This is fantasy football today from CBS Sports.
What a play!
Can you believe this?
No, I can.
It's time to dominate your fantasy league.
Off to the races, and he stays on his feet.
It's just going to go the distance.
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
Welcome, everybody.
This is fantasy football today, presented by BenMGM, the sportsbook born in Vegas,
and we are recapping week four,
one big, big injury, maybe more,
and some huge performances.
QB1 right now is...
Patrick Mahomes, of course.
Heath's wearing the Patrick...
He had to do a wardrobe change
to this Patrick Mahomes jersey.
Everybody, you know,
Heath's franchise quarterback played well,
my franchise quarterback,
whatever,
and Dave's franchise quarterback
really struggled today.
I'd have to say...
Cam Ward, terrible game.
He used to be a Bears fan,
so I was talking about him.
How about RB1?
today.
Ramadre Stevenson.
What?
RB1.
Ashton Jenti.
Ashton Janty.
Wide receiver one.
Darius Clayton.
Hukina Kua by 10 points.
Holy moly.
And tight end one is tough.
Pat for Armuth.
Shut up.
Yeah, that's a bad guess.
But I don't have a good guess.
Two touchdowns.
He's Dallas Goddard, and he's tied in one.
All right.
So we got our winners.
He had 37 yards.
Four targets, four catches, 37 yards, two touchdowns.
All right.
Not that I have it open on me.
I think one of them was a fake touchdown.
I don't think Adam would have counted that.
They were almost both fake touchdowns.
I didn't want to count either of them.
But, you know, it was much more.
But Jackson Darts passing touchdown was completely real and beautiful.
No, actually, I was thinking about Jackson Darts touchdown to Theo Johnson.
He basically did the same thing that the Eagles did twice Hertz to Goddard.
And when the Eagles do it.
it's so smooth, so easy.
And when the Giants do it, it's like,
broken tackle, three guys hitting him.
Oh, he happens to fall in the end zone.
All right, let's get a big winner and a big loser.
Obviously, we'll talk about the Malik neighbor's injury,
likely a torn ACL or concerned that it's a torn ACL,
what it means for the Giants going forward.
Lamar Jackson also left with a hamstring injury,
so we'll cover all the bases.
But Dave, who's the biggest winner this week?
I mean, Ashton Genti had the best game of the week,
but if we're going to talk about another rookie running back
that's not Amari in Hampton,
And let's talk about Quinn Sean Judkins, who put together a big game against the Detroit Lions.
It wasn't necessarily pretty, but four catches, a ton of yards, a touchdown.
Everybody's thrilled that started Quinn Sean Jenkins.
And I think you've got a must start running back, no matter who they play the rest of the scene.
And they have a very tough schedule.
And they've got some serious quarterback issues.
But Quinn Sean Jenkins is finding a way to get it done.
Yes, he is.
We had a buyer.
So we'll do a little buy or sell later.
Buy or sell.
Quinshawn Judkins is an RB1
until further notice. It's got to be a yes, right?
Probably.
Close to it at least.
We might be able to find 12 running backs we'd rather have than Quinshawn,
but whether we call him
a number one or a number two running back, it almost doesn't matter.
He's a must start.
Okay.
Heath, who's a big loser today?
I'm going to steal one of Dave's and say,
Ladd McConkey.
I'm just ready to admit it, Adam.
You are a genius.
You were brilliant with all of your Quentin Johnston acquisitions.
I obviously should have accepted Isaiah likely for Quentin Johnson.
I should have accepted C.D. Lamb for Quentin Johnston, and Ladd. McKonkey can't catch.
I have no idea why I drafted so much Quentin Johnson.
It wasn't something I set out to do.
It just saw him in one of the names in the rankings, the late rounds.
I remember you talked about it in the free season.
Like, Javante Williams and Quentin Johnson were your early targets.
And then you were looking to add Kenneth Gainwell at some point.
Exactly.
This sounds suspect.
Well, right now, who would you take rest of season?
Quentin Johnston or Ladd-McConkie?
Quentin Johnston.
Yep.
Okay.
And this goes beyond week four for Ladd-McConkey.
Heath, you're exactly right.
It wasn't a great game for him.
He had some drafts.
Some were tougher than others.
But it's now four games.
His targets, 9, 5, 7, 7, 6.
and he and Keenan Allen just continue to share those short area targets.
Aranda Gadsden got in for some short area targets last week and just a few this week,
only three targets for Gadsden.
Quentin Johnson, not only is he getting in on some of the short area targets.
His route tree is great.
He's winning downfield and he did it again on a touchdown today.
The dude's monster, 36 targets.
That leads the chargers, 337 yards.
That leads to chargers, four touchdowns and four games.
his worst game is 14.9 ppr points welcome to start status quentin johnston like everything really turned up at him this week
jackson dart um quentin johnston again isaiah pacheco scored double digit fantasy points
met's missed the playoffs the meds i'm not happy about that i'm not happy about that um what you're a yankees
fan yeah i don't care i only i hate the red socks i don't even care about the met so no yeah whatever
no it's like the charger from the chiefs like the mets don't matter to the yankees
I mean, they matter to some Yankees fans, not to me.
Yankees Red Sox Wild Card Series, though, that's going to be pretty fun.
Okay, so big winner, Quinchon Judkins, big loser, Ladd-McConkey,
where he was started in 82% of leagues, gets Washington next week.
You got to figure it's going to turn up eventually,
but I understand if a lot of people are going to want to put them on the bench,
although we do have the buy weeks beginning next week.

betmgm.com for terms 21 plus only there's a lot that I want to watch the all 22 on this
week how did a j. Brown have nine targets in such a bad game how did jameson williams get all those
targets and have such a bad game kind of things that uh we don't we don't really know the full
answer for but that will probably or hopefully talk about tomorrow on beyond the box score in the meantime
i might have an answer for you on the jameson williams one yeah what's that gulf's arm was not good
this wasn't a good game for Jared Goff.
We can talk about it more when we get to the game.
Sure.
