You know, some trips are just better when you can really unplug.
Spend time with family, see friends, or hit the course with the guys on our yearly golf trip.
This year, me and the boys stayed in a home on Airbnb, which happened to be a guest favorite, and it was right on the course.
We could walk straight to tee off every morning, and it was just a short stroll to the local shops, bars, and restaurants.
Staying in a place on Airbnb gives you plenty of room to spread out, cozy living areas to hang out in, and all the privacy you need.
Staying somewhere like that makes everything feel more like a home than a hotel, and you get a real feel for the neighborhood.
I'm already planning on how to go bigger and better next year.
Luckily, there's so many options to choose from on Airbnb.
So whether it's family, friends, or golf getaway, my biggest tip is to check out Airbnb, check out their guest favorites, which are the most loved homes on Airbnb, and you'll be amazed at what you find.

This is Fantasy Football Today from CBS.
sports.
What a play!
Can you believe this?
No, I can't.
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Off to the races, and he stays on his feet.
It's just going to go the distance.
Now, here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
Oh, well, how about that?
Week 13.
Yay.
We're a great week.
Great week for football.
Awesome games.
Yeah.
Just kidding.
We'll turn that frown upside down.
It is fantasy football today.
presented by BetMGM, Make It Legendary.
It was a Sunday full of pretty bad performances, really anti-climactic games.
Ugh, it was kind of ugly.
But, listen, Thursday wasn't bad.
I thought Falcons Jets was really compelling.
What was the other game that came down to the wire in the early window?
Houston Indy got pretty close.
Oh, Arizona, Tampa Bay.
Yep.
Yeah.
Oh, Miami, New Orleans.
Chris Olavie dropped the game-winning touchdown.
It was a pretty great week at Wide Residence.
it just didn't it feel a little busty today it didn't feel a little busty yes it didn't feel a little
receivers played on Thursday yes they did it felt a whole lot of busty look big time busty huge busty well
when the NFL is going to take the cowboys and the chiefs and the lions and the packers and the
ravens and the Bengals and put them on Thursday then you know we're going to get some bad games on
Sunday but we'll tell you who our biggest winners and losers are we'll go through the
Injuries, it might be time to pick up Jordan Mason again as Aaron Jones is dealing with a shoulder injury.
We have more backfield committees. Mason, by the way, is 71% rostered.
And how about a little segment called, wow!
James Cook led Buffalo in receiving with 33 yards.
Wow!
We had, if it felt like there was a lot of running in this week, we had 666 running back carries with two games to play.
All right.
So that could be another 100 plus carries.
I looked at the first four weeks of the season because those had no buys.
Running back carries in those weeks, 642, 646, 699, 717.
We're going to blow that out of the water.
Well, there were also, well, I guess the first four weeks of the season, nobody was on buy, right?
Yeah, that's why he just said, yeah.
Oh, that's why you did.
And this is the time of year where it happens, where you start to see teams kind of lean into the run a little bit more.
Maybe.
The weather's getting cold.
It's becoming a factor.
Teams get a little more conservative.
This is where you see big time running games.
And you did see some of those today.
So not everybody was a total bustaroo.
Yeah.
And wow, Bryce Young became the youngest player in NFL history
to have 11 game-winning drives in the fourth quarter or overtime.
Wow.
That's according to the AP.
Thank you very much for that.
Not bad.
All right.
If we had an all-bust team today, we would say it would be for week 13.
Lamar Jackson, Sequin Barclay, Travis E.T.N., Justin, Jefferson, Jackson, Smith, and Jigba, and O'Ronday Gadsden. But enough about them. Heath, let's spin it positive. Give me the biggest winner for Fantasy Week 13. If we always talk about whether this is like the super relevant guys or the guys who improved their stock the most, I'm going to go with the latter. Adonai Mitchell, had had fantastic usage, his first two weeks with the Jets, and could not get on the same page with the quarterback, could not get on the same page with his hands.
He was able to do both in this game and look at those numbers.
He's one of the 10 wide receivers that scored 20 fantasy points this week on 12 targets, played fantastic.
And listen, it's been two and a half years of this.
No, it's one and a half years of this now where he runs exceptionally good routes.
He regularly destroys defenders in coverage.
He has a hard time catching the football.
He did hear, hopefully he's coming out of it.
You know, we saw Quentin Johnston emerge from the shadows of not being able to catch to have a good six weeks.
Maybe Adonai Mitchell can have a good four weeks in the season and be a starting fantasy-wide receiver because we need them.
How about a little trivia?
What percentage of leagues was Adonai Mitchell started in today?
Four.
Six.
One.
Yeah, he's 5% rostered.
He gets Miami next week at Jackson.
at New Orleans, New England in week 17.
Not a terrible schedule.
It really isn't.
And Terad Taylor wasn't terrible as a thrower.
I think the Jets found their quarterback for the rest of the season.
And Mitchell has always shown flashes.
And today he just was able to put it all together.
I'm telling you right now, though, if you pick him up and you end up starting him,
there will be at least one time between now and the end of the year where he will do something terrible.
He will drop a big pass.
He will, I don't know.
to walk, moonwalk into the end zone
and drop the ball before crossing the goal.
Who knows what he'll do?
But he'll do something that'll make you up to it.
Someone else.
I just, like, as much as I like,
Dorad Taylor and I've defended him many times on this show,
he did throw 33 times for 172 yards.
Like, he was still mostly terrible.
All right.
Well, Garrett Wilson, by the way, is out only one more game.
And if they bring him back, he's out at least one more game,
Garrett Wilson.
All right, Dave, you get the biggest loser.
for week 13.
Who's the biggest loser?
Oh, it's a guy
who's on the all bus team
for the week.
It's a guy who's been a bus
for a month
and people took him
with a first round pick.
He has a bus for the season
and it's Justin Jefferson.
Horrible game against Seattle,
which you could kind of see it coming
because here's the situation.
It's a third string quarterback
behind a beatup offensive line
on the road against a really tough defense.
Yeah, this wasn't exactly a great spot
to trust Justin.
Jefferson, but you think to yourself, well, he's so good.
They're going to find a way to just scheme up targets and get them involved and
get some volume.
And maybe he could work his way into the 12, 13 PPR point per game range and be okay.
And you can get by this week.
And maybe Brasmer, look, he sucked.
And Brossmer sucked even more.
The Vikings offensive line lost Ryan Kelly.
And here's the thing.
Seven straight games for Justin Jefferson under 80 yards.
four straight games without a touchdown two touchdowns on the season three games with 80 plus yards on the season he has 11 or fewer ppr points in four straight games he's average 4.2 catches per game 9.4 yards per catch in his past five those that's been since mccarthy's come back they have an awful quarterback playing behind a bat i don't care who they play they could even play i don't know the commanders cowboys giants and lions i i don't think he can be counted on as a top 24
receiver, given the state of the rest of the Vikings' offense as we move forward.
Yeah, it's pretty much the story of fantasy right now.
Lamar Jackson, Justin Jefferson, can you trust these guys?
And we've been waiting and waiting for this stretch for Jefferson of Washington at Dallas,
at the Giants, and Detroit.
And it's here.
And now I wonder he was 87% started this week.
What will the start percentage be next week?
I guess we will see.
All right.

BetMGM, make it legendary.
I think, so Brosmer threw for how many yards today, about 150?
126, I believe.
126, yep.
And McCarthy has thrown, let me just see, last week, last week McCarthy threw for 87 yards,
the week before that, 150 yards.
He has thrown for more than 158 yards one time, 158, one time in six starts.
It's almost like you can't believe how bad it is.
It's almost like they can't possibly be this bad.
And that's what was giving me hope.
I'm almost out of hope.
But I'm going to sort of throw this game.
I'm going to throw this game away.
Because this was Brosmer.
If McConnell's clear, if McCarthy's cleared, he's going to play next week.
This was Brosmer.
A lot of targets to Addison, a lot of targets to Hawkinson, you know, at least under McCarthy,
you know Jefferson is likely to lead the team in targets.
