This is fantasy football today from CBS Sports.
What a play!
Can you believe this?
It's a no idea.
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Off to the races and he stays on his feet.
It's just going to go the distance.
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
Happy Friday, everybody, and welcome to fantasy football today presented by BetMGM.
Make it legendary.
We've got six games to talk about today.
Cincinnati's at Green Bay
San Francisco's at Tampa Bay
That should be a good one
Chicago's at Washington
Dallas at Carolina
Bonanza
New England's at New Orleans
Not a Bonanza
And Buffalo is at Atlanta
And the Giants
They won
That was cool
Email of the day is from Mike T
in Colorado
You wish if you had a choice
To go to the Yankees game
Or the Giants game
I joked to my friend
who I went to the Yankees game with,
we should have gone to the Giants game.
But if I had gone to the Giants game,
they definitely would have lost.
I haven't seen the Giants win a game in person
since the 90s in Miami.
But anyway, yeah, I haven't been to that many Giants games
because, you know, I can't go to football games, really.
But I think I've been to four or five in New York
and they've lost all of them.
Wow.
This email for...
Congratulations.
Thank you.
Mike T. in Colorado.
He says, here come the Giants, Keith.
and he said, I'm as big a fan of Heath as anyone with his witty humor and clever trolling,
but he's got to eat some crow after tonight.
He said the Giants would lose 31-0.
He should have to wear Giants gear for a week.
All right, I agree.
Let's propose it to him.
But guys, give me your thoughts on Giants 34, Eagles 27.
Jamie, fantasy takeaways.
Jackson Dart is going to be fun for hopefully several years to come.
And this was with a receiving corps that obviously.
is very barren right now, so he's got to stay healthy.
The hits are a little bit too much, but, I mean, the rushing is fantastic.
I love the stat.
I'm sure you guys saw it, you know, third quarterback in his first three starts to run for 50
or more yards to start his career.
I mean, it's pretty awesome.
And the other two guys, one was on the field with him, and the other one's Lamar Jackson.
So a pretty good company from a fantasy perspective.
Camp Scadaboo, love what he's doing now.
I think you've got to trade him in Dynasty if you can just because, like, there's
injuries to come with the way that he runs.
It's just scary.
So maximize the value if you can
But he's clearly the guy
You know, we don't worry about Tyrone Tracy
And Wanda Robinson is going to be good
For the short term
If Darius Slaten is out
But I think for the Eagles
Look, you got
You got for the most part good numbers
From Hertz fantasy wise
And you know
AJ Brown's a touchdown away from being
You know having a big night
And Dalscar I mean look
When he's healthy right now
He's a must-star tenant
We have a Barclay problem, you know, and it was, I didn't know how it was going to be an issue during the season.
You know, I know Dave and I kind of shared the same sentiment about him being a quote-unquote bust.
We still were drafting him, you know, in the first round.
But I'll just go back to the stat I kept referencing time and time again, and it was what the drop-off is from the 2000-yard season.
And so it wasn't health so much as these guys just struggled the following year.
All the work, all the stuff that happens that goes into, especially from a Super Bowl run.
And so you have an offensive line that's struggling and injured.
You have a guy that's just not performing to the same level.
And I don't think it's all on him.
So it's not necessarily just a Sequin Barclay problem personally.
But there's issues right now that I think you're still starting Barclay,
but we're not going to get the Barclay production that we were hoping for.
I thought he was going to have a monster game last night.
He got off to a great start.
It looked like it was going to run through the Giants defense and then just couldn't do anything
and they went away from too much.
Only thing I can follow up with is, and maybe we didn't talk about this.
We didn't talk about this at all when we made the case against Sequin Barkley.
But not only is it a problem for the running back to repeat, but the offensive line too.
Like those guys have to have their act together and play as well as they did cohesively
for 17 games the year after that.
And the thing that I noticed yesterday, Jordan Maelotta gave up a lot of pressure on those runs.
I don't know who number 56 is on the Eagles.
I didn't look it up.
I just wrote the name down when I was watching the film this morning.
He gave up a couple of plays.
The offensive line needs to be good, too.
And I think that we kind of took that for granted with the Eagles.
They were down to starters in the game to begin with.
And now you just have to wonder, when is this offensive line?
Is this offensive line going ever get to the point where they were last year?
And it's not to say that Saquan is perfect, because I thought there were a couple of times.
Even when he had space, that explosiveness that we saw last year just wasn't quite there.
But I agree.
I think there's a Saquan problem.
The problem is now everybody's seen it.
So if you've got Saquan and you panic trade them, you're not going to get nearly as much as you think for them.
If you recall Dave on the CBS Sports Network show yesterday, we had that.
question.
Saquan Barkley for Jamar Chase.
Yes.
You know, there was that trade question.
I think the, if you're looking at it, like, you could probably trade struggling
receiver for struggling running back, you know, for teams.
Yeah, I was a surplus of both and somebody looking to buy low on what still could
be a good stretch run for Berkeley.
I mean, he's still going to be a, I'm going to say optimistically, I don't know,
this is optimistically, just maybe obvious, cap, obvious, but still a top 10 running
back for the most i don't think he's going to fall off that far yeah am i wrong i don't think so
can i throw something out here but i think anybody that tries to trade for sequoan is going to try and
get him for lower than that i mean would you trade scataboo for for saquan
straight up hell no you'd rather have scataboo no i'd rather have sayquan okay don't don't
don't don't mock that though because i bet a lot of people today would rather have scatabu than
Zayquan.
Well, because it's recency bias and everybody is living in the moment.
But to that point, though, to that point, though, that's the type of trade you're making
if you're trying to get Barkley.
You're trying to turn whoever is the flavor of the month, flavor of the week,
hottest player right now into, you know, hopefully something that could be somewhat good.
And so, you know, Gamer Eric says he's rather a scatibou right now.
What would you have said a week ago after he struggled against the Saints?
Right.
Well, he's didn't, yeah, he's had a ton of touches in that game, though.
He's getting so much work.
And Barclay, all right, so let me throw this out of you, right?
Barclay's had 18 carries in his last two games, and they're 0-and-2.
First four games, he had 18 or more carries in every game, and they went 4-0.
What happened last year when they got off to a two-and-two start, I believe?
They go into their buy, and they say, we're done, we're just going to run the ball.
We're going to be the most run-heavy team in football.
literally the lowest pass rate
in the NFL from that point on
and they didn't lose a single game
that Jalen Hurd started
and they won the Super Bowl.
They get off to a 4-0 start
their wide receivers are complaining
you know I would say
somewhat selfishly
and they get away from their identity
they run for 31 yards
on the first two plays of the game
with Saquan Barclay
and then all of a sudden they get super pass heavy
that's great for fantasy
but it didn't exactly work out
for the Eagles against
by the way, one of the worst run defenses in football,
I'm not surprised if they get back to their identity.
Now, Dickerson.
Yeah, exactly.
I was about to say they're going to do exactly that,
but it's against Minnesota next week.
And without Dickerson, probably.
That's a big deal.
By the way, when I said they're down two starters,
they're down two starters from their offensive line last year.
Steen began the year as the starting right guard.
Oh, yeah.
That's who number 56 was.
Also, and you mentioned it in the second half,
Sequin had four carries.
And as soon as they were down by more than one score in the second half,
half. They basically went into full pass mode. It was an 83% pass rate. It's not who they are.
