You know, some trips are just better when you can really unplug.
Spend time with family, see friends, or hit the course with the guys on our yearly golf trip.
This year, me and the boys stayed in a home on Airbnb, which happened to be a guest favorite, and it was right on the course.
We could walk straight to tee off every morning, and it was just a short stroll to the local shops, bars, and restaurants.
Staying in a place on Airbnb gives you plenty of room to spread out, cozy living areas to hang out in, and all the privacy you need.
Staying somewhere like that makes everything feel more like a home than a hotel, and you get a real feel for the neighborhood.
I'm already planning on how to go bigger and better next year.
Luckily, there's so many options to choose from on Airbnb.
So whether it's family, friends, or golf getaway, my biggest tip is to check out Airbnb, check out their guest favorites, which are the most loved homes on Airbnb, and you'll be amazed at what you find.

This is fantasy football today from CBS Sports.
What a play!
And you believe this?
No, I can't.
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Off to the races, and he stays on his feet.
It's just going to go the distance.
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
Not bad, not bad at all.
A pretty high-scoring week.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, twelve,
13 quarterbacks with 20 or more fantasy points so far, with four teams on a buy, with four
quarterbacks left to play, not bad.
Welcome to fantasy football today presented by BetMGM, make it legendary.
Today we're going to do the Trustometer Bad Offenses Edition, as we had guys on bad offenses
have really big games and also have really bad games like Justin Jefferson.
How much do we trust Justin Jefferson?
How much do we trust Shudur Sanders going forward?
And yes, Heath, I am aware this segment steals all of your winners and losers, so I apologize
for that, but, you know.
You know, any chance I
get to talk about Harold
freaking Fanon,
I am thrilled to do it.
He was the biggest winner. I'm excited
to talk about Shador as well.
I meant to send a tweet to Thomas
that I sent out just about 30 minutes
ago, but Harold Fanon
now has the third most points ever
for a 21-year-old's high-end in a season.
Behind only Kyle Pitts and Rob
Grunkowski, who played 17 and 16
games. He currently has the
most fantasy points per game ever
for a 21-year-old tight end.
What a great day
and what a great touchdown catch.
Like, it's not just
junk. This guy is good
at football.
Yeah, that's really a very
random stat, but
when you love most points ever.
It's a very Jacob Gibbs' stats.
He's always talking about what 21-year-olds
and 22-year-olds have done.
What is? Because if you do it
at a very young age, that
pretends big things.
He had his best game of the year.
And Adjoku left very early.
He's finally got a quarterback.
And Jamie's here.
This is the earliest Jamie's ever been here.
Hey, Jamie.
What's up, guys?
What's going on?
This is great.
Huge.
All right, Harold Fan is a big winner.
I guess you trust him rest of season at Chicago, Buffalo, and Pittsburgh.
I've started him 14 weeks in row.
What are you talking about?
All right.
Dave, you want to give us a big loser?
A big loser is going to be whoever catches passes in Indianapolis with Daniel Jones missing the rest of the year with the Achilles injury and it's going to be Riley Leonard and then maybe, maybe Anthony Richardson for Indianapolis.
Just a bad first look for Riley Leonard, two nice deep, one nice deep throw to Pittman and then a catch and run to Alec Pierce.
But it's it's kind of a shame that what's happening to Indianapolis, their whole season.
season's going to go down the tubes.
Don't see Riley Leonard as a guy that can help support multiple receivers in this
offense moving forward.
And that includes a tight end with Tyler Warren.
So I would be very nervous about having Pittman, Pierce, Warren, downs.
Like the expectations are going to go downs for all these guys.
At least they don't have to like go to Seattle next week or anything.
Well, that's usually a good thing for tight ends as it was again today.
Would you rather, do you think down the stretch,
the Colts have at Seattle, San Francisco, and Jacksonville at home,
you think Harold Fanon Jr. or Tyler Warren will be better?
If there's no Noghoku, I'm ready to pivot to Fanon.
Yeah.
Browns have Bears, Bill, Steelers.
I think you'll start them both.
But I'll take Fanon, F-O-E.
All right.
Hey, Jamie, how we live in?
Good.
Yeah, fine.
Must be happy.
It was, I mean, obviously, Miami got in.
I had a great fantasy day.
Nix won, and the Giants have the first pick in the draft right now.
Great for you.
Sports bonanza.
I'll tell you what else is great.
I hear a lot of people talking about firing Kevin Stefanski.
That was a master class in how to lose a game to the Titans.
In 10 days.
Great job.
All right.

Okay, we'll do the Trustometer Bad Offenses Edition.
So Harold Fanon Jr. was the first guy I had on there.
So Jamie and Dave, why don't you give me a zero to ten on the Trustometer for Fanon?
Seven.
Six.
Okay, we'll move on.
How about Shudor Sanders?
First 300-yard passer against Tennessee this year.
year, scored 39.5 fantasy points.
He is QB2 behind Josh Allen, 0 to 10 on the trustometer for Sanders at Chicago next week.
It's going to be like a five max.
There's still going to be other quarterbacks you'll take over Shador,
but he's a start in two QB leagues.
I hope all of my opponents in the first round of the playoffs are starting Shudor Sanders.
Yeah, I'm not going to start Shador Sanders in a one quarterback league by any stretch of
imagination.
but I would sure like for someone to answer
why I had to watch five weeks of Dylan Gabriel.
Yeah, man, it's, I don't get it.
Like, Shador is so clearly and obviously
better than Dylan Gabriel.
Yeah, good for him, man.
Also, uh, the Titans.
Keep that in mind.
Well, but he, I think we would have said that after like his first start,
he made a pass.
I'm not saying about Gabriel.
I'm not saying about Sanders in, in general.
Right.
I don't want to start him at all.
I don't imagine it'll be my top 18.
Yeah, but he didn't just, you know, he had the best game that any quarterbacks had all year against the Titans, but yeah, I'm not, I'm not picking him up.
42 attempts, too.
Third quarterback with more than 40 pass attempts against Tennessee.
He owes a little thank you to Tony Pollard.
Tony Pollard's on this list.
We're getting to him one second.
Let's go to Breeze Hall, one of Dave's losers, 14 carries for 43 yards against the Dolphins.
You had Tyra Taylor leave the game.
He had Justin Fields unavailable.
so it was Brady Cook
in at quarterback for the Jets
he went 14 of 30 for 163 yards
so zero to 10
trustometer for Brees Hall
going forward
Jamie you started off
six
Dave
it's gonna be a six or a seven
if it's Tarad
a five or six of its fields
and like a four if it's Cook
yeah I'll go eight with Tarad
five with fields
two with Cook.
I think one of the most amazing things that happened mid-season
is how this Dolphins run defense flipped on its head.
After the trade deadline.
I think it actually started, to be honest with you,
and I know the fantasy points are not going to speak to that,
but it was the Browns game because they did a good job
on Judkins. He scored three touchdowns,
but that was the game where they first started
to actually look like they could stop the run
because it was just coming at them all the time.
They're probably not going to make the playoffs,
but they're getting close to being,
in the discussion.
They were a four-game winning streak
and they're six and seven.
Oh, six, seven.
Okay, so Breece Hall.
They might be saving
Mike McDaniel's job,
which is the interesting thing.
There might be a playoff contender still.
Kind of.
I mean, it's going to be tough.
Let it get out.
They might be.
I know, I just said that.
All right, let's go to Tony Pollard.
Tony Pollard.
All right, so it was, you know,
there were a lot of sports things
that went very well for me today.
but I did start the morning off by dropping Tony Pollard in one league.
So it waited this long, 14 weeks in.
I finally dropped him.
And he had a career high in rushing today, 161 yards.
25 carries 161 and 2 at Cleveland.
Huge game.
Started at only 21% of leagues,
rostered at only 74% of leagues.
Heath on the Trustome meter,
Tony Pollard at San Francisco,
then the Chiefs, then the Saints.
