I want to know how you are because, well, listen, listen, I as a as a part owner of this company with you, I have to sit here and ask myself, we just released data suite two for $200 a year, which makes no sense. And now you were doing a show where
Starting point is 00:01:10 we're giving away your exodias. Like is this good for business? Scott, I'm a little concerned. So yes, in this instance, I in fact am a cop. How are you? What's going on? Can you roll down your window? I'm doing good, man. We just we just dropped Data Suite 2.0, just like the coolest, sickest thing ever. Watch a recent video on that. Brett, we're we're moments away from NFL action. real regular season NFL football i'm doing great i'm i'm happy to be here i'm excited to be here excited to do this show five days a week with you all you yes yes yes yes that's going to be great literally every day you're going to get brett and scott from now until january buckle up lord help me yeah what will go beyond that even we're gonna i mean this is we're in here for the
Starting point is 00:01:57 long haul but for this season um and i know you said lord help me but it's it's really uh it's gonna be so much fine Dude, it is. It is. I enjoy this show so much. And, you know, it's going to make me smarter. It's going to make everyone watching a whole lot. You guys, it's like a PhD in fantasy football, this show. So listen, I, what you just said is spot on for me doing the show with you. Like, you know, everyone knows by now that fantasy is not really my background. My background's football. X's and O's film analysis, data intrinsically through that. And I've learned a ton about fantasy. And so for the people who are, listening who don't know what an exodia is or they're not necessarily a follower of scott what is an exodia how do you define an exodia and why should we care who the exodia's are yeah so this is a very nerdy yugeo reference where in the game of yugeo if you collect all assemble all five exodia cards in your hand you automatically win the duel nothing else matters and so my first ever exodia was rookie season kareem hunt before the spencer wear
Starting point is 00:03:04 or I'm like, guys, you don't understand how amazing this pick is. This is the best pick in like round 14 I've ever seen. He's like Exodia. You just draft him and then you log out because congratulations. You've already won your league. And he really was kind of like that when you were drafting him in round 14. It was even a great pick in like round two, round three. And so since then that's been a thing, you know, sophomore year Lamar Jackson,
Starting point is 00:03:30 sophomore year Christian McCaffrey, a number of, you know, Chris Godwin two years ago, Keenan Allen, three years ago, a number of Amon Ross St. Brown early in his career. And so, yeah, this is the thing we do. I only get five. I'm only allowed five.
Starting point is 00:03:47 Everyone wants to know who the Exodia quarterback is because that's the one that hits just about every single year. There isn't an Exodia. It's not one of the five, and that's just because the quarterback position
Starting point is 00:04:00 doesn't matter as the other positions, but I do have an Exodia quarterback. For those who don't know, last year's Exodio was Drake May, before that, Jaden Daniels, before that Justin Fields, before that Jalen Hertz, before that Lamar Jackson. And so, yeah, really good track record there. That hit rate is insane. Hold on, hold on, hold on.
Starting point is 00:04:19 Well, to be honest, it's, so 2025 Drake May, finished one vote short of MVP, would have won our subscribers a shit ton of money. 24, Jaden Daniels. All these guys, by the way, were like, QB 15-ish and finished top six. 2023, it was Anthony Richardson who got hurt. 2022 is Justin Fields, QB20 to QB6.
Starting point is 00:04:43 2021, it was Jalen Hertz. 2020, it was technically no one. I didn't have an Exodia that year. It should have been Josh Allen. I did hype him up in a bunch of places, but I think technically, I have to be honest, it wasn't him. And then 2019, Lamar Jackson, where I was like banging the table for him. I'm like, guys, that MVP on Lamar,
Starting point is 00:05:02 Jackson at 100 to one odds that hit shout out ed teach who won over a million dollars following that advice um was there anyone in your life that year who told you lamar was about to have a great season and he was yeah that's when we first became friends yeah i was like i i really like this lamar jackson and you're like whoa lamar jackson could win an MVP this year like whoa really and it's like dude the vibes at a camp Greg roman's a perfect fit uh he's really talented but It just, it was the Joe Flacco system. And so we've had a number of great calls. I've like stolen, you know, a number of great calls from you, like George Kittle.
Starting point is 00:05:41 You were like, he should go in round one. And he was like a day three tight end. Amun Ross St. Brown was another one, A.J. Brown. There's a Pooka, of course. There's a million of those. Well, awesome. Rarely do I disagree with you in an Exodia, except I did it last year, and it worked out. And I'm doing it again this year.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Who, Drake May? Yeah. But the thing is, I didn't tell you he shouldn't be your Exodia. I just had concerns based on the rookie, the rookie film, you know, and he. And I said, I know ball. And guess what? Well, actually what you said is for fantasy. That doesn't really matter because what we see here is the guy who's massively underpriced based on opportunity, which is true.
