary numbers.
So the usage has gone way up for Tucker Kraft in week four.
It's been kind of creeping up each week as he makes his way back from his ACL injury,
which was expected for him to start slow.
Now he seems like he's back up to full speed.
If he didn't just drop his first end zone target,
which was like wide open in the end zone,
then he would have finished with 23.8 fantasy points today.
Instead, he finishes with whatever that is,
like 16 or so fantasy points.
Pretty good.
Pretty good stuff for Tucker Kraft.
I continue to think that this Packers offense
will have to run through the passing game,
as we have continued to see,
even against a Buccaneers team
that didn't push them all that much.
Most of the production didn't come through the air.
Christian Watson narrowly leads the team in receiving yards.
Matthew Golden scores the other touchdown.
I guess that's a down game for Watson,
but continue to be bullish on him,
at least until Josh Jacobs comes back
and potentially even after,
because I don't know that I haven't talked to you about this Scott you're much more of a Josh
Jacobs fan than I am but I don't know that Jake don't say I'm putting I'm putting Josh Jacobs on you
is to you is he the type of running back that can come in and fix a running game because yeah I don't
think any running back can it's yeah the the run blocking offensive line matters exponentially more
than the running back in it it's just not salvageable and the defense on top of that so no it's
It's rough out here in these streets.
Yeah.
So continue to be bullish on Packers Passcatchers.
For the Buccaneers,
all that there really is to say or take away from this going forward
is the backfield usage, I'd say.
And it's bad news for Bucky Irving.
Through the first three weeks,
Irving was getting almost all of the work in the red zone.
He was being targeted a ton in the passing game.
He had a 15% target share from weeks one through three.
with Baker Mayfield.
Today, not a single target.
Sean Tucker got the only goal line carry.
60% of the red zone carries went to Sean Tucker,
who had not been a factor up until today.
Kenny Gainwell out targeted.
Bucky, it's just not great in terms of high value usage for Bucky Irving.
I do think some of the receiving usage stuff will go back to what it was before
once Baker Mayfield returns.
But I don't know.
terms of the goal line usage. Sean Tucker has been an annoyance to Bucky Irving for a while.
I had thought through three weeks that this coaching staff was not as into Sean Tucker as
the previous one was, but that didn't seem to be the case this week. So yeah, I've been calling
Bucky Irving a by low for a lot of the season. I don't believe that anymore really. Of course,
has had a horrific run out just in terms of how.
how the offense has broken down,
the Baker Mayfield injury and all of that.
But yeah,
I don't see much like light at the end of the tunnel
or improvement for Irving outside of maybe the checkdowns
coming back once Baker returns.
Yeah.
Only other note I would have is,
yeah,
disappointing day for Matthew Golden
and Christian Watson.
I'll say,
dude,
the Packers barely beat,
only by three points,
barely beat this no-name UDFA,
who is Dane Brugler's like QB-22,
two in the class.
That team sucks and their defense sucks.
So like volume is going to be there.
They might have, you know,
not needed to keep their foot on the gas,
but every week moving forward they will.
But yeah,
two gross dead teams.
Mechegbuka's dead.
It's over.
At least until Baker Mayfield comes back.
There's conflicting reports.
Three to five weeks I heard.
Apparently Adam Schaefter said seven weeks,
or at least that's what Scott Hansen
reported on red zone today.
Next game.
Another disgusting,
the Vikings barely beat the dolphins
who like aren't even hiding
that they're full on tanking
and want to draft Archmanning.
Embarrassing.
I would say,
here, why don't you take this one, Ryan?
And I'll chime in at the end.
Starting with the dolphins,
I guess we found out
what they wanted to do with their backfield
after the Devon A-chan injury and with Jalen Wright active in this game.
It was about a 65-35 split in Ollie Gordon's favor.
He got a few targets.
He got both of the backfields carries in the red zone.
Malik Washington did also get one.
But in terms of percentages, it was a decent role for Ollie Gordon.
And he made the most of it.
He averaged over 11 yards per carry.
even if you took away his big 50-yard run.
He was over six still, I believe.
So a fish and day for Gordon.
But not that many total plays for the Dolphins.
They only ran 37 plays, which is extremely concerning in their first game without Devon A. Chan, I would say.