So I just want to say I had two must-win games
where I was scouring the waiver wire at 1245,
trying to find somebody to start over Tony Pollard and I couldn't find I couldn't find
anybody so I started him so that was awesome um who do they play San Francisco next week
I mean I just did it against the Browns what does the matter um I'll I'll put him at a
at a four okay uh Dave Jamie Tony Pollard two I'll say I'll say five I will say to
By his credit, like he had three or four, like, exceptional runs.
He did play very well today.
And he had a few of those last week, not exceptional runs.
He got off to a really good start last week.
I was watching the tape and it was like, oh, this is a great start.
And then it just completely went away.
So I didn't really make anything of it.
But he had 10 carries for 60 yards last week against the Jaguars.
This is Tony Pollard.
I hope everyone in my first round of the playoffs starts Tony Pollard.
All right.
Just one more thing here.
They had 33 running back carries in this game.
That's by far the most in a game since Taije Spears came back, probably all season.
The previous high had been 22.
So it had a lot more opportunities.
But the last four weeks, Tony Pollard's had 71%, 69%, 83%, and 76% of the running back carries.
It's a lot better than what he had the three weeks prior when it was less than 60%.
So he has had a bigger running back carry share.
So you said started in 21%.
Yeah.
So I'm going to guess the other, because Heath is obviously.
and one of those people.
I'm going to guess the other 20% of people
probably are watching everybody else
make the playoffs.
I forgot,
didn't even set their lineup.
Didn't forget,
just are done doing that.
More like,
you know,
you played that three and ten team
and you're like,
oh,
thank God I'm getting into playoffs
or I,
you know,
clinching to buy or,
you know,
I got the three seed.
And what the F?
Tony F.
Tony Foller just did that to me?
Yeah.
Yeah, I know.
We'll see.
If his start percentage
is 21% again next week,
we'll know it was all the eliminated teams.
All right,
Quinshon Judkins.
Ooh, real.
Huge dud.
Now, he had a 58-yard catch, so it wasn't that bad.
But 14 carries for 26 yards, one catch for 58 yards.
So that's going to be about, what, nine and a half points, 9.4, I think.
If I did that right, I hope I did.
Yeah, he's at the Bears.
I mean, he's got the same schedule as Sanders and Fanon.
At the Bears, then the Bills, then the Steelers.
Trust don't meet her on Judkins, Dave.
Six.
Jamie.
Uh, seven.
Heath.
Five.
That averages out, too?
Six.
Yeah.
Twelve.
Oh, man.
Like, he can't really run on anyone.
You know, it's just so sad.
It's like even, you know, when Gentie gets a good matchup, it doesn't mean he's going to run well.
Apparently that's Judkins.
Are there maybe the Titans are a tough matchup?
Yeah, it's another team that really turn around its run defense.
Last one.
We were just waiting.
Waiting for these great matchups for Justin Jefferson, 91% started.
Gets four targets, two catches and 11 yards.
Heath, zero to 10 on Jefferson.
Zero.
Dave.
Wow.
Five.
Jamie.
Four.
All right, Dave.
He's one of your losers, Justin Jefferson with a horrible game.
Jay J.J. McCarthy, only three.
He was last week.
He was one of mine.
Oh, he's one of yours.
I'm sorry.
And I do think he qualifies as a back-to-back week loser.
Yeah.
For sure.
Yeah.
because, you know, I thought you could say,
I was Brosmer last week.
Seattle's been so good against receiver.
But Heath, in this game,
it's not like McCarthy lit it up.
He threw three touchdowns,
but only threw 23 times for 163 yards.
But how could we have any confidence in Justin Jefferson?
And he does get the best matchup,
Dallas and then the Giants both on the road.
But how can we have confidence in him?
I said zero.
I don't think you can have, like,
you can have hope and you might need to start him.
I don't expect that when we get,
to Tuesday, we're going to feel fantastic about the wide receiver position.
So he'll probably still be in the top 30.
I can't imagine he's going to be in my top 20.
I think maybe the most frustrating thing is you have a matchup against the defense that's
not very good, and they didn't even kind of try to force the ball to him.
Like, if he'd have had a few more targets and they just didn't connect, I might have a little
more hope, but they just didn't even try to throw it to him.
Four times.
Was there one into the end zone that they were close on?
I feel like I saw something like that.
I don't remember.
I don't remember either, but
McCarthy completing all but seven passes for 163 yards and three touchdowns
is amazing on the JJ McCarthy quarterback scale.
So I would say he did light it up,
but it was against one of the easiest opponents that you have.
He gets the Cowboys next week.
I wouldn't rule it out for Jefferson.
I agree with you, Heath.
It's going to be really hard to rank him as a top 20 wide receiver,
but I wouldn't rule out him coming back to like eight plus target.
and having a solid game.
I'm trying to find this article from ESPN.com about Kevin O'Connell basically has sort of admitted
that he has to change things up with McCarthy and maybe play to his strengths a little bit more,
change the offense somehow, and kind of give up on the footwork that he's been trying to,
you know, fix.
I'll see if I can find it because it was pretty interesting.
I didn't really expect it to lead the results, but maybe it did.
I can't wait to get over-examine.
did next year about the quarterback that they sign
and how that's going to change
Justin Jefferson. But I think the problem with that is
that J.J. McCarthy may win out
because the schedule is so favorable for them.
They won't win that. Right. They'll get out scored in that game.
He had a 91.3%
catchable attempt rate McCarthy
did against Washington.
This is a step forward.
Here's a quote from Kevin O'Connell
on ESPN. The biggest
thing is what you're seeing
coverage-wise needs to take a back
seat to what is the best thing for our offense in that moment.
Things that I may see, chances to maybe get an in-cut screaming or high crosses running
or vertical chances, that have kind of always gave us the lift in games.
I think he's trying to say, you know, he needs to kind of cater to what's best for the
quarterback instead of calling plays based on what the coverage is doing.
But, all right, let's take a break.
Keith, where is Jefferson in your dynasty rankings right now?
Oh, you know, he is still top seven at the wide receiver position.
He was sixth coming into this week, and he probably won't fall any from there.
I don't think I can get to the point of moving George Pickens head of Justin Jefferson,
but obviously if you were a contender, you prefer Pickens.
All right, let's take a break, and when we come back, news and notes, early waiver wire,
more winners and losers.
We'll be right back.

Quarterback news.
Terad Taylor left with a groin injury.
They're at Jacksonville next week.
Daniel Jones left with the Achilles injury.
They're at Seattle next week.
Jaden Daniels left with an elbow injury.
They're at the Giants next week.
Gino Smith left with a hand injury.
Kenny Pickett replaced him.
They're at Philadelphia next week.
Tuotunga Bailoa got his first win.
Oh, revenge game.
Can he picket, Philadelphia?
Yeah, Tua Tongueblo, a first.
game in 46 degrees or colder weather that he won.
He's now one in seven in those games.
And bundle up, he's at Pittsburgh next week.
Running back, this is a big one here, is Devon A. Chan.
He left with a rib injury.
He apparently was available to return to the game.
They had a pretty big lead for most of it.
But McDaniel said in an emergency, Devon A. Chan could have come back in.
So we'll talk early waiver wire.
Jalen Wright could certainly be someone to pick up at...
Somebody is to tell him.
Yeah, and somebody
who's telling Mike McDaniel
that the fantasy playoffs
are starting
and that is an emergency.
So we're going to need him.
Obviously, you could have been happy
with what you got from A. Chan today.
It was great.
But you have to say,
he could have had one of those
40-point games.
Oh, him, C.D. Lamb.
I mean, you know, both those guys
was what they did in the first half
was just incredible.
Yeah, you're right.
You're right.
Bejel Tootin fumbled
did not have a carry
the rest of the game.
He had only two carries at the time of the fumble
to eight for E.
And that was it for Tutin's
carries. And Keaton Mitchell
for Baltimore, he left in the second half.
I think Dave, you had
Abuka as a loser.
Is that right?
Doesn't sound right.
But he was.
Jamie had a book.
I had a book.
Okay. Let me read you a quote from
Chris Godwin on the buck's
offense. He said,
he said, I don't
disagree that it feels disjointed.
