Week 8, fantasy football, top 10 takeaways, instant reactions, injury news,
and all the latest fantasy football knowledge you need to know right here on fantasy points.
Let's get it.
What?
What are you shaking your head?
You're welcome.
Week 8 heading into Sunday night football, some really, really positive stuff to talk about.
Also some extremely negative stuff to talk about.
injuries. We're going to get you caught up with the injuries. Those are definitely not what I want
to start the show out with. There's a number of things we could talk about. I think off the top,
we've got to talk about a historical player that's sort of trending up here. And we're going to
talk about a losing end. But Jamar Chase continues to absolutely cook with Joe Flacco behind center.
Absolutely ridiculous numbers here. Jamar Chase with a 12.
catch 91-yard performance, no touchdown grabs. And of course, Cincinnati loses a game. They
should have won 39, 38 to the New York Jets. But what's interesting about Jamar Chase is the
historical historical target total that he's trending towards right now. You're talking about
54 targets over the last three weeks, which I believe is an NFL record. I'm still researching this
one. But I believe by the time we get to Monday morning, we are going to know that that's a
NFL record over a three-game period. I can tell you that Jamar Chase getting 42 targets
over the last two weeks, that is the highest total that I was able to find. And I researched this
one pretty hard for a two-game stretch. So in a consecutive two-week stretch, Jemar Chase just had the
most targets of all time in NFL history. He's very much on his way back to a wide receiver
one overall finish. This role is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to Chase, where the last three
weeks, last four weeks is really being nuts. Detroit game, 29-pointer. Then Green Bay with Joe Flacco
behind center, a 25-pointer. That was, of course, a 10-catch 94-yard performance. We talked about it on
this show. Then last week in week seven, it was a really, really fun one. 16 catches, 161 yards.
And of course, the 23 targets, which is top five all time for a single game to get 23 targets.
Ends up with a touchdown also in week seven. That was a 38 pointer. And then to follow it up with a 21 point
outing. So again, 21 points was the least amount of points that he scored this entire month.
absolutely nuts.
Next week, Cincinnati goes up against Chicago.
Another opportunity for Chase to put up a ridiculous, ridiculous stat line here.
And when it comes to Jamar Chase, we've talked about this on a number of my shows,
how we've been chasing 200.
200 has been a target total that we've been chasing for a long time.
You start talking about players like Calvin Johnson, like Marvin Harrison, senior.
These players who cross 200 targets in a single season,
we haven't seen it for a very, very long time in the NFL.
Jamar Chase right now is on pace for 210 targets on the season,
which would be the most in NFL history.
Absolutely ridiculous stuff from Jamar Chase.
And if you turn the Bengals game off early,
you might say, you know, Theo, I turned this game off early
and Cincinnati was just dominating this.
this one. Cincinnati was in complete control of this one where Cincinnati, like this game was
completely at hand. End of the third quarter, it was 31 16 Cincinnati, 31 16 heading in the fourth
quarter against the winless New York Jets. And then the fourth quarter went absolutely nuts.
And the story of the fourth quarter has got to be Brise Hall. And how about these trade
rumors just go away. And how about the Jets instead extend Brees Hall and sign Brees Hall?
Because Brees Hall is the bright spot on this New York Jets team. Really, really phenomenal
performance from Brees Hall. Brees Hall, like, this has been a journey for Brees Hall.
But Brees Hall is on pace now to have his best rushing yardage season as a pro. And it's a,
it's a more abound offense. Like this is a bad, bad, bad.
offense. But Brees Hall shows you what he's capable of. Seven and a half yards per carry
against Cincinnati in this comeback. Three touchdowns in the fourth quarter. I mean,
unbelievable, puts the team on his back. Of course, Garrett Wilson not playing. We had the musical
chairs at quarterback where it looked like it was going to be Tyrod Taylor. And instead,
Justin Fields gets to start. Tyraud Taylor was banged up. But Breese Hall led this comeback.
and Brees Hall with the late passing touchdown.
I mean, Hall, unbelievable here,
really, really rooting for New York to extend Brees Hall.
He's one of the positives here in New York.
