just a mind-boggling level of interceptions. I would be last. I haven't played a video game other than Nintendo. Actually, Jamie's got to be first. He plays video games with the kids. There you go. That was a terrible take by me. You play Madden, Jamie? Yeah, with my kids.

it was that wrong of me no you did the right thing that's why i did it for you okay i know yeah what you do is actually a big help would you like to tell everybody what happened yeah so dave on uh cbs sports network asked us our favorite games to watch this week adam gave a terrible answer about colts jaguars and then i doubled down with the worst answer possible because i gave a game that happened already from last week. Yeah. It's the, it's the bills of the Ravens.

And I was like, okay, look, he meant the bills and the Texans. Cause that's also a great game. So he's going on about the bills and he's like, and the Ravens, you know, maybe they'll be trailing or something.

And I was like, Jamie, I think they're playing the Texans. Right. It was very funny. People don't realize when things like we're grinding through these weeks and just like everybody else, we're allowed to have a few mistakes here and there.

It happens. Um, there's a lot going on. So I'm with Jamie. I stand with Jamie. So shocker news and notes. Jonathan Taylor is out and, they're placing Jacksonville.

So who are, where's Trey sermon, your rankings, Jamie? Uh, I haven't got down. I haven't sat down yet to update them, but he will probably, so you have now, let's assume all of the backups are playing, right?

Because it's just a lot to digest. So why don't you go through all of it before you ask me the rankings? Okay, yeah, so we've got, what did I do this morning? Okay, we got the Colts situation against the Jaguars. We've got Devin Singletary, he's doubtful. So Tyrone Tracy at Seattle. Zamira White is doubtful.

So Alexander Madison, if he was even a backup, but he's still a little bit available in our leagues. We've got the Commander situation. Hopefully Brian Robinson can play, but Austin Eckler is going to play. And then we've got the Cam Akers and Damian Pierce practice. We've got the Texans here, but Damian Pierce practice, Joe Mixon did not. All right.

So that's the Colts, the Texans, the giants, the Raiders and the commanders. And you know what? Why don't we throw the chiefs in there as well? Why not? I mean, you might as well throw the Patriots in there too, but there's an uncertain situation too with, uh, Ramondre maybe being benched, uh uh to some capacity or losing his starting a job so i would probably if all the backups are playing and robinson's out eckler would be my favorite because this washington offense is playing fantastic right now and eckler's been okay

as the second option we'll see what jerry mcnicolls does but i think eckler just feels the safest in this offense uh knowing his record, that would be my favorite one. Then I'll probably go Madison too, because Madison was basically a borderline starter already. Um, I just, the only concern I have with him is does he takes a mere white's role and does Amir Abdullah don't lobby take his role, you know? So like, do they, you know, just kind of shuffle things around? I would hope that, that Madison has the majority of touches there. Then it would be Sermon, then Akers. Then I'm probably screwing some up.

Then Tracy, um, just because I feel like the Giants could be awful this week with no neighbors and going into Seattle, they're getting healthy. It's, uh, it's, it's not fun when you have four teams on a buy and these are the type of running backs that we're talking about. Not just four teams on a Bible. I mean, you got Gibbs and Montgomery and Barkley out and it's, it's tough. Okay.

So, I mean, I've got a league where I'm going to be starting Kareem hunt and cam acres. It's just, it is what it is, but yeah, I'm going to lose. So how about this? I'm in a league where I don't have Jonathan Taylor. I don't have Malik Neighbors. And we give, it's got to be, I think it's at least a 40-point bonus to 500 yards passing.

And you played Cousins? And I played Cousins. You played against him? I'm down 77-30 because I have London. That's the end of the week. So I was like, all right, it's a good week to lose. I think we have a 4-0 in that league, so it's a good week to lose. You never know.

This is our designated rivalry week in our league and the stipulations are that we get to sit a player on the other team's roster who should i sit on my opponent's ppr roster breeze hall jamar chase or nico collins this is an awesome little quirk by the way first of all for leagues yeah i would say nico it's either nico chase obviously full ppr without a doubt but i'll say nico but this is cool we should there should be more fantasy leagues that do interesting things like this yeah i think it's great and you know what you make the wrong decision and it costs you right that's the fun

part exactly this is obviously a tough one because all three guys are great what a great fantasy team this guy must have i hope he's undefeated or she's undefeated. I wonder, do they set up the schedule purposely? Week five is rivalry week. Did they physically map out the schedule that way so that they have this? Or is it just working out? And what determines what their rivals are like? Do they hate each other?