Starting point is 00:06:21 And then he also was awesome on tape as well. But so let's, I call your QB this year, you're a conditional exodia. We'll get to those later. I don't want to do that right now. Yeah. Who are the five? And what is an Exodia, like as I define it? It's basically like the single most mispriced players in drafts that offer league winning upside.
Starting point is 00:06:42 Players I don't want to leave the draft without. Don't get this twisted. Like some people think like read it and they don't really know fantasy tool. Like the whole thing is just collect the five exodias. So like, you know, my father-in-law, his first year playing fantasy, some friends who've never played fantasy before. Literally they'll take these guys rounds one through five. I've had those guys go deep into the playoffs despite doing that.
Starting point is 00:07:06 But yeah, you don't want to do that. Everything is relative to cost. And so like if a guy is going four round, taking an Exodia four rounds above ADP is bad. Taking them one round above ADP is great. Like these are guys who are so mispriced. They're mispriced by multiple rounds where you could reach a round and still come away a massive winner.
Starting point is 00:07:27 Could do what now? You could reach a round and I guess. I do when you uh when you kind of plan out your exodus do you is it set up in a way that you can get all five can you them out I let the heart of the cards speak to me I know that's not really what I meant what I mean though is like are you strategic in the fact that like it say two guys are going in the the same round like here's a good example Christian Watson was yeah a borderline exodia but he goes right next to Mike Evans you prefer Evans so yeah so you can't he can't be an exodia. Okay. So, so point being you can collect, you can actually reasonably get all five exodias on your team. Yeah, well, here's the thing is bro, auction drafters. I don't do auction drafts because I have ADHD and it's like nine hours and I lose my mind doing auction.
Starting point is 00:08:16 But like every auction drafter like auction drafters love me so much more than snake drafters because you can, you can legit land every exodia so easily. And it's also just like off of my draft guide off of the tool that one of our subscribers built in Discord off of Drew Davenport's draft guide not only can you get all five exodus but there's just like all of the contingent exodias you could just get get all the guys I love the most whereas in a snake draft you're getting sniped you know if you're at the 112 you know it's just impossible for you to get all five and so yeah highly recommend you know entering an auction league or trying to convince your
Starting point is 00:08:57 league to move over to auction league, especially if you're only in one. It like raises the stakes. It's a lot more fun. But yeah, so. So I think something that separates me from just about every other analyst is I don't like everyone. I feel like so many analysts out there love everyone. Oh, I could see that happen. I could like that. To me, it's really like if you're drafting a guy in one round, that's 11 players you can't draft. So you have to not like them. And so it's really, here are five guys I love. There's four. four or five more in the draft guide. And then there's maybe another 10 guys who I really like.
Starting point is 00:09:35 And then I hate everyone else. Because you can't, you can't draft everyone. It just doesn't work like that. And so yeah, I love Christian Watson. I love Christian Watson, but I like Mike Evans more. He's the exotio. Gotcha. Something I've learned from you, just playing out of that point
Starting point is 00:09:55 is like even in my own draft analysis, It's like the, sometimes the edges are where you can be more critical of players. It's like, like we do have a tendency in this industry, especially analysts, but also like consumers of the content to like everybody. Like it's bad like it's not always great podcasting to sit there and talk crap about a player for five minutes. You know what I mean? Like that guy inevitably has fans. And so it creates this animosity. So I do think a lot of content creators steer clear of criticism.
Starting point is 00:10:27 where you've definitely embraced it. It's made you a better analyst. I've really started to kind of work on that. Not every guy is going to hit the ceiling case. So it's like you've got to be really dialed in on what ceiling cases matter more. And so I, I've really appreciated that about your work and kind of how you taught me. It's even trickled into my work as a, you know, prospect evaluator. So anyways, let's start.