You're right. No, it's not. And I bet they overreact. And next week, you see a ton of carries for
Sequin. A couple things. So they did get, I mentioned going into the game, they were one of the
slowest teams in football. They had the second lowest time remaining on the play clock to snap the
ball. They changed that this week. And it wasn't just during the comeback effort. They averaged
over 10, they went into the game averaging seven seconds left on the play clock when they snapped it.
It was over 10 seconds, even in the first quarter in this game.
So I do think they wanted to play with more tempo, which is good.
I don't, I'm not satisfied, though, with the Jalen Hertz performance.
I mean, he's popped once, you know.
But again, like two weeks in a row, he's missed on a deep ball.
Last week, I think it was on A.J. Brown for stopping.
This week, he should have had about a 95-yard touchdown to Devante Smith.
They just got a hit on these plays.
But the explosive plays are way down.
A.J. Brown, explosive play rate last year was.
29% this year it's 11%.
That's what's missing there.
Do you know who he's connected with the most on throws of 20 plus air yards this year?
That's got it.
That's the one.
Goddard.
No, it's Goddard.
I don't know.
Sorry, Jamie, you call them a must start, but I would just say that he's got back-to-back games with nine or more targets.
And I went through his game log, Dallas Goddard.
We can finish with this.
We got to move on.
I went through his game log.
Like, you do see two games in a row here and there with eight, nine targets, something
like that.
you pretty much never see three in a row.
So, you know.
Okay, but we're still talking about a player that's been productive,
either touchdown related or heavily involved.
And I also think part of this, look, their defense is not as good.
And so tell me about it.
They're going to potentially be in some situations where they have to throw.
Well, their defense would be a lot better.
They had Jalen Carter out and Quinion Mitchell left in the first quarter.
They were missing two key guys last thing.
But they're a totally different defense.
We've seen it twice.
Secondary is not as good.
I think the one thing, just to keep in mind with Goddard,
sorry to get off the tangent.
The thing with Goddard is that I know it feels like this position is great, right?
We got the Theo Johnson here, and we got a Jake Tongis there,
and, you know, Kittles coming back, and, you know,
you could sort of spin in however you want to.
Like, the guy's been productive.
Yeah, he's been productive.
He also.
If I have Dallas, Goddard, I'm thrilled right now.
He's the one that Hertz is connecting with the best.
Like, they've got the best chemistry.
right now. Because he's not complaining in the Eagles passing game. Yeah. All right.
And by the way, just how big of a deal is Jalen Carter? Eagles are giving up five yards per carry without him, 3.8 yards per carry with them. Yeah, it's a huge deal. All right. So the Giants get their big win. And I think I said the score wrong. I said 3427. It was 34. Sorry about that. So hopefully it was quite honestly, potentially a franchise changing game for them.
but we'll see.
They've got to go back it up next week
against the Denver Broncos.
That'll be easy.
Sunday morning.
Is it the Broncos and the Vikings?
What did I say?
No, the Eagles have the Vikings.
The Giants have the Vikings.
Oh, okay.
My guess.
Sunday morning, 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
And then noon to 1, YouTube.com slash fantasy football today.
You can also watch CBS Sports HQ from noon to 1.
There's plenty of fantasy coverage there.
News and notes.
Lamar Jackson not expected to play.
Tuatunga by Loa did practice in full.
That's good.
Not expecting Brock Purdy.
Mack Jones has oblique and knee injuries.
Remember, he got dinged that he re-injured or aggravated his injury in the game last week on Thursday night.
So he's not fully healthy.
They expect him to play, it seems, at this point.
But you just want to keep that in mind if you're planning to start him at Tampa Bay.
It could be a great game, but he is going to play injured, Mac Jones.
Joe Flacco is going to start, we know.
And Kyler Murray, you miss practice again.
We've got to take this seriously.
If he's out, would you consider sitting Tramick,
Bride and what about
And what about Marvin Harrison?
Over the track record
of Brissette's career, tight ends have gotten a ton
of targets from him.
I would be encouraged by McBride.
I would be encouraged to start McBride.
Okay. Harrison, would he be in your top
24 if Preset were starting?
I don't know if it's a bad thing, to be honest with you.
Oh, that's interesting just because you think that
Brisset can be, can make just quicker
decisions maybe. Yep.
Maybe just target him more.
running back chuba hubbard mispractice so where you think it'll be riko dowdell kyle monongai mispractice
chris rodriguez missed practice he had almost no role last week but it was all you know for
for monongai and rodriguez was their first practice of the weeks they have monday night games
uh alvin camara was limited we expect him jalen warren we expect tyler bidet practice in full
miles sanders mispractice all right chris godwin's missed two in a row really didn't look good in week five
He's got this leg injury now.
So even if he plays, I don't think we're going to recommend starting him, but he may not play.
And that would, I guess, open up some sleepers.
We can talk about that when we get to that game shortly.
Terry McLaurin was at practice, but he did not actually practice.
And Debo, I'm sorry, I think Debo did miss practice, right?
Yeah, but he should be fine.
C.D. Laman, Kavante Turpin, mispractice again.
Ricky Pearsall not expected to play, although he hasn't ruled himself out.
Joanne Jennings was limited in practice,
so Jennings got a limited session in.
Jalen Coker practiced in full.
You know what happened the last time Jalen Coker played Dallas?
He had an 83-yard touchdown.
A huge play.
Cameron, oh, I mentioned that yesterday, forget that.
Darnow Mooney missed practice.
He didn't practice first practice of the week for the Falcons.
They get Buffalo on Monday.
Christian Watson could play this week.
I don't think we're expecting that just yet.
Colston Loveland.
was limited. So he got into practice session. That was
good. Gertavian Sanders practice, I think, in full.
No Brock Bowers again.
And the Saints are saying that Foster Morrow and Taysam Hill
should see an increase in their roles
as time goes by, maybe as early as this week.
Cool, cool, cool. That's just great for Alvin Camara and Jawan Johnson.
I think Hill had, what, six carries last week?
Something like that. So that's another thing
against Camara, another strike.
Dallas getting healthier on the offensive line.
Green Bay.
Green Bay has the fourth worst pressure rate allowed in the NFL.
And they could be getting two guards back this week.
And Ronnie Stanley, hopefully, back for the Ravens this week.
And on defense, maybe won't have Jalen Ramsey for Pittsburgh,
but they should be getting Joey Porter back,
plus the edge rusher Alonzo Highsmith.
Alex Highsmith has been, I think, limited this week.
Looks like Matt Milano may not play this week for Buffalo.
Kyle Hamilton's been limited.
AJ Terrell was limited coming out of their buy.
So that's a good sign for the Falcons.
They've been pretty good against wide receivers when he's played.
Green Bay kicker Brandon McManus has a quad injury.
And Cleveland, the Cleveland Browns,
are the second team in NFL history to play a London game.
And then the next week, play a team that's coming off a buy.
So they're going to be playing the Steelers coming off a buy.
Last week, Cleveland was in London.
The NFL tries very hard not to have teams play.
play an international game and then face a team coming off a bye.
This is only the second time it has happened.
What, wah, all right, let's take a break.
One question for each game when we come back on FFT.
I have to tell you about this game-changing product I use before a night out with drinks.
It's called pre-alcohol.

Paramount Wolf.

Streaming on Paramount Plus.
Cue the music.
Like NCIS, Tony and Ziva.
We'd like to make up our own rules.
Tulsa King.
We want to take out the country.
The substance.
This balance is not working.
And the naked gun.
