This is fantasy football today from CBS Sports.
What a play!
Can you believe this?
It's a no idea.
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Off to the races and he stays on his feet.
It's just going to go the distance.
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
Week 10, start or sit.
This is part one and we've got seven games to break down today.
Most of them, AFC home games.
I don't have a lot of AFC home games this week,
but we'll be talking about Pittsburgh at the Chargers.
Can you trust any of the wide receivers in that game?
I think we're all going to trust McConkey, but what about after that?
New England at Tampa Bay, you know, on paper,
you'd think maybe this would be a high-scoring game,
but I'm not so sure.
Baltimore at Minnesota, Atlanta, at Indianapolis, and Germany,
Jacksonville at Houston, and Buffalo at Miami,
and I'm forgetting one.
Cleveland at the Jets.
How could we forget Cleveland at the New York Jets?
Welcome, everyone.
Jamie, welcome to week 10.
Why don't we start with the start of the week as we get into players we love?
DART of the week.
Oh, nice.
Nice.
Just for you.
Yeah, Jackson Dard, start of the week.
Love the setup for him.
Playing very well, obviously.
You know, it's just finding a way to get it done.
But clearly, it's a great matchup against Chicago.
They've allowed four quarterbacks of the season to go over 26 fantasy points.
I don't know if he'll be that good, but I think he's got an opportunity to be hovering around the top five range.
He's just been, you know, doing what we love with his legs,
rushing touchdown or 55 yards rushing in every start that he's made so far this season.
In the six starts, only one under 20 fantasy points.
So I think this is an opportunity for him to keep it going
and hopefully finds a way to get that touchdown of Darius-Lighton
because that seems to be the thing that's been kind of missing
from putting him even in a better standing from his fantasy production.
But just love to set up for him.
All right.
Who else do you love this week?
The other candidate for start of the week was going to be Quinn Sean Judkins.
you know, glad that his shoulder injury is okay, but love the matchup.
But now you're taking Quinn and Williams off the Jets run defense and giving him an opportunity to take advantage of what's been a bad run defense already this season.
So clearly we did not see the best of him against New England.
He got hurt in that game prior to their buy.
But I think, you know, the fact that he's healthy coming off their by, he's going to get as much work as he could possibly handle.
I don't think we see a lot of throwing from the Browns in this game if they don't have to.
So great setup for Judkins.
And then the third guy gave you was.
This was the interesting one.
Quinton Johnston against the Steelers
who do allow the most fantasy points
to wide receivers, but, oh boy,
this is a risky one.
Well, I think, again, you're looking at him coming
off a productive game for him,
finding the end zone. I do think
we'll see a little bit of
a struggle for the Chargers to run the ball.
And so,
this feels like a Herbert game, and I think they're all
in play. In the case of
Judkins, excuse me, Johnson,
they've given up a lot of big plays on the field.
Look what Alpersters did them.
So I think we've,
see an opportunity for Johnston to go out and have some plays down the field, and that typically
lends itself to him finding the end zone. So I'm excited about him this week. The thing that I
struggle with the most is what things have looked like for the Chargers Pass game with and without
Joe Alt. Justin Herbert's had 184 dropbacks with Alt on the field. He's averaged 8.3 yards
per attempt, had a 51% success rate, 7% touchdown rate, 0.23 EP.
per dropback. Awesome. One of the best quarterbacks in the world.
193 snaps without Alt, 6.5 yards per attempt, 4% touchdown rate, 46% success rate,
negative EPA per dropback. It's just been a huge difference when Alt,
who's now out for the year, has not been on the field. I've still got Herbert as a must-start
quarterback, but I'm feeling a little bit nervous about it, especially after the Steelers
maybe figured a couple of things out last week.
Well, they moved Jalen Ramsey to safety.
That's one thing they did.
That's by necessity, but it's going to happen again this week.
I wanted to add one more stat because, yeah, almost two yards per attempt better, Justin Herbert,
with Alt on the field than without Alt on the field.
But here's another one as it relates to Quentin Johnston.
His air yards, he averaged 9.1 air yards per pass attempts,
which is very high with Alt on the field and 6.9 air yards per pass attempt without Alt on the field.
and that obviously is something that could affect Quentin Johnston.
The Steelers haven't really had a great pass rush, but they certainly did last week.
So this is a tough one.
I mean, it's always going to, every single week it's going to be tough with the Chargers wide receivers.
Are you ranking him head of Keenan Allen this week, Jamie, Quentin Johnson?
Yes.
Okay.
Are you ranking him head of D.K. Metcalfe.
Yes.
Well, ho-hoo.
All right.
All right.
So Jamie's players, he loves this week, Jackson Dart, Quinn Sean Judkins.
I don't know if you love Johnson.
He's not like a top-to-ball guy.
I think if you got some Johnson-22, you love him.
Well, for him.
Yeah, for him, yeah.
All right, so you have 22nd, you said?
Yep.
Okay.
All right, Heath, you love Jerry.
And just to be fair, the Steelers' pass-vests was great last week.
All three receivers for the Colts did well.
They threw 50 times.
And they could happen.
Again, I don't think this is a run game for the Chargers.
I don't think this is a Kamani-Vidal great week.
Yes.
The pass volume has been down for the Chargers the last few weeks,
but this could be one where teams throw a ton on the Steelers.
I think they see the most pass attempts in the NFL.
They're up there.
So we could get a lot of pass volume.
Oh, man, making it so difficult for me in all of my leagues where I have Quentin Johnson.
All right, Jared Gough, is one of the players that Heath loves, along with Romeo Dobbs on Monday Night against the Eagles and Wondale Robinson.
I'm sorry, Adam.
I know you hate Wondell, but we don't usually love Jared Gough outside.
But I think one thing that fixes that is this terrible Washington defense.
Three straight quarterbacks have scored at least 28 fantasy points against them.
Four straight have scored at least 22 against them.
Seven of the last eight quarterbacks they've faced have scored at least 22 fantasy points against this defense.
I think it's a good, good week for Jared Gough.
Obviously, Sportsline agrees they've got them at QB4.
Nice.
Okay.
And then, yeah, Dobbs.
I think Dobbs, you like Dobbs, but you don't like Love.
Yeah, I think love loses Tucker Craft, which hurts him and helps Romeo Dobbs most likely.
I don't think Luke Musgrave steps fully into that Tucker Craft role.
And even if he does, a lot of times Tucker Kraft catches the ball five yards away from the line of scrimmage and then runs for 30 yards.
I don't think Luke Musgrave is doing that.
So there will be probably maybe a few more pass attempts because the yard per attempt isn't quite as good.
for Jordan Love.
But I think we're going to get a 20 to 25% target share game from Romeo Dobbs.
They're going to be able to go into their shell and just run the ball 43 times because
they're playing the Eagles.
This should be a game where they have to throw and score just a little bit more.
So Dobbs is a number two wide receiver for me.
Wondale Robinson also a number two wide receiver for me.
My favorite stat of the week, I said it yesterday on FFT Dynasty.
I think I just cite it every single week now in the wide receiver preview.
the bears are giving up
2.21 fantasy points
per target against wide receivers
for the season.
Wondale's averaging
about eight targets per game since
week five. I think you can
just do the math. It's probably going to score
17 fantasy points. Darius Slayton's
probably a bad wide receiver three. He'll probably
score 14 fantasy points. All
wide receivers destroy the bears.
Okay. So, well,
Well, here's hoping, right?
Because we got Jackson Dart as a start of the week, so it would make some sense.
So Jamie likes Dart, Judkins, and Quentin Johnson, Heath likes golf, Dobbs, and Wondale.
How would you guys rank those three receivers, Quentin, Johnston, Dobbs, and Wondale.
Jamie?
Dobbs, Wondale, Quentin.
Oh, wow.
So you like them, too.
Yep, yep.
Fair enough.
If you looked at the graphic, you would see that.
Well.
We do have a graphic that shows all of our rankings for each player.
It's not that easy to just remember everything, okay, when the graphics are down.
Players to avoid, Heath is avoiding Jordan Addison against the Ravens,
Jordan Love against the Eagles, and Jordan Bam Knight,
no, Donovan Bam Knight at Seattle.
And Bam Knight seems like one, like obviously you don't want to start him after that bad week.
But we did all pretty much have him ranked as the best Cardinal running back
in the top 24 running back last week.
Amari DiMarcato played a season high in snaps,
had a season high in rush share.