I can't put my finger on exactly
why. I feel like if we
could, it would probably be easier to fix
you can't just look at this and go oh it's whatever it's not whatever we have to correct it
if we want to make a run at this thing we've got to get it get it together and get it together
fast that's chris godwin on the buck's offense i think he said finger in that quote and the
fingers of the wide receivers have been part of the problem yep i saw at least two drops from abuka
today yeah i mean it's obviously a much better game if he catches that touchdown uh mason taylor
has a stinger yeah a good game i guess decent game
Darneau Washington left with a concussion.
Zach Ertz, tough knee injury in the third quarter,
and David Nujoku left with a knee injury pretty early in that game.
Offensive line, Cleveland Center, Ethan Posick, could have a long-term injury.
Tennessee offensive tackle, Dan Moore, left with a neck injury.
Colts, as if it wasn't bad enough for the Colts,
their right tackle, Braden Smith, left with a concussion.
In Tampa Bay, they were already playing without their left tackle, Tristan Wurst.
Their left guard, Ben Bredeson left with a knee injury in the second quarter.
And that's pretty much it.
I'll mention that Christian Bedford,
Benford, the Bill's cornerback,
who's been shadowing number one receivers lately.
He is the first Bill's defensive player
to score a touchdown in consecutive games ever.
Congratulations, Christian Benford.
And he turned that game on its head
and it was a big part of why they won.
Jamie, early waiver wire.
Who do you think is going to be in the column this week?
I mean, obviously, Jalen Wright is the headliner
with the injury to Devon A-JAN.
Um, we'll have to wait till Monday to give you the rest of the list.
Okay.
I don't know if there's going to be a quarterback.
Should her Sanders Sanders for you?
There's, I mean, he has some, some pretty wild fans.
So he'll be picked up in a few leagues.
I mean, listen, he should.
You know, if your quarterback's, look, you just listed Daniels and Jane Daniels.
Those have been at points in the season, obvious starters, you know,
and guys that I think, you know, some people had some potential expectations for obvious
Daniels, you know, when he came back, that he came back.
He was going to, I know for me, I picked him up in a couple of leagues with this match
up against the Giants this week.
So Mario will definitely be back there, you know, for sure.
So, you know, those are, those are some options.
What about Isaiah likely?
Bengals this week.
Yep.
Big game last week.
Luther Bird was having a touchdown against him last time.
Luther Bird.
Should have had two touchdowns.
You know, they have opportunities to play well.
Yeah, Luther Burden, we got an email.
that said that the
it was only sent to me
but it said that our Luther
burden hype was basically out of control
and it was sent
first of all
if you're going to send an email like that
never send until the game's over
it was sent around half time
so he didn't have a great game
I think he probably scored around 10 fantasy points
no more than that 10 point
10.7 plus what he did
it's 11 on the down
yeah that's that's not bad
11 p.R point I don't know what he's referring to
I guess maybe you guys are talking about this morning
I guess
I know for me like I didn't mention him
once in the last few weeks as a waiver wire option
because there's just too many mouths to
do this offense. Like, I never had any
interest in picking him up until this
news from Romo Dunes. It was this morning.
He was referring to this morning, I think, or
it didn't make sense. We didn't overhype him.
I mean, we treated him like a number three receiver.
Talked about him several times with the last few weeks
about somebody to pick up. Like, I never
wrote about it. You know, so it was never
in the waiver wire column on CBS Sports.
Just because, again, I didn't think there was
an opportunity for him to be a starter without
an injury. And now there's an injury.
Yeah.
Well, he led the team in targets.
He led the team in receiving.
So I think it was actually a pretty encouraging game for Luther Burden.
Especially giving the opponent.
Now, I've got to play them again in two weeks, but still.
This is going to be the last time I tell you on the air, because this is the last night of voting.
So if it's Sunday and you're watching live right now, it's really the only people I'm talking to.
Go out and vote at the 64.com.
If you're listening to this on Monday, go to the 64.com and see if we won.
But you're going to want to find the sports podcast radio category, and we're in the finals.
and just please vote for fantasy football today.
It'd be great.
And that's pretty much, that's the last time.
Until there's a new contest that I'll ask you to vote.
All right, to the winners and losers.
Heath's winners are Harold Fanon Jr., 78% rostered, 57% started.
And, oh, what is this, D.K. Metcalf?
What happened here?
148 yards at Baltimore for D.K. Metcalf coming off of...
I mean, his last five games, the yards were 6, 35, 49,
22 and 32.
So this was surprising.
What do you think about Metcalf?
It was as if someone, like,
showed the Steelers highlights of D.K. Metcalfe in the past and said,
no, this is how you're supposed to use them.
Like, Aaron Rogers, I thought, played fantastic for the majority of this game.
And he was throwing the ball down the field,
specifically down the sidelines to D.K.
And D.K. was winning his matchups and making plays.
It was very encouraging.
I'm not, like, you can't just throw him right back up probably to where we had him.
But as bad as wide receiver is,
might get the Dolphins next week it's a very encouraging matchup aaron rogers said before the game
great week of practice that the receivers bought in you know so i don't know if maybe the addition of
adam thieland just another guy in that room that's clearly a professional you know maybe saying
some things to the group helps uh and i think the one thing like watching this game they had some
special teams concerns he was playing the gunner on special teams whoa and like
earned his Steelers Stripes with everything he did today.
Like, you know, beat the Ravens, big game, doing whatever was needed.
Like, there was at one point, like he got up from a play.
His shoulder pads were all messed up.
His jersey was all messed up.
Like, he gave everything he had.
And it was, you know, this to Heath's point, like this was the player, I think, that they were, you know, hoping to get,
especially after you see what George Pickens has been doing.
Like, you know, they've had that narrative going for a couple months now of Pickens just being this absolute stud and Metcalf not.
And, you know, today, at least for one week, you know, it certainly wasn't his favor.
They also couldn't run the ball today.
So they needed him in a major way.
They needed vintage Rogers in a major way to.
Yeah, Baltimore did him to run.
They're in the throw, excuse me.
Well, Heath, to your point, this was one of the highest, I think a second highest,
um, really this, this, usually don't get this data, the average route depth.
But I think the second highest average route depth.
We'll see if that changes.
They usually don't get that data until the day after.
But it was that, that fits with what.
my viewing experience was.
Yeah, fourth-highest A-DOT of the year for him.
High A-DOT hasn't always translated to success for him, but it certainly did today.
And he's been this super low A-D-D-D guy all year, basically, and that's just not who D.K. Metcalf is.
So, all right, that's Metcalf and Fanon for Heath.
For Jamie, it's Kyle Pitts, 79% rostered, 46% started.
So it's basically the same roster percentage as Fanon, a little bit lower start percentage as Fanon.
And Pitts went for six catches, 90 yards on 10 targets, two huge games in a row for him.
And you also have Devin Neal.
So it's Pitts and Neal.
I mean, this is what we hope for for Pitts.
It started with the first game that Cousin started and London was out and it didn't materialize.
And then the last two have been great.
And so we'll see if London comes back.
He's clearly on the verge of returning if they decide to, you know, rush him back or he's healthy enough to play.
You know, we'll see what the situation is.
But as long as Drake London is out, this is the best receiving option for the fall.