That was awesome.
Now that's a mountain of entertainment.
Perama.
Whoops.
Cincinnati is at Green Bay, and the Bengals have a new quarterback.
And how many must-start wide receivers do we have in this game, Cincinnati at Green Bay?
Two.
Jamie says one.
Dave says two, so it's Jemar Chase, and Dave, who's the other?
I still think T. Higgins is worth a shot.
And if it's a three receiver league, then Romeo Dobbs is worth a shot.
Okay, so you say T. Higgins.
Jamie, you don't have T. Higgins as a must start.
No, I don't think at this point he should be considered a must start.
I mean, if you're starting him, that's certainly fine.
I'm going to see right now what his start percentage is, just out of curiosity.
His start percentage on Thursday, so lineups for the most part have been said is 44%.
I think that's kind of accurate, you know, so.
So when I think must start, I think top 20-ish caliber player, and I don't think he's a top, as a position,
I don't think he belongs in that category.
And when I'm just a little bit behind that, I think I'm 24th in my rankings.
So low end number two receiver for sure.
I know from just earlier this week when we discussed that, I forget what show, Heath and Sportsline,
I'm not as low as this.
I'm in between Dave and this.
Heath and Sportsline happen as the 46th receiver for the week.
This is T. Higgins we're talking about here.
Okay.
Let's go to San Francisco at Tampa Bay.
Would you start any?
I think if you're starting T. Higgins, you're hoping for one big play.
Yes.
His target volume is not going to be there.
So far.
So far the, well, yeah, I mean, that's the thing.
Flacco throws 40 times almost every single time he plays a game.
And how many times was a Browning throwing?
That's a good question.
It's a slight upgrade.
quarterback. Oh, I agree. A huge upgrade. It's a slight upgrade, better ball placement from Flacco.
And I think Flacco is a little less pressure sensitive than Jake Browning was. So I think it's,
I think it's a small win for both receivers. I think they'll be trailing in the game or at least
be competitive in the game. I don't think the Bengals are going to play with a lead. They're not
going to have a game like the Browns had, like Flacco had against Green Bay the first time he played
them. I'm thinking Flacco gives both of those receivers a chance to put up some good numbers.
Okay, first of all, we won't talk about T. Higgins when we talk about this game because we're going pretty deep here.
But the Packers have allowed the fewest completions of 20 or more air yards, so fewest deep ball completions.
Now, they've had a buy, but still, they've been very good at eliminating the deep ball.
Even if you think about they gave up three at Dallas.
One of them was a great catch by George Pickens.
One of them was that prayer to Jalen Tolbert.
And two of them came in overtime.
They're probably a little gassed.
So they've been very good at eliminating the deep ball.
But I'm glad you asked that question, Jay.
I guess.
What's that?
They had gas.
Yeah, they are very gassy.
Jay Browning, in the last three games that he started, Browning through 27, 25, and 40 passes.
And the only decent game was the one for Higgins was the one that he threw 40.
But 27 and 25 passes in two games at Minnesota and at Denver, very low for a Bengals offense for sure.
All right.
Let's see.
One question for each game.
go into San Francisco at Tampa Bay.
Start any 49ers other than Christian McCaffrey?
Yes.
Jake Tongus.
And Kendrick Bourne.
How do you feel about Bourne with if Joanne Jennings is back?
It would certainly change the opportunities that he has.
So I would not be as excited about him.
But then I would be excited about Joanne Jennings playing.
It's true.
Would they both be number three receivers or would you pick one to be a wide receiver?
They would both be number three receivers just because I think they're,
there'd be some splitting of what Bourne's targets were last week and, you know, spreading the ball around a little bit.
I'd be less excited about Tongus, too.
Me too.
Yep.
Yeah.
It's a pretty big deal if Juan Jennings is able to play as it relates to the other players on the team.
Chicago at Washington, DeAndre Swift or Jacori Kroski Merritt?
Bill.
It's kind of an easy one, right?
The matchups are so different.
Swift has a very tough run defense.
Kroski Merritt, you know, he's facing a tough run defense.
Crossky Merritt.
one of the worst run defenses, and he leads the NFL in yards per carry.
It leads all running backs anyway.
It's been awesome, and bears won't have Grady Jarrett again.
And Dallas is at Carolina.
Start or sit, Bryce Young.
Every quarterback that has faced the Cowboys has finished top 12.
Three of five have finished top four for the week.
Starters at Bryce Young.
Desperation start.
I have one league where Kyler was my starter.
I'm pivoting to Bryce Young this week, whether Kyler plays or not.
Um, it's, you know, it's a hope at this point.
You know, he had a good matchup last week and only got you 15 fantasy points.
So I do think that there's the potential based on how the Cowboys offense has looked
that we get a high scoring game here and that Bryce Young has to throw.
Okay.
How about New England at New Orleans?
Start any Saints?
Alave and PPR.
So I think that's similar to the T.
Similar to the T. Higgins comment, he's not a must-start player.
Yeah, so would you rather start Olave or the number one receiver for the 49ers?
Alave.
I would start Bourne if there's no Jennings, and I would start Alave if Jennings plays.
Okay.
Buffalo at Atlanta, these two teams are one and two against tight ends.
So are you concerned about either Dalton Kincaid?
or Kyle Pitts in this game.
I'd be concerned about Kincaid
because he showed up to practice on Thursday
wearing a non-contact jersey.
So I'd like to know a little bit more
about what's going on with him
and could that limit him in the game.
And Jamie especially has talked about this all week.
Kyle Pitts, if there's no Darnell Mooney,
he's a go.
If there is Darnell Mooney,
you could still start Pitts,
but you'd have to lower expectations.
Yeah, I mean,
what Kincaid is doing is really interesting.
He has a very high AD, and yet he has about an 83, 84% catch rate.
So he's catching a ton of passes.
You know what?
I'm just going to go ahead and give you the stat of the game for that game because I think it's so cool.
So what would you say if your tight end got you 7.7 PPR fantasy points, just as a floor.
Every week, at least 7.7.
The Kyle Pitts Mendoza line.
Yeah, it's not bad, right?
Like, you settle for that.
Yeah, I mean, you kind of want a little bit higher than that as a floor.
I think if you walked into the week saying that's what I'm definitely getting
with the chance for more, I'd be okay with it if I don't have a stud.
Yeah, it's not so bad, right.
So Pitts has scored that.
That's got to be better.
I'm just throwing a name out there, and I don't know this to be factual, but it's probably
better than Leporta.
That's exactly what I was going to say.
Yeah, I think it is.
But Pitts, 7.7 or more fantasy points in every game.
Kincade, if Kincaid had not scored a single touchdown all season,
He would have scored 7.7 or more fantasy points in four of five games.
I just thought that was, he hasn't been that touchdown dependent because he catches four to five passes in four of five games.
He's just had the one game with the only catch being a touchdown.
Laporte is averaging almost 11 ppr points per game, but he's coming off of a game where he had over 20.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, anyway, just something that keep in mind here, it's hard to get Kincaid out of your lineup.
Pitts has been good, but Buffalo has been so good against tight ends.
Atlanta hasn't really been tested.
but Buffalo is a legit, super tough matchup.
I think in the case of Pitts,
there are two things potentially working in his favor.
One is Mooney not practicing coming off a by,
and two, you alluded to this,
if Milano's out to, you know,
so if Milano does not play.
I don't think that happens, honestly.
Well, I think both things matter.