And while Knight did have one more catch than DiMarcato last week
for the totality of their careers.
Di Mercado has been more of the past catching guy.
The only way running backs have really been good against Seattle
is if they catch a bunch of passes.
And they've given up 12 PPR fantasy points per game in the passing game.
I like DiMercado more than I like Bam Knight this week.
So don't start him.
I think the other guys you said, Jordan Love, we talked about that.
No Tucker Kraft, maybe no Matthew Golden.
Not a great matchup.
You don't have to start Jordan Love.
and I'm just worried
I'd like to see
can we see have JJ McCarthy
if they're like 27 passes in a game
yeah well that's his pass volume
has been so so low
in the three games that he started
and I'm not sure this is one
while the Baltimore Ravens defense has been better
they're still giving up like four and a half yards
per carry over the last few weeks
not sure this is one where we see a huge
uptick and passes from J.G. McCarthy
so I'd like to get away from Addison
if I can and
free wide receiver leagues, you probably have to start him.
I do like him more than Quentin Johnston.
Okay.
And, yeah, I kind of try to break down why they're throwing so little with J.J. McCarthy.
So we'll get into that later when we preview the game.
Jamie, you've got three sits, Debo Samuel against the Lions, D.K. Metcalf at the Chargers
Sunday night, Ken Walker at Washington.
Debo's just been bad.
He's only had one good game so far with Mariota, but clearly the last month has been awful for him.
And the lion's secondary actually playing a little bit better, I think, than people
expected so um while i do think mariotta can sort of find his way to around 20 fantasy points a lot of that
will come with his rushing production more so than him relying on one specific receiver so even with
mccorin being out it doesn't necessarily benefit uh it hasn't benefited debo so i would start him
only in three receiver leagues and you see where i have him ranked at him if you check the graphic he's
at 35 um in the case of uh in the case of metcalf uh two of his last three games he has not scored a
touchdown, and really the only way to have success against the Chargers is to find the end zone,
and they've allowed, I believe it's only four touchdowns to receivers on the season.
So third and fewest fantasy points allowed to the position.
We've seen Rogers sort of go away from Metcalf at times, and he's seemingly doing that
in the last three game stretch, at least.
And so Metcalf is to meet someone that's tough to trust.
At this point, I kind of view him as touchdown or bust, because if he's not scoring,
again, he's not helping your fantasy team for the most part.
But in the case of Walker, he's just become the ultimate trapback at this point.
He's not catching passes.
He's not scoring touchdowns.
His best game since week four is the last time he got double digits and PPR points.
I forget what the matchup was.
Was against the Cardinals.
He got 12.
Like at this point, we're rooting for him to get to 12.
Yeah.
Only encouraging thing for Walker was that he got a couple of carries from the three yard line last week.
Came off the field at the one, but they gave him a couple of chances at the three.
And he couldn't get in.
I'm hopeful.
I'm hoping that the.
But, you know, I think we talked about us on Wednesday.
Like, you know, maybe the addition of Rashid Shahid and the way that Darnal is playing opens some things up in the run game for Walker and Charbonne, but mostly Walker based on what he needs at this point.
It's just, I can't trust him.
There's not 24.
Like, you can see, Jamie, there's a lot of negative things about Ken Walker and he still got him 25th.
Yeah.
Like, there's, you can't.
That's why I said Bam Knight was the running back to avoid.
there's not enough starting running backs.
No, but even if you say, you know, you want to sit Ken Walker,
it just tells us how you feel about putting Ken Walker in your lineup.
You're not excited to do it.
You might have to, I understand.
But it doesn't exactly make him a start.
Because that would imply that you're, you know, excited about him or something.
I have two Walker scenarios.
One, I have him in our FFT League, and I'm benching him this week for,
oh, it depends on.
Oh, no, I'd probably will.
still start Monongai over him even if Swift plays just because he's Giants. So benching him
for Monongai and have good enough receivers to sit him don't even as a flex. And then in a
Dynasty League, there's a manager who's selling and has nothing else, but I'm going to offer
like nothing to see if I can get Walker. Okay. All right. So I bet you can do it for nothing.
Yeah, you probably good. All right, listen, we got a lot of running back injuries to talk about,
you know, you mentioned DeAndre Swift. We'll get into that. I just want to finish up on D.K.
McCaff. We're going to skip D.K. McCaff. We're going to skip D. D.
when we preview the game, because he's about 25th for Jamie and Heath.
So that's how they feel about him.
I just want to say that the Chargers, you look at how they've done against wide receivers.
They have not really stopped any good wide receivers this year.
The best they've done against, I'd say a good wide receiver would be Justin Jefferson,
seven catches, 74 yards on 11 targets.
Jordan Addison, three for 26 and one, and one touchdown on four targets.
But, you know, Cortland Sutton, huge game.
Debo Samuel, huge game.
Jalen Waddle, 6 for 95, Michael Pittman, big game.
They've played a lot of really crummy wide receivers,
and all of those guys have struggled.
So I hope that Metcalf can at least get the targets,
but I did want to bring that up,
because I think it's a little deceiving to look at the Chargers
as a tough matchup personally.
All right, that's just me.
No, it's fair, but again,
if you look at the guys that have done well against them
without scoring touchdowns, that's just not DK's profile.
It's true, and everyone who's done well against the Chargers,
has had eight or more targets and Metcalf never gets eight or more targets.
All right, news and notes.
We still don't know who the Jets quarterback is going to be.
We'll probably find out today against Cleveland.
I don't know why.
You would think that.
It's his favorite game.
It's the only joy that Aaron Glenn has found this year.
Well, two things.
One, not telling us who his quarterback is and two, not letting Brise all go.
Well, hopefully we'll find out today, but maybe not.
Maybe we'll keep playing the game.
Kyla Murray is on IR, so he's at least the next.
four games. CJ Stroud is out. Davis Mills will start against Jacksonville.
Brock Purdy was limited, as he always is. They get the Rams. Huge game this week for them.
Running back news. Remandre Stevenson missed practice. Remember, Wednesday practice reports.
Thursday is much more important than obviously Friday, but a lot of guys are going to miss on
Wednesday. But Ramandre Stevenson missed. Aaron Jones missed practice. He said he was optimistic
about playing. Rico Dowdle missed practice. Dave Canales said they're counting on him this weekend.
DeAndre Swift and Kyle Menangai were.
limited amazing matchup for these guys we're not ranking swift yet but he's played a lot of
weeks where he didn't practice on wednesday so the limited on wednesday i think should probably
have you more thinking that monong guys probably not as high in the rankings as we have him
yeah i don't really know what advice to give in terms of the guys tonight uh dobbins and gentie
you don't want to start harvey but there are so many guys right now like james cook is another
guy. James Cook missed practice yesterday.
Bucky Irving doesn't really seem like he's going to play.
Trey Benson does not seem like he's going to play.
So let's see what the Thursday practice reports are, but you might have some tough decisions
tonight.
But again, it's Ramondre, Aaron Jones, RICO Dowdell, they all miss practice.
James Cook, Bucky Irving, Trey Benson, they miss practice.
Nick Chubb mispractice.
DeAndre Swift Limited, Kyle Menangai Limited, Quinchan Judkins, practice in full.
He's good to go.
Chorri Crosky Merritt was limited.
He should be fine.
The Saints signed Audrick estimates of the active roster,
and Ali Gordon was limited.
But I think I saw a lot of people picking up Ray Davis.
It's not a bad idea.
James Cook came out of the Chiefs game.
Hobbled.
He has an ankle injury.
Ray Davis has barely played,
but he was great one week last year without James Cook.
He's now 22% rostered.
And they get the dolphins.
So, yeah, Bazinga.
And for what it's worth, we'll find out Sequin Barclay status today, too.
There you go.
Okay, wide receiver.
Tonight, Deontay Thornton will be active for the Raiders, just an FYI.
Pooka Nakuu is going to play.
Brian Thomas Jr.
mispractice.
I think they're expecting Jacoby Myers to just come in and play, you know, a good amount.
And Diami Brown was limited.
He's still in the concussion protocol, but no BTJ on Wednesday.
Terry McLauran mispractice.
Kisham booty mispractice.
Chris Godwin mispractice.
It wasn't a great day for the Bucks in terms of not getting Godwin or Bucky
Irving back on the practice field after the buy.
Cedric Tillman practiced in full.
Isaiah Bond mispractice.
