Now, here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Ian.
Alright, it's Saturday. Everybody loves Saturday.
Welcome to the mailbag.
Sports, football, fun stuff.
Yeah.
Woo.
Right on, Dave.
Leaving me hanging here.
I'm enjoying watching Adam.
First of all, he gave me the hook'em horns just then because he was so excited about Saturday.
Yeah, rock on.
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
Well, you know me.
It looked almost like the wolf pack in the nwo that's what
you were doing with your hands there are many symbols that adam makes with his hands none of
which involve one finger mostly multiple fingers because he's a good little boy saturday is a great
day to talk fantasy football i say we do it saturday is a great day for football. And something I saw a few weeks ago that's really cool is Xfinity X1.
Go to Xfinity.com slash sports and learn more about it.
This is the ultimate football watching experience.
You can get live CBS Sports fantasy football stats in the same place you watch your games.
Very cool.
Xfinity.com slash sports.

Okay, quick news and notes. Send them into your questions at fantasyfootball at cbsi.com.
Also, your tweets.
Tweets at Dave Richard, at Jamie Eisenberg, J-A-M-E-Y, at Heath Cummings Sr.,
Heath Cummings S-R, and I am at Adam Azer, A-I-Z-E-R.
But I think at Fantasy Sorcerer might, you know, that would be fun.
But I'm not going to change it.
Are you going to be a wizard for Halloween, Adam?
Do you know what day of the week Halloween is?
A Tuesday.
What a bummer.
No, I'm not going to be a wizard.
I'd like to be something.
I always wanted to be the lead singer of Blind Melon and have somebody dressed up as the Bumblebee Girl.
Like maybe Allie would be the Bumblebee Girl and I'd be the Blind Melon.
Maybe you'll be the Bumblebee Girl.
Well, she does have the long hair, so she could be the lead singer of Blind Melon.
Oh, because the lead singer of Blind Melon never had short hair.
Well, in the video, he has long hair with the Beagle.
Yeah, so you've got to have long hair too.
But you just said I was the – all right.
So where are we?
Matt Forte.
He's going to play this week, but Bilal Powell is unlikely to play.
We previewed this game, and we talked about it on Friday, too.
We talked about it Thursday and Friday.
We're staying away from both guys if we can?
I would try to.
That would be McGuire and Forte, okay.
I think Forte can give you 10 points in the PPR.
Does he catch passes? Will he catch passes. I think Forte can give you 10 points in the PPR. I don't... Like, does he catch passes?
Will he catch passes?
I think he's going to have to.
Yeah, I guess so.
Somebody's going to have to.
Travis Kelsey practiced on Friday, so he should be good to go.
Did you really just ask if Matt Forte catches passes?
Has he this year?
This year has he caught passes?
No, I know that he...
He's caught six, but he's played in basically two and a quarter games,
two and a half games.
Yeah, he has not been a catch guy this year.
No one on the Jets really has.
Powell, when he had the opportunity, he caught four or five passes a game.
There were a couple games where he caught none.
McGuire's not catching many passes, one or two.
Okay.
Stefan Diggs mispracticed Friday.
He's not playing.
Not playing.
And same, most likely with Devontae Parker, he's likely out.
How did that affect your ranking of Jarvis Landry?
I never really expected Parker to play.
Okay.
So I'm leaving Landry exactly where I have him.
Which is?
Number two receiver-ish.
All right. All right, Dave. Exactly where I have Which is Number two receiver-ish Alright Dave And Jordan Reed says he's still not 100%
But he will play this week
I'm just starting to worry that
That's going to be a bad draft pick
He's been bad so far
But he's such a good player
Well you'd like to see him play well this week
I think if you've got him, you start him
Yeah I am starting him
But he's a great player And he's capable of going on these huge hot streaks.
But, yeah, Jordan Reed's been injured since training camp.
All right, time for emails and tweets.
FantasyFootball at CBSi.com.
This is from RJ in a suburb of Philly.
Not Jersey, Dave.