I don't know. Hey, Dan, I have a question. Do you think Jamie and I are playing each other in the fantasy football today? League? Would you, do you think we should designate this week as rivalry week and Jamie and I can each bench someone from the other person's team?

Because I think you purpose, this is purposely going to work in your favor and you asked the first specific reason I'm going to say no. Okay. Yeah. My team is in shambles. Totally injured. Everybody's team is in shame.

No, nothing like my... You want to know my first six picks? AJ Brown, Puka Nakua, Jalen Hurts, Joe Mixon, Tank Dell, Evan Ingram. Those are my first six picks. You're screwed. My first three picks in our 16-team New York City Office League, 16-team, keep that in mind, Pacheco, Cooper Cup, Rasheed Rice,

and Neighbors was my fourth pick. Oof, that's bad. While you're in the FFT League, Rasheed Rice, and Neighbors was my fourth pick. While you're in the FFT League, Heath said this the other day too. Look at his team. I know he has McCaffrey, right? McCaffrey, Rice, Watson. Yeah, mine's much worse than him.

Mine's unbelievable. All of my six picks impacted by injury because Hertz was third round. All right, let's go to Cheryl. I feel bad. Sam Darnold or Kyler Murray? Sam Darnold. I think you got to play

the matchup and go with Darnold. Dak or Caleb Williams? Dak. Dak, but it's close. I would actually, if you can, maybe drop Caleb Williams and pick up Flacco and play Flacco over Dak.

Oh, I didn't talk about that news item. I like that. Crap. Yeah, Flacco, it took the first team, most of the first team reps on Friday. So he might start. And boy, does that make Michael Pittman

and Josh Downs pretty appealing, Jamie? Where are you going to end up? If Flacco's starting, what about those guys? Yeah, I have right now Pittman. I had them ranked as if Richardson was starting. So I Pittman is a number three receiver, which is the highest I've had him in a couple of weeks. And I had Downs, uh, somewhere in the forties Downs will go essentially where Pittman is, is a high end number three receiver and Pittman is top 20 receiver. I mean, like it,

it changes so dramatically for these guys in such a great matchup. It's, it could not have been a more perfect scenario for those two. So the only concern if you're a Richardson manager is if they come out and they win this game, which clearly it's a winnable game against a known 14, do we have an issue moving forward? If, if they want to, Hey, listen, Shane, we like Anthony, but Flacco's getting us our numbers. You know, so you wonder how much the locker room things change. It's also because they're facing a team that blitzes more than any team and plays man more than any team in the NFL. That's not a good thing for Jacksonville against Flacco.

Flacco can pick that apart. He's a veteran. So it could be a game where Jamie's right. We see a lot of numbers. Like, what did Flacco have in just a half last week? I think it was 166. 19 fantasy points uh yeah so it was it was clearly on pace i would guess for you know 20 plus i think he was on pace for over 300 passing yards that gives yeah it was it was a 16 for 26 it wasn't a half though he came in in the first a little bit more than a

half sure uh 16 for 26 168 yards two touchdowns That's a lot for the receivers. And he's facing a team that gives up the second most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Now they face two Josh Allen Question for you guys that I'm facing. Joe Flacco or Patrick Mahomes this week? Flacco. I know, it's crazy. I have him slated to start over

Mahomes. Just so weird to look at. Back to the question here. Adunze or Wandaleale Robinson was last question from Cheryl. Wondale. Wondale full PPR, but I'm not as high as others are on Wondale, even with neighbors that I think a lot of what Wondale has been able to do is created by the space that neighbors

being on the field creates for him. But I still think he'll get six, seven, eight catches. It's just not a lot of yards coming. Don in a town east of Cleveland. West Orange. Yeah, I'm in a town east of Cleveland. West Orange. Yeah. I'm in a PPR guillotine league with 11 teams left. I just got the bad news that Neighbors is out this week,

so pick two. Dontavian Wicks, Javante Williams, Alan Lazard, Jordan Whittington, Antonio Gibson. Wicks and Whittington for me. I would go with the first two, Wicks and Williams. That's another couple of news items we have not mentioned yet. Just reminded me because one of my game team leagues. Khalil Shakir is out.