Oh, the Mooney thing for sure,
because I was watching,
I was watching how they covered Hunter Henry,
and I mean, I could count on one hand,
I think the amount of times I saw Milano on Henry.
I could be wrong about that,
but it was usually like safeties or just zone defense.
So I don't think that matters.
He used to be incredible at covering tight ends,
but I really don't know that's the case anymore.
But the Mooney thing for sure.
Anyway, yeah, like do you have pits in your top 10 this week?
I do not.
And he'll move up probably to like 11 at best if Mooney does not.
But right now he's 13.

Couldn't have been the Hunter Henry snaps I was watching, because I think Milano left that
game early. So sorry, I screwed that up. I don't remember who it was. But anyway, Cincinnati's at
Green Bay. All right, Joe Flacco, we're not going to start Joe Flacco, but we're hoping for better
results here. Are we going to start Chase Brown, who has two carries longer than 13 yards in his last
nine games and does not have a catch longer than 13 yards in his last eight games? Are we starting
Chase Brown this week.
You're a little desperate at running back, I would say so.
He's not a top 24 guy for me, but someone who you might be able to squeeze double-digit
PPR points out of, sure.
I think in the case of PPR leagues, he's going to benefit with Flacko because I think
Flacco will do something similar to what Jake Brownie did last week.
We just get him the ball quite a bit.
We saw Flacco do that with the Browns at the start of the season.
So that's the hope.
the negative is this team still can't run the ball very well.
I don't think they'll run the ball very well against the Packers.
Packers run defense is awesome.
Their defense as a whole should be able to make things tough on the Packers.
So Brown's workload is still going to be a plus for him.
And again, hopefully he's working in the passing game.
But are we getting anything more than maybe 11 PPR points?
Right, because the other thing about the Packers, not only are they great against the run,
they are great against running back receptions in terms of yards per catch.
Jamir Gibbs had 10 catches against them, but for 31 yards.
Javante Williams had three catches for 15 yards.
Jerome Ford, four catches for 10 yards.
That was with Flacco.
So you might get some catches.
You may not get many yards.
Michael Carter, Chase Brown.
Carter for me.
Carter.
All right.
Chase Brown or T. Higgins.
I go Chase Brown.
No hesitation to start Jamar Chase this week.
None.
None.
Okay.
We're not starting a Cincinnati tight end.
How do we feel about Jordan Love this week?
Jamie, start or sit?
He's a start.
You know, again, just go back to the comment yesterday about Matthew Stafford, right?
Sometimes you just don't overthink it.
Bengals defense is bad.
Love last time we saw him, I know it was an overtime game and score mattered there.
So he had a good fantasy game.
But he's been good in two of four games so far the season from a fantasy perspective.
I think it's just you take advantage of the Bengals matchup to start him this week.
25 or more fantasy points
to three of the past
past four quarterbacks
that the Bengals have faced.
Yeah, and I'm very encouraged
that Love has had such a good year.
I think he's fourth in yards per attempt
despite the offensive line
not really doing that well
and hopefully they're getting healthier this week.
But while you both have Jordan Love
as a start, let's get a little bit further into this
because Dave, you have him fifth
and Jamie has him 10th and Heath has him fifth.
So Dave, you've got him over Jalen Hertz.
And just one spot ahead of Stafford, ahead of Herbert, ahead of Drake May, ahead of Jaden Daniels.
And that would be the difference there.
Jamie has him behind Daniels, Hertz, and May.
Oh, sorry, I meant May and Stafford.
So, yeah, very bullish on Jordan Love this week.
Cincinnati.
Yeah, well said.
Thank you.
Jamie, anything to add?
I mean, just the only concern would be is, you know, this is a Josh Jacobs game, too.
this is a Josh Jacobs game
we hope it's in everyone game
so start Josh Jacobs for sure
and all right
who's your favorite
Packers wide receiver
and Dave how much do you like that guy
Romeo Romeo
Romeo you are a number three
wide receiver this week
I'd start Dobbs over Higgins
they're close
how about Golden
anyone want to start Golden
he's closer to Dobbs than Higgins is for me they're both number three receivers I have to change that for golden if Watson's back because Watson could take a couple of those downfield targets away okay um looking for some chat questions here we've got some would you start Kamani of idel or chase brown
Chase Brown
Golden or
Keon Coleman
Golden
Golden over Coleman
May have answered this earlier
but T. Higgins
or Kendrick Bourne
half PPR?
Born if Jennings is out.
Okay.
Yeah, I might be okay
with that.
I have Higgins higher
as of now.
Chase Brown or Traveon Henderson?
Brown.
Chase Brown.
Xavier Worthy or Romeo Dobbs?
Worthy.
Swimming is healthy.
All right, you can start Tucker Kraft, very disappointed in his target per out run rate.
It was so high the first week or two, and now it's down to 19%.
The magic number for most tight ends to be really impactful is about a 23% target per outrun rate.
But we're going to start him because the Bengals, first of all, he's very good.
And the Bengals are horrible against tight ends.
He's my second favorite past Katrin's game.
Behind Chase?
Okay. You think he'll score more fantasy points than Romeo Dobbs and T. Higgins?
Yes. I mean, again, the same thing I said about LaPorter last week.
Like, this is the get-right game for anybody.
Okay, Packers, defense coming off a terrible game at Dallas,
but this will be, we think, a get-right game.
They are number one for all three of our analysts,
or at least they were yesterday.
Start the Packers' DST.
We move on to San Francisco at Tampa Bay.
We can talk about this maybe from more of a long-term view,
but here's your stat of the game.
Christian McCaffrey has gone.
nine straight games without a 20-yard run.
Should we be concerned about him
and how the receptions are really the thing
making him super elite?
I mean, I guess you could have some concerns
just because the lack of rushing production
is not something you want to see
and have him being...
Look, he's clearly one of the best pass-catching running backs,
maybe in NFL history, and of our generation,
and still today,
The concern, I think it's kind of like a positive and negative.
I think when Kittle comes back, that changes their run blocking in such a dramatic way.
He's such a force at that position for what they do.
So that I think will help him run the ball a little bit more, the team run the ball a little bit more.
But also he's probably going to lose some receptions.
So we'll see what happens there.
But look, you are thrilled with what McCaffrey is giving you right now in PPR.
It's non-PPR that you like to see a little bit more.
But, you know, the fact that he doesn't have 20-yard runs doesn't really bother me.
Christian McCaffrey is the single-season record holder for receptions by a running back with 116.
He is on pace for 133 catches this year.
All right.
To this game, though, and the starts and the sits, we're going to start McCaffrey.
I think we've really spoken enough about the wide receivers, but we can just kind of go through where you have
them ranked in a moment, but how do you feel about Mac Jones? He has coming off.
He has scored 26 or more fantasy points in six points and six points per pass and touchdown
leagues in two of three games. He is, I think, number one or number three in yards per game?
Purdy is the other. One of them is number one, one of them is number three. They throw so much.
So what to prevent him, Dave? Why isn't Mac Jones higher? The guy's throwing 40 times a game.
Teams throw against Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay is 26 against quarterbacks.
come on he's already pretty high i've got him 14th i think he's a borderline starter a little
worried about his health and whether or not he'll be able to finish the game he practically
needed help getting off the field last thursday so hopefully he does that hopefully the
offensive line protects him it is a good matchup for him and it's it's even a little bit better
if juan jennings plays that's just another good option for him to connect with i think he's okay
I don't think he's, he could be amazing, but I would bet against it.