News and notes, Lamar Jackson left with a hamstring injury.
He gets Houston next week.
Score may have had something to do with it,
but Cooper Rush is their backup.
Very different type of quarterback.
Obviously, if you want to be encouraged,
I will tell you that he made five starts in 2022,
and C.D. Lamb was on pace for 167 targets,
almost 1,300 yards, 12 touchdowns.
Rush made four starts and eight starts in 2024.
Lamb played in seven of those games,
was on pace for 165 targets,
so almost exactly the same as in 2022,
and about 1,300 yards,
and 11 touchdowns.
Nearly identical numbers, kind of weird.
So he was able to support C.D. Lamb.
So we'll talk about,
we'll get more information about Lamar Jackson.
That's a pretty new injury.
Running back notes,
I don't really have any running back injuries.
Jamie is running back to be on the show.
Hello, Jamie.
Hello.
Dave, did you want to get into running back snap counts now?
Why don't we do it when we talk about each game?
All right.
So we'll tell you the snap counts that matter,
like the Patriots running backs,
the commanders, running backs, et cetera.
Okay, Jamie, I'll give you the tough one here.
What does the Malik neighbor's injury mean?
It's feared to be a torn ACL.
What are your thoughts for the Giants going forward?
I mean, obviously it sucks,
especially with all the promise of the win and Jackson Dart
and the way that he performed,
especially early in the game.
You know, it might have been a little bit better for him
if he had neighbors to play with.
but just, you know, it sucks when you have a star player like this that goes down and it's going to miss the rest of the season.
So you never want to see this.
I think the fallout would be, you know, Darius Layton tends to step up in these spots.
So he's somebody that's going to be, you know, on the waiver wire, in the waiver bar discussion for the next couple of days.
Wondell Robinson should benefit from this, you know, and maybe just the run game as a whole in Camp Scataboo.
But, I mean, obviously, you know, this was, you want to see Jackson Dart play out as rookie season with, you know, one of the best receivers.
football and now you get robbed of that and so we'll see what that means for his development but
obviously just fantasy wise NFL wise reality wise just sucks you know you hope that uh neighbors is back
fully ready to go for the start of the 2026 campaign we don't have confirmation yet on the torn
acl but obviously it looked really bad and um it's uh i've got this i i proposed it if the giants
win next week at new orleans they should trade for tyree kill because the dolphins will be one
and four at best at that point probably
So you heard it here first.
You're all in.
You're all in.
They have to at least try to be all in, right?
I mean, they're all going to get fired if they have another home.
I mean, you do realize that the dolphins have the Jets and the Panthers in the next two games, right?
I mean, yeah, but they're also the dolphins, but yeah.
Oh, I'm sorry, the Giants are the model franchise in the NFL.
Yeah.
All right, Pooka Nekua left, but he came back.
Darnel Mooney left with a hamstring injury.
Calvin Austin left with a shoulder injury.
He's going into his bi-week.
So is Darnel Mooney, for that matter.
Cedric Tillman left with a hamstring injury.
Maybe this will be something that boosts Jerry Judy
because Tillman was ruled out almost immediately
with that hamstring.
Bill and Gabriel to Jerry Judy, just like we all hoped.
Yeah, I haven't heard anything about the Browns quarterback situation right now,
but it's bad.
Minnesota up next for Cleveland.
That game's in Europe.
And Ricky Pearsall left with a knee injury,
and then he came back, and then he left again.
Juan Jennings left, but he did come back,
and I believe he stayed in the game.
So Pierce all, the knee is a concern.
Offensive line, well, Ravens are the most injured team in the world.
Three more starters on defense, plus left tackle.
Ronnie Stanley got hurt.
Minnesota, two offensive lines from Minnesota got hurt, and they have Cleveland next week.
Yikes.
Carolina didn't need any more injuries on their interior offensive line, but their right guard left with a knee injury.
The chargers.
So this was a problem today, no question.
It was not a good team to face without, obviously, without their starting left tackle,
Sean Slater, but now Joe Alt, their right tackle, he left in the first quarter. He could be
out. Well, he's been their left tackle. Sorry, I switched. I knew I had switched that. I even wrote
left tackle in the, no, it's sorry. But whatever, their left tackle Joe Alt, he left, and he was
under pressure a lot today, Justin Herbert, and they get Washington next week. Raiders left tackle,
Colton Miller left with an ankle injury. The Browns were without both of their starting
offensive tackles. One of them is out for the season. Conklin, hopefully we'll be back soon.
and Philadelphia right tackle Lane Johnson left with a shoulder injury.
There are also some defensive notes, but we will...
Oh, there's one that I really wanted to highlight was other than the Ravens.
The Buccaneers, the injury report I saw after the game,
two defensive linemen and three defensive backs left in the second half of that game for Tampa Bay.
So if you need a quarterback, you might want to think about Sam Darnold next week against the Bucks.
All right, and with that said, why don't we do the early waiver wire?
Jamie, have you made any early waiver wire progress?
A little bit. I don't have it in front of me, but I can tell you some of the names that stand out.
The number one guy would be Woody Marks, clearly.
Yes, the Woody Marks era might be here.
Woody Marks is 53% rostered.
He had 21 touches and two touchdowns today, started in only 5% of leagues.
He's at Baltimore next week, which used to be bad, but it's not that bad anymore.
Woody Mark's number one.
Would you go with Darius Slayton?
You mentioned him earlier.
Number two overall?
I don't know who else.
It's not a great, I don't think it's a great week, right?
I mean, you got to take a look at Justice Hill right now because the game flow for the Ravens is probably going to be bad if Lamar Jackson's not there.
And we've seen what Justice Hill, or really the non-Derick Henry running back, you think about the last year in Tennessee when it was Taj Spears.
You think about what it could be right now with Justice Hill.
Like when the game script is bad for him, he's not on the field.
And the game script could be bad for them right now moving forward.
So this is not a justice still over Derek Henry situation, but, I mean, this could be, you know,
one of these guys that has some, you know, staying power moving forward.