They set a new low in total play volume.
Malik Willis still was not that involved as a rusher.
only two rush attempts in this game for Malik Willis.
It doesn't really seem like they are changing like the overall thesis of their team or their offense at all.
And that's just really bad.
So it worked out for Ollie Gordon this week because he was so efficient and because the Vikings,
I think we're just happy to let that be the only thing that they could do on offense.
but I would not be banking on the 18 fantasy points that Gordon ended today with at all.
He's a super duper sell high if there's anybody that is going to read into that very seriously.
I think he projects at best as like a mid-range flex play going forward.
Maybe somebody in your league sees him as more than that.
Yeah, only notes I would add is just, you know, maybe Ollie Gordon could be a thing,
maybe probably not just because this is like the worst team in football by lands i hate them
but he did he did have nine carries for 100 yards and a touchdown if you even if you take away
his 58 yard run he was still at 5.9 yards per carry which is kind of crazy jaylen wright had
had just seven rushing yards and five carries um and then t j hogginson just like clearly not dead
yet uh and you know brett again not here but he said this a couple weeks ago
go on one of our episodes is like, hey, T.J. Higginson might have looked totally washed a year ago,
but he actually looks kind of good this year. And so certainly good enough to catch 13 of 13
targets for 119 yards. So, yeah, you know, viable streamer at a bare minimum. But really,
a lot of people were bullish on Kyler Murray. We're saying Kyler Murray should have been
the Exodia quarterback in this Kevin O'Connell offense. But no, dude, he looks terrible.
too.
Yeah, 4-0 Vikings with like one of the worst offenses in football,
certainly at least until Justin Jefferson returns.
Yeah, a crazy stat that our former host friend of the show, Theo Graminger, sent to me this afternoon
was that the Vikings are one of only four teams in NFL history to start 4-0 without
scoring an offensive touchdown in at least two of their first four games.
All the other ones are pre-1940, which is, yeah, crazy, crazy stat.

well next game is hopefully more fun one to talk about and certainly it is highlights here
Kansas City desperately needs pass catchers Kenneth Walker is super elite Gentie is a tremendous
volume hog Brock Bowers continues to ball out where do you want to lead us off Ryan I
Really like the biggest.
So yeah, everything you just said is the case has continued to be the case.
Mike Washington a little bit more involved on the ground in this game.
I wasn't able to dig into exactly when or if Ashen Genti was coming off the field.
I saw some people saying that he looked like he kept getting banged up.
I know after the game he was saying basically that he doesn't want to get shut down.
He wants to keep playing
like complete opposite vibes
of Jeremiah Love, I would say,
in terms of Gentie's attitude toward
continuing to want a big workload.
So that's at least bullish to me.
Active as a past catcher as he has been here.
So that's strong.
I guess like the biggest new thing
or what to discuss going forward for fantasy
is the chief's receivers.
So Rashi Rice leaves with a hamstring injury.
Taekwon Thornton,
And as you mentioned at the top of the show, had an amazing game.
I was thinking about the entire time, like watching this game, I was thinking about your debate with Jake Trivy over whether Taekwan Thornton or Xavier Worthy is a better receiver that cropped back up in our projections meeting last week.
Yeah, looking like a massive W for you there, Scott.
But yeah, really unfortunately, Thornton goes down with this gruesome ankle dislocation at the end.
So we're kind of left with Travis Kelsey, of course, will get targets going forward.
Xavier Worthy had like an okay day, 23% target share.
He'll be involved going forward.
But there's a bunch of routes that are now going to be opened in this chief's offense, at
least in the short term until Rice comes back.
So is it Cyrus Allen time?
I was not a Cyrus Allen believer.
I am always the one like sitting out these inexplicable to me like training camp, pipe trains.
But if you were a Cyrus Allen believer a month ago, this might be your time to go add him off waivers.
Yeah.
So I actually brought him up on the waiver episode last week.
That was my reasoning is like there's a ton of upside in this offense and all these pass catchers suck so bad.
That was before Rishi Rice suffered a multi-week injury, Tyquan Thornton, a season ending injury.
And yeah, it's just keep him in the back of your mind.
And yeah, now maybe there's, maybe we'll need to see him get more than a dozen routes in a game first.