Okay, everyone's got Mac Jones about 14th or 15th in the rankings.
And just where as of right now, you're not ranking Joanne Jennings, right?
Correct.
Let's see what happens on the practice report on Friday.
And Kendrick Bourne is 29th for Dave, 34th for Heath, and Jamie's the high guy, 21st.
Talk about that.
21st right now for Kendrick Bourne and Marcus Robinson is I think kind of a sleeper because
he had seven targets last week. It's obviously only if Jennings doesn't play. But we'll just call
him a sleeper for now. But yeah, Kendrick Bourne's coming off the best game of his career and you
have him in the top 24, Jamie. I mean, it's just looking at what this receiving court is right now,
the game that he just had in the matchup that he has. So, you know, if we're expecting the typical
pass volume for the 49ers quarterback and as you said, first and third in past attempts, it's a great
for a guy that they have history together.
They were with each other in New England,
and that rapport carried over to their first,
I believe, first start together without anybody else on the field
from a receiver standpoint,
because in the New Orleans game, Pearsall was definitely healthy.
I think Jennings was also.
It's just a great opportunity.
So, yes, DeMarx Robinson could benefit.
Obviously, Tongass and McAfre are going to get their chances
based on what we saw last week.
But if we're talking, you know, anywhere close
or over 40 pass attempts,
Kendrick Borench probably getting 8 plus targets
and 8 plus targets against the Bucks,
based on what we saw last week,
should put him in a pretty good spot.
Okay, the Bucks, though,
are getting a little healthier.
Jamel Dean was a full participant in practice.
Safety Christian Izzyen has been limited this week.
So it is something to keep it.
The time of column hasn't practiced yet, though,
and he's been a good corner for them.
That is true.
That is correct.
Jake Tongus or Kyle Pitts.
I'll take Tongass if Mooney plays.
I'll take Pitts if Mooney is out.
Yeah, I'm with that.
I agree.
Jake Tongus or Mason Taylor against the Broncos.
Taylor.
Taylor.
I'll take Tongus in non-PPR.
Jake Tongus or Darren Waller against the Chargers.
Waller.
Michael Mayer against Tennessee or Tongus.
Tongus.
Tongus.
But pick up mayor.
It sounds like Bowers is week to week.
Okay.
On the other side, Baker Mayfield is incredible.
You should start him.
He has scored 19.7 or more fantasy points in 11 straight games going back to last year.
So he's got a very high floor.
And Rashad White.
All right.
Is Rashad White or Rico Dowdell?
Who's the best replacement running back this week?
I have Dowdle one spot ahead.
I do too.
That's funny.
Yeah, Rashad White, though, is someone that we should be starting.
Rashad White or Jacori Kroski Merritt?
I'll take Bill.
Not much to say, I mean, it's just, obviously he's not going to be as effective.
Well, I shouldn't say that because Bucky Irving wasn't a very effective runner this year so far.
But he's just so involved, 18 touches last week, two touchdowns for Rashad White.
Is there anything that worries you or is this just a slam dunk?
I mean, it's not a slam dunk.
You know, he's still got to give the 49ers defense some credit.
But three of the last four running backs have been 18 or more PPR points against
this team. His role in the passing game is clearly solidified four catches last week.
Kairn Williams just went for six catches against his defense. The expected score is one of the
highest overrunners for the week. So with the way that I think this game will go, you want pieces
of these offenses and Rashad White, the lead running back for Tampa Bay right now. So he's the start
of the week, but he's, you know, 15th. So it's a little bit cautious, but solid number two running
back. All right, Dave, let's say Juan Jennings is out and Chris Godwin is out.
Who's a better sleeper?
Sterling Shepard or DeMarcus Robinson?
I'll take Shepard.
Okay.
And don't ask us if we should start
A Mecca Buka, because you should.
And if Godwin plays,
is he going to crack your top 36?
No.
No.
Okay.
We got to see if,
I think we have to see it first.
He's scored 5.6 fantasy points.
He's had three catches for 26 yards
in both of his games.
one of those on 10 targets, one of those on four targets.
Thomas Granado had a very funny comment if you could find it.
Okay.
I will look for it, Thomas.
I don't get it.
This is Jacket?
I don't get that at all.
All right, that's it.
Sit the DSDs.
We're going to take a break when we come back.
The bears are at the commanders.

Oh, sorry. The music stopped. Sorry, it was head-banging there.
To Metallica. Dave, what's your favorite Metallica song?
The one we just heard.
Is it really? Fuel?
Yes, I love it. Fuel.
Really?
I never really liked Fuel that much.
And everybody loves Entersand Man, and that one's a great song, too.
But Fuel is the one that can get your day kicked up an extra notch.
I think my favorite Metallica song is Unforgiven, too.
I like the sequel.
All right.
Chicago's in Washington.
This is a fun game because we can compare each position, right?
Who's your favorite quarterback in this game?
Hi.
It's Jay Daniels.
Jay Daniels.
Okay.
Who's your favorite running back in this game?
I know the answer.
It's Corey Kroski Merritt.
Bill.
Who's your favorite wide receiver in this game?
Oh, Dunez.
No, actually, read.
I'll read.
Debo.
Debo.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's a tough one, right?
I mean, they've both been so good.
Mm-hmm.
Who's your favorite tight end in this game?
Ertz by default, but I think I'd rather roster Loveland.
Yeah, so interesting trends with Loveland.
Dave's been saying pick him up.
We did beat the Waver Wire yesterday.
If you could stash him on a high upside, tight end.
So let's say this over under here is 50, right?
This is a big number.
You know, Jamie, kind of break this game down.
What do you think about this game from a fantasy standpoint?
Chicago at Washington.
I think both quarterbacks are top 10 worthy.
I think both running backs are top 20 worthy.
I think Xavier worthy.
The receivers, you obviously want to start Debo Samuel and Romo Dunezay.
It's really about the other pieces in this game and who's going to step up.
So could this be DJ Moore in a better spot coming off of a buy?
You've heard some things out of Chicago, not just Loveland, but Luther Burden,
about getting the two rookies more involved.
So Burden, if you have a chance to stash either one,
I'd much rather stash Burden than Loveland,
just with the opportunity of what he can become at the receiver spot.
So it's really, I think, must-start quarterbacks,
solid running backs, and two must-start receivers.
I'd love to get some Caleb Williams questions here.
Because Caleb's been, you know, interesting.
I think when you look at his resume this year,
26 fantasy points against Minnesota.
but kind of mixed results.
He had 58 rushing yards and a touchdown rushing in that game.
Wasn't great in that game.
21 points at Detroit.
Okay, 37 points at Dallas.
I think if you take away the Dallas game,
Caleb isn't really having that great of a season.
And I thought he actually played pretty well against Las Vegas,
but just didn't score that many fantasy points,
13.8 fantasy points at Las Vegas.
So I love to get some Caleb Williams questions.
I mean, obviously I can ask some,
but, you know, Caleb or Stafford?
Stafford
Stafford
Okay
Drake May or Caleb Williams
Drake May
Drake May
Drake me
Okay
Dave anything you want to add here
Anyone
um
yeah like
so
yeah go ahead
The reason why I'm a little nervous about
Caleb Williams
Number one
he might be playing without both starting offensive tackles
And we've seen it a bunch this year
That when he's pressured
mistakes come
and I am positive the commanders
will try and take advantage of that.
And it's the game of the week.
Yeah.