Starting point is 00:10:50 Let's start it. Let's go Parker Washington. We've, we've heard about this guy. You and I have been talking Parker Washington on this. YouTube channel since freaking May. So bull case for Parker Washington right now. Let's go. Yeah. So not only is he an Exodia, but he is the Exodia to end all Exodias. If you don't, if you didn't draft Parker Washington, we can't be friends anymore. I took that personally. That's messed up. And yeah, it's, you know, this is the first Exodia revealed when we did our
Starting point is 00:11:20 NFL draft show in April. Theo asked me for an Exodia and I was like, yeah, it's obviously Parker Washington most misprice player in drafts by a landslide he's risen in ADP he's still the most misprice player in drafts um there's a lot of things going on here it's it's you saw the productivity after the team's buy week when when he was a full-time player you saw it in the final four games uh including the playoffs you saw it just on all plays that jacobie meyers brian thomas junior and parker washington were on the field by every measure he was an elite out of the Alpha, you know, like we're talking about a 30% target share, those final four games over 100 yards per game, no one else over 45.
Starting point is 00:12:05 That was really when the Jaguars were out their best when they were targeting Parker Washington. So I think he's a great stylistic fit for Trevor Lawrence, who, as we know, tends to lock onto his first read. So he really needs someone who can separate, get open quickly on those shallow routes. That's Parker Washington. That's certainly not BTJ. I think he's really talented. I think he's, I'm not a film guy.
Starting point is 00:12:25 I think the film is exceptional. I know you feel similarly. But what gives me the most confidence in this is the Liam Cohen slot rule. There are these cheat codes that people lose sight of. People aren't attuned to. And this is one of those cheat codes. It's the Liam Cohen slot roll. So Chris Godwin was in Exodia two years ago.
Starting point is 00:12:42 Why? It's because it was the Liam Cohen slot role. Chris Godwin finished behind only Jamar Chase and fantasy points per game. Not only that, but in games they were both healthy. He averaged like nine fantasy points per game more than Mike Evans. That's insane. Mike Evans is an alpha. No one does that to him.
Starting point is 00:12:59 But guess what? Chris Godwin did that to him because the alpha in the Liam Cohen offense is the slot wide receiver. You saw that with Wondell Robinson at Kentucky. You saw that with Cooper Cup and the Rams. This one to me is very simple. And so anyone said, you know, small sample size,
Starting point is 00:13:15 A3 prospect. I'm sorry. I think this is the ultimate ball knowers test for the year of our Lord 2026. draft Parker Washington baby what what would have to go wrong for him to not be a hit well you can you could you could ask chris weck that question because his projections are very low and it's just he sees a lot of nows to feed jacobi meyers has seen over a 20 percent target share every year of his career btj had an all-time great rookie season uh breton strange is a guy they're very high on uh and
Starting point is 00:13:49 Trevor Lawrence, you know, yeah, he was incredible in the second half, but that was a really favorable strength of schedule. Otherwise, this is a guy you and I both were extremely critical of and per sources, he came the tiniest sea hair away from getting bench just a couple of years. Doug Peterson's last few months and like the GM or whatever had to, how to veto that. But yeah, and so there are certainly concerns here, but everything is relative to price. and like in the range he goes, I see realistic mid-range wide receiver one upside. I don't see too many more guys like that.
Starting point is 00:14:25 And I see a really high floor too. We had Debrough on, by the way, talking about how BTJ had the toughest schedule of any wide receiver in the first half of the year by far. And so it could be the case where, yeah, let's say he's not like lighting the world on fire. He's just good in the first half. Then maybe he's someone to buy,
Starting point is 00:14:47 to sell high on, but I don't know. I'm really bullish on this player. I think he has a big week one. I think we find out immediately whether or not I'm right and kind of think I'm right. Yeah, this is one I firmly agree with you on. Moving to one that I'm a little more skittish on. I'm not out on this player.

Starting point is 00:15:36 But Luther Burden, Chicago Bears wide receiver, you know, there's a lot here. I don't like the quarterback situation. I think that could be a weight. But I'm going to acknowledge the ceiling upside with Ben Johnson. What is your case for Luther Burton? Yeah, well, he just had the best rookie yards for route runs since O'Dell Beckham Jr. This is a really predictive metric. On that list since 2010, OBJ, Luther Burden, A.J. Brown, Justin Jefferson, Pooka,
Starting point is 00:16:04 Nakuha, Madman Kaki, Jamar Chase, in order. The list goes on and on. Very predictive metric. I know we could find poke holes in it. It's a little misleading. But I also just feel like it's an impossible to fail setup as Ben Johnson's primary slot receiver. The hype on him has been out of control. He got comp to Amman Rae St. Brown and Jarvis Landry by Ben Johnson.
