The fantasy football playoffs are right around the corner.
We're not talking about it, though.
Dave Kluge is joining me today, Fantasy Football Daily with Theo Greminger.
We don't have time to talk about the fantasy playoffs.
We don't have time to talk about week 13, week 14, because we are dropping our 2026 way
too early rankings.
That's right.
We're talking about 2026.
We're dropping our 2026 way too early rankings for the real ones out there who are
already thinking about next year's drafts.
Whether or not you're still competing this year, Dave, it's great to do this process.
It's a very, very challenging one.
I felt like I was giving you a homework assignment when I was like, yo, do you want to do the 2026 rankings?
And I feel like you were energized by it.
Yeah, dude, I'm a yes, man.
Like if somebody gives me an idea, I'm like, yeah, let's do it.
But like having to switch, like last night, I do my rest of.
season rankings and I spend a lot of time in those and then I start getting my week 13 rankings
ready and then I have to like put on a third hat and do 2026 draft rankings you broke my brain
last night Theo trying to do this and then I woke up this morning and was tweaking it more and like
I've just been overthinking myself nonstop since putting this list together last night it was a fun
exercise and um who knows how accurate this will be but it's fun to do right now yeah so I try to drop a
a Greminger top 50 rankings.
Sometimes I'll just do a top 25.
And that one I usually drop like right as the season ends.
It's going to be available over at FantasyPoints.com.
I might expand on it.
This past summer I got up to a top 100 by the end of the summer with like
write-ups on every guy.
It's fun.
People hold your feet to the fire on rankings.
But again,
this is a lot harder than just doing tears.
If we did tears,
we could get this show done in about 15.
minutes, Dave, because it's like you get to these resistance points in the rankings and you're
like, should I include this guy in this group of players? So, but it's an awful lot of fun. But
let's not waste anybody's time. Who is your current 101 heading into 2026? You know, are we doing
PPR scoring? I assume to go right. Let's go. Let's go regular PPR across the board. And this is
no tight end premium. So for instance, if you're an FFPC manager, Trey McBride would go a lot higher than maybe
we have him ranked.
I'm not sure.
Maybe Dave has
Trey McBride somewhere crazy high.
Brock Bowers would go higher.
And then there'd be other tight ends in discussion.
I think if you're an FFPC guy,
like next year at this time,
we'll be talking about like,
where do we take Tyler Warren?
We're not doing that.
This is your traditional one point PPR,
no tight end premium,
your standard home league scoring these days.
Let's rock.
I'm going with Jackson Smith,
Nijigba.
And maybe this is me just like double counting.
I was very in on Jackson Smith,
and Jigba, this off season.
I've been thrilled with what I've seen so far.
And I know, like, there's some really good running backs here.
And there's Jamar Chase and other talented wide receivers.
And there's, of course, the curse that, like, the guy who finishes as the wide receiver won can never replicate it the year after.
But this is a prospect that I have just loved since he came into the league.
And we saw, you know, the broken wrist in his rookie season, got him off through a slow start year two.
He's buried behind D.K. Metcalfe and Tyler Lockett.
I talk so much about how the primary receiver in a Clint Kubiak offense is just a cheat code and fantasy.
We've seen Justin Jefferson with his best years, right?
Iyke with his best years. Last year we saw Rashid Chihide, Marc Asvalda Scantling,
and now Jackson Smith to Jigba is arguably one of the most talented guys in that role.
So the easy 101 for me next year in PPR leagues.
Yeah. And I think JASN, for me, it's a clear top four that I think all will have a say as
who should be the number one overall pick. And we've got a lot of season left.
JSN certainly could have been here at one for me. But I'm going with Jemir Gibbs.
Jemir Gibbs is my 101. I think, Dave, like I have.
him at the 103 last year. So I was a little bit, or this current season, I had him as my
103. I was a little bit ahead of consensus on him throughout the summer. And I wish I would have
sort of made more arguments to take him as the 101. I realized Jonathan Taylor's got off to this
red hot start, Christian McCaffrey off to the red hot start. Jamir Gibbs sort of feels like the
league winner. And I think it's a really simple process with Jamir Gibbs being the number one overall
pick in 2026. We know he's an exceptional talent. He has more touchdown scored in his first
three seasons in the league than Barry Sanders. And that's with room to run. He's on a Hall of Fame
track. We saw the 55 point score in week 12. We also had a 38 point score in week 10, a 37 point
score in week seven. And he did the same thing last year at the end of the year, where he plays
his best football over the second half of the season with these ridiculous, ridiculous spike week.
Also, the receiving consistency is up this year.
We saw an 11 catch game.
I mean, 16 catches over the last two games, but it's way more simple than that.
The impediment to Jemir Gibbs this past year being in the discussion with, like, at the time,
Bijan and Sequin for a lot of fantasy managers was the presence of David Montgomery,
the role of David Montgomery was going to hold him back.
I think that that's going to, that ship is like really sailed, and you're going to see Montgomery
take on more of a true handcuff role next year, maybe mix in a little bit, but pretty much
a player that's going to be on your bench when the season starts.
Jemir Gibbs has the backfill to himself.
It's a fantastic offense, and he's also in that peak age for running back production.
He turns 24 years old in March.
This is going to be Jemir Gibbs summer.
It's the summer of Jemir Gibbs.
Jemir Gibbs is the 101.
I'm going to be pounding the table for him all summer long, barring some unforeseen
injury or something like that it's going to be gibbs yeah people are still like using david montgomery
to knock jemir gibbs next year he's going into his age 29 season we're already seeing his workload
get reeled back significantly jemir gibbs does everything we want to see from a fantasy football
perspective he can run inside and outside he's got the breakaway speed catches the passes to me like
this feels so reminiscent to like an early career christian mcalfrey we're like christian mcalfrey
still out there good in the volume but like the efficiency isn't there right now with jimier
Gibbs. You're getting the opportunity and you're getting the efficiency. Yeah, this guy is just
an absolute league winner. And peak Ladinian Tomlinson. I'll say for like that like that's sort
of like the dream for Gibbs next year. I think and Gibbs already 23 and a half points per game this
year. So a lot to like there. Who do you have as your 102, Dave? I'm going to Mar Chase. And I know like
it's been a weird year so far this season. I'm willing to just take that sample with Jake Browning and
just throw it in the trash. Like that was not real football. I'm not even using that at all when
I'm looking at Jamar Chase and Chase and Chase Brown and T. Higgins and what some of these other guys did in that offense, we should expect Joe Burrow to be back fully healthy next year.
And if there's any sort of discount, we're like Jamar Chase, he should be a top three or a top four pick.
And I'm sure your fourth player, I know who that's going to be.
We do kind of have this cluster up top.
But if Jamar Chase is falling to three, four, which I expect him to do because of the other town here, that's just going to be such an easy pick next year.
I just can't let Jamar Chase fall farther.
the number three based on what we've seen
through the early part of his career. Yeah, and I think
that's a lock. And I consider putting Jemar Chase
at the 101. I did
this process with
John Daigle before the season started
where we predicted the first
round, sort of like we're doing now in a sense.
We're actually ranking now. Instead,
we were sort of predicting ADP.
Chase having to play the season with
Joe Burrow, Jake Browning,
Joe Flacco, still leads the NFL
in targets. He's a weapon of mass destruction.