Dave's favorite team and the commanders.
It's a Monday night showdown.
It's the game of the week.
Hey.
Okay.
It's got potential to be the game of the week.
I thought you were going to go with Lions Chiefs.
Eh.
Not real creative, though.
This was definitely an Adam spur of the moment.
No.
I've planned one.
I thought about it, you know.
Okay, sorry.
When you think about it, you're going to kill the bit, man.
You've got to be a little bit more creative with how you do it.
Jamie, you've got to help them out because I know you will, you're clever as hell.
So you're the one that can like help make the things.
All right.
You know what?
Challenge accepted.
Challenge accepted, Dave.
Yeah, you're like three weeks accepting the challenge.
All right.
Anyway, the points still stands.
I think you gave me a week on Wednesday last week.
Type down.
Tipe down.
I'm talking about Caleb.
All right.
If the offense of mine is bad, I'd be a little bit leery of Caleb, having a huge game.
Okay.
Someone said, that's a good question.
Caleb Williams or Bo Nix?
I have Williams over Nix, but it's kind of close.
I'll take Williams.
I like both.
I don't mind both.
DeAndre Sotom has a tough matchup.
He hasn't really had a great season so far.
He's averaging 3.3 yards per carry, but he does have three to four catches in every game.
So, would you start D'Andre Swift or, say, Kendrick Bourne or Joanne Jennings?
Let's say Jennings is out.
Would you start Kendrick Bourne or DeAndre Swift?
I would start Swift.
I have Swift higher as of now.
Would you start D'Andre Swift or Zay Flowers?
They're close in my rankings.
I'd start swift.
Swift.
How about Derek?
Eric Henry or Swift?
Swift.
Agreed.
All right.
O'Dunze and Debo, Samuel are must-starts.
Are you throwing any other receivers in your lineup in this game?
We're assuming that McLaren's out.
He hasn't practiced.
DJ Moore is a bi-week replacement.
That's it.
I'd rather start Romeo Dobbs than DJ Moore.
I'd rather start Troy Franklin than DJ more.
yeah just not really trusting no i get it taking the chance i hope i'm wrong i'd love to see him
for everybody who drafted him i'd love to see him more involved coming off the by week and
you know this was the plan all along you know ghetto dunzae going you know burden's been you know
in and out of the lineup at least the early part of the season with injuries um you know
get him going as well but like clearly people invested in dj more and you like to see them
get rewarded to some extent if if there's a
The post-buy bump for Loveland and Burden, I think Moore is the one that pays the biggest
price.
Oh, totally agree.
I'm just being optimistic for the DJ Moore managers.
Okay.
Good some chat questions here.
Caleb Williams or Daniel Jones?
Caleb.
Caleb.
Caleb Williams are Baker-Mafield.
And that's if the tackles are out, too.
Like, I'm ranking them like the tackles are not going to play.
Caleb or Baker Mayfield.
Baker.
Mayfield.
Cole commit or AJ Barner?
Barner.
I find another tight end if you can.
Zach Ertz or Barner?
Barner.
I think I have Ertzair.
Oh, here's a good one.
Only, I think, a debate in PPR, but Swift or Montgomery?
That is a good one.
I'd rather start Swift.
All right.
I think that's going to do it for this game.
We don't have any Bill questions, right?
Oh, gosh.
I kind of skipped him.
I'm sorry.
Yeah.
So where do you have Kroski Merritt in your rankings?
I've got them 13th among running backs, and that's in full PPR.
The bears have allowed six yards per carry to running backs in their past three games
with a league high 15.7 percent explosive rush rate allowed.
They're going to get T.J. Edwards back, I think, and that'll help a little bit.
But they've struggled to stop the run, and they really struggle with fast running backs.
And Bill qualifies, man.
So hopefully that he gets a little more work than we saw last week.
and we see that evolution continue in Washington.
All right.
That's it for this game.
Sit the DSTs.
Speaking of Sit the DSTs,
Dallas is at Carolina.
All right.
I gave you already the meaningless stat of the game,
which is that the last time Jalen Coker played Dallas,
he had an 83-yard touchdown catch.
But the hopefully meaningful stat of the game
is that Tedderall McMillan and Bryce Young
have been so close to connecting on some big plays.
So McMillan, unfortunately,
he has five of their 30 red zone targets.
He has one of Carolina's 12 green zone targets.
He has two of their 12 end zone targets.
It's really bad.
But he gets almost all of their deep balls,
eight of their 14 deep balls.
And here come the Cowboys.
What I said about the Giants.
Here come the Giants.
They give up big plays.
Well, they almost,
I mean, the Giants tried to,
but Hurts missed Devante Smith.
The Cowboys are even worse than that.
The Cowboys give up big plays all the time.
Most completions of 20 or more air yards allowed.
It's first touchdown.
It's coming to thing.
Yeah, it's got to be.
I hope so.
I feel like this is a fairly easy game.
Start DACs.
Dak or Caleb Williams?
Dak.
Why is someone saying this?
Wonder how many times Adam got beaten up at school.
I never got beaten up at school.
Okay, no one got,
no one had a fights in my school.
It's because you were always in the teacher's lounge.
You think I was a teacher's pet?
No.
I just figured that it was the safest place.
No, you're a class clown.
I was closer to class clown than teacher's pet
I did make a teacher cry one time
it was weird it was weird
not proud of it. I was proud of it back then
but I'm not proud of it in retrospect.
It was her fault though
I think that's mailbag material.
It was her fault she was fine
oh today I'm going to have to pay up on the bet
I just I just know it
don't say what it is but it's going to have to happen.
Why not? Why can't I say what it is?
He's listening and he still doesn't know.
you know so anyway stay tuned for the mailbag he might know he might know no i don't think he does
all right uh start javante it's not gonna be as fun as coming off of a giant's win you guys are
gonna be too happy together it was a pretty it was a pretty happy group text last night um yeah start
dac dvante start george pickens any it start jake ferguson jake ferguson 16.8 or more ppr
fantasy points in four straight games.
That is something that Trey McBride and
Brock Bowers did not do one time last
year. He's on a crazy stretch.
Any sleepers in this game?
Like Flores.
Cogar, yeah.
I think if you're, so the thing with
Flournoy is, is it going to be a Flournoy week or a
Tolbert week? And that's the tough part to figure out.
So you would probably lean
toward Flournoy based on what he did a week ago.
But that was also just a situation with
Pickin's not getting his opportunities.
So I wouldn't be chasing that per se.
But in a 14-team league, 16-team league, you know, if you're stuck with bi-weeks or injuries,
it's not a bad dart throw either one.
But again, lean toward Flournoy.
I believe Tolbert played more snaps than Flournoy.
So it seems a little fluky that Florenoi had the game that he had.
That said, if you're desperate, I understand why you would consider him.
And Bryce Young's a sleeper, again, just match up.
Yeah.
The problem with Ryan.
Probably not if Coker plays, right?
yeah i wouldn't trust him i mean he's been terrible who league it oh sorry i'm just trying to make
this pun here and i'm just going to go ahead and make it now the problem with ryan is that he has
no florinoe not bad thank you um dan wouldn't get it um i think in the case of uh desperation
plays uh detavian sanders i mean look he was you know somewhat of a factor before he got hurt
Tramble then had the big game after he got hurt.
But it would only be contingent on Jalen Coker, not playing.
Right. And if Coker plays, where are you going to rank him?
The first game back will be probably right around like 40 to 45 somewhere in that range.