Isaiah Davis, if Isaiah Davis does end up with this job,
and we do see a Brees Hall trade at the deadline,
and I'm going to put it at 25%.
I don't think this is some like surefire trade that's going to go down.
But if it does happen,
if Isaiah Davis is still available in your league,
Isaiah Davis needs to be a priority ad. Davis had a 50-yard rush, seven carries for 65 yards.
Davis also shows that he was strong as a pass catcher, ends up with five catches for 44 yards.
So, Brees Hall, really the story of the day for the Jets.
I mean, listen, it was nice to see the Jets get a win there.
But if this was Brees Hall's last game as a New York Jet, this guy went down in big time style, absolutely crushed it.
Brees Hall with a massive, massive performance, 33 points for him, a season, season high for him.
Excuse me, 32.8 points, a season high for Brees Hall.
Talked about Jemar Chase.
I guess we've got to talk about the sad news here.
And the sad news here is Cam Scatibu done for the season, an awful, awful ankle injury, a dislocated ankle.
It looked incredibly bad.
and Cam Scataboo has just been a breath of fresh air for fantasy managers.
If you drafted him in like the 10th round and anybody who watches my podcast,
anybody watches School of Scott with Scott Barrett and I,
we had a ton of Cam Scataboo.
This one really, really hurts.
Not only hurts me because I live on Long Island and Scataboo was a player that we were
really kind of rooting for, but I have them on a number of fantasy teams.
I have them on an NFFC team, a ton of.
FFPC redraft teams.
And then I have them in two big dynasty spots in FFPC teams.
And both of those dynasty teams were towards the very top.
And it hurts.
It's a difficult player to really recover from.
Scatibu for six straight weeks had been giving you RB2 or better numbers,
including that unbelievable game against Philly in week six.
Scatabu catches an early touchdown and then gets injured.
really, really devastating stuff.
And equally, equally tough for Giants fans,
this was the second big catastrophic injury
that they've had to endure in a very short period of time.
Two young players, too.
It's, I mean, doesn't get much worse than this
when you have a franchise that was attempting to sort of get over
the Saquan Barclay era,
where Saquan Berkeley leaves for Philly,
Giants fans really down bad,
really, really a tough one. Giants fans have lost a ton of games over the last few seasons.
But Malik Neighbors and Cam Scadaboo and Jackson Dart give New York hope and to have Malik
neighbors taken away for the season. And Malik neighbor is probably going to miss the beginning of the
2026 season as well on the pup list. Then you add now Cam Scataboo, who was just wildly popular.
Like Cam Scadabu was on his way to being a very.
very popular New York athlete. Jackson Dart and Cam Scataboo collectively. These two guys together
really, really playing phenomenal. We saw Scatabu play so well against Philly that Denver game was
like the game of the year. And now the wins completely out of the sales of the Giants. Tyrone Tracy
is going to be the fantasy football winner here where Tracy's going to end up taking on a much
larger portion of touches. Tracy's fine.
Tracy gave us some fine fantasy performances last year.
I think in a full-time role, Tyrone Tracy can sort of give us low-end RB2 numbers,
possibly give you some mid-R-B-2-type weeks.
And Tracy can also catch the ball.
So if the usage is similar to Scataboo,
I think Tracy is going to be a player that you're going to be happy you have on your roster.
I know I have some Tyrone Tracy.
The ceiling's certainly not where it was at with Scataboo.
Scatabu, I think, was providing a higher ceiling.
And I think we're going to see a lot, lot more Wondell Robinson.
Robinson a quiet game today.
But Wondell Robinson showed a connection with Jackson Dart.
And really, you kind of worry about Jackson Dart because Jackson Dart, if you're,
if you're just calling this offense and it's rational coaching, like if I was the
offensive coordinator of New York, and I'm sure a lot of people listening to this as a podcast,
watching this on YouTube, you know, you try to design a lot more designed rushed attempt.
for Jackson Dart sort of moving forward.
I think that would be sort of the plan I would have.
Dart, of course, has three games with 50 plus rushing yards on the year.
He's got four rushing touchdowns, including one today against Philly.