So I'm going to throw this one away.
I'm going to look just at the last three stinkers and try to,
Get generate some optimism from those.
You're going to get excited about a dude who can't even get to 12 PPR points?
I think he can against Washington, Dallas, and the Giants.
I think he can.
I don't know that he can, but I think he can.
Do you think that Kevin O'Connell's offense is like, obviously he's very good at designing an offense,
but is it just too complicated for young guys?
Like, do you think of the guys he's had success with the failed veterans?
They've all been guys who understand how to play quarterback in the NFL and have a lot of experience, even if that experience isn't necessarily good.
I think it's too complicated for a quarterback who missed his entire rookie year and big chunks of his second year and wasn't a polished prospect when he came out.
And you marry that with a beat-up offensive line and a defense that's run hot.
cold. You could argue that they were kind of hot today. But the bottom line is that it's just,
it's really just a terrible environment for McCarthy to, to even, to be even solid in because of
the time he's missed and everything else that's going on there. And the season's basically lost.
They're four and eight. I think the year now turns to let's see what J.J. McCarthy can do.
and what can we build around him that he can be successful at?
All right, guys, we got some breaking news on Justin Herbert.
We get to that and just, no, we'll get to it now.
Oh, okay.
Let's go through our news and notes here.
Justin Herbert has a broken hand, and he will have surgery.
It is his left hand.
So I don't know what that means exactly, if that, you know,
sometimes guys can have surgery and play through it,
but he's got a break in his hand.
He came back after hurting his hand and played.
We're going to keep an eye on it here.
hopefully we find out something before the end of the show.
But Herbert fracture and his non-throwing left hand will undergo surgery tomorrow.
Ooh, okay.
Oh, it says it's unclear if he'll miss any time.
So I'm going to...
These guys are so tough.
Yeah, they really are.
It's really a testament to them.
Aaron Rogers today.
Wow.
Yeah.
But he wasn't good, but just to even go out there and do that.
Right.
Yeah.
It's tough.
Can you guys think of a quarterback who has broken his hand?
This could be for everybody, not just you too, Adam.
Rogers.
For everybody in the chat.
Aaron Rogers.
Well, but he missed the game.
Broke his hand, didn't miss a game.
And with Rogers, it was his wrist, right?
Yeah, maybe.
All right.
Chedura Sanders is going to start next week.
Woody Marks left and came back.
Kieran Williams left and came back.
Aaron Jones left and did not come back.
He has a shoulder injury.
They have Washington next week.
Jordan Mason, 71%.
rastered. Dylan Samson left with a calf injury.
Amon Ross St. Brown has a low ankle sprain.
So short timetable for him, I don't know,
probably shouldn't plan on him playing in week 14.
They and the Cowboys are the two teams that played on Thursday,
but don't get the mini by they play again this Thursday.
Right, right.
So maybe more likely for him to be back for St. Brown to be back
the following week at the Rams.
But anyway, we don't know.
At least it's not a high ankle sprain for him.
Parker Washington left for the hip injury.
Marvin Harrison Jr. left with a heel injury.
Just don't know what this offense is going to look like without him.
Oh, wait, we know exactly what it will look like.
Offensive line stuff, you know, go back to Thursday.
The Chiefs, both offensive tackles got hurt.
Josh Simmons dislocated and broke his wrist.
They've got Houston coming up.
So bad timing there.
We thought Frank Ragnow was going to come back and play center for the Lions,
but he will not play this season.
He failed his physical.
Today, Cleveland tackle Jack Conklin left with a concussion.
Minnesota was playing without their left tackle and left guard,
and then their center got hurt today.
and Jacksonville offensive tackle Walker
little left with a concussion.
Big defensive injuries.
I would say Nate Wiggins for the Ravens.
He left with a foot injury.
He's a cornerback for them.
Two defensive backs for the Cowboys left with injuries.
I mean, you're forgetting the biggest one of the mall.
What?
The most expensive one of them all.
Sauce Gardner left on the first drive for Indianapolis.
I just started reading the new.
I've got like six more in here.
Come on.
How are you going to lead with something that happened on Thursday?
I'm going chronological.
It's just like a calendar of injuries.
Come on, Dave Richard.
Devante Wyatt for the Packers could be out for the season.
Houston lost two defensive players.
And this guy actually Aziz O'Sh Shire came back, but their safety.
Jalen Reed left.
Sauce Gardner left in the first quarter left almost immediately.
So the gardener, the gardener, yeah, told you.
I can't believe you haven't told him that Joey Bosa left.
Joey Bosa left.
What happened to Nick Bosa?
Patrick Queen left in the first, Nick Bosa.
Two injuries for the Steelers.
I think Watts okay, but Patrick Queen left in the first half.
And Cleveland defensive tackle, Malik Collins left with an injury.
So that could be big for them.
All right.
We're going to take a break.
We'll be right back with some stats and some winners and losers.
And you've got to go out there and vote at the 64.com.
We'll be right back.

Some quick metrics.
These are unofficial.
I think they're probably right,
but sometimes they change a little bit
from true media.
Jacksonville route participation rate.
Jacobi Myers, 94%.
Brian Thomas Jr., 84.4%.
So he wasn't really eased back in.
Brenton Strange, 81.3%.
Parker Washington, 37.5%.
And Heath, Jacoby Myers, is one of your losers.
Winners.
Was it 37% during the time before he got hurt?
Oh, I'm sorry about that.
Yeah, it's 37% of the entire game.
Okay, my bad.
Yeah, my bad.
But Jacob Myers.
On what they think of Parker, Washington.
It reflects more in his health.
Yeah, sorry.
Yes, regardless of whether Parker Washington was healthy or not,
Jacoby Myers was the number one target in this offense and was fantastic.
He was actually on the same page as Trevor Lawrence.
I think he caught 100% of his targets,
which is not something all that new for Jacoby Myers.
He's done that before.
I think the only expectation that you can have rest of season is Jacobi Myers is the best wide receiver on this team.
And probably I think I had him at 35 this week.
he probably should be closer to 25.
Okay, six catches, 90 yards, and a touchdown on six targets.
It's a Pokemon for Jacoby Myers.
Other snap counts and things like that.
We saw Isaac Tesla play most of the snaps for,
he ran nearly every route for Detroit with Amon Raus St. Brown out.
Tom Kennedy ran 74% of the routes.
So I didn't know what the route participation rate would be for Chimery, D.K.
But I had mentioned on the waiver,
Wire show that in two of three games in which he played 80% or more of the snaps,
he had been very good.
Well, he did run 80% more than 80% of the routes in this game, DK, and he really
stunk.
It was just a bad game for Cam Ward, bad game for that offense.
And Devin Neal, didn't have a great fantasy game, but he ran nine routes on third down.
That's the second most among running backs, at least before the late window.
I didn't see the update there, but great usage for Devin Neal.
If you're stuck and need to start someone, at least he's on the field a ton, and Taysam Hill
got barely any touches one carry i think
it's because they weren't near the goal line
that's true but he still had
10 carries last week tasem hill and they
weren't near the goal line they were all over the field
I think maybe they don't like gaining one and a half
yards per carry yeah something like that
Neil did play 81% of the snaps he
had every single third down snap this is
their lead running back until further notice
please go vote for us at the

Let's get on to the final four.
All right, winners and losers.
We are going to go to Dave's winners.
And they are Chris Godwin, who is, make sure I have the,
68% rostered.
And let me check this start percentage here for Chris Gobwin.
I think it's 7%.
It's higher than Adonai Mitchell.
It was 7%.
Unbelievable.
And a good game for him.
And then also Alec Pierce.
Well, it was a good game for him.
It wasn't a great fantasy game.
But like Heath said, I like to do winners and losers based on moving forward, looking ahead.
It's so easy to say, oh, Bijon Robinson, big winner.