I asked the guys yesterday, I think, or maybe Tuesday, if Cedric Tillman comes back, does that change anything for Fanon and the Joku?
And I think they said no.
Garrett Wilson was limited.
New play caller could.
That's right.
They will have a new play caller.
Kyle Pitts missed practice with a glute injury.
I hope he plays because he's got a very good matchup in Germany.
I think just to clarify, it's someone calling the place is different.
I don't know if the system is changing.
Well, the system's not going to change mid-season.
No. Romo Dunzee and DJ more mispractice. That's not really a surprise. They should be fine. Luther Burden practiced in full. Cooper Cup mispractice. Marvin Mimps is out tonight and Ricky Pearsall mispractice. And Brandon Ayuk is expected to return this season, according to Adam Sheffer. It doesn't seem like it's close, though. Tideon, Theo Johnson, limited. Cole Comette was limited. Offensive line. The Bucs could be getting Luke Gedicki, their right tackle back. He has three weeks to be activated. The Lions could be without three offensive linemen. Heath, would it bother you?
Would you go pivot to sitting Jared Gough
if the Lions were without both tackles
and one of their guards?
I guess maybe if all three of them missed,
I'm not sure how equipped Washington is
to take advantage of that.
Yeah, they don't have a pass rush anymore.
And one of the guard would definitely be out,
but the two tackles missed practice Wednesday.
Mikai Bechton was limited,
offensive guard for the Chargers.
That's good to get him back.
And two starting Giants offensive linemen,
their center and their right tackle mispractice.
Defenses that are banged up.
Daniel Bellinger also practicing full.
Yeah, I didn't think it really mattered.
Well, I mean, we've been talking about that in regards to Theo Johnson.
Yeah.
Buffalo had a lot of players on the injury report.
The Colts had a lot of players on the injury report,
although it looks like Sauce Gardner's trending in the right direction.
The Giants could be getting two of their defensive backs back this week.
The Texans had a lot of guys on the injury report,
including Will Anderson and Kaimi Fairbair, and their kicker is out.
And good news for the Seahawks, Ernest Jones,
or linebacker, he was limited.
Sunday, we are, again, we have a game in Europe,
so we have a show at 9A, 9th, what was it, 8.30.
I got to get back to the schedule, sorry,

All right, one question for each game. Pittsburgh is at the Chargers. Rank the wide receivers.
Well, this is going to be different for me than it is for Jamie.
But I would go Lad, then Keenan, then D.K., then Quentin, then Calvin Alston.
Okay.
Jamie has stepped away momentarily.
He should be right back.
But for Heath, it is...
I think he already gave us his ranking.
Of all of them?
And he publishes them on the website.
Well, I guess we won't do the show then.
No, but I think he...
I could tell you, but he's here. He's back now, so he can tell you.
All right, Jamie, rank the wide receivers in the Pittsburgh, Los Angeles game.
We'd go McConkey one, Johnston, 2, Allen 3, Metcalfe 4, Austin 5.
Okay, yeah, quite different.
But you both have McConkey one.
All right, New England at Tampa Bay.
This is an interesting game.
Who is the best flex in this game?
Heath?
Amacabuka.
Okay, sorry, other than a Mecca Buka.
Because, yeah, no, he strikes me as the only, am I missing something?
Is he the only must start in this game?
Because the Patriots have a great run defense, and it looked like Rashad White kind of lost some of his role last week to Sean Tucker.
So is there anyone other than a Mecca?
That's a better question.
Is there anyone other than a Mecca Buka who's an obvious start in this game, Heath?
I can't imagine sitting Rashad White this week.
Like, I know it's a terrible matchup, but.
You guys are Ken Walker over him?
So it's a terrible matchup on one hand, and it's a great matchup on the other.
If you look at it from what White could do, and it's format specific.
So the Patriots give up the most receptions to running backs with 50.
And the last month, I believe it is, it's been awful.
Like, they can't stop guys.
Now, granted, it's been some pretty good ones.
But this is where White has to win.
He has to win catching the ball because he's not going to have success running.
He hasn't had success running the ball, which is why I think they pivoted to Tucker against the Saints in their last game.
So I would look at it as he's a number two running back in PPR, and he's a borderline number two running back because of the weak flex option in non-PPR.
And I think it's still number two running back in half PPR.
But it's not going to be because he's getting you 60 plus rushing yards on the ground.
That might be the best case scenario.
Yeah.
I also wonder if he lost his goal line role because they were using Tucker there last week.
All right, Baltimore's at Minnesota.
I'll give us one to Heath.
Do you prefer Jordan Addison or a Vikings running back?
Ooh, so I think in half PPR, it would be Aaron Jones.
In full PPR, I will go with Aaron Jones.
What if Jones doesn't play?
How would this change?
Yeah, I wouldn't want to start Aaron Jones anymore.
I would probably have Mason ahead of Addison, yes.
All right, Atlanta at Indianapolis in Germany.
Jamie, starters hit Drake London if Soss Gardner plays.
Yeah, I'm still starting him.
I mean, he had to deal with Christian Gazzal as for part of the game last week,
and he still came through.
Like, I don't, I'm not getting cute with him at this point.
He's just too good.
And do we know for sure that the Colts will have Soss Gardner?
No, we do not.
Jacksonville's at Houston.
Heath, can you trust Nico Collins,
who I believe is wide receiver 24-ish per game with Davis Mills?
I must start wide receiver.
Okay.
Buffalo at Miami, Jamie,
starter sit,
Khalil Shakir,
dolphins allow the fewest fantasy points
to wide receivers.
He's just,
I think I just,
when I start my rankings every week,
wide receiver,
I just put him at 30.
Doesn't matter the week,
doesn't matter with the opponent,
like, he's just 30.
He's just the prototypical number three wide receiver.
Like 11 PPR points is the floor.
If he scores a touchdown,
he's going to be better than that,
but that's kind of just where he lives.
Okay, he has scored,
I want to say,
11 or more PPR fantasy points
in 20 of his last 25 healthy
games dating back to last year.
And he had four for 45 and a touchdown against them
in the first meeting.
Okay.
Cleveland is at the Jets.
Do we consider Garrett Wilson,
who I want to say has scored 14 or more
PPR fantasy points,
or 19 or more PPR fantasy points
in four games this year.
Heath, is he just back to being just a stud,
top 12 guy?
Yeah, he's behind London.
He's behind the,
go, but he's a number two wide receiver.
I'll probably have him a little bit higher if Trad Taylor starts because there will be more
passes, but Taylor has also been less efficient as a passer, so not much higher and it's not
a great matchup.
You know, it hasn't been that hard of a matchup, though.
They don't shadow with their best cornerback ever.
They've allowed the second most completions of 20 or more yards over the last four games,
weeks five through eight.
They've been struggling a little bit.
I think they're 19th Cleveland against wide receivers, which surprised me.
but that pass rush could really wreck the game.
All right, football fans, picture this.
You bet on your favorite player to score the first touchdown in the game,
but his teammate scores instead.
Now, if this happens, BetMGM wants to give you another chance at the end zone.
With BetMGM's second chance promotion, you'll get your stake back
if your first touchdown score scores second instead.
So that's right.
You bet on any pro football player to score the first touchdown of the game.
If you're right, you win.
If your player scores second, you get your stake.
back in cash. With BetMGM's
second chance offer, you have a chance
to keep the fun going after the first
player crosses the goal line. Try
a first touchdown scorer wager
with confidence today. BetMGM
make it legendary.
And we get into the games and I feel like the
Chargers are always
the team that takes like 10 minutes to preview.
Well, thankfully
we've already talked about them for about 15 minutes
today. I agree. I don't think
we have to talk about Quentin Johnston. We don't have to talk
about D.K. Metcalfe. Ladd McConkey is a guy you're going to start. So by the way, I was surprised
to see that these two teams are both top 13 in points per game, and the Steelers are actually higher.
Steelers are 10th in points per game. Good for them. Chargers are 13th. We talked about all
the Joe Alt stuff. So how about Keenan Allen? One thing I like about Keenan Allen is that his
target share is still pretty solid, but they just haven't thrown the ball that much. However, teams
always throw on the Steelers.
Maybe we'll get back to that.
Heath, how do you feel about Keenan Allen this week?
The most borderline wide receiver two, wide receiver three.
Like he's, the recent problems getting into the end zone and the lower pass volume makes him look like a really gross start.