But obviously, yeah, Derry Slayton, the receivers weren't great.
I know just from going through that, there wasn't a lot of, like, oh, my gosh, you have to go get these receivers.
Right.
I think there was another running back that maybe.
Is Kenneth Gainwell the first running back ever scored 30 points and not be in the most edited?
Well, the problem is is that their bias next week.
Right, right.
You know, you should go get him.
You should put him on your, I mean, this was somebody after week one that we talked about, and then just kind of.
never really mentioned them again.
You know, it's just kind of like a throw in
if you have an open roster spot.
But yes, clearly
Kenneth Gainwell is going to be a priority as well.
Okay.
All right, let's take a break.
We'll do some buy or sell
when we come back because Heath,
Mike is dismayed that Heath is disin, Drake May.
There we go, yes.
We should have started the show off with that.
We'll be right back on fantasy football today.
by the seven-time world's best leisure airline champions, Air Transat.
All right, by herself from Mike, who is dismayed that Heath is dissing Drake May.
He's saying, believe it or not, so we could keep it.
Believe it or not, we've ranked Drake May outside the top 10 for the last time this decade.
No one ranked Drake May outside of the top 10 this week.
Maybe he means every year.
I don't know.
Oh.
He might be talking about seasonal rankings.
Yeah, maybe.
This was a great fantasy performance.
It was such a weird game.
The Panthers were just like the worst version of the Panthers.
But yeah, I think that's possible.
He had 200 yards passing and 11 yards rushing, but he had three touchdowns.
So it was awesome.
17 pass attempts.
Yeah, you're kind of giving him a backhanded compliment there, but he was really good.
And Drake May is going to be tough.
Drake May is one of these players that I actually, not that I ever look at who my opponent
has, but would hate playing against.
He is big upside every week, I feel.
I believe, based on how the game unfolded for Jared Goff and Drake Mae,
Drake May has now overtaken Jared Goff for most completion, highest completion percentage
in the NFL.
Oh, that's amazing.
Actually, Mike, who is Disson Heath for Diss and Drake, whatever it is, he sent me a,
he loves to send me all this Drake May hype.
Drake May is the first Patriots quarterback since Tom Brady in 2007 to have three straight
games with a 75% or more completion rate,
200 more passing guards and two or more past touchdowns according to real sports.
I hope that's true. I should have fact-checked that.
I think Mike's earned the right. Just read whatever status sent you.
Yeah, I agree.
CJ just says buy or sell Derek Henry, who had eight carries for 42 yards and two catches
and a blowout loss to the Chiefs.
I'll tell you on Thursday night, I was thinking, you know, Nick's probably going to come
around on that Derek Henry for Trey Benson offer. And after today, I'm thinking he's probably
I may not over under 20 PPR points for Henry in his last three games combined.
Under.
It's over by 0.8.
That's such an azer stat what you just did right there.
But are you generally buying or selling Derek Henry?
I mean, you're probably going to get him cheap as, you know, the cheapest he's been since he broke his foot.
You know, like this looks bad right now.
If Lamar Jackson, their buy is week seven, I'm not mistaken.
So Lamar, if he's not right, maybe out through week until week eight.
And if Lamar's not playing, Derek Henry's not going to be very trustworthy.
Really?
I think he'll be started in 90% of leagues next week.
Oh, I don't disagree with that.
Will he be ranked as a top six running back, though?
So I was concerned this week he was outside my top 12.
I don't know where you guys were.
I had him in my top 12.
so like this is this is a problem from their offensive lines of mess ronnie stanley's probably not
going to you know play next week based on his injury track record if lamar jackson's out like
they could get behind the texas which is not something i never thought i'd say right but
he's still a number two running back he's not going to be a sit their defense is terrible
so beat up right now and that's going to force the issue for their offense and when they're
trailing, as the snap count will suggest today, Derek Henry isn't the main guy.
And we know about the splits between wins and losses.
That goes back to his days in Tennessee.
And the schedule is Houston this week, Rams next week, and Rams did a nice job against
John and Taylor, save for one play that got called back, then a buy.
And then, man, does it get good?
Because it's Chicago, it's Miami, Minnesota at Cleveland.
Okay, three out of the next four after the buyer are pretty good.
I think if you can get Derek Henry cheap, you should get them.
But it's got to be kind of cheap.
Okay, Quentin Johnston for Derek Henry, straight up.
Today?
Yeah.
I am kind of a big fan of Quentin Johnson.
Today I'm going to say Derek Henry.
We find out that Lamar Jackson's out for three weeks.
I'm taking Judkins.
I just saw an update on Lamar.
Wait, did you say Judkins or Quentin Johnson?
Johnston.
Johnston.
Oh, yeah, Johnston.
Johnston.
I'm sorry.
I kind of like Johnston, but I don't know if I could take him in trade for Derek Henry.
You'd rather have Henry?
Yeah.
I mean, I feel like I'd rather have Henry for the balance of the season, as much as I like what I've seen from Johnston.
It's also position scarcity.
Like, you're not going to find Quinn Johnson out there, but you're definitely not going to find Derek Henry out there.
Okay.
The pro football talk update on Lamar Jackson felt like a grab, his hamstring strain.
He'll be evaluated on Monday.
All right, next up
We've already talked about the next two
and by ourselves, Quinn Sean Judkins and Ladd-McConkey.
I'll read the McConkey one from Mo.
Ladd-McConkey is no longer startable.
That's going too far, I think.
He's no longer startable in a three.
In a two-receiver league, you said?
There's a lot of wide receivers on by next week.
Commander's past defense wasn't good today.
True.
Giants past defense has been good.
season, though. Right, right? That's a good point. And McCocky had a bad game. He could bounce back
next week, but he had two bad jobs really. A receiver? I don't know. Yeah, I also graded the
chargers with the most favorable receiver schedule rest of season. You're also,
great for McCocky, but also Keenan Allen and also offensive line woes now for them. Like,
mm-hmm. This is a problem. Did their season just turn into the saint's season from last year?
No.
Because no, it's the Charger season.