Doesn't need much more context than you
gave it. He is definitely in the running for the 101. But I went with Jonathan Taylor at the
102. I think this might end up being sort of an overcorrection of what we saw from Taylor's
ADP discount this year. But if we look at Taylor, what's changing in Indianapolis? Really nothing.
Daniel Jones will be in his second year under center. The writing's on the wall that Daniel
Jones is going to be the quarterback in Indianapolis, I think for the foreseeable future. The team,
everything's sort of working with Taylor. And I think what one of the, the, the,
best things about Taylor is Taylor not only is just this unbelievable touchdown score has nearly
1,200 rushing yards, 15 rushing touchdowns already, but we've seen him take a step forward,
something that I think will extend his career. He's got 32 catches right now. He's going to set
a career high in catches. When he was the RB1 a few years back, he had like 41 receptions.
This year he's going to break that number, probably ends the season with somewhere around 50
catches. So you're getting a little bit more well-rounded. And again, he's not too old and he's
averaging 25.7 points per game. I think it's going to be running back, running back at the top
of boards. And I think wide receivers will probably go three, four, just my gut feeling. But the two
wide receivers you mentioned and the two running backs that I mentioned, I think are all in the
running right now to be the 101. Anything to add on Taylor, I guess you're going to talk about him in a
second. Who do you have at your 103 or you can talk about Taylor now, whatever you want, Dave?
Yeah, I mean, Taylor, it's weird. He's been in the league for so long that I think people
are going to use age to knock him because he's going into his age 27 season. That's not really
when I get scared for me. It's like 29, 30. Those are the years that I start to have a little
bit of pause about. Jonathan Dale is still in the prime of his career, running behind one of the
best offensive lines. We've seen a more creative offense, allowing for big plays and past
catches, as you had mentioned. So I think that's the obvious pick year. You know, we talk about
the top four. Maybe it actually is a top five because I think Bijon Robinson still
deserves to be in this discussion. And we've seen a couple of dud games this
year, especially with Kirk Cousins. But if you're able to take those two games that he's
played with Kirk Cousins out of the equation, he's averaging 22.7 PBR points per game,
which is fourth best among running backs. It's another guy, just like Jemir Gibbs,
that is in the peak of his career. We know he can catch passes. He's got the big play
upside. And, you know, I understand why you're going with Jonathan Taylor there. But I think
the gap between Jonathan Taylor and Bijon Robinson is going to be extremely tight.
I'm interested to see how ADP settles next year because I think you could make a strong argument that Bijon should be going ahead of Jonathan Taylor, both supreme talents.
But I think that age gives me the slight preference to Bijon Robinson.
Yeah, I think for me with Bijon, I would have anticipated he would have been the first running back off the board if we were doing this exercise, like, or maybe like right there with Gibbs if we were doing this exercise even a month and a half ago.
For me, there's a couple of question marks here.
offensive coordinator, do we see
Zach Robinson gone? Do we see a
new offensive coordinator in Atlanta?
What's going on with coaching staff there?
You also have with Bejohn,
what's going to happen with Tyler Algier?
I think that the best thing with Bejon
would be, I actually think that the market's going to
value Tyler Algear extremely highly.
I think that people are going to look at him
as a free agent that they can bring in,
put his sort of a committee back in like a co-RB-1
type backfield. I think Algear is going to have a big
market out there. If Al Jir is gone, I think it takes that headache away from Bijon and it sort of
clears the path for him to have a season that's similar to what we're seeing with Christian
McCaffrey or Jonathan Taylor this year. So I get exactly where you're at on Bijon being at the 103.
I think that's perfectly fine. For me, my 103, Jemar Chase, I have him ahead of JSN. JSN for me is
the 104. I'll just reveal my three and my four. Chase at the three, JSN at the four. It's a, it's a
clear wide receiver one wide receiver two you could flip these guys around i do think there's a
little bit to be said that there's has not been a repeat wide receiver one overall uh since like
the antonio brown days de andre hopkins days uh when those guys were in their prime uh it's just
so much pressure over we've seen year in year out for these wide receivers to sort of replicate the
magical dream season js n could easily be the 101 but i'm going to put him at the 103
four right behind Jamar Chase.
Nothing really needs to be said other than what you said about those guys.
Two of the best target earners, each of them has an immense number of targets this year.
Each of them has spike weeks.
But with the healthy Joe Burrow, I'm going to give the slight edge to Jamar Chase,
Chase at the three, JSN at the four for me.
Dave, who do you have 104?
So at 104, sorry, I jumped a little bit ahead of myself.
I had Jemir Gibbs at 103.
Bijon Robinson was my 104, and then I'm getting way ahead of myself here.
So it was Jonathan Taylor was who I actually had at the 105.
I thought we were going kind of back and forth on players here.
So I jumped a little bit ahead on that.
But yeah, for me, Bijon Robinson would be my 104.
And then Jonathan Taylor, who you already discussed, would be my 105 to round out that top five.
Yeah, and Bijon, for me, is my 105.
So right before we take a break, let's just recap our one through five.
For me, it's Jamir Gibbs at the one, Jonathan Taylor at the two, Jamar Chase 3, Jackson Smith and Jigba, 4, Bejohn Robinson, 5.
Dave, why don't you recap yours?
So Jackson Smith, the Jigba, at 1, Jamar Chase at 2, Jemir Gibbs at 3, Bejohn Robinson at 4, and Jonathan Taylor at 5.
So we've got the same top 5, just kind of shuffled around a little bit in preference.
Now it's going to get a lot of fun.
We're going to take a quick break when we come back.
We're revealing the rest of our 2026 way, way, way too early rankings right after this.

Dave, let everybody know what you have going on this time of year at Football Guys.
You're sort of everywhere.
I think the two of us are probably recording about as many podcasts as anybody in the world right now on a weekly basis.
Let everybody know sort of your weekly cadence, where they can find your work, what you're dropping.
Well, I will say Thanksgiving week, we pump the brakes a little bit, reel back the content, just a tad so we can spend time with
family and friends, which is a very important thing to do this time of year. But on any other week
of the year, I'm doing a nine podcasts a day. I'm doing the Football Guys Fantasy Football
Show with Alfredo Brown. I'm doing the Football Guys Dynasty show with Jeff Bell. And then I've
got my solo show as well, the launch pad. Every Tuesday morning, you find my rest of season
rankings article. That just keeps growing and growing every single week. This week, I rank
383 players with rest of season rankings for all the biggest movers, risers and fallers. I do add
notes as to why they are moving up and down in the rankings, along with some big picture
thoughts and, you know, thoughts on every individual position as well. So it's really been a labor
of love, a big, you know, six to eight thousand word article that I'm writing every single
Monday night. But you can find that over at football guys.com. Yeah, highly recommend all
of Dave's work. Dave's been a frequent guest of mine. Even last year when I was on the other
channel, Dave would come on a lot. So we podcast together. Highly recommend your stuff is easy
to listen and you give out actionable fantasy advice that helps you win in fantasy.
A big shout out to Fantasy Points.
That's where all my content is, is located at.

FantasyPoint.com, Black Friday sale, check it out.
Dave, let's keep it going.
Who is your 106?
