You know, some trips are just better when you can really unplug.
Spend time with family, see friends, or hit the course with the guys on our yearly golf trip.
This year, me and the boys stayed in a home on Airbnb, which happened to be a guest favorite, and it was right on the course.
We could walk straight to tee off every morning, and it was just a short stroll to the local shops, bars, and restaurants.
Staying in a place on Airbnb gives you plenty of room to spread out, cozy living areas to hang out in, and all the privacy you need.
Staying somewhere like that makes everything feel more like a home than a hotel, and you get a real feel for the neighborhood.
I'm already planning on how to go bigger and better next year.
Luckily, there's so many options to choose from on Airbnb.
So whether it's family, friends, or golf getaway, my biggest tip is to check out Airbnb, check out their guest favorites, which are the most loved homes on Airbnb, and you'll be amazed at what you find.

This is fantasy football today from CBS Sports.
What a play!
Can you believe this?
It's a no idea.
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Off to the races and he stays on his feet.
It's just going to go the distance.
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
And it is bailbag time.
Your week 16 bag, as Dan would say.
Welcome to the show.
It's fantasy football today.
presented by BetMGM,
Make it Legendary.
And we're here on Friday afternoon,
if you're listening on Saturday.
Have a great weekend.
Let's have a fun weekend, everybody.
Let's party.
Let's watch some football,
college football, NFL.
It's all over the place.
Saturday and Sunday are going to be a football.
Oh, on Friday night.
Football-filled weekend.
Dan, what's up?
Not much, man.
I'm just recovering from last night.
I told you about a pre-show.
But just a weird feeling to be in a league
where, like, my most expensive league,
the one I somewhat care the most about,
is based on that, and I was first in points by 231 in the regular season, got my bye week,
and now matched up against Stafford, Puka, and JSN all on one team.
It's almost like, I was telling Adam, like, I guess I'm done.
Like, I guess the season's over on Thursday.
I don't know physically, like, looking at the projection, I'm like, is there any world
where I can make a comeback?
Probably not.
No, there isn't.
You're done.
You're absolutely done.
I said this on Friday morning.
Best game of Puka's career.
Like, you knew he was going to have a good game.
but best game of Puka's career.
Great.
Also, didn't mention this.
The Seahawks lost three defensive backs during that game.
A lot of it was late, but...
Yeah, it didn't matter.
No, I mean, it may have mattered on the last touchdown.
You never know.
But three defensive backs.
If you were fading those players, the most tilting part by far
was just the fact that, like, that lateral led to so many more fantasy points.
That overtime was so flooded with points.
Yeah, crazy.
That was fun to watch at the very least.
Yeah, it was great if you didn't have...
weren't sweating.
Jamie and I have a fun debate that we've been having off the air that we will have in a
moment.
We don't have a ton of news yet, but hopefully some will trickle in.
We got one.
Yeah, I saw that.
We'll get to that teaser.
Let's get to some questions here.
And let's start with, let's see.
Yo, Adrian, you know what that's from, Dan?
Yeah, I think it's from Rocky.
It is.
Hertz or May?
Rocky One, is that from?
I am going with
I'm going to go with Jalen Hertz
Love the matchup
Let it let it ride
Yeah I go Hertz also
And especially if you can't go
Yo Adrian and ask a Eagles question
That's true
Loveland Waller or Pitts
I don't think you can bench pits
Regardless if it London plays or not
Agreed
All right
Tedderall McMillan or Michael Wilson
It's so dependent
on Harrison.
Yeah.
Wilson without Harrison,
Tedroa with Harrison.
Just trying to see the latest on the Harrison injury.
I guess we don't have anything just yet.
Limited Wednesday, Thursday.
Okay.
I think I'm still going to go Wilson.
He's,
I've said this before on BTB,
but it's like he's one of two players
who had a wide receiver one week this season.
He can win you the week.
I want to try.
It's my fantasy semis.
I want to go for the upside.
He's one of two players who's had multiple wide receiver.
Multiple.
Sorry, wide receiver one finishes this year.
Yeah.
Who is the other one?
It's him and it was not Pooka. It's Drake London.
Well, it could be Puck. Now it may be Puka. Yeah, now it's probably
Pooka. I don't know if Pookas probably had a wide receiver one week, but I'm not sure.
Before this one, yeah.
Need a Flex. This is a nice screen name here at Vomit Duty.
You didn't have to read it. My kids would be cracking up right now, Vomit Duty.
Need a running back and a flex.
That's what a lot of people are calling Colby Parkinson's performance last night.
Yeah.
yeah i mean oh my god so many people started coli parkson across the fantasy landscape
incredible um is it incredible i was on an apology tour this morning didn't feel who was adam
yeah yeah i'm starting in five leagues once he put that tweet out everyone's like i guess i got
to change my lineup three leagues but in parkinson you really are to blame for a lot of losing
lineups this week out all right we need a running back at a flex for vomit duty and you know the
reason that
you're losing is
because Adam's fault
he should apologize to you
it's because
Adam's what
it's Adam's fault
yeah yeah
it just trickles down
across the board
I agree
right
all right
Dowdle Henry Swift
Dowdle Henry Swift
pick a running back
Henry
it's Henry
I can see a big game
still from Swift
but I wouldn't bench
Henry in this spot
pick a flex
Dowdell Swift
Abuka Adonai Mitchell
Addison
I'm going
Swift
but it's full PPR
it's the only thing
that troubles me.
I'm still going to go Swift.
DST,
Vikings,
chiefs or bills?
Bill's.
Bill's.
Yeah.
All right.
Bills are fun this week.
Emmanuel Wilson or Jawar Jordan.
Ugh.
Jowar.
Well,
let's see what happens with Woody Marks.
Is that practice?
He was working off the side,
but he is a practice today.
So we'll see what that status report is.
Jacobs,
we're going to find out tomorrow.
So you'll have the answer.
If Jacob is out.
I'm not sure that.
they go, I think Nick Chubb
is going to be a real thorn in
Jawar Jordan's side.
Well, I mean, listen, you know Saturday.
If Josh Jacobs is out, you're playing Wilson,
forget about the Houston situation.
If Josh Jacobs is in,
I guess Jordan, I don't know.
If Job Jacobs in, you take a chance on Jordan.
Yeah.
But if Jacobs and Marks are both playing,
then I think I'd go Wilson.
I go pick up Estimate.
Yeah, there's someone you can.
And I'll tell you what.
Forget it.
If you can't get Estimate,
I go play Evan Hall over both these guys.
let me ask you better than both of them what your feel is jamie and adam this week just having gone through it with the estimate hole because obviously the matchup is great it's a spot where we think we can get some like someone to help us win our matchup in fantasy but do you have a feel on either of those two i mean i've been leaning estimate the entire time just based on how the split workload production everything unfolded after devineal's injury okay they're both going to play we had this discussion to a friday morning like if you were to say right now one
guy is going to get the lion's share of the work. And even if it's maybe 55, 45, 45, you know,
percent of the work, I would put that guy probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 to 20
my rankings. Like there's just so, they've given up 14 total touchdowns to running back since
Quentin Williams has been gone. Fourteen touchdown. Both guys could be good. Yeah.
So the thing is, they actually haven't really been that bad per carry. If you look at ETA,
no, I don't really care either, but teams, guys aren't running all over the jets.
If you look at last week, for example,
ETN had three receiving touchdowns.
So they are, yeah, they're giving, on the year,
23 touchdowns to running backs,
eight receiving and 15 rushing.
But the Quinn and Williamson,
it's not like their run defense has fallen apart.
They suck, and they give up a ton of touchdowns.
But I don't really want to trust it.
I agree with Jamie.
If it was just estimate,
then, yeah, he'd be in like the Marco Carter.
He's not, I don't think he's good.
I don't know that he's ever had a 15-yard run in his career.
He's big and slow, has no breakaway ability.
Oh, man, I feel.
Well, what do you have a 20-yard catch last week?
Yeah, he did, and he looked pretty explosive on that catch.
He is not explosive at all.
I don't know how you could pop.
He ran like a 4-6-something.
Oh, God.
I had such a great joke with Jacob yesterday that Dave was like belly laughing on the air.
4-7-1.
We'll talk about that in a moment.
Jacob had estimate as a start for our start segment for,
running backs. And he said he was like what he saw from him on film. And I said, did you
fast forward it? So I actually looked like he was running at normal speed. I'm going to,
I'm going to challenge this, this idea of Estime. Yeah, he's definitely not a straight line runner.