But certainly keep him atop your waiver wire watch list.
It's also possible, by the way, it's not Cyrus Allen.
Maybe it's Jalen Royals, who was last year's training camp hype darling.
Or what I think is going to happen, Tyreek Hill.
It was like the ultimate in-season exodia type of play.
Antonio Brown, his first year at the Buccaneers was your in-season exodia.
I held on to him the entire year, even though he didn't play his first game until like November,
but then he had, you know, 100-yard games in a row.
Yeah, dude, it's just like we know this guy when he was healthy is like the greatest
wide receiver of the decade with amazing rapport and chemistry for the chiefs who have a clear
need at wide receiver.
And I don't know.
Dude, I just, I love Tyreek.
And yeah, did you see him on the sands, Brian?
Dude, he had so much more juice and explosion than a 35-year-old Travis Kelsey than a Rishi
Rice, then Xavier Worthy, who stinks.
It is the slowest 4-2, 40-year dash guy of all time.
So, yeah, keep an eye on that.
I think that's interesting.
Probably not adding Tyreek Hill when he's not on.
a team and we're not hearing anything but keep them atop your waiver wire watch list in the meantime
this offense runs through kenneth walker here's another insane stat for you ryan kenneth walker has
537 rushing yards that's the most by any running back in over a decade through the first four
weeks of a season absolutely crazy ryan here's here's a question for you kenneth walker
or Bijan Robinson moving forward.
Ooh.
That's tricky.
It's very tricky.
Assume full health,
because I know part of the thing with Kenneth Walker
is like you own him,
you're like holding your breath every single week.
Assume full health for both.
I think assuming full health for both,
I am inclined to buy into the Chief's offense,
is what I would say.
So yeah,
I think it is Kenneth Walker.
Yeah, that's what it comes down to,
is the PPRs for Bijan or the Kansas City.
I don't really, I don't know.
That's a tricky one.
On the opposite side of the ball, dude, Kirk Cousins is bawling out.
I said that to Brett like in the second quarter.
I'm like, bro, is Kirk Cousins bawling out?
He's like, no, it's Cubiak's a genius.
And then like 10 minutes later, he was like, no, actually, Kirk Cousins kind of bawling out.
Kirk Cousins kind of looks a lot better than maybe we were giving him credit for.
Ash and Genti, just like a total, so like he had a quote, maybe you didn't see it yet, Ryan,
but he had a quote that said, is the ankle still affecting me?
You know, like, I'm getting stronger.
I'm going to be closer to 100% real soon.
So that's the excuse you could blame on the lack of efficiency, but like it almost doesn't
even matter.
The guy's averaging 20 carries per game, six targets per game.
That is elite elite volume where it's like 22xFP per game, even if you're,
really shitty and he's probably not he's probably just banged up you're going to average at least
like 18 fantasy points per game which goes a really long way so very bullish in ashen genty
uh very bullish on on brock bowers who 11 targets today despite getting probably probably the
steve spagnolo treatment where he sells out to stop in a opposing team's top option with
bracket coverage and cloud coverage and whatnot still very productive 86 yards in a touchdown
on Clint Kubiak, that was one of our things this offseason, Ryan, is we want to be buying
Clint Kubiak stock.
We think he's a genius.
We think his offense is going to massively overperform.
It's a roster, and that certainly seems to be the case.
They could have won this game, and maybe they should have won this game.
So shout out to the three-in-one Raiders really look legit.
And the next game we have.
Oh, one other quick thing on this game, sorry.
Since we started recording this show, there actually has been Tyree Kill related smoke.
Mike Silver of the Athletic is reporting per sources that there are several teams are interested in adding Tyree kill and that specifically the chiefs were interested even before the Taekwan Thornton injury happened.
So there is at least smoke on it.
I've been, I've had subs asking me, do we add Tyreek?
My answer until now was I don't care until the team does, but it sounds like teams do care.
So I actually, I don't think I would mind adding, adding Tyreek this week.
Because yeah, as you mentioned, Scott, the theoretical upside is just unlimited.
Yeah, I mean, it's like it's unrivaled.
Like we're talking about Trey Harris upside with Ladd McConkey's out.
It's like Tyreek Hill is the, dude, he almost.
had 2,000 receiving guards just a couple years ago.