But you just worry about a young quarterback who's lacking weapons
and is now in sort of a potential for like a one-man gang type offensive game script,
him also getting injured.
And you hate to put that one out there in the universe.
but Giants fans, man, like, it's a franchise that's had to deal with this forever.
Seekwon Barkley got injured early in his career, season-ending injury early in his career after
RB1 overall rookie season.
We saw O'Dell Beckham go down with season-ending injuries.
Like, this is a franchise that's had to endure stars leaving like Sequin and now two young
stars done for the year.
Cam Scadaboo is a rookie, Malik Neighbors, year two.
Just devastating, devastating loss.
Big shout out to the Giants fans listening, including my podcast co-host,
Scott Barrett from School of Scott.
He's hurting big time.
Not only did he have a lot of Cam Scowdaboo, but he's a big Giants fan.
So really, really tough one there.

Let's talk about some positivity with the rookies, though.
let's go back to Thursday night.
And it feels like a week ago, but it was Thursday night.
I record this right before Sunday night football.
And we got to talk about Arronday Gadsden.
A Ronde Gadsden is an absolute baller.
Ronday Gadsden was getting double teamed on Thursday night.
Ridiculous, ridiculous first half performance.
And when we combine Arronday Gadsden with what we saw from him the game before,
Arrondi Gadsen is.
just on an unbelievable streak. This was a very short turnaround. So Gadsden goes from the Indianapolis
game where Gadsden has seven catches for 164 yards and a touchdown, a 29 point performance,
and then comes right back on Thursday night with a five catch 77 yards and a touchdown
performance, caught all five of his targets. And really, Arronday Gadsen starting
to open up the LA offense.
Like his presence, NFL teams are having to count for them.
The Chargers coaching staff talked about this after the game,
how Arronday Gadsden was able to sort of help unlock a big performance out of Ladd McConkey.
And Ladd McConkey has now been consistently scoring recently.
Ladd McConkey with six catches, 88 yards, and a touchdown gets 10 targets,
really big performance for Ladd to go from nine targets in week six, 15 in week seven,
and now 10 in week eight.
Ladd is definitely trending up, 21 points, 20.8 points for anybody keeping official score.
But 21 points, call it a 21 point PPR outing for Lad.
And then that's coming off of a 15.7 point outing and a 23 point outing and a 14.9 point
adding. So put that in perspective, Ladd-McCocki's four highest fantasy scoring performances of the
year have come the last four weeks. You also have Kamani Vidal, really strong performance from
Kamani Vidal. And I know a lot of people out there are going to talk about how Kamani Vidal had that
big performance where, like, there was an asterisk against the Miami performance he had. And of course,
only had seven and a half points against Indianapolis, but looked really good against Minnesota.
23 carries 117 yards and a touchdown.
It's sort of a don't get a twisted moment, though.
Kamani Vidal, as soon as we see Amari and Hampton back,
I think this speaks volumes to what we can expect from Omari and Hampton.
There's a big shroud of mystery, though, with Hampton,
just how injured he is.
So Kamani Vidal managers,
you're going to get a longer lease on life when it comes to Kamani Vidal,
where you're going to get a little more utility out of Vidal
than maybe you thought when you first picked him up.
And Justin Herbert, like, we were talking about Herbert and how he was trending down a little bit.
I know I went on the couch with a shameless promotion for me, but it was actually just,
I'm thinking about it because we had this conversation at the time.
I went on the couch with Sigmund Bloom, and it was during the, and that's over on the,
if you're not listening to Sigmund, I mean, awesome podcast or one of the goats out there.
And I always love getting a chance to go on his show, love having him on mind.
But at the time, we were talking about Justin Herbert.
This is a couple of weeks back where Herbert's scoring was way up and then went way down.
There were some disappointed performances coming off of that Washington loss where they hosted Washington in week five.
Herbert only had 166 passing yards.
And it was sort of like a sky is falling moment.
He had 60 rushing yards that week.
So like Herbert wasn't invisible, but the offensive line was struggling.
Now you're really seeing Herbert trending back up to where we saw.
There was so much positivity, so much positive juice fantasy-wise for Justin Herbert in week one.