Never Jersey. Okay. You want to guess? A suburb of Philly, not Jersey, Dave. Never Jersey.
Okay.
You want to guess?
A suburb of Philly?
Nope.
Okay.
Dear Quade, Hauser, Cohagen, and Cuado.
Oh, yeah.
That's great.
That's total recall.
Oh, yeah, because you weren't on for that.
I don't have any recall of total recall.
I haven't seen it since I was like a kid, so I need to see it.
Two weeks.
Two weeks.
Okay.
Get ready for a surprise.
Remember that part?
You've got to remember that part.
No, I don't.
I don't remember anything.
Arnold dressed up as a husky woman, and he's going through a security line.
And he's really, you know, the head of the Husky woman is actually a bomb.
And the head starts to go crazy a little bit when he gets questioned. And that's kind of how he gets away and gets close to defeating the bad guys.
Okay.
Great.
So thank you.
Now I don't have to see Total Recall.
Appreciate it, Dave.
The question is. One obscure part of the movie has been revealed could cory davis be this year's
odell beckham thank you and get to mars is that a total recall that's also from total recall could
cory davis be odell beckham well if he if he were then he would already be playing and he'd already
be dominating and at this point mike williams of the chargers is going to be on the field sooner than cory davis
i i think i think if you've had cory davis stash he talked about this on our shows this week i i
think he did it on our podcast too he's got the idea of pivoting from davis to williams because
you can probably pick up Davis again later,
and Williams has a chance to make an impact now.
Okay.
And here's a couple of Zeke questions.
This is from Ted in San Carlos, California.
What is Ezekiel Elliott's post-resuspension trade value?
Well, are we for sure that he is going to get suspended?
No. Because that's kind of built into the value that I have him at now. Well, are we for sure that he is going to get suspended?
No.
Because that's kind of built into the value that I have him at now.
I think he's around a low-end number one fantasy running back.
I think that's his value.
So I would pay more in trade for, obviously, Fournette, Freeman, Le'Veon,
Bell, Kareem Hunt, but also Gurley, Melvin Gordon.
I think he's kind of maybe a step behind LaShawn mccoy and jordan howard i think that's fair to say might even be a step behind cj anderson too
so if you're using the trade chart for example you know i've got a number assigned every player
based on what type of a league you're in he's probably worth about 20 his points have been
crippled in half but that's how it is right now. And if he gets an injunction again,
it's going to shoot right back up to where it was.
Yeah. The complicated thing
is that if there is
a six-game suspension that begins next week,
I said this on the Friday show,
you get Ezekiel Elliott for one regular
season game.
In your regular season.
Then you have him for your playoff game.
If you make the playoffs.
Well, that's why if you're 5-0 and 4-1, if that's your record, you make the run at Zeke via trade.
And you try and buy low.
All right.
Now from Tyler.
With Zeke's suspension, is Dak Prescott an ideal buy low or sell high candidate?
What's the value for Dak?
I still think he's a fantasy starter.
Pretty much regardless of the matchup at this point.
Is he better or worse without Zeke?
Might be a little worse because he might have to throw a little more.
And you might think, well, isn't that a good thing if he throws more?
He might not complete as many passes. He doesn't have Zeke as a great outlet.
If Alfred Morris is on the field, he's not throwing to Alfred Morris.
McFadden's the better pass catcher.
Maybe that's something that can be kind of a tip-off as to which running back
will be the better running back for Dallas moving forward
because Alf isn't known for that.
Okay, so thank you, Tyler.
Jared, where's Jared from?
Boise, Idaho.
Dear Larry, Jeff, Susie, and Leon.
You don't know that?
No. Who is it?
That would be Larry, Jeff, Susie, and Leon.
Is that Curb?
Yeah, it's Curb.
I have not started the next season yet, the most recent season.
It's on my list of shows to eventually watch.
You've never seen it?
Not once, and I am mad about it.
I'm not a huge Curb guy, but it's very funny.
I know enough people whose opinions I trust, and you, who believe that Curb is funny.
I will get to it at some point.
You know, I interviewed Jeff Garlin once.