I tweet I had from back in July, Ryan.
If I were Brett Veach, I would have unironically signed
all of Stefan Diggs, Tyreek Hill,
Keenan Allen, Brandon Ayyuk, and Deontay Johnson by now.
It's not too late on some of those guys.
It's not too late on some of those guys.
Moving on to Chargers, Seahawks,
another offense where it couldn't be any more over than it is.
The O and 4 Chargers really looks like,
no one is fantasy viable until lad mcconkey's fully healthy and uh yeah he's not not close to fully
healthy on the seahawk side sam darnold only threw 22 passes because oh uh they said an NFL
record first time a game started off with back-to-back picks i think pretty sure pretty sure uh so
you got to witness history today if you watch this game um but sam darner only attempted 22 passes
So Jackson Smith and Jigbo with a modest five catches, 76 yards.
And then it was the Emmanuel Wilson show.
He had a, you know, no geranium price.
Finally get to see a bell cow, not since Kenneth Walker in the playoffs.
21 carries, three catches, 81 rushing yards,
39 receiving yards and two touchdowns for Emmanuel Wilson.
what is your commentary on this game, Ryan?
Yeah, I think the biggest fantasy thing moving forward
is the Seahawks backfield and Emmanuel Wilson.
The workload was strong.
21 of 28 carries got both inside the 10-yard line.
Wilson was getting used in the passing game,
an 18% target share.
He was top 10 among running backs
and weighted opportunities on the week.
That's just kind of what we should expect
for any games that the Seahawks,
that the Seahawks are leading and in control of.
What we've seen pretty consistently from the usage when De Derry and Price has been out or unavailable or benched or what have you for those times,
it has been Emmanuel Wilson pretty much dominating the work on the ground and in base situations.
And George Halani enters the game and starts to play a lot more whenever they get behind.
if they're in trailing mode, in obvious passing situations.
So yeah, Wilson, whenever the Seahawks are favored,
or at least you expect neutral game script,
I do think he's a startable low-end RB2 at worst
until Zach Charbonnet returns prices on IR
for at least the next three more games.
So, yeah, short-term Manuel Wilson
looking like a pretty nice little fill-in.
Yeah, I don't have anything on the chargers really.
other than this backfield is incredibly sad now.
It's a three-way committee.
Keaton Mitchell is now leading it in terms of usage, target share.
It's still a Marion Hampton at the goal line,
but it's just like a completely disgusting three-player committee
with Kamani Vidal also involved.
Yeah, I don't know what to say here other than that chargers are super sad.
I'm super sad that we got one.
half of healthy lad mcconkey so far this year and it was great and i was feeling so amazing like such a
genius for that entire half and it has just been all tears and sadness since uh he also left this game
with re-aggravating the foot injury that he had entered it with yeah it's a total mess there's
nothing more to say on it really in our last game of the week because we're recording
during Sunday night football.
So you have to stay tuned to one of our next episodes.
You wanna hear us talk about Ted McMillan,
who is going nuclear.
We had him as a top by low in our Wednesday episode.
Last game that we're gonna hit on
is the 49ers beating the Broncos 24 to 14.
And I think the number one takeaway for me
is my goodness, George Kittle looked
unbelievable like it looked on that touchdown run like i do not know how he had that juice he tore his
achilles this year like literally in it's just barely october and earlier in 2026 he tore his achilles
then he had surgery and then he rehabbed it and then he showed like rare speed on that touchdown run
four catches 70 yards and a touchdown um sad i had coming into the week is uh uh you uh you
since the start of last season like he averages dramatically more fantasy points per game than
justin jefferson and a j brown and just about any like neko collins i think um and so yeah dude is
super underrated especially with brock purdy he could have a a leg amputated next year and i'd still
be like i don't know round round 12 injury discount on george kittle i might might want like he has the wolverine
he's like very often injured but he comes back from injuries really quickly um so shout
out to george kiddo looks awesome mike evans too like has a broken rib that's like like puncturing
his spleen every time he he walks and uh managed to get five catches for 76 yards i know you
had a good mike evans stat um christian mcalfrey had i think an underwhelming day given the
matchup, but what are your thoughts on the 49er side?
Yeah, big agree on George Kittle.