And, you know, that's another situation where if you're stuck, Curtis Samuel, I don't think he's great, but could happen to get some numbers based on the role that he would play. I think you said this best on CBS Sports Network, Adam, that Keon Coleman should get a couple more targets, but he's not replacing Shakir. Samuel is probably replacing Shakir. So that role will probably go to him. So who would you start if they were both available? Would you pick up Keon Coleman or Curtis Samuel? I would pick up Curtis Samuel just for this week.

If it's long-term, you know, if you don't need a starter, then we don't know how long this injury is for Shakir. This is the opening that Coleman needs to just, you know, things change. Again, role doesn't change, but things change in terms of, okay, now it's seven, eight targets as opposed to five or six targets. And what Keon Coleman could do with seven or eight targets is certainly much better than what Curtis Samuel will do with seven or eight targets. So in terms of how they operate, it's probably, you know,

donkey K, James Cook, and then figure out the rest. But it's a lot more on Josh Allen's plate and he's, he's playing Baltimore or Houston. Just don't check. By the way, agree or disagree with this,

Dan, then we'll have to go to break. But Jamie Isenberg looks like a disguise worn by Tom Cruise in a mission impossible movie. Would that mean he's a suit action hero? Yeah, I'm an action star for sure. It's kind of a ridiculous premise that they can just make these disguises to become different people.

What do you think? Yeah, take it. I think it's a fair trade because you have two guys that are going to be inconsistent. If you need the receiver, then you make the deal. If you need the running back, then you hold on or make the deal the other way. In a vacuum, I'd rather have DJ Moore at this point

because I think Caleb Williams will start to get better. But I mean, look, Ramondre this week will be telling. I can't imagine he's losing his job completely, though, to Antonio Gibson. They paid him. I don't think he's going to lose his job. But I also think that DJ Moore-Williams connection will improve.

There's been weird vibes with more. Like I saw you guys, I'm sure you guys saw the video of him like sitting by himself on the sidelines, the things of that nature, but that's just once this passing game clicks and it will click at some point, they're going to figure out,

hopefully Waldron's going to figure out what works for Williams, his skillset. That's when things will go up and more has so much more upside. I think. I hope Waldron figures out a new job. I think that we should put a lot of the blame on Caleb Williams. I'm sorry.

He is playing very poorly. He hasn't played great, but it's hard to just overlook the fact that Waldron came in one year after Geno broke out. Geno looked horrible. Now Geno's back to looking great the minute Waldron leaves. And the run game was Ken Walker in Seattle

The most unimaginative thing I've seen. Now Walker looks like a star. It's just hard for me to look at that and then figure out that this is all on Caleb. But it's definitely something on Caleb. when Geno broke out. No, that was Knauss. 2021, right? That was Geno's canals 2021, right? That was Gino's. No, 20. Last year was 2022 was Gino's breakout season. It was with canals 2023.

Canals went to Tampa Bay, took over the coordinator there. Breaker had a breakout season. Well, I don't know because I don't know. Wikipedia has him as the coordinator for the Seahawks from 2021 to 2023. Oh,

Who's the third name mcdown mcbride i'm going with downs mcbride i'm going down to downs and kinkade the the nice thing about mcbride though is is i think that's kind of been the struggles for kyler he's had such good matchups the last two weeks and he fell apart two weeks ago when mcbride got concussed and was terrible last week andide got concussed and was terrible last week and you thought okay Detroit and Washington back-to-back he should be awesome I think that's been a big piece missing for him sure um okay so McBride though McBride played

like almost the whole game against Detroit I think he definitely got he left in the fourth quarter he had six targets he's a big part of it yes but yeah I'm trying to trade McBride nobody wants him it's really pissing me off. From Max. You feel like you got the better of the trade with Heath? What did you give him, McBride, and what? Oh, the Dynasty trade? Yes, that was a wild trade.

He had Aiden O'Connell, so I gave him, in a super flex league, McBride, Minshew, and the sixth pick for the fourth overall pick, which was neighbors. And then I think I got a second round pick too, if I'm not mistaken. The fourth pick? Yeah, I think he had the fourth pick. Oh, it's super flex, right?