Like, I don't want to go too crazy.
But it does, I mean, look, again, you're talking about 49 and a half as the over, under.
This is a game that should have an opportunity to get loose.
So we know he's been a big part of what Bryce Young's success has been when Bryce Young has been successful.
So it's not a bad opportunity to use him as a three receiver and a flex league.
Okay.
Use him in a three receiver and flex league.
See, I've got some good ones in the chat.
Teddural McMillan or Jalen Waddle.
Waddle, but it's close.
McMillan or Pickens.
Who's the best wide receiver in this game?
Pickens.
Georgie.
Pickens or Flowers?
Oh, that's a good team name.
Pickens.
Good pun.
Yeah.
Pickens.
This is not for this game, but we'll answer it anyway.
Jordan Lover, Jaden Daniels.
Pickin's flowers under the Mooney.
In your Gardner Johnson.
In your gardener, that's great.
Okay.
Yeah, I'd go Daniels.
Lover Daniels.
Jamie's going, Daniels, Dave has Jordan Love.
It's not this game, though.
Yeah, I know.
Coker or Jamo or Kendrick Bourne?
Born.
Born as of now.
Probably born in a Jenny's place.
Okay.
And Rico Dowdell or Jakari Kraski Merritt?
Rico for me.
I will take Bill.
Not to be confused with Phil.
And Gamer Eric says dentists say you should make sure to use Flournoy.
That's good.
Okay, let's finish on Rico Dowdell.
Talk of the town, toast of the town last week, 200,
guards against the dolphins, and another good matchup here as the Cowboys allow the fifth-most
fantasy points to running backs, the most receiving yards to running backs.
So I guess my question is, why is he not in your top 12?
Who?
Rico Suave.
It's a good week for running backs.
That's one reason.
I don't even have them on 18 in my top 12.
Oh, wow.
Okay.
Whoa.
Really?
All right.
So get Rico in there.
Let's do some Rico.
RICO or you're going to start RICO Dattle over Garrett Wilson?
Yes.
Cortland Sutton?
Yeah.
Yes.
Would you start them over any chargers?
I think I'd start them over every Chargers wide receiver.
I might go Quentin Johnston.
I would start them over every Chargers wide receiver.
All right.
You're starting.
It is Miami that they're playing.
And let's go to New England and New Orleans.
Stad of the game.
The Saints.
have allowed 9.2 or more PPR fantasy points
to five tight ends in five games.
McBride, Luke Farrell, Dalton Kincaid,
Daniel Bellinger, and Theo Johnson.
Remember for Hunter Henry,
he's got three games with two to four targets,
but in two of them, Drake May barely through.
The other one was against Buffalo.
So I'm hopeful for a Hunter Henry bounce back in this game.
And what do you guys think about Hunter Henry?
I'm assuming he's the best tight end in this game,
but do we like him?
this week?
Top 10 tight end because I think the easier path to attack the Saints is through the air
and they've struggled covering tight ends.
And so if the Patriots recognize that, Patriots might struggle to run the ball with efficiency
no matter who they play.
You've seen it this year.
I think Henry makes sense as a good short area target.
I'd go a low end starter.
So I'd start Tongass and Taylor over him if you're just looking at, you know,
recent waiver wire guys.
But in that same range, I'd start him over pits as of now, just
with, depending on Mooney's situation.
Yeah, with you over Pits.
I'd start Henry over Taylor and Tongass.
My other stat of the game is about Joanne Johnson.
First of all, he played 85% of the snaps last week.
Secondly, the Patriots really stink against tight ends, too.
Four tight ends have scored 11.3 or more fantasy points.
Three of them have scored more than 15 fantasy points in PPR against the Patriots.
So, look, a lot of tight ends have two bad games in a row, right?
Sam LaPorteur had two bad games in a row.
Tucker Crafts has had bad games.
we're completely giving up on Joanne Johnson.
He didn't really lose his role last week.
He might lose more of it this week,
but are we giving up too soon on Joanne Johnson?
How do we feel about him?
It might be giving up too soon on him.
I do think the matchup is great.
I also think he's not healthy.
So last two weeks he's been on the injury report,
and I think that's probably part of why he hasn't been as involved.
So maybe game plan has changed just based on certain things
that they're able to do in practice or whatnot.
You also saw some different things for the Saints,
whether it's, you know, the Rashid, big play against the Giants.
Run game has actually been a little bit better with Kendry Miller, what he's been able to
accomplish.
So I just don't think John Johnson is a slam dunk.
If you want to start him and he's been your guy, it's just one of those weeks where there's
so many good options at Tide End and you're seeing him phased out a little bit.
It's not just, yes, the playing time has been there.
The targets are going away.
You know, so if the targets aren't there, I don't care how much he's on the field.
He had eight targets in each of his first three games, eight or more.
And in the last two weeks, it's been four or fewer.
He had at least 11 PPR points in each.
of his first three games. He has 9.5 PPR points combined in his last two games.
So either they're getting away from him because he's not 100% or because they're adding
tight ends slash Tassam Hill into the offense or both.
But the other thing is it could just be that's just the way the targets shook out this
game. You know, sometimes it happens. The targets can go in ebbs and flows.
Obviously he doesn't have a huge upside because they hardly ever throw touchdown.
So I'm not going to sit here and make a passionate case for Joanne Johnson.
So we can move on.
To be fair, Rattlers thrown less in the last two games anyway.
Drake May, is there any must start in this game?
Who are the must starts in this game?
Drake May is a must start.
Defon Diggs is a must start.
Diggs is, I think Hunter Henry is closer to a must start than a not start.
Okay.
I think that's a Lave and PPR as like a high-end flex minimum.
Patriots DST.
the Patriots are 19th against wide receivers they've been pretty good against receivers especially since Christian Gonzalez came back it's the last three weeks and Gonzalez has been back the last two Jamie said he may not play I know he was limited in practice yesterday yeah it's possible that would help the case for everybody involved in New Orleans that's Christian Gonzalez cornerback for the Patriots we're talking about um Stefan digs or Higgins digs by a mile
Stefan. Diggs or Doubtle?
Doubtle.
It's close, but doubtle.
Diggs or worthy against the Lions?
Stefan.
All right, so you guys are all in, totally in on digs.
The only thing that gives me pause is he played half the snaps last week, you know?
I hear you.
It's just a little risky.
He had like a 50% target per outrun rate, which is, you know, ridiculous.
Okay, Saints have a pretty bad pass defense, though.
If the Giants didn't turn the ball over on five straight possessions,
I think they would have put up a pretty big number against the Saints last week.
Camara is he in your top 24?
No.
Running back?
No.
Dave, looking?
I said no.
Oh, I'm sorry.
He's not.
Who's your favorite?
Patriots running back, would you start either of them?
I don't mind Remandre just on the hope that he takes advantage of this matchup, because
I don't know if you saw, Vrable had another comment about, he was asked about the fumbles
and giving up on Ramandre, you know, not giving up on Remandre.
And he basically not put the blame on the rest of the team, but said, is it his fault
that he's getting blasted when he touches the ball, you know, I guess was just trying to
really defend him.
So it seems like they're still very committed to.
remandre stevenson so every running back this season if i'm not mistaken at least four
have gotten to 14.4 ppr points or more against the saints remandre can do that if he scores a
touchdown so he's been over that number twice this season already in four games and two of his last
four games excuse me he's been over that number so wouldn't shock me if this is a decent game for remandre
stevenson so a good flex okay someone's asking about stephan digs being a sell high do you guys
think he's a sell high?