I don't think it's close, you know, Darno Mooney's just not that guy. Kyle Pitts is finally
living up to expectations that we've had for him since his rookie season. It's always
interesting when a guy in a contractor does this, so we'll see what happens, you know, coming
off of this stretch run here. But, I mean, look, he's a must-start fantasy tight end. And in the
case of Devonil, look, he's gotten the work in the last two plus games since Alvin Camaro's
injury. Today he delivered on it with a rushing touchdown. I think if the score was different,
he probably would have been more involved in the passing game like we saw the last two weeks.
but Tyler Shuck is playing with this like that's a guy you look at the waiver wires Tyler Shuck
I mean he's playing very well uh with his fantasy production um but I think Devon Neal as
you know Camara's out he's at least the flex and probably a borderline number two
anyway what was interesting about Neil's touchdown was it was a direct snap to Tassam Hill
who handed off to Devin Neal so that the threat still exists but Tase of Hill's getting
hardly any touches the last two games it's been all in the all which is awesome that's the best use
of Taysam Hill
handoff
also Jamie just to recall
because I was just looking at the game log
the first time London was out
and Cousins played
Pitts had nine targets
in that game against Miami game
I was talking about the most recent
I know you were yeah
but like the one even before
this most reached so it's what three out of four games
it's three of four with Cousins
he was a 26% target share
with Cousins coming into this game
so awesome right we have yet to see
Cousins London Pits together
right right this year uh dave your your winners are jordan first of all i want to say you guys
do a nice job complimenting me when i get something right probably because out of shock but you
guys were great with jordan love i just didn't see it with jordan love i didn't this is one i was like
i don't know why the guys are so high on him he scores 25.4 fantasy points he only threw 25 times
i think that was kind of my concern but he really made the most of it so great job to you guys
for believing in jordan love in this game and he's unfortunately at denver next week
but Dave, you want to talk about him and Zay Flowers,
who had 11 targets and had a huge game.
Yeah, love looked great other than the interception.
It looked like the ball came off his hand funny on that,
but he wasn't pressured very much.
He was sacked only one time.
And Christian Watson, man, just such a weapon for him.
And you're right, that matchup against Denver.
I can't say I love love for that game.
But after that, he's a for sure starter.
I'd say he's a maybe starter for that game against the Broncos, too.
So I think he just proved that he's absolutely in the conversation of being a top 12 quarterback and will be after that game against the Broncos.
Zay Flowers was on the same page with Lamar, made some big time catches with Lamar.
He could have had an even bigger day, if not for some drops along the way, not getting his feet in bounds on a catch.
His play was a byproduct of Lamar taking a step forward.
We've seen some really bad play from Lamar.
Last week, he was close for a couple of touchdowns.
This week, Lamar should have had a monster game.
He instead had a good game, a top 12 game.
And Zayflowers was a big part of that.
And I think that that can continue for Baltimore,
especially next week against Cincinnati.
Okay.
And Dave, let's go right to your losers.
Actually, if we can talk about Jordan Love,
do you guys feel like if there were still a cell high window
that Christian Watson would be the best sell high in fantasy right now?
I don't feel that way.
I think he'd be a single high.
He had four targets.
Right.
You know,
Jaden Reed was involved,
Melton.
I mean, four targets.
I don't know.
Did Romeo Dobbs get hurt?
I don't know.
I don't know if he got hurt.
But he obviously wasn't very involved.
Okay, sorry to interrupt you there.
Dave, your losers were Bruce Hall,
who we talked about,
talked about so we can skip your losers cool fine with me jamy ameka abuka and debo samuel abuka
was still started in 92 percent of least he had nine more targets he had two catches for 15
yards if you all didn't see it he was wide open for a touchdown and he dropped it and debo
four catches for 27 yards on six targets at the vikings i think in the case of buca we kind
of covered this and now mike evans is coming back potentially this week so you know you're
you're not dropping him i doubt you're sitting him in three receiver leagues
It's very difficult to start of a two or serial leagues right now.
You still got Baker dealing with the shoulder injury.
You mentioned the offensive line concerns for Tampa Bay.
It's just they're not connecting.
You know, you want to talk about a sell high candidate.
Let's go back to week five and say sell high on a Mecca Buka and actually stick to it
because that was the window that we needed to maximize his value.
In the case of Debo Samuel, it's now four games of 11 PPR points or less.
His last four games with Terry McCorn.
And now you have Mariota coming back.
You know, maybe the Earth's injury helps things.
for Debo, but I mean, he's just kind of struggling down the stretch here at this point.
And I don't know how many people are going to trust him now that McCorn's back.
This was a tough matchup.
I think we kind of expected that with what Minnesota does, number two,
in terms of few as fancy points allowed to opposing receivers.
It's just, I mean, for me, like, at best, the low-end starter in three-receiver leagues.
I can't trust Debo, Sammy, right now.
I also think that we look at the Vikings, and I feel bad because I was recommending
Jaden Daniels to a lot of people and Terry McClureen to a lot of people.
The Vikings, yeah, I think, yeah, we thought it was going to be a better game.
Vikings have given up one passing touchdown in the last five games.
You know, their defense, it's the Vikings and the Seahawks are the two teams.
You want to throw that fifth game in it.
Just say none in the last four.
Well, they played Lamar Jackson at that point, and Lamar Jackson wasn't extremely beat up at that.
So I think I got to give him credit for that.
You know, he's probably the best quarterback they fade.
Well, they face, no, they face love.
They face Caleb.
They face Daniels.
Who?
Darnold.
Right.
It wasn't like, it's not easy.
competition. The Vikings and the Seahawks
versus Yersen. The only team to shut down in J.S.N.
Yeah. Yeah,
I know. Seriously. And yeah, so those
are two matchups for receivers that I just hate
right now.
That's Jamie's losers are Abukin. Debo.
Heath, yours are Jefferson and Ken
Walker. Yeah. All right, good call here.
10 carries, one catch at Atlanta.
Well, that was not a good call because I think
I had them ranked in the top 15 like everybody
else, but it was not a good
game either. And I just
I don't have any rhyme or reason for one week
they really seem to like Ken Walker
and the next week they don't at all and he wasn't good
and Charbonnet was better
and they had more success throwing the ball than running the ball
it was just a gross performance and gross usage
yeah
and he's just right back where he was somewhere right around
RB25 committees damn you committees
It's going to be an interesting week this week with, depending on what Barkley does, because he's been struggling.
And Walker is obviously tough to trust.
And Breeze Hall's coming off a bad game.
Flethon Junkin's coming off a bad game.
Like, these are, you know, number two running backs that I think a lot of people have relied on or maybe got you to the playoffs.
And now here you are.
And, you know, if Defon A-chan's out, are you trusting Jalen Wright, like, over those guys?
If Tarad Taylor, who we think is going to play, is out, are you trusting Devin Singletary over those guys?
guys.
Devin Neal, are you trusting him over some of those guys?
Like, we're, you know, it's going to be an interesting week.
And this was the perfect game script for him, too.
Blowout win for Seattle.
They were pretty much dominating from like, certainly the second half.
It was close at the end of the first half, but this was the spot for him.
For sure, right.
I love this from Johnny Airport.
Great comment.
Johnny Airport is this a legend.
Good job, Thomas.
If you're not watching.
we have a headshot of Ken Walker up
and he's got this smirk on his face
and Johnny Airport says
Walker's face in that pick
looks like he's trying not to laugh at you
for drafting him.
I wonder how much
he's been on the injury port
one week it was on a Friday
but he popped up on the injury
the last couple weeks with this glute injury
I wonder if they're trying to manage
his touches for any reason.
I'm just speculating.
Maybe he played 60% of the snaps.
He's been a pain in the glute.
but again like next week they're playing in Indianapolis
Indianapolis's offense is going to be neutered
you'd think that it would be the perfect game script for Ken Walker
this game was the perfect game script for Ken Walker
didn't happen for him
all right we're going to take one more break
and recap all of the day's action
our thoughts on every game and we'll be right back on FFT
goal line work
both of Stie Wars running backs
were used near the goal line
DeAndre Swift was kind of in there more than Menangai.
He had all of them.
He did.
Menongai had the two-point conversion.
But they were in hurry up one time when Swift was in the game.
I don't remember which touchdown that was, but Swift didn't score.
Chase Brown was in the game at the five.
He scored from there.
Nothing too dramatic at the goal line today.
Almost touchdowns.
J.S.N. had an almost touch.
James Cook.
he fumbled, did James Cook fumble go into the S?
James football? Yes, yes.
Eight point swing.
Yeah, he almost had a huge game, James Cook.
JSN had an almost touchdown, then he had two real ones.
Trey McBride.
Tray McBride, by the way, he tied a record with Travis Kelsey, most consecutive games
with five or more catches, so we'd be looking to break that next week.
But he was wide open late in the game.
My member, Preset would have had a 30-point game.
He just missed McBride.
Abuka dropped a touchdown.
