You know, some trips are just better when you can really unplug.
Spend time with family, see friends, or hit the course with the guys on our yearly golf trip.
This year, me and the boys stayed in a home on Airbnb, which happened to be a guest favorite, and it was right on the course.
We could walk straight to tee off every morning, and it was just a short stroll to the local shops, bars, and restaurants.
Staying in a place on Airbnb gives you plenty of room to spread out, cozy living areas to hang out in, and all the privacy you need.
Staying somewhere like that makes everything feel more like a home than a hotel, and you get a real feel for the neighborhood.
I'm already planning on how to go bigger and better next year.
Luckily, there's so many options to choose from on Airbnb.
So whether it's family, friends, or golf getaway, my biggest tip is to check out Airbnb, check out their guest favorites, which are the most loved homes on Airbnb, and you'll be amazed at what you find.

This is fantasy football today from CBS Sports.
What a play!
And you believe this?
No, I can't.
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Off to the races, and he stays on his feet.
It's just going to go the distance.
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
All right, week 16.
wrapped up Sunday night. Hopefully you are moving on to week 17, or there's a lot left
to hanging in the balance with two games left, or you're just here to listen and commiserate.
Welcome to Fantasy Football today, presented by BetMGM, make it legendary. Adam, Dave,
Jamie Heath here. It is Jamie Heath here. Yeah, I don't know. It's late. It's late start because
that Lions game was dramatic. Sorry about the bad beat, Dave. Share it with the, with the crowd.
No, thanks.
Dave lost by five. I'll do it. I'll do it. I'll do it. I'll do it.
I was in a game I had no business being in and Jared Goff's crazy rally in the fourth quarter put me in the game down 10 final drive I've got Goff and I've got St. Brown and they obviously connected for a touchdown that was called back by a penalty but there was still life and by the time there was life left I was down five and so if somehow the Jared Goff lateral had counted lateral.
and then he scored, that's a touchdown
and I win. But I didn't, I lost
by five, but I was lucky
to even be there in the first place. It's one of those things
where you think you've got it
and then you don't twice
because of penalties, but
then you realize two things. You realize, number
one, your team sucked, but
still, and number
two, your college alma mater
still playing in the college football playoff, and that's really
all that matters.
Well, you know, luck plays a big part of this.
I had Gainwell,
and Michael Wilson in a league,
but I don't remember anything lucky happening with them.
So let's play a game called
More Surprised by,
are you more surprised by Ashton Gentie's big game
or Trey McBride's Dudd?
Gentie.
Gentie.
Heath, what's going on over there?
You okay?
Don't make me say it.
Say it.
Don't say it.
No, please, please don't say it.
what is it that he's uh congratulations adam on winning the uh the fantasy football today league
you put together a lineup that i could not overcome christian watson colby parkinson it was it was too
good yep that the gate that's the gain well michael wilson league your team sucks dude
like both our teams suck you can't talk like that to somebody after they lost in a semi
final two our teams are terrible we have no business being
There doesn't matter.
That's not right.
That is not right.
Now you got to say it.
You just said your team.
You got to say it.
Yeah.
You know what?
You deserve every bit of what he's.
I'm telling you, it's very liberating.
It makes you feel so much better when you say it.
Bro, don't.
No.
More surprised by Jalen Warren.
If you give you permission, I'll say it for you.
Warren's big game or Bucky Irving's Dudd.
Who was it?
Bucky Irving's Dudd or Jalen Warren's big game.
Oh, Jalen Warren's big game.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
The Lions defense fell apart so badly that John Smith was running through them.
More surprised by Trevor Lawrence's big game or Bo Nix's Dudd?
Lawrence, that was amazing.
That was really incredible.
Yes, that was more surprising.
Heath, you know what?
Heath, I'm telling you, feel so much better, buddy.
I'm going to make Heath give us the biggest winner.
Let's get a smile on his face.
Heath, who's the biggest winner from Week 16?
Trevor Lawrence.
Yeah. Can I ask you a question?
I know you lost that league.
We had two, like, garbage teams, right?
Did you win any leagues today?
Are you out entirely?
Because that's happened to me before?
He is, I can answer that for Heath.
He is not out entirely.
Okay, so what are you so?
What's happening here?
Trevor Lawrence was great.
He's the number one quarterback this week,
37.2 fantasy points and six points for passing leagues
at Denver.
Amazing.
And he's at Indianapolis next week, so we'll be starting him.
And let me nominate Ashton Genti as another big winner here, guys.
And here come the Giants in week 17 for Ashton Janty.
But this was a shock.
He scored more points today, over 30 points in PPR,
than he did in his previous three games combined.
He had one carry longer than 18 yards all season.
Today he had a 64-yard touchdown run and a 51-yard touchdown catch.
Jamie, holy cow, Ashton Genti.
It was amazing.
And if you were to say that this was the game he was going to have after Gino Smith's pick six to open the game,
I would have thought you were insane and effing crazy.
But, you know, like this is what we were hoping to see all season.
I think, I don't know, somebody sent it out.
Maybe it was Schaefter or Rappaport, one of those guys.
The Ashton Genti, they drafted, you know, the player that we were wanting to,
you know, get all this fantasy production from.
because this is what he's capable of,
and you've got to be excited about for next year
when they potentially have a quarterback that's competent
and an offensive line that's healthy and competent
and maybe even a new head coach.
You know, Gentie's future looks very bright
if this is the type of player he's capable of being,
and I think he certainly is.
All right, and I think he's going to be someone to...
It's hard to trust Ashen Gentie,
but next week against the Giants should be good.
Now, look, you face the Chargers,
you face the Cowboys,
I face the Cowboys with Quinn and Williams, I think.
It didn't do so great against him.
It was the first game with Quinn and Williams.
Yeah.
Who's the biggest loser, Dave?
That's a great question.
And I'm not prepared for it.
The first thing that came to my mind was Bo Nix,
because I thought that Nix would have had,
I thought he would have built on what he did last week.
Jacksonville's pass rush was definitely good,
and we knew that coming in.
But the secondary played well.
And Bo Nix did not play well.
And so I think a lot of people started him with the idea that he would do well.
but yeah, just he didn't run that much.
He was off target, you know, good touchdown to Sutton.
But other than that, just it felt the Broncos were one of several offenses this week that just felt totally out of sync.
Sutton had a chance for a big play downfield, touchdown, just couldn't just couldn't haul it in.
It was just a little bit off there.
Could have been a better game.
But so disappointing for Bo Nix for sure.
Yeah.
So I don't know if he's the biggest loser.
No, the biggest loser is Jacoby percent.
I mean, he was the start of the week and he was terrible and, you know, awful time for that to happen for a guy that we were certainly confident and I was obviously very confident to make him start of the week.
And he had been playing well.
He helped a lot of fantasy managers get to the point.
And his run of nine straight games of over 20 fantasy points comes crashing to an end at a time when a lot of fantasy managers needed him.
So I don't like the way that that unfolded for him.
And certainly the confidence that we had in ranking him, I know Dave dropped him a little bit.
But for the majority of the week, he was our number of three quarterback.
across the board
and just disappointing
to see the way
that this outcome was
Marvin Harrison dropped
an easy touchdown
you know
there was a couple
bad throws in there as well
but just
you know frustrating
by far
yeah and only 31 pass attempts
which is very low for him
they didn't have the ball much
but I think Brissette had a lot
to do with that
it was just kind of a weird game
I mean Trey McBride
with a horrible game
at Elijah Higgins
led the team in receiving
that was bizarre
all right
So a couple quarterbacks there.