But we would expect more passes for the chargers in this game.
And I do expect shorter passes for the chargers due to the Steelers' pass right.
and the lack of Joe Alt.
So that should be better for Keenan Allen.
Ten receivers.
Ten have gotten over 15 PPR points against the team.
Yeah, I think 10 receivers also have more than 90 yards against this team, which is staggering.
It's just like with Quentin Johnson, I guess we are going to talk about him.
This is his target share, the last four games, 12.5, 11.1, 0, and 17.9.
That's Quentin Johnson's target share.
It's just tough to trust, Jamie.
And that's since, four games ago was when O'Ronda Gadsden had as a first game with a 75% snap share or higher.
But you're unmoved by that.
Again, it's just the matchup.
It's, it's there.
I don't think that Vidal is going to have a lot of success running the ball.
I don't think that Jared Patterson is going to have a lot of success running the ball.
I think this is going to be a Justin Herbert game.
And if you tell me he's going to throw the ball, I'm going to guess in the neighborhood of 40 times,
then there's going to be operational.
opportunities for all of these guys.
Someone will be left out.
It's going to happen on a week-to-week basis.
It could easily be Johnston.
I get it.
But we've seen this team time and time again give up big plays down the field.
And this is where Johnston comes into play.
Okay.
So you guys like Justin Herbert.
He's top six for everyone.
Give you the updated rankings.
He is third for Jamie.
He is now down to eighth for Dave.
But he's fourth.
He was six.
Now he's eighth for Dave.
He's fourth for Heath.
So Jamie and Heath have Herbert.
He's probably following a little bit.
for me this afternoon, but he'll still be a start.
All right.
If he struggles in this game, then I do think that we're going to have to really evaluate
with and without Joe All, maybe take it a little bit more seriously, but is a great
matchup, Steelers 26 against quarterbacks.
You keep saying it that you don't like Kamani Vidal.
Would you start Kamani Vidal, Jamie, or Ken Walker?
Still Vidal.
I mean, at least there's the hope of him doing something.
Ken Walker is just at this point giving us enough of a sample size that no involvement in
the passing game and very little touchdown potential.
So hopefully Vidal can do something,
but you just look at what the Steelers did against Jonathan Taylor,
holding him to 7.7 PPR points.
Now, the two games prior to that,
both Packers running backs over 11 PPR points.
Chase Brown had 12 points.
So I think that's probably the best case scenario for him.
It's sort of in that 1213 PPR point per game range,
PPR point range.
Based on the week, he's still a number two running back.
Okay.
Does anybody like Jalen Warren this week?
How do we feel about him?
He's a start.
Number two, high end number two running back.
He has not been running well, but there's still the catch potential and the touchdown potential.
Last week he really struggled.
And he's not catching the ball that much.
He has two catches in three of his last four games.
But it's hard to sit, Jalen Warren, lead running back for this team.
Chargers, man, they've had a roller coaster of a year as a run defense.
They were great.
They were terrible.
Then week eight, they were great.
Week nine, they were bad.
So we'll, you know, start them.
For the year, they've given up 4.96 yards per carrier to running backs.
In three of their last five games, they've given up more than six.
I know.
Last week, they go out 4.8.
So they've had one good game in terms of efficiency in their last five.
I did a big breakdown on this a few weeks ago, though.
They were missing a lot of key run defenders.
They're all back now.
And then they, oh, lo and behold, they were great in week eight.
So I was like, okay, they're good again.
And then they stunk in week nine.
So it got very confused.
But when you're thinking against the Titans, that's not good.
Yeah, exactly.
But with that said, Jalen Warren, I know you're going to start McConkey over him.
Would you start any other wide receiver in this game over Warren?
No.
Okay.
That's good context there.
Real quick, we'll get to Gadsden in a minute, but are you starting a Steelers tight end?
They've been pretty involved.
Tough matchup, though.
Don't know which one.
All of them.
Yeah.
No.
It's like the team tight end.
Yeah, there you go.
It's like the reverse of the Chargers.
We know one of them's going to be bad.
We know one of the Steelers tight-in is going to be good.
Darno, Washington did mispractice.
We'll keep an eye on that, but I don't think it's going to change much.
And Aaron Rogers sit this week?
Yes.
Okay.
All right, Arronday Gatston.
Heath, how much do you like O'Ronday Gatston?
I think I moved him down to eight this morning, but he's a start.
Jamie, how much do you like O'Ronday Gaston?
Very similar range in terms of ranking.
It's just, why would you get away from him at this point?
I mean, I'll give you pros and cons.
Pro, he's awesome.
He's been really good.
Pro, Steelers are allowing the third most fantasy points to tight ends.
Khan, they actually did a great job against Tyler Warren last week when they moved Jalen Ramsey to safety.
I have no idea if that's a coincidence.
Also, Warren was open for a touchdown.
Ball got deflected.
But he had five catches for 26 yards on seven targets.
Here's the other con.
Arrani Gadsden has a target per outrun rate of 18.8% or less in three straight games.
So he's been relying on remarkable efficiency and a high catch rate.
So that's all I can muster up.
No, but seriously, he's got the same issue that any of the Chargers pass catchers have.
It is a crowded receiving room.
Except his month has been consistent.
Yep.
Okay.
So would you start Arrondi Gadsden.
or I think I saw a Dallas Goddard in there?
Gadsden, but I like both.
Gadsden.
Okay, we got some good questions in the chat, so...
I would go Goddard over Gadsden if A.J. Brown is out.
Interesting.
Herbert or Bo Nix?
Herbert, but I like both.
I'm probably going to move Herbert behind Knicks today.
Sorry.
Gadsden or Kittle.
I would not want to drop.
Kittle for Gadsden, but I would start Gadsden over Kittle if I'd both.
Last, last
stand for George Kittle.
I'll go Kittle.
They're going to have to throw more this week.
I'm convinced the Niners.
Rogers or Mac Jones?
Mac Johnson.
Mac Fee Place.
If Purdy's not back.
Yeah.
D.K. Metcalf for Quentin Johnston.
Johnston for me.
DK. for me.
Johnston or Kamani Vidal, half PPR.
Johnston.
Um, I've got Vidal.
Gadsden or Kamani Vidal, PPR.
Yes.
Fun.
I've got Vidal.
All right.
Let's move on.
Oh, the Chargers, DST, do you like them?
Low and start.
All right.
Let's move on to New England at Tampa Bay.
So, yeah, sorry, Thomas there, screwed you up.
The total is 45 and a half.
Jamie, do you think this is a good game?
for fantasy?
I hope so.
You know, I think you got two quarterbacks that are playing well, both at some point
this season have been in the MVP conversation.
You have the Bucks coming off their by week.
Their offensive line is getting healthier, but clearly the skill position is not as much
because Bucky and Godwin not expected to play.
So, and obviously Mike Evans is still out.
The Patriots, I don't think the Bucks defense is going to stop Drake May.
They may make things difficult on their run game, but I don't think.
you're looking at the running backs to me both the running backs this game are most the most
promising thing for them is the role in the passing game so we saw it for henderson last week i think
that will be consistent as long as remandre stevenson is out and i don't expect them to play this
week and in the case of rachad white like i said the the patriots have really struggled against
past catching running backs lately yeah and so of the bucks they allow the most receiving yards
to running backs on a per game basis so that's hope these run defenses are good but they're
vulnerable in the passing game. That's hopefully where these guys are going to make their hay.
Assuming Ramandre Stevenson and Bucky Irving are out, which running back do you prefer, Henderson or
White? White for me. Right now it's white, but they're going to be closer than they are right now.
I think I have White ranked a little bit too high. But you know, I like to do this and just look at
what guys have done with just their past catching totals alone. So against the bucks, five running backs have
scored at least 7.1 PPR points against Tampa Bay with just the receiving totals alone. So that's five
getting you to at least 7.1 with the floor.
And then for White,
the last
the last four games for Tampa Bay.
And this is against New Orleans, Tennessee,
Cleveland, and Atlanta.
32 catch is allowed to runnybacks.
All right.
We're going to play a new game here.
It's called, this will be great.
It's called sit,
reluctant start,
excited start.
Do we need any more categories?
or does that cover it?
Is there a tie?
There's no ties.
Okay, so I'm going to give you a player
and you tell me sit,
reluctant start, excited start.
Drake May.
Excited start.
Travian Henderson.
Reluctant start.
