Most undervalued players right now on July 22nd in fantasy football, according to Dave Richard on FFT Express. Well, hello, Dave Richard. It's always interesting to look at these players that seem to have a low ADP now and then go back to this list a month from now when the preseason is basically over, training camp is definitely over, the regular season is upon us, and see how many of them still have an ADP that's considered favorable. So enjoy this little video now. Make a little star next to everybody's name, and then we'll revisit it in a month. You didn't even say hello to me. I said hello.

You just— I say hello to you every day. People don't care about us saying hello to each other and all that nice stuff. Let's just get into it the players that are undervalued. I will start with a quarterback that I think is just way too undervalued, and that's Jalen Hertz, who for the last X amount of season. It does hurt. Your lack of matters. Go ahead.

Oh, gosh. Now you're making terrible dad jokes. I wish we could start over because it hurts my ears to continue listening to you. 78.9 is ADP on CBS. It's a little bit higher on fantasy pros. Bottom line is he's not one of the first five quarterbacks off the board. He should be. He's gotten fantasy managers off to great starts each of the last three seasons.

Then something happens late in the year and we can't count on for the fantasy playoffs. If he can help me get to the fantasy playoffs, I'm happy to have him on my team as my starting quarterback. I can always find another quarterback along the way. And there's no guarantee that he's just going to fall off just because the calendar returns to Christmas and New Year's late in the year. I think Jalen Hertz is one of the best quarterbacks you can go out and get. Other quarterbacks, Justin Herbert, Caleb Williams, especially Patrick Mahomes. We know what the upside is for each of those three guys. They're going after pick 90 on CBS after pick 78 on fantasy pros.

Okay, great stuff on Jalen Hertz, actually going behind Dak Prescott, which is a little surprising in CETT. Yeah, I wouldn't do that. I'd rather have hurts. Who else you got? So I tried finding a good value at running back. And I got to tell you, the ADP is really on point for that position. There are a couple of running backs who I think are getting taken a little bit too soon. I could have said James Cook and Chase Brown because their ADP is right around the one-two turn. And I think they're solid round one picks.

But the one that really stood out to me is David Montgomery, whose ADP is right around the end of round five. I think he's worth going in the middle of round five, maybe even early round five, certainly earlier than that if we're talking half or non-PPR. But it looks to me like he's going to be the lead running back for Houston. There's a team that is a little conservative offensively. We saw what Joe Nixon did two seasons ago when he was an older running back. The changed teams got a huge opportunity in Houston and he made the most of it. I know Montgomery isn't quite as polished of a pass catcher as Joe Mixon is,

but boy, he can bully for touchdowns and he can break off some long run still. I think his last great year comes this year as the lead running back for the Texans. Yeah, that's an interesting take that the ADP is very on point. But yeah, if I look at noteworthy ADP at running back, it is usually guys I think are going too early rather than the guys going too late. Okay, wide receivers? I've got two groups of wide receivers. And the first one is the next best group after the elite tier.

These are wide receivers that are going anywhere from just a little bit to maybe a round different than where I would draft them. But it's names that are going to go in rounds three and four. T. Higgins, Devante Williams, Emeka Buka, Ladd-McConkie, Tara McLaurin, and then Jalen Waddle is going like late round four and even into round five on CBS ADP. These are all wide receivers I think have potential to finish top 15, if not top 12, assuming that things break right for them. The target volume is good. They stay healthy, all kinds of things that we can look at for each of them and say, yeah, if this goes right, that goes right, they should be in a fantastic situation and fantasy managers can benefit from them.

And I'm really starting to drill down into this group of wide receivers because we know there aren't a lot of wide receivers in the elite tier. that just have a super clean case. And it's going to be really hard for fantasy managers to feel amazing about their first two wide receivers unless they go receive a receiver and they're picking anywhere between like seventh and 12th in their full PPR drafts. So I feel like you need to really nail these wide receivers

in that round three, four range. I think those are the wide receivers that carry good value. I've got three other wide receivers that are going. Can you repeat the names? One a little fast there with the first. T. Higgins. You're writing this down? You said Devante Williams, which was interesting.