He found himself, Godwin, found himself open a bunch.
he had great yak after his first reception and this stat line could have been so much better he dropped a touchdown on the back line of the end zone that would have made a lot of people happier both people with godwin and baker mayfield i am hoping for more targets moving forward their schedule the rest of the way is really good it's the saints the falcons the panthers the dolphins the dolphins did you hear any good secondaries in the last ten seconds of your life no you did not godwin's going to continue to play don't tell me atlanta is
Panthers. Panthers. They're not bad when they're healthy.
Devante Adams would disagree. The Rams would disagree. The Rams kind of gave that game away.
We'll talk about that later. But the bottom line is we're talking about Chris Godwin.
I'm going to review the film, make sure that he looks fast. He did on the yak.
I think he's going to be good. You can look at him as a number three receiver at minimum.
All right. And Alec Pierce?
He single-handedly kept the Colts in the game this week. He owned one drive.
There was a Colts three-play drive. He had two 19-yard receptions. One was a
test a catch for a touchdown. He had grabs of 18 and 22 yards. He drew a defensive pass interference
call. This was against Houston, Adam. This is one of the toughest secondaries in the league,
one of the toughest pass rushes in the league. He's just, he's good. And the fact that he only
had five targets is sickening. The Colts have to keep feeding them. They've got Jacksonville twice
in the next four weeks. They've also got Seattle and San Francisco. But I mean, this was a tough
matchup. Pierce was awesome. I'm anchoring with the idea that you should be
ranked ahead of Justin Jefferson moving forward.
It's just, it's such a frustrating receiving room because there doesn't seem to be any pattern
to when it's a Michael Pittman week or when it's an Alec Pierce week.
And so I think I'm probably just still going to view Pierce as the number three wide receiver,
but he had a good game today.
He did.
Yeah, there's been more good games than bad games for him lately.
And I just, I think that he's just their biggest playmaker.
Jones has no problem throwing deep to him.
I think he's got some problems throwing deep to Pittman.
What's up, Jamie?
What's up?
In case anyone's curious, I feel pretty confident in saying this.
I don't think Derek Stingley was shadowing Michael Pittman.
I don't think he was shadowing anyone.
I think he mostly just stayed on his side in this game.
That is not the reason why Pittman struggled.
Let's go to Jamie's winners here.
Dalton Schultz in this game, seven catches, 55 yards on eight targets.
And Bucky Irving, 17 carries,
61 yards and a touchdown, two catches for 20 yards.
So it was great to see him dominate the touches like that.
And he was started in 67% of leagues,
but you've got Dalton, Schultz, and Bucky Irving.
I mean, Schultz's just, you know, bouncing back after the Bill's game
and getting, you know, the target share that we wanted to see with C.J. Stroud,
you know, so a little bit of, I guess, concern what he continued to be involved
with Stroud back after seeing what he did in the three games with Davis-Mills.
So I think you could say he's a borderline must-start tight end in PPR.
our rest of season, even in a tough matchup next week against Kansas City.
And obviously, for Bucky Irving, that's a bigger story, you know, just to see him come back
and dominate the touches like he did, you know, the questions, the concerns, what the
office coordinator said, all those things that we were maybe worried about.
I think Dave said it this morning on one of our shows that, you know, his start percentage
was over 60 percent.
So people were buying in for the most part, not fully.
I think now you fully buy in that he's back and hopefully the league winner that we
were drafting look great.
You know, he's just such a difference maker in that offense.
And you see he's just so hard to tackle.
Like he just slides away from almost every hit he's about to take.
He's such a difference maker in the passing game, too.
So given some of the struggles with the passing game for the Bucks,
Bucky Irving is going to probably be their best playmaker down the stretch.
Just talking that way about Bucky Irving.
Would you guys mind if I took a second to give some completely fantasy irrelevant,
useless thoughts on a performance today?
Yes.
Okay, thank you.
obviously we all know
Bijon Robinson is great
Bijon Robinson was so
good today
it's just
you know it might get lost
because only people who lived in New York
in Atlanta
are watching that game
but every time this guy touched the ball
he was making someone miss
he is so good
and this is one of the best performances
I've ever seen from Bijon
which is saying something
it was incredible
the same that they lost
yeah I know it was good
yeah Pits
Pits had a great game too
yeah Pits was good
so just a
He was unbelievable.
So, Jamie, I'm going to ask you this question.
I'm going to draw it out so you have some time to think about it.
Just give me your, like an overall thought on the Sunday that we just had,
because Heath and Dave and I, we just talked about it.
So I want to know what Jamie thought.
You, Jamie Eisenberg, you of the perfectly parted hair
and the many varieties of very sharp, long-sleeved button-down shirts.
What did you think of this Sunday's action?
This Sunday of Week 13.
on November 30th, 2025. Jamie, now you can answer.
Yeah, total shit day.
Oh, dude.
Any day without question.
What an awful day it was.
Like, you, I mean, you could not have.
What did you expect him to say?
This was, this was the dog day of days when it comes to watching football.
It was awful, absolutely awful, awful, awful.
It was bad, yeah.
You asked for that, Adam.
You absolutely asked for.
What did you think I was going to say?
Not honestly, not that.
I thought we were done with this.
game with this
I think this is the grand
finale of that was definitely coming
but I will tell you after the season
the pattern of when I say the
bad language. Oh
I had a segment that I was going to
do with Dave that involved that word
you know the the Shataki Mushroom
word another blank
committee because that's all we
have are all these running back committees
but I decided I think of some pretty bad committees
yeah Heath you had
I think we talked about your winners
Right? Mitchell and Myers.
Okay.
So let's go to Heath's losers.
And that would be Travis ETA.
What happened to Travis ETIN?
He had 12 carries for 28 yards and one catch in just a game that was a breeze for the Jaguars against Tennessee.
And Khalil Shakir, one catch on four targets.
And Josh Allen threw 23 times for 123 yards.
Go ahead.
Yeah, I mean, I think for ETIN, this was the thing that I was afraid was going to happen last week.
It kind of looked like it started to happen two weeks ago.
And Jamie made the comment during the middle of the week.
I wonder if it was just because Tutin's ankle injury is what prevented then from continuing to go that direction.
And Tutin got the first opportunity inside the five-yard line.
He got another opportunity later inside the five-yard line and actually scored.
And ETN not only saw his share go down, but also averaged like 2.3 yards per carry.
So I don't think he did anything to make them think, oops, that was a mistake.
I'm afraid, Travis, I think we're still going to run.
rank Travis E.T.N. next week with four teams on by as a top 24 running back, but he's
going to be a lot closer to 24 than he is to 12. He might be closer to 24 than he is to 18.
I really think that the Jaguars want to get Tutin more involved. Just like, and every time
they try to, something happens. And so I don't know. It's, it's just frustrating. It's very
frustrating because you see how good Travis E.T.N. is when they involve him, like last week he was
awesome. And then you get a game like this where they're up.
huge and easy opportunity to run the ball
and lean on ETN a little bit more
and then they just don't do it.
Yeah, look, he'd been on a roll.
Previous four games, 16 and a half, 15.7, 19.3,
20.6 fantasy points for Travis ETN.
I think what was, for me, anyway,
and you hit on it, it was really concerning.
It was the goal line.
It just looked like Bejel Tootin was their goal line back.
And we saw him mix in that way a few weeks ago,
but this time it was just Teuton there, I believe.
I mean, Dave usually have that number on the Jaguar's backs, on all the backfields.
Sure. I do have it on all the backfields.
And while you look at that, I've got it. I've got it. I've got it.
47% for ETN, 32% for Bachel Tutin, 23% for LeQuint Allen, who has been a passing
downs back for them because he's a good pass protector. Today it was 10 of 13 snaps on third
down for Allen. So that's definitely a problem that it's a three-man backfield.
field for Jacksonville.
What about inside the five or whatever?
Do you have those?
Tutin, three or four inside the five.
I don't know if that was because it was his drive versus ETN's drive or if they clearly
want Tutin, who doesn't lose a lot of, he doesn't have a lot of negative runs.