Great.
Very nice guy.
Awesome.
I believe he plays fantasy football.
You know where he went to college?
Did he go to Miami?
He sure did.
All right.
I don't think he went for long, but he did go.
Okay, question is, PPR, pick one for RB2 and one for Flex.
So pick a running back out of Aaron Jones, Latavius Murray, and Samaje Pirine.
Jones.
Now pick a Flex.
Latavius, Pirine, Sneed, or Crowder. Latavius, Pirine, Sneed, or Crowder?
Latavius, Pirine, Sneed, or Crowder?
PPR.
And even though it's a PPR league, I'm going to lean toward Pirine because I love the opportunity
he's got.
I counted him up.
The 49ers over the last two weeks on the road played 162 snaps on defense.
Wow.
They are going to be gassed.
I would be stunned if they kept this one close or if they had the lead in this game.
And I think Pirad's going to have a big opportunity with Rob Kelly out.
From Justin.
Where's he from?
Justin is from Duluth, Minnesota.
Hey, Jimmy, Bunk, Omar, and Bubbles.
That would be a show I don't recommend.
That would be The Wire.
Two and three in a 14-team league, four point per passing touchdown.
I own Mariota, but I'm planning to stream Case Keenum this week.
Should I stick with Keenum or should I, I guess, drop Keenum for Castle
and go with the Titans quarterback, whoever starts on Monday?
Are these really the only options?
Can you go get Kevin Hogan, Josh McCown?
Okay, fine. So let's say Hogan is available.
Yeah, I would drop Keenum in a heartbeat for Hogan. But would you gamble and go with Mariota or would you go with Hogan? I would wait to see what the reports are like on Sunday. Not to mention
what the reports could be like on Saturday for Mariota. Remember, he doesn't play till Monday.
So Malarkey's got to meet with the media on Saturday.
He'll give an update on him.
Maybe he'll be optimistic.
And maybe he'll make it clear that Mariota's going to be the guy.
And by the way, it is Friday afternoon as we record this, as you know.
So a lot of information that you might have right now, we don't.
This is from Mark.
Pick two.
Half PPR.
Abdullah, McKinnon, Javoris Allen, Alvin Kamara.
Ooh, tough.
Abdullah, McKinnon, Allen, Kamara.
I think I've got to go with Allen and Kamara.
All right.
Because I think they're the safest.
Allen, I believe, has four catches or more in each of his last four,
or four of his last five.
But it's pretty good.
And you know what Kamara's capable of doing without Adrian Peterson there?
His playing time should go up a teeny bit,
and his targets, I don't know if they can go up any higher than they were
last time he played.
It was 10 targets.
He caught them all.
He's pretty good.
The coaches like him, so start him.
Next email comes from, oh, I forgot to put the guy's name in there.
I'm sorry.
If you don't put your name in there.
It's Tommy.
All right, it's Tommy.
If you don't put your name in the email.
It's from the Bahamas.
Tommy from the Bahamas.
Standard scoring, 14-team league.
All right.
He needs a shorter email.
Yeah, he does.
But also, I guess he wants to know overall what you think about his wide receivers.
Demarius Thomas, Adam Thielen, Pierre Garçon, Larry Fitzgerald.
Okay.
They're all good. None of them are great.
And I think you've got to play the
matchups a little bit from week to week.
I think Garçon
and Fitzgerald might be your two
safest options.
Yeah. This is a terrible
group of wide receivers for standard.
They're not terrible, but for standard scoring, they don't score touchdowns.
Demarius has none.
Garçon has none.
Thielen has none.
Fitzgerald has two.
I think they don't score.
I'm sorry, Tommy Bahama.
Lesson learned for next year.
You've got to draft touchdown guys. And even I made a mistake in one league. I drafted Julio Tommy Bahama. Lesson learned for next year. You've got to draft touchdown guys.
And even I made a mistake in one league.
I drafted Julio and Hilton as my first two picks.
I thought at the time luck was not going to miss a lot of time,
but those guys are not touchdown guys.