He had a drop on a chunk play earlier.
Devante Adams had a horrible game.
game. He was wide open in the end zone and Stafford missed him early.
Darnell Mooney had a long touchdown, but they stepped out of bounds, and so that was
called back. Michael Pittman had a touchdown call back on kind of a questionable offensive
pass interference penalty. Isaiah likely had an almost touchdown and a real one.
And for the second week in a row, John Mechie dropped. So this week he definitely dropped
a touch. Almost certainly a touchdown. The week before, probably would have had a break
a tackle. But Mecchi, you can imagine if he had a touchdown in two straight games, we'd actually
be talking about him. All right. We'll go.
to the games. This is the, what a great game. Did I call this one the game of the week?
Did I finally get one right? Buffalo and Cincinnati?
You were right about this game regardless. You were, you were so, so excited about the Bengals
pass offense and the Bill's defense not mattering.
Yeah, I mean, when the Bengals are right, I think, I guess, no defense really matters, right?
Is that one of the fantasy takeaways?
I think maybe less that the Bill's defense didn't matter and more that the Bengals were right,
really for the first time this season
with Borough
Chase and Higgins
and I guess Chase wasn't that right
but I know I think that the thing
that I had the takeaway was believe it or not
the Bill's run defense is
no longer a free pass
I don't remember last week
what did they do last week
I think they were good against Pittsburgh
and the week before they get up
4.09 yards per carry which is about a
yard better than they've done for the year
and Chase Brown had 12 carries for 23 yards
in the game that they were playing with the lead, most of it, too.
Yeah, maybe.
They certainly since, who was the team that ran all over them?
Oh, there were a few of them.
Sean Tucker, it was the Bills.
So the dolphins had 194 yards rushing,
and then the Buccaneers had 157.
That was the Bucs game.
That was week 11.
Yeah, since the Bucs game, they've been much better.
And I think part of the Steelers game, though,
is they just dominated time of possession so much.
Yeah, I mean, maybe that, so they got to pay.
Patriots next week.
It's not like we have a reliable running back there anyway.
Are you guys...
But you still look at it and you say the last few games,
like Jalen Warren still scores a touchdown.
Chase Brown still has two touchdowns.
So while the running production's not there,
the fantasy production is still there.
Are you concerned at all about this Chase Brown game
and his diminished role a little bit?
Jamar Chase having a bad game.
I think that's two of the last three games
have been bad for Chase.
Is there any...
We missed one, so yeah, two.
Two in a row.
Yeah.
I'm not worried about Jamar Chase.
I am a little worried about Chase Brown.
Because even on the first drive of the game,
Somaget P. Ryan was getting in there.
And it was a little better than a 60-40 split for Chase Brown.
But he's definitely off the field on third downs.
P. Ryan mixing in a little bit.
It's definitely a downgrade from where he was when P.
Ryan was out.
And that's kind of obvious.
I think in the case, again, I'll go back to
the guys I mentioned. Brees Hall, Sequin Barclay, um, Quinchon Judkins. Like, you know,
like, give me Chase Brown over those guys all day. Yes. Bengles, baby. Love it. Higgins was great.
Six catches, 92 yards, two touchdowns on 11 targets. And the thing with Chase, and I brought up
Benford earlier, we have to start thinking about number one receivers against the bills.
He's not, I don't know if he's going to shadow dig. He's not going to go in the slot.
They moved Chase into the slot a little bit in the second half got him going. But I think
Benford's playing really well. Any other takeaways here? Like, I,
I don't know.
The tight ends.
It's unbelievable.
It's crazy.
Oh, God.
The biggest game.
Start Isaiah likely and Mark Andrews next week.
Well, how about when Higgins leaves with the concussion scare?
Keseki scores a touchdowns.
Like almost every time Higgins is gone, Keseki does something.
What about Khalil Shakir, Heath?
He caught a touchdown, but only three targets.
Yeah, I think if you started him, you feel a little bit of a sigh of relief.
If you're thinking about starting him next week, you feel worse.
He's a number three wide receiver and maybe not a high-end one.
All right.
Next game.
New Orleans 24, Tampa Bay 20, a huge upset in the NFC South.
Mike Evans coming back will fix Baker Mayfield.
Believe it or not.
I don't believe it.
And he's broke?
I think so.
Just look at the last month.
The closest thing we have to a good game from Baker Mayfield is last week when touchdowns were called back and dropped.
How many pass attempts for Baker today?
30.
14 of 30 for 122 yards.
And I mean, it was a downpour.
We didn't really talk about the weather in the Buffalo game.
There was snow all over the place, but I don't think it really slowed anybody down.
I feel like the weather impacted this game a decent amount and certainly the passing games.
They had at least three drops, including the Ibuga touchdown.
Right.
Yeah, and I think, you know, what Chris Godwin said, we can't put our finger on it.
What's wrong with the offense?
That's kind of how I've felt.
But it seems like every week, I go back to that Rams game, third pass attempt of the game against the Rams,
which was a Sunday night game, the game Baker left at halftime.
Abuka gets wide open for what would have been a long touchdown, and Baker missed him.
last week I think there was a drop
I don't know if Buka had any
a moment like that but then this week of course
the touchdown
it just seems like they're just off
they're just off those two
something is not right with them
and I can't put my finger on it either
but now it's
I mean they were averaging 5.4 yards
per attempt in their last six games
and that's going to go down now
yeah
well this is where an inexperienced
offense coordinator has to find an answer
yeah so by the way just to go back to that buffalo gaming time and the weather did you guys feel like
the pass rush was negated slower yeah i felt like neither team could get any pressure
yeah you had i mean that's cincinnati though like the bengals don't have any
anybody that can get pressure on josh allen right and you had the bentford blitz that you know
he sacked borough on the one yeah i just felt like yeah it felt like the
Snow actually was an advantage for the offense.
It almost always is.
Yes.
Unless it's visibility.
All right.
Seven passing touchdowns in the game.
You tell me.
Back to this game.
So Shuck did not throw a touchdown, but he ran for two.
And he only had 20 pass attempts.
So that's always going to hurt Alabe and Velae.
But, I mean, if you think about it, Dave, you were high on Velae.
He had 25% target share.
So should we stick with him?
I don't think so
I don't think there's a reason to feel great about it
All right
All right then we're about Joan Johnson
We've always talked about him
Stick with him
So this is what I'm nervous about too
He what was he third on the team in targets
And he had four
And it's part of it could be
Veilay taking over some of that
Middle of the field role for the Saints
I don't know
I would just throw out this game
This isn't a very typical Saints game
That's true
I know they won
they've got Carolina next week
and it's at home
so no weather issue
should be a favorable matchup
will shuck throw it
35 times
I don't know
I don't know if we'll have to
yeah
all right Jacksonville
at home after that
Jacksonville 36 and Indianapolis
19
Travis ETN
will outscore Jonathan Taylor
in the fantasy playoffs
back to the schedule
we go
the Jaguars have
themselves games against the Jets at Denver and at Indianapolis.
John and Taylor's at Seattle,
home versus San Francisco,
home versus Jacksonville.
I believe it.
It's going to be close.
And I think,
did Tudin come back in?
I don't think he did.
I don't think he has to be a quarter.
No,
I think he only played two snaps.
I think he barely played in the game.
So we are trending toward Travis E.T.N.
is a majority runner with LeQuint Allen playing passing downs.
I mean, could they have anything closer to an exact stat line today?
Oh, did they?
Let's see.
Taylor was 21 for 74 and a touchdown with no targets.
ETN was 20 for 74 and two touchdowns and one catch for eight yards.
I mean, I like two touchdowns more than one touchdown.
I mean, obviously, but like if you say that this is the workload for both guys,
given the offenses that they're in right now,
like you have to favor the Jacksonville running back
as good as none that Taylor is.
Yep.
Yeah.
Obviously, Dave, you know,
you express concern about the past catchers,
but what's your level of concern for Taylor?
Ah, sorry.
I think Indianapolis will have to do a lot more to get Jonathan Taylor
even more involved in the offense and lean on him.