It's the Charger season from every year.
Well, it might be that too.
But remember, the Saints looked amazing after two weeks.
They had a bunch of offensive line injuries.
The Saints are turned and then everything.
This is Justin Herbert.
It's a big difference.
Yeah, I'd like to think so.
And the receivers are better too, but I don't know.
I wonder with the way Hampton, I wonder if with the way Hampton broke out and with the past
protection problems if they go back to the run heavy.
Yep.
Maybe.
to play as a much, much better run defense in Washington than what they face today.
By the way, we used to make this excuse for teams. We don't do it anymore.
West Coast to East Coast, one o'clock start. Not easy, right?
I mean, you just can't overcome Jackson Dirk. He's inevitable.
Also, MetLife is a very intimidating place to play. Probably anyone goes in there.
The turf. The turf is.
Yeah, everybody's scared of the turf, right?
Yeah. If you're a free agent, I mean, it could all just be a coincidence and speculative,
but there's a lot made about the turf at MetLife,
and it's claimed a lot of ACLs.
Napoleon says,
are we buying or selling David Montgomery
after just a miserable game?
I mean, he's got to be nine carries for 12 yards.
One of the worst games in anyone who has started
in more than a half of our league,
64% started for David Montgomery.
No catches.
Buying or selling Montgomery going forward.
So this is now the four,
if you say that Montgomery is the main rusher
for the Lions,
I don't think that's a fair statement.
but you could put him in the category.
But this is David Montgomery, Chase Brown, Derek Henry, and Josh Jacobs,
the four running backs who have faced the Browns this season.
This is now 57 carries for 108 yards on the season.
He plays the Bengals next week and four teams are on a buy.
Probably going to be pretty close to RP 24.
Yeah, 24.
He might be 15.
I mean, like, this is one of the best buy lows you could find.
Yes.
But, but, okay, there's a big difference between last year's usage
in this year's usage so far.
And it's not necessarily carries,
but it's definitely receptions.
In week one, he had four catches.
The next three games combined, he is two.
So he's, I don't know.
Look, he could have four catches next week.
I guess it wouldn't shock me.
But David Montgomery right now is looking like a completely touchdown or bust guy
in PPR and even half PPR.
I just, if anybody was thinking he wasn't going to be that type of fantasy option,
I know what you're saying at him.
You're not wrong.
But, like, you're not drafting him for a receiving back.
You're drafting him to fall into the end zone.
No, but we were, you know, wondering, was the split going to be different this year?
And if you recall, last year, Jemir Gibbs and David Montgomery, I think they had within one catch of each other before Montgomery got hurt.
It was like 43 for one of them.
But again, like, I understand that.
Blowout.
I would not be drafting David Montgomery for, oh, my God, he's going to be in the similar range as Jemir Gibbs as a pass catcher.
That's fine.
I'm just pointing it out.
No, I understand.
I think just from the standpoint of what's coming up for him, what he just faced, and let's be fair.
Like, he did exactly what he was supposed to do against the Bears in week two, which was score a touchdown, get 50 yards rushing and be a mid-tier number two running back.
He completely dominated the Ravens, which turned out to be the Ravens' run defense is awful.
Struggled against the Browns, which is going to be for most teams, so get ready for Jordan Mason next week to be a sit.
and then you just mentioned the upcoming schedule.
So I don't know,
it feels like a very safe number two running back at this point.
Schedule definitely lightens up.
I think what you should expect from him on a good week is what you did in week two.
Not week three.
That was crazy.
Not week four.
Also crazy.
He's going to be like a borderline number two running back every week,
except in the weeks where there's buys because guys are missing.
Well, if we're keeping it a buck,
he's probably going to score some touchdowns, right?
If we're keeping it a buck.
No, you guys didn't see the Cam Word quote today?
I can't even read it.
But I'm learning what keeping it a buck means.
You guys know what keeping it a buck?
It means keeping it real, like 100% honest.
Just read the Cam Ward quote.
You'll see it.
I thought it meant winless.
Beyond the Box Score tomorrow, noon Eastern.
And CBS Sports Network, Tuesday at 1 p.m. Eastern.
Usually we're Tuesday and Thursday, but this upcoming week with just Tuesday,
I think maybe even the week after that.
But CBS Sports Network WaiverWire 1 p.m. Eastern, just some extra waiver wire info for you.
All right, winners and losers.
He described his team as a part of a human body where we sit.
He said, if we're keeping it a buck, we're Kishan Booty, essentially what Cam Ward said.
I mean, the good thing for Cam Ward is he about to get a new coach.
we'll see okay uh winners for jamie drake london is back
eight cat and michael pennix was back man he was good today
yeah it was eight catches 110 yards and a touchdown on ten targets for drake london
also darnel mooney hamstring injury they are going into their by a week what would
you like to say about drake london sir you said it you know he's back just because just we
need to see this you know to i think alleviate some concerns about i think mostly penics but
you know the fact that double digit targets again you saw the upside of drake london i thought
the, I don't know the yardage on the throat down the field, but the big play on the left
sideline, like he had separation, which was like, wow, for Drake London. So it was just,
you know, overall amazing day. And bigger picture, though, hopefully this is a sign of things
to come moving forward. And yeah, Woody Marks with a big day, 17 carry, 69 yards in a touchdown,
four catches, 50 yards in a touchdown in a Texans win over the Tennessee Titans, who
have been really bad against the run for what it's worth. But so is Baltimore. And that
That's their next opponent.
But he's 53% roster, and I think you pretty much said.
He's the top waiver wire priority.
But what do you see going forward for Woody Marks?
I hope it's what the Texan see going forward for Woody Marks, which is this is their guy, you know, and add some life to their backfield.
You know, Nick Chubb has given them some good moments.
Obviously, the touchdown run against the Bucks in week two.
But clearly his best days are behind him.
And you said it something we talked about in the preseason as well.
like they trade it up in the NFL draft to go get Woody Marks.
This is somebody that they clearly coveted and want to see what he can do.
And now you're seeing what he's capable of.