We also are going to talk about Rico Doudal as a big loser and more.
All right.

Heath, you seem to be in a mood, but can I tell you what I'm very stressed out about?
Yeah, it's okay, I can tell you.
Maybe after we could have a little sharing session.
You can say what you're stressed about Adam, and then Heath can say what's on his.
It's mine.
I'm stressed about previewing Lions Vikings next week and Jared Goff and St.
Brown and James and Williams against the team that thank you Thomas Schaefer for the text
earlier has not allowed a touchdown pass in six straight games.
And that is the first team to do that since, what was it, 1982, something like that.
88.
It's, it's even worse.
It's one in their last seven.
And that's the Lamar Jackson game when Jackson was playing well.
Yeah.
It's, Heath, are you stressed about that?
No.
What are you stressed about?
That's quite a thing to be stressed about, Adam.
Real heavy.
I don't know, Heath.
Maybe you've got something you want to say.
I'm not stressed about that.
What's going on?
I don't know what's going on with Heath.
It can't be the FFT League.
Like, it can't be.
Is it?
Okay.
This is the safe space.
Here are some things to consider.
Just some things to consider as you set your lineups for week 17.
Rico Dowto has averaged 3.2 yards per carrier worse in five of his last six games.
His best run in that stretch is 17 yards.
And he's facing Seattle.
Javante Williams doesn't have a run longer.
than 21 yards in seven straight games.
In his first eight games, he had runs of 66, 33, and 30 yards.
He also does not have a catch longer than 14 yards all season.
You're getting no explosive plays from Giovante Williams.
And the good news is the last time he had, you know, like a good, big run,
was against Washington, and that's who Williams plays next week.
This one is the most interesting to me, and it's totally quarterback dependent
because Jordan Love and Malik Willis are both injured.
But Christian Watson has had a target per out run rate of 26.3% or higher
in four of his last five games.
That's fantastic.
And he had three end zone targets on Saturday.
He was wide open for a long touchdown,
but Malik Willis didn't see him.
They play on Saturday against Baltimore.
If Jordan Love plays,
you might be able to actually be encouraged by Christian Watson.
It's hard to expect love to play, though.
Yes.
Concussion protocol.
And, yeah, it's, yeah, keep our fingers crossed.
Teterol McMillan has three games
with exactly 10 targets, including today.
And he has scored 16, 16.9, and 19.3 PPR fantasy points.
So 10 targets for Tetero-McMillan, 16 or more fantasy points.
He has five games with eight or nine targets, and he has scored no more than 13.8 fantasy points in any of them.
His big game against the Falcons, 12 targets.
So, Tetero-Mick-Millan has to either has to, A, play Dallas, or B, get to 10 targets to have a good game.
And unfortunately, he gets Seattle.
Seattle actually has two big injuries in their secondary.
So he'll be interesting next week.
And two more.
Unofficially,
Emeka,
has a 50% route participation rate.
You can't trust him anymore.
We'll see how that number updates tomorrow.
And Jackson Dart,
5.8, 6.8, 2.5 yards per attempt
in his last three games.
He'll be at Las Vegas next week, though.
All right.
I don't even know what to do at this point.
I'm so tense right now.
This is without question,
the most awkward episode.
of fantasy football today.
Maybe ever, Jamie, is there ever a time?
You know, there might have been an episode like a decade ago
where like we just like we're so angry with each other
and that it was awkward.
I don't know.
But like this is like, Adam is like happily going through stats.
And Keith is ready to jump through his camera and choke out Adam.
Did I do anything?
I really don't think I did.
Great call on Harold Fanon.
Yeah, I appreciate Trey McBride celebrating the Harold Fanon, F-O-E, over everybody.
Jeez, dude.
Yes.
Yes, there we go.
This is crazy.
He is so upset.
Whoever one was going to get killed next week anyway.
That's a terrible thing to say.
It's a terrible excuse.
This is real.
For everybody listening and watching,
like in case you couldn't figure out how much we love this game and what we do,
like I'm putting on a big smiley face.
I'm actually very am amused by what's happening here,
but I am pissed off over my loss.
And Keith is pissed off.
And Jamie,
I'm sure you didn't win every league you're in.
I'm sure you're pissed off.
And Adam,
you would have been pissed times 10 if you had lost.
We take this just as seriously as you guys.
And I think I think it's natural to feel that way.
We're human.
We care about fantasy.
We care about our teams.
Don't you feel better now?
You were exactly right.
One and, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Good for you, man.
Fine.
Good for you.
Fine now.
Yeah.
Okay, that's good, man.
All right.
So why don't we take a little break?
We'll come back and do the news and notes.
Why don't we just show up tomorrow at 9 a.m.
We'll pick it up that.
Then that will be on the air for seven hours.
Yeah, all right.
We'll be back in a moment with news and notes.
it's war winners and losers and things of that nature.

Well, we're back.
Interesting start to the show.
News and notes, a lot of quarterback injuries.
Mamma Mia!
Jordan Love has a concussion.
Malik Willis has a shoulder injury.
Baltimore is their next opponent on Saturday.
Gardner Minchew tore his ACL, and they're now on their third string quarterback for a game at home against Denver.
Shadur Sanders...
He could have literally made up his name.
Don't even remember it.
No way.
That's not the quarterback of the chiefs.
Yeah, Sugar Sanders left with a cut in his pinky, but he came back.
Tyler Shuck may have hurt his hip late in the game.
Justin Herbert, who's one of Jamie's winners at a huge game at Dallas, gets Houston this week, though.
He said his broken, great call on Justin Herbert Heath, by the way.
Oh, thanks.
Yes, absolutely.
Had it on zero rosters.
His broken hand is getting better, and he's got a much better grip on the ball now.
J.J. McCarthy left with a hand injury.
X-rays were negative.
They get Detroit next week.
and Marcus Mariotta is questionable with finger and quad injuries.
At running back, Jordan Mason left immediately, basically, with an ankle injury,
and Aaron Jones also hurt his ankle, but he played through it.
Quintan Judkins has a dislocated ankle and a broken leg.
Maybe they can get Dylan Stamson back,
but we'll talk about that.
They get the Steelers just did a tremendous job against the run game in Detroit.
That's the Brown Steelers next week.
Kamani Vidal left in the fourth quarter.
They get Houston next week.
Devante Adams is likely out in week 17
Romeo Dobbs hurt his wrist
Pat Bryant left
I think most of us saw that
really big hit scary moment
Pat Bryant left in the fourth quarter
Michael Wilson's touchdown was ridiculous
Tyler Lockett left in the first half
wide receiver for Dallas Ryan Flanoi
left in the first half
I don't know if he came back
and Ricky Pearsall was apparently close to playing
he's not playing tomorrow but he's apparently close
so he might get back for the game against Chicago
I want to read a quote
a tight end news item only thing I saw
A quote from Taysam Hill.
So Taysam Hill, I guess this could be his last game in New Orleans.
And he had a big role today in a huge game.
He had a, he led the team in carries, he had a touchdown pass.
Did he have a touchdown catch or a touchdown run?
He had a touchdown throw.
I don't know if he had a touchdown catch.
I think he might have had one called back at him.
Okay, okay, yeah, sorry.