This one might be spicy to some people, but I'm still going.
with Pooka Nakuua. And I know there's a lot of talk about how the Rams are kind of changing
their offensive philosophy. We've seen this 13 personnel. Pukua has now four straight games
without 800 plus receiving yards. But still his utilization in this offense is so good. And it's
frustrating right now that a lot of those goal line looks that we saw typically going to Pukukua over
the last couple of years are now going to Bonte Adams way. But when you look at the big
play upside, the after the catch abilities, all the things that Puka brings to a football field,
this guy still is in the prime of his career. I expect Devante Adams to still be.
in the picture next year, and he is going to get
a lot of these goal line fades. But
I think if we're pushing Pooka
too far down in round one,
we probably overthought it. We found
a lot of reasons this offseason
to discount Puka Nakuwa, and now
through 12 weeks, they all seem a little bit foolish.
Yeah, it's almost like
Puka Nakua fatigue. The guy's
so good, but it's been really
the JSN show. But Puka,
like I get it, Devante Adams is catching the touchdowns,
but Nekua is averaging
21 points per game.
He'll be 25 years old next season.
I think where you have him ranked is actually appropriate.
I have him at my 107.
So you have him six.
I have him seven.
And again, we didn't, like, consult with one another.
This is sort of, we did these rankings on our own.
And then we briefly talked right before the show started.
So we each came up with Puka being, like, sort of in the exact same range.
I think he's locked in.
He's such a good player.
He's such a high, high level target earner.
And you feel like he's got a lot of room to run where maybe we have.
haven't seen his peak season.
I think he's really going to be sort of the dark horse wide receiver one next year.
There'll be so much JSN and Jamar Chase love.
Pooka Nakua could take it a step further next year.
And there'll be some touchdown variants.
I think a lot of them going to Devante Adams this year.
Maybe Nakua ends up with maybe five more touchdown catches next year and has sort of
his peak touchdown season.
So for me at the 106, it's Devon A-chan.
And A-chan, you know, is really taking it to another level.
as a runner this year. He's never had a thousand rushing yard season. He's going to get that relatively
easy, has five rushing touchdowns already, averaging 21.4 points per game. Also, this has been
a really poor offense at times, and he's been able to sort of overcome his circumstances. He's going to
end up being the second leading receiver at the running back position this year, had the most
receptions at the running back position last year, will have the second most this year. It's going to end up
with somewhere in that 75 catch range
this year. And I think it's a little bit more
just Devon A-chan appreciation next year
where last year people were able to get him in round two.
He's a lock first rounder this year.
Devon A-chan and also the potential
that we have Mike McDaniel back in Miami.
Miami's playing sort of inspired football down the stretch.
McDaniel's able to sort of maximize, you know,
Devon A-chan in multiple seasons.
So Devon A-chan for me at the 106.
And then for me, Pooka Nakua at the 107, A-chan Nakua, 6-7.
There you go, a little 6-7 for you, Dave.
Who do you have at the 7?
And I did the same exact thing as you, but I just flip-flop them.
So I prefer Pukkah.
But I've got Devon A-chan directly after him.
And, you know, there was that one, what was it, like a two-week window this preseason
where you were just getting like generational wealth opportunities where Devon A-chan
was falling into the back of round two because of that ankle injury.
And then he never really rebounded to where he should have been.
This should have been a first round pick last year.
And the thing I talked about that I liked so much about Devon A Chance profile is that we saw him find fantasy success in multiple ways throughout his young career.
Early in his season, he was in a part-time role opposite Rahim Mostert, and he was just ripping off huge chunk plays and was giving us RV1 production that way.
Then we saw this kind of broken Miami offense where they were just checking down to him at an obscene rate, and he found RB1 production that way.
So I like this when a guy isn't forced into one way to accumulate his fantasy production, whether they're using him as a.
rusher or as a receiver, he's going to find his way to fantasy relevant. So this feels like a guy
who should probably deserve consideration in that top tier. But, you know, as we just keep getting
deeper and deeper down on this list, we realize that there are a lot of really, really good
young, talented players in the NFL right now. Yeah, that's the thing. This year, there's not a
whole lot of guys that are going to age themselves out. We're going to talk about some of the like
post-AJPEC guys as we keep going. But I think that there's going to be a lot of arguments that this
player could have their peak season for a number of the players we're talking about in round
one. And some of the players were talking about in round two as well. And one of these players
that I think there's going to be some commenters on YouTube and maybe people listening to
the podcast that are going to say, you have this player too low. This player is the ultimate
edge pick. I'm going to consider taking this player at the, you know, the 102, 103. And that's
Trey McBride. Trey McBride comes in for me at the 108.
McBride is averaging 18 points per game, just lapping the field at the tight end position.
Not a whole lot needs to be said about Trey McBride.
I do think it'll be interesting to see who the quarterback is next year in Arizona.
A lot of these peak Trey McBride games have come with Jacoby Brissette behind center.
Definitely not a like a long-term answer type in Zona.
But I think that with McBride, he's just been able to do this now for two seasons in a row, putting up these immense target totals.
Dave, I think at the end of the season
he might set the record for the most
catches and the most targets
in history at the tight end position.
He's right there right now.
And we've seen these immense spike weeks
and the whole argument that he's not a touchdown score.
That ship is completely sailed.
He might get double-digit touchdowns
when this season's over.
Trey McBride at the 108,
and I might be a little low on him.
Yeah, I mean, I like the pick.
And this is the problem.
Every single year when I'm drafting,
there's a tight end that gets pushed into round one
that I never get any pieces of because I'm just, you know,
the way that I play the game,
I'm just not willing to do that.
I mean,
I did it a few years back with Travis Kelsey was having his big seasons.
And it seemed like the years that you would draft Travis Kelsey there,
he wouldn't live up to the expectation.
So this is just like a pure game theory thing for me.
Like I will take my,
I don't know if I want to say luck,
but I'll take my risks a little bit later on the Bowers and the Warrens
and the kiddles and those sorts of guys.
So I love Trey McBride.
You know,
he's an unbelievable player,
but there's still some running backs and wide receivers in this zone
that I would prefer ahead of him if I'm in a draft.
Yeah, and your colleague, Sigmund Bloom,
we'll probably have Tray McBride as the 101.
Right.
Looking at that tight end edge.
Value-based drafting.
Yeah, a value-based drafter right there.
Who do you have at your 108, Dave?
I'm going with Rashi Rice,
and I know, like, you can argue that some of his touches are gimmicky
and that he gets these manufactured scheme touches near the line of scrimmage.
But guess what?
It works for him.
And, like, we use that same exact reason to knock Pukunakua through his first
couple of years in the league.
At the end of the day, Rashi Rice came back this season.
And he is the per game wide receiver.
three in PPR leagues with 20.2 fantasy points per game.
That's pretty much exactly what he has done since the second half of his rookie season.
This guy is just a PPR machine.
He catches the short, valuable targets as an extension of the run game.
He can create after the catch.
They use him in creative ways, giving him pop passes and screens near the goal line as well.
So he's got that touchdown upside.
And we look at the other receivers here in Kansas City.
They might be in the market this offseason, but that's not typically something that we see.
Andy Reed offenses do invest heavily in wide receivers.
we've got worthy there and we've got Marquise Brown there and we've got Travis Kelsey who's aging
out a little bit. I think Rashi Rice is set to just take over as the clear number one weapon
in this offense and I wouldn't let him fall past round eight or past pick eight. Yeah, and I'm probably
a little bit low on Rashi Rice. I know there's going to be a lot of people watching this or like
Theo, maybe you were too low on him this summer. I ended up with a ton of Rashi Rice on my fantasy
teams. But at the same time, I was sort of, you know, not in the camp that I need to take him every time
after the suspension, like some of my colleagues.