That's standard scoring.
All right, from DJ, grade the trade.
Give up Ty Montgomery, get Carlos Hyde.
Half PPR, Montgomery for Hyde.
Look, I don't know what to make of what's going to happen with the Packers' backfield.
Sounds like Montgomery's going to play.
I don't know how much longer Carlos Hyde is going to have a grip on even 60% of the snaps in San Francisco.
If I had to pick one rest of the season, I think I would lean toward Montgomery.
But I think it's real close, and I think both of them are kind of guys that you don't really want to have in meaningful spots on your fantasy team.
God, I don't want to overreact too much from one week.
They were both studs a week ago.
Montgomery and Hyde?
Yeah.
Things change fast.
I don't know about that. I mean, things appear to change fast, but you never know.
So Dave basically gave you
a long-winded answer, but his answer was C-.
You're
always, you know, if you're like me,
I'm going to be honest with you, I
love beating people in fantasy. You might
like it too. I love to beat people's faces
in in fantasy football. I can do
that all the time on the Draft app. So the promo code is FF today. I get to beat people's faces in in fantasy football. I can do that all the time on the Draft app.
So the promo code is FFtoday.
I get to participate in snake drafts with other fantasy football players,
and I get to take their money.
It's wonderful.
Occasionally I lose, but that's okay.
There are plenty of contests starting all the time.
They start at just $1.
They're incredibly fun.
So why is draft different?
Because you get to do snake drafts.
Like I said, they only take a few minutes. So why wait
until next August to do a draft? That's the best
part of fantasy. And with the draft app
or with PlayDraft.com,
you can draft all the time. You get an awesome
roster. You win some cash.
Who would be your number one overall pick
this week on draft?
You get your pick of the litter. Anybody you want.
That's a good question.
It might be Drew Brees.
Okay.
It depends how many people are in the league.
If it's a smaller league.
Say it's a one-on-one.
Say you're playing Scott.
One-on-one.
One-on-one for Scott Sheriff, which I'm sure I'll do.
Scott was on our podcast earlier this week.
My first pick.
You know what, Dave?
I'm having trouble.
How about Kareem Hunt?
Probably Le'Veon.
Not Kareem Hunt?
No, I'd take Le'Veon.
It's half PPR.
That's okay.
Kareem Hunt catches passes.
Not like Le'Veon.
All right, anyway.
Go on to the Draft app.
Go on PlayDraft.com.
Use our promo code FF today.
You get into a real money game for free.
Just use that code FF today onay on your first deposit on draft.
All right, here we go.
From Bruce, grade the trade.
Give up Ty Montgomery and Golden Tate.
Get Jameis Winston.
That's a terrible trade to get Winston.
Yeah, I'm going to say boo.
You should be able to give up one of those guys to get Jameis Winston.
And I'm not going to say Bruce.
I'm going to say boo.
That's a bad trade.
That's a D minus.
Why wouldn't you just give it a straight up F?
Fine.
That's an F, Adam.
Chris in the middle of a Kansas wheat field.
Oh, okay.
Sounds nice.
I need to drop a quarterback.
Who do you think is worth keeping rest of season, not including this weekend?
Carr or Mariota?
I'll say car.
Okay.
This is from Jeremy from an Aussie town north of Eden.
Okay.
Think about that.
I'm not thinking about that.
I don't know.
Dear Pete, Harry, Sally, and Bert.
That's Harry Met Sally.
It's got to be.
I mean, you got a pretty good shot at it being Harry Met Sally It's gotta be I mean
You got a pretty good shot at it being Harry Met Sally
The characters and the title
Are right there in the description
Alright pick three
CJ Anderson, Mark Ingram
Abdullah Gillisley
I'm gonna bench one
And it's gonna be Abdullah
Pick two
Standard
Curse, Crowell, Maguire, Marlon Mack.
Curse, Crowell, Maguire, Marlon Mack.
Oh, boy.
I'm going to say Curse, and I think that's the easy answer.
I'm not trusting Elijah Maguire with Forte back.