But he did have a touchdown pass.
Anyway, he said, Tasem Hill said,
I don't know what the future holds for me, but it was a special day for me and my family.
He said also went on to say that Kellynne Moore was making, quote,
a concerted effort to give me opportunities given the circumstances.
So maybe that had something to do with it.
Yes, he did.
Three Giants offensive linemen were out today or left with injuries.
Minnesota Center, Ryan Kelly, left with a concussion.
We're expecting Lane Johnson back next week for the Eagles.
But Rams Guard, Kevin Dotson, is unlikely to play next week.
And the Chargers left tackle, another one, left in the first quarter with an injury.
All right.
Let's get to the winners and losers.
Trent Brown left also for the Texans.
Okay.
Winners and losers, Dave, you've got Tony Pollard, 87% rostered.
I don't really go by start percentage, but 36% started for what it's worth.
He had his third straight 100-yard game.
He did it against the Chiefs.
And Caleb Williams is your other winner.
Pollard and Caleb.
Caleb Williams, obviously, from yesterday and just nice come from behind win for Chicago.
You got a little lucky with Caleb.
but I think he builds on it.
Think about him doing what he did without having Adunzeh,
without having Luther Burden,
didn't really even involve his tight ends very much.
I think he's getting better as a quarterback,
and I think you can consider him as a fantasy option.
I know that next week he's taking on San Francisco.
I think that matchup's pretty easy.
I know it's on the road,
but I think that Caleb Williams is a viable starter next week.
And Tony Pollard, man, like the game against Cleveland,
I didn't really buy into.
He had those two long runs.
And that was really about it.
But the last two weeks have been really encouraging.
And I didn't watch the Chiefs game closely enough to know just how tough the defense was.
But playing with a lead for Tennessee, that's rare.
And I thought Tony Pollard looked good last week.
The numbers speak for themselves.
And I think Tony Pollard is somebody that you can look at as a potential starter next week.
All right.
They've got the saints.
Yeah.
Jamie, your winners are Justin Herbert, 34 fantasy points.
at Dallas, but he does get Houston
next week, and George Pickens bouncing back
with a huge game, and he gets
Washington next week.
Yeah, great for Pickens. You know, you wish
C.D. Lamb had a bigger game as well, but obviously
Pickens needed it more, and so
if you got to the semifinals
and you got this game from him, you're thrilled about
it. We did in our podcast league, for example.
And by the way, Dave and I, I think things hold
we're facing each other in the podcast championship
next weekend.
And for Herber,
you know, Heath, I think, had him
ranked the highest. I had him as a start and start set, you know, just looking at the
matchup, like it just seemed like it was a great spot for, uh, for Herbert to take advantage
of a bad Dallas defense. So, you know, I don't think you'll fully buy into him next week
because of the matchup against the Texans. But, um, clearly if you did pivot to him in this
week's semifinals, you know, you were thrilled with this performance and great touchdown.
You know, you referenced two catches that were lucky by, uh, Kenneth Gamewell and Michael Wilson.
And the first touchdown that Herbert threw was just an amazing throw and even a more amazing catch by Quentin Johnson.
So great to have him back as well.
So I think just to get this type of game from Herbert, you know, it's kind of funny like, you know, Dave mentions Pollard, Herbert.
You had Ken Walker, Ashton Genty, you know, a lot of these guys that really let us down for a good portion of the season, you know, they pop up at the right time, you know, if you did start them.
But in the case of Herbert and Pickens, it was.
It was good to see them play at this level after some disappointing stretches.
I thought the theme of the week was guys that got me eliminated last week, blowing up, blowing up this week.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, I was that a good game, too, with Justin Jefferson.
Yeah, he did.
And he got to Detroit next week.
We'll see who his quarterback is, but Jefferson might be someone people.
So I think the question for next week is how much are people going to trust these guys who have been bad and had a good game?
Are they going to trust Ken Walker?
Are they going to trust Ashton Gentie or Justin Jefferson?
in the case of some of them they have big matchups you're good matchups you know so pickin's good
matchup i don't think anybody was benching him anyway gentie he'll be thrilled if you got to
the the championship round and you have him against the giants you know so there it's case by case
i think in in in the ken walker situation you know he'll he'll be you know probably in the low end
number two running back range especially with you know judkins injury we'll see what else
happens you know with this the landscape of the position but um you know there there's
several players, I think that, and the flip side of that,
Josh Allen, Dudd, Amonra St. Brown, Dudd,
you know, I mean, we had a lot of superstars that didn't, C.D. Lamb,
Dud, you know, that just didn't deliver, which sucks.
And Ted Rohn-McMillan, someone will talk about, too,
but he had a big game and he gets Seattle, as I mentioned.
There's a comment in the chat that I'd like to address.
Big Farts says that I'm about to go on a long walk about the show.
And I'd just like to tell you how my day was.
after Trey McBride dropped the touchdown from Jacoby Brissette,
I decided, you know, I should just go on a walk.
Nobody in the house needs me to be in the house right now.
So I went for a walk and it started raining.
It's fantastic, halfway through.
You were pretty far away from home.
It was a, I got wet.
All right, well, Heath, your winners are Trevor Lawrence and Chris Rodriguez,
and apparently Mother Nature is undefeated.
But Lawrence and Rodriguez.
Yeah, I don't know that Mother Nature is undefeated.
I think we've struck some blows against Mother Nature here recently
the last 20 years.
But no, I would say I think Chris Rodriguez
is coming back and taking a two to one advantage over Bill
in rush attempts and now potentially going up against the Cowboys,
maybe without Quinn and Williams.
Could be somebody that's a high-end flex,
maybe a quench on Judkins' replacement.
He was a good game.
He got the touchdown.
He was an efficient rusher once again.
He's the lead running back for the commanders in week 17.
I would think Will Cwendo Williams plays next week because he practiced in full on Friday.
I don't think he just can't.
I don't think he got cleared in time.
So my guess is he's going to play, but we'll see.
I'm not sure it matters like it used to.
Overshone got hurt.
There were a bunch of injuries for Dallas's defense today.
Well, they had the same.
Rodriguez and Bill had the same amount of carries.
They each had eight going into the fourth quarter.
And then Rodriguez had the last seven carries.
I don't think that's like a garbage time thing,
but it was kind of a blowout.
But yeah, Chris Rodriguez, 62% rostered.
So we'll certainly talk about him on Tuesday on the waiver wire.
All right, losers.
Heath, Marvin Harrison, Jr.
The target distribution was so strange for the Cardinals today.
But Jamie mentioned the touchdown he dropped.
I don't know if it wasn't the easiest.
but it was catchable for sure.
It went right through his hands.
It was a deep ball, though.
And he was being defended, but it was...
What?
I think the guy got his hand in there a little bit, the defensive band.
You need to go watch that again.
The Harrison play?
Yeah.
I think it should have been caught.
It should have been caught.
It should have been caught.
I don't...
It went right, Adam.
It went right through...
All right.
Anyway, Harrison, one catch for 14 yards on three targets,
and Kelsey, one catch for six yards on 14 yards.
on four targets.
Yeah, I mean, obviously, Minchu tearing his ACL and some guy that nobody's ever heard
of playing quarterback was a bad development.
But when Minchu was playing quarterback, he targeted Kelsey early and threw the ball at his
feet every single time.
It was a disgusting display from Minchew.