Thankfully, I did take Rashi Rice in a number of these drafts,
because you're right, he looks fantastic,
just a little bit lower than you are on him.
For me, he comes in at the 112,
so he's like a fringe first rounder for me.
Am I 109, and we actually have a big disparity on this,
I'm usually a huge ageist,
but for me it's Christian McCaffrey,
and I get the notion that it's all volume-based for him,
that he's going to be 30 years old,
but we've seen it turn back the clock on Christian McCaffrey being the mega target earner.
And I don't see that necessarily changing in San Francisco next year.
He has 81 catches already.
He's averaging 25.9 points per game.
So I don't necessarily like the yards per carry.
I don't anticipate that he's going to have to have as many total carries next season.
But I do think that the receiving work will translate to him kind of growing old.
older with ease here.
And unlike the Sequin Berkeley, you know, regression we've seen this year, it's not
like a, the volume's not going to catch up with him because, again, a lot of it's, his work
as a receiver.
So again, I'm going Christian McCaffrey at the 109.
I understand he's going to be 30 years old.
It's sort of a poor bet for me to make.
But I do think that there's a chance that he's 100 receptions next year at age 30.
I think he's fine to take still at like the 109.
And Dave, there's going to be plenty of people watching this saying,
that I have Christian McCaffrey way too low.
He's different.
But Father Time's undefeated in football.
And a lot of times when these guys hit a certain age, they do fall off a cliff.
I usually like trying to avoid that sort of cliff.
But McCaffrey's different.
I think he's a role breaker.
And again, I think he's going to age very, very gracefully.
Yeah, he certainly could.
And I'm okay being a little bit low on him.
Like, if I'm going to miss, this is a guy that I'm okay on missing,
is an aging running back in the first round.
And I also wonder, like, we've seen the receiving production has been obscene.
year. I mean, like, you could take away everything he's done as a rusher and he'd still be
an RV1 in fantasy just on his receiving merits alone. But I do wonder how much of that had to do
with George Kettle being injured for an extended period of time. Ricky Pearsall being injured.
Brandon Ayuk, whatever is going on with him. Juwan Jennings getting banged up. I wonder if this
isn't what they want to do with the offense, but what Kyle Shanahan was kind of forced to do out
of necessity. So to me, the San Francisco offense hasn't looked great this year. It feels like
they're doing what they can, get in the ball to Christian McCaffrey because he's kind of the last
man standing out there.
But I wonder with a year to reset, these guys coming back healthier, if maybe we do see a little
bit more of a balanced offense going into 2026.
And how about your 109 here?
Drake London.
And, you know, we saw it this year.
Like, I was a very big Drake London guy in the off season.
And I think a lot of people don't realize how good he has been because he picked up that
shoulder injury in week one.
And over the next four weeks, he was pretty quiet.
He wasn't really doing too much.
But prior to leaving with this most recent knee injury, I mean, we saw a 38.8 point game, 24.4, 18.9.
I mean, this guy, we saw it early in his career.
Over 30% target share as a rookie.
He's maintained that usage throughout his entire career.
What I talked about a lot this offseason is that I loved the quarterback pairing with Michael Pennix,
because Michael Pennix never shies away from throwing to a covered receiver.
And what Drake London does best is come down with these contested catch opportunities.
And Drake London has done that a lot this year.
Michael Pennix lets him go up, make plays on the balls.
He comes down with him, whether it be deep down field or in the red zone.
I think that Drake London is one of the most talented young wide receivers out there,
assuming Michael Pennix can return from this knee injury, be the starter in week one.
I can't let him fall out around one.
Yeah, I'm with you.
And we were pretty much in line when it came to Drake London.
I have Drake London at the 111.
Again, a little bit of question marks with Atlanta,
but no question marks at all with Drake London.
I think he's fantastic.
I was also very high on London this past off season.
I have a ton of Drake London exposure,
really hoping he can bounce back here and come back soon,
especially for the fantasy playoffs.
But that's a whole other story.
We're talking about 2026.
For me, I have the 110 is Amman Rae St. Brown.
And this is a little bit of a correction from last year.
We saw Amman Rae St. Brown falling into round two
a little more often than we were used to.
I think it's a little bit of a correction here.
Amon Ra goes at the 110.
I also think with Jameson Williams
being more of a spike week guy
and a little bit less of a consistent score
where I think the dream for James
drafters this past off season
was they reward him with the contract.
We saw him take that big step forward to 2024,
2025 he's going to be more consistent.
It's been anything but he's actually
had a lot of variance this year,
zero pointer last week.
So I think Amon Rae St. Brown,
along with Jemir Gibbs,
both of those guys are going to be
really locked in first round picks next year.
Amon Ra just coming off a 29-point week in week 12,
but he's had a ton of these spike weeks.
He had a 39-pointer in week two,
a bunch of 20-point weeks in the mix.
Again, a little bit under the radar
just because of how good JSN has been this year,
but Amman Ra looking like he's going to have another top five
wide receiver season.
He's in the mix to finish as like the wide receiver three this year.
So Amman Ra at the 10,
and then Drake London again for me at the 11.
You made a great argument for London.
Who do you have as your 111?
And we've just got those flip-flop, by the way.
You know, at 110, I've got Amon-Ross St. Brown there,
and you just had Drake London and Amon-Rot flipped.
And shame on me for doubting the sun god this off-season.
I was very much so.
I'm going to pass on Amon-Ross-Saint-Rown.
He had the injury scary, like the little surgery, too.
It was like he had the little surgery and they're like,
oh, here we go, here we go.
I'm on Ross-St. Brown.
The injury bug is open.
It really was a cleanup surgery because he's looked explosive.
He's just such a great player.
age-wise, he's completely locked in still.
He's only 26 years old, and he will be 26 years old when the season starts next year.
Absolute peak performance, just a fantastic player.
I'll wrap up our first round, and then we'll give a quick recap after you drop it.
I have Rashi Rice at the 12.
Again, I could have had him a little bit higher.
So I'm on Rodrake, London, Rashi Rice, three wide receivers in a row for me to end the first round.
How about for you?
Who do you have at your 12?
So I've got a, because I think we got a little bit off there.
I'd have Monra at 10.
And then my 11 is actually C.D. Lamb, who it's been a weird year.
I got to admit, you know, I had C.D. Lamb ranked as my top wide receiver this year,
you know, expecting him to just come back with a healthy D.
Prescott.
I did not expect George Pickens to just be taking his lunch on a weekly basis.
He is outscoring him in the games that they've played together.
But I'm still going to keep C.D. Lamb up there as a back-end round one pick.
And then my, my 12th pick to round out round one is going to be Justin Jefferson.
And I think there's going to be a lot of speculation right now.
Like we are just guessing, but, you know, if they go out and they sign a Matt Jones or if they can draft a quarterback, maybe we change it and push him up the rankings a little bit.
But if they roll into 2026 with J.J. McCarthy, look in the way that he has this year, there's definitely going to be some pause regarding Justin Jefferson.
Yeah, absolute sacrilege by me to have Jefferson and Lamb not in my top 12.
You'll hear their names called right when we start round two.
Let's each give a quick top 12 recap, Dave, and then let's take a break.