Yeah, I mean, this week I'm pretty excited to have them.
Yeah.
Terrell Jennings.
Sit.
Rashad White.
reluctant start i've got yeah i'm not to say because i would start i guess wow okay uh sean
tucker sit sit step stephan diggs reluctant start yeah any other patriots wide receiver assuming booty's out
no no hunter henry sit he's right on the border of sit and reluctant start um i might actually have
him as very, very close, but probably, it's been a bad month for him and he's been terrible
on the road.
Yeah, the thing is, there's only been two games this year where Drake May has thrown more than
30 passes.
So I'm really hoping that we can get some points in this game and they can actually throw
more.
But I'm not, I don't know, I'm not so sure it's going to happen.
Baker Mayfield.
Reluctant start.
Sure.
And we did.
Did they're, okay, a mecca, Bucca.
Excited start.
Yep.
Yeah, finally.
Tess Johnson.
Reluctant start.
Yeah.
Tess Johnson or Stefan Diggs?
Yes.
Diggs slightly head of Tess Johnson.
It booties out.
Yep.
Tess, Sterling Shepherd.
Sit.
Sit.
Okay, here we go.
This one's interesting.
Cade Otten.
Reluctant start.
Excited start. Heath, great matchup. Come on. Let's go. Come on.
It's such a great week for it. It's so funny how running back sucks. Receivers sort of closer to suck than it is to great. Tighten is amazing.
Yeah, great. I love it. Well, it's K.aten. I don't know. I seem to have a soft spot for K. Dotton here.
Yeah. I mean, he's probably going to score between 8 and 12 PPR fantasy points.
Yeah. I'm going to start him.
Okay.
What's what he's done for straight weeks.
Actually, he had eight to 13 and a half PPR fantasy points,
four straight weeks for Kate Otten.
As of yesterday, it was only 59% rostered.
I haven't checked this morning.
Patriots, six tight ends have scored 11.3 or more fantasy points
against the Patriots thus far.
All right.
So, like, we mentioned Wondale Robinson, the ultimate flex.
Khalil Shakir, the guy you just mark it number 30 overall, right?
How many of the wide receivers in this game, other than Abuca, would you start over those guys?
Let's start, let's do Shakir.
Would you start anyone other than Abuca over Shakir?
I have Diggs and Tess Johnson slightly ahead of him.
I would start Shakir and Robinson over any wide receiver besides Abuka in this game.
Oh, I'm sorry.
I have Robinson ahead of all these guys.
I have Tess and Diggs slightly head of Shakir.
All right.
So this game is a lot of reluctant starts.
That's kind of what I find interesting about it because this week.
this game in particular.
No, but this week is right.
Like this game is the epitome of this week.
It's like there's,
it's always interesting to me when you have,
I like or love the quarterbacks,
but I don't like or love the weapons.
Yeah.
Well, you know what the problem is.
I'm sorry?
You know what the problem is.
The Cowboys and Bingles aren't playing.
Yes.
Very true.
A hundred percent.
Yeah, it's a big deal.
We missed you.
All right.
you start Daniel Jones or Baker Mayfield?
Baker.
Would you rather have the ability to start Jemar Chase, C.D. Lamb, and all the star players
from the Bengals and the Cowboys, or the ability to play your players against the Bengals
and the Cowboys defense?
Yes.
The first option, but just barely.
Would you rather have Drake May this week or Justin Herbert?
May.
Okay.
Baker Mayfield or Caleb Williams against Giants?
Caleb.
I've got Baker one spot higher.
Sam Darnold against Arizona or Baker Mayfield?
Baker.
Baker.
Let's see what the chat is saying.
That's not.
Rashad White or Kyle Menangai if DeAndre Swift plays.
Great question.
White.
White in PPR, Menangai in the other formats.
or Stafford against the Niners?
Stafford.
Yep.
Rashad White, Tess Johnson, or Jacoby Myers?
Rashad White.
Yep.
White or Kamani Vidal?
White.
Kate Otten or Colson Loveland?
I have Loveland ahead of Otten by one spot.
Probably depends on whether Cole Komet gets out of
the concussion protocol, right?
Yeah.
I think a guy limited practice on Wednesday
means he's making progress.
Otten or Joanne Johnson
Tess Johnson or DeMario Douglas
Tess
And now I'm just say
The Patriots
Really have not
This kind of like what I said about the Chargers earlier
The Patriots have not really stopped any good wide receivers
So
I mean that so that's for a Bucca
But also I don't know
I mean Tess Johnson I think has been pretty good
I know last week was bad
But that's because Baker Mayfield threw for
something like 150 yards in their last game.
And he still had five catches of 43 yards on six targets.
All right.
I seem to be,
for whatever it was worth,
I seem to just like Tess Johnson and Kate Otten more than everyone.
See if I,
I'm on to anything.
Well,
we've got Tess Johnson ranked at the top,
like,
I think he's top 26 for me.
Oh, he is.
Okay, good, good.
And Kate Arton's a top ten tied in for both of us.
All right.
I guess I'm just making the case a lot more,
but I'm glad I'm not,
you're very enthusiastic.
I,
yeah.
Listen, there's a few leagues where I would love to start both those guys.
And in the case of KDOT,
and I'm starting him as a flex in tandem with another tight end
because I think the tight ends just better than a lot of the receiver.
Sure.
All right, let's take a break.
We got five games left.
We'll be right back on F50.
That's annoying.
What?
You're a muffler.
You don't hear it?
Oh, I don't even notice it.
I usually drown it out with the radio.
How's this?
Oh, yeah.
Way better.

Ravens at the Vikings,
start Jackson,
Derek Henry or Quinchon Junkins?
I like Junkins better, but it's close.
I think I've got Henry hired.
Would you start Ray Davis over Derek Henry
if James Cook were out?
No.
No, but it would not be far apart.
Derek Henry's about 12th in PPR.
You know, look, he's run well.
He ran well last week.
Minnesota's got, you know what Derek Henry is.
I'm sure he'll be stuck.
He's average six yards per carry win Lamar Jackson Place.
Oh, that's a good stat.
I like that.
Just play them.
Yeah, play them.
Okay, Zayflowers.
Guys, just check the updated rankings, but you all have them in your top 12, I believe.
Must start.
Yeah.
Fifth.
You have him fifth.
What?
Fifth.
We don't have time to spend time on Zayflowers.
We're all starting them.
We do have time.
We should start.
this discussion here because he's overrated.
Yeah, he's got so squeaky there.
This is, this is a shoulder razor here.
I mean, he's, I know.
He's, what's the difference?
Do you guys wear in the same shirt, just different colors?
Similar, similar patterns, yeah.
I don't know, what's the difference?
No, I can't take my eyes off it.
Do you have a three-quarter sleeve?
Uh, no, full sleeve.
Oh, no.
Yeah, that's true.
He's not that different than Teterola McMillan.
I did I not notice this before.
Okay, here is a flower's points with Lamar Jackson.
28.1 at Buffalo.
14.9 against Cleveland, 3.3 against Detroit, 14.4 at Kansas City, and 11.4 at Miami.
So one game with more than 15 fantasy points, only one bad game.
Just can't, you know, 6th.
All right.
Okay.
What's the purpose of this?
Well, because that's an aggressive.
ranking.
Even, I think even 12 is an aggressive ranking.
That's where Jamie has Zayflowers.
I understand.
Okay.
I don't think you understand.
Well, I think you do, but you're ignoring it.
All right, Mark Andrews, or Kate Otten.
Otten.
Andrews and non-PBR.
All right, Andrews, yeah, look, he's got a score.
Minnesota's 21st against tight ends.
They've actually been pretty bad.
A tight end scored 18.
18.7 or more fantasy points against Minnesota
in three of the last four games.
That would be Nojoku, Gadsden, and Leporta.
Okay, who are some...
Would you start both Brown's tight ends over Mark Andrews?
Yes.
I would start fanning, but not in Joker.
All right.
Dave is kind of high on J.J. McCarthy.
He's got him 14th.
Heath has McCarthy 23rd, and Jamie has him 18th.
Yes.
Dave's actually moving down to 16th, excuse me.
So he's a sit.
But the question is, will they throw?
And I just tried to dig into it.
Why is he not throwing?
He's got 25 or fewer pass attempts in all three games.
Week one, high run rate, low pass rate.
This was a game they were actually trailing.
Remember, he orchestrated that comeback, but they just weren't throwing.