And I think the hope was probably that Travis Kelsey goes out with a bang and he went
out with a big farts instead from the chat earlier.
I don't think there's any way you can trust him next week
you can't be a top 12 tied end
and it's probably the end of his career
so that's a sad note
and who was the other one
oh Marvin Harrison Jr.
He didn't yeah he didn't look
he didn't look good I didn't think
and he wasn't on the field all the time
and
I mean probably for the
rest of this year, Michael Wilson's just the number one
wide receiver. Wilson had three targets, right?
And the luckiest touchdown catch of all time.
So it's not like he...
Bring that up again.
Wow.
You want to do some more editing work?
Look at this. All right.
I'm going to bring something up here.
Hold on.
While I pull something up here on the old Twitter machine,
Jamie, your losers were Bucky Irving and Giovante Williams.
Yeah, I think for Bucky was another game where Sean Tucker steals a touchdown from him.
He was running well early in the game and then just I don't love the lack of work in the passing game and just, you know, this is a trapback at this point, which sucks because there's so much upside and still so much potential for him.
So you're probably still going to start him next week as you advance.
I'm sure he'll still be a number two running back at the back end of at least from my rankings.
But this was, you know, frustrating given the, if you were to talk.
me going into the week, going into the game, he's going to get 19 carries.
I would have been thrilled about that.
In the case of Javante Williams, you talked about this, you know, his yards per carry, his lack
of explosive plays lately, we know about the lack of work on the passing game.
This was miserable.
And so hopefully he bounces back.
There's a great matchup next week against the commanders.
I hope it's a matchup he takes advantage of and gets the work that we're used to seeing
from him.
But this was frustrating across the board for two guys that were, I'm going to guess,
universally started and it certainly helped a lot of people get to this point.
in the case of Javante, but I think universally started going into this game.
Yeah, the splits were ugly for both these running backs.
You could argue it was worse for Javante than it was for Bucky.
Oh, go on. What were the splits?
Well, I mean, they pulled their starters late in the game, too, so.
Yeah.
Well, in Dallas, Javante played 57% of the snaps, but had 50% of the running back carries.
He's had almost all the high value touches over Malik Davis.
But Davis did not look bad by comparison.
and then Bucky 61% of the snaps, 68% of the carries.
Sean Tucker played five snap.
This is to Jamie's point.
He played five snaps.
Four of them were inside the five.
And then the other one was in the red zone.
So like it's very clear that Sean Tucker, if you like the matchup for Tampa,
yeah, he might get you six fantasy points next week against Miami.
Look at this picture.
It's going to be tough to really love what's going on with with Bucky moving forward.
me look at this i told you the guy had his hand in there whoever the defensive back was that's
marvin harrison dropping the touchdown yeah marvin harrison senior catches that i he should
have caught it so does michael sparran harvson the third might catch run the whole play where the
ball goes through his hands i don't know i can't do that i'm just going to use the still
picture to illustrate my point dave bruce hall and rico dowdell were losers for you hall had
At least all had 18 touches, 16 carries, 54 yards, two catches at nine yards,
and then Rico Dowdell only had 13 touches, including four catches.
Rico is another running back that's in a full-blown time share.
57% of the snaps, 60% of the running back carries, I think Chuba looked a little bit better.
He certainly ran harder than Dowdell, but it's not going to be easy to trust Rico
Dowdell as a fantasy starter, certainly not in the same way that we did earlier in the year
when his ceiling feels like 70 yards.
Oh, by the way, here comes Seattle to Carolina next week.
That is going to make me very nervous to start Rico Dattle,
knowing that we've seen it now multiple weeks
where Chuba Hubbard is just making inroads
on getting opportunities in that office.
Chuba played 11 of 12 third downs.
Brees only played 62% of the snaps,
but he had 84% of the running back carries,
and it was against New Orleans.
This is a favorable matchup,
and he still couldn't have a good game.
It's pathetic.
And so I think you might have to start Breesall just because opportunities and maybe scores,
maybe Tarrad Taylor's back under center next week and makes it better.
But it's New England.
We'll see what the Patriots run defense looks like this week and whether or not they get healthy before week 17.
But I'm not going to feel good about Breesall.
I didn't feel good about Breesall this week.
And I'm going to feel even worse next week.
Adam, where's the FFT open it?
I'm not sure.
I'm going to have to do an update tonight and have a chance to.
to look at it here.
But a lot of people started Pitts.
Those people were probably pretty happy.
I did.
A lot of people started Wilson as of last night.
I don't know if they kept Michael Wilson in.
He had a pretty lucky touchdown catch.
I'm sure if anybody saw that.
And as I mentioned this morning,
only two people started Pooka Nakuwa.
Of 24 FFT Open Division winners, only two.
How many advance?
Eight, top eight advance.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
And you had Gibbs, who had a huge,
PPR game. Huge.
Yeah, down to Taylor left.
I only had one really bad player, which was Bucky.
Yeah, a few burros in there.
So the borough managers, who was your quarterback?
Bro.
Oh, you're good, man.
You're good.
All right.
Let's get the goal line work.
I think we pretty much know most of it.
I mean, Kamani Vidal was actually in at the one-yard line, and Justin Herbert scored
in a QB sneak.
We'll see if Vidal even plays next week.
We had both Bengals, running backs, mixing in here the goal line.
Taijay Spears.
I don't know if you have that, Dave.
You have the Titan splits?
I saw Tyler Spears in there twice, you know, near the five-yard line,
and he scored a late touchdown.
Spears had the majority of the high-value touches,
four of six inside the 10, 13 of 17 on third down.
So huge concentration for Spears.
47% of the snaps, 36% of the running-back carries,
but that's just carries.
It doesn't include what he does catching the ball out of the backfield.
This was, Heath, cover your ears.
This was a Titans offense that recognized that they could win against a Chief's team that took too many losses on offense.
That was the one thing, Dave, you don't have to have me covered my ears.
I was so happy to just be able to be happy with a loss.
I mean, Adam has been able to be in this position for a decade.
And it's so liberating to just be happy when your team loses late in the season.
I'm pretty happy.
Yeah, it was a great loss.
Yeah, and the Titans win was great too.
She just had a chance at a top 10 pick.
Right.
You called this tank the second that Patrick Mahomes went down.
Giants Raiders next week.
Huge game for a lot of.
Okay.
They get in the call.
And you had Jalen Warren working near the goal line, but you know that's always pretty fluid.
And then unfortunately, Jalen Wright had a three-yard touchdown run late in the game for the Dolphins.
Almost touchdowns.
Yeah.
Sorry.
I don't have a way to put.
private chats on the screen,
but Thomas sometimes has good private chats
that I like to share with the listeners.
He says the chief's third stringer,
who we're not going to name,
we're just going to call him the third stringer
for the rest of the year,
through for more yards than Jackson Dart today.
Jackson Dart did not attempt a pass
until less than two minutes remain in the first half.
They should have maybe stuck with that plan.
Yeah, it was a very, they tried.
They tried, you know, they wanted to just run the ball.
All right, let's take a break.
the almost touchdowns, whatever.
Let's take a break
and we will be right back
with a recap of each game after this.
And we are back.
All right, let's start with the Saturday games
and Philadelphia, 29, Washington 18.
I don't know if we need,
yeah, we get to believe it or not, Heath.
Yeah, why not?
You sure?
Yeah, or you can just bring up a topic,
whatever you want at this point.