Starting point is 00:16:27 Ben Johnson a number of years ago has talked about this. It's like Liam Cohen. My offense runs through the slot wide receiver. You saw that when Jarvis Landry led the league in receptions. You saw it when Amun Rae St. Brown, a day three rookie lit the world on fire. And so it's also like, I know you have, I think he's a, I think you'll agree, he's an elite after the catch guy already. Maybe he's not the most polished separator. I really don't think that matters. You look at some of the metrics, some of the ass metrics. It really looks like Ben Johnson's just elite at scheming these guys open. And so I think that's what's going to happen to Luther Burden here.
Starting point is 00:17:05 I think he's, I know you like Romo Dunseh. I don't. I really worry about that foot. Um, Colson Loveland, you know, I'm bullish on, but, you know, I, I trust the wide receiver more. And yeah, I think he's, I think it's a great offense to be invested in. I see a ton of upside for him. I think DJ Moore out to DJ Moore was like top three and screen targets last year. Luther Berndham was like fringe top seven. I think, uh, I think he gets a bunch of those. So really high floor and a really high ceiling to boot.
Starting point is 00:17:35 The yards per route run argument for him as a rookie's hilarious, considering he couldn't really well no it's funny to me because he couldn't beat olamed zakiya's on the field so it's like you're going a different way no no uh so it's just it's you know i'm a little iffy on it he i once that i always like to say is he had three games with negative receiving yards which is more than games he finished as a wide receiver one or two last year yeah that's freaking funny anyway you slice it that's funny so um the the ass metrics are good though you did point that out the run after catch stuff is good the thing with burden and the ass it's similar to Matthew Golden where it's like in a phone booth, can he win a one-on-one and separate? Yeah,
Starting point is 00:18:16 absolutely. And does that work with Caleb Williams? Probably it does. But the route depths are not precise. The technique he's using isn't great. Sometimes he's fighting against the wrong leverage. Like there's a lot he still needs to, like he needs to take a step forward as a route runner. But he might. Like he's a year two player. He might. So I don't want to say I'm fully out on burden as I stated earlier. I'm just a little more skeptical of burden than Washington. But I think your upside case for him makes a ton of sense. All right. Here's the one that's my favorite Exodia of your five.
Starting point is 00:18:49 Mike Evans. I've been saying this for a while. Now, obviously some injury concerns so far already. But gosh, I think I said it on a show with Graham Barfield maybe two and a half months ago. I don't know that there's a better value on the board period. How many times can you draft a wide receiver 20 who has a chance to finish as a top six guy? Yeah. And that's Mike Evans. It's ridiculous. Yeah, usually with the Exodias, usually with the Exodias, you see them skyrocket in price.
Starting point is 00:19:20 And so we got lucky on both Luther Bird and Mike Evans with these quote unquote injuries. Like I think they're fine today. Yeah, yeah. But it scared people off. And so like Luther kind of didn't rise in price and Mike Evans actually fell. But yeah, I feel really good about this. The old man still got it. He's been top three in ass in three straight years. This is the number one ask God. But yeah, you could write off last year because of injuries to him, to his quarterback. Two years before that, he was, you know, top seven and everything, 77.1 yards per game, 17.9 fantasy points per game whenever he played more than 55% of the team snaps.
Starting point is 00:19:59 This is the best wide receiver Kyle Shanahan has had since Julio Jones and Andre Johnson before that. I think Ryan Heath put it perfect. This is my favorite quote of the off season. Whatever happens with Evans this year, it will feel incredibly obvious in hindsight. Either he scores a zillion touchdowns for Kyle Shanahan or his hamstring falls off the bone like Texas barbecue because he's 33 years old practicing next to a haunted 5G Chernobyl super EMF electrical substation. That's fantastic content. I love that. Yeah, the thing about it for me, the sell, well, I don't need to sell you on Mike Evans, the tan.
Starting point is 00:20:38 right the the selvo is Kyle Shanahan we we if you watch the data suite reveal stream we just did yesterday huh oh it's a great stat I mean you know no quarterback in the league is a higher EPA per dropback then a Kyle Shanahan quarterback since he became a play caller yeah in the famous point data rather than Jimmy Carapolo Josh Dobbs and then how many games missed by CMC George Kittle Brandon I you right so it's like so it's the combination of Evans can still go win a one-on-one versus anybody.
Starting point is 00:21:09 And when he doesn't win on 101, he's still open because he's got go up and get it skills. And then he gets Kyle Shanahan to scheme him open the other percentage of time. It's like, it's such a marriage made in heaven to me. I never have understood his ADP all offseason. I'm in love with this
Starting point is 00:21:26 pick. And I've been picking a ton of stribling too just as like an arbitrage in case Evans does get hurt. Well, I think stribling would be the next guy to benefit from that. But man, I love this call here. David Montgomery. Houston Texans running back. Playing with a little fire here.