It was his first game ever.
Week two, they actually had a decent pass rate in week two.
He got hurt in that game, though.
When did he get hurt?
I do not know the answer to that,
but that's the game where he suffered the ankle spring.
But finished it.
Yeah, but they just,
they only ran 46 plays in that game,
and they had the ball for 23 minutes and 28 seconds,
but they had a 59% pass rate,
which was middle of the pack that week.
Last week, they had a 51% pass rate,
which isn't good,
but he had nine carries,
and I think they didn't really run the ball that much.
He dropped back a decent amount.
He just ran a lot.
So that's always going to be a problem, too.
But anyway, try to avoid J.J. McCarthy.
The takeaway is there's three weeks, three different reasons why they didn't throw a lot of passes?
Except one week they had a high pass rate or an average pass rate.
And when he hasn't been the quarterback, they've had a very high pass rate.
They're protecting him.
Could be that. Also, remember, weeks one and two, they didn't have their tackles.
You know, so they do now.
And maybe they're going to have to throw the ball against Baltimore, who scores a ton of points.
It's really, this is a Jordan Addison discussion as well
Because I know you're going to start Jefferson
But we obviously need pass volume
For Addison, for Addison, for Hawkinson
And look, to be fair, their defense played amazing last week
Yeah
All right, so Jamie, talk to me about the running back situation
For Minnesota
Aaron Jones has really been dominating carries
And touches since he came back
Well, it was one game.
No, it's two games, two games.
You get the Thursday night game?
I'm sorry, he's not.
left the half game, yes, excuse.
One half games.
Yeah, you're right.
He's definitely been the primary guy.
I think in the case of Jones, if he plays, you view him as a number two running back
for this week.
I would start him over Ken Walker, for example.
I would start him over Vidal and PPR.
I'd start him over.
Rashad White?
No, I'd rather have Rashad White.
Okay.
And if Jones is out?
If Jones is out, then I think Mason's a number two running back in the Vidal and
range of you know right around rb20 but not great just because of the week we talked about
addison he's about 30th for jamie and and heath um hockinson is a sit only three targets
last week three targets is the last two weeks yeah he does not have a game with 50 receiving
yards yet okay and then anything else to talk about here i don't think so no uh i'll give you
just a few McCarthy. McCarthy or Marietta? Marietta. Marietta.
You guys have McCarthy and Jordan Love back to back. Jamie with Love, one spot ahead. Oh, no, I'm
sorry. I'm looking at Dave. Dave has McCarthy one spot ahead of love. Heath, how about you,
love or McCarthy? Yeah, McCarthy is 24th. Oh, right. So I'm just sitting there. Okay. Fair enough.
I think we can probably go to the next game, see if I have anything good in the chat here.
Jordan Addison or
J.K. Dobbins. That's a good one.
Dobbins.
Standard scoring, Aaron Jones, if he plays,
or Stefan Diggs?
Standard, I probably would go Diggs.
I'd probably still go Diggs, yeah.
Jones is probably still going to have
like 40% of the Vikings' rush a jumps.
And when we saw it early in the season,
he was losing goal line work,
and Diggs at least is finding the end zone.
Jordan Addison or Teteroa McMillowell.
Ted.
There you go.
Lamar Jackson, or Jackson Dart?
Lamar.
Lamar.
Come on, brozy, brosum.
All right, next game.
Oh, do you like the Ravens DST?
Yes, and love them for their schedule.
Like, I actually, in a 10-team league last night,
dropped the Broncos DST, who I have ranked higher
to pick up the Ravens DST because the Broncos get the Chiefs next week and then a buy,
and the Ravens schedule is fantastic.
So this week is, I still think, favorable because McCarthy,
I don't necessarily trust them.
And then you get,
believe in some order
of the Jets and the Browns.
Perfect.
Buffalo's at Miami.
You like the Bills DST?
Yes.
Like but not love.
Reluctant start.
Reluctant.
You see, it's a nice game.
It's a nice game.
It's a nice game.
We can add it to the rotation.
Stat of the game,
Miami sees...
Can't wait till you ask Dave that question.
14 wide receiver targets per game.
14 wide receiver targets per game.
That is the fewest.
in the NFL, and they allow the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers.
They've also allowed 59 yards, 59 yards or a touchdown to a tight end in seven of nine games.
So does anything that I said right there make you move Khalil Shakir down from his typical spot at 30
to something in the 37 or later range for Shakir?
No, he owns the 30th spot.
Like, that's his parking spot.
Like, there's nobody taking it from him.
yeah i i don't know i it's not entirely like they've played some good wide receivers
who've had good games they have played two of their last three games against the browns and
falcons without drake london i just don't really believe that the dolphins are actually good
against wide receivers it's not the word i'd use it's that everybody runs all over them
and throws the tight they're so bad against tight ends
That it sometimes leads to Zay Flowers having five catches for 64 yards on five targets.
How about Khalil Shakir himself?
Four catches for 45 yards and a touchdown on four targets last time you play the Dolphins.
So it's just 14 targets per game for wide receivers.
That's insanely low.
That's what the dolphins are seeing.
All right.
Just throwing that out there.
Dalton Kincaid, is he a must start this week?
He's a start.
Top five, tenant.
Yeah, I knew Jamie was quite high on him.
Heath, not quite as high.
He's, I mean, he's, I'm starting him.
Okay.
You have ninth.
All right, we like Kincaid.
All right.
So just start Josh Allen.
Now, James Cook, if he plays absolutely, this is an amazing matchup.
Where do you think you'll rank Ray Davis?
Are you confident that Ray Davis, who had 20 carries and three catches in one game without Cook last year?
Jamie, are you confident that he will have that workhorse role?
Ty Johnson will obviously factor in on passing downs, but what about running downs?
And where would you rank him if James Cook were out?
I would rank Ray Davis somewhere around 15.
So behind the last remaining must-start guys for this week and ahead of the Vidal's,
the Rashad Whites this week, the probably going to be messy bear situation,
but one of those guys may be ahead of him.
But in that range, I think the biggest question is I already saw one comment in the chat
we were talking about earlier, like Ty Johnson is going to get his chances,
but Ty Johnson is going to play on passing down situations.
they're going to give Ray Davis the running down opportunities.
At least that's what I would anticipate it.
And so against Miami, where they're probably playing with a lead,
like this feels like a Ray Davis game.
I'd be more skeptical against almost any other defense.
Yeah.
It's a great match.
But he does have five more carries than tie shots in this year.
I would expect a committee.
Okay.
On the other side of the ball,
we're going to sit to a tongue of Iloa.
the bills are second best against quarterbacks.
We're going to sit Greg Dulcich.
The bills are great against tight ends.
And then the dolphins, I mean, they're basically the easiest team.
It's start A-chan, who, like, to me, it doesn't feel like A-chan's having this amazing year,
but he's actually RB5 per game in PPR.
RB8 per game and non-PPR, six per game and half PPR.
Start A-chan.
Jalen Waddle is top 12, I think maybe 13th for Jamie.
So start Jalen Waddle.
And that's pretty much it.
I got a few chat questions here.
By the way, Heath, I would love, let's do a Waddle versus Flowers bet this week with no stakes.
Like, we always have, like, no stakes.
I think the loser has to wear the other shirt that the winner is wearing today.
Well, I don't think that shirt would fit on me.
A three-quarter sleeve shirt for Heath would be a full sleeve shirt for me.
That's true.
Maybe it is the same shirt.
Oh, man.
Pick two in full PPR.
Jameson.
What's that?
Question.
Since you guys are wearing the same shirt, and I know you're colorblind.
Can you tell what color Heath is wearing?
No.
So it looks like either two shades of gray or two shades of blue to me.
But more likely gray.
I think it's one of each.
Oh, okay.
You did well.
Thank you.
This is an interesting question, right?
Because you've got safety versus upside, but floor.
Jamo, Shakir, Slayton.
Pick two.
Jameson Williams, Khalil Shakir, Darius, Slate.
I would go with Shakir and Slayton.
That's what I have.
Waddle or flowers.
I would go with flowers.
Flowers.
Okay, the bed is on.
Ray Davis, if Cook sits or A.J. Brown.
I'm going to guess we're going into Sunday with A.J. Brown as questionable and not knowing his status fully for Monday.