No, Terry McLaren and Debo Samuel
are both starts
because they're playing the Cowboys.
And it sounds like Mario is going to play.
He's day-to-day, so what do you say?
Yeah, I believe it.
Low-end number two, wide receiver for McLaurin
and borderline flex for Deba.
I wouldn't trust Debo, but McClarn, yes.
Okay.
On the Philly side of the ball,
this was the second time all season
that Goddert, Smith, and A.J. Brown
all scored double-digit PPR fantasy points.
I didn't really trust Dallas Goddard
because I know targets one week
don't necessarily matter for next week
and he only had three but he came through
three for 32 in a touchdown
what do you think they're going to do at what's that
hard to start him next week yeah
Buffalo but
how much do you trust Jalen Hertz next week at Buffalo
must start quarterback
yeah
I think we subscribe to the theory
I don't care the defense necessarily.
I just want to see them in a competitive game where they have to throw.
Yeah.
Right.
Okay.
Okay.
Cool.
I think you could make the case for a meltdown game more for Hertz than for Josh
Allen next week.
But both of them, that's going to be an exciting game, obviously.
Well, Josh Allen had his meltdown game this week.
Yeah.
I think he bounces back.
I guess I worry a little bit about Hertz,
but I don't know if I can find like nine other quarterbacks to start ahead of him.
Yeah, and it could be almost ironic that Sequin Barclay, if you got there because he was great against Washington and he's got a great matchup against Buffalo, he might win you a fantasy league.
We haven't done this segment enough lately, but Mike is dismayed.
Mike is very dismayed.
Speaking of almost touchdowns, Hunter Henry watching the game live, this just happened.
Hunter Henry basically dropped a touchdown, and then on the next play, fourth and one, Drake May through an interception.
So that was about an eight or nine point swing right there.
All right.
Next game is Green Bay and Chicago.
This one was thrilling.
Went to overtime.
Chicago 22, Green Bay, 16.
Walk off touchdown for DJ Moore.
The Packers don't have a must-start player against the Ravens next week.
If Jacobs practices, I will start.
I mean, I think I would start him.
But that's about it.
We're not expecting Jordan love to play.
I don't know how much
they would trust Malik Willis
to throw 30 plus
man he's been so good
the last two years
when he's at a general
I know it's really true
I'm thinking about
Christian Watson
I don't think we can trust him
what about if Jordan Love were there
I think we could trust him
yeah
I mean you know
if he has a week's worth of practice
and all that stuff
and love clear support
call. Love will have a little bit more than a week to get ready for the game,
so I guess we can't rule it out.
Okay.
And next up, oh, sorry, on the other side of the ball, Chicago.
Tough day for DeAndre Swift managers, 13 carries, 58 yards, two catches, 12 yards.
Anything to say about this?
You feel like you go back to him next week at San Francisco?
Yes.
Good matchup, 49ers on a short week because they play on Monday.
Pretty even split in terms of, uh,
snaps between Swift and Monongai.
Swift had a like a 60-40 edge on carries.
Yeah, I think the fact that they went to overtime
and the Bears only had the ball for about 26 minutes and 30 seconds.
If you didn't watch this game,
the Packers were doing a great job possessing the ball,
just keeping it out of Chicago's hands.
Okay, next game is the...
And DJ Moore is a must start of the other receivers route again.
No question.
Vikings and the Giants.
Viking 16.
Jayfer wins,
16-13 Vikings.
Sorry,
you guys,
that's.
No.
I think both teams
wanted to lose.
Also,
bleh.
Yeah.
Wondell Robinson is back.
Yeah.
Bad day for him.
What did Wondale have?
He had...
Three for 16?
Man, that's bad.
He had three for 19,
and it led the Giants.
Jackson dart threw for 33 yards.
You threw for 33 yards.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm a big loser on this one.
I had dart in my top 10.
I thought that the Vikings injuries were going to take a toll,
and I thought Dart would play well and certainly run more than seven yards.
I asked you during the game, Adam,
because you told me that the offensive line got beat up for the Giants.
If that made a huge difference in the game,
could the Vikings have played worse?
And you said no way that they were just a lot of defense.
again, this is just going to be an offense that you're not going to feel great about.
I know they play the Raiders next week.
Raiders gave the Texans a game this week.
You can't start Dart with confidence.
You might start them out of desperation.
I'll start Dart next week.
I didn't want any part of them this week against Minnesota.
I mean, it's going to be very tough to trust Jared Goff next week.
Yeah, that really will.
Well, the thing is, DART, you know, this is going to be finally getting out of the elements next week.
against the Raiders, right?
This was probably the worst weather game of the day.
And Johnny Airport, Darts performance qualifies him to join Adam's softball team.
Yeah.
It was a good comment.
It was pretty good.
Good job, Thomas.
They don't have Andrew Thomas.
He hurt his hamstring.
I can't imagine he's going to play next week in a meaningless game.
We know this team is horrible when they don't have Andrew Thomas.
So one of their linemen, I think may have been out because his wife was due or like expected.
Because I was just trying to find it on Twitter
because he was inactive.
Then two more left during the game.
So you're playing without your starting left tackle, left guard,
and center against the Vikings.
It's a bad, bad thing.
But I just think since the Patriots,
since he came back from injury,
the mojo's just been off for this team.
And I haven't liked it.
He played one tough defense,
one amazing defense,
and one cupcake defense.
Right, but he didn't even play that well against Washington.
You know,
they had the late touchdown to Wondale.
He hasn't played well in a lot of the games
where he's had good fantasy production.
I think he's playing worse.
now and no i'm not going to necessarily trust him against raiders but i am looking forward to him
having an indoor game for once i don't think he's top five but i mean you mentioned how many
quarterbacks got hurt this week and golf has now the awful matchup that he has and there's going to be
you know up top my head you can't trust j stroud next week against the chargers hard to trust
herbert against the texans um i don't know i mean there's there's a lot of bad matchups that this is
not exactly one of them yeah it's true all right
Anything for Minnesota?
Just so you know, Aaron Jones was clearly not healthy in this game.
And, you know, he wasn't bad, but he didn't have that great game we were expecting.
If he said Jordan Mason's out and Aaron Jones is going to get 23 touches,
you would have expected a big game.
He just, he wasn't healthy.
Did Harrison come back into the game?
Oh, I don't know.
I think so.
I didn't read anything about him.
I'll look and see, but obviously going from J.J. McCarthy to Max Brosmer is going from bad to worse.
all right well we'll assess yeah it it definitely is but again the last time we saw him that was against
seattle detroit's defense is clearly not the same defense yeah that's fair but it it's not
you're not trusting you're trusting in this offense it'll be jones it'll be jefferson and that's
going to be it yeah no i i i agree i think this this was an extremely encouraging game for
jefferson so again if you got here so like you know i i have him in still one final like or
going into one final like this was great you know he helped me get there all right next up buffalo
23 Cleveland 20 Addison did play into the fourth quarter okay so it came back
believe it or not Rahim Sanders is the top waiver wire ad this week believe it if Dylan
Samson's out a rocket well Chris Rodriguez is technically you know going to qualify 62%
rastered. I'd rather have
Sanders than
if Samson is out
yeah, I would agree with that. Also believe it or not
Adam's going to say the bills did
shut down a Harold Fanon. We're just lucky he scored two
touchdowns. You know, Heath
and I had a, I think a good
debate. It was me versus Heath and Jacob
about what's expect from Harold Fanon
this morning. And
I felt if he didn't have the rushing touchdown
and he had what, four
for 34 and one touchdown,
I feel like we both could have felt good
about our call you know like it would have been a good game because i didn't i didn't think
fanon was as an outright sit or anything i just didn't expect him have that that many targets
because nobody does against the bills i you know but it would have been a nice game not a week not a
weak winner not a weak loser but the second the rushing touchdown pissed me off i'm not going to
lie good but good for him pissed you off yeah because i because he had a huge game and i was arguing
i don't remember who i was saying to start over him i think it was a flex i don't even think it was
another tight end.