Jamir Gibbs for me at my one, Jonathan Taylor at two, Jamar Chase at three, JASN at four,
Bijan Robinson at five, Devon A Chan at six, Puka Nakuwa at seven, Trey McBride at eight, Christian McCaffrey at nine,
Amon Ross St. Brown at 10, Drake London at 11, Rashi Rice at 12. What are your top 12 once again, Dave?
I've got Jackson Smith, the Jigba at one, Jamar Chase at two, Jameer Gibbs at three,
Bejohn Robinson at four, Jonathan Taylor at five, and Pooka Nakuwa at six.
from the top half of round one.
Second half, I'm going Devon H. Ann at 7,
Rashi Rice at 8, Drake London at 9.
I'm on Ross St. Brown at 10, C.D. Lamb
and Justin Jefferson at 11 and 12.
Great stuff.
We're going to take a quick break.
We come back.
We're going to review our second round picks right after this.
At Capital One, we're more than just a credit card company.

finding mental health support shouldn't leave you feeling more lost at camh we know how frustrating
it can be trying to access care we're working to build a future where the path to support is clear
and every step forward feels like progress not another wrong turn visit camh.cah.cah to help us forge
a better path for mental health care all right dave welcome back let's talk about it real quick
you already made the case for justin jefferson for cd lamb i have jefferson at 13 and then i
I have C.D. Lamb at 14. I wanted to put Pickens ahead of Lamb. I'm sure we'll talk about
pickens shortly. But Jefferson and Lamb, just tremendous talents. This seems like Justin Jefferson
won't fall further than this. I think this is sort of the resistance point. Even if J.J. McCarthy
is back behind center next season in Minnesota, you really can't have Justin Jefferson lower than
13. Probably should have put him in the first round. One of the best wide receivers we've ever seen. But again,
averaging 13.8 points per game this season.
Unheard of drop in production for Jefferson.
I do think the ADP market will be punitive on that.
Now, if there's a quarterback change,
I think it could be the opposite,
and we could see Jefferson, like, right there with Pooka Nakuwa.
And then C.D. Lamb, you know, missed a couple games with injury.
He's still a mega target earner,
and he's averaging north of 16 points per game this season.
So can't really rank him much lower than this.
Jefferson and Lamb for me at 13 and 14.
Who are your 13th and 14th rank guys?
So with 13, I went with James Cook.
I mean, like we're seeing the breakout.
This is a guy who got the big contract that he had hoped for.
He is on a good offense.
He gets the rushing opportunities.
He gets the targets.
He gets the goal line work.
He's doing everything you want to see from a fantasy football player.
And I think that we totally overcorrected with the holdout this off season where he was
regularly falling into round three and round four.
I don't think that he should fall.
all too deep into round two next year based on what we've seen this year.
And then for 14, my second picking round too.
This one might be a little bit spicy, but I'm going with Tetaroa McMillan.
I mean, this guy right now has just been great this year, 96 targets for the first 12 weeks.
We're seeing him develop as a wide receiver one.
And I think the only concerns that we have right now are about Bryce Young and the Panthers offense as a whole.
But he has looked like a bona fide wide receiver one through the first half of his rookie season.
When I'm drafting, these year two guys that showed a lot of promise as rookies that have the draft
capital, have the profile that I want, are almost always a good bet.
This feels so similar to Malik Neighbors, where, you know, unfortunately went out with the
ACL Tair, but we saw not on a great offense was still able to perform.
I think Tedro McMillan might not quite be at Malik Neighbors level, but maybe just the
tier behind him, and that's who I'm going with.
Yeah, and I love those two picks, both those guys inside a round two for me, but again,
a little bit lower than you are.
For me, at 15, excuse me, at 14, I actually think it's going to be Ashton Genty.
and I think that it's going to be, excuse me, this is 15 overall.
15 overall is going to be Ashton Gentie.
And I think that when we look back on what Gentie was able to accomplish from a fantasy football lens
in like just an awful, horrible circumstance, he's averaging 15 points per game, was a first round pick last year.
I anticipate that there's going to be a ton of changes in Vegas this offseason.
And I think we're going to actually see a big year two leap in production when it comes to Genti.
So again, some people might not.
love where I have him here, but he again is averaging 15 points per game in a truly awful
situation behind a horrible offensive line, horrible quarterback play, and yet he's producing
as a fantasy player, and he's showing upside as a receiver multiple games this season where
he's been able to carry his production based on his receiving upside, which was really nice to
see because last year at Boise State, they didn't ask him to catch the football at all. He's
got four games, excuse me, five games this season with five or more receptions, just had
eight catches in week 12, probably going to miss week 13, maybe week 14, but I do think he'll
have a strong finish to the season. Offensive coordinator change as well. Chip Kelly,
they're last in scoring in the NFL, bottom of the barrel scoring the Raiders, and we're
still seeing Gentie at 15 points per game. So I think when we take a bird's eye view of the
season, people are actually going to say that we saw enough out of Ashton Genty, plus a
a lot of the analytics people, very good at, like, forcing mistackles, all of those sort of
metrics, Dave.
So I think Gentie, a little bit lower drafted than he was last year, but he's sort of one
of these names where he, there's going to be a little bit of resistance points.
You're not going to see like third round Ashton Genty.
Right.
And I think so many people are quick to like just write Ashen Genty off as a bust.
But like the reality is he's still the RV 11 in PBR scoring.
He has been performing.
And he might not have given us that Jemir Gibbs, Bejohn Robinson type of ceiling that we had
hope for, but I think in a better offensive environment, he can still be that type of
player. So I don't know what the Raiders are going to do this year. I don't know if they
completely blow it up and get rid of Pete Carroll and get rid of Gino Smith and just kind of
completely clean house. We'll have to wait to see how this offseason kind of transpires.
But Ashton Genty is shown enough on film and in the advanced analytics that you've got to
have faith in him going forward. Yeah, I'm with you. Ashton Genty, like, I think I'm going
to be higher on consensus than him. If you don't like that pick, let us know in the comments.
Dave, who do you have at 15?
I've got Christian McCaffrey, who we've talked about.
And then I'll just jump ahead to my 16 as well, which is Ashen Ginty,
who we've also talked about.
So I'm a little bit lower on both of these guys than you.
One spot lower on Ashen Ginty, about a half a round lower on Christian
McCaffrey.
I've already talked about both of them, you know, some of the age concerns with
Christian McCaffrey, them having a more balanced offensive attack next year.
And then Ginty, like, you know, I say I'm a spot lower than you,
but we very much so have him in the same range.
And I think this is exactly where we should be going at the top of round two next year.
Yeah.
So we're pretty.
much in line with a lot of our picks here, Dave, sort of co-independently came up with them.
16 overall for me is going to be George Pickens. And we're seeing Pickens probably dropping a top
five scoring season. It'll be actually shocking if he dropped out of the top five. He's averaging
20 points per game. He's had four games with 29 points or more. Just a weapon of mass destruction
here. He's at eight touchdown catches already. He's over 1,000 receiving yards. I just think with
George Pickens, there's a couple of question marks.
he's going to be a free agent.
I think that the best outcome
would be Dallas giving him a long-term extension
and they have the room to run to do this.
Do they franchise tag him?
That could end up creating a sort of a headache situation
where we saw Pickens, everything's perfect with Pickens this year,
just a perfect teammate, everyone loves him,
the beat reporters love him, the front office loves him,
Pickens seems very happy in Dallas,
but we know he was a little bit mercurial in the past,
had some issues in Pittsburgh.