Starting point is 00:21:41 He's a 29-year-old, right? But, you know, the- same age Joe Mixon was when he went off in the same offense two years ago. I like that. And he's got relatively low wear and tear for a 29-year-old, right? Sharing a backfield of Jimere Gibbs. It's definitely kept some mileage off of him. But yeah, give me the argument for David Montgomery.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Yeah, well, this is one that's surprised people. Some people are saying the exodias are underwhelming this year. They're not they're not fun. They're not sexy. I can't disagree more. I think this is a sexy pick. Ryan Heath thinks this is, you know, it's weird for Scott Barrett, the upside guy. You're gravitating towards safety here.
Starting point is 00:22:24 Listen, I see easy fringe wide receiver one upside and I see a massively high floor. Running back. RB1 upside. And yeah, I think this is, I feel really good about this. this. You know, my sources in Houston are adamant that he's going to be the bell cow. You had some beats overreacting to practice snaps. Yeah, he intentionally took it easy on him to keep him healthy for the regular season. So what looked like a 50-50 split is not going to be a 50-50 split in the regular season. You know, people have kind of, they're sleeping on him because,
Starting point is 00:22:58 yeah, he was just a part-time player last year. But what would Saquan Barclays snap share be if he shared a backfield with the 101, Jimir Gibbs, probably wouldn't be too much different. But other than that, this is a guy who ranks top three in fantasy points per snap the last three years. I'm hearing he's going to get the Joe Mixen role at worst. And so two years ago, when fully healthy, Joe Mixum is over 100 rushing yards per game,
Starting point is 00:23:22 was top five in XFP per game, top five in fantasy points per game. It's a great defense. Game script would be good. Starting field position would be good. A lot of red zone drives. hopefully. So yeah, I think they kind of want to hide C.J. Stroud. I think they want David Montgomery, you know, an all-time great culture locker room guy to be to be the face of the offense here.
Starting point is 00:23:46 He's been going what, the back end of round four, early round five, most of the offseason? Yeah. So let me ask you this. For those that don't think this is a sexy exodia, how many times are you getting a running back in the fourth or fifth round that's going to give you 325 touches. Wait. So yeah, he's actually fifth or six round. On ESPN, he's round six. He's round five everywhere else.
Starting point is 00:24:08 Okay. But yeah, that's what I'm saying is like this is a guy who feels this. It literally, it literally never happens. You will never find a guy locked into a 325 touch load in the fifth or six round. That just literally doesn't happen, you know, unless it comes out of left field. But like, predictable wise, like, you know, I'm sure we're projecting him a little little bit under 325, but Joe Mixen had what, 300 in that year you referenced. I think Montgomery is in line to get even more than that. So great call. Jonathan Brooks, the last of the five,
Starting point is 00:24:44 Carolina Panthers running back is, you know, I'm going to have you make the case for Brooks. Is his injury he's dealing with right now or the fact that he can't, you know, he's like, he practices a day and then takes a day off. Is that concerning to you at all? Or do you think they're just making sure he's ready to rock? Yeah, it's a little concerning. And I will say this is the Exodia. I feel the least confident in. But it's just like the price of where he was going.
Starting point is 00:25:08 Like I don't, he goes around running backs who are all handcuffs, right? They need an injury to be the guy. Whereas with Brooks, I can see him winning that job on talent. And we have proof of concept of the Dave Canales RB1 role being incredibly valuable. Rashad White first and then it was Chuba Hubbard two years ago. And then last year, you know, crazy stat is the two games Hubbard miss, RICO Dattle, was over 200 yards from scrimmage. That's only been done like maybe five times in NFL history. But yeah, it's a valuable role if he can get it.
Starting point is 00:25:44 I think the odds are pretty decent. He can get it. Chuba Hubbard, worst yards per target in NFL history two years ago. Zero explosive runs last year. And this was a highly drafted player, a player you were very high on. Players really talented in the passing game, which Dave Canales. has talked about but i mean he's also had two years off from football he only has one career season since high school over 30 carries there's a ton of risk and this probably doesn't hit like the odds are
Starting point is 00:26:12 this is probably a wasted pick but at this price though those are the bets you want to be making you want to be swinging for the fences you want to be leaning into upside and it's it's generally rare we can get a running back with as much upside this late in drafts excellent um Where is Brooks going right now? Well, let's see. Yeah, pull that up. I'll just say this. Round nine still.