I was shocked how fast he looked.
It was, yeah, that guy is a total monster.
Yeah, great call by you.
I had wanted to dismiss George Kittle this year.
You set me right on that in the preseason.
Very happy for that.
Yeah, Mike Evans, when we do the per four full quarters cope stat with him,
because of course it's never totally a lock that he plays four full quarters in a game.
But if you do that cope for him, he's played 13 quarters this year.
It comes out to about 15 and a half fantasy points per four full quarters for him.
So far, that would rank top 14 at the position.
Similar by target share, he's seen a 25% target share in his active quarters this season.
That's fringe top 12.
So continue to feel good.
about at least those two members of the 49ers passing game where everybody else has kind of
fall into the wayside. Debo Samuel, somewhat involved in this game as well. But yeah, outside of those guys,
I guess my biggest thing with the Broncos is RJ Harvey. He had a 24% target share today.
in his three active games, Harvey is averaging a 20% target share that leads the team.
He's only 0.3 receiving yards per game behind Pat Bryant within that split for the team high in receiving yards per game.
He just has been the Broncos passing game this year, which is insane.
I'm the biggest RJ Harvey apologists there is.
I was totally willing to give him another shot this season.
maybe he improves in year two.
I did not foresee a scenario where he was the Broncos leading receiver in their main weapon,
but also I think you can easily argue,
it's not like their offense has been better off for that, right?
This is probably more a symptom of an offense that's not able to attack downfield
that's not able to get separation from their wide receivers,
Bownix unable to execute, whatever you want to put on it.
Probably not a good thing that R.J. Harvey is leading your team in target share.
It's not like a bullish sign.
There was more kind of smoke and comments in reporters asking Sean Payton after this game.
If he would consider taking back play calling, he gave like a non-answer that it's in,
I guess it's not a non-answer to not just straight up shoot it down, which he didn't.
So that's something to watch.
going forward. But yeah, I'm of two minds on RJ Harvey.
Obviously, it's great for fantasy that he is commanding all of these targets.
That's a PPR fantasy cheat code.
Jonah Coleman is eligible to come off IR in two more after two more weeks.
I think Coleman could eat into at least the J.K. Dobbins workload,
where Dobbins has been much less effective as a runner this year than he was last year.
So I do think when Coleman comes back, he will become relevant in this backfield.
Maybe Harvey holds on to the full receiving role.
I have to imagine the receiving role for Harvey shrinks from what it currently is.
But then again, Sean Payton, pass catching running backs are a thing going back literally a decade.
So I don't know.
So I'm two of two minds of it too.
I think 6% R.J. Harvey is the new Darren Sprouls.
for Sean Payton, but I think 94%.
Bow Nicks, Dragon Webb stinks.
I hate this offense, it's stupid.
Why is RJ Harvey leading the team in Target Share?
That's so stupid.
And Bo Nicks stinks.
Cortland Sutton has a pass breakup in three consecutive weeks.
I don't know that any cornerback has a streak that far.
So Bo Nicks can't hit his past catchers.
He has to dump it off to the running back,
but also,
Davis Webb stinks and you have a scab back leading the team in Target chair when you spend all this money, all this draft capital on Jalen Waddle.
Hopefully it, you know, it gets better, but I don't know.
This is just another one of those teams that just like make me sick to my stomach and I just want to write off.
It's crazy that it's week four and we have like eight teams like that right now.
Yeah, yeah.
Going through this slate has felt like a week 17 or a week 18.
slate from last year. It's absurd how ugly the NFL has gotten so quickly, at least for fantasy.
Yeah, I remember thinking the like the 1 p.m. slate is like, oh, this is disgusting. Like, all right,
whoever went heavy on 4 p.m. is going to win all the DFS money. And it's like, yeah, you just
write off the Broncos offense is dead. The Chargers offense is dead. The Dolphins and Vikings is
dead all in that that four. And then there's a bunch of shitty teams in the, the one, I,
I mean, the Jets had like 60 passing yards or whatever it was.
So yeah, it's gross out here.
And also like all the injuries too, it feels like,
feels like week 14 with injuries, but no, it's just week 14.
We're still in week four technically,
and we have all these injuries.
But hey, if you listened to all of this,