So he could have had just more opportunities because of that.
I'm not sure which it was.
So you said, what was the percentage on Le Quint?
23%.
Okay.
He's at 21.7 for the season.
So, and he'd been over 27 and two of his last four.
He is a great sixth offensive lineman.
Yeah.
Heath, Khalil Shakir.
He never touches the ball.
Yeah.
Oh, it says it's funny, yeah.
Khalil Shakir had one catch for five yards.
He could have had a five-yard touchdown.
They just missed on it.
But even if he had that, it would have been a bad game for him.
Thoughts on Shakir, 44% started, gets the Bengals next week.
Well, I mean, playing maybe the easiest matchup and probably based on the last six weeks,
the easiest matchup at the position and just completely lays an egg.
The offensive line couldn't protect Josh Allen for a lot of this game.
And they were really good running the ball a lot.
They prefer to be a run-heavy team.
Right now, they're better at running than they are at passing.
And even if Shakir continues to maintain a 26% target share,
it's not going to really do you a whole lot of good.
He's probably just a wide receiver three like he always is when he ranked him too high this week.
all right i mean i think maybe you'd be like you could say next week against the bengals they're gonna have to throw the ball more this was a this was a bad day for passing i mean it was windy there like you said the line was beat up only 23 past attempts but you know i think they'll be able to run the ball of the bengals too he has one catch in two of his last three games against the two best matchups he had tampa and the steelers i don't know that you can say oh it looks like it's
a good matchup he should be better i think if i was the bills i'd probably just run the ball 75 times
against cincinnati but what happened in that tampa game that was the weekend of the wind weekend
right where nobody could throw and although josh allen scored six touchdowns in that game i believe
uh all right i'm not going to argue with you anymore i think you're right um let's go to
dave's losers jefferson and orande gadsden we talked about jefferson two catches for four yards
Gadsden, one catch for 27 yards on two targets.
Again, look at the theme here.
No one's throwing.
Justin Herbert threw 20 passes in this game.
Yeah, a little bit of Trey Lance, too.
But they just ran the ball all over the place.
Jamie, you're a baseball coach.
What's the most common, I don't know if it's like a nickname
or what you would score a double play?
What's the most common double play?
643.
I thought it was 4-6-3.
Can you say 4-6-3 to make my job here a little bit?
Sure, 4-6-3.
Thank you. That's how many fantasy points in PPR Gadsden has in his last three games.
It's coincided with the Chargers offensive line falling apart.
And I don't, I, listen, I was the guy on the podcast when Gadsden had his breakout game and I was very excited about it and thought that he'd be a thing all year long, maybe not so much.
And especially not as much if Justin Herbert's going to miss time.
Yeah.
Oh, for sure.
I think, I don't know, look, we kind of said on the show this morning,
we really wanted to see something from this offense against the Raiders
to have a little bit of confidence in this stretch of Eagles at the Chiefs,
at the Cowboys, and Houston.
So I don't know if we, I think I call it incomplete,
because they just didn't need to throw.
They just ran the ball so effectively.
I don't really, I mean, Herbert left the game.
Obviously, was not right.
And, I mean, Gaston, he's two yards away from a touchdown, too.
or three yards away, whatever it was.
Sure, sure.
If he scores, I'm sure we feel a little bit different about that.
But clearly you can't trust the Chargers at all if it's Tray Lance.
Yeah.
Jamie has...
Now, Harbaugh did say, I don't know if you addressed this,
but Harbaugh did say they're not ruling him out for next weekend.
Yeah, we did.
He just said, Herbert just said he's treating it as if he's playing on Monday.
Oh, nice.
All right, Jamie's losers are Rico Dowdell,
who was basically splitting with...
basically was splitting with Chuba Hubbard,
had 18 carries for 58 yards,
two catchers for 21 yards.
And Jalen Waddle, bad game for him,
six targets, three catches for 40 yards.
So Dowdell and Waddle.
I mean, Dowell, we just have a Chuba Hubbard problem now
because it's now two weeks where Hubbard's been involved
and it's not just the set it and forget it with Rico.
I know if you were to say going in against the Rams,
he'd have 20 total touches, you'd be pretty happy about that.
But at this point, you just can't say Dowell's safe.
You know, so next week they're off.
We'll see what happens, you know, coming back in week 15.
But for a guy who has been carrying us and you can make a case,
has been the best waiver-wire pickup of the season, you know, him or Stafford.
It's just not you're confident.
You can't be confident in Rico Dowdal at this point leading you into the fantasy playoffs
and maybe a championship.
In the case of Jalen Waddle, I mean, my God, it's been two great matchups in back-to-back games.
Washington was the easy one, and he had some drops in that game,
just a disappointing performance.
But to come back, you know, and this is a guy,
I think when you were to say Tyree Kill goes out for the season,
here goes Jalen Waddle time.
And Tula stinks.
The passing game is awful,
and Jalen Waddle is just not getting enough targets
and or producing with the targets that he's getting.
So another guy that, for me,
was a top 10 wide receiver coming into this game.
I'm going to have another great matchup next week against the Jets.
I just think he's a number two receiver
and in that 15 to 20 range at best as opposed to top 10 guy.
You know, I know, again, we have four teams on a buy.
We'll see with some of the quarterback injuries now.
And my goodness, we have so many quarterbacks with non-throwing hand injuries.
It's crazy between Baker and Rogers and now Herbert.
It's just tough to say that, you know, Jalen Waddle is going to be another, quote-unquote, league winner.
Yeah, another game where we've got 23 pass attempts from Tua.
And remember, Jamie, we previewed this game on Friday.
I said the Dolphins have been one of the most run-heavy teams in their last four games.
And they were three-and-one in those four games.
Now they're four and one in their last five now, I think.
Maybe they're 402 in their last six.
Okay.
They're running the ball a ton.
Devon A-chan has three straight games with more than 20 carries.
He had never had two in a row.
Now he's got three in a row.
It's amazing.
And at the Jets next week, I have a feeling they're going to try to be run heavy again.
But at least you had a 25% target share for Waddle, but yeah, frustrating game.
All right, those are your winners and your losers.
We will talk about more relevant players.
Someone's talking about Abuka in the chat.
Yeah, we definitely have to talk about him.
And we even talk about Friday's game when we come back on fantasy football today.
When you're flying Emirates business class, enjoying a good night's rest in your live flat seat.
You'll see that your vacation isn't really over until your flight is over.
Fly Emirates, fly better.
So much of the chat talk right now is about committees.
And it's like one of the biggest storylines in fantasy, you know?
Well, yeah, because it's really great because everybody's,
throwing less running more and also splitting the running back carries evenly and so you just get
no good fantasy players luckily they scored and luckily kairn scored and not everyone's at a committee
but i was just jimmy were saying about having confidence in waddle i'm just thinking how many guys
do i have just full confidence in going forward it just can't be that many you know it's tough
i mean i think i think white receiver still worse than running back you got to feel happy about nekel today
I know you're worried about him.
I was worried.
I was worried. I was worried about sauce.
So, but I didn't, you know, this one I'll probably have to review and look at some of the data, whatever.
I seem like they were using Nico a little bit more creatively.
I wonder, do they have his slot percentage?
It felt like he was in the slot more today.
He didn't have had two touchdowns.
He had a rushing touchdown.
That's pretty creative.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That was a great play call that they had.
And it literally, as soon as Sauce Gardner left the game, Houston had a lot more confidence throwing the ball downfield.
But that was one play.
Then you play like one play?
Who?
Gardner.
Yeah.
So maybe they would have had,
maybe they would have had the confidence anyway.
Okay, fine.
The only way we're going to find out is if we asked the Texans play caller,
if they were going to throw as much.
But I think having sauce Gardner leave the field made it a lot more easy,
made it a lot easier for them to take chances down the field.
They had receptions.
This is just the receivers.
14, 15, 15, 15, 19, 21, 22, 24 and 29 yards.
Yeah.