Starting point is 00:26:40 Round nine. Which is kind of crazy. So I'm pretty anti like zero RB builds because I think they're stupid and running backs are the best way to go early in the draft, especially this year. But the last three drafts I've done, I've just been flirting with them just to kind of see how it goes. And I've, my teams are kind of loaded and I'm getting Montgomery and Brooks and a couple you know camp scataboo i'm getting like all three of those guys and so i actually feel pretty good but um brooks feels like i think i'm actually maybe even more bullish on brooks than you are i think the talent wins out tuba's not very good i mean he was hurt last year would be
Starting point is 00:27:17 the counter argument so like maybe who he was was he wasn't very good the year before okay all right yeah it's he's he's one of the less spectacular running backs from like a talent in athleticism standpoint you'll find in the nflbill Kyron Williams is up there too, but Kaiyan Williams is just such an elite IQ guy that it doesn't really matter. But Chuba doesn't have any receiving upside. Brooks is legitimately like a freak. He's super talented.
Starting point is 00:27:42 It reminds me of Alvin Kamara where he's so sudden. He's not really shifty, but he's sudden. He can slash get in and out of his cuts. He's a great route runner, great hands, good pass. Like, I think he could legit be a bell cow. I know he doesn't even need to be that to be in the Exodia payoff at his ADP. but man I think he could be so I like this one um let's get into your what I call your conditional exodias you have in a conditional exodia cuby this year it's like if you could
Starting point is 00:28:13 pick a sixth guy this would be the six guy right yeah well um well let's let's let's give them the exodia quarterback because that's what's what I'm saying yeah okay that's the one everyone wants um and that's that's that's malik willis and this is one I know you're gonna really align with me on This has always been one of your guys. But like the common bond between all the Exodia quarterbacks is they're all guys who run who are priced like they're going to suck ass. And so like if they're actually good or even just average and competent, that's that's free upside. And so over the last two years, Malik Willis leads all quarterbacks and fantasy points per dropback, 29% more than the next closest, 23.6 fantasy points per start.
Starting point is 00:28:57 That's more than Josh Allen. I said he's this year's 2022 Justin Fields. Even if he stinks, he probably has a floor of around QB10, and he goes 11 picks later than that, whatever. And 11 quarterbacks later than that. And if he's any good, he has legitimate overall QB1 fantasy upside. He averages 64.3 rushing yards per four quarters. That's nearly 10 full rushing yards more than Lamar Jackson in his career.
Starting point is 00:29:27 So he's just insanely cheap and we want to be punting the quarterback position. This is a guy you could take as your QB2 if you want. I've taken him plenty of times as my QB1. He's just so crazy cheap. And again, I see like a floor of low end QB1 and a ceiling much higher than that. If he's better than Justin Fields, do you think he's better than Justin Fields, Brett? By like miles and miles and miles. So yeah, I love this call.
Starting point is 00:29:55 the thing with Malik Willis, like playing on the Konami Code vibes that you're talking about, he's probably the most athletic starting quarterback in the league now, with Lamar kind of aging, Josh Allen's not really athleticism kind of thing, Anthony Richardson's not a starter. Like Willis is a, he's a freak of nature, man. He's got a confirmed 4-440, sub-4-40 on record. Now, I know that was a few years ago, but it's like he's still got it in his body. he's built like a truck.
Starting point is 00:30:26 I could see 850 rushing yards easily in the range of outcomes for him, especially when you look at the environment around him where it's like we don't know about their past catching situation. They have a bunch of rookies and vets that haven't really done much in the league and then you have a really good running
Starting point is 00:30:41 back. I could see a like I've been saying it over and over like a 2019 Cam Newton Christian McCaffrey vibe where it's Devin A Chan and Malik Willis show. And so I really love. like this. And I think he's a better passion than people realize, too. He's got a cannon for an arm. The accuracy was something he had been working on since his final year at Liberty. Obviously,
Starting point is 00:31:02 he didn't show well early in Tennessee, but with, you know, under Matla floor in Green Bay, like, you saw the mechanics change and they got better. The feet got better. And you saw that translate to the preseason this year where it's like, he just looks so confident and calm and mechanically sound in the pocket. I'm pretty bullish on him just taking a massive leap in general. But for fantasy specifically, man, I think he smashed. I love it. I love that we're aligned. These are usually our best calls. All right. Let's do our second best calls are when I believe it. Oh, yeah. The worst calls are when you believe it and I disagree. Gotcha. Gotcha.