Super flex, yeah. It was to move up for neighbors, which is working out. It's working out, yeah. I think both your trades are pretty good. Even your trade with me, which I thought was going to be a horrible one for you. Lad for digs plus eight, a pick I used to take 80 Mitchell.

I don't know. It's not as bad because McConkie is playing really well so far. We'll see. I'm just worried. Did you just trade ETN or did you trade Walker? I traded each. Oh yeah. So I traded ETN for Roma Dunzay.

Wow. But I also, I also gave up the 13th overall pick. So it was ETN and the 13th overall pick for a Dunzay. Wow. But I also, I also gave up the 13th overall pick. So yeah, no ETN. Like I was thinking, do I trade ETN or Ken Walker? ETN is kind of old. It's like two years older than Ken Walker. I don't even know if he's that good. Like he's, he may have just pulled the wool over our eyes.

So, you know. Anyway, that's enough about me. Let's get to Max. Grade the trade. I give Jordan Mason and DJ Moore. I get Bijan Robinson and Puka Nakua. So if you're looking long term, and you're hoping for the fancy playoffs,

I'd rather have Bijan. Oh, I'm sorry. I should important, important caveat here. He gives up Mason and more. He gets Bijan and Akua. He is the McCaffrey manager.

I mean, imagine going to the fancy playoffs. If Bijan gets right and you have McCaffrey at a hundred percent, like that's awesome. I like this trade. I do too. I think like if you're, if you're four and oh, you know think like if you're if you're four and

oh you know if you're if you're two and two or sub 500 then i'm probably not making the deal but i'll give it a b plus for the upside but i will say this i am surprised that zach robinson has come over and we're not seeing any of the duo up front the man gap blocking scheme that we saw with with with uh los angeles that helps you know kairi moon has become who he is with b john robinson his rushing chart last night was crazy to look at. It was all outside runs. Um, it just seems like they're seeing that it's not the style of runner heat that fits his skillset best. He's great at make you miss in a phone booth and give him those one-on-one opportunities to, to win B. John Robinson. So I don't love what I've seen there. And there

hasn't been the involvement in the passing game. I've hoped for either. Now, are you seeing that every game? I'd have to look back at all the, all the rush charts to say for sure. But it's been, I asked that for two reasons. One is running up inside against Tampa Bay is true. A terrible idea. And their offensive line is really beat up right now. Yeah. Their center's out.

That's what I think. That's the biggest issue. They have injuries on the line. I just wonder if they're adjusting to their personnel and or opponent. That's why I asked if it's been consistent. I think that's part of it, but I also think part of it is they designed and built this offensive line like it's a finesse line. It's not like the mauler types.

It's built for zone, and they're running zone, and that's what Zach Robinson wants to run. It's what the basis of that mcveigh scheme is but then he kind of mcveigh kind of evolved it to feature that like power gap duo up front i don't know if that evolution will happen with atlanta this year with the injuries on the o-line it might just be what it is all right next one c from dc hey aaron i cannot figure this out. Aaron, Bobby, Anthony, and Seth. Aaron, Bobby, Anthony, and Seth. It's got a real strong Yankees-Mets kind of vibe.

It does have a Yankees. Aaron Judge, Bobby Bonilla. Oh, were you the fake Mets fan? Were you excited about Thursday night? I was excited, but it's fair to suggest that I am a bit of a fake Mets fan, unfortunately. Obviously, I've gotten back into it. They're fun again. Because he clearly had that two-point conversion. It should have counted. And for some reason, they didn't even review it. So he got robbed of two points. Well, the commissioner in our league took it upon himself to use commissioner tools to add two points to the Metcalf manager's team, changing the results

of the matchup. He did post on the league chat, does anyone have a problem with it? Most guys were like, if it's a bad call and it affected the fantasy matchup, then sure, make the correction. I was against this ruling because it caused me to go from winning to losing. So the commissioner ever adjust league scoring or go by what the NFL official scoring was for better or worse, even if it was a blatant missed call. You obviously cannot do this.