When they beat the Kansas City Chiefs, a huge hurdle for L.A. to overcome in week one.
Then they get two straight AFC West wins against the Vegas Raiders against the Denver Broncos,
weeks two and week three.
Then the really disappointing game against the Giants in week four, disappointing against Washington in week five.
but now things are sort of trending back up in the right direction for Herbert.
Herbert has had six touchdown passes over the last two weeks and over 90 rushing yards.
So he's getting loose.
Justin Herbert heading into Sunday football, the QB3 on the week.
But really the story is Arronday Gadsden, not to bury the lead here.
And I don't want to be hyperbolic.
I don't want to be hyperbolic.
I don't want to be that podcast host that people watch and say this guy's an idiot.
This guy always overhypes people.
but a Ronde Gadsen was a hybrid, tight-end wide receiver coming out of Syracuse.
There were certain teams that on their board had Arronday Gadsden as a guy who maybe would play
wide receiver.
Gadsden was super productive at Syracuse, not Harold Fanon-level production, but a ton of production.
Tons of catches at Syracuse is like fifth all-time in Syracuse history and catches.
We're talking about day three unicorns.
And when you talk about day three unicorns, guys get drafted on day three.
and then just crush it for us in fantasy,
you start throwing out big-time names
because the hit rates are much lower for day three guys.
The hit rates are lower from all sorts of positions,
but throughout names like Pukunakua,
throughout names like Amon-Ross-St. Brown,
throughout names like Tyree Kill,
throughout names like George Kittle and George Kittle, of course,
big-time breakout in year two.
But we throw all those names out there,
and that's sort of like the ceiling outcome
for a Ronde Gadsden.
We want to talk about realistic type outcomes.
Darren Waller looks a lot like Darren Waller,
plays a lot like Darren Waller,
like athletically looks a lot like Waller.
Playing style kind of looks a lot like Waller
because Waller was sort of an overgrown wide receiver.
Darren Waller, in college, what was he?
Wide receiver in a Paul Johnson triple option
Georgia Tech offense, the rambling wreck under Paul Johnson,
was absolutely a machine,
but they ran this triple option.
option attack. Anybody who watched college football at the time, you know Paul Johnson from Navy,
you know Paul Johnson from Georgia Tech. Shout out Georgia Southern. You know, we're talking,
we're getting off subject here. But Waller was a big outside wide receiver at Georgia Tech.
Comes in the league, of course, had some off the field stuff, and then balled out on the Raiders
with Gruden. With Arronday Gadsden, it's, he played tight end, played all, but also has the
potential to have been a wide receiver.
So we start talking about names like Darren Waller and then Brett Whitefield thinks he's the next Mark Andrews.
So like we're talking about some big time, big time names.
If you picked up Arande Gadsden off the waiver wire, I think at this point we need to look at him like he's a top five tight end moving forward for the regular season somewhere in that range.
And in Dynasty, I think he's already there.
I think he's already a surefire top eight tight end in Dynasty.
I'm doing a big update this week.
It'll be over at fantasy points.com with my updated rankings.
But for me, I think I'm going to have Arrondi Gatson
and somewhere in that top six, top eight at the tight end spot.
So I don't want to get too hyperbolic,
but he looks unbelievable.
Chargers look fantastic.
Things are trending in the right direction for L.A. right now.
They've drafted very, very well over the last few years.
You talk about consecutive draft classes with Ladd McConkey,
Kamani Vidal, Arronday Gadsen,
Trey Harris.
You talk about Quentin Johnson a couple years back.
Like this team is loaded with young talent.
I think it's trending up in the right direction in L.A.
Looking forward to seeing how they do in the second half of the year.
Let's continue talking about rookies who were positive,
sort of get the sadness away from us when we talked about the losing Cam Scataboo.
Let's talk about some positive rookie performances.
Tetaroa McMillan, 10 targets, seven catches for 99 yards.
Carolina was a train wreck, but Tech continues to see a ton of targets, a big productive game for him, 16.9 ppr points. You'll take that.
Woody Marks, second consecutive week of Woody Marks doing positive things, fantasy-wise, and out-touching Nick Chubb significantly.