Starting point is 00:31:38 Tucker Kraft and George Kittle conditional exodias because on ESPN, Tucker Kraft has a wonky ADP. He's being drafted way too late. And on Sleeper and Yahoo, George Kittle is that guy. So these are conditional exotias. and that if you're depending on the platform you're drafting on, definitely worth, you know, drafting them where they're going or even before. Talk about Tucker Kraft for a second. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:32:02 I feel like the fantasy gods have been good to me here. They've given me a do-over on a player. I really loved and was worried, you know, I was getting absolutely burned last year because up until his injury, he led all tight ends and fantasy points per game. And I was like,
Starting point is 00:32:22 damn like i should have known you know he's worried about target volume but it's clear like he's just good at the game he's george kittle reincarnated uh and while he's gonna be super expensive next year and guess what that's that's not the case he's he's really cheap especially on esPN by the way this is like the worst i can ever remember this is the easiest year hopefully hopefully this doesn't burn me and all these calls suck but it feels like the worst the easiest year i can remember the worst year for ADP and it's especially true of ESPN ridiculously soft in the draft guide it's if a single subscriber on ESPN doesn't make it to the playoffs I have to commit Sepaku but yeah Tucker craft ESPN Exodia and then George Kettle is the value everywhere else typically
Starting point is 00:33:10 going as the ADP tight end nine and so if you know ironically both guys coming off an injury so I think that speaks there's a reason their ADPs are probably a little wonky what is your plan? I'm assuming, are you just drafting them and setting it and forgetting it, or are you drafting a tight end two in those situations? I mean, I think you absolutely can just, just roll them out and just know, yeah, Tucker Kraft will probably be even better in the second half. Same for George Kittle. But I do like some of these tight end two as we talked about it. Isaiah likely should be really good in the first half as Malik Neighbors rounds into form. Dallas Goddard, no A.G. Brown has the best early season strength of schedule at the position.
Starting point is 00:33:50 So those on paper are perfect theoretical pairings with guys who might start slow. But, you know, Mark Andrews, if he's not washed, is a great pick. And then our guy, we talked about Dalton Kincaid, a ton of upside there as well. Awesome. Let's go T. Higgins. On ESPN, you're saying if everyone was drafting on ESPN, this is an Exodia. Yeah, he's an Exodia above the other Exodians. I just didn't list him as one because he's only,
Starting point is 00:34:19 Yeah, he's only this badly mispriced on ESPN, but he is so badly missed price, it is crazy. And so the reason that matters is, I'm assuming, because when you get into a draft room, the draft order typically follows the ADP of the room, right? Is that? Yeah. So T. Higgins is the wide receiver 22 on ESPN. He's my wide receiver 13. The sad I had on him was, over the last two years and only counting games, Joe Burrow played,
Starting point is 00:34:48 He averages eight targets per game, 17.5 fantasy points per game that would rank six best. And again, wide receiver 22. So that's crazy. Zay Flowers is an Exodia on Sleeper, you write. Yeah, it's, you know, that's a guy that we've butted heads on where I was wrong and you were right. I was a little overly critical of Zay Flowers. I was worried about Todd Monkin leaving. There's a chance Declan Doyle is actually a massive upgrade, just based on what,
Starting point is 00:35:18 we're hearing from him and what he's saying about more play action uh you know maybe not diverting from heavy personnel uh sticking with the screens and just peppering zay flowers if mark andrews is washed they really have no one else to throw the ball to so i i see another ppr cheat code season for zay flowers and hopefully there's some uh regression to the mean coming as well we've talked a lot lately about zay flowers if you're interested in any of those convos just you know listen to our recent videos with Debrough, I think we spent a good five minutes on him. He's just perennally underrated. He's a very well-rounded player. And I do think Declan Doyle could be an upgrade, actually, as they lean into more of a, you know, under center, play from the pocket, rhythm-based
Starting point is 00:36:03 passing offense. That's Sean Peytony, Ben Johnson-y. I do think Zay could really cook in that system, a little bit heavier of the intermediate route tree, you know, targets on that, that plane, I think would be really good for his fantasy production. hopefully get him in the end zone a little bit more as well. So Christian Watson, you write is a borderline exodia, but he goes right next to Mike Evans, who you prefer.