I'm not trusting Isaiah Crowell with Duke Johnson playing pretty nicely right now.
So let's roll with the Mac.
Marlon Mac, hopefully he breaks off a long run.
From Ariel, 12-team PPR, RB2, Chris Thompson or Stephen Maguire or Tariq Cohen?
Stephen Maguire.
Sorry.
I don't know if I get that one.
Elijah Maguire.
Why'd you say Stephen Maguire?
Stephen Maguire is someone
Is it someone you know?
No
Definitely an athlete
Did he like help fill up gas in the blank runner when you were in college?
Who the hell is Stephen Maguire?
Elijah Maguire
I've heard of Lizzie Maguire
And Mark Maguire
It's gotta be
I don't know, man.
Okay, anywho, Dave.
It's Thompson.
It's Thompson.
Go with Chris Thompson.
Stephen McGuire was a Miami Hurricane.
That's what I thought.
Oh, I should have known that.
Yeah.
Who we got here?
We got Klychek from Wayzata.
I just benched Carson Wentz again.
At what point does Carson Wentz become matchup proof?
And by the way, Adam, I'm all for the seven-yard penalty for holding
and gaining of one down on a defensive penalty.
Yeah!
Yeah, Clyde Check.
That's what I'm talking about.
Look at you trying to make NFL rules.
It makes too much sense.
It's like when my son comes home and thinks of ways to solve the world.
It's just never going to happen.
I think Wentz is there.
And I love that his next three games are all at home.
He's got Washington, then the 49ers.
Those are great matchups.
And then Denver comes to town.
I know that doesn't look like a great matchup.
You'll probably not want to start Wentz then,
but it's going to be the third straight road game for the Broncos.
It's going to be the third straight home game for Philly.
Dave, I tell you, there's one thing that just concerns me.
It's the lack of pass attempts.
And he doesn't have a great completion percentage.
Kind of a touchdown needy quarterback.
Right, and I kind of got burned by Trevor Simeon earlier in the year.
It was similar.
His first two games were great, but he wasn't throwing a lot.
He wasn't throwing for a lot of yards.
I think Wentz is a rising star.
So I don't know that he's must-start every week, but I'm with you,
Clyde Check. I benched him each of the last two weeks.
And last week, it cost me a fantasy.
It cost me a week. I lost by like two points,
and I had about 11 fewer points at
quarterback. It screwed me. It might hurt me again this
week. All right, Dave, let's do some more
starter sit. This is from Taylor. He needs two flexes.
Terrell Pryor, Decker, no. All right, Dave, let's do some more starter sit. This is from Taylor. He needs two flexes. Terrell Pryor, Decker, no. Rawls, I'm probably not going to go with the guy on a buy. Latavius
Murray, Frank Gore, or Eddie Lacy, also on a buy. So it's Pryor, Decker, Latavius, and Gore.
He's got one easy answer, which is Pryor, and I guess Gore is the other one. If I were Taylor,
I would strongly consider dropping Decker.
See if you can find even one of those deep, deep sleepers that we have this week.
Taylor Gabriel.
Samaj P. Ryan would be great.
Benny Fowler could be good.
Michael Floyd of the Vikings.
Sneaky sleeper.
Sneaky DFS sleeper now that Stefan Diggs is out.
That is interesting.
All right.
G in the O-Town.
Amir Abdullah or Jarek McKinnon?
I believe I have Abdullah ranked higher, so I'll go with Abdullah.
This is Adam from Central Connecticut, Elijah McGuire or Mike Gillisley?
Gillisley.
All right, Dave, I got a tweet a couple of days ago.
It was a very nice tweet from a listener who was very thankful that we told him about Harry's Razors.
He ordered a Harry's Razors shave kit at harrys.com slash FFT, and he loved it. I'm sure
he loved the price because it's free. All you got to do is pay shipping, harrys.com slash FFT.
Look, Dave and I use Harry's razors. It's a really good shave. It's close. It's comfortable.
I love the shave cream. My wife likes the scent. That's always a good thing. That's a bonus.