Does he feel slighted by getting tagged?
I don't know.
There's like no way for me to get into a player's head.
But I do think at the end of the day,
this is about as low as I would feel comfortable ranking,
a player who's taken this sort of leap forward.
George Pickens at times looks like peak Josh Gordon out there.
He looks like peak A.J. Brown out there.
Just a weapon of mass destruction type alpha wide receiver.
And I don't mind having him and Lamb both this highly ranked.
I think they'll coexist next year.
we've seen each of them
earn an exceptional amount of targets
over the last, you know,
since C.D. Lamb returned from injury.
So Pickens for me at 16,
and I do think it's sort of out there.
I don't think that he'll not be a Dallas Cowboy next year,
but if he does go on the open market,
he would end up being maybe the most heavily sought after
free agent wide receiver of all time.
I think the market would be so high for George Pickens.
So nothing but positivity with Pickens right now,
I wish I could have pushed him higher
but I think this feels about right 16 overall.
Yeah, and I do think this is just like a perfect environment for him to be in
where the defensive gravity gets pulled to C.D. Lamb, but then even in the sample we saw
without C.D. Lamb, he can operate as the wide receiver one when need be.
I mean, he was the top scoring wide receiver without C.D. Lamb. He's number two in
scoring with C.D. Lam. It's just been an awesome year for him.
And really, you know, frustrating to see what D.K. Metcalf is now doing in this offense,
just getting pinned to the boundary on these short little throws,
which we saw George Pickens got stuck in that role over the last couple of years.
and now with the in-breaking routes, the downfield targets,
the after-the-catch opportunities,
George Pickens is developing into a superstar.
Yeah, I love it. Absolutely love it.
Who do you have at 16?
At 16, that was Ashton Ginty,
so we'll jump down to 17.
Yeah, yeah, we're good.
And, you know, as I was thinking about what I wanted to say
about Omari and Hampton at 17,
I'm realizing that I might actually be too low on him.
Like, I could make a strong argument to put Omarian Hempton
ahead of Tedero Macmillan, Chris McCaffrey,
Ashton, Ginty, the guys that I just talked about.
We already saw him performing.
at an elite level when he came into the league.
And we had to worry about Najee Harris for the first couple of weeks.
And then once Najee Harris was out of the picture, Omarine Hampton took off.
And now I look forward to 2026.
Rishon Slater is going to be back.
Joe Alt is going to be healthy.
We know the offensive line has been the big issue in Los Angeles so far this year.
With those two bookend tackles healthy,
Lamarine Hampton, you know, if he's falling here into the middle of round two,
he's going to be a guy that I'm probably going to have on, you know,
40, 50 percent of my rosters next year, just like I did with Jonathan Taylor this year.
I just think there's a good case to be made that he could be the top scoring running back in this offense, especially if Najee Harris is unable to come back or still has some limitations from the ankle or from the Achilles injury.
It's a first round player off the charts athleticism.
We've already seen him check the box as an elite producer.
And I think going into a year two in a healthier charger's offense, it can only get better.
And when I did this process with John Daigle before the season started, Hampton was the one guy that we said could be in the first round next year.
And everything you just said about Hampton, again, I feel like I'm too low.
He comes in at 18 for me.
I do think that there's a chance that they limit his touches down the stretch here to keep
him fresh for the NFL playoffs.
The offensive line's not going to look as good.
And he was running pure as a receiver before he got injured.
Ronde Gadsden has developed sort of in the time that he was away.
So for me, I think that there's a like a pretty big range of where Hampton could end up
being drafted. I think if he closed out the season in a very strong way, then we were both
way too low, and I think he'll be a first round pick. I think this is about somewhere close to the
floor. I have him at 18 overall. For me, 17 overall is Trayvion Henderson. Again, I'm taking a little bit
of a leap of faith. We saw this past week, you know, he was well ahead of Romandre Stevenson,
out targeted him, out touched him, played over 65% of the snaps. I don't think that that is
going to end up being a thing, like, you know, the fear that the market, the fear in the market
last week that the return of Stevenson was going to somehow ruin Trayvion Henderson's season.
Henderson had a lower scoring game than we wanted to see, but the usage was fine to support it.
I think this week against the Giants, we see another big Henderson week, but I just think Henderson
has that sort of profile that fantasy managers absolutely love. We saw it this year, Dave, where
he steamed up into round three. I think this year he's going to steam up into the,
middle of round two.
And I think people are going to bet.
There's going to be a huge correction in the market with where Drake May is selected
and this New England Patriots offense in general.
I'd be very surprised if they don't add a big time wide receiver,
maybe another tight end.
The offensive line will be a year older.
I think this feels about right for Henderson.
So Henderson and Hampton for me back to back.
Henderson at 17.
Hampton at 18.
Who do you have at 18?
So at 18, I've got George Pickens,
who we've already talked about a bunch.
You know, I think the major uncertainty, like you talked about,
is a contract situation.
I'd be shocked to see him hit the market as an unrestricted free agent.
Like, we just don't see young superstar receivers really hit the market in that way.
So I think they probably franchise tag.
And Jerry Jones has talked about how they want to get a long-term extension done.
We'll see what happens there.
But assuming he goes back to the Cowboys, I think he's the easy pick there.
You want to go down to the next guy I got on the list here, Theo?
Yeah, go for it.
Go for it.
Chase Brown.
And I know it's been, like, overall, a disappointing season from Chase Brown.
But again, like I said, with Jemar Chase,
I'm willing to just take those games with Jake Brown,
Jake Browning completely throw him in the trash.
And Theo, you probably know about the fantasy points data suite.
It's a fantastic tool.
I use it a ton.
And last night, I was digging into it a little bit.
If you look, you know, just over the last few weeks with Joe Flacco,
Chase Brown is back to doing what he was doing last year.
He's getting 72.3% of the team's rushing attempts.
He's getting a 17.6% target share.
That is the second highest carry rate and the fourth highest target share.
share among all running backs.
This guy is a workhorse, and you could make the argument that someone has to do with
Samajai P. Ryan being out, but either way, we saw Samajap Ryan wasn't doing that much.
I think Chase Brown is just the most talented running back in this back field.
Again, you know, with Joe Burrow back, with Chase Brown presumably back as the lead back again
next year.
I don't think it's crazy to think that he finishes inside the top five last year.
It might have looked like a miss this year, drafted in a lot of Chase Brown, but I'll go right
back to the well in 2026.
Yeah, and I probably should have had him in here.
He's not in my second round, but you make a great point.
And I think he's taken a big step forward as a receiver.
Survived last off season, probably survives this off season as well.
I know they flirted with a lot of the high-end running backs.
They had them in for visits.
I mean, Quinchon Judkins was in the building, Henderson was in the building,
Cam Scadaboo was in the building.
And then Chase Brown came out of the draft completely unscathed.
So I think you're about right.