The problem is that the defenses will know it,
and you'll see them take chances in the passing game
against Riley Leonard.
And then Anthony Richardson,
Asterisk, if Richardson comes back.
I mean, Taylor has not been the same guy for the last month, you know, and that's saying something
because he was an MVP candidate and he was arguably the best fantasy running back.
It's just been a struggle for him, and it's only going to get worse.
Are you putting him in that group of?
No, he's still ahead of those guys because I think the commitment to him will still be
there, whereas we see those other teams, you know, get away from it, and their offensive
line is still very good.
So, you know, now it becomes on him.
I know the concern is obviously there for the past catchers,
but if you look at what they were able to still do post-Daniel Jones,
like Pierce almost had a big touchdown at the end of the game,
Pittman's stat line was still fantastic.
Like, they could still do that.
It's not, it's, the path is going to be a little more challenging
because of who the quarterback is, especially with Richardson.
But, I mean, Riley Leonard may still be competent enough
to get these guys the ball to a level that you're still going to be
somewhat trustworthy with him.
Okay.
and Heath, you want to give some thoughts on
Jacobi Myers who had a nice game.
I think he's the number one wide receiver
on the Jigs and a borderline
number two wide receiver for Fantasy.
Who's going to be the best wide receiver
on these two teams rest of season?
I would say Jacoby Myers.
It's going to be close, though, because I did think
Brian Thomas Jr. made some phenomenal catches in this game
and the three catches for 87 yards is a positive thing.
But Myers has been great for them.
There's no question.
So I might say that Brian Thomas Jr.,
do I really want to say he's going to be better
than any Colts receiver the rest of the way?
Probably not.
I don't think I'm going to go that far.
But I think if you've got them on your team,
you may consider them as like a decent number three wide receiver moving forward.
Maybe there's some things that have been figured out.
He had a good game.
Speaking of figured out,
did Lamar Jackson figure it out?
Pittsburgh 27, Baltimore, 22.
Aaron Rogers.
Heath, you mentioned him.
I did really seem like he was just playing.
really well.
He scored 24.4 fantasy points.
But Lamar Jackson, I guess, rewarded his manager's 23.1 fantasy points for him, started in 71% of leagues.
What do you got for Steelers Ravens?
I was going to, I mean, I think you could do these two quarterbacks and just say Lamar Jackson's back to a must-start quarterback against the bingles in the playoffs.
And Aaron Rogers is the top waiver-wire priority at quarterback against the Dolphins.
He lost another touchdown, Lamar Jackson.
Yeah.
Like, he should have had a great game.
I watched this one closely.
I think he played his best game since we've had injury concerns.
Didn't likely take his third step when they took the ball away?
I don't understand why they took the touchdown away.
There's a pool report and all that stuff.
It's so stupid.
He should have had three touchdowns.
Rashad,
I had another drop two that would have put them in.
There were a lot of them.
There were like five throws, including the likely touchdown that his receiver should have caught.
he still had some bouts of like you know pass rush pressures on him he's panicking in the pocket
his interception was terrible but he also looked like his old self as a runner yeah it is about
about rogers the ravens have no pass rush absolutely zero and so not that the dolphins are
great at it but they are better than baltimore boy jailing warren feels like a landmine right now it's
just he's that has a long touchdown catch and he keeps scoring you know 12 to 14 points basically
and he keeps scoring a touchdown and i hate the role kenneth gainwell is mixing in at the goal line
um i guess i'm going to keep going back to starting warren in the one league i have him in but
i understand this is a guy that could lay a total egg is that how you guys feel definitely
no i think if you if you watch this game and you look look at the way rogers performed you can't just
say we're going to put eight men in the box and say it's okay that they can you know that they
won't beat us throwing the ball because hopefully they can and then maybe they'll open some things up but
that was baltimore's game plan today was we're going to make erin rogers beat us and he did from the jump
and anything else derrick henry you know you got to live with it 25 carries 94 yards one catch for
eight yards it's what it's the role you want in cincinnati next week you should be great and zay
Flowers we talked about. Basically, the magic number for
Zay Flowers is seven targets. Almost every time he gets seven targets, he does
well. He's only had two games in his career with 13 or more
PPR fantasy points with fewer than seven targets. So that's what we're
hoping for on a weekly basis. All right. Next up,
we have Seattle 37, Atlanta, 9.
Just keep in mind with Flowers next week. DJ Turner's been playing
great. Yep. And he did a great job against him two weeks ago.
Seattle 37, Atlanta, 9.
I feel like we've talked about literally almost everyone in this game with Pits and Walker
and there's nothing to say about J.S.N. He's incredible. This game changes nothing for Sam Darnold.
He's still going to be ranked as a high-end QB2 who could score you single digits or 30.
Yeah, that's very believable. I don't know why it took me so long to say anything.
Any concerns about Bijon Robinson?
No.
don't fumble.
I'm not, I'm a little concerned that he's not going to win me my league.
It was Seattle.
I mean, what are you going to do about it?
No, nothing.
Here's the, it's not the fact that it was Seattle.
It's the fact that this offense is awful.
Yeah.
Gosh, they're bad.
His next coach will hopefully be better.
I just think if you're the Bijon manager and you're complaining the Jonathan Taylor and
Devon A-chan managers are giving you some serious side.
die right now. I feel a lot better about Bejohn
win in my league than those guys. Currently.
Well, if A-chan comes back, you know.
If he comes back, he's hurt.
Okay. Next game, we can skip
through to Minnesota 31
and Washington, nothing.
Oh.
That was a good one.
I don't even have a believe it or not.
Mike, I just like, you can go
back to starting your
commander's pass catchers against the Giants.
as long as Marcus Moriota's the starter.
As opposed to if Jaden Daniels was the starter, I wouldn't.
Yeah, does it matter?
I mean, I know Daniels had a sucky game.
He was 9 of 20 passing.
I didn't see enough of it to know how much of it was on Daniels
and if he looked rusty or whatever.
It was Minnesota.
They're good.
They are.
So just ignore it and start against the Giants?
I think that's what he's getting at.
It's the Giants.
Like, you know, you want to take advantage of that.
that matchup.
And Mario, look, two weeks ago against Denver, he was fantastic.
And so, you know, again, I'm still nervous about Devo Samuel.
He'll still be, you know, in the three or C range.
And McLaurin was awesome against Denver with Mariotas.
So, you know, this is going to be one of these teams that, you know, even when they play Detroit,
like you've got to be a little bit nervous.
You're not going to sit Amaro St. Brown and probably not going to sit James and
Williams when they get there.
But I think you've got to just understand that Minnesota's defense is great.
And that was a byproduct of today, injury or not.
Giants are going to beat them.
Ugh.
Why?
Why?
Why?
Just lose.
Okay.
And then how do you feel about Aaron Jones and committee?
And how do you feel about Chris?
How do you feel about the running backs?
Do you feel like you can trust either Aaron Jones or Chris Rodriguez or Jordan Mason?
No.
This is the fear with Rodriguez is he does nothing except score touchdowns.
Yeah.
Like if you if you really want to make comps,
with him. It's Zach Charbonnet. It's Kyle Monong guy. It's Tyler Algear. Like,
that's who he is, you know, even though he's technically the starter. Like, if he does not
score, you're getting nothing. Five point, seven points. Those are the two games that he had
we didn't have touchdowns in the last five. So what happened to Jones? Because Jones had been,
you know, in the low 12-ish fantasy points somewhat consistently. Mason scored the touchdown.
And he had no work in the passing game. Yeah, which I don't know how much he played in the fourth
quarter i can look real quick i know he led them like it's it snaps good point i'd like to know that
yeah did we just because jones 14 carries for 76 yards that's that's really good but so mason was
running the ball like this was just they they you know they rolled the ball on the court they did
whatever they wanted to you know some of the questions that we get that i'm not saying i'm not
trying to be critical the people asking them but when it's who should i start erin jones or
Kareem Hunt or
Bam Knight, I just
I struggle so much with those types
of questions. It's so hard to predict those.
Right. Yeah.
But keep asking, obviously.