He's not a 40-yard dash guy by any means. He's a one of this, we've had these types of players in the
NFL that have had success. He's a Ramandre Stevenson type speed, which is still prime Remandre
Stevenson burst burst in that zero to 20 yard range. Good stop and start ability was great after
contact at Notre Dame, one of the best in the nation.
I liked his tape at Notre Dame.
He didn't make it with Sean Payton.
I think he's a clearly more talented runner with more explosiveness than Evan Hull.
Evan Hull was like a past protecting specialist at Northwestern who had some stop and start
ability to cut.
But I would take, I think Estimate is definitely a better player.
I think you'll be surprised at him with Estimate.
You'll be surprised at the speed, we'll call it.
Pretty quickly, he was off the Broncos, okay?
I know.
They didn't keep around.
He's got his longest run of his career is 21 yards.
He has one run longer than 13 runs.
How many runs does he have in his career?
82.
Yeah, that's not like it.
And nobody, did anyone run for any yards with the Broncos last year in that scheme?
Not really.
Javante Williams was terrible.
I'm just saying the guy is he's the slowest, he might be the slowest running back in the NFL.
You think Estimate is the slowest running back in the NFL.
He's one of the slowest running back.
Evan hole is slower than him on his own team.
Fine.
I don't like Evan Hall.
You're not.
Estimate is super slow.
Okay.
If they were playing a normal defense, this would not even be a conversation.
If there was a
And the other side of this
There was any question about who the starter is
There would be no question
Yeah
This is just such a great opportunity
The Saints, the Saints, the Saints,
the Saints, as bad as they've been this season
Our home favorites
Yeah
If that holds and Vegas is correct
They will be playing with a lead
Who do you think we'll be getting the ball
late in the game?
I think it's going to be estimated
All right, me too
Evan Hall, I'm sorry, I don't mean to make it all about 40 yard dash
But Evan Hall ran a 447
And Audrey Gessimee ran a 4-71
I'm going to go ahead and say.
I think Evan Holes probably faster.
Yeah, that's a big enough gap.
We're talking straight line speed.
That was a bad take by me.
Well, clearly based on that.
But we're not,
estimate's not winning with straight line speed.
He's not going to see him go a 50-yard touchdown run.
He's not winning.
I know.
Season-long basis.
Yeah, he's a good gamble this week.
I agree.
I mean,
there's a lot to lock there.
He's got a little bit of burst.
He's got yards after contactability.
And let's tie it into some real-life situation.
So, like, if I was in Dan spot,
and I probably am in a couple leagues where I'm down big.
I don't know if I played all three of those guys.
But, and I'm debating right now, this is going to sound crazy.
But, like, Ashton Genti, who's been miserable versus Estime and the potential of a two-touchdown game for him, like, I'm probably going to estimate to see if I could swing for the fences and make up his point.
Genti does nothing anymore.
Like, we'll get some gatches to save you a little bit.
But other than that, you're not getting much of him.
I like that take.
All right.
Some more YouTube stuff here.
So, PPR, Christian Watson, Brian Thomas Jr., Jalen, Waddle, Chris Godwin, pick two.
Watson, and I'll reluctantly say Waddle as the second one.
Watson, wow.
I don't even know if he's...
Are we sure he's going to play?
No, obviously, he has to play.
Okay, we're saying if he plays...
Again, no tomorrow.
Would you say Waddle was your second one?
Yeah, I agree.
Just because you don't want B.T.J. in Denver, yeah, and I don't want Godwin.
Okay. I guess so, hoping yours can get the ball to him.
Okay. Jam, what color is my shirt?
red yeah thank you i don't know why james it's orange jamey called that orange he's james i did not say
orange you've been you hinted that it was orange no no no no no somebody in the chat at the start
of our show said i know why they're late adam's looking for his orange shirt and i said that's the
perfect way to open the show yeah i have a red shirt i think it looks closer to like pink than it is
orange but it's not pink either i pick four here well adam let's see can you tell what color dan shirt
Yeah, tied eye
Yeah
But with a pink
Pink base basically
Wow, look at you
Well pink base
Maybe purple
I know
Colorblind stuff is made up by you
You're sure
I'm actually colorblind
Legally
Oh wow
Red green
Yeah I didn't know you were too
Adam
It sucks for me
I mean it's not as bad
Like people don't
I think people who
aren't colorblind
Or aren't aware
If people who are colorblind
Don't really know what it is
It's not like I can't
Like I could see
I'm so what I am
Is there's different kinds of color
I'm red green colorblind
Whatever that means
So what I can see like
Oh
that's red. Like Adam's shirt's red. I'm not like, that's green. But like, for example,
I play poker a lot and the red chips and the green chips are a lot of times in play. And I'll
just always have like a green chip in my red stack or a red chip in my green stack. And I'm not
like, so when they're together, it's when I had trouble with it, when the colors are
together. Let's try something here. Let's try something real quick. Okay. Yeah, this is a
problem for me, these types of things. Can you see the, okay, you know, let me answer this question
real quick so we can get this.
It's a rough.
We can get rid of this.
Choose four.
We're definitely going Evans.
So choose three.
Michael Wilson,
Drake London,
Rishie Rice,
Brian Thomas Jr.,
Jacobi Myers,
Ladd-McConkie,
Cortland Sutton.
Wow.
That's a hell of a list.
You say Evans for sure.
I mean,
if Wilson and,
if Wilson without Harrison
and Rice is in,
those would be my two.
Right.
But Rice is probably out.
Right.
I think I might go Evans over Rice,
but fair.
Ranking these,
ranking these is if they're all playing.
let's do that i'll do that would be let's say i'm ranking these as if they're all playing and harrison
sitting out i probably have wilson one wilson's easily one yeah well evans to london or no rice
no evans two london then rice then bt james no then sutton sudden would be fifth oh yeah so if wilson
is if marvin harrison jrison jr plays you go sutton you don't go with the jaguars guys and you
don't go with mcconkey okay yeah the four that are easy it's evans and sutton and then if rice
is in yes if london's in yes if uh i'm sorry wait if but put the but put the names back up
evans is in sutton's in wilson without harrison would be in and then london would be in
no but sutton sudden you'd start rice over sutton wouldn't you i don't think rice is playing
okay fine all right can you see the gap in the ring here dan the gap in the ring i see i don't
know what the gap means like i see i don't even know what that means you see red dots right
I'd see a blob of colors that look pretty similar to me.
Oh, really?
I see red.
I could see red and green to an extent, but like.
Jamie, what does this look like to you?
The Texas A&M victory.
Is this supposed to look like something?
You're supposed to be able to see a gap in the ring.
I don't see a gap.
In the ring.
I believe the gap is the red.
Oh, there's a little bit of a gap in the red circle.
Oh, I, like on the left side.
I do not see that.
Nine o'clock, basically.
I'm not sure if I even see a red circle in there.
You see that, Jamie?
They see that gap?
I just see the red, like, backwards seat.
I don't see that at all.
Okay, so you see a gap, yeah.
Wow.
It's terrible.
All right.
Thanks.
I wonder I can't get anything right.
All right, we're going to take a break here.
Come back with some news items, and Jamie and I have a contest.
I think we'll save that for later.
and your emails.
We'll be right back.
I'm all lost here.
We'll be right back on fantasy football today.

So Garrett Wilson's out
for the season
and Jamie mentioned
that Woody Marks
was seen at practice.
Is there anything else, Jamie?
David Angelico
did not practice again today,
so it looks like he's out,
same with Dylan Samson.
Trying to see if there's a T. Higgins update.
While we look for
that, Adam, fun note.
Two leagues this week, Jamie and I are playing in the semifinals, and we're on opposite sides
of the bracket.
So there is a possibility that Jamie and I can be playing in a championship game next week.
There are two possibilities for it, actually.
East's new Dynasty League that we opened this year.
And I think the other one is the Superflex League.
Pretty sure.
I believe in Heath's Dynasty League I might be playing against Puka and J.S.
Ugh, I hate to hear that.
I guess that's over that.
And I started Parkinson.
It's a tight-end premium league.
All right.
Well, I guess we're done with that.
one we have a chance in the other one though oh serious question how do you drive dan and adam
if you're a red green colorblind it's it's it's weird what is it like how would you just go slow at
every light how would you describe it so again like if you see a stoplight i can see what you like it
stands out that's red that's green right right it's just a matter of if they're together like
if red and green were at the same time and they were right next to each other sideways maybe i would
have trouble with it. I probably would. So I could see the difference. You know, I have a friend.