Woody Marks is trending up. Again, Marks was not like a massive score this week, 15 points.
but he gets four catches for 49 yards and then he also has 11 rushes for 62 yards.
The four catches for 49 yards, that's a big positive.
And when you add that to the three catches for 20 yards and a touchdown in week seven,
don't look now, but Woody Marks has 12 and a half points or more in consecutive weeks.
And if we add in that week four performance, three out of the last four weeks,
he's had 12 and a half points or more.
And Nick Chubb, 17 carries, but the production just isn't there.
Like, this is a, it's a little bit of annoying backfield if you have marks.
But I think moving forward, you can put marks into the flex or when you're in biweek hell,
consider using him at the RB2 position.
And then we got to talk about Harold Fanon.
Like, this is a great year for rookie tight ends.
A Ronde Gadsden, Tyler Warren, and Harold Fanon.
And Harold Fanon, six catch.
62 yards and a touchdown.
Just fantastic.
And then sort of the,
it's one where fantasy managers
are getting a little frustrated
because he was on a lot of benches this week.
But RJ Harvey sort of had the breakout performance
that you wanted to see from him,
especially on a per touch basis.
But you've got to think that this is going to get him
more touches every single week moving forward.
We're going to talk about Denver in a minute.
Denver's a machine right now.
But RJ Harvey,
he carries 46 yards, two touchdowns, and he catches a five-yard catch, takes it in for a score.
RJ Harvey, 24.1 ppr points, but three touchdowns.
And J.K. Dobbins was great.
Like Dobbins had some, like just tremendous efficiency that you wanted to see from him.
15 carries 111 yards, also gets two catches for 10 yards.
So like, again, RJ Harvey, the positivity here, we could see.
two backs being fantasy relevant because this Denver offense is trending up massively. Bo Nix is
balling out of his mind. Bo Nix has eight touchdowns over the last two games played. And anybody
who had the Bo Nicks experience as a rookie remembers these spike weeks. And Bo Nix sort of last year is the
same as this year. Slow drip build up. And then Bo Nicks started ripping off big time fantasy
performances. I think we might be there. And Dallas is a soft defense. Like,
Let's not get it twisted here.
Like this is not, he's not doing this against the Green Bay Packers.
This is the Dallas Cowboys here.
But Denver now has back-to-back weeks with 44 points scored against Dallas after 33 points scored and the comeback against the Giants.
Bo Nix with eight touchdowns over the last two games played.
Troy Franklin, two touchdown grabs.
Great to see Troy Franklin contributing like this.
Again, you get the locker room narrative between Bo Nix and Troy Franklin,
where Troy Franklin, we were sort of like got very hyped about him early in the season.
And maybe we're going to get back there when it comes to Franklin.
But eight targets for Troy Franklin, six catches 89 yards and a touchdown.
But really the story is Bo Nix.
Bo Nix is just on fire right now.
Like really, really, lighting it up fantasy-wise.
six and two for the Denver Broncos.
I think we've got to start talking about the Broncos being a legitimate threat in the
AFC right now at a six and two record.
Really, really strong stuff when it comes to Bo Nix.
Got to talk about Sequin Barclay.
We talked about Cam Scadaboo.
Might as well talk about a former New York giant in Berkeley.
This was a week where if you play DFS, I know Scott Barrett, shout out to Jake Tribby.
like our shout out to Ryan Heath like we're in the DFS streets I've been kind of doing a little
DFS myself I'm way more of a redraft and dynasty guy but I've been playing a little bit of DFS
and this week everyone's telling you you know you pay up at running back but Sekewon Berkeley
a little bit of the forgotten man Sequin Berkeley gave everybody a reminder of just how special a
talent how special a player he is and Berkeley we've seen some weeks from Berkeley
that have been not so great.
Let's be honest about things.
This is certainly not the 2024 season
when it comes to Saquan Barclay.
This was a big breath of fresh air moment
for fantasy managers with Saquan Barclay,
where Barclay goes for multiple weeks
without breaking 60 yards.
Like we've seen since week three,
Sequan Barclay has not broken 60 yards.