There's thousands, not thousands, there's dozens of blatant missed calls every week that impact fantasy. You're going to go ahead and just look back. Do you have anybody you can hire to go through the tape and watch for every missed call and then correct every point? There was supposed to be 1.3 actually over here. No, no one has time for that. So of course you can't do this for the one off. Did they do this because of what happened or did they do this because Adam said it? That's even crazier if Adam's impacting leagues. I hope not. I never advocated for changing the scoring.

I think it's terrible. It sets a really bad precedent. Also, I can't really decide who would be Heath or Melton. Melton has played a little bit more. They have the same slot rate, so they would both be outside guys filling in for Dobbs. I have no idea. Here we go. Fantasy Cops. Oh, too loud.

So the trade was completed but not executed, I guess, before the game. Now manager A isn't trying to make the trade because, quote, yesterday's price is not today's price. Oh, I hate that.

Manager B is pissed. I would love if you and the crew could weigh in for the sake of the league Yesterday's price is not today's price. Oh, I hate that. Manager B is pissed. I would love if you and the crew could weigh in for the sake of the league and the ever so annoying group chat. What should the end result be? You can't bash the group chat because there are good moments in the group chat. Obviously, there are annoying ones as well. This is one of those. But yeah, this is ridiculous.

When you agree upon a trade, that is the time when you can assess the value of the trade. You don't get to, you don't get to use the time where the commissioner is waiting to process it. So as long as there is no, I guess, rule for vetoing in this league, then go ahead,

let this trade go through and don't change it. If yeah, like the only thing I could see is if there is like a, a determined waiting period for the commissioner, which I hate, but some leagues have this and the player gets hurt in that timeframe. And then the commissioner should have the ability to say,

okay, listen, I don't think you guys would agree upon this. If there was an injury, if that, again, if that rule's in place, but if the rule's not in place and you guys agreed upon trade,

sorry, you're getting the trade executed no matter what. Yeah. All right. Good stuff. All right. A couple of easy fantasy. Also a terrible trade. You know, what was it? It was Jaden Daniels for Jake Ferguson. Jaden Daniels is the number one scoring fantasy quarterback for Jake Ferguson.

No, I don't think he's number one, first of all. Yes, he is. He was number one going into this week. I'm pretty sure Baker Mayfield was number one. In four-point passing, he was number one. Yeah, okay. This is six-point. If you have – I don't think it's a terrible trade. I mean, obviously, I'd rather have Jaden Daniels. But if you have Jaden Daniels and another, you know, must-start quarterback,

which is very possible. Then you change the must-start quarterback. This guy is a potential league winner. How many do we even have at this point across the board? So, if you have Daniels and Josh Allen, the rest of the season, who would you rather have, man? I'd rather have Josh Allen, so I would trade Jane Daniels, but I would hope to get more than Jake Ferguson.

That's the bigger thing, yes. You should be able to get Jake Ferguson and something else back or do a two-for-two where you're giving up Daniels and something lesser. Or I'm waiting, otherwise. That's the thing. If you're in that position, Adam, you don't need to trade right now. It's so hard to trade quarterbacks. It is.

It is. It is. It is. Yeah. But like if, okay, if Jaden Daniels is QB three rest of season and Jake Ferguson is tight end three, is Jaden Daniels that much more valuable than Jake Ferguson? Yes, because tight end three these days could mean like 11 points a week. Jaden Daniels could be scoring 20 plus points a week and being a game, a week winner for you. Somebody who changes, flips the line. But also like I could start Baker Mayfield and Samba.

The difference between QB3. Yeah, you could get, but there's a lot more guys scoring 12 this year at QB than you think. Like in that 12 range, I'm talking four points. So let's say 13, 14 versus the 25. That 12, there's like a- Let me ask you this question though, Dan.

Is there a tight end? You would trade Dane Daniels for. If I had a great quarterback, like I'd have to have the Josh Allen situation. I wouldn't do it. That's the situation you have. You have quarter Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson,

Jane Daniels. Those are your, yeah, you have Daniels in one of those two guys. Yeah. Um, Kelsey, that's probably it for me.

that you could be getting jamie named most of them um even that's this thing i mean like trying to think of who else could benefit this week from injuries there there's possibility like you could it's crazy but like nobody picked up samuel but if nobody even picked up like somebody like tucker craft like i'd play him as a flex over any of these guys.