This brings up something weird. I wanted to bring up on this show for a while. Crazy. Not
weird. Crazy. I have a friend who that's how you stop there. We're good. Yeah. It is already a fake
story. If I have a friend who when we're driving like late, it's a late night or something,
he gets to a stoplight and it's red and there's nobody on the road. He looks both ways,
sees if there's no cop and just goes, like takes a left or right at a red light. Can I tell you,
do you have proof of this? Because there are so many red light.
cameras now that I don't believe this for one second.
No, there's no red light cameras in New Jersey.
So, yes, I've been in the car when he's done it.
I've gone crazy. I was like, what are you doing?
Dude, this is nuts. He's like, what do you mean?
I was like, it's a law. You can't do it. He's like, so what?
Like, it doesn't matter. And then he brings up something that's like, oh, it doesn't
matter. It's a law. Nobody's going to see it.
Like, what's the difference? There's no cop around.
I'm like, and there's no cars coming. I guess technically you're right, but it feels so wrong.
It is wrong. You can't do that.

Emails at Fantasy Football at CBSI.com.
Andres is in a pickle.
Okay.
So he needs a flex.
Algier, Pearsall,
Pat Bryant, or Kincaid?
I think two of those guys might not play.
Pearsall and Kincaid.
Algier, Pat Bryant, though, we could go with that.
PPR.
I think, you know what?
I'd take a shot on Bryant.
And they can't get anybody off waivers?
Yeah.
Or you can get Darius.
Oh, you get Michael Carter.
Yeah, yeah, Michael Carter.
He would have to drop Algier
for Carter due to roster limits.
So what?
Yeah, yeah, do it.
Drop Pat Bryant.
No, he can.
He has to drop a running back.
Oh, yeah, then drop out you.
All right, from Josh Squash.
Choose one and half PPR.
Michael Carter, Aaron Jones, Xavier Worthy,
or Jaden Reed?
Jones.
You know, though, I think it was,
I think you made a great case for it this week, Jamie.
It was either you or Dave.
I can't remember at this point for Worthy being...
A sleeper option this week.
Are you having an allergy attack?
I just have bad allergies in general these days.
You're like, Jamie, I think that was...
That is exactly what I just did.
But like, as Worthy without Rice in the lineup,
being kind of a sleeper option, like what if they go to...
Now, you're just making me laugh.
I don't know.
We're going to stick with Aaron Jones against a crappy giant statement.
Worthy definitely has some sleeper appeal.
Rice out, Titan stink.
Minchie with the Yolo mentality, can't run the ball.
So, yes, but playing the Giants, I'll take that running back.
Yeah, same.
Okay, let's see what else.
Oh, from Nick, I like this one.
Why are you guys so high on Rico Dowdell?
As of now, Dave and Jamie have him 16th, and Heath is top 10.
He's had more than, he goes on and on, and he's, you know, they could be half to throw in this game.
And I agree.
He is averaging 3.2 yards per carry in his last 5.
games against the Saints twice, the Falcons, the 49ers, and the Rams.
The Niners, he had six carries for 38 yards.
The other games, he's been horrible.
So you look at, I agree.
I mean, I'm nervous.
I don't know why.
I think if I'm high on him, I am starting him in a couple of leagues.
It's because I think we're going to get some points in this game, and he feels like,
he feels somewhat likely, he feels like he has a decent chance to score a touchdown.
But, Jamie, why are you high on Rico Dato?
Or are you high on him?
I look at that group of running backs,
and I, you know, every time it's almost like I'm tempted to reshuffle them.
He's the number two running back.
Look, you're not, I think, getting somebody who's got top 10 upside this week
unless we get multiple touchdowns.
The work in the passing game has disappeared.
The yards per carry have been awful.
It started with that game against the Rams where Chuba Hubbard broke out right before
their by week, or at least it feels like it started that game.
He's still going to probably get 15 plus touches.
And this is the season for the Panthers.
I'm just assuming, based on how Dave Canales has operated, he doesn't want to make Bryce Young have to win the game.
He could win the game.
The buck's secondary is bad.
They can have success throwing a ball.
We saw it against the Falcons, for example.
It's a very similar type matchup in terms of how, if they do allow him to throw, he'll be successful.
But their mantra has been run the ball.
I think both guys are going to get probably combined 30 carries with the majority of that going to Dowdell.
If he gets a couple catches, which he still could.
Touchdown potential is still there.
I struggle with Dowell versus Gainwell.
I struggle with Dowell versus Jones,
with Dowell versus Hampton,
if there's no Quinn and Williams,
like that whole group of guys.
But for now,
Dowell's slightly ahead
just because I think the workload is somewhat guaranteed.
All right.
It's like you look at Giovante Williams
going into last night,
Kyron Williams,
like that whole list of guys.
Like, you know they're going to get opportunities.
Some match up good, some match up bad.
Some matchups good, some match is bad.
I just think you know the good,
some grammar bad.
You know what the Panthers are
and their identity, I think, is somewhat true.
True.
All right.
Let's go to our next one.
It's from Tom.
I am the commissioner in two work leagues
and I'm in the championship game in both.
I'm not sure what reaction I'll face from coworkers
if I end up winning in both.
I have Drake May in both leagues
and Lamar Jackson in one.
They face off this weekend.
Should I start one in each league
to play it safe in case one of them tanks?
Or should I start May in both?
and I think he
I think I might have cut off his question
I thought he said how should I celebrate
or should I talk trash to my boss
if I win I think was one of his questions
but what do you think
Jackson, Drake May and two leagues
Dan what would you do?
It's been
we've been debating that all week on BTV
like where we're out with Jackson
I think
it's so close for me
I would probably have them like
back to back in my rankings
I would probably go down
with May
because he's been more consistent
and he's got me there
and he still has the rushing upside,
which in some ways,
maybe as much as Jackson at this point
with what Jackson offers as a runner,
his willingness or lack of this year.
So yeah,
I think I'd go May.
And as far as the second question goes,
totally dependent on your relationship with your boss.
You know if you have that kind of relationship
where you can talk crap or not.
I like Jackson.
I think I could justify splitting them,
but I would not start May in both.
I prefer Jackson.
Jamie?
I prefer Jackson, too.
I wonder if,
he gets those
two touchdowns against Cincinnati
in the game where he was awful
if they have more than 40 plays
against the Bengals in the last meeting
like we've seen some weird games
for Jackson recently and you could say
okay not healthy and not playing great
and those things are certainly true
but he feels like he just had a couple
of like really bad luck situations
and the fact that he got you still 18
fantasy points with only 40 plays
and 12 pass attempts like
that could have been a monster game for him
last week. Well it should have been
because Zay Flowers cost them nine points.
Yeah, that was a 20, that's a 26 point game on 12 pass attempts.
All right.
From Emmett, I've got London, Rishie Rice, and Michael Wilson, wow, and Jacoby Myers.
So who should, I'm starting, sorry, James Cook and I have Breeze Hall, Carter and Gainwell.
So first of all, pick a running back.
It's Breece Hall, Carter, and Gamewell to go.
Is it PBR?
I'm going to Gamewell.
If it's PBR, I'm definitely going Gainwell.
Let me start by saying that.
And I think I'd probably lean Gainwell regardless.
Okay, who would you?
I don't really get the question here.
Not very specific.
But all right, so we'll go to the next one here.
Brock Purdy or Caleb Williams?
Brock Purdy, for sure.
and definitely go with the Chiefs DST over the Dolphins.
This is from Jordan.
Hey, FFT.
I'll start with what is quite possibly the greatest dad joke of all time.
I'll be the judge of that.
Why couldn't the bike stand up on its own?
Because it was too tired.
Solid.
All right, half PPR.
Jalen Warren, Tyrone Tracy, or Teteroa McMillan.
Pick one.
Warren, Tracy, Taderoa.
Tracy.
Is it full PPR?
Half PPR.
Half PPR.
I'll go Tracy.
It's close.
I can see Taroa being a better play.
Tracy's still limited from his red zone role,
and I just don't think there's going to be much scoring for the Giants in this game.
From Darren.
Pick two wide receivers and a flex in full PPR.
Jalen Waddle, Marvin Harrison,
Brian Thomas Jr., Drake London,
Ashton Genti.
Waddle Harrison, Brian Thomas, Jr., London, Gentie.
If London and Harrison play, those would be the two receivers,
and then I would probably go Waddle over Genty.
No, I'm going to be London and who is the receiver after MHJ?
Brian Thomas, Jr.
And Thomas, Jr.
Really?
Even against that.
Yeah, I've liked what I've seen from Thomas Jr. earlier.
I mean, I don't feel confidence.
I'm not inspired by playing Marvin Harrison, Jr.
No, I am.
Yeah?
Yeah, I mean, unless he's not healthy.
But if he's healthy, then, yeah, why not?