His rushing high was,
58 yards in week six. And of course he had a couple of touchdowns, some impressive receiving moments
at times. And the numbers, you saw two weeks where it was like 17 points scored, but you had three
out of the last five weeks heading into week eight where Barclay had scored fewer than 10 ppr points.
So it's sort of like a sky is falling moment. Then you get Philly playing the Giants in week eight here,
revenge game. Giants beat the hell out of them in week six. Really, really a shocking loss for the Eagles.
And this was a get right moment for the Eagles. And Sequin Barkley rips off a long touchdown on Philly's
first drive. And that's all she wrote. 14 catches for 150 yards and a touchdown. And then
four receptions for 24 yards and a touchdown. And that was a 25% target share for
Sequin Barclay. So, you know, this was a lower volume pass attack today. We saw DeVantza Smith with a
45% target share. Devonza Smith's really been trending up six catches for 84 yards. But the story of
the day is absolutely Saquan Barkley and certainly Jalen Hertz. Got to give some props to Jalen Hertz here.
Jalen Hertz really, really on fire as a passer. Four touchdown pass by. We did have a moment
where we were very nervous about Saquan Barclay.
It looked like a hamstring injury.
I'll blow it on the sideline.
But Sequan Barclay jogged off the field to end the game.
I don't think we have anything we have to worry about there when it comes to Barclay.
Speaking of teams needing a win and running backs trending up,
James Cook with a huge, huge post-buy performance.
James Cook had had multiple weeks where Cook was not scoring like we saw early in the year.
a little bit of frustration for James Cook managers.
It certainly wasn't that today.
James Cook was just terrific.
Cook started out the year extremely, extremely well.
Last couple of weeks have just been frustrating not only for Cook,
but also for the Buffalo Bills.
Bill's coming off of a losing streak,
two games in a row where the offense sputtered,
the New England loss,
and then the loss to Atlanta,
which was extremely,
extremely disappointing. They come out of their by week and James Cook just ripping off a big performance.
19 carries, 216 yards and two rushing scores. James Cook now has seven touchdowns on the season,
33.6 ppr points. Josh Allen also adds two rushing scores. And we got to give a shout out to
Khalil Shakir, who is one of the yak kings in the NFL right now, yards after the catch king,
Khalil Shakir gets another long touchdown grab really makes Josh Allen's stateline look better with a long catch and run.
Six catches, 88 yards and a touchdown for Kalil Shakir.
Absolutely smoked Carolina.
Anybody thinking Andy Dalton would be better than Bryce Young?
I mean, this was a big day for Michael Pennix and Bryce Young because the old guys behind him were completely exposed.
James Cook goes nuts.
And if you have Josh Allen, James Cook, you're feeling really good.
good about where things are post-by week.
Got to talk about the Chicago, Baltimore game.
This was a fun one for fantasy.
You get a big bounceback week from Roma Dunezay,
where Dunezay had been trending down,
but exactly what you want to see from Roma Dunezay,
10 targets, seven catches for 114 yards.
Give a shout out to D'Andre Swift,
because D'Andre Swift is having one of his best fantasy seasons ever.
He gets in the end zone as well.
well. So you want to see this from a fantasy perspective. Really the two bears universally across
lineups were DeAndre Swift and Roma Dunesay. Both of them put up numbers. Swift with a touchdown
run, Swift with another week with north of 15 points scored. This gives him like three weeks in
a row with fifth, I believe it's four or three games in a row with 15 points scored or more.
And Roma and DeAndre Swift is on pace to have the best fantasy season he's had since 2021.
really, really strong, averaging north of 16 points per game this year for DeAndre Swift,
strong stuff.
Dunez, of course, beating his ADP.
But the story is the big dog.
No Lamar Jackson today.
Tyler Huntley, way, way more efficient.
Huntley, if you started them in a spot start during Biomedadden in a super flex league,
I know I had to use him a couple of times.
And he was okay, 186 passing yards and a touchdown.
and he also adds 53 yards as a runner.
But the story of the day is Derek Henry.
Derek Henry is trending up.
We saw Derek Henry with a big volume week
heading into their by week and the loss of the Rams,
24 carries for 122 yards.
