The NFL Draft happens every April, but the three-day event has truly evolved into a year-round topic. And that appetite for draft content is what we're here to serve on With the First Pick, an NFL draft show that is part of the CBS Sports Podcast Network. I'm Ryan Wilson, senior draft analyst at CBS, and I'll be joined by longtime NFL general manager Rick Spielman for an unmatched look into war rooms, draft boards, and scouting sessions.