Starting point is 00:36:26 And it's, you really can't land both unless you get super lucky. You can't plan on landing both. Yeah, that's why I'm very jealous of auction drafters. But in an 1810 team league, you can do this. I have seen these rosters via our Discord DM subscribers will ask me to grade their
Starting point is 00:36:43 team. And yeah, I mean, this is just a player I've always been incredibly high on, you know, like he's been in Exodia before and then he got hurt and it didn't really work out too well for us. Obviously, the Josh Jacobs suspension, I think he plays more. No Romeo Dobbs, no Dontavian Wicks is no more of that gross five-way platoon. It should now just be three guys getting a full-time workload. And whenever Christian Watson has had a full-time workload, he's been exceptional. since he entered the league he averages 17.5 fantasy points per game in games with at least a 75%
Starting point is 00:37:18 route share that would rank wide receiver 7 that's above jackson smith and jigba that's above drake london by a lot and so yeah and we saw in the preseason a new role for him it's not just he's a deep threat oh by the way the only wide receivers with at least three seasons over 2.5 yards for route run the last four years christian watson pukinakua a j brown just and j Jefferson Amon Ross St. Brown. Again, it's really always just been injuries with him. And playing time, he's a very hyper-efficient player. And in this preseason, we saw a more valuable role from him, more crossers, more shallow targets, routes to mix in with the deep stuff. So, yeah, again, I love me some Christian Watson. One of the reasons I loved him as a prospect
Starting point is 00:38:02 was his catch and run ability at North Dakota State where it's like- You saw that his rookie year. He housed a number of screens. Exactly. Or shallows, you know, run them on a little drag, get him catching the ball in stride, and it's just like lights. That's kind of how the lines use Jamo. You know, Jamo's not just a downfield guy. He is like, get him the ball in space and he's going to cook. I think Watson's got that in his bag for sure. Let's go. Actually, you know what? Part of your analysis you didn't throw in there that I think is valuable. Josh Jacobs being on the commissioner exemplist potentially facing suspension, you got to wonder about the pass rate. I think the pass rate probably comes up. They've been stubbornly very run-heavy.
Starting point is 00:38:41 the last few years with j since they've signed josh jacobs so if the pass rate even comes up two percent and he's getting the upgraded role that that's that's that's going to be really nice it's going to be you know more volume higher target share yada yada yada all that so um i i love that call let's go um you wrote up marshaun lloyd is in exote if you can get him anywhere close to his late august adp that's not really happening but i am seeing it a little bit old yeah yeah and in like like ultra home leagues where they're not just super news abreast, you know. Everyone drafting off in magazines. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Funny enough, I did a draft last week and a guy showed up with a magazine. We need a magazine. When's the Fantasy Points magazine dropping? Let's have Claude make it. Yeah, I don't want to make it. How about that? I know. Anyone but me.
Starting point is 00:39:32 All right. Last one here we're going to get to is Judarian Price. joins David Montgomery and Jonathan Brooks. If you started zero RB, that zero RB, that zero RB, build I was telling you about. I got Gerardian Price is one of my running backs. So yeah, what's up with him? I have questions here on this one, but what do you see him with Price?
Starting point is 00:39:52 Yeah, I think he's the RB1. I don't think George Holani scares me at all. When was the last time you can get a round one running back this late in redraft? I don't know. And by all accounts, you know, they're really high in him. Had him sit out in preseason. He's looked incredible. I wonder about target volume, team, pass protection, but no, for a zero RB build, like, he needs to be in that mix alongside a David Montgomery alongside a Jonathan Brooks, I think, you know, Ramandre Stevenson for safe
Starting point is 00:40:26 guaranteed points is up there. Cam Scadabu goes a little bit earlier than David Montgomery. Those are all. And so, like, this is, if you can go back to what that was showing, it's like the next section was like nuance and more. It's like this is why you read the draft guide because it changes based on your league scoring, right? You're in a half point per carry league where it's like, okay, Derek Henry's now
Starting point is 00:40:49 a borderline Exodia and then Josh Allen, Malik Willis, you know, all the guys who quarterbacks who run are Exodias. In a six point per passing touchdown league, Doc Prescott's the Exodia. I don't want Malik Willis. I want Dak Prescott. Right.
Starting point is 00:41:04 In a eight team league, I would love Brock Bowers. I would love Josh Allen. In a 12 team league, I want nothing to do with them. And so, again, that's why you got to read this draft guide. And yeah, but you probably didn't because, you know, kickoffs just hours away. So hopefully you drafted some of these guys. Hopefully you're a fantasy point sub.
Starting point is 00:41:27 And hopefully these guys hit. That would suck if we ran bad with injuries. But I feel good about it this year. You know what else I hope for? I hope you guys are all. all DataSuite subscribers. Go get a subscription to DataSuite right now. DS2 as a promo code for 15% off.