Then Baltimore goes on the buy.
They come out of the buy week
with 21 carries 71 yards and two touchdowns for Henry.
Henry's absolutely trending up.
We're going to give a shout out to Drake,
May. Drake May is QB1 overall in the week heading into Sunday night football.
Drake May, we've talked about them on these podcasts here on fantasy points just time and time
again. Drake May is having a terrific, terrific season. And New England is rolling people.
Like New England's not just winning games, but they're winning games handily. New England has
really made themselves a factor in the AFC. But the story is Drake May, where we felt like
Drake May was giving us top three scoring in fantasy at the quarterback position, but it felt like
we're going to see more sealing weeks from May. And the biggest sort of like thing that's happened
recently when it comes to Drake May is we've had consecutive weeks where Drake May has had 50 plus
rushing yards. So Drake May, things are very, very much trending up. Even had Travion Henderson with 10
carries for 75 yards. We're going to, I know we had the fumble, but
Trayvion Henderson, we think this is a step in the right direction when it comes to Henderson
and potentially unlocking him over the second half of the season would be a great thing for
this offense.
Another 30-point score week.
New England, 32, Cleveland 13.
But Drake May, three passing touchdowns, but the biggest thing we want to see from
May, another strong rushing performance from Drake May.
Absolutely love to see it.
Drake May playing just phenomenal, phenomenal football.
And we got to close it out the greatest show on turf part two.
And I'm talking about the Kurt Warner Rams showing my age.
I'm aging myself on this show.
But anyone remembers that Kurt Warner Rams team that was ridiculous playing on the turf,
scoring each and every week.
Well, don't look now, but the Indianapolis Colts with Daniel Jones behind center
are really looking like the next greatest show on turf.
Indianapolis is averaging, heading into week eight was averaging 33 points per game.
A huge, huge step forward from 22 points per game last year.
They were one of the most improved offenses along with the Dallas Cowboys on the season.
Now they go 3814.
The scoring goes up.
Daniel Jones three passing touchdowns, including one to Michael Pittman.
Pittman was terrific.
Eight catches, 95 yards and a touchdown.
Daniel Jones, three passing touchdowns for Daniel Jones.
I mean, Daniel Jones is completely locked in on this offense.
And we also got a touchdown grab from Josh Downs.
We like to see that.
Quiet game from Tyler Warren.
But the story of the of the season in fantasy right now is looking like Jonathan Taylor.
Jonathan Taylor is absolutely going nuts this year.
another massive, massive performance from Taylor.
I mean, and it feels like we're talking about it every single week.
But when you rush for 153 yards on only 12 carries, including an 80 yard touchdown score,
you got to talk about it every single week.
So Jonathan Taylor with 12 carries, 153 yards, two rushing scores, including the 80-yarder.
And then Taylor continues to produce as a receiver.
Two catches for 21 yards, but he also.
catch as a touchdown. I mean, Jonathan Taylor, it's simply remarkable how efficient and how good
he's been. Taylor has 14 touchdowns on the year. Two as a receiver, 12 on the ground. And this is,
it's absolutely wild. He's had four games with three touchdowns. Four games with three touchdowns is
absolutely wild. These Colts, it seems like absolutely no one is stopping the Indianapolis Colts.
we need to start talking about Indianapolis as a Super Bowl contender.
The Colts are seven and one.
And let's go through the schedule here.
Pittsburgh away next week is a tricky game,
but a game that I think we would consider that the Colts are probably win that one,
even on the road in Pittsburgh.
I know I would put my money on Indianapolis in that one.
Then Atlanta in Indianapolis, Atlanta's trending downwards,
or excuse me, that Atlanta game is, I believe that's in Europe.
And then the big one.
The big one is on the 23rd of November.
The Colts against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Colts will be coming off of a buy week on the road against Patrick Mahomes.
That might be one of the games of the year.
And if Indianapolis goes into Kansas City and gets a win, I mean, we're talking about big, big things.
But Indianapolis Colts, bonafide Super Bowl contenders, Daniel Jones, your bounceback quarterback of the year.
And Jonathan Taylor, right now, your league winner.