Absolutely.
Agree.
Why? I mean, I could make the case.
He's playing half the snaps and he's...
I mean, you could say he's a bi-high if you believe in him, but again, I'll go back
to what I said on Wednesday.
Anytime you get these players that you drafted mid-round or later that have kind of been
on your bench to start the season, and this is obviously if you're in a good spot,
it's, you know, speaking to maybe a small audience here, but you turn this into something
that you believe is going to be great.
right but would you trade stephan diggs for a j brown
yeah i think i would
i would but i understand the hesitation to
i think in the case of like can you turn stephan diggs into rashi rice
for a guy that doesn't have rice for another week
you're gonna have to throw in a lot more with stephan dix to do that
but i don't know that if you're i get a lot of questions like what do we expect from
rishi rice i think people just don't know um and quite frankly i'd like to see it i mean
he's still coming off a pretty brutal injury.
Like, I believe in him.
I think he's going to be great.
Richie is coming off of an injury?
Yeah.
Well, yeah, so is Diggs.
I mean, that's not the reason why he hasn't been playing.
No, I know that, but I still was curious to see what Rice would do coming off a season-ending injury.
I'm surprised at what Diggs has done.
You know, let's move on.
We can talk about that at another time.
So I think, like, just in the case, I'm just trying to think like trades that would make some sense.
Like, if your team is really good right now and you're loaded at receiver, but you're hurting it running back and you're 5-0, 4-and-2,
four and one heading to five and one whatever the case of me um like uh like digs for somebody
like a marion hampton makes sense yeah yeah that's a good one it doesn't seem like hampton's
going to be out that long but i i don't know that for sure just kind of reading the twitter docs
but don't know but you get the point like you're trading for something that could really help
you down the stretch yeah where this may be the only great production from digs i don't believe
that, but it could be.
All right. Patriots DST, top five
for Dave and Jamie. Pick them
up. You ever seen...
Good games coming up after this week, too.
You ever seen Mom and Dad Save the World?
Terrible movie. No, it's great.
Pick me.
It's terrible.
It makes Ghostbusters
2 look like Goodfellas.
All right, Buffalo's at Atlanta.
Our last game.
Atlanta's had a pretty good defense so far.
Let's see what they can do against
The Bills.
I already mentioned that these two teams
allow the fewest fantasy points to tight ends.
But Dalton Kincaid's just been so good.
Where's Kincaid in your rankings, guys?
Top five.
Just inside the top ten.
All right, listen, let's keep it simple here.
Start Allen, start Cook, start Kincaid.
Any interest?
You know, Khalil Shakir, I should probably give this stack.
Khalil Shakir has scored 11 or more,
let's say 10 or more.
Double-digit PPR fantasy points in 18.
of 22 healthy games since last year.
So that's pretty cool.
But between him and Coleman, are we interested in these guys this week?
I'm interested in Shakir as a safe number three receiver
who won't see a lot of AJ Terrell who's coming back for the Falcons because he plays
in the slot.
And if there is limitation on Dalton Kincaid, remember, I'm ranking him like Kincaid's fine.
But if there is some sort of limitation, I think Shakir ends up picking up the slack
attacking the middle of the field against Atlanta.
So I'm very comfortable starting Shakir, number three receiver, like ahead of
DJ Moore, ahead of Jameson Williams, ahead of Rashid Shaheed, Trey Tucker, those types of
receivers.
Would you start Keon Coleman over those receivers?
No, I just don't think you can trust them at this point.
Okay.
On the other side of the ball, start Bijan, start Drake London.
Kyle Pitts is a borderline start.
Fair.
Yeah, and then there's, I guess, Mooney and Pennix.
Penix has had two very, excuse me, two very good games and two dreadful games.
So, Jamie, Pennix, start or sit?
Sit.
I'm worried this could be a dreadful game.
Yeah.
Are we convinced that, you know, that all is well in London?
Drake London land?
Yes, I'm not worried about Drake London right now.
Especially Mooney's up.
Yeah, Mooney did not practice, first practice of the week.
And if Mooney plays, would you start?
I don't even know if I'm rostering Mooney.
Okay, yeah, forget it.
I was going to say like deeper leagues.
Of course you are.
But at this point, I don't, maybe this isn't the matchup
where you'd feel real good starting Mooney.
Can I ask you guys a question?
You play in plenty of three receiver leagues with a flex.
I mean, between injuries and bi-weeks and whatnot,
I forget who I'm.
I'm starting Elylech-Ile-Manner, I think, in a league.
So, you know, I feel like a guy like Mooney is relevant in that discussion, right?
Sure.
So, yeah, how do you feel about him compared to?
I think I'd start to Marcus Robinson over him if Joanne Jennings were out.
I just like don't want to start Mooney.
Oh, I totally understand that, you know, just given the fact that he's not going to be 100% healthy,
going against a very good Buffalo defense, you know, there's, like, I'd rather roster Mooney than
Robinson, but I get your, you know, feeling of do I need to swing for the fences, and Robinson
feels a little bit safer at this point in that category.
This is the shortest show of the year for a starter sit.
Good job, guys.
Oh, Starters at the Bills DST.
Lowen start.
They haven't been good in good matchups.
It's frustrating.
No, and it's not that good of a matchup except for that Carolina game.
That's the only DST that's done well against Atlanta,
and there's just a horrible game for Pennix.
All right, pretty fun slate this week.
Give me an upset.
Give me an upset here.
Giants over the Eagles.
Giants, yeah.
It's tough to put you guys on the spot for that.
See, some of the bigger spreads.
Stealers or...
Upset win?
Yeah, upset win.
What, like an upset?
Titans winning.
Yeah,
that would, let's see the spread there.
They are four-point underdogs at the Raiders.
Yeah, that's a good one.
A lot of people like the dolphins, home underdogs.
Oh, that's a good one too.
I kind of like the Bears.
No, I kind of don't actually.
How about the Lions against the Chiefs?
I think the Lions are a better team than the Chiefs.
Right.
Yeah.
And they're an underdard.
They are, two and a half point underdog.
Okay.
All right, guys.
Thank you very much.
Appreciate it.
We have...
If Flacco beats the Packers and they missed the playoffs because they lost two games to Joe Flacco.
Yeah.
That'd be crazy.
That'd be wild.
I guess I could read a few chat questions.
I'm going to do one minute of rapid fire chat questions.
Diggs or Bill rest of the season.
I love how this is the shortest show and now you're extending the show.
It's still going to be the shortest show.
Diggs or Bill, rest of season.
Bill.
Bill.
Start or sit one.
Henry, Jacoby Myers,
Kendrick Bourne, Jalen Warren.
It's so dependent on Jennings.
I'll sit Warren right now.
I'll sit.
Yeah.
Actually, yeah, I think Warren is the answer to.
Would you trade?
Would you trade Hampton and Ken Walker for Barclay?
So you're counting on Walker to be better than Barclay?
over the next three weeks and then getting Hampton back, or at least competent.
No, this is the other way, I think.
Well, what if you're getting Barkley?
Would you give up Hampton and Walker for Barclay?
If I am sub-500, yes.
Okay, last question.
Shakir or born?
Born right now.
And Mayor Herbert.
Which makes your birth to October 10th.
I'll take Herbert.
Mayor Herbert.
I believe I may hire.
All right.
Thanks, everybody.