We'll do our best. It was a 49%
snapshot for Aaron Jones at half time.
No.
Okay. Well, that, okay.
It doesn't really clear anything up.
He's not the dominant back for them.
They used three back.
C.J. Ham was getting playing time without Mason or Jones on the field.
It was usually third downs.
I still like Jones the best of the three, but I can't say I love him.
Can't say that he's a slam dunk number two R.B.
He might end up being ranked like one next week, but I can't say he's the slam dunk type of running back.
Do you remember what the fake game of the week was?
I was like, no, it's not this one.
It's not Tennessee, Cleveland.
could never be 30, 31, 29 Titans.
What do we got here, Heath?
Believe it or not, Dave,
it's going to have to buy me pizza.
How close are we between Judy and Marvin Harrison?
He is now 25 half-p-R points behind Marvin Harrison.
Okay.
That's a problem.
I'm not convinced Jerry Judy will score 25 and a half.
Wait, I thought were we doing, uh,
we did.
We didn't do average.
We did total points.
We did total points, half PPR.
Okay.
Oh.
Maybe Alvin Camaro will come back and score 200 half PPR points.
It's over to save me.
In all seriousness, like, we talked so much about Shadour and Judkins and Fannan and
and Pollard.
Yeah.
I have nothing else.
I have nothing else to, like, we pretty much covered this game.
We did.
I guess the receivers for Tennessee, right?
Yeah, D.K had eight targets, five catches, 24 yards, and a touchdown.
Tight ends did nothing.
Van Jefferson, nothing.
Iommaner had a touchdown catch.
It's not fun if you have Cam Ward to see him outplayed by Shudur Sanders.
Kind of running out of excuses for, no, we're not running out of excuses, but it's tough to see.
You're not running out of excuses this year.
So if the Browns have like the eighth pick, is there a chance to doro Sanders is just their starter next year?
who's their coach well they have two first round picks right so they could trade up if they want right
you think he has a chance to earn the job in the next month
he certainly does look he played very well today and he's he's had some flashes and if there's
nobody better and he has a strong enough you know close to this season look they they're planning
to keep deshawn watson for what that's worth you know who knows what that was going to look like
in that competition of watson can you imagine can you imagine can you
you imagine the media coverage we're going to get if it's an open competition between
Sean Watson and Shador's next preseason.
I mean, we're going to potentially get it now because, you know, Watson's eligible
to return to practice.
So you get a glimpse of it if, you know, they're not going to play Watson, but still he's,
he's going to be out there.
I don't know.
I mean, look, if Sanders looks like this in some tougher matchups, then they're going to
have a tough call.
And I hope that's the case because, you know, he's certainly got talent.
He shouldn't have been, he shouldn't have fallen as far as he did.
you know, he's never going to be the, he never should have been the first overall pick,
despite the fact that he outplayed Cam Moore today.
But look, we've been sitting here for a good portion of since the draft,
Harold Fanon's got some potential.
Quinchon Junkins has potential.
Dylan Samson has potential.
We saw, you know, we see some of the defensive, you know, young players that they have.
Like, there's some good pieces here.
And an offensive line that can easily be, you know, solid.
And I still think DeFansky is a good coach.
So, you know, with everything in place, I think they need, you know, some help on the outside, still at receiver.
But like, there's some nice parts here.
And, you know, will they be a Super Bowl team with this group?
You know, there's a long way to go.
But, you know, if Sanders is playing like this, why can't he be the guy next year?
Miami 34 and the Jets 10.
Yeah, I guess Mason Taylor gets Jacksonville next week.
So Mason Taylor is streamable against Jacksonville.
I feel like you can do better than that.
Sorry, I know you may be able to it.
No, go ahead and go ahead and do better with Brady Cook.
Well, how about Greg Dillard is better than Darren Waller?
There you go.
Well, Sting, yeah, Mason Taylor has a Stinger anyway.
Is there anything you want to say about Waddle?
Because this was a great game for him.
He had seven targets, five for 50 and a touchdown.
but again, this is now becoming
one of the most run-heavy teams in football,
21 pass attempts for Tua.
I couldn't do any better than what you said, sorry.
Turns out there was nothing interesting to say about this game.
Believe it or not, we've wasted our time with Jets' wide receivers.
And we just need Gare Wilson to come back already
so we can waste our time with them.
Well, this was the nightmare, right?
Forget about the quarterback injury.
It was METI for two games,
Mitchell for one game,
and none of them for
Jason Taylor for one.
Believe it or not,
the chiefs are going to miss the playoffs.
Denver 24,
Las Vegas 17.
They are starting an undrafted rookie
I'd never heard of an offensive line now.
Believe it or not,
we got too excited about Ashton Genty's past game role.
You could just stop that Ashton Genty.
I mean the rushing is going to be like this for him from here on out
we need him to be more involved in the passing game
and it just didn't happen today
that was bound to that was bound to occur at some point
might as well have been against the Broncos
it's a tough matchup
yeah I would say Gentie looked Gentie had a tough matchup
but his next two games are at Philadelphia and at Houston
yeah those are tough matchups
do you feel better or worse about Brock Bowers
with Kenny Pickett.
Same.
I'm good with Brock Bowers
with anybody.
Yeah.
I think R.J. Harvey
definitely could have been
in our winners
segment.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
But he was already started
in almost 90% of leagues.
Yeah,
but I started him in
in my one Harvey league,
but I didn't start him
super confidently.
But this was...
Why not?
You have a lot of other Harvey
that you like better than that Harvey league?
Well, I dropped Tony Pollard
in that league.
So...
Yeah.
My Harvey League?
No, I don't have good running backs in that league.
But maybe I do now.
I have RJ Harvey.
Hopefully, you know, look, he dominated the work.
He had six matches.
Harvey, or RJ Harvey in the Harvey League?
What did you say?
Harvey Dent or RJ Harvey in the Harvey League?
Harvey Dent.
Can we name another famous Harvey?
Harvey.
All I could think of was Harvey Dent.
Yeah, Harvey from the...
Harvey Wall...
Steve Harvey.
From Reservoir dogs.
Steve Harvey, yes.
Yeah, Adam's, like, inspiration.
Harvey Kytel.
There you go.
You're a Harvey league.
Well, the one league in which I have Harvey.
Look, I actually, I'm not going to sit here and go, oh, he's going to have six
catches.
I don't know what his role in the passing game is going to be.
That's probably going to be up and down.
But the fact that he had a job for short game was raving about him.
Good.
Yeah, he loves him.
It was a great game.
Good efficiency.
Nice step forward for Harvey Keitel, Steve Harvey.
You mean Mr. Blonde or whatever.
Cortland Sutton had 10 targets
That was cool
Let's go to our next game
And it's Green Bay
Chicago, Green Bay 28 Chicago, Chicago 21
DJ Moore
should be the most dropped player
in fantasy on Wednesday
I could believe that
I don't know
91% rostered
Yeah
It's been that way all year
People just cannot seem to quit him
And the Bears quit him
against Green Bay
three targets that's it we had more receiving yards than he did technically you'd be better off
flexing colston loveland than dj more next week they're against cleveland
cleveland sucks didn't you watch yeah yeah which cleveland right right which right we don't
know uh cleveland they i mean they've been pretty bad family guy
Cleveland in their last i'm looking at their schedule now they're giving up a lot of point
almost every week, except to Las Vegas a few weeks ago.
31 to Tennessee, 26 to San Francisco, 10 to Las Vegas, 23 to Baltimore,
27 at the Jets, 32 Red New England.
It's usually because they're playing good defense and the offense is so putrid
that they either wear down or they have two short fields where the other team
only needs 15 yards for a touchdown.
Yeah.
This was not that at all.
Right.
Well, they have no pass rush.
No, just kidding.
Okay, anyway, very sad that Caleb Williams through that interception.
That was such a great drive, and he played so well in the fourth quarter.
He had a great second half, yes, for sure.
Swift, have you, what are the splits here with Swift and Menongai?
So Swift had 13 carries, Menongai had 14 carries.
Swift had three catches.
Menongai had one.
Did we get any clarity, Dave, in the Bears backfield?