But I was annoyed because I felt I did I did more research on that than maybe any other
player.
I watched all this tape of the bills covering tight ends and all this stuff.
And I thought I came up with some really good stuff.
And he had a rush.
It's disappointing.
It's like investing 30 years of your life into a college football team and they finally
make the college football playoff and you're too scared to ask the party to turn the game on.
There you go.
It was a very similar thing.
There you go.
Oh, man.
How do you feel about Khalil Shakir next week?
Probably more than 30 years life.
Yeah, a little bit.
But I've had some damn good moments in those 30-plus years.
Khalil Shakir was the only bills.
What happened the last time you guys played in Ohio State?
Yeah, that's why I said to Dave.
I think I said, I've flown across the country once to see them play Ohio State.
I'm not doing it again.
They played them since.
I think they won.
They did.
They won in one since.
Coliscia was the only
Bill's player
with more than two targets
in this game.
He had five.
Josh Allen had
19 pass attempts.
So yippee,
but slot receivers
against the bills struggle.
All right,
who cares?
Let's go to our next game.
Cincinnati, 45, Miami 21.
I've got nothing on this game.
Okay.
I will step up.
The Bengals are awesome
when everyone is healthy,
but they rarely are.
and what else?
Joe Burrow is a league winner
because he gets to play the Cardinals next week.
Well, let's talk about Jalen Waddle.
You know, look, Ewers had zero touchdowns, two picks,
but he threw for 280, 60 yards on 30 pass attempts.
And Waddle had a really good game.
And DJ Turner, by the way, left in the second half with an illness,
so I'd have to see what impact that had.
He had most of his production in the first half, so I think Turner was there.
He was, yeah.
So five catches for 72 yards on nine targets.
That's the most yards.
in five weeks for Jalen Waddle.
You know, so I didn't, I really,
I guess the bucks next week.
I saw almost nothing.
Believe it or not, Jalen Waddle's
a number two wide receiver next week.
100%.
What did you guys think of Quinn U.S.?
I barely saw?
I mean, the interceptions were,
at least one was bad.
But for the most part, I thought he played well.
Listen, he's playing, you know,
Cincinnati, not much of a pass rush.
And they got behind it early,
so, you know, it wasn't the most encouraging thing.
But I think given the matchup that he has next week,
You know, not in a one quarterback league, but we got decimated for, you know, Superflex and two QB leagues.
Like there's certainly an argument to be made for him over Chief's third quarterback, not to be named.
Whoever starts for the Jets.
I mean, even to Rod Taylor, I think there's a conversation there, if it's him.
Philip Rivers, if he's the starter next week.
Like, there's several situations where you could say, Quinn Ewers could be the, you know, the guy that you're turning to for maybe 15 or 18 points.
I can't wait to talk about Jordan O'Lotokin.
Well, it's Chris.
Chris.
That's the reason we're not saying his name, Adam.
I got the first name wrong.
Like, that is surprising.
All right.
Is it?
There is a Jordan Olladokin in the NFL.
I'm pretty sure you're getting the last name wrong also.
Am I?
It's a lot of fun.
Well.
The big question is, does Rashi Rice play if he's cleared?
I'm not starting him.
He's going to need to take some time.
It happens to be our next game.
Tennessee 26, Kansas City, 9.
He never's got no defense anymore.
I don't know what you'd be scared of.
Xavier Worthy is officially a bust.
Not from the 2025 fantasy football season,
but from the NFL perspective.
No.
He's not going to be what he was drafted to be.
He was a first-round pick.
Exactly.
So by that definition, as first-round receivers go, I don't think he'll be that guy.
It's funny that we had such debate about Xavier Worthy and Keon Coleman.
Yeah.
And they just are both terrible.
Yeah.
Turned out you were right on that one.
Add a checkout to another player having a good game when it mattered the least.
I knew it.
I knew it all along.
You nailed it.
You knew that he would win out.
Six catches at him.
Oh, man.
It wasn't even that good of a game, but about 13 and a half PPR fantasy points
for Pacheco.
And for Tennessee,
would you give
a shimmery D.K. a look
against New Orleans?
Bless you.
Thank you.
I'd have to be pretty desperate
at receiver.
All right.
Adam,
some just moved in your wall.
Is that a mouse?
Oh, stop.
Carolina 23, Tampa Bay 20.
Hmm.
yeah it's kind of how I feel about that one too it was such a bad game it was awful
it was so bad um Jalen Coker fooled you yeah I'm not I'm not gonna be we were starting
him as maybe a number three receiver anyway I think it was Jamie that said after
cocker's first game no he had two good games in a row and after the first one Jamie said
no, we've seen Leggett do this several times.
And then Coker did it twice, and I kind of started to believe it.
And he was barely even involved in the game plan.
I mean, it was a good, you know, it's almost like Kobe Parkinson and an estimate
and these guys that had just great matchups.
And you were kind of wanting to see a little bit more, hoping for more, obviously.
And in the case of Coker, like Dave said, you know, he was more of a number three
receiver that I don't think anybody was going to say should be a must start guy.
I know Dave said, I think it was on Friday show that maybe McMillan and Colour
should be closer together in the rankings.
I think both of us had him about 10 spots apart.
I don't know where you were.
10 spots apart.
Yeah, that's about right.
So look, he may score next week.
He may have a big player or two.
As think, as Adam illustrated,
whenever McMillan's getting Uber targeted,
you see the potential on the upside.
I'm fascinated.
I'm curious your guys take on this.
We have this discussion watching games today.
Who's the offensive rookie of the year right now?
Harold Bannon, obviously.
set of franchise record today
Harold Fanon did
so
RJ White said
I don't know if he was
just relaying this
or if he was
if he remembered this or he was just
he had the information in front of him
but he said going into the week
he thought Trevion Henderson was still the betting favorite
yeah he was really
Trevion was and Dart
Ibuka and Tedro were all
right behind him in the odds
and all four of them
I guess Tedroa was good.
So maybe it's Tedroa now.
I said Tederoa mostly because his team could win the division.
And I think that will carry some weight.
I think the guys that have come on lately that you look at their stats,
Fanon definitely in the conversation,
RJ Harvey's got to be in the conversation now.
What he's done and how he's performed, especially.
11 touchdowns, is that right?
Huh?
He has 11 touchdowns.
11 touchdowns, yeah.
I know he's not going to get it because of the team's record.
But Tyler Shuck has played great.
You know, the guy, I think that also because of record and because of expectations,
that's not going to get it, but should still be in the conversation as Ashton Jenty.
Like, he was close to the lead amongst rookies and yours from scrimmage and touchdowns
coming into this week.
Yeah, I wonder just the expectations.
The expectations probably hurt him.
But in terms of actual production, he's going to be ahead of a lot of the guys that are in the
conversation.