So let's not put that back in the box.
Let's continue to make Woody Marks your featured running back.
And hopefully this could be a guy that we consider in the flex range,
if not number two, running back range for the rest of the season.
Would you guys rather have Woody Marks or David Montgomery?
It's a great call.
I probably would take the upside of Marks.
I'll take Marks.
it's the versatility that he seems to have that makes him a differentiator here too
here the one thing that we're forgetting about is who might be back in
Houston's backfield this year that doesn't sound like it yeah I haven't heard a word about
Joe Mixon I hear you but yeah the last thing we heard was out of nowhere it's like yep he's
ready here he comes I mean he could literally pop back off the pub list on Tuesday the last
thing we heard was we appreciate the work that he's
done for our team. All right, let's go
to Dave's winners. Xavier Worthy,
45% started.
Five catches for 83 yards on
eight targets, plus two carries for 38
yards. He actually led the team in
rushing. Zavier Worthing.
Led in rushing and receiving. I had to give Patrick
Mahomes a break this week.
But Pacheco caught more
touchdowns and Xavier Worthy. I will point that out.
You also had Quinn John Junkins. We talked about
him. But yeah, what do you think about
Xavier Worthy going forward? I think you've got
look at him as a for now a borderline number two number three fantasy receiver and we know
that rishy rice will eventually come back but man Xavier worthy looked good first game back over
a hundred total yards and didn't even play every single snap he was in for like about two
thirds of the snaps it was good and this chief's offense looked a heck of a lot better with him back
on the field yeah now this is going to be a big topic should we sell savior worthy now because
because Rishi Rice will be back after two more games.
What would your answer be?
If you can, sure, but what are you turning them into?
Why?
Are you turning them into Quentin Johnson?
I would do that.
You'd rather have Quentin Johnson than Xavier Weren't?
I'd rather have Quentin Johnson than worthy rest of season.
Heath?
I would not make that move.
Do you guys think Rishie Rice is going to seriously affect Xavier Worthy?
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
But it doesn't mean that Worthy is going to be a bad start.
He might be a little boomer bustish, which is why I'm going to couch him as a, let's say, somewhere between 22 and 28 overall in receiver rankings.
They usually throw at least on average probably 36 per game, I'm guessing, every year.
Kelsey could just go away.
Yeah, that would be my hope.
And then Rise and Worthy can both be good.
That would be my hope.
All right.
And Heath, your winners are Travis E.T.N.
Big game for him.
19 carries, 124 yards and a touchdown and one catch at San Francisco.
A very nice road win for Jacksonville.
They won, right?
They hung on.
I forget.
Yeah, they won.
Forced that little fumble.
Yeah, they tried to give it away.
And Cam Scadaboo, and he had 27 touches for 90 yards this week.
So, E.T.N. and Scataboo.
Yeah, a good fantasy day for one of them, not so much for the other.
But I think, like, pretty big statement here for ETAB, both in terms of the
split in touches between him and Tutin and the performance of ET and the touchdown run was
phenomenal and I've kind of been ranking him as a low end number two you're probably starting
him we probably need to rank him a little bit higher than that at least until something changes
because he's running very well and the run game's kind of the only thing in this offense that
works right now scataboo I just thought like that was maybe the most conservative game plan I've
ever seen in my life and that's great news for cam scataboo he still looks
good running the football and they're probably going to run the ball if they can stay in games
at least 60% of the time. Okay. And is it easy to take ETN over Brian Thomas Jr. at this point?
Yeah, you have to. Yeah. I'm getting tired of talking about Brian Thomas Jr. He's we,
nobody even put him in the like losers notes because he's just, it's really one of his best games
of the year. Yeah, I know. And it wasn't good. All right. So let's go to the
other losers, Calvin Ridley and Brock Bowers for Heath, is Ridley dropable? Is Bowers sitable?
I would say that Ridley feels dropable. Certainly in a 10-team league, in a 12-team league, it probably
depends on how deep your bench is. But I just, he's not even the number one wide receiver on
his own team. And his own team cannot pass the ball. So that's a bad combination. And Bowers, I don't
know i was really hopeful with the full practice on wednesday but he's just not brock bowers right
now and i still think at some point this season he is i really do not want to sell low but
he's not the guy you drafted him to be can i give you a little optimistic spin though a little
optimistic spin would be that he only completed two fewer passes to the opponent than they did
to brock bowers well they only threw 21 passes today gino smith and
Six of them went to Bowers and seven of them went to Myers.
I'm a little bit concerned that with two, three interception games in the first four weeks of the season,
maybe throwing the ball less is going to seem like a better plan to them.
If they can run the ball.
I mean, they just face the horrible run defense.
They get the Colts and the Titans in a couple weeks, a good matchup.
Yeah, all right.
He's a loser.
I'm not disputing it.
But he's finished outside of the top 12 among tight ends and PPR each of the last three weeks.
Okay, Dave, your losers are Lab McConkey, who we talked about.
and Keon Coleman.
Is Lab McConkey sitable?
Is Keon Coleman dropable?
McConkey is sitable and
Keon Coleman is dropable.
I'm really disappointed about it.
I'm kind of beating myself up over it
because I was rooting for this guy,
heard a lot about him,
really loved all the reports from preseason
and just there aren't targets.
It's the Buffalo offense from last year.
Maybe I was expecting Josh Allen
to throw a little bit more.
And maybe he will.
But for now, I think I can get away
with dropping Coleman,
picking up somebody else off the waiver wire
and then if Coleman does well again
I can double back and put him back on my bench
but you can't feel good about starting him
especially when both Shakir and Kincaid
have been putting up better numbers
over the past few weeks
but next week's a little interesting
with New England
it's going to be a big test for the Patriots
but I feel like they can score right?
Yeah I'm the problem
okay so if he has a big game next week
it'll be a little surprising because I would imagine that you'll see a lot of Gonzalez on Coleman.
The type of receiver that Gonzalez usually lines up against is the outside physical type of
receiver.
Yeah.
And then what does it mean?