It was just funny.
the way you said it. I know, I know
because it happened really quickly, but
I don't, I don't know. I would
think that they would not have tried as many. The kickoff
was tough. No, you're saying
that, yeah, they had a philosophy that we
didn't expect if sauce was there. I get it.
Well, I mean, we don't know for sure.
I mean, to make Jamie and Heath's point
for them, I don't know for sure. I didn't make any point at all.
I've just been sitting here innocently. Adam was the one
laughing at you. I deserve to be laughed at. That was funny.
And it was silly of me to say, but the Texans
probably would not have had that big of a game
from not just Collins, but Higgins, Hutchinson, if not for Sauce Gardner, getting hurt early.
Yeah, I mean, that's reasonable for sure.
All right, some goal line stuff.
Saw Bejel Tootin, obviously.
Bucky Irving worked near the goal line.
Rashad White did too, but I feel like Bucky had a big day in terms of his role.
Bucke should have had two touchdowns.
Yep.
Nick Chub scored from the five-yard line.
And that was with Woody Mark's back at that point.
You had Bijon get stopped at the half-yard line.
then they take him out, put Alger in,
and Alger scores, that was frustrating.
Jalen Warren was working at the goal line,
and you saw Jared Patterson late in the game.
It was a 10-point game,
but Jared Patterson got, I don't think it really matters,
but he got a goal line touchdown.
Almost touchdowns.
Dave mentioned Chris Godwin dropped one.
Rashad White had two, I think, on the same possession.
He had one called back on an OPI.
One was him, one was Bucky, I think.
Right, yeah, it was only one.
No.
It was a 15-yard catch out of the back field.
No, because Rashad White was also,
I think, later in the drive,
tackled at the one yard line on a catch that's true did it buca have a touchdown call i think their
first three touchdowns were called back i don't remember a member i think baker had a pressing touchdown
go back yeah that was rash he had one called back and rashad white had one come back who did
bucky and white right white and bucky had touchdowns called back and godwin dropped one so baker
could have had a much better game yeah uh let's see olive man that was almost an incredible
catch for a game winning probably game winning touchdown but it went right through his arms
Darren Waller, I felt like, needed to do a better job
dragging the toes there in the back of the end zone.
Khalil Shakir nearly had a touchdown.
It's kind of a bad throw behind him.
And John Mechie dropped the ball inside the five-yard line.
He had a chance to score on that play.
Yeah, felt like him in Ad Night Mitchell, switch bodies.
Yeah, freaky Friday on a Sunday.
But not hands.
Chicago 24, Philadelphia 15.
I bet you weren't expecting to talk about this one, Heath.
What do we got?
We should just ignore week 21.
12, DeAndre Swift is still a must-start running back.
Yes.
Why not?
Why not?
Because he's still going to split with Kyle Monongai,
and not every game is going to go like this game for Chicago.
I mean, play a good team.
One bad game.
No, I don't think he's a must-start.
I think he's probably a start, like top 24 running back.
Does that mean you're a must-start if you're in the top-back?
Take two running backs from this game.
Who would you rather start rest of season?
Like, is it a slam dunk for Swift over Mononaut?
guy? No, I think he meant
Berkeley. Oh. Yeah, who would
you rather start rest of season? Swift or Berkeley?
I probably still am going to say
Berkeley. But we keep saying this. I'm not
disagree with you, but we keep saying this.
Oh, no, I know. I know. I didn't say that
with a lot of enthusiasm if you couldn't catch
on.
But it's
going to be, I think most people are going to
start Swift anyway.
Whether they've got them or not, I don't think people are
making a decision between Swift or Monongai
from week to week. Maybe the bigger
question is, is Monongai a top 24 running back as well?
And I might argue that he absolutely is because Chicago's just running it so well.
I think just the fact that they did this against Philadelphia as easily as they did.
And it's another tough test.
You know, Heath was talking about this middle of season.
He was, you know, on the right path, whether it plays itself out, I don't think is how we judge it.
But about selling high on Swift, given the schedule.
And so then they come into this game against Philadelphia, which had been amazing against opposing running backs and just destroyed them.
I mean, they were pushing guys around that don't get pushed around.
And so can they do it against Green Bay?
Well, if they do, then, you know, you feel pretty good about Swift and potentially
Monagai in terms of the fantasy playoffs.
I just think you treat DeAndre Swift right now as just the number two running back,
almost a set it and forget a guy depending on who you're comparing him to.
And I'll be honest, like, I would rather start him over Saquan Barkley right now
because Barclay's offensive lines a mess.
He's not been producing.
And even though Swift is sharing with somebody else, he's still outscored Barclay.
I'm going to guess five of the last six weeks, six the last seven weeks.
Like it's been pretty consistent where he's better.
I can look that up.
Yeah.
It's Packers, Browns, Packers coming up for the end.
Yeah, that is not easy.
We probably said the exact same thing about Philadelphia, though.
Although Philadelphia was not good against the run against Dallas the week before.
Well, listen, also the Packers just lost Devante Wyatt for the season.
So that's an important.
And we don't know if Quay Walker will be back.
I think that's fair to say, sure.
And Cooper was banged up in the game, too.
They seem to be able to run, you know, consistently.
But I guess you could say that if this were earlier in the year,
and you're looking at the Bears running backs coming off a game
where they had the ball for more than 39 minutes,
where they ran 85 plays,
and they're clearly in a very even split here committee,
you could say this was, you know, like a sell-high moment.
But I think you could also just say,
like, this is a really good run team.
And they're going to be playing...
Penn Johnson.
Yeah.
They're going to be playing, like, outdoor games,
run-type games.
games for most of the rest of the year.
All right.
And that's going to make it tough to trust.
I said it.
Sit DeAndre Swift.
I look like an idiot, you know, and the way he performed.
I sat him in two leagues.
I feel stupid doing it.
You know, he just looked great.
All right.
So neither of them played in week nine.
Swift was hurt.
Sequin was on by.
Week 10, Swift barely outproduced Barkley.
Week 11, they both stunk.
Barclay barely outproduced Swift.
Week 12.
Swift was awful, not even two PPR points.
Barclay at 12.4, and then last week, obviously, Swift Crushed,
so it's been close between those two, mostly.
Yeah, for the year, it's close.
14.4 for Swift, 14.1 for Berkeley.
AJ Brown, two good games in a row.
Probably will be started with confidence next week.
He was 95% started this week.
They're at the Chargers.
That's a pretty darn tough matchup.
And let's go to Tampa Bay and Arizona.
By the way, we have something very funny happening in the chat with Dan's toothpick.
It's now several times that they've, I wish you could save them, see them all.
At Dan's Toothpick.
In 2017, Dan created a sandwich that you know as a Rubin, but really it was called the Dan
before that.
But Ruben decided to remove the toothpick from the sandwich and steal Dan's thunder.
I love when the mailbag humor gets on the other episodes.
All right, guys, let's go to Tampa Bay and Arizona, 2017 Buccaneers, Heath.
Rashad White, Sean Tucker, Tess Johnson, K.
are all dropable.
I might hold Aten.
I might hold White too
just because I think
he's flexible
in PPR.
I'd hope you could do better
than Rashad White in PPR.
Well, I mean, think about the week
that we just saw.
Rest of season,
Sequin Barclay original.
All right, well, let's talk about Abuca.
I'd take Kyle a long guy over him for sure.
Yeah.
There you go.
Let's talk about Abuka here.
I think he led the team in targets with eight.
He had four catches for 42 yards.
This is now six of his last seven games, nine or fewer PPR fantasy points.
Holy cow.
And he started in 92% of leagues.
He's a number two yearskeeper at best.
And he's averaging, I think, nine and a half targets per game in that stretch.
It's incredible.
It all started when he got hurt and when Baker got hurt.