I'd probably have him in round three, but he could have a fantastic stretch here.
he has a 14 target game or excuse me a 14 catch game was it 14 catches in the in with joe flacco like so we have seen chase brown last year we wanted to see a little bit more out of him as a receiver at times i think they trust him a lot more and next year the well rounded back with joe burrow even if the defense improved you have to think that next year it's still going to be shootout city in Cincinnati so i think that's one where i probably made a mistake for me at 19 overall though i have
Jeremiah Love. And I wanted to put Jeremiah Love into round one. I think Jeremiah Love is going to be a top
10 pick in the NFL draft. And I think that I've said this a number of times that I think he's headed
towards the first round. He has that sort of profile where it's the home run hitter. It's sort of a
discount Jamir Gibbs here when it comes to Jeremiah Love. And I do think if he lands well in the
NFL draft, there's going to be a lot of arguments to take him in round one. Now there's going to be a lot
of people saying it's the Ashton Genti theory where maybe we overdrafted Genti this year,
we didn't get that return on investment from the rookie running back.
But there's been many other seasons where the highly drafted rookie running back hit in a
major, major way.
So Jeremiah Love, we're not even going to try to guess where he's going to land, but if I
had to bet money on it, he's going to be a top 10 overall pick.
You're seeing a lot of people like Daniel Jeremiah pushing him into like the very early
portion of their overall rankings.
So he's sort of a too big to fail prospect.
Make sure you check him out at Notre Dame.
If you haven't seen him play, he's absolutely electric.
And then for me at 20 is James Cook.
You laid it all out there for James Cook.
I do think we see James Cook in the second round this year.
It's going to be a correction.
He has contract insulation, big playability.
I do think Buffalo, the only like sort of caveat,
I think the offense could look a little different next year.
They have to add a high-end target earner at wide receiver.
Maybe that's through the draft.
that's through a trade. Maybe it's through free agency, but they have to get a wide receiver for
peak Josh Allen here. But anyway, you cut it, even if they add another big time wide out,
it's not going to affect James Cook, maybe limits his target ceiling. That's the only thing
with James Cook. We'd like to see him catch more passes with that profile, but he's just so
elusive, such a fantastic, you know, explosive runner and score so many touchdowns next to Josh
Allen. So I think you're somewhere between where you have him ranked and where I have him ranked
is where he's going to settle in.
Yeah, I'm probably a little too high or a little bit too low,
and his ADP will be just right in that, you know,
top half of round two.
I think that's about right.
So we're down to my 20th pick now, right?
Yep, I think we're at 20.
Which, Trey McBride, and I know.
I'm way too low on Trey Brookbred.
Maybe.
Boo this man.
I know.
And I'm sorry.
This is just how I play fantasy football.
I've been burned reaching for these tight ends in the past.
And I still think like, you know, my kind of,
I didn't draft a single shape.
of Brock Bowers this year. I was able to trade for some when I was injured, luckily,
but my whole thing was like, I'm not going to draft Brock Bowers when I can get Tray McBride
and Tucker Kraft and these other tight ends later. And I think I'm just going to take the same
approach next year when it comes to Tray McBride. I know he's excellent, but I do worry a little bit
that if they come back with Kyler Murray, we see him regress back to the player he's been over the last
couple of years, which is still a very good player, but I still think that there's so many variables
that come into play here with these onesie positions that I'll be okay, pass in on Tray McBride in
round one than getting my Brock Bowers and my other guys a little bit later in the draft.
Yeah, no, I think it's fine to fade tight end.
I just think he's a completely special player.
And I do think that it's going to be interesting, like Brock Bowers, where Brock Bowers was going
much higher than this, this past year, I do think it'll be interesting to see sort of
where Vegas ends up.
Bowers could close out the season on an absolute tear here.
Do we see a quarterback change in Vegas?
I think people could end up saying, I'm passing.
on McBride because Bowers is available to me in round three, or maybe Tyler Warren closes
out the season on a really big tear, and they say, you know, I could take Tyler Warren in the
beginning of round four in PPR. So I'm going to fade Trey McBride because of the other elite
tight ends. I just think McBride is just on another planet right now. Let's take a quick break.
When we come back, we're going to finish out our round two, and we'll reveal a player or two
that we really wish we could have pushed into these rankings right after this.

All right, welcome back. Dave, I'm at 21 overall.
I'm putting Sequin Barkley in here.
and I think there's something to be said where we've seen it multiple times over
where the the regression has hit Sequin where he had 482 touches in
2004 and this was sort of the warning out there that when a player has this sort of touch
touch and this is including the Super Bowl including the NFL playoffs he had 482
touches on his way to his ridiculous 2,000 yard season in 2024 where he was really a league
winner. But we've seen it in recent memory where these guys end up having regression after
a huge touch season. We saw it with DeMarco Murray in 2014, where he had that magical
season. Then he regressed and then the year, the following season. So two years after
the massive season, the massive volume year, he ends up having a bounce back season. So I think
we could see Sequin actually take his scoring up a notch. I get it. He's an old guy. But I think
Sequin here in the back end of round two is about right, and he's going to play behind an elite
offensive line in Philly next to an elite quarterback in Jalen Hertz. So Sequin for me coming in
at 21. And then 22, I put Nico Collins. And I don't even want to put Nico Collins into the second
round. I think Jaden Higgins is coming on. But I'm really gross after the first like 18 players, right?
I noticed that too. I was like, it doesn't feel like any of these guys belong in round two,
but we have to close out of top 24. I should have put a Tetaro
McMillan or a mecca-agbuka here. But I think Nico's closing out the season well. Not sure what's
going to go on this past off season. I think Jaden Higgins is coming on, but that could actually help
Nico Collins. Nico Collins was like 17 points per game for two straight seasons. Now this year,
he's sort of turning it around. He's going to go somewhere in this two, three turn area. So I threw
him in here right now. It just doesn't feel, it doesn't feel sexy like it did this past year,
where we said the Nico Collins name at the beginning of round two. And we're like, oh, this guy has
wide receiver one overall upside. That ship has sailed. I just think Nico's a really good player,
really effective fantasy player. But yeah, I should have gone with one of the year two wideouts.
Who do you have at 20 and 21? So at 20, I had Trey McBride. At 21, I have Trayvian
Henderson who a little bit lower than you and it sucks because I love Trayvon Henderson.
Like you said, he's exactly the skill set that we want to see in fantasy football. He catches
passes. He gets goal line work. He's got the big play upside. I just can't shake the fact that we've got
Bill Belichick DNA in Mike Brable and Josh McDaniels.
And I think even last week, you know, the touch split,
I don't know if that told the full story of Ramadre Stevenson coming back
from the turf toe injury.
I think he might have been a little bit limited.
I do think Trayvion Henderson is going to be the lead back in this offense.
But I think that there's going to be this frustrating kind of like 65, 35, 35 split between
the two, which can set up for the occasional down week.
So the talent is undeniable, but just the landing spot and the offensive
environment in New England gives me a little bit of pause.
my 22nd pick, though, after Trayvion Henderson, is going to be Malik Neighbors.
And maybe this is too high for my gosh.
I forgot Malik Neighbors in mind.
So this is a huge L by me.
If I could go back and do it, I think Malik Neighbors should be at about 15 for me.
This was a huge, again, the injury situation, though, Dave.
It is tough, like, just shifting ahead.
And, like, I was trying to think, like, were there any other season ending injuries I'm missing?
And I think Malik Neighbors is the one.
I think Malik Neighbors, this is how it's going to shake out.
Malik Neighbors will probably start out the year, I'm guessing, on the pup list.
The surgery came very late.
So do we anticipate missing Malik Neighbors for four weeks of the year?
Like, if you had to guess on the number of games he misses to start the season,
that's going to have a lot to say with it.
So, like, I'll take Malik Neighbors completely out,
and I'm going to have a Malik Neighbors correction when we do this at the end of the season.