I guess if he plays, he's healthy enough to play.
All right, that's fair.
It's a much better matchup than Denver.
I'm okay with that.
All right, from Kevin.
Oh, this is the guy who asks if he should rub it in against his boss.
I'm playing my boss who has JSN and Gibbs.
Full PPR bonuses for big touchdowns and 100-yard games or 50-yard games from a tight end.
So first of all, Mayfield or DART?
Mayfield for me.
Yeah, Mayfield.
I don't want any Giants starting this week.
Henderson or Hampton?
Henderson.
Henderson, how could you not?
Three wide receivers.
Lamb, London, Sutton.
It's them.
And if not London, then Brian Thomas Jr. or a mecca, Buka.
Lamb, London, and who?
Sutton.
Yeah, it's pick two?
No, he's pick three.
So it's those three, but if London were out,
would you go Brian Thomas Jr. or Abuca?
I'd go Abuca.
I'd guess.
And then Fanon or Waller?
Fanon.
Fanon.
No, Injoku, it should be a good spot.
And yeah, we think that you should rub it in against your boss,
if you have that relationship with him.
If you don't, probably not a good idea.
You would know.
John from Cleveland, the top ranked waiver wire tight ends
are Gunner Helm and Mike Gassickey.
Dawson Knox is available.
If Kincaid doesn't play,
would you play Tyler Warren or Dawson Knox?
Tyler Warren,
though I don't feel good about that at all.
I think Warren is safer,
but Knox the last two weeks has been awesome.
Yeah, I guess it is not.
I guess it is a question,
because Warren stinks right now for fantasy.
Genuinely stinks.
I may go Knox.
I think you might have convinced me there,
they're Jamie.
They're both bad plays.
He wasn't that good
when Kincade was out, though.
No, no.
They're both bad plays.
Let me be clear.
But one is on a good offense.
The other's on an offense
with a quarterback who can't throw the football.
I can't believe they're starting him again.
I really have to.
He still gives them a better chance
to win probably than Riley Leonard.
And injured Riley Leonard.
The interesting thing will be
as if Richardson is healthy next week,
what do they do?
Yeah.
I mean, I think the interesting thing is if they,
like, they were able to keep the Seahawks
off the board.
If the 49ers score points, and now Philip Rivers has to throw more.
I know.
That's the crazy guy.
If they get into a game script where he has to throw, oh, it's going to be wild.
Yeah.
All right, from, sorry.
T. Higgins is going to be listed as questionable.
He has yet to clear the concussion protocol, but we'll practice today.
Okay.
All right.
We've got Justin here.
Start three from this group.
Jalen Waddle, Brian Thomas Jr., Chris Godwin, Jalen Reed,
and Jaden Reed
and Colston Loveland
Waddle, BTJ, Godwin,
Reed and Loveland, no, three.
Oh,
Loveland,
Waddle and Reed for me.
What were the other two,
BTJ and what?
Godwin.
I mean, if I'm going to go with like a player,
like, it's risky.
If I go Loveland, it's hard to go Loveland
and BTJ, even though two still like
BTJ more than these other options.
Honestly, he's played well lately.
That offense is actually
moving the ball. It's one of the only teams that has over
200 air yards. They played nobody, though.
I know. I know. That's a problem.
They crush the Chargers.
Yeah. They crush the Chargers
defensively. And they ran
well against Chargers. Their starters played three quarters,
but that was the only game. That's the
only stiff competition they had. I get it.
CH Fantasy Lab. Do not play
BJJ's week. Sartan. I get it.
But it's not like these other options are slam dunk.
We're talking about Loveland, Jaden
Reed, and what was some of the other options there?
Jalen Waddle. Jalen Waddle with
So I would go Waddle and Loveland, just like Jamie, and then it would come down to Brian Thomas, Jr. or Jaden Reed.
If Watson doesn't play, then it's easy read.
If Watson does play, I don't think Certaina's going to shadow Brian Thomas Jr., but I don't, but he definitely could.
Again, here's the thing. Thomas, to Dan's point, he's played much better to the last two games.
He absolutely has.
He has not exactly been safe or even great the majority of the season.
And now you're talking about taking on a Denver team.
Yes, they're down there.
They're down one safety.
That being said, they've given up five touchdowns to receivers on the season.
I don't think Thomas is going for seven for 180 and no scores, you know, or even six for 50.
It's like a stretch.
If he scores or not, and this team doesn't give up scores, it's a good case to Benjamin.
Let me say one thing I'd love to see.
I'd love to see them isolate him against Riley Moss.
And Riley Moss will have a pass interference because that's what we're.
Riley Woff does.
Yeah, I would love to see them try a deep shot.
That doesn't lead to any fantasy points for us.
All right, let's go, let's finish up here with the emails.
Do things I like to see change in fantasy?
You get points if your receiver draws a P.I.
What do you think of that?
Maybe half the points.
Yeah, yeah, it doesn't have to be all of it.
They didn't catch the ball.
We don't know that they would call.
Yeah, no, it doesn't have to be all of it.
Just some.
Start, sit for Zach here.
Golf or Lamar Jackson in four point for passing touchdown leagues.
You know, I,
I think I think he yeah I think I'd go golf though I get it I get why it's crazy but at home
should be should be in a good game script there should be a ton of passing yards in that game
yeah let's just wrap them off here fine goff uh I need a wide again has said that
michael carter will be the starting running back okay cool I need a wide receiver and a flex
Cortland sutton there's your receiver abuka read dowdell ppr I think we're going sutton and dowdell
Suddened out. Cowboys update. Quindon Williams, tracking well in the concussion protocol toward potentially playing this week.
C.D. Lamb continues about an illness that's making its way around the building, but is doing some things this week, according to Patrick Nosey Walker, who covers the Cowboys for the Cowboys, used to work for us.
Oh, cool. And Gabe from upstate New York needs a flex and PPR. Michael Carter, Christian Watson, Harold Fanon.
Carter.
I'm Michael Watson, but they're close.
Yeah.
And I have a dad joke for Dan.
How do you keep Giants players out of your yard?
Put a goalpost in it.
This is from Frank.
Pick two running backs at a flex.
Amari and Hampton, Travis E.N, RICO Dowdell, Michael Carter.
So pick two of those.
Hampton, E.T.N. Dowdell and Carter.
Hampton, E.T.N. Dowdell, Carter.
And what is this?
Is it a PPR?
I don't know.
E.N for sure.
E.T.N. D.D.L. for me.
Same.
I think it might be E.T.N. and Carter for me.
All right. And then we need a flex.
Hampton, Carter, Doudal, Christian Watson.
Um,
I might go Watson for the upset.
I mean, yeah, we just had Michael Carter versus.
We've just had Michael Carter versus Christian Watson.
It's super close.
Yeah.
So I think you're starting.
I'm on your side of the Doudal, Adam.
Not feeling good about it at all.
I mean, I'm still starting him.
I'm starting him over Michael Carter and I'm starting him over Christian Watson.
And I'm starting him over Hampton.
Against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers run funnel, like pass funnel.
I mean, what are we?
The buck's run defense is not what it once was.
It's not what it once was.
But the way they scheme that defense is just not inviting to the run.
I just run during where the doubtle points are coming from and how we're getting there with
doubtle personally.
That's fair.
He's been struggling.
He's been struggling.
He's just splitting on an offense that's not a good.
He didn't really see a lot of work even while splitting.
He didn't split last week.
They loved to run the ball.
Hubbard had what, six carries last week, something like that?
What was the snap percentage?
Hubbard was the snap percentage, right?
So Hubbard's always going to out snap him because he's going to play on passing downs.
Right.
So, but Dowdell can still get a few catches.
He has to score, probably, for this to be a good start.
Don't they all have to score?
I mean, doesn't Michael Carter have to score?
It's not like he's going to yards per carry it.
You could have four or five catches, but he could have four or five catches, but he,
That's fair, but at least we know Michael Carter.
We hope Michael Carter will be in the red zone and every time.
Dan, what's your favorite Christmas movie or comedy episode?
Ooh, great question.
I have to think about comedy episodes.
There's got to be so many that come to the list for favorite Christmas comedy episodes.
That's Andy Bernard.
It might be the episode of Curb where Larry's father-in-law and he's married to Cheryl Heinz, who's not Jewish.
and Larry's father-in-law comes over with the Christ nail that he got from the movie,
The Passion of the Christ, and then it leads to, like, Larry stealing from the Christmas
version, whatever the thing is, where they have, like, Jesus and Mary, and he steals from
that or something to get, to get something for the father-in-law.
I don't remember the exact details.
I do not.
I've never seen that.
