Let's set some lineups here on Fantasy Football today in five.
Good morning, everyone.
Happy Sunday.
Oh, man.
Jared Goff and Sam LaPorta just destroyed it last night.
So you might need to catch up or maybe you had those guys in your lineup, whatever it may be.
We'll help you out.
All right.
We got to start with the weather, Heath.
Could be a factor today, more so on the East Coast in the Sunshine State.
What do you think about the weather and who do we need to downgrade?
Well, it looks really bad in Carolina,
so you're going to have to stay away
from the passing games of the Panthers
and the Falcons.
I know it's really disappointing to everyone.
Also, Jacksonville is going to be extremely windy.
I wouldn't want to start a kicker
or a quarterback that has to throw the ball
in that game.
I think Lamar Jackson
probably still going to be fine.
Okay.
Chicago at Cleveland also.
I mean, what do we think about Justin Fields?
Again, like Lamar Jackson, I think Justin Fields,
if you increase the rush rate and lower the pass rate,
it probably doesn't hurt those two guys as much as it does most quarterbacks.
So I would view Fields as a borderline top 12 guy, but much more interested
in starting him than Trevor Lawrence. How about DJ more? Are you going to move him down at all?
I will down, downgrade DJ more, just a little bit, probably still going to be a number two
wide receiver though. Yeah. I mean, look, it's eight 40 in the morning right now. We don't know
what the weather's going to be like, especially tonight in Jacksonville. And we're not meteorologists.
We're not experts.
This is a guessing game.
This is probably my least favorite thing.
I hate this.
You have to take it into account, but it's tough.
So I think a lot of you are going to have to go do that.
I think the easy thing with Jacksonville is,
like we're talking about on one side, Lamar Jackson,
so it probably doesn't really matter.
On the other side, we didn't really want to start
Trevor Lawrence
against the Baltimore defense anyway,
so this is just a good excuse to get off of him.
Right, and I just think for DJ Moore, for example,
how can you sit DJ Moore?
He's been unbelievable.
He's like a top eight wide receiver,
but if they have 15 to 20 mile per hour winds and a lot of rain,
I don't want to sit there after the game and go,
well, it was a bad weather game, so it's just tough.
I have no idea.
I have no idea what it's going to be like and how it's going to work.
I'm probably not going to sit DJ Moore unless I have two or three top 20 wide receivers.
Okay.
All right.
Injury news now.
We've got Chris Godwin likely to play.
Well, actually, I'm sorry.
Let's start with the Dolphins, right?
Tyreek Hill and Devon Achan are question marks this morning.
What do you think?
I think if they play, I'm going to start them,
and if they don't, I'm going to replace them.
But we're not going to have any idea until actives and annexes come out,
I don't believe.
All right, and this is another game that could be affected by weather.
But, yeah, we don't know.
But I guess give me your thoughts on Tua right now.
Tua is a low-end starting quarterback.
High-end QB2, low- end QB two low end QB one.
If Tyreek Hill plays, if Hill is out, then two is in that Trevor Lawrence.
I just want to get away range.
Chris Olave, a game time decision, but not a lot of optimism right now about Chris Olave.
What does this mean for Rashid Shaheed or anyone else?
I don't think you want to bump Shaheed up too much, but he would be a good number three wide receiver
is how I would view him.
And A.T. Perry is a little bit better dart throw.
We're expecting to get Taysom Hill back,
so maybe it just means a few more rush attempts for him.
We might be in a situation if there's no Olave
where you'd want to start a Taysom Hill over an Isaiah Likely
because of the weather and Olave combination,
or Taysom Hill over Isaiah Likely because of the Olave situation.
Chris Godwin expected a play.
Devontae Parker expected a play, but Juju Smith-Schuster may not.
Darren Waller, Heath, is going to play on reportedly a limited snap count here.
Taysom Hill, Isaiah Likely, you just mentioned them.
Darren Waller would be where?
I would put him behind those guys. So
in the high-end, tight-end
two range,
probably right behind Dallas Goddard around
tight-end 15. Okay.
Marquise Brown and Michael Wilson are both expected
to play against San Francisco.
A.J. Dillon and Aaron Jones are
questionable. I haven't seen much on Dillon.
Jones is expected to play.
What do you think about the Packers running backs against Tampa Bay?
Yeah, it's hard to believe they're going to give Aaron Jones 20 touches,
even if AJ Dillon's out.
So I would view Aaron Jones as a high-end flex,
and if AJ Dillon plays, view him as a low-end flex.
Geno Smith is questionable.
Do you expect him to play?
Do you think he's worth starting?
By the way, going to be rain in this game
apparently. Yeah, I
think that at this stage, we
probably should just make plans to be without
Geno Smith. If he did play,
he'd be a high-end QB2. If you
told me for sure that he was playing, I would
probably prefer him to Trevor Lawrence.
Okay. Maybe
we'll know by then. Case Keenum
starting for Houston. Nicoico collins out noah
brown is expected to play starters at noah brown i hope that i don't have to he's in that uh that
marquise brown michael wilson touchdown dependent flex range and should we pick up aaron rogers for
a matchup against washington next week well he should have already been rostered in all super
flex and two quarterback leagues if we're going to get a bad wind game or a bad weather game where the Dolphins don't have Tyreek or Devon HN,
then I think that there's a pretty decent chance that Aaron Rodgers is going to be playing next week.
They're basically saying he's going to be cleared to be played, but he's not going to play unless the Jets beat the Dolphins,
which may just be a way to motivate the team to try to beat the Dolphins.
All right, let's set some questions here.
HN or James
Cook?
If A-Chan plays,
I would still play James Cook. Let's just say James Cook, period.
Okay. Dotson or
Rashid Shahid?
Shahid. If Olave is out, the question was.
I might start DeVito over
Tua.
Yeah, that sets a bridge too far for me it's funny because I spent the whole
like two months telling people to
worry about your Dolphins in the fantasy playoffs
and now I'm completely dependent on Tua
and a couple of very important links to me
even if Tyreek's out I'm not starting
DeVito over Tua
Pitts or Kraft?
Pitts Even if Tyreek's out, I'm not starting to read it over to him. No. Pitts or Kraft? Pitts.
Okay, and I'll do one more here.
Njoku or Kincaid?
Njoku.
Yeah, that's not a good one to end on.
Although I guess the weather might be bad in both of those places as well.
There's some stuff popping up in Buffalo too.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And get an indoor kicker if you can.
Romeo Dobbs or Antonio Gibson?
Gibson by a lot.
He's a top 20 running back for me.
That one wasn't a great one to end on either, but we are going to end on it.
Good luck, everybody.