And they happened around the same.
time it wasn't the exact same time but those two events have really changed abuka's fortunes
quite a bit though who abuka or baker baker's definitely hurt yeah but i don't think abuka is i mean
no he played through it he played through it but it's it's still frustrating to see him you know
a bunch of targets today were off target for abuka he had a play called back because of a penalty
but even if it had counted it's not like he would have had a monster game think about all the players
that we've already talked about on the Bucks
that either dropped a touchdown
or had a touchdown call back,
none of them were named
Emeka Abuka.
So how much better is
a Mecca Bucca than Justin Jefferson
at this point?
I mean, there's a quarterback situation.
60 receivers.
Right, but I mean,
Jefferson, Jefferson can score nine fantasy points
with J.J. McCarthy.
It's something that
that Abuka's exceeded
once in his last six weeks.
All right.
I mean, look, you had Mike Evans practicing this week.
You had Jalemy and Millen expected to practice this week.
So if both play, then Abuka's value changes.
Now, obviously, Abuka was at his best when Mike Evans was healthy.
So maybe that helps him to take the pressure off in a little bit because I don't think
Chris Godwin, you know, he had a nice play.
I don't think everything else about Chris Godwin was great today.
So.
He had a bunch of nice plays.
I thought he was pretty good.
They had three catches.
One of them went for 31 yards.
So, you know, it wasn't like he did a lot of great things.
And the broken play, which is kind of an accident.
Um, so I, I think in the case of Abuka, Godwin's getting healthier.
Evans might be back.
McMillan might be back.
And then it's just, it's tough to say that he's, he's safe.
But I think if you just treat him as a number two receiver going into week 14,
you're hopefully going to get some reward for that.
Okay.
All right.
Next game or no, sorry, Arizona side of the ball.
So let's, so for Arizona, I think we're going to wait and see on Marvin Harrison.
I will probably go back to Michael Wilson if Harrison is injured.
If Harrison is right.
back i think we're probably not going to go back to michael wilson yeah harrison didn't finish the game
but he was very involved from the jump like literally first target of the game was i think the leader
in all the receiving categories at half time i don't know if it was him or mcbride it was one of the two
um but harrison they made it a point to get harrison going and he looked pretty good until the fourth
quarter when he messed up his heel i guess it's his heel he tried to come back in he couldn't stay in
he was gone with 12 minutes left in the game.
They were talking about the broadcast how they tried to put a
I guess a special shoe on.
I don't know what it was,
but something to help with the pain.
And it seemed like it was uncomfortable for him.
They took it off.
They retaped him.
You tried to come back through it.
Yeah, this could be at least the missed game for week 14.
That was terrible early on too,
but he came through in the end.
He had a really good second half.
He had a great improvisational touchdown to Bam Knight for his first score.
the running backs actually had some nice plays in the passing game,
which might encourage you in PPR leagues moving forward with both Knight and Carter,
but Trey Benson will come back at some point.
Adam, the Cardinals have six losses this year by four or fewer points.
Oh, it's brutal.
It's crazy.
Yeah, it's tough.
Crazy.
They are going to have a better year next year.
All right, Houston 20 and Indianapolis 16.
Houston had the ball for almost 35 minutes.
Woody Mark stinks.
and even though he's averaging 19 touches per game
his last three games, you can't start him.
I was going to name him a loser,
and then I see their schedule.
Kansas City next week,
I can't start him there.
I can't feel good about that.
But it's Arizona after that,
and then Las Vegas,
and then the Chargers in Week 17.
I've got two of the next three weeks
where I might be okay using Marks in Low and number two running back.
Yeah, his last two weeks were as good as you could possibly get.
Now, Tennessee was, I think, as Adam pointed out, you know, when they're healthy,
they're a little bit of a different run defense.
Buffalo had a great game.
Didn't this week, the last two teams against the Colts, since Buckner's been out,
teams have run on them, then maybe you say, okay, he gets that touchdown if he's in there
instead of Chubb.
I know you said he came back at him, but he wasn't right with a foot injury.
So I don't know how you can start him with any confidence.
Let Heath talk here.
Go ahead, Heath.
No, I asked the question.
I'm good.
Oh, but you were going to say something.
I want to make sure you got your point.
in. I don't think I was.
Okay, great. He had 20 touches
and seven PPR points. That's
troubling. It's the last
two games. He had 19. Yeah, yeah. No,
it's been a lot of this from Houston's run game all year.
Three in a row. Yeah.
All right. You know what? Jaden Higgins, man.
I mean, he's just solid. It's just solid.
Five catches for 65 yards on five
targets. We already talked about Schultz.
On the other side of the ball, guys, let's talk about
Jonathan Taylor. It's not a bad game
for Jonathan Taylor. You know, you have a ton of
touches. You had 85 rushing guards.
36 receiving yards.
It's good, but it's not great, Jamie.
What would your words of wisdom be for the Jonathan Taylor manager?
Shataki Mushrooms light.
It was frustrating.
You know, I like the one play design on the long reception on the left side of the ball,
you know, where they had the offensive line out in front of them.
So it was nice to see them do that.
I think just the fact that he did this against Houston
and then now gets Jacksonville next week where they really are.
awful in Jacksonville.
They have not won in Jacksonville.
This is according to P. Priscoe since 2014.
So they tend to struggle when they go into this spot.
But this is an easier matchup for him than he's seen in the last couple of weeks.
Even though Jacksonville's run defense is good,
I would much rather see him against Jacksonville's defense than against the Texans defense.
So for him to come out of this with the involvement in the passing game was good.
I believe he had 100% of the running back touches, carries at least, in this game.
So nobody else is taking him off the field.
like this this is not what you're hoping for from jonathan taylor but this is a pretty good game
without a touchdown also it wasn't just this game it was the brown's game also but can we ban the
snapping the ball of the tight end please look he fumbled tyler warren and harold fan both had
snaps go between their legs and their teams lost the ball on caged stover had back-to-back
tush push plays for houston and he couldn't get a first down yeah come on be curious to see what
Michael Pittman's start percentages next week coming off.
He's got what?
He's got six catches for 40 yards and a touchdown in his last two games combined.
But that was Kansas City and Houston.
Now he gets Jacksonville in week 14.
All right.
Speaking of Jacksonville, they beat Tennessee 25 to 3.
Trevor Lawrence with a really good game,
25.7 fantasy points for Lawrence.
That's two straight good games for him.
He gets the Colts next week.
Heath, what do we got in this game?
Yeah, I'm a little, like it was a good game for Trevor Lawrence for sure.
don't want to say anything other than that but i'm a little worried about the past catchers i mean
britton strange scored a touchdown but again it's four targets they're not throwing the ball
hardly at all and it's working for them um that doesn't have anything to do with believe it or not though
um believe it or not there's absolutely no reason for you to have a tennessee titan on your fantasy
vote roster we did the dk thing yeah yeah i believe yeah i can't yeah of course i believe eight points from
Spears every week.
That's about it.
Spears are...
Did you have that again today?
Yeah, he did.
Every game.
Well, what about Brian Thomas Jr., guys?
What do we think about him?
Like I said, he had an 84% route participation rate, and he got two catches for 28 yards
on three targets.
He was barely started.
He'll get the Colts next week.
Yeah, so Heath, what's your recommendation for Brian Thomas, Jr.?
I think you are holding him, but you can't start.
him and you're hopeful that this was the shake the rust off from the last three months game
and he shows you something to give you a little more confidence later in the year but again like
I just said it's a low volume pass offense and right now he doesn't look like he's top two
in that priority so Liam Cohen before the game told uh I forget who it was for CBS I'm not sure who
was covering the game it might have been a DD that he wanted to get the ball to BTJ
early and you saw it on the first drive he had a catch for 11 yards and he didn't have another
target again until the third quarter and he only had two targets from the third quarter on one was a
deep ball another one was a 17 yard play there was some yak it wasn't bad keep in mind that
parker washington went out in this game and he still only had three targets and there will be some
games where jacksonville will have to throw more than you know a handful of times like they did today
but they this is what i was worried about with brian thomas junior coming in the week they had spent
the first half of the year trying to get him going.