Does it mean that Keon Coleman, you can only start them in games against tough matchups?
Like, that's back asswords.
It just sounds.
I just don't think you can have a lot of confidence in Coleman, no matter who he's playing at this point.
And so if you need the bench, but you can give up Coleman.
Okay.
So nice in my heart, Adam.
If you guys were going to buy low on, I'm going to give you three players, not Keanu Coleman.
If you were going to buy low on any of these three guys, who would it be?
It would be Brock Bowers, Ladd McConkey, or Brian Thomas Jr.
Who do you think is the best chance to bounce back?
Thomas Jr.
Bowers by a mile.
I'll say Bowers.
Okay.
Why Bowers by a mile?
Well, first off, the position that he plays.
So if you can get his caliber of,
production that we were hoping for, that's not the same as finding the other two players at
their positions.
Look at that.
I think that was a Matthew Golden go route for a huge gain.
No, no, maybe not a go route, but huge gain.
Okay, sorry, sorry.
The other part would be is that is he still working his way back from the injury?
And if he gets back to 100% healthy, like, that's something that is hopefully fixable.
Like, McConkey's got so much competition right now.
and Thomas just looks lost.
So I think Bowers has the easiest path to success
at a position that you can't find a lot of guys like him.
I almost feel like you're going to have to give up more for Bowers, though, at this point.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, that's fair.
Yeah, that's true.
So you can give up less for BTJ, and he's, aside from the wrist, he's healthier than Brock Bowers.
So I, and I think he's maybe, he's not turning the corner as fast as I thought he would.
And I obviously didn't watch enough of the game.
game today to know just how many misses there were between him and Trevor Lawrence.
I don't even know if he had any drops today.
But I think he could still.
He had a ball on the sideline that he did a pretty bad job getting that foot down.
Like you got to get that foot down.
Yeah.
And then there was one where there was, look like it was a back shoulder throw that he just
kept going.
Right.
I remember seeing that one.
So that's another miscommunication.
And that sucks.
But it's a long season.
And I could see him eventually getting on the same page.
He's so talented, man.
And still so fast.
All right, Jamie, your losers are Jameson Williams and Gino Smith.
James and William's with eight targets, but only two catches for 40 yards.
And Gino with 13.8 fantasy points with the three interceptions.
So Jameson Williams, we're probably going to get some questions about dropping him.
I wouldn't do that just yet because the eight targets were encouraging.
So hopefully that there will be some connection coming, and they do get the Bengals.
It is on the road.
But there is a bounce back spot for him in week five.
So hold through one more week, but we are going to get the, is it time to move on from Jameson Williams' conversation?
Again, the answer for me would be no.
Obviously, I got to own Gino Smith.
He was the start of the week, and he was not good.
Three interceptions were terrible.
Two of the throws were awful.
Like, it was the exact same throw on the exact same route and the exact same interception.
The third one was just a great play by Stevenson.
You know, kudos to him for, you know, jumping in front of Jacobi Myers.
It would have been nice if he got the third touchdown to Deonté Thornton.
He underthrew him, you know, but could have been an easy touchdown if he leads him.
So that would have made things a little bit better for Gino, obviously would have been right around 20 fantasy points.
But this was not what I was expecting by far, you know, just taking on the bears and what the quarterbacks have done against this defense.
And he just looked really, really bad.
So Genti saved him on, you know, a couple of plays.
Genti saved the Raiders, you know, kept them in this game.
And so I think, and it's funny because I wrote this and starts it, that the lead into the start of the week was it would not shock me.
if this is Ashton Genti's breakout game because of the Bears defense.
And I regret putting that out there for the Gino Smith managers because it came to fruition.
Obviously great to see Genti do this.
But I think just to Heath's point about Bowers, they seem to just get scared of Gino,
especially when the run game was going.
I mean, they ran for over 280 yards.
So it felt as if P. Carroll and Chip Kelly were like, yeah, this isn't a Gino day.
This is a Genty day.
And we can run on this team.
So let's do it.
And then they had to have him throw a little bit at the end.
But in any event, Dino is probably done in the conversation.
Yeah.
For the time being, as they started, I won in a quarterback league.
Yeah, right.
You trusted him.
Now he's broken our trust.
He's not in the circle of trust anymore.
All right.
We're going to take a break and tell you about every game,
everything you know from all the games.
We'll be right back on fantasy football today.

Welcome back. Okay. Let's get to the games.
Unless you want to know about some almost touchdowns.
Cedric Tillman had an almost touchdown. Hunter Henry had an almost touchdown and a real one.
Jonathan Taylor had a 53-yard touchdown called back.
Adonai-Mitchell play if you started dancing.
That was a six-point swing.
I mean, he was going in for a touchdown and the ball slipped out of his hands and went out of the end zone for a touch ball.
All I could think about was Jacob Gibbs.
He made such a good point on the show this morning about how Adnai Mitchell could be a sneaky play.
And then he wasn't.
Even with that, he was probably a good sneaky play.
Juan Jennings was open for a touchdown.
Brock Purdy, who played in my, from what I saw very poorly today, missed Jennings wide open.
And Brandon Cooks had a touchdown overturn.
Pittsburgh, Minnesota,
Pittsburgh, 24, Minnesota 21.
Heath, what do we got?
Believe it or not, T.J. Hawkinson is dropable.
Hey, guys.
What do you think?
Browns this week by next week.
So how many tight ends are we dropping at this point?
Hawkinson is one.
I'm ready to drop it from a starting lineup requirement in my fantasy leagues.
You got to drop both Browns tight ends at this point, right?
Yep.
Who else?
I think you can drop this guy.
I mean, you can't just keep dropping, guys,
because you have to have somebody to add.
I would probably drop Hawkinson for Brenton Strange,
but not necessarily.
I mean, who am I going to add at this point?
Jake Tongass, if Pearsall's out, that's a one-week band-aid.
Kittles eligible return this week.
Right.
So I'm, like, I think at a, I think Hawkinson stinks and I can't take it anymore, but I don't know that I can drop him because there's, you can certainly consider dropping him if you find another tight end that you like, but you got to find that tight end.