You're going to get a better shave, but the other part that's great is this.
Razors and razor blades, they're huge ripoffs. This is a company that gets that.
This is a company that wants you to enjoy your shave and get a great price. And they're so
confident in the product. Harry's is going to give you a shave kit for free. All you have to do is
pay for shipping. Over 3 million guys have switched to Harry's, including me. It's no joke. So get your free trial offer. Claim it
right now. Harry's.com slash FFT. $13 value for free. Just cover shipping. A razor handle. Five
precision engineered blades. Rich lathering shave gel. A travel blade cover. You're getting all
that for free. Just pay shipping. Harry's.com slash FFT. Harrys.com slash FFT.
Start or sit?
DeMarco, McKinnon, or Fitzgerald?
This is from Dale.
DeMarco, McKinnon, or Larry Fitzgerald?
I kind of have a feeling about DeMarco Murray this week against the Colts.
Okay.
DeMarco.
I'm going to go with him.
From John.
I need to roster one.
I own Hyde.
Breida, Gallman, or McGuire? Oh, gosh. If you have Hyde, you need to roster one. I own Hyde. Breida, Gallman, or McGuire?
Oh, gosh.
If you have Hyde, you need Breida.
And he's probably the best one of these three anyway.
Okay, this is from Metsuck.
Metsuck.
Mean.
Yeah, right?
That's mean.
If you're a Yankees fan, why would you say the Mets suck?
I don't know that he's a Yankees fan.
I don't know that he's a Yankees fan.
I'm assuming he is if he thinks the Mets suck.
Could be Phillies. I don't know. He's got andrew luck would you drop luck for mariota that's an
interesting question i we know that mariota will be back will will luck be any good once he gets
back on the field i think you make the switch i think it's a little safer especially if you don't
have a it might even depend on who your other quarterback is adam if you don't have a... It might even depend on who your other quarterback is, Adam. If you don't have a great
star quarterback, Mariota
can be that guy for you. Luck could too,
but Mariota will be back sooner.
If you've already got a great quarterback that you're starting week in and
week out, you might as well stick with Luck.
From Ruben,
why won't everyone give Zach Ertz the credit he deserves?
He's the best tight end in the league this year.
His trade value is so low.
It is low. I that that'll probably change.
It should have probably changed already.
He hasn't had a monster game, i.e. a two-touchdown game like he had on Thursday.
So now maybe he'll start to get even more credit.
He's not better than Gronk.
You can't take him over Gronk, but would you take Ertz over Kelsey?
Yeah, like if we're redrafting right now, he's been the most consistent fantasy tight end this year.
Bar none.
Absolutely, yeah.
He's been it.
But clearly still Gronk over him.
I would still take – if we were doing a draft draft, Gronk would go ahead of Ertz.
Yes.
And this is from Jared.
Martavis Bryant or Marvin Jones, PPR?
There's a chance Martavis gets benched this week.
Ben kind of hinted at a bigger role for Juju Smith-Schuster and Eli Rogers to get back on the field, so I would go with Jones.
This is from Ty. Jared Cook, David Njoku, or Ryan Griffin? Half PPR.
I've got Griffin the highest. I think it's real close between him and Najoku.
PPR league, Thielen, McGuire, or Abdullah?
Abdullah over Thielen.
From Jiger, Andre Ellington or Landry?
Half PPR.
I think Ellington's a little safer.
From David, Cooper? I'm goingllington's a little safer. From David,
Cooper. I'm going to change my mind on that.
Landry, now that Devontae Parker's not going to play, probably
has a better chance to score than Ellington.
From David, Cooper, Diggs, or
Pryor? Pryor.
Diggs isn't going to play. From Matt,
start two in PPR, Gillislee,
Ellington, Buck Allen. I would
sit Gillislee. From Steve, start two, DeMarco Murray, Chris Thompson, Amir Abdullah.
I would sit Thompson.
From Jared, Doug Martin or Marshawn Lynch, standard scoring?
Martin.
All right, football fans, listen up.
I'm not asking you to buy anything right now.