The only thing that I think we can feel good about,
here is that Swift had all five
of their snaps inside the five.
They like to use him as a decoy so they can roll
Caleb Williams out.
Sure. I can't say that this
has happened in the game today,
but usually when the bears are trailing,
Swift is on the field and Monongai is not.
I think the most frustrating thing was
when they went on that game-winning drive,
they stuck with the every other drive
rotation and Monongai played almost
the entire drive. And then Swift
came in for the final
play to play decoy.
I've never seen a quarterback in my life run to the sideline more and throw the ball at the last second more than Caleb Williams.
Yeah.
He's done it, his whole career.
He's really good at it.
I don't understand how he doesn't get sacked more.
He's the most elusive player on Earth.
It's wild.
He's fun to watch.
He's a wild card.
How confident are you guys in Christian Watson?
Who's a guy we can compare to Christian Watson at this point?
You start him over Justin Jefferson?
Watson over Jefferson
He probably will be
I think did you say Alec Pierce Jamie?
Yeah
I think that's a good answer
Mm-hmm
But you'd rather have Watson
than Pierce obviously
Right now yes
But I mean
Prior to today I would have taken Pierce
Okay
Rams 45
Arizona 17
Bam
We're done with you
Yeah
Yeah, at Houston next week.
Yeah, you're not going to feel good starting them then.
Atlanta at Cincinnati next to you.
Yeah, but Trey Benson might be back by then.
Or Trey Benson might be done for the year.
That was a joke.
I don't think.
That's what I was hoping.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, okay.
Right.
But I want to apologize also because I was an idiot this morning on the stream.
And I said that just because Michael.
Wilson was scoring 30 fantasy points per game
and two games without Marvin Harrison didn't mean he was
just a 30 fantasy point per game player
and clearly he is.
He's a 40 point player to that.
Michael Wilson is Marvin Harrison Senior
when Marvin Harrison Jr. is out.
But if Marvin Harrison Jr. is back next week,
do you think you're going to start Michael Wilson?
If, you know, he said that Mike McDaniel needs to realize
that it's a fancy playoffs and it's an emergency for Devon A-10 to play.
The Cardinals need to realize like, you know,
Marvin Harrison's got an injury.
Let him sit out the rest of the season and just,
to give us Michael Wilson.
Like, we, we can sacrifice Marvin Harrison for a few games to give us Michael Wilson for the playoffs.
But to answer the question, like, would you rather have Christian Watson or Michael Wilson if Marvin Harrison Jr. is back?
Watson. Watson. Watson. You can't trust Wilson with her. We saw that already.
I know, but he's, I know, but he is there. If just you're taking one player in one game right now, and it can only be one, you want Michael Wilson as their best receiving.
He's better than Trey McBride.
He's better than Marvin Harrison.
He is their best receiver when Marvin Harrison is not there.
When Marvin Harrison is there, it's amazing what happens to this guy that he just disappears.
But I don't think we can really play this game.
But Greg Dorch is on IR, but I don't think it really matters.
There we go.
It will probably be better than what we saw last week or last time.
But then it's Houston.
Like, you know, you can't trust that.
You can't trust Harrison against Houston.
Yeah.
Like you'd be starting Wilson based just the same way we started Terry McLaurin this week.
Like, oh, he's coming off this great game.
He's been fantastic when he's.
healthy and here comes Minnesota and they just eliminate them and that's what
Houston will probably do. Now I don't think Houston secondary based on the
health is as good as probably the numbers dictate so I think Wilson will still be
okay but you get Harrison back on the field and that's where Jacoby Burset goes
first and foremost and it's unfortunate for Wilson because he's been he's this is
what we thought Marvin Harrison would be when they drafted him. Yeah.
This is what we thought. We thought this is what we were getting obviously not
this good but we thought we're getting alpha and this guy is the alpha.
when there's no Marvin Harrison.
It's just amazing how this happens.
I mean, the matchup of Cardinals...
Optimus prime transformation.
Like, that's what he does.
Cardinals passing game versus Texans is fascinating next week.
And because they're one of the hottest passing games,
not necessarily on a per pass attempt basis.
But let's finish the show with Blake Corum, guys.
A huge game for Blake Corum.
You go, let's see, what a Blake Corum have.
Where are you, Blake Corum?
12 carries, 128 yards, two touchdowns, plus a catch for three yards.
Kyron Williams had 13 carries for 84 yards and a touchdown and two catches for 13 yards.
Corum is 55% rostered, 12% started.
Heath, anything here to Blake Corum or just a one week thing?
He should definitely be rostered in a lot more than 55% of leagues because if something happens to Kyron Williams,
then Blake Corum's league winner.
I think Blake's final run was
55 of those yards or 45 of those yards and a touchdown and kairn didn't play a snap after that i don't
know if either one of them did uh i think it was the ronnie river's show yeah so i think most this is
you should not expect this you should expect that blake quorum's going to be i think kind
of a poor man's version of kyle monongue when i uh when i write the waiver wire commies we started
on sunday night i leave two blank spots at running back and i just put blake horn third or fourth it's
just like, here's Jalen Wright.
Two will probably be Devin Singletary this week.
Three will be Blake Quorum.
Figure out the rest.
Like, it's just, you're right, Heath.
Like, the numbers don't bear out.
Like, if you look at Brian Robinson, Jr.,
and this week may be a little bit different because I'm sure people dropped him on his biweek.
But he was around 70%, he's been around 70% rostered the entire season for the reason for the
reason of, God forbid, Blake Corum is probably better than Brian Robinson.
And I know that says something because we know the 49ers.
There's running backs are typically fantastic as the guy.
But Blake Quorum is doing this now.
This is two weeks in a row where he's been productive.
Like we've been saying Tyler Al Jir could be a flex and Kamaana has been a flex and
does Zach Charbonate.
Like that's what Corum has become.
And then there's the, oh, by the way, if Kyra missed time, he got hurt last week.
Quorum came in, scored touchdown.
Like you see that happen.
Blake Corum is a top 10 running back.
Obviously, if he gets hurt, yeah, it might be a top five running back.
But Blake Corum has three games this year with more than six fantasy points.
Right.
But what I'm saying is like it's been.
building towards something with seven carries on a weekly basis since about week five.
So they've been working him in, working him and working him in.
And then you get a big play, a blowout.
I said this to you, I think, on Wednesday or Thursday, Thursday, Friday, Adam, right?
That we may get a blowout here in Blake Corum may have an opportunity to get some touches.
Yeah, for sure.
And the thing is, he was part of the blowout.
It wasn't like they were blowing them out and then they went to Corum.
They went to Corum on the second drive.
He had a goal line touchdown.
He just gets every other drive.
It is exactly like, it's very similar to the Bears.
and you're lucky that they keep scoring.
Otherwise, Kyron Williams' managers
be pretty pissed off.
I was expecting a rant about how
Kyron Williams' 17-point performance
was actually bad,
and everybody that owns
and should feel that about it.
Is Saffir now the MVP again?
I think it's still Drake May,
but that is going to be determined next week.
Listen, man, you can't move down
during your bi-week.
Unless you're Notre Dame.
All right.
Sorry, sorry.
Sorry, sorry. I should have said that.
I feel bad.
I really feel bad.
I can't believe Alabama got in.
Alabama deserved to be in.
I think the committee...
Fifth best team in the conference.
I think the committee did the right thing.
But I understand Heath's your perspective.
I think BYU has a case.
I mean, not a great case, but a case.
And why don't we just have the SEC playoff?
Where's the A&M game?
At A&M.
You going to go?
No.
What?
Although I think it might be in at, it's not a college station.
Oh, it's in college station.
It's not like the Cowboys Stadium, right?
No, that's the next one.
That's if they win, they get Ohio State in Texas again.
Correct.
You guys got to go.
It's football season.
I'll go over there.
If they make it to Miami for the championship, we'll be there.
But they will.
So anyway, thanks for watching and listening.
Everybody, have a wonderful night.
And a wonderful, wonderful Monday.
We'll talk to you on Beyond the Box Force together.