It would probably be that one for, and then as far as movie goes, die-hard.
Probably, well, if we consider die-hardt a Christmas movie and we're not to control Adam,
I did finally see Die Hard last year
two years ago whenever we discussed this, loved it.
So it's probably that.
But I love the movie I love is the one
that Adam got me to watch last year, Christmas vacation,
the Chubby Chase one.
I love that one.
That was great.
I'm taking a few years off from Christmas vacation
just so I can enjoy it again when I see it.
I've seen it so many times.

Taylor Swift, the end of an era.
Streaming now only on Disney Plus.
We're back with the fantasy cops.
I think I only have one or two today.
A light week for the cops.
What's that?
It's a light week for the cops.
It is.
It has been hard to top it,
but we've had in the last few weeks.
This one is from Patrick.
It says, Dear, Tracy,
John,
David, and William.
No idea.
He says you should know this.
I should know this?
Yeah.
He says Dan should know this.
Basically.
I don't know what it is.
though, so I think...
Tracy, John, Adam, and William?
No, Tracy, John, David, and William.
Anyway, I'm the defending champion
in a four-player-keeper Superflex league.
We have very deep lineups.
I'd like to present to you a situation
leading up to my first week-one playoff matchup.
My week-one playoff matchup against Will.
I was in first place.
He was an eighth.
I noticed that after Tuesday waivers,
Will had lost his quarterback, Daniel Jones,
to an injury, and was struggling at the position.
he had Mahomes and Pennix on IR, well, whatever.
He had zero fab remaining and needed a quarterback,
and it just lost a bid on Riley Leonard.
I had plenty of fab remaining.
I had Shudur Sanders as my QB3,
and I had DAC in May.
I was worried he'd pick up Marioada.
So I put in a $1 claim for Marioada,
and I dropped Shudur Sanders.
I got Marioada, and I confirmed that Will attempted to pick him up,
but he had zero fab.
I knew he'd then pivot to Sanders,
after the 24-hour period ended.
So I put a $1 bid back on Sanders.
I did this a couple more times
to keep Shudur Sanders and Marcus Marietta
away from Will.
And another manager eventually pivoted back
away from Riley Leonard
to Shudor Sanders
and stopped this cycle.
And then Will was forced to settle
for rivers, which went poorly.
I think this keep-away strategy
is standard fantasy football practice,
especially when approaching the playoffs.
Managers will pick up a quarterback
or a DST that they don't need
to ensure their fab,
opponents can't gain an edge.
Will has labeled my behavior as, quote, dishonorable.
And he insinuated that I don't play the game the right way.
I think that's BS, and this is all sour grapes,
after he blew his fab during the regular season.
What do you think?
We were talking about this on Tuesday.
Like, this is not, there's no rule against this.
It's just kind of a crappy way to do it.
Yeah.
You know what?
You guys keep talking about it.
I'm going to read you the FFT Open official rule.
Oh, we protect against this?
Yes, we do.
Did you create the official rules?
No, this is a CBS thing.
Okay.
I thought you were just looking for some way to tell it yourself.
Let's see.
So what we said on Tuesday, Dan, was like, this isn't necessarily the exact way that we sort of frown on this, but like if you do it all in one fad period of picking up all the quarterbacks that are able.
I think you can't do this.
Wait.
I think if you don't think you can do it in one fad period?
I think what this manager did is wrong, and I wouldn't allow it as commissioner.
So essentially, if it was a scenario like, let's say there's more quarterbacks available
than just Mariotta and Shudor Sand or whatever the list of guys is, so you and I are playing
in a Super Flex league and you lost all your quarterbacks, just like what we had the last couple
weeks where Brady Cook and Gulf Rivers, that one week where they all became available.
And you go and you pick up all of them to prevent your.
opponent from getting any of them and then drop them yeah that what do you mean though you picked well
first of all i'm okay like what i what i don't like is when you use one roster spot or multiple
roster spots to throughout the week add drop players and keep them on waivers well that's the thing yes
so i see what you're both saying so i personally think look if the person mismanaged their free agent
budget so poorly they don't have money and somebody else has saved their money and they could just
add all the quarterbacks. That's fine to me. What I don't like is the second part that you just
brought up at him. But I think the good leagues protect against this. Like there is a setting,
I believe, or there should be a setting where players go back to free agency in a shorter period
of time. We don't just sit on waivers until the next week. You can't just add drop, add drop,
add drop in one spot and just no. The way that this was explained us is how most leagues operate
with waivers. I don't think so. Is this how mostly we could just flood the free agent pool with
wavered players by just at because otherwise someone could just stand go into their league use
that last roster spot on their bench and just boom boom boom through all of free agency and just
put everyone right that's what we're talking about so there's no real way to enforce this there is
though you change the setting so people only on waivers for one day this is what this is first
of all waivers and fab are on waivers for one day what's the problem they'll go the person
can pick him up because he's the same manager keeps keeps blocking the other manager from doing this
yeah because this guy has this guy has fab waiver budget left yeah this guy has fab
left. The other guy doesn't. So he keeps putting in a $1 bid for Sanders, drops him for
Mario. It puts in a $1 bit over and over and over again. And I think that's wrong. So in the
FFT open, I did not write these rules. These are CBS guidelines. They say the second
exception. But just to be fair, this is part of a discussion that we had as a group. This isn't
like a CBS corporate policy. I don't know. I don't think I ever, I don't think this ever came up.
I think these are just in like the guidelines, the kind of boilerplate guidelines that they
would have that legal would have basically, you know, to ensure something fair here.
And there, he said that it says there are two exceptions.
With only two exceptions, there are no limits to the number of add drops you can request,
nor are there any transaction fees.
The first exception is when a manager attempts to add or drop his entire team or a significant
number of players.
Okay, we'll skip to the next one.
The second exception, it's a little bit different than it's going on here, but the second
exception is abuse of the waivers process.
This is when a team manager adds, then drops a series of players, putting those players on waivers, and making them inaccessible to other team managers.
Such an action could result in forfeiture of points, as well as that team manager being blocked from making additional ad drops for the remainder of the season, and in some cases, dismissal of the league as determined by CBS Interactive.
So that says multiple players.
This is just one.
but I think this is not really within the spirit of fantasy football to just keep ad dropping
and putting a guy on waivers so someone else can't get them, putting two guys on waivers.
It's tricky because it's definitely not in the spirit.
At the same time, it's also a very unique strategy.
I've really never heard of this until now, and I kind of think it's a little genius
from the creativity standpoint, to be honest.
It is.
Like if you've saved enough budget, you don't have anything to really use it on at this point.
There's only one more week of waivers after this.
This is not a bad way to use it, creatively speaking,
but it's obviously a little bit, I mean, a lot against the spirit of fantasy.
I personally, on the side note of this, like, I hope you would agree with this, Adam.
If you have a team, you're going into the finals,
let's say this week was the finals, not the semis, but it doesn't really matter.
And you have extra roster spots and free agent.
On the first waiver one run, you're okay with them just picking up every quarterback
and rostering them, right?
Yes, yes.
Okay, all right.
It's just the thing of adding and dropping and adding and dropping.
Yeah, it's using designated roster spots on your team
for the sole purpose of add drop, add drop, add drop
to keep players on waivers so they cannot be picked up.
And, you know, I guess you can't really do that so much
if it's just waivers because you'll lose your priority.
But if it's fab, then you can bully.
I could see both sides of the argument.
I could see you.
This sort of falls in that gray area for you of like if he had,
so if he did this and then the next time picked up the next player,
Like, as long as he held them, right?
Aren't you okay with it?
They do it for one player
and then drop them for the weekends?
Right.
Yes.
Like, if he had picked up...
It's such a gray area with this.
It is.
If he had picked up Marioada, I think it was,
and dropped Sanders.
And left Sanders on waivers for the other guy to claim,
and he didn't.
And then on Saturday, he dropped Marioita.
I'd be fine with that.
But what he did was he made two players
completely unaccessible.
Yeah.
But listen, I get it.
I wouldn't say it's mismanagement to have zero fab.
I'd say, you know, you had to get through the regular season, do what you have to do.
But if you take an opposite approach as opposite stance, I get it.
I think it's a reasonable.
It is a tough one.
It's a, I think you should have, you should have something in your bylaws next year to protect against this.
So, I mean, I'll tell you something that I think, I don't know if it's the right thing to do or wrong thing to do.
But like, I picked up Jacoby Brissette in a league to block.
two opponents from getting him
because I'm starting Jalen Hertz.
If the week plays out as I expected to
where I'm the two seed and the one seed is going to win and I win,
I'm going to drop Peret to pick up a DST for next week.
