up, Jamal Williams or A.J. Dillon? Jamal Williams. According to Matt Schneidman, who covers the Packers for the Athletic, apparently Aaron Jones, while we're recording this, is still going to meet with the media.

So that's a good sign that he's probably going to play. Okay. Then I'll stop picking him up everywhere. Well, I just said that so you wouldn't get him in the leagues. I already got, well, Jamal Williams has taken in some leagues.

So I've been picking up AJ Dillon, but yeah, that's whatever. Keep an eye on it. Y'all know what to do. And we don't have a ton of news. We do have a ton of questions, your Apple podcast questions and

your fantasyfootballatcbsi.com questions and your fantasy caps questions. I can't really dance like that anymore because we're on YouTube and now that's going to live like forever in perpetuity. I don't like that. All right. So the news we do have

is that Joe Mixon is out. Frank wants to put Gio Bernard in his top 10. So let me ask you this. Joe Mixon's been pretty disappointing this year. The offensive line stinks. We spent a lot of this year being like, what's wrong with Joe Mixon?

So why so high? Not that I disagree, but why so high on Gio? I just think that the fact that Joe Mixon. So why so high? Not that I disagree, but why so high on Gio? I just think that the fact that Joe Mixon has already been ruled out, like we don't have to worry about what the workload is going to be for Gio Bernard. I think he's locked in for at least 15 touches. And I brought this stat up on Twitch on Thursday that the last two games Gio Bernard has played without Joe Mixon, he's averaging six and a half targets and 18 touches per game. So it seems like a pretty safe PPR floor as well. So I know some people just got burned by Alexander Madison,

and they might not want to go back to Gio Bernard as a result, but I don't necessarily think that it's the same situation. I think the workload is pretty damn safe for Gio. Okay, yeah. I think we're all pretty excited to start Gio if we have him. Austin Hooper's out, Jamie. What's the impact? I understand David Njoku might be a decent pickup here. There goes Baker Mayfield.

What about Beckham? What about Beckham and Landry and whatnot? I mean, their MO is going to be to run, run, and run some more. I mean, Baker's still dealing with a bad rib, bad chest area, you know, whatever they're listing on the injury report. I also have a bad chest area. Yeah, but that's because you don't ever go to a gym or do a push-up or lift a weight or do anything physical um it's true how much how much does andrew weigh now probably about 25 pounds all right that's the most you lift in your life so no no i i make i make my wife lift him now like

he's too heavy for me that's like do you bench press your son? That's the legal workout. Yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, when Adam's wife says, take out the garbage, Andrew runs first because he can lift more. I think that Njoku in tight end premium leagues

in desperate scenario because you don't have Mark Andrews who's on a bye or you're stuck because you were the Hooper fantasy manager, then that's where you're starting a guy like David Njoku. Okay. Good matchup. Jameson Crowder returned to practice.

It's been bad, man. I don't, I don't know why they just don't use them more in that regard. From Seabass. I was offered Josh Jacobs and Tyler Higby for Joe Mixon and Mark Andrews. I wouldn't want to give up an elite tight end. Again, like having the elite tight end just makes your life so easy in fantasy.

And I'm wondering what to do in week seven and eight right now. he has McCaffrey, Miles Sanders, and Taylor on a buy, and he'd have to start Kelly and Zach Moss.

Do I trade Ridley and Zach Moss for Galladay and Mike Davis or ride this week out with the unknown and play Kelly and Moss? He's the McCaffrey owner, you said, right? That's really good. You just got to slow it down because he's methodical with how he talks. Also, he was saying that Antonio Brown was in decline in 2018, which I'm just not convinced is true. If you were to tell all 32 quarterbacks in the NFL right now, you need to throw a pass to one guy to get a first down to keep a drive alive.

And you have Antonio Brown who hasn't played football in over a year and Marquise Brown, who's been playing that entire time for the most part, who would you rather have? I'm going to guess, including Lamar Jackson, they probably would all say Antonio Brown. Yeah, I think that's a good way to put it,

Man, you're giving up a lot, but I would do it. I'd probably want something back in return, though. Yeah, this person has a lot of depth at running back, too, and it's full PPR. Yeah, you should ask for something in return.

If you have this many running backs, you might need help at wide receiver or tight end. I would ask for something in return as well. I would imagine if you're willing to give up those two starting running backs and Henry's been on par with Camara that you can get something back and return some, some level of receiver. Okay.

Yeah. I would put James Robinson in for sure. And my next ranked one is Josh Jacobs, who might not have an offensive line. I would go with Robinson and Justin Jackson. Not David Johnson. I just like the upside better for Jackson knowing the Jaguar stink. Okay.

Okay. They're all relatively the same. Yeah. I have Robinson, Jacobs, and David Johnson. Actually, I have all five of these running backs in a row, I just realized. Robinson, Jacobs, Johnson, Montgomery, Jackson, in that order. They're all in that high-end number two range.

I don't know if you can hear it, but the Fantasy Cops music is playing. Alright, we got three Fantasy Cops questions. First one comes from Anthony. My league went kind of sideways in the last few days, which has ultimately led to me taking over as commissioner.

Yesterday in our league, a trade was accepted, and the guy who accepted it regretted it after the fact and was good friends with the commissioner, and both of them texted people throughout the league and got them to veto the trade. This came to light, and the commissioner stepped down and I was then appointed commissioner. Now that I'm the commissioner, should I reinstate the original trade?