Yeah.
And if you can't trust Hawkinson against Cleveland, absolutely now is the time to drop him because of the by following.
Well, I mean, Theo Johnson may become a little bit more of a thing with the neighbor's injury, something to keep an eye on.
Right.
But you're not going to drop Hawkinson for Theo Johnson.
No, but there hopefully is a few people in your league that have Kincaid on their bench,
pits on their bench, you know, two guys that have made some plays so far the season.
You know, those are options.
Okay.
So do you think things will be better or worse for the Minnesota pass catchers when J.J.
McCarthy regains the starting job?
Thomas is putting his thumb down.
I completely agree.
I think worse.
Yeah, I don't know if they rush him back,
but they need to find good offensive linemen.
To me, that's the bigger issue.
They're about to play the Cleveland Browns
with one starter,
two starters.
We're going to get our lowest over under the season.
In that game?
Yeah.
35 and a half, maybe.
Yeah, it could be.
So just give me an answer.
Do you think better or worse
with McCarthy's back?
Sorry, better or worse
from McCarthy's back for the past actors?
Yeah, I'm going to say a little.
You saw what the potential is for Jefferson.
I don't know.
I mean, can McCarthy do this?
Probably it's Justin Jefferson,
but like this was what we were waiting to see all season.
All right.
And then for the other side of the ball for Pittsburgh,
what do you think the, Dave,
what do you think the running back situation looks like
if Jalen Warren's ready to return in week six after the buy?
I would think that Warren will go right back to being the primary.
And if he struggles,
at least the sealers know they've got something.
in Kenneth Gainwell.
He played 77% of the snaps, all of their 10 third down snaps, all of their snaps inside
the five, there were only three, but he looked amazing.
This is, this might be the best Kenneth Gainwell's ever looked like ever as an NFL
running back.
And GameScript had something to do with it as well, but they could absolutely see him
in a different light now after the game that he had today, especially since Warren had a
bunch of games where he was inefficient as a runner.
Yeah.
Well, they both did, to be fair.
but yep so minnesota we thought they were going to be really good against d k metcalf and they
weren't he only had five targets but he turned it into a hundred and twenty six yards and a
touchdown he had a huge play he had a really huge play that saved the day okay so we'll go to our next
game detroit thirty four and cleveland ten uh jimier gibbs and among ross st brown
are the only lions worth starting don't believe it it depends on the matchup yeah
Next week, David Montgomery is a must-star guy.
They've got Cincinnati.
Yep.
They're all must-star guys.
I don't know if Jameson, you can call them a must-ar guy.
I'll find, I'll start Dan Campbell at tight end somehow.
Do we hold off on dropping Jerry Judy until we find out more about Tillman?
Yes.
Heath, do you want to get in there?
On Jerry Judy.
I don't know.
You sound like you were going to say something and I cut you off.
No, I said that Dan Campbell.
might score more fantasy points
than Sam Laporta
I think he was playing tight in.
Yeah,
LaPorta is different
than Hawkinson though,
right?
We can't be thinking
about dropping the Porta.
There's nobody to drop them for.
That's true.
Loporta's 6.9
PPR points against the
Browns is the third most
by a tight end this year
through four weeks.
Noah fan has the most.
That's 12.6.
And then the legendary John Fitzpatrick,
9.2 in week 3.
Good for him.
He caught it such a time.
Just keep in mind,
LaPorter got off
to a really slow start last year
and then got real hot
at the end of the season.
Right. Right.
Yeah.
Is he a buy low?
Yes.
Yes.
It's also really,
if you buy low on Brock Bowers
and he gets back to what he is,
I mean,
this conversation that we've been having
should tell you how valuable
Brock Bowers could be,
or how valuable George Kittel could be
or Trey McBride,
who hasn't been great,
but at least you know you're never
taking him out of your lineup
because tight end really,
stinks right now.
And Tyler Warren
doesn't stink.
Every Brock Bowers manager
knows exactly that
and they're not gonna...
I think they'll be hasty.
People are impulsive.
Or want to ransom.
People are impulsive.
You would.
But I don't know about the average guy.
Well, I mean, again,
tight end has been a little weird
because you have two guys
that were not universally drafted,
or I should say three guys,
not universally drafted as starters
that have played very well so far.
Kraft, Jake Ferguson, and Don Kincaid.
You have one guy that was expected to be a top three
tight end. They got hurt in week one after having a big
game in George Kittle.
And I don't know.
I mean, it's about average.
Hunter Henry, another guy.
Juan Johnson, another guy.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, speaking of Hunter Henry, how about we go to our next game?
New England 42 and Carolina 13.
I'm going to just lean into what you said this morning, Adam.
Believe it or not, Ted Rowan McMillan's overrated for fantasy.
Can I just clarify?
I think I said he's been overrated for fantasy, you know.
And he was again today.
Yeah.
By low, by low, by low.
Dude, I wonder.
Are they going to start any Dalton?
Off to Miami we go.
And then Dallas and then the Jets.
Yeah, by low, by low, by low.
Although we were excited about the Patriots and he came through with 10.2 PPR.
But we also cautioned ourselves and our audience that Christian Gonzalez could return and it could be a problem.
We did.
So he's overrated.
They're having a pretty good defense.
Their front's been good all year, all year pretty much.
Stefan Diggs, 100-yard game, now a revenge game against the bills.
This is actually a big development.
Yeah, what are we thinking about Stefan Diggs?
He's only 76% rostered.
Would he be the number one wide receiver for you if he were available on waivers?
As of right now, yes.
Dave, someone's asking in the chat, what was the Patriots backfield split?
I'm glad you asked because who do you think led the way?
Because we had a lot of talk about Trevionn Henderson all week long.
I'm going to say it was very close.
I'm going to guess Remandre.
Remandre was the leader in Snapshare.
It was not close.
It was 60%, 6.0 for Remandre Stevenson, 31% for Trayvionh, 17% for Antonio Gibson.