I hopefully have a little bit more clarity on the timeline for returning.
But we do anticipate he's going to miss most of the postseason here.
here and probably miss the beginning of the regular season.
Are we talking about missing two games?
Are we talking about missing four games?
Like, where are we out on this one?
Sort of if you had to guess.
I'm guessing he probably misses the first four weeks.
I think you talk about him starting the season on Pup.
I think that is, you know, entirely possible.
But also like, Malik neighbors, 23 years old, just a freak athlete.
He's got that dog in him.
I think he's going to do whatever he can to come back as soon as possible.
And I think when he does, like we have a lot of faith in Jackson Dart,
what we have seen.
Brett Whitefield. I know he was all in on Jackson Dart this off season looking like a hell of a call so
far. But I think Malik Neighbors, you know, stepping up as that wide receiver won. I think when he's
out there, he's going to be performing like a top five wide receiver. I think the only reason I've got
him down a little bit is for fears that he's not ready to start the season. Yes, so I'm going to just
change my rankings on the fly. I'm going to have Malik Neighbors at 23. And then I'm going to close out,
I'll close out my second round with a Mecca Egbuka at 24. And I think Egbuka versus Tetaro
McMillan. It'll be a very interesting one to discuss. The answer is probably both. They're both
fantastic players. I think that there's going to be a ton of steam for Egbuka this offseason
because of Baker Mayfield, because of the Tampa Bay offense, we have a little more faith in it.
And I think there'll be a big, like a big push to get Egbuka somewhere in round two. And I think a lot
of arguments will be made that this is going to be his massive leap forward as a target earner
season. Can he be a 150 target player in year two? I think he absolutely can. And it's a year where
the Mike Evans drafter, the Chris Godwin drafter, those guys are older. It's going to be very,
very clear that Emeka Egbuka is the lead dog in Tampa. I think Ibuka closes out my second
round, and I think he's a great value at 24. Why don't you close out round two? Yeah, it was tough
keeping Ibuka out of there. I mean, he's just from the outside looking in in my top 24. I'm
close it and out with Sequin Barclay at 23
who we already talked about. Brock Bowers, I don't think
he made it inside your top 24, but I will take
him there. And maybe this is just me trying to
recapture magic. You know, all I did this year was
fade Brock Bowers at the one-two turn and take
Trey McBride at the two-three turn. I'm hoping
the next year fading Trey McBride at the
assumed one-two turn and getting Brock
Bowers at the two-three turn can be just as
lucrative as it's been for me this
year. So I think Bowers, you know, it's
been a weird year with the PCL injury.
He hasn't looked like himself even when he did
return. So I think Brock Bowers,
I'll be happy to take him at the two or three turn next year.
Just a young ascending player who we've already seen overcome bad situations in Vegas.
Yeah, he's going to end up being a big bounceback candidate next year.
He's like 10th among all tight ends in targets right now.
It's just wild.
Bowers, if we just get back to the rookie year production,
that he's a huge value where you just took him.
He's one of my honorable mention, and it actually pains me.
Anybody who watched my shows this past summer,
I was pounding the table for Bowers.
I took him inside the top five in several big FFPC drafts.
And I have a ton of exposure to him in Dynasty.
So it pains me keeping him out of here.
I'm going to close out my...
I just want to say, regarding Brock Bowers,
you know what's going to happen this off season.
People are going to point to the production from this year.
And they're going to say, you know, he's not the same player.
Rookie season was a fluke.
We know, like, plugged in, like, he was playing through an injury that he should not have been playing through.
So the same way that I said I'm willing to take, like, this Jake Browning sample
with the Bengals and throw it in the trash.
I'm willing to take those, like, four or five weeks.
that we saw Brock Bowers out there hobbling around with this gigantic leg brace and just completely
ignore it. So if there is any sort of buying opportunity in Brock Bowers, whether it be in your
best ball, redraft, or dynasty leagues next year, take it. Yeah, no, I'm with you. And I'll close
out mine by mentioning a few honorable mention candidates. I really wanted to push Quinn Sean
Judkins into the second round. And I talked to a couple people, you know, just before we recorded
this. I was like, you know, I want to put Judkins here at like 18 or 19. I just can't do it because
we have question marks about the quarterback situation. We also don't see the sort of past catching
ability from Judkins, but I do think he's an absolute weapon of mass destruction if he goes into
round three. He's the kind of player that can flip fantasy leagues if he is available inside
of round three. So if he is a third rounder, I think I'm going to have a massive amount of exposure
to him. Also with Judkins, we didn't get an offseason from Quinnshon Judkins. So like he had
off-the-field things he was dealing with. Judkins, I think, could be very, very poorly ranked
by the both of the two of us. I think there's a chance he steams up during the summer.
If Cleveland ends up with a quarterback we like, there's a few changes on offense. I think
Judkins could end up being drafted somewhere where we talked about, like, where I had Henderson,
where I had Hampton. I think we could see Judkins in that, like, 18 overall range.
Brock Bowers, it gives me absolute pain to have him an honorable mention and not inside a round two.
Teteroa McMillan, it pains me a ton to have him in this range.
And then Chase Brown, you made an excellent point on Chase Brown.
So those four guys, I really wish I could have pushed inside of round two.
But for me, they're in the honorable mention early round three category.
How about you, Dave?
Who are a couple guys that really it pains you a lot to not have inside of your top 24?
Well, Nico Collins and Emeka Bugha, you talked about both of them inside your top 24.
They're just on the outside looking in for me.
But some other names that we haven't talked about yet,
Chris Hollabe, like quietly taking this step forward as a wide receiver one.
And, you know, I do my rest of season rankings articles every single week.
And this week, there weren't a lot of injuries.
And a lot of the movements in these series every single week is based on injuries and benchings and things of that nature.
This week, because it was a little bit quiet, I wasn't as reactive and I was able to be a little bit more reflective and kind of taking this bird's eye view.
I was like, Chris Alave is giving us wide receiver one numbers.
Like he's third in the league in targets.
He's taking this huge step forward in a terrible saint's offense.
So it's a guy that we've been betting on for years,
and it seems like that bet is finally paying off.
You know, if he's fallen into round three again next year,
I will be drafting a lot of him.
And then the other one, you know,
this is entirely predicated on what happens with Tyree Hill and his recovery.
But if Tyree Hill, you know, doesn't bounce back.
If he is going to be starting the year on Pup,
if we get news that, you know,
maybe things aren't working out with his recovery,
which given his age and given the severity of this injury is very possible,
I think Jalen Waddle is a guy that we can see potentially sneaking into round two
because since Tyree Hill has been out of the picture,
Jalen Waddle has been given us consistent back-ed wider Super 1 production.
Both great names.
Alavi's like third overall in targets right now.
Incredible target volume from him this season.
And also we haven't seen the concussions we saw in previous seasons.
I mean, the guy spends more time in the medical tent than a nurse.
Just as he, as does Jalen Waddle.
But both those guys, great names.
I think they'll both kind of settle in.
They'll be a big correction.
You're able to get those guys in like round six, round seven this past year.
I think they're probably headed into round three.
A big correction for those two guys.
We haven't even talked about other potential rookies.
There's a whole offseason here, Dave, that we've got to get through.
And we're very excited about it.
But hopefully this gets you thinking about 2026.
I know you got your mind on the fantasy football playoffs.
But this was a really, really fun one.