Yeah.
Because I'll have the priority to get Peret again.
Yeah.
To prevent that manager from getting it.
What's the problem with that?
There can't be a problem with that.
That's just good strategy.
You have to allow that at the minimum.
Say it again.
Say it again.
So I'm going to, it's a waivers league.
So I'm going to drop Brissette, probably today, to pick up a DST for next week.
Yeah.
But I know I'm going to be able to pick up Bret first.
Oh, yeah, that's fine.
To block them again.
Yeah, that's fine.
Why aren't you starting Berset?
Who do you have?
He has a better player, Jalen.
He wants to block someone from getting Berset.
Yeah, that's perfect.
All right, tough, tough thing.
I encourage people to have a written rule about it in case this does come up because it's, it's up to
how you want to deal with it, but you should get ahead of it
and deal with it. All right, let's
see, I need some Apple podcast questions
here. Got to pull those up.
What's, what are your weekend plans, Dan
on the can?
Not going to be a great weekend, I don't think.
It's going to be rainy and cold.
Just going to watch a lot of sports. That's kind of the weekend.
Watch a lot of sports. Maybe get a movie in, probably
not. I've got shows going on right now
that I've been watching, so movies are on
the back burner again. Yeah, whatever,
man. Do you see the new Fallout episode? Do you guys
watch Fallout? So good.
not yet so good so yeah so who do you think's a better napper me or jamie
ooh a better napper so i we had a little bit of this discussion before the show i just
find it so crazy that either of you is able to nap on command it's one of them i there's a few
things i'm jealous about in life when i meet people one of them is people who are good at sleeping
i've actually become a much better sleeper at night i can sleep at night but during the day
there's no chance i ever nap so
Out of you, too, I'm going to say Jamie's the better napper.
I feel very strongly that I'm a better napper.
Wow.
There are times when you and Dave are talking, I sleep on air.
I was asleep just now.
But I sleep with my eyes open.
I mean, Jamie and I both kind of work really late.
I don't think I work as late as Jamie, but I usually finish around 12, 30, or one most nights.
And then I'm up, you know...
seven-ish, whatever.
So we don't get a lot of sleep.
The only way I can make it through the day
is to get a nap.
That's crazy.
Yesterday I had a headache.
Well, I took a great nap yesterday.
It was terrific.
Usually it's on the couch.
If I go up to the bed,
that's how you know I mean business here.
But what I would say is that Jamie might be a really good napper
during football season.
But I could get 12 hours of sleep
and I could nap the next day.
There is no amount of sleep
that would make it so that I wouldn't be able to nap
the next day. And I love it. And I'll do it. So jealous. The more I sleep, the more I nap.
It's weird. I could be given a time period to nap and like you have to nap and it would be like a
1% chance that I fall asleep. I've tried it before I lay there and like 45 minutes later,
nothing happened. Just like, all right, well, this was just a waste of time. And then I get angry
that I wasted the time. It's crazy. I went to, so last, last Sunday, the 1 o'clock games
almost lined up identical to where they were all at halftime around the same time.
And I was like, oh, this is awesome.
So I went downstairs in our office into one of the empty studios.
We have like little recording studios and set up two chairs and I slept for 50 minutes.
Wow.
Okay, that's pretty impressive.
Being able to sleep on command is so impressive.
I would sleep during the London games or the Europe games.
I would sleep for about eight minutes.
I would set an alarm for eight minutes for halftime.
That's amazing.
Yeah, but my wife's always like, how does that help?
I guess five minutes would help me.
So do you, are you both also able to sleep on command on planes?
No, I can't sleep on plane at all.
I will, so not as, not as easily as I used to.
But generally, if I'm by myself and I get on a plane, the minute I sit down in the chair,
no matter what, what's happening, I'll fall asleep and I'll wake up at takeoff.
Oh, at takeoff.
Yes.
Take off.
I hate that.
That always happens to me.
and then I can't get back to sleep.
I can sleep.
Yes, on the tarmac, I can sleep.
It's terrible.
Yeah.
As soon as the, as soon as take off happens, I'm up.
You'll just get like 10 brief, or what I'd usually 30 these days, 30 minutes, and then
you're done.
You're up the rest of the flight.
Oh, if all it, the best, the best, the best, the best.
Because it just gives you exactly what you need and then it gets you the rest of
the day.
Yeah, I like, I like a nice long, hour long nap.
All right.
I'm up.
I'm up.
Like, that's it for the day.
Well, I don't drink coffee.
so maybe that's even if it did it.
James has the right answer there.
This will change for Dan when he's,
when it happens.
Yeah.
If you have kids.
Then you're just not getting sleep in general.
I can't use them as an excuse anymore though.
I mean, when they're really young maybe, but now like that's just not.
Well, but that's part of it though, is like especially for me with with work.
Like I don't get a break.
I go from work to activities for kids and then it's straight through.
Yeah, that's a great dad joke.
Why can't you give Elsa a balloon?
She will let it go.
You have to sing it, though.
Dan has no idea what this means.
I know about the let it go thing.
Okay.
Do you know who Adele Dazib is?
Adele what?
Adele Dazib.
Well, I know it's not the Adel that I know, so no.
That's what John Travolta called Adina Manzel.
There's a fine.
That one.
I know that one.
He called Indina Menzel Adele Dazib.
It's one of the funniest things.
You can go online.
In fact, I will John Travolta.
your name and tell you what John Travolta would call you.
What?
So he was presenting an award or something.
He was the wickedly talented Adele Dazib.
Yeah.
And he butchered her name.
Like no one's name has ever been butchered before in the history.
Yeah, John Gibraltar.
So they had, so this was a long time ago.
So now I'm looking at this USA Today article from March.
I bet we're going to be accused of stealing a bit from somebody.
Somebody's probably done this before.
Done what?
No, I'm looking at it.
There was a John Travolta name generator that was created.
Yeah, but what was the thing we got accused of stealing with a Jersey Shore names once?
Oh, I don't remember.
All right, so Dan Schneier, your John Travolta name would be Dean Spencer.
Let's see what Jamie's John Travolta name would be.
Spencer.
Kind of like that better than what I got right now.
Jamie Eisenberg-Trivilevite is Joey Edbrardz.
All right, let's read some Apple podcast questions.
Start one in full PPR.
Christian Watson or Chris Godwin?
Watson, yeah.
Dan, your argument regarding movies is valid to a point.
Yeah, Shawshank Redemption is a better movie than Pee Wee's Big Adventure,
and you don't need to see the latter to know it.
But, dude, you can't make that take when you're talking about two great movies.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, I mean, I hear it.
I just think that they're on different tiers when it comes to great, personally,
without having ever seen Rocky.
Well, one day we'll know.
Let's say that.
Well, like, yes, that's the point.
Like, I could say Peewey Herman's great adventure is not on the same tier.
So why am I allowed to say that, but not Rocky?
Because you tell me that Rocky's in that tier?
No, the world tells you that Rocky's in that tier.
The world does not tell me that.
If you look at, I mean, the Academy told you that, bro.
Seven was ranked 20 and Rock was ranked like in the hundreds.
So the world does not think, the world does not think that Rocky is this unreal, like,
top 20 have ever made movies.
Dan's mafia world does not think back. Look at this comment. Dan's mafia name would be
Danny nose strips. I love that. You actually got a negative comment on Apple Podcasts from a
Philly fan who was mad at you because you said you wouldn't watch Rocky because it was set in
Philly. I didn't say that, did I? Yeah, you'd be jokingly. You said that. Oh, I joking.
Oh, man. Unfortunately, I think that might be it for the start or sit question.
in terms of Apple Podcasts.
So let's go to our...
As we are noted in the comments,
Rocky is 212 in the IMDB rankings.
Seven was 20.
Like, I can clearly say
that's not the same tier.
It is the same tier.
It was ranked 2,212 best movie of all time.
Yeah, it's the same tier.
Don, thank you, great question.
Dan, do you enjoy the movie Bronx Tale?
Yes, I do, and I will definitively say
without having seen Rocky,
that Bronxdale is a better movie than Rocky.
No! No! No! I will not.
Yes.
Bronxdale is amazing.
Amazing.
It's one of my favorite movies in the same category as Rocky.
No, it's not, guys, Bronx Tale will not be better than Rocky.
Bronx Tale is a basically, it's basic, Bronxdale basically, like I do like Bronx Tale.
But it essentially just takes all these different themes and recurring, you know, things for, like a better word, from other mafia movies and puts them all into this one movie.
And I know it's based on a true story, but it's, it's no different than other mafia movies.
You just have something with Mafia.