So I'll take the, uh, the cheat code.
say Davis
Sad
AJ Brown outlook
Kincade or Gadsden
Oh great question
Kincaid for me
But I like both
I think I'll move Kincaid ahead
Okay
Man what great stats I gave on Kincaid yesterday
No one cared
Jackson
I didn't
I don't remember hearing them
What?
You poo poohed them
vociferously
He's like
Hey we're gonna have Jacob on
Jacob you got 30 seconds
To give all your stats go
eyes. It's not what happened at all.
It was pretty rude.
Oh, stop.
I think he actually sat backstage longer than he was on the show.
Oh, for sure.
He's on for 15, at least 10 minutes.
Here are your 15.
And the best part of that was, hey, guys, Jacob's going to come on with us.
If you have to go, I get it.
You know, we're going to have a lot of people on show.
Dave, yeah, I'm going to go.
All right.
Dave's got to go right now.
No, I'm going to stay.
Oh, I feel like I skipped a game, by the way.
what happened to yeah seems like you did oh damn i didn't put this we should go back and do the chargers
and stealers again no we got to do a very important one oh man this really screws up everything for me
because i was pacing toward a oh all right Atlanta we got to do Atlanta at Indianapolis this is a huge
this is a tough game and then we have three more games after that I think two more after that then
we're Jacksonville Houston and Cleveland and jets we can knock those out Atlanta at Indianapolis
what's funnier thomas and the private chatter Johnny airport
in the main chat.
Johnny, I don't know what either is saying,
but it's Johnny Airport.
All right, I forgot to put this game in the notes.
I'm sorry, let's get to our German game here.
Atlanta and Indianapolis.
Jamie, go out to break this one down.
Not a dome.
The entire game?
You just give me the overview.
Who you like?
Who would we sit in?
I think Daniel Jones is a low-end starter at best
in the partial dome that he's playing in in Berlin.
I do think that the Falcons, you talk about this with a couple of teams already,
about what the numbers are versus what the reality is.
I don't think their past defense is as good lately as it has been earlier in the season,
as we saw.
I know Drake may only had 20 fantasy points, but I think Daniel Jones can only have 20 fantasy points
as well and still be in that low-end starting range.
If you can sit him, it's not a bad idea, but I don't think someone you run away from.
Michael Pittman must start.
I like Josh Downs better than Alec Pierce, number three receivers at best.
But I think Downs, especially in the way this defense plays, I think he'll have an opportunity to get some targets still and still be productive.
Tyler Warren's still a low-end starter.
Falcons have been really good against tight ends, but I'm still starting him.
And then obviously starting Bajon Robinson.
I'm sorry, you're obviously starting John Taylor.
For the Falcons, you're obviously starting Bajon Robinson.
You're starting Drake London and you're starting Kyle Pitts.
And I did come around a little bit at him from our Tuesday conversation.
I think Michael Pennix is a okay start, not a great start, but not a, not a, not a,
Not a bad pivot play
if you're stuck a quarterback this week.
Like I would start him over Aaron Rogers.
I started him over Tua.
I'd start him over fields, for example.
Mariotta?
I like Marioada slightly better.
So it's, of the guys we talked about on Tuesday,
it's Marioita won Pennix, too.
Okay.
And Pitts, you know, Pitts has a great matchup
and London and Warren has the worst matchup for tight ends so far.
Who do you like better? Heath?
Good.
Jamie?
I need to adjust my rankings right now.
I have Warren higher, but it should be Pitts.
I guess the only thing I'll say in defense of Warren
is that he's actually had a lot of tough matchups this year.
He's had five matchups against teams
that are in the top 10 against opposing tight ends.
And he's had three good games.
One of those with a rushing touchdown, right?
Which one?
No, I don't think so.
That wasn't his rushing touchdown?
game? I don't think so. He was good against Denver. He struggled twice against Tennessee,
although one game he had 9.3 points. Good against the Raiders and good against the Chargers.
The Rams were one of the tough matchups. The Rams were 11th. So he's had six matchups against teams
that are top 11 against tight ends. He's had a tough schedule, and he's done pretty good. So that's
why we're not saying it's an outright sit for Tyler Warren. But his targets have been kind of down
lately too. All right. Alec Pierce, Josh Downs, versus Quentin Johnston. How are we feeling there?
I know Jamie has them much higher. I don't, yeah, I'm pretty low on Johnson, and I definitely
have him ahead of both of those guys. Oh, all right. I think in the case of Downs, Pierce is going to be
big play dependent. And I don't know if we get that against the fact.
Hawkins, but he might. But boomer and bust number three receiver. In the case of Downs,
I think you just kind of look and see if the pass rush is an issue for Daniel Jones once
again, I think this is where Downs benefits. And this is kind of where I think Tyler Warren
gets hurt a little bit because as we've seen Downs production start to rise lately, Warren's
production has kind of gone away a little bit. But I don't know, I think just number three
receiver. So we start digs over them? Yeah, I would start digs with these. And are, okay,
Jalen Waddle, we were worried about him a few weeks ago against the Falcons.
The Dolphins had the best game they've had in like seven years.
So he had a big game.
For whatever reason, they did not shadow him with A.J. Terrell.
But when they have shadowed guys with A.J. Terrell, it's been very successful for them.
Are we worried about that with Pittman?
Because I actually think there's a chance Pittman has a bad game if they decide we're just going to put Terrell on him all game.
It certainly could, but again, I think in the case of this week and the way he's played,
and how much Daniel Jones has leaned on him.
Like, you have to really be loaded in your lineup
to bench a guy like Pittman,
to bench a guy like London,
to bench,
I don't know who else is potentially getting shadowed.
Like,
Trey Tucker's easy to get away from, right?
You know, if he's going to deal with,
I know, not certain,
but I mean, just a tough matchup.
You know, like, it's just too hard to say you're benching these guys.
Like, if there was no teams on a buy and everybody's healthy,
then, okay, yeah, maybe Pittman's not going to be as ranked as high as he should be,
or maybe even London, too,
But I don't know.
If Brian Thomas Jr. plays, I do think he'll be, he has a good chance to be shadowed by Stingley, who did shadow him last game until he left with an injury pretty early and shadowed him last year, too, I believe.
But that's a guy you can get away from, though, because of the matchup.
I get away from him anyway, probably.
But I think that's our next game.
If there's anything else here, probably should do some Daniel Jones or is Daniel Jones or Jared Gough?
Go ahead.
Daniel Jones or
Baker.
Probably did that one earlier, sorry.
Baker.
Yeah.
Daniel Jones or Sam Darnold.
Donald.
All right.
Moving on to our next game.
Jacksonville at Houston.
This is a great stat from CBS.
Are you sure?
Yes, CBS Sports Research.
The Texans are the number one scoring defense
and the number one total defense.
in the NFL this season.
No team in the Super Bowl era
has finished number one
in both categories
and A, missed the playoffs
or B, finished with a losing record.
That's amazing.
Is there anyone
that you are excited
to start in this game?
Nico.
Made it running back this week, ETIN.
Is that because this week
stinks or because you think ETN's going to be good?
I think he's going to be good at the position for this week.
Do you think he will score more than 12 PPR fantasy points?
Yeah.
No.
You guys are a little bit...
11.9.
11.9.
This is a very good run defense.
They give up 3.8 yards per carry.
E.Ns faced Houston.
Look, he scored 11.6 against Houston with a touchdown last time.
He is cashing the ball more.
lately. That's key. Three or more catches
and three of his last four games.
Zero catches in that game.
Brenton Strange probably played in that game.
I am curious to see what happens
if Nick Chub is out, how Woody Marks does, and what they do.
Yeah. And to Jacksonville's credit,
they have a good run defense too.
They give up, what, 3.6, 4 yards
per carry to running backs, but they do allow the fifth
most receiving yards to the position. Yeah, I think there's an
opportunity for Marks here as a
most likely flex. I don't want to go back.
to saying he's a number two running back
because that was a mistake last week
as he had three targets and no catches.
And there's a quarterback change.
But the matchup is great,
especially Devin Lloyd remains out,
dealing with calf injury,
he missed the last two.
So we could see Ashton Genty had five catches.
Woody Marks could easily do that.
And when he's been at his best,
it's been because he's been involved in the passing game.
So who scores the most PPR fantasy points in this game,
including the quarterbacks?
Nico.
Oh, if we're going to the quarterbacks, I mean, I hope it's Trevor.
So I've got Trevor at 15.9.
Yeah, Trevor is higher.