Oh God, what a mess. Yeah, I think the trade should go through. What happens if an actual NFL team makes a trade and then they're like, wait, hold on. I didn't actually want to do that. They can't just text the other owners and be like, hey, veto my trade. I think it should go through.

I think it should go through also. Okay. And that means we're on to our next one. I have to do the music by myself just in case you can't hear. Ted says, I'm in a family and friends league. We have a manager who enjoys playing fantasy football, but doesn't really know the players all that well.

That team dropped Christian McCaffrey tonight after having him on his bench the entire length of the IR stint. And now he's due to come back any week now. He dropped McCaffrey basically because he was still shown on IR. He has no idea who McCaffrey is essentially and what his value is. I asked the commissioner to step in and inform this guy that McCaffrey

is still valuable to his team and can help his team still. The commissioner won't step in and surprise, the commish has the number one waiver priority. Oh no. We feel like we should kind of look out for the less knowledgeable players

given that this is a family league. This disrupts the competitive balance big time. Should this be allowed? I'm always of the belief that you want to have people, especially if they're playing for the first time, have fun. Because that way you have it. Put it this way. It's much easier to find a running back in a fantasy league

than it is to find somebody to play in your league that you're going to actually want to be in your league. So if this is a guy that you like or a person that you like and they don't know what they're doing and you want them to have the best experience and they do something silly like this, it's an easy thing to correct. It's such an easy thing to correct. Why would you want to ruin that person's experience and then they don't play fantasy again? Yeah, and they're going to feel terrible too. I hate stuff like that. Yeah, it's a family and friends league. Just don't take it too seriously.

If this is a high stakes league or there's money involved or something, then of course, whatever. That person has to live with their decision, but come on. Family and friends league. Give McCaffrey back. You're going to really feel, hey, I got Christian McCaffrey. I swindled the league. I've been waiting for that number one waiver spot. I finally got it, and look who I got.

Christian McCaffrey. Very cheap. Don't be a schmuck. That's good advice. All right, this is from Andrew. I love the show. Here's what I want you all to rule on in our PPR Dynasty League. We had a trade go through where one team got Dallas Goddard, Kenny Galladay, and a fourth round rookie pick next year.

And they gave up Travis Fulgham and Logan Thomas. Should this trade be vetoed? They gave up Fulgham and Logan Thomas for Dallas Goddard, Kenny Galladay, and a fourth round rookie pick next year. The team that acquired Fulgham had the chance to get Mixon but specifically asked for Fulgham instead. There was no collusion. I just think the guy who got Fulgham is just an idiot. What do you think? That's what it sounds like.

Yeah. I think the trade should go through. I am not in favor, usually, of vetoing trades ever. If this person is playing in Dynasty, I assume that they have some knowledge of the player pool, although it doesn't seem like it here. I would just let the trade go through,

but it is a very lopsided one. I mean, you got to look. If Fulgham becomes a superstar, you're going to look back on this trade and say, God, he only gave up Galladay, Goddard, and the fourth round pick. But it doesn't seem like that's going to be the case because Galladay is already a superstar. And Goddard could be a monster next year,

especially since it seems like the Eagles are moving on from Ertz. This is just a guy overvaluing a certain player, and that's what happened here with Fulgham. Yep. Bad trade. Make fun of the fantasy manager. Jamie, we'll call him a schmuck No, no, no, this would be a putz A putz And those are your fantasy cop questions

You know, you're, you're swapping out a good running back for a good wide receiver, but if Lockett hits the ceiling, he's going to be a top five guy. Yeah. I think that makes a lot of sense. Uh, typically when these players are

this close, I tend to lean with the running back. Yes. So I would probably just stick with Robinson unless you're really desperate for a wide receiver. Joe from the Pacific Northwest. The Le'Veon Bell owner is offering me Le'Veon Bell, a 2021 first rounder and two 2021 second rounders for Saquon Barkley. Should I even consider this? Man. I think the answer is yes, you should consider it. Absolutely should consider it.

Depends where you're at. Rebuild wise, are you looking to accrue draft picks because i mean you can get some really big pieces here with a first rounder and two second round picks right the the other the only side of this that's a little concerning is one where are these picks going to be you know so if this is a you know playoff title contender and you're looking at the back end of the first round because most dynasty drafts don't snake. So that's something to factor in.

So this guy's going to be good or this person's going to be good for several years. Those two second round picks could be not meaningless, but not exactly impactful. The other part of it is with how this season is going for college football, how the off season could go for the NFL, I wonder how good this this season is going for college football, how the offseason could go for the NFL.

I wonder how good this rookie class is going to be. Now, there's going to be some talented players, but, you know, is it the same level of a Saquon Barkley? You know, are you getting. Why? Why are you? What does one have to do with the other? Well, comparing Barkley with his comeback to what a rookie could be next year.

No, I just mean, like, why would this college football season be different in terms of supplying talent than others? Well, I just think – Make it all come back? Yeah, I just don't know how it's going to go with all the Big Ten and certainly the guys that were in the Pac-12 that are going to come to the NFL. Plus, none of them are losing any eligibility. So every single player can come back without losing any eligibility.

I don't think the elite players are going to do that. Right. I'm just saying. It's just something to consider when you're making these dynasty trades.