You don't have to buy anything.
I am just asking you to go to a URL and see it for yourself.
Go to this website, xfinity.com slash sports.
Xfinity.com slash sports.
In fact, you may have seen TV stars Dave Richard and Jamie Eisenberg on TV
on the Thursday night games if you saw the commercial for Xfinity X1.
That was pretty cool, you celebrity, Dave Richard.
Not bad, huh?
Yeah.
Xfinity X1 is something that I think all of you will get excited about.
You're watching TV
on Sundays. You want to check your fantasy scores. You put everything right there on one screen,
right on your TV. You have a voice remote and you say, fantasy football, just like that,
into the voice remote. All of a sudden, all this info pops up. Scores, projections, roster trends,
matchup info, all in one place, right there on your TV. I've seen the product. I can tell you it's very cool.
I loved it.
And I think it makes a lot of sense for fantasy football players.
So learn more at Xfinity.com slash sports.
Again, Xfinity.com slash sports for more information.
Back to starter sit from Matthew Wilson.
Who has better touchdown potential and who would you start,
Will Fuller or Golden Tate?
I would go with Tate because
I know he's going to get more targets and more
catches than Fuller.
If it's a touchdown only league,
how do you get away from Will Fuller?
He has two touchdowns in each of his last two.
From Andre, start two
of three.
Kamara, Aaron Jones,
Tevin Coleman.
That's tough. If it's not a PPR league
I would go with Jones and Coleman
And if it is a PPR league
I think I would go Kamara and Coleman
And sit Jones
What if Montgomery doesn't play?
Then
I'm not sure if I'd change it
Even without Montgomery
I know it sounds crazy
But I don't think this is going to be a slam dunk for Jones like last week was.
Such a different matchup.
It really is.
And on the road again, second week in a row on the road.
On the road again.
This is from Chris Hudson.
PPR, full PPR.
Will Fuller or Buck Allen?
Oh, Buck.
Buck Allen.
From MTW, Texans or Ravens DST?
I have the Texans ranked higher,
but I'm going to go over their injury report on Saturday
and see just which starters are going to be out
because a lot of them didn't practice this week, including Clowney.
And if Clowney's out along with Watt and Merciless,
I think I might have to pivot to the Ravens.
I personally would go with the Ravens
because one of the reasons why the Browns give up so many points to DSTs
is to Sean Kaiser.
I don't think Hogan's going to throw interceptions at the same rate.
Oh, I think he could throw some interceptions.
Yeah, they're both good starts, let's be honest.
From Omar, pick two.
Aaron Jones, Stephen Elijah Maguire, Chris Thompson.
That's it.
So Jones, Maguire, Thompson.
What did you say?
Lizzie Maguire.
Lizzie Maguire, okay.
From King, PPR, McKinnon, Kelsey, Will Fuller, or Garcon?
McKinnon, Kelsey, Will Fuller, Garcon.
I think Kelsey seems like the no-brainer.
This is for a flex spot?
Yeah.
Is that where we're going here?
I'd probably lean a little bit toward Garcon.
I think he's a little bit safer against Washington with no Josh Norman.
I feel like that's a little bit better than Kelsey.
From Brian Schlatter, Amari Cooper, Terrell Pryor, Randall Cobb,
Cooper Cup, and Jerron Brown.
Start three of them.
Amari Cooper, Pryor, Cobb, Cup, Brown.
I think Pryor and Cobb are probably the easiest,
although I'm not a huge Cobb fan this week.
I think I might lean toward Cup third.
All right, let me talk to you about something here.
If Derek Carr plays, my bold prediction was that Shane Vereen would have eight or more catches,
but my bold prediction was going to be double-digit fantasy points for Marty Cooper,
you know, whatever whatever something like that
I don't really
Get why you guys are so low on him
If Carr plays
Because he's stunk with Carr already this year
Okay
He stunk last week without Carr and now he's going back to him
And I think he'll see a lot of Casey Hayward
Let's analyze when he stunk with Carr
It's been every game really since week one
The Redskins game, everybody stunk.