I meant Devante Smith. Yeah. I don't know who Devante Williams is. Did I say a Mecca, a Buca, or did I say Bob Abuka? You said a Mecca, Big Boo. Vlad McConkey, Terry McLaren, Jalen Waddle, not Tom Waddle, Chicago fans. And now we take a break. I'm rolling here, man.

Break Schmeak. Should have said hello earlier. Okay, we'll be right back with. the rest of Dave's undervalued wide receivers after this. Hey, Dave. Three more wide receivers. Parker Washington, Ricky Pearsall, Casey Concepcion. They are on my list of players that I want to get on my fancy team.

I love the way that Parker Washington finished last year. I think it's wide open who could be the best receiver in Jacksonville, but I love the role that Washington has. And I think he's the best bet to lead the team in targets and catches. And that's why I'd draft him ahead of Brian Thomas Jr., ahead of Jacobi Myers. His ADP is right around 80th overall. I think he should be going at least 10 picks higher than that.

Ricky Pearsall's ADP is right around 100th overall. I think that's a bet worth taking. Consider George Kittle coming back from his injury. Mike Evans banged up each of the last couple of seasons. Pearsall has got his own injury history himself, but that's baked into the ADP. I think he's worth taking maybe even 20 picks higher than that. Just in case he does do well, we know Brock Purdy is a good thrower,

and we know that Ricky Pearsall, when he's been healthy, the targets have been there, the numbers have been there too. It's just a matter of he hasn't been healthy that much. Casey Concepcion could be the lead target getter in Cleveland. It's either going to be him or Harold Fanon. They're both young players that are good short area targets, easy targets for their quarterback to hit. His ADP is right around 120th overall.

I think he should be going closer to where Pearsall's ADP is, which is around 100th overall. Could be a monster in terms of not just catches, but yards after the catch, explosive plays, could sneak his way into the end zone on a couple of touchdown runs inside the five. He's certainly going to be a weapon. He reminded me of Zay Flowers.

And Zay Flowers had his best year with Todd Monkin last year. Monkin now, the head coach and play caller of the Cleveland Browns this year. Finally, we got a tight end on the list? I've got two tight ends. Fanon's one of them. And after the year that he had last year, I think it's kind of criminal that he's going so close to round. He's in basically round seven, middle of round seven.

I think he's worth going in round six. And then he should be going around. the same time as Sam Leporta. You can split hairs on whether Loporta should go first or Fannin, but they should be going next to each other. Whichever one of those two tight ends, I can get second. I feel good about it.

The ADP says Fannin is the one that you could get second. And again, it's either going to be him or Concepcion that leads to Cleveland Browns and targets this year. That's a team that's probably going to be playing from behind quite a bit. And Isaiah likely, I wasn't a huge fan when he went to New York at first, but the fact that Malik neighbors is slow to recover from his knee injury. And the fact that Jackson Dart did have a good year, targeting tight ends last year.

Now he's got an explosive option. I think the case could be made that he's going to be top two on the Giants and targets per game. He could even be number one if Malik neighbors struggles to get healthy, gets back on the field. His ADP is right around. It actually varies the most. On CBS, it's 92.

On Fantasy pros, it's 122. My gosh, if you can get him in round 10, I think you're stealing him from the rest of the league. But even if you're getting him in round eight or nine, I think it's okay value for a tight end who's got some huge upside. He's had nine games in his career where he's had six or more targets, 12 plus ppr points in eight of the nine. That is Isaiah likely.

Just one more name I'd throw out. It would be Kelsey, who's going even later than likely, at least on CBS, 107th overall. You know, based on last year, he was tight end five or six per game when Patrick Mahomes was healthy. So he's borderline top 12 in ADP right now. Thank you, Dave, Richard.