Okay, yeah, like, Nico, you think Nico's going to get to 14?
I'm at 13.8 is it in the projections.
All right.
How can you be excited to start that?
That's basically what he's at for the season.
I'm not excited to start Nico Collins.
If I gave you free tickets to this game.
Yeah.
or Saints, Panthers.
Ooh.
Oh, this game, because my son, for whatever reason, is a Jaguars fan.
Wow.
I didn't know your people are so dead.
I'd just love to see.
I'd like to know how many, like, combined running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends
do you think are projected to score more than 14 fantasy points?
I don't know, but I wouldn't be excited about a guy that I'm projecting for 13.9 PPR
our fantasy points. Honestly, Nico is a reluctant start for me.
So there's, what you mean by excited start is they are either top 12 at running back
or wide receiver or top six at Titan. What I mean by excited start is that I put them in my
lineup and I feel really good about it. I feel really good about the Texas DST this week.
Yeah, I feel good about that too. I have Nico Collins in so many leagues. He's one of my most
roster players. I am starting him in every
league. I will not really tell anyone to sit
Nico Collins. But it sucks
because he's been a huge bust
and he just
it just sucks. It's also been very close to
touchdowns several times and
they always throw to him near the end zone so he could
always score. Jacksonville's struggling
against wide receivers.
You know, but so he's a start
but I'm not excited about it.
Parker Washington or Woody
Marks?
Marks for a short
if Chubb is out, I would
probably lean toward Marks anyway just because
I think the match-ups in his favor, and
again, hopefully he's back
involved in the passing game.
Yeah, full PPR I've got it, Washington for now.
Parker, Washington, or Jacoby Myers?
Washington.
Washington. Are you ranking Washington
and Myers as if Brian Thomas Jr.'s
out? Yep, yes.
Okay. They'll both go down, though, because we're also
ranking them as if Diombi Brown's out, and if he got a
limited practice on Wednesday, he might
run that as well.
If Brian Thomas Jr.'s, is he going to be in your top 24?
No.
Probably not.
Would you start...
Did I ask you Josh Downs versus these guys?
I don't know, but you've forgotten a lot of stuff today.
I've had a lot of Josh Downs in the chat, and I feel like I skipped over him and people are curious.
So I think it's worth mentioning John...
Washington Myers Downs for me.
Okay.
I would go Downs, Washington Myers.
All right.
Right. Travis E.T.N. or James and Williams? E.T.N.
Yeah.
Travis E.T.N. or Chris Olavee.
I'll take a Lave MPPR.
Yeah.
Travis E.T.N or D.K. Metcalf.
E.N.
All right. I think we're done with this game.
Are you sure?
I think so.
No, Hunter Long.
Oh, Dalton Schultz.
Nope, we're not done.
Dalton Schultz, start or sit, Jamie?
Low-end starter.
I think if this was a week where the tight ends weren't so potentially good,
he'd be a little bit higher, but not a must-start guy,
a reluctant start guy.
But again, actually, I'm going to do what we should just continue to do with
Dolm-Meltz.
Eh, he'll be okay.
Every time we hype him up, he's bad, for the one time at least.
But yeah, this is, I think, a favorable matchup.
We saw what Brock Bowers did, but it wasn't just Bowers.
tight ends of beating up the Jaguars recently.
So there's an opportunity for him to be heavily involved from Davis Mills
and should be second on the team and targets behind equal console.
All right.
Cleveland is at the Jets.
It's that of the game.
Oh, this game too.
So Cleveland Jets, Jags, Texans, Saints, Panthers.
I think I'd rather go to the Met Opera than Cleveland at the Jets.
You get free tickets to all three games, but you only pick one.
The Jaguar's game.
That's actually a big game, you know, in terms of standings.
So I think I got to go with that one.
All right, here's your stat of the game for Cleveland at the Jets.
Let's look at the games where Brees Hall's been good to great.
Pittsburgh, Miami, amazing matchup, Dallas, amazing matchup, and that is it.
Oh, no, Cincinnati, too.
Sorry, he was great even without the touchdown pass.
So Pittsburgh, and then three amazing matchups, Miami, Dallas, and Cincinnati.
Bad games, Buffalo, Tampa Bay, Denver, Carolina.
Three of those four really good run defense, Carolina has been kind of good lately.
My point is, Breece Hall has been very matchup dependent.
Well, Cleveland has one of the best run defenses in football.
They are second best against the position.
They allow the fewest receiving yards per game to running backs.
Anybody nervous about Breece Hall?
Excited, Stuart.
Yeah, I mean, so excited.
Man, if I could have Breece Hall on some of my teams.
So is he ahead of Travis E.N?
Yep.
Yeah.
Derek Henry or Breeze Hall?
Henry.
Yeah.
James Cook out.
Would you start Ray Davis or Breece Hall?
Great question.
Probably still Hall, but that's close.
Now, you see where I'm going, though, right?
It's got to be, on the back of your mind, it's got to be like, oh, this could be a bad one for Brise Hall.
And he's, like, you don't want to obviously factor in, like, what a player's psyche is.
he wanted to get traded he saw two of his teammates get traded and you know not that if it
wasn't obvious they're in a rebuild mode to begin with now they just got rid of you know two quote
unquote stars Jamie has I'm sorry Jamie has uh judkins has rb nine he if you have judkins rb
16 you like him but not not quite as much yeah I'll probably move him up just a little bit now
that he's not on the injury report okay so we're going to start the running backs in this game
he's my favorite player in this game
over Wilson
yeah
he was already my favorite player
in this game over Wilson before I move up
so yes I agree
you guys have
Garrett Wilson ranked
got to spell Wilson properly
14th and 15th
Dave has Garrett Wilson fourth
so it's weird I mean this game kind of stinks
but there actually are some must start players in it
and then we get to
I can't imagine we're going to start a Cleveland wide receiver
although I will point out
Cedric Tillman
was not that bad
he's always better than Jerry Judy
in terms of fantasy points
but
we have not seen
Tillman
without Flacco
last year we did
but this year
forget about last year
nothing matter
yeah
well last year he was
I'm sorry
we don't have time
last year he was great
with James
Mason
I'm not
I'm not saying to start him, no, believe me.
Mason Taylor, you guys don't really like him that much.
Low end, no, number two, tight end.
So, yeah, let's talk about Harold Fanon and David Najoku, Heath.
Gush.
I think you should start Harold Fanon, and I don't really want to start David Najoku.
I would expect Fanon to be somewhere in that tight-in six-ish range.
Nojoku might score a touchdown.
Maybe he's healthy, and now we have to flip the script again.
but I just can't imagine after the buy
seasons over
like let's see the young guys
more
but they both play a lot right
I mean yeah so
I think both are in play as starters
I think
to be honest with you
Fanon has only had one
standout game with Dylan Gabriel
and David Najoku healthy
and that was his most recent one
because remember against Pittsburgh
Najoku left in the fourth quarter
and then Fanon had half of his production
after that.
So where do you have Fanon Heath?
Six.
Oh, aggressive.
And Jamie, you have him seventh.
Well, I didn't forget to Sadger Tollons him back.
He's been pretty good this year.
It's just that he's on Cleveland, you know?
By the way, he's currently fourth on the rankings page.
You move him down to sixth.
Okay.
He's going to be in that four to six range.
I'm starting Harold Fanon.
Guys, are you starting Fanon over Kittal?
Yes.
Yeah.
Can Cater, Fanon?
Fanon.
Kincaid.
I'm going to go Fanon.
Njoku or Schultz?
Shultz.
Nijoku or Loveland.
Lovelland.
Nogoku or Musgrave.
Nogu.
Which DSTD like better?
Browns are number one for me this week.
Yeah, Browns.
Jets are top eight for you guys, too.
Cleveland allows the most fantasy points to DSTs.
Jets just lost their two.
best defensive players though uh justin fields if he starts start or sit that's it's it's it okay
all right that's it for the show not so bad we'll talk to you guys it wait till wait till hey who are
your top three priorities on the waiver wire on tuesday oh cedric tilman's one and we're
going to drop harold fanon i'll wear your star trek shirt
For a week, straight.
If we say Cedric Tillman's the number one player to add next.
Dude, that Star Trek shirt barely fits me.
It's going to be like a hat for you.
It's so small now.
All right.
Thanks, everybody.
We will talk to you tomorrow with the NFC home games.
Enjoy Thursday night football.
And we'll see you late.
Bye.