They couldn't do it. Now they've got
Jacobi Myers, Brenton Strange. We'll see
what's up with Parker, Washington. They've got some other
players that they can lean on. They don't have to
force the ball to BTJ.
Carolina 31 and the Rams
28, huge win for the Panthers
and they had the ball for more than 35
minutes in this game. Heath.
I guess, I mean,
we talked about Rico Doudal as a loser,
but believe it or not,
Chuba Hubbard is the best Panthers running
back rest of the season.
not there yet neither am i but he looked better in this game i thought from the start
like first drive of the game he was hot and there was just there was no going back there were
a ton of big runs for i don't know about big but successful runs from chuba hubbard obviously
the 35 yard touchdown it was a little swing pass to the right side he ran past five rams
defenders en route to the end zone he said after the game he felt like his old self last week
You couldn't really tell that, but this week for sure look good.
And we already know from one point this season, how Dave Canales feels about Chuba
and what he thinks Chuba means to the team.
And if he's rounding back in a form, then this is a full-blown committee.
And Chuba might be there on the right side of the committee moving forward.
So I can't rule it out.
But I just, I'm probably still going to rank RICO a little bit higher than Chuba in their next game.
It's not for two weeks.
and it's New Orleans, if I'm, if I'm correct, I can look at the schedule.
Yes, that's right.
It would probably up.
So that's not a bad matchup at all.
Maybe they both go off against New Orleans.
Bonus, believe it or not, Jalen Coker is a good ad for teams that have already clinched a playoff spot.
No.
Too hard to trust.
Deeper leagues, I would do it.
This was Ligette twice this year, you know?
I mean.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's true.
Yeah.
Bonus, believe it or not, Devante Adams is the best Rams receiver rest of season.
Don't believe it.
No.
I believe it if it's non-PPR.
Let's get an update on end zone targets.
Devante Adams, 24.
Pooka N-Kua, four.
End-zone targets.
I got to imagine Devante Adams is close to a record.
I'd love to, I'm going to try to look that up.
It's insane.
All right.
Tenorough McMillan, again, two catches last week, 35 yards and a touchdown.
One catch this week, 43 yards in a touchdown.
Another team that does not throw the football.
And McMillan got lucky with the touchdown there.
This game really did not go as anybody thought it was going to go.
Yeah.
Although if you watch the Rams on offense, they had drives of six plays.
These are touchdown drives.
Six plays, seven plays, seven plays, six plays.
Like there was no resistance from Carolina's defense whatsoever.
Is that for an interception in the end of them?
Right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So the Panthers made like five plays all game long and three of them were big time
turnovers and that was the game.
The Panthers were basically dink.
dunk until they had a fourth down
and Emmanuel Forbes got
stacked twice first by Coker, then by
Tataroa. And that was
basically the game. All right.
That is the game. Miami
21, New Orleans 17.
Seriously.
I don't
know what that sound was, but I'm glad
that gave me something to talk about because
this game certainly
did not.
Darren Waller is a dropable.
Oh, man.
He is 66% rostered.
He had three targets.
Okay, that's fine.
Sarah, what else are you going to talk about in this game?
He's definitely droppable.
I mean, I don't think he's somebody you have to run out and grab,
but you are talking about a Jets defense that just gave up a huge game to Kyle Pitts,
and there's still no second receiver that's consistent for the Dolphins.
So with four teams on a buy, one of them being George Kittle, he'll be a borderline starter, I guess, at best.
I would say you could go to him in a game where you'd think A. Chan would struggle to run the ball.
But look at the Dolphins schedule and look at A. Chan.
He's never going to struggle to run the ball.
I'll tell you, who's 1% rostered and has 15 targets in his last two games.
It is Devon Valet, who's one of the top receivers this week.
Eight catches, 93 yards and a touchdown on eight targets.
Dave, we'll be talking about him on Tuesday, Devon Veilie.
All right, next game.
His catch was incredible.
Touchdown cash.
Yeah.
San Francisco 26 and Cleveland 8.
You need to hold Brock Purdy and Juan Jennings through the buy.
They get Tennessee and then at Indianapolis and then Chicago in their last three games.
You got to hold Purdy and Jennings through the buy.
I don't believe.
I'm not saying with Purdy, no, I don't think with Purdy.
Jennings is tough to drop, though.
pretty reliable.
I can't imagine anybody dropping Jennings unless his 10 team league.
I think in the case of Purdy,
it's probably dependent on what your quarterback situation is because he was
available in a lot of leagues for the majority of the season.
Just knowing that he's given you 18 plus points in two of his four starts since coming
back.
Two of three?
He is rostered in more leagues than Jennings right now.
Yeah, Jennings is only 84% roster.
It's a little weird.
And Pierceall is 84% roster.
That needs to change.
Pierceall is 100% dropable.
I think Purdy and Jennings are worth holding.
I would agree.
Would you rather have a guy in a good committee?
Or Diadre Swift or Quinshaw Judkins?
I'm looking at their schedule.
Judkins, yeah, next week they have Tennessee.
It's going to be tough for them.
It should be good for 3.3 yards per carry, but probably 27 rush attempts.
Yeah, chat?
What do you guys, what do you think in the chat?
I'd rather have Swift, but that's close.
We got only four answers so far.
Three of them are Swift.
But right, I mean, like, this guy's not in a committee.
He did have three catches today, which was nice.
All right, Harold Fanon.
It seems like he'll be more involved in the passing game with Shador
and probably with Samson injured.
Fanon with the touchdown catch today.
That was excellent.
And Sanders threw 25 passes for 149 yards.
Tough conditions, though.
Jets 27.
Falcons 24.
We should stop trying to guess which week and just start Kyle Pitts.
If London's out, maybe, but if not if London's back.
I don't.
You don't care?
No, I know you've been more optimistic than I have, and maybe next week will be the week.
I don't feel very.
Why would you rush Drake London back for this?
No, I agree with that.
He has the same.
same injury that Bowers had, right?
Yeah.
So Bowers tried to play through it for a month and then had to sit for almost a month.
Same injury.
The same one as Garrett Wilson has, too.
You would agree that that would impact the value of Pitts, though.
Yes.
I just am not really thinking that he's probably going to play next week.
Okay.
Well, last week, you know, Pitts had a bad game, but I think he had a 25% target share.
He has, I think, all three games with cousins now.
Which are, oh, which were all without.
Pits, all without London, even the first one, yeah.
So, right, at least you have that going for you.
So I've got that going for me.
Although I do think it's Seattle next week.
Well, that's good.
They can't cover tight ends.
There you go.
Look at Hawkinson today.
They really can't.
All right.
That's it for this game.
Oh, Breece, no, let's talk about Breeze Hall.
19 carry 68 yards.
Pretty lucky touchdown.
They almost recovered a punt for a touchdown,
but it was down at the one year.
yard line, then he scored.
I thought he'd be better than this, Jamie.
But Brees Hall gets Miami next week, and what do you think?
I mean, he's just a must start running back at this point.
You know, so given his workload, Isaiah Davis did nothing.
You know, there's nobody else taking him off the field.
Last week, we had a little bit more work in the passing game.
I think that's something that'll be, I'm going to guess you could probably say three
catches for Brees Hall is something you could hope for, more so with him than with
Justin Fields throughout Taylor.
So, I mean, Miami's run defense has definitely improved since the start of the season,
but it's nothing you fear.
And with four teams on a buy, like, how are you getting away from Biesel?
Dave, are you going to drop John Metchy for Adonai Mitchell?
Am I?
That's a ceiling play versus a floor play.
Okay.
All right, let's go to the late game.
Seattle 26, Minnesota, Zero.
The Vikings just showed the league how to stop Sam Darnold in the Seahawks offense.
Blitz.
I know it was 26-0,
but the offense was
mostly awful in this game.
Yeah, they had a pick six, right?
Yes.
And other, they had four
interceptions, so they had a lot of short
fields. Yep.
And they had a bunch of field goals and
one Charbonnet Red Zone touchdown.