You just don't like mafia stuff.
I love.
You said Goodfellas sucked.
You said this suck.
I didn't say that.
Not suck.
But you did not rank either of them highly, Goodfellas or Bronxdale.
You're out on both.
Goodfellas is so much better than Bronx.
So much.
But you said Rocky was better than Bronx.
I don't know so much better.
I don't know so much better.
Rocky's is amazing.
Yeah.
Now as you can't leave.
The scene where that scene in the bar is one of my favorite movie scenes of all time.
It's a great scene.
It's a good movie.
But it's not, it's not like a classic movie.
And also then you may not even realize.
You meant to say Bronx Tale is amazing.
You actually said Rocky is amazing.
So we'll just leave it at that.
Let's read so.
I might have been speaking too fast.
It's a problem I have where I can't catch up with my own brain.
I think it's slow to begin with.
But Luke's Tale is an amazing movie.
Spotify.
I'm just really disgusted by your Bronx Tale slander.
It's not slander.
I'm just saying it's not in that tier.
Coralyn Sutton or Mike Evans?
Mike Evans.
If, Dan, you can, you.
got to keep up.
Evans.
Yeah, I'm just, I'm thinking about it.
If Drake London plays and Marvin Harrison sits,
would you go London or Michael Wilson?
Wilson.
If Drake London plays and Marvin Harrison sits, it's Wilson.
Ashton Genty or Aaron Jones, PPR.
Jones.
Yeah, Jones against Giants' defense.
Got to do it.
Brock Purdy or Bo Nix?
Birdie.
Party.
Joanne Johnson or Darren Wallace?
Waller.
Walder.
Yeah, Waller.
Should I drop Fanon for Gadsden or Loveland?
I like both better than Fanon this week, just based on the matchup, but they're all close.
Well, first off, not Gadsden if Johnston plays.
I'm probably Fanon of those three.
He's the most involved in the offense by far of those three.
I go Loveland.
I feel like Loveland's been pretty safe to get you at least eight-ish points.
And now you've got more upside.
Olave or Waddle or Waller?
Olave.
Yeah, Olave for sure.
All right.
Sit 2.
It says PPF.
I'm hoping that's point.
It's either point per first down or point per reception, and it's a typo.
R&F are pretty close to each other on the keyboard.
So PPR, tight end premium, sit two.
Michael Wilson, Justin Jefferson, Wandao Robinson,
Joanne Jennings, Travis Kelsey,
Joanne Johnson.
Joanne Johnson and Jefferson.
Jefferson against the Giants I'm good with.
It could be the week.
Maybe not.
Could be.
Yeah, John Johnson's fine.
Michael says Rocky is better than...
We're sitting, though.
We're sitting.
Oh, and we're playing who?
We're playing Kelsey.
We're playing Joanne Jennings.
Yeah.
I'm probably going to sit Michael Wilson if Harrison plays.
I'm not sitting Wilson
no, I'm on Wilson
the rest of the season.
I'm definitely sitting
Juan Johnson.
Yeah, that's fine.
Michael says
Rocky is better than Goodfellas,
most overrated movie.
I wouldn't say that.
Manual says,
Crazy take.
Goodfell's is so watchable
every time it's on air.
Not that Rocky.
Rocky probably is the same,
but.
Manuel says,
I will say this.
I like both movies.
I'd rather rewatch
Goodfellas
than I'd rather rewatch
Rocky.
Yeah.
No surprise there.
Would you rather rewatch Bronx Tale or Rocky?
Those are very similar, because it's slow-paced-type movies that I probably go Rocky over there.
Okay.
Yeah, the thing is, I'd probably rather watch Rocky 4 than Rocky 1 because Rocky 4 is just a crowd-pleaser.
It's a ridiculous movie, but it's one of the most fun movies.
But obviously, Rocky 1 is a much better movie than Rocky 4.
Manuel says mice died in your wall because you're so worried about censoring swear words in 2020.
Yeah, you Shataki mushroom head.
Breece Hall, Tody Pollard, or Christian Watson?
Watson.
Yeah.
And let's do J.C.M.
Menangai, Algier, DeMorcado, or Estime?
Estimate.
Yeah.
Yeah, more estimate. Team Estimate.
Lamar Jackson or Jared Gough.
We had this.
earlier. I think I'm actually goff, but I know I'm in the minority there.
Well, that was four points. So in six points, it's golf.
And we're going to finish with your YouTube comments.
Purdy, Herbert, or Brissette?
Purdy.
One wide receiver and a flex. Evans, McConkey, Michael Wilson,
Say Flowers, Henderson, Javante, and Hampton.
Wilson, obviously, if Harrison's out,
Evans and Wilson, if that's the case for me.
Otherwise, what'd you say?
I would agree with that of Harrison's up.
Otherwise, Evans and say, maybe.
I'll go Evans and Giovante.
Giovante.
Oh, I didn't see Javante in the back end there.
Yeah, a little risky though, but yeah.
May lose Rishie Rice.
I need two.
Abuka, Adonai Mitchell, and Audric Estime.
I've got a lot or two.
Oh, wow, you benched Buka.
Mitchell.
What did you say, Jamie?
He would go Mitchell on estimate.
Full PPR.
I might just go with Buka and Mitchell.
Okay.
David Njoku's been ruled out, by the way.
Chicken lo-main or pepper steak?
Chicken lo-main.
He's saying Christmas,
ah.
Good pepper steak is really good, though.
Yeah, the good pepper steak is really good.
I have one actually the other day.
What is the pepper steak?
It's just like black pepper.
It's like a black pepper spice steak dish.
Yeah.
It's nothing really to it.
There's onions.
I think those green onions maybe are in it.
There's like a little bit of vegetables.
Nothing crazy, but good.
Yeah.
Steak is.
Dumplings for sure for me.
Steaks overrated.
Dumplings.
No, no, no.
Steak is not overrated.
There he is, folks.
Adamator.
Yeah, it's just a horrific take.
Not only steak underrated and not overrated at him, it is actually, it's actually, especially
grass fed, or only grass fed, healthier for you than all the chicken.
then all the chicken you eat that you think is healthy.
You think, oh, I'm eating chicken.
I'm a healthy guy.
Wrong, wrong, wrong.
That's just big chicken.
You're so, I mean, I don't, you're ridiculous.
So, like, what about the organic chicken that I get?
You think that's unhealthy?
Depends if they soak it in bleach to clean it.
I would think they wouldn't.
Well, Dart, Mayfield, or Brissette?
Let's go with.
Brissette.
Brissette.
Steak has so many nutrients.
Red meat has so many nutrients.
Yeah, also is a lot of fat, and it's bad for your heart.
And I say, okay, in moderation, it's fine.
It's great.
It's great in moderation.
Carter.
I bet you if you ate good grass-fed steak every day, you'd be incredibly healthy.
Incredibly overweight, and you'd have hard issues.
Would not be over-
Carter or-S-Eat.
If you're just eating meat with no carbs, you would not be overweight.
Carter or Estime and Herbert or Bresette.
Brissette's our QB-B-B-3.
So it's always going to be Preset, basically.
Carter or...
No, Dan likes Pertie better than Preset, so let me...
I do.
I love Pertie this week.
All right.
Well, not her...
Indoor game.
That Colts defense is starting to collapse.
They just played awesome last week, though.
I'm going Carter overestimate.
They did, but it was Donald.
I would go Carter overestimate to be safe, especially in PPR.
You know, Marco, I'm sorry I answered this question
because you asked it 600 times in the chat.
We don't like that.
Pick 2.
Hertz, Mayfield, and Shuck.
Hertz and Mayfield.
And
Pitts or Aaron Jones?
PPR.
Pitts for sure. If London is out,
I might go Jones if London isn't.
You can play, Dan.
You can participate.
Sorry, I was responding to something in the private chat
with producer I'm a hoot.
I was curious about my diet.
It's not what I would like it to be,
but I bet if I did do,
a carnivore diet, I'd be in incredible shape.
I stand by that.
Michael, will, please, do it before the tennis match next year.
Michael Wilson or Amari and Hampton and PBR.
Wilson.
Man, so a lot of moving parts here.
Wilson, if Harrison is out, I would go Hampton, if Harrison is in, and Quindon Williams is out.
If Quinnon Williams is in, no matter what happens, I would go Wilson.
Okay.
what are you eating for the Miami game
yeah what are you eating for the Miami game
but let's guess before you answer
he's going to eat raisins
wait more importantly are you watching the Miami game
I actually deleted the part from the Monday show
where we talked about this
why it's in the video I deleted it from the audio
I didn't want I didn't want anyone to hear it
like anyone for anyone of the party you're going to delete
it's been exposed now you can delete it sounded I wasn't I was
I feel like I was being pretty respectful, but I was saying how I...