Yeah.
And then I think, you know, two guys that were.
probably the front runners that have certainly fallen off can still finish strong,
but Tyler Warren and Emeka Abuka.
Abuka was kind of the front runner for the majority of the season.
So let's talk about McMillan, though, from a fantasy standpoint.
I think, Dave, you really watch this game closely.
So six catches, 73 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets.
I don't know that one thing leads to another.
He had that huge game against Atlanta, and then he was bad after that.
So what are we thinking about Tedd-Role McMillan at this point?
I think any time the Panthers have a game where you think they're going to have to end up throwing,
he's going to get a bunch of targets and he's been good when that happens.
Duh, every receiver is.
But the difference with Tedroa McMillan is even though he's got some really good talent,
he might be, he might have been, he's, yeah, I'll say it, he's probably, he was the best receiver in this game.
Obviously, statistically he was.
But I'm talking about like talent wise too.
It just felt like he was the best guy in the game.
game. If he, if he were on a different offense, better quarterback, team that really wanted to
throw the ball more play at a better pace, he'd be the runaway rookie of the year. But there are just
there are too many games where they don't throw enough. They did today, but they don't generally.
And you'll be left holding the bag on Tetaroa and McMillan. I'd be a little nervous because
of the matchup next week against Seattle. But I think we're either going to get a competitive game or
the panthers chasing points either way that means that brys young is going to throw in the
neighborhood of 30 passes hopefully that means 10 targets for mcmillan i think he's worth the risk
next week and i think he'll be one of the guys we talk about this off season as like a ginormous
breakout wide receiver who we push up our rankings and take in round three and you know just hope
that bryce young takes the next step and there have been flashes from bryce young too
didn't we have a bunch of injuries maybe the panthers do get there and then and mcmillan
could be a reason why.
But I think he's great.
Then we have a bunch of injuries to Seattle and Thursday?
Yeah, Seattle, so they had three defensive backs go out.
One of them's fine.
Two of them are going to be questionable.
I thought that Tampa Bay would still control their own destiny.
I'm sorry, just keep an eye on Carolina's offensive line.
Yeah, I was worried that they were going to completely melt down with Aquano not there.
Yep.
But, I mean, part of the reason why they won this game was because of how inept Tampa was.
Oh, all right.
I didn't realize this. I don't get it, but
there must be another tiebreaker.
But if Carolina wins next week
against Seattle, they win the division.
If not, if they lose
and the Bucks win next week,
then we've got a week 18 matchup for the
AFC South. Pretty cool.
Yeah. All righty. Next game, Chargers
34, Dallas 17.
Congratulations, if you advanced
with anyone in the Chargers passing game,
you can't start them next week.
Against Houston.
Yeah, believe it.
I believe it too.
But man, Justin Herbert is a dude.
I mean, given how the playoffs are shaking out right now,
if they had any semblance on an offensive line,
I would think they'd be the favorite in the end.
Yes, no doubt.
Their defense turned it around in the second half.
And listen, Dallas's pass rush is terrible.
And they were still getting very close to Justin Herbert.
But he was getting the ball off with accuracy downfield a number of times in the game.
And when he wasn't doing that, he would escape the pressure and run.
Super exciting.
It kind of makes me want to buy into him next week against Houston.
But I think that's playing with fire.
Yeah.
He might still be like my QB 12 next week.
He was so impressive.
And he keeps finding ways to make big plays despite the offensive life.
And he lost another offensive lineman today.
Saul,
Sawyer,
I always mess up his last name,
but he got hurt.
The left tackle.
Yeah,
well,
guard turn tackle.
Yeah.
Okay.
I think Hampton,
if Vidal is out,
Hampton against Houston will be interesting.
I'm assuming he'll probably be like top 20.
I don't know how high he'll be,
but good game for him.
16 carries,
85 yards and a touchdown,
one catch for 10 yards for Hampton.
Dallas,
yeah,
go ahead.
I think he had six points in full PPR when Vidal
got hurt. It's true. However, he still had a lot of, they were even in terms of snaps before
Vidal's injury in the fourth quarter. And he was dominating carries before the fourth quarter.
Okay. Next game. Actually, just last thing on this is the tight ends, so disappointing. Ferguson,
I think we pretty much know. It's hard to trust Ferguson when Lamb and Pickens are healthy.
And it had such a great game offensively for the Chargers in Gadsden had one target for seven yards.
and the Jets, Saints, 29, Jets 6.
Come on.
What's the thing we can say about Crystal Lally?
This year's Chris Godwin.
I got one for you, Heath.
Good.
Believe it or not, if Devon Valet is still out next week,
Joanne Johnson is a must start tight end.
Even if Velae plays.
isn't valet is out for the year
valet's out for the year
valet's on i are so i
you're absolutely right
so then that settles it
believe it or not joan johnson is a top ten
tight end next week fantasy championships
yeah i think i had a ninth this week
that sounds right that was awesome yeah
he's in the conversation
at minimum but
what did valet do he was taking away a lot of those middle of the field
plays that joan johnson was getting
through like the first
nine ten weeks of the year
and now that valet's on i are that's exactly right it's exactly right joan johnson's without
question and play next week against tennessee you get a real decision to make at him with this
next game coming up oh all right here we go go to the late games atlanta 26 Arizona 19
oh man um um drink london go ahead oh i'm doing this yeah oh what do you guys
guys what's your confidence level in drake london a secret dud this week it kind of flies under
the radar three catches for 27 yards on eight targets at arizona um who got very injured
defensively and he gets the rams next week it's low um it's probably a low end wide receiver too
i was worried about him this week just because of what i experienced earlier in the year with
Brock Bowers. It's the same injury.
And it should be, you would think, a game where the Falcons are behind and they have to
throw more. And so London's targets should be up from this. But I just don't think he's
100% right now.
Want to hear of wacky stat? This was the first game all year that the Cardinals did not have
at least three running back catches. They had zero. Really weird. That was one of the most
predictable things you could you how could you not get at least four catches from michael carter
they ran the ball quite well um michael carter had what 11 carries for 65 yards
and they ran the ball very effectively against arizona against Atlanta um kiner had six
carries for 32 yards demarcato five for 30 but then no catches so that was a that was a bummer
for them but they're at cincinnati next week so i wonder if michael carter what do you
you're going to trust you're going to think about him next week michael carter number two running back
yeah i'm going to think about him it's great question wasn't it um all right jamie good call on on
friday to say that tyler alger had some appeal and he didn't have a great game but he had 16
carries for 79 yards one catch for negative six yeah very close to scoring uh next game jacksonville
34 Denver 20
Travis ATN
is going to be a top 15
running back next year
where
not yeah I'm not ready to believe that because I don't know where he'll be
well you got to answer the question
so you're going to say no I did I said
I don't believe it
my guess is that they franchise tag him
so he stays and then the answer
is yes
but
I mean he could go someplace
and be in timeshare.
It's awful.
I didn't see a time share there, too.
I didn't see a lot of, I didn't see enough of this game.
I wish I had seen more, but I thought I saw a lot of Sertan on Brian Thomas Jr.
Almost exclusively.
Okay, there you go.
And he had a garbage game, Brian Thomas Jr.
I mean, I don't know that Brian Thomas Jr. at this point in the season needs an excuse to have a garbage game.
No, but it's still worthy.
It's still worth noting that certain.
I think Worthy was a good name to bring up there.