I did look.
John Wofford. I got some trivia
for you, Adam. Oh.
Brosmer was the first, second quarterback
since 2017 to have a game with less than 200 yards passing four or more
interceptions four or more sacks and no touchdowns it's obviously it's
obviously Daniel jones one other quarterback has done that since 2017 is it
jodes it's not Daniel Jones any other guesses Tommy DeVito Sam Howell oh not a giant
no so so as you talk about this you know in the
Vikings doing this to Darno.
Is anybody concerned at all about Jackson Smith and Jigba,
who had two catches for 23 yards?
No.
No.
I got way too many of the things to be concerned about.
It's like when the whole house is burning down.
Yeah.
And you look outside and one of your flowers is wilting.
Ken Walker, you know,
Ken Walker had 13 carries and Charbonnet had nine.
And then the Seahawks got the ball back where they were up 19.
nothing in the fourth quarter.
And they gave Charbonnet five carries on that drive.
He had 30 yards and a touchdown.
So you see the box score Sharbonnet had more carries than Walker.
And the guys, I don't think either of them played after that.
They didn't have any carries after that.
Walker looked great at times.
He really did.
I think he's so close to breaking one loose.
I think he's been in the zone lately.
He's unfortunate.
He got pulled down by his wrist on what should have been about a 70-yard touchdown.
Yeah.
He just made a diving, diving grab.
But I think still, like 13.
to nine is not what we want.
It's another Chitake committee.
It's true.
It's true.
All right.
So at least he was involved in the passing game again, right?
Is that two games in a row for Walker?
Three catches?
Three in a row.
So that's good stuff.
Yeah, three in a row with three catches.
That's terrific.
Hopefully that can maintain.
We get these spurts with him.
It doesn't always continue.
I don't have anything to say about Minnesota.
Buffalo except Jordan Mason
did have...
Before you move on.
I will.
But Jordan Mason,
double-digit PPR
fantasy points in all four games.
Okay, I will.
Jordan Mason, double-digit PPR
fantasy points in all four games
without Aaron Jones.
And I don't see...
Oh, this one?
At Dan's toothpick.
Ken Walker is like a great sandwich
that gives you a great drive,
but Charby is the toothpick
that finishes with the touchdown.
I love it.
All right, next game.
Buffalo 26, Pittsburgh 7.
Keon Coleman is back.
Oh,
sorry.
No.
We have got to stop ranking D.K. Metcalfe as a top 30 wide receiver.
Believe it.
Yeah.
Yeah, he's no good.
Sorry to bring the mood down.
This whole game brings the mood down.
Well, it's the week.
It was interesting in the first one of these games.
Yeah. I'm pretty sure Christian Benford was shadowing D.K. Metcalfe.
It doesn't matter.
Anyone cares. Yeah, it doesn't matter.
Aaron Rogers is just bad.
Oh, yeah.
From what I've seen and Roma was talking about on the broadcast, guys are not open.
This receiving course stinks.
I just don't understand why they didn't run the ball more.
Like, every team runs on Buffalo, and they have a.
Pretty competent run offense at times.
You know, last week we got 18 carries from Jalen Warren.
It was a season high.
You had Kenneth Gamewell evolved and looked great.
Like, I don't understand the game plan.
I really just, it was my mind.
They didn't run it effectively.
They had the ball.
This is one of those wacky time of possession games.
18 minutes of possession.
Yeah, but today's point, in the first half, it was a competitive game.
Like, they had opportunities, and I don't know, it just doesn't make sense.
it didn't help that he got bulldogged Rogers got bulldog on the first play of the third quarter and
that led to a touchdown and then another turnover after that and just everything spiraled out of
control for Pittsburgh I don't think I think this was the end of the Steelers season I don't have
much confidence it's easy to get away from D.K. Metcalf now he was barely a top 40 receiver for me
this week now it's like other than Warren who else do even care about starting on Pittsburgh
I would like to see them throw the ball to Darnel, Washington.
Yes.
I think he could be a real weapon.
It's definitely fun.
Yeah.
Did you see the one play where Tradavius White was like, nope?
No, I didn't.
It was like watching, you know, how guys got out of the way of Derek Henry, like, no, we're up big.
I'm not going to the trainer's room this week.
I don't blame him.
Smart guy.
Chargers 31, Raiders 14.
Pretty fantasy relevant game.
I think
some storylines
I mean we don't
I don't think you can really say
anything at all about the Chargers
because their quarterback
has a broken hand
and we don't know if he's playing
and their best running back
is hopefully back this week
and the Raiders fired Chip Kelly
and the offense was awful
yeah except for Brock Bowers
Brock Bowers made one of the most remarkable
catches maybe the greatest tight-in catch ever
Oh, jeez, that feels extreme.
Did you see it?
Dwight Clark might want to worry with you.
It was a great catch.
That was a better catch than Dwight Clark, but not as important, but it was a great catch.
But in fact, the broadcaster called it incomplete.
It's like, oh, I got it.
It was great.
There's got to be a better catch than that in tight end history.
I can't think of one.
It might be, but you can't think of one right now, so.
I can't.
There's got to be one.
I feel like Kellyn Winslow in that crazy game against the Dolphins.
had one. I don't know.
That was awesome.
Genti with six catches. I mean, he's, I know
he didn't have a great game, but he's so involved in the
passing game that you've got to feel good
always starting him, right?
Here's a non-fantasy
question. Who's rookie of the year of this year?
Oh, that's a great question.
Offensive rookie.
Offensive. Yeah, defensive is tough too.
I think. Defense, it's
the linebacker for the press. Wessinger, right?
Yeah. Oh, man.
offensive rookie of the year.
It looked like it was going to be a Buka and a runaway.
I'd still think I'd give it to a Buka.
It might be Taylor Warren, to be honest with you.
Oh, that's a good one.
Warren could be it.
Dart finished his strong.
I think he could win it.
I said this, and I got laughed out a little bit, but if Scataboo would stay healthy.
Yeah.
Okay.
You know what?
It's a great question here.
That's my son asked me today.
Who's the best team in the NFL?
It is a tough one this year.
It was the Rams before today.
Patriots won Monday night.
It's hard not to say them.
It's not them.
They're not ready yet.
They're going to lose anyway.
But you've got to go based on what they have accomplished.
Well, not if you're the selection committee.
Oh, gosh.
You're getting in.
Stop it.
What rookie has scored the most PPR fantasy points, not per game,
just the most PPR fantasy.
points this year.
Probably Janty.
A Bucca.
Buk had some big ones
early on.
Well, it could be dark
because he's a quarterback.
Can't be Cam Ward, right?
No way.
As of right now,
I show Genti at 177.6.
Teteroa at 175.6.
Oh.
At Buka at 168.
And I hadn't
looked at dart yet.
DART is currently
in first at 180.4.
I guess he's the rookie of the year.
Oh, it's a great metric to use.
Just total fantasy points.
It measures how many yards you get.
It measures how many touchdowns you score.
Seems like a good thing to use.
If you go by who's impacted their team
from a win-loss perspective,
it's probably going to be between
Dubuca, McMillan, and Warren,
because they're the only three on winning teams, right?
Sure.
I think so.
Let's see what Trayvion does tomorrow, right?
Warren...
Go on. Yeah, Henderson.
No, he's not.
He's got a lot of catching up.
But if he finishes strong.
Yeah.
Warren has really had a very...
I was thinking about that.
We just never talk about him.
He is a set it and forget it.
He usually doesn't have a huge game,
but he almost never has a bad game.
He's just been a terrific player.
Good for them.
All right.
Thanks, everybody.
Thanks for watching and listening.
Thanks for voting.
If you haven't done it, the 64.com.
And if we win this round, I'm going to bother you about it for the next round.
And hopefully the round after that.
But thanks again.
For Heath, for Jamie, for Dave.
For Thomas, who started Max Rosemur against me in a league today, still beat me.
I am Adam.
We will talk to you tomorrow on Fantasy Football.