I'm not putting that on Cooper.
Everybody was bad.
The Broncos game, I'm not surprised that he stunk.
So, yeah, I don't know.
Doesn't he have seven drop passes?
Yes, he's dropping.
I don't know if he has seven, but he's dropping passes, no doubt.
Didn't he have a game against Denver?
It was against Denver.
Denver.
He had eight targets, and he only caught two of them even against denver that seems low it's
bad okay fine i i think cooper is worth roster cup like cup over cooper cup has the okay cup over
amari cooper i think he's gonna see at least as many targets as cooper and he's been hanging on
to the football save for the touchdown that he didn't have last week.
When you're comparing two players and one of them has the same last name
as the other one has a first name, it's very confusing.
This is from Jason.
Theo Riddick or Elijah McGuire, PPR?
Riddick.
Travis Williams wants to know, Randall Cobb or Marshawn Lynch in PPR?
For Lynch to do good, he's going to have to score a touchdown if he's at home i think he
does it so i'll say lynch for him to be better than cobb in a ppr he's got to score and this
is from keenan pick three jordy nelson listen to this jordy michael thomas keenan allen ty hilton
oh wow yeah Sit one Really good The gut tells me
To sit Thomas
My rankings probably
Would tell me otherwise
But Thomas has a tough
Matchup against
Darius Slay
And I wonder if that
Costs him some
Big opportunities
Okay
That is tough
And from Joe
Willie Sneed
Or Juju on that beat?
Half PPR.
Juju, because we don't know exactly what Sneed's role is going to be.
Dave, have a great Saturday.
Yeah, I'm going to go back to hanging out with the fam.
Cool.
Make sure everybody's good.

oh you remembered it good for you oh of course i remember it yeah it's one of it's one of my
favorite things to do each week it's so i'm always excited i'm hopped up on sugar before we go on
there it's you and me rapping about football for two hours do you have a do you have a snack like
a go-to snack what i here's what i do. I will usually get some sort of a beverage
on the way into the office. Sometimes
it's a Slurpee. Sometimes it's a Diet
Mountain Dew. And then I'll come
into the office and I've got one cup of
cold water and I've got one cup of
hot lemon tea.
And I rotate between the two. This is
after I've already had a different type
of drink altogether. But I'm excited
and we get to talk with everybody.
You know what I'm going to say to all your drink options?
What?
Ugh, give me a crab juice.
I think he actually says, I'll take a crab juice.
So the studio in New York is, oddly enough, it's in this dead zone in terms of food.
New York City, you can basically be anywhere.
You walk outside, and there's readily available, solid, good food.
This is not one of those places.
The good thing is there's not a lot of people there, so there's actually parking.
But that's very rare.
But there's only one place that I'm willing to eat around there, and it's Chipotle.
So I always get Chipotle.
And then at like a half hour before the show, I get these fiber bars that are in the vending machine.
Not for the fiber, but they've got some chocolate on them.
And they fire me up, a little fiber and sugar.
So yeah, nobody needed to hear that.
But you could ask me if you call in the show, how was your fiber bar, and I will tell you it was terrific.
So for Dave Richard on that major. That will be our code for this week.
Anybody who listens and calls in has to ask Adam how the fiber bar was.
Awesome.
Dedication.
Or the Chipotle, whatever.
We'll talk to you later, everybody.
We'll talk to you on Saturday night.
See you.
All right.
Later.
Later.
When I wake up in the morning, CBS gives out a warning about a Jai's bank of offensive line.
Injury to Brandon Cooks. And before I even look, my opponent grabs his back up off the waiver wire.
It's all right.
I've got Le'Veon Bell.
If we lose, there's a flex, I know I'm in a mess.
Well, I better do my homework tonight.
Reading Jamie Sartor's SIG, they say chart is legit.
Heath and Adam shared a team, it was a dumpster fire.
It's alright
I've got Le'Veon
It's alright
Not George Le'Veon
It's alright
I've got Le'Veon. It's alright. I've got Le'Veon Bell.