You were very respectable.
Yeah.
I have to go with...
I don't, like, think it's that insane to have it on mute in the background.
I'm not going to lie.
I really don't.
I told you, Dan, there are some friends that I would ask that to, and some friends that I'm not
comfortable doing that.
This happens to be one of them.
I'm not quite there yet.
And I do really respect that you.
Just tell the story.
What did you do?
No, I have a Hanukkah party in the middle of the Miami game.
Uh-huh.
And I, Dan says I should go there and ask the guy to put the game on TV.
I've never been to the...
this guy's house. I didn't say that. Of course you asked him to put it. No, I'm not, no, I'm not comfortable
doing it. It's, it's not, like there are some friends. If I went to Jamie's house, a dance house,
I'd do it. This is a newer friend. So what? We're not there. No, we're not there. We're not there.
You have to get there. No. Oh my God. It's not right. It's not, it. I'm kind of an outsider
at this party. This is not like my, you're there. It's not my group of friends. It's so,
no, it's not the right thing to do. I just don't get it. It's like going to be the second half.
Can I tell you, I went to a bar mitzvah and Florida was playing in the semifinal,
the Final Four.
And I said to my friend, his son's Bar Mitzvah, you're going to have a TV somewhere in the party, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, of course.
Yeah, but he's a, he's a, yeah, of course, guy.
This guy wouldn't be.
It's not somebody's house.
I know, but this guy, this guy wouldn't.
You don't know that this guy wouldn't be a year, of course.
I do know.
You're being offensive in saying that.
No, he's not, he's not going to give a crap about the Miami-Texas-Sand-M game.
And he should have a crap that you give a crap.
This is pissing me off to such a level.
If you do not ask your friend to put the game on,
I am going to go on a 10-minute curse rant on Sunday.
I mean, it's insane that Adam thinks he's just going to like walk through this day
with like the second half the game playing out and he's at a party.
Yeah, ha-ha, making small talk.
Always going to be caring about his game.
I don't, my two options right now.
What's his name?
Hold on.
My two options are.
Well, three, like one is I go there and I'm just lucky and the game's on and, you know, and everyone's happy.
Two is I go there and I watch on my phone.
I like sneak glances on my phone or like just watch.
And three is I turn my phone off.
This is your favorite team.
You went to school there.
I know.
It's insane.
What's wrong with you?
It's literally insane.
They're in the college football playoff and he can't even ask his friend.
He doesn't even have the courage to ask his friend.
Can you put it on mute in the background?
Put it on a TV that's not even in the main room.
I don't know.
Like think of something.
You got to get creative with this.
I've never been to the house.
I'm not telling you his name.
I'm going to call him for you.
Or I turn my phone.
I think what I'm leaning,
what I'm leaning is I turn my phone off.
I DVR the second half and I watch it.
What?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean,
that's honestly better than the other option,
where the options Adam's considering I should say.
Here,
let me,
it's insane.
I can't be you can't ask this guy this.
I'll feel out the vibe.
I'll feel out the vibe.
Just look at me for a second.
Just look at me for a second.
Can you please?
Can you please?
Can you please?
Can you please?
He can't even look you in the eyes, Jamie.
He can't even look you in the eyes.
I did look him in the eyes.
His head is down.
He was raising his shoulders.
His head is down and shrie.
It's a shameful.
It is a little crazy.
If they say no, they say no.
It's just sports.
It's just sports, you know.
But then you know what kind of friend it is.
Yeah, also agree with Jamie.
They say no, they say, no, what do you care?
This is a super nice guy.
Are you, are you serious that you don't see how rude it is to go to your friend's house when he's host.
No, no, no, if you're not going there and say on and say, hey, I'm watching the game because of my favorite team.
If you walked into the house, say, hey, Dan, listen, I hope this isn't in position.
Right.
The hurricanes are playing.
Is there any way, like, maybe in another room you can put the game on?
So I can just walk back and forth and go check.
Or, you know, would it be okay if you put the game on?
I guarantee you.
I promise you.
I promise you this.
There is going to be, if it is couples, right, parents, right, whatever this is, family holiday party?
I have been around the people that I think will be at this party, and it does not strike.
Are there other potential football fans there?
College, not really.
Are there other, forget.
Are there other potential sports fans there?
Yes.
I'm so mad at you right now.
Are there other potential sports fans there?
Yes.
This is crazy.
Then they're going to say, oh, man, this guy's a hero.
You asked the question.
We've been begging to ask.
Be that guy.
Where the cape?
Yeah, I don't know, man.
I just don't know.
Like, if you approach it the way Jamie broke it down, Adam, I don't know how anyone could be
offended if they heard of it.
I wouldn't.
I'm an eye heart fan.
You're put my team.
We made the cultural playhouse.
Husband or wife, whoever is, is, you feel comfortable
of asking the question to, if they'd be like, listen, it's a, it's a Hanukkah party.
We really just don't want to do it.
Then you're not, okay, cool, hey.
But you're not going to say that.
It's rude to put them in that situation.
You're not putting them in any spot.
I don't think you are.
If they don't want the TV on, it's rude to put them in that situation.
Stop.
Stop.
If you have to go to the bathroom, you can ask them to just don't want to offend them because you
don't want to go take a piss in their bathroom.
That's completely different.
You know it is.
No, it's not.
Yes, it is.
You're asking the question in their home.
It's rude to put them in that situation where they would have to say no to me.
They don't want to do that.
There's no situation.
If you frame it right, there's no situation to say, I understand if you just want to even say that.
You qualify it.
I understand if it's a party, you don't want that vibe going on.
That's totally fine.
But, you know, it is my favorite.
No, it's wrong.
I'd love to have it on the background.
I'm getting a lot of support in the chat, too.
You guys are wrong.
You're just picking the ones that support you, as usual.
You're just picking the question.
No, I think a lot of people, like, they like Jamie's passion here, but I think they're really.
They feel that I am doing the right thing.
I am being considerate of the host.
What right thing?
You're not some righteous guy for not asking them.
All this, yeah, Johnny Airport, I hope you're right.
He says, with all the trepidation from Adam,
when he shows up to the party, they'll already have the game on.
I hope you're right.
I don't see it clear.
I don't see it clearly happening.
And I'll tell you this much.
If they said no to you ask that, I never want to see that person again.
No, these are really nice people.
They're really nice.
I really like them.
Like, we have kids that are the same age.
I won't go as far as what Jamie's saying.
Like, I respect what I'm trying to say.
He's like, I want to put my kids first.
I want my kids to be friends with this family.
Yes.
And I don't want to sacrifice that.
But I just don't think how he's framing it makes any sense.
Like, no one's going to be offended if you say it the right way and ask nicely in a certain way.
Like, I kind of inquilify it.
Like, no one's going to be offended by that, dude.
I don't think they're going to be offended, but it's just not the right thing to do.
I will try to feel out the vibes and see if it's an.
appropriate question to ask. If it's not an appropriate question, if there's no... Thank you, Johnny. Thank you,
Johnny. That's the exact response. What? What do you say? You're acting like they're going to throw
you out if you ask the question. No, I know they're not going to. He's not acting like, I get what
I'm saying. It's not worried to get thrown out. It's not fair to my wife. Like, that's embarrassing for
her. He thinks it's offensive. He thinks it's embarrassing or offensive in some kind of way.
It's embarrassing to my family. It's embarrassing to my wife. Like, she doesn't want me to go up and
like that's, I'm not doing that. I can kind of see what you're saying from that. Like, that's embarrassing.
I sort of see what you're saying, but not really, because it's just like you say it nicely.
Like, hey, man, I'm just a diehard fan.
Like, I'm sorry.
We're in the college football playoff where I know this today is about the kids and about the party.
Any chance we can just get it on on a background TV.
I walk in and out of that room.
Like, you could say it in such an easy way.
So, Dave, Jamie's saying that the move is the fake being sick.
I will say that I thought my daughter was getting sick.
She came home from school.
And you were definitely happy.
I did.
I was like, I really want me.
I don't want her to get it.
I wanted me to get the flu.
I wanted to get the flu.
I did.
And I didn't get it.
So, you know.
She sneezed.
I respect that Adam is such a.
You rubbed all over your face.
I respect that Adam has so much integrity that he'd like rather actually someone in his family get sick.
So you can miss this party rather than like make up a lie, which you could easily do.
I wanted me to get sick.
I didn't want to hurt against him.
Instead, he's hoping someone gets sick in his family.