What did you say?
I think Worthy was a good name to bring up there.
Lawrence was locked in on Parker Washington.
Yeah, are you guys going to do anything about that?
Parker, Washington, six catches, 145 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets at the Colts next week.
I think he's a good number three receiver.
Okay.
Washington or BTJ next week.
Washington.
No.
BTJ.
No.
Washington had three targets in each of the previous two games with Brian Thomas Jr.
Now Brian Thomas Ginger gets the best cornerback in football.
Washington has a huge game.
Come on, BTJ.
Who's that the better season?
Washington.
But since coming back, BTJ has been much more involved until this game against Denver.
How do we feel about the Colts pass rush?
Do we think that they're going to be getting to Trevor Lawrence like Denver did today?
Well, I do think that we're going to get DeForest Buckner back, which will help.
Well, we're getting them back on Monday.
So he'll have another game under his belt.
obviously will help.
I didn't watch it closely enough,
but I do think that Lawrence was focused on getting the ball out pretty quickly.
And if he doesn't have time to drop back and,
you know,
throw down field,
that's going to hurt Brian Thomas Jr.
Short area guy like Parker Washington can benefit.
And then Denver just couldn't wrap him up.
There were a number of plays where he's just like running free down the right side of the field.
Anything else from this game?
I think definitely Troy Franklin becomes interesting next week,
assuming Pat Bryant is out
they have
sorry who do they have next week Denver
they have Kansas City with their
8th string quarterback right
and another good game
from Sutton they're going to put a couple more guys on
IR between now and then so it'll be
okay Houston 23
Las Vegas 21
Nico
Buh
Stroud
Woody Marks is the starter
if he comes back next week
Starter in fantasy or start it for the Texans?
Fantasy.
I don't know if I could trust them against the Chargers.
I think the Texans are locked into using multiple running backs from here on out.
It's a pretty big development, perhaps, for the Texans that Joward Jordan has emerged.
And he had 15 carries, and Nick Chubb had, how many for Chubb?
Five? Six.
But it was awful.
He was not awful.
15 for 53, five catches for 17.
for 17 years.
Wait, wait.
This is not a bad run defense.
Do some division.
We treat the Raiders.
Do some division.
No, I'm tired of this.
We treat the Raiders.
You are Mr. YPC for life.
Listen, no, the Texans have a horrible run game.
Their offensive line stinks.
They can't run on anyone ever.
And the Raiders have been a good run defense basically all year.
So, yeah, what was it?
3.8 yards per carry, something like that.
He had 20 touches for 70 yards.
And he had all.
And the fact that he played.
so much over Nick Chubb is pretty
telling. I think it is a big development.
Yes, it is pretty telling. Nick Chub is
117 years old and
hasn't been good all year. Woody Marks hasn't
been good all year and he's 22 years old.
I mean, George Jordan was basically Woody Marks.
Exactly. That's what I'm saying. Was he
great? No. But has Woody Marks done anything
great? No. Rarely.
So
Buh. 3.5.
I'd just like to hear all of the running backs
that have been like top 15
running backs in fantasy over the last
10 years that you've told us
they're not actually very good because they're averaging
3.9 yards per carry.
No, that's false. And then Jawar Jordan has a 3.5
yards per carry. And you say this is a big
development. It is. I think it is. I think it's a big development
for them. I because I think he'll mix
in now. Are you saying it's a big development for
fantasy? Well, yeah, because it makes me
if Woody Marks plays next week, it makes me want to trust him
less. And if Woody Marks doesn't play, at least we know which
running back to go to, although I think Nick Chub was
in near the goal line.
But we're not starting Nick Chubb over
Jamar Jordan, or Jawar Jordan, excuse me.
I think it's pretty, I think it's a big development.
And the chargers have a bad run defense,
usually.
Shoulders are way up for this debate, by the way,
over here.
Feeling it.
Nice ornament on your head, too.
Oh, yeah.
Thoughts on Nico.
Four catches for 59 yards on nine targets.
He drew two pass interference calls.
I thought they were both bad calls,
so that neither was catchable.
but um the last hole is terrible my god yeah i agree you're still going to start them
man chargers are great yeah yeah chargers are i mean pick is just had a big game you're still
starting all right last game pittsburgh twenty nine detroit twenty four
kenneth gainwell is a must start running back against the browns believe it
i believe it too but i think the game script is
is going to be pretty favorable for Warren as well.
Yeah, I mean, Warren.
14 carries 143 yards and two touchdowns.
Amazing.
Against Detroit.
Their run defense was not existing.
Yeah.
I don't know that he's a must start because I agree, right?
It's like they're not going to have to, how many passes did they throw?
41 passes in this game.
I see where you're coming from Heath on this one with Gainwell.
Is it a Gainwell?
Who are you going to start?
Gainwell or Warren next week against the Browns?
I really thought you were going to say Gainwell or George, Jordan.
That's amazing.
Gamewell's been good in games where they haven't had to throw the ball very much.
He's just been very, I mean, extremely productive in the last seven weeks.
I don't know.
I love what they did today.
They came out throwing, and that was the case against Baltimore, too.
They came out throwing.
you can make a case that that's because of the defense that they were facing.
And maybe they're going to come out and trying to establish the run against the Browns.
But I don't know, the way Gamewell has been involved in the passing game as a rusher,
getting some goal on opportunities, like he's at least a number two running back.
I don't know how you can go away from that.
Now, if you want to say Warren's a number two running back, too, that's fine.
Okay.
Okay.
Anything else from this game?
Do we care about Isaac Tesla or Khalif Raymond?
Raymond.
I don't.
Nobody cares about Raymond.
It's the new show.
All right, I'm done.
We're done here.
Did you see D.K. Metcalf?
Oh, yeah.
Grab the fan by the hair, pull them down,
and then punch him in the face?
Yeah, he's going to get suspended, right?
I would think so.
I would think.
Yeah.
We have to find out what that guy may or person may have said that.
It doesn't matter.
I mean, whatever, you know, if he said something bad, it's horrible.
there was about 45 seconds on the stream this morning
where someone called Adam an uncultured swine
and he didn't get the movie reference
and I think if that person had been hanging over the railing
in Adam's office, he might have grabbed them by the hair
and punched him. He was pretty mad.
I would like to go my entire life without punching anybody.
I've made it 41 years. I feel pretty good about it.
Have you ever been punched?
I have been punched, yeah.
He's got an older brother.
That's unsurprising.
No, it was my friend Travis.
in like fifth grade just oh we got to hear this story what happened i don't even remember we were
playing football we're no i swear we were playing football at justin's house and i don't know something
happened he just punched me right in the face it was shocking very shocking i've never been
punched what have you ever punched someone what have you ever punched someone oh if you
now that's a story i want to hear yeah it's not a good story i'm not proud of it okay yeah yeah
Yeah, that's exactly right.
I mean, it's probably
had something to do with Michael Wilson
and Kenneth Gamewell.
We'll be back tomorrow.
Big Farts said Justin as a girl.
No, it wasn't Justin.
It would not,
Big Farts, Justin's, that's where we played football.
It was Travis who hit me in the face, not Justin.
Justin wouldn't hurt a fly.
All right, we'll, uh...
The E's actually changes the sound of the eye.
Justine.
Justine.
say no
tomorrow be on the box
score
see you later everybody
hopefully you had a great Sunday
have a good Sunday night