Gibson played the most inside the 10, 4 of 6 snaps.
all seven third down snaps went to
Gibson Henderson Henderson Henderson
Remondre Stevenson
Oh wrong twice
So Ramondre was first in snaps
And third in fantasy points
Right
He didn't score the other two did
But this is
Yeah and I should also
I should have prefaced by saying
Those are just the snaps with Drake May
I don't care about what they did
With other quarterbacks in the game
Well what do you make of that
What's your fantasy take away from that
It's annoying
They should have given more work
to Trayvon-Henderson, but it's what I was worried about, and it's just, it's annoying.
And I don't know what it'll take for the Patriots to get away from Ramandre Stevenson
to the point where Trayvon Anderson can use his talent to help this team really explode and get to the next step.
They're being very, very, what's the word I'm looking for?
cautious is that the word I'm looking for or they're treating them like a rookie and they're
I don't know well it's not great um you almost wish belichick was there because you know after
two fumbles from remandre stevenson that trabeon henderson would start to play more there's
obviously something going on that's keeping henderson from seeing that full work from getting
even 50% of the snaps so what is it is he not good in pass protection
Does he not know the whole playbook?
Are the, is Josh McTalance just treating him like a rookie?
We're never going to know.
We're just going to get it.
I think it's also they don't want to lose Ramandre, you know.
I kind of got that tone from Vrabel.
Like we don't want him to be thinking he's in the doghouse and never going to come back from it, recover from it.
Who's the running back you'd want to, you'd want to roster in New England?
No, Trevion.
Yeah.
And, okay.
Would you rather have Woody Marks or Trayvion Henderson rest of season?
that is a great question
I'm going to stick with Trayvion
I'm going to stick with Trayvion too
yeah
yeah yeah
but the fact that you're debating it I think shows us
shows everyone where we are
with Trayvion and Henderson
sure yeah I mean look
if he if he can't get
additional playing time
when those two guys
combined for three fumbles
in a game that they should have
I mean it can easily be three in one right now
and you know
if not four and oh
with playing the Raiders in week one
you know so they're
in the mix
they're going to be in the mix
for a playoff spot this year, deservedly so.
I think there, you know,
we always get this where the new coach comes in
and, you know, things just turn around quickly right away.
But the way Drake May is playing,
I think again, the defense is pretty solid
and now getting better in the secondary.
Like, there's a lot to like about this.
And if Diggs can establish himself as that number one guy,
there's a chance that, you know,
they could be really good with a great schedule.
There were a few backfields that were somewhat of an even split this week.
And, you know, or maybe looks like things might be changed.
changing a bit. One of them was Houston. We've obviously talked about that. One of them was
Carolina. And it's maybe a two-week trend here. Chuba Hubbard had 10 carries and three
catches. Rico-Daddle had nine carries and one catch. David, you actually have the splits there?
I do. Chuba Hubbard's 65 percent to Rico-Daddle's 40 percent. Keep in mind that there were
some plays where they were both on the field. Dowdell is taken over the third down rule,
eight of 11 on third downs. Okay. Heath, what do you think? Are you worried about,
you worried about Chuba Hubbard?
I think he is in the D'Andre Swift, Tony Pollard cesspool,
where during the buys, you're going to start those guys
because they get a bunch of touches.
And when nobody's on a buy, you're going to hope you don't have to.
But the way the running back position is right now,
like you're going to need somebody to really come take their spot.
We're not getting a lot of the injuries.
I mean, Woody Marks is nice if he's available in your league.
All right.
Those were snacks with Bryce Young, by the way.
Again, I should have prefaced that first.
No, thank you, though.
I'd like to see some more snaps with Andy Dalton.
Giants 21, Chargers 18.
Believe it or not, Jackson Dart just had the greatest rookie quarterback debut for the New York Giants.
Definitely not.
Definitely not.
Daniel Jones was so good.
Are you in cahoots with Schaefer?
Like, hey, let's get this graphic up compared to Daniel Jones.
I said no such thing.
Yeah, right.
I don't know.
I didn't know.
I don't know why you would think it was my idea.
But, I mean, it's really an impressive comeback, or not comeback, but win over a team that's favored over you, completed 65% of his passes, ran a totally legitimate NFL offense.
It really wasn't that impressive.
No, the first drive was awesome.
Yeah, but it mostly his legs.
But again, he loses neighbors.
Like, it's not, it's not fair.
It's not fair.
it's not fair it's also going to be hard to evaluate him i'm sorry no it's going to evaluate him going
forward you know for the giants we go ahead one of the knocks i had on dart was that i was worried
about how quickly he'd be able to make full read progressions or full field progressions with his reads
and i think he struggled with that today you're not going to know until you watch the coaches film
but looking down field and finding throws he didn't have a completion longer than 18 yards i didn't
think they really put him in positions out i didn't think they really put him in positions to do
that.
Like, it seemed like it was pretty clearly this, this, or run.
Yeah, a lot of running.
And a lot of design runs, too.
Right.
Well, we'll talk about him on the WaverWire show.
We have talked about McConkey and Quentin Johnston.
We have not talked about Keenan Allen.
He had another seven targets.
He had five catches for 37 yards.
So his first bad game, his first game with three within 17 fantasy points in PPR for
Kenan Allen.
Would you rather have Keenan Allen or Ladd-McConkey rest of season?
I think I'd rather have the young guy.
I would rather have McCocky, too, because Alan has some injury risks.
Okay.
And he's not as fast.
All right.
And who's the best Giants wide receiver rest of season?
Give me a one word answer.
Annie tumor.
I'll give you an answer.
I'll say Slayton.
Yeah.
Slayton's role changes a little bit when Neighbors is out.
Okay.
Buffalo 31, New Orleans 19.
I don't know what to me.
I mean, the bills are so bills.
Give me a Camara, believe it or not.
He had 15 carries and four catches.
He had 72 total yards.
Alvin Camara has a Kendra Miller problem.
Believe it.
I think Alvin Camara has a Kellynne Moore problem.
Alvin Camara was not that.
Four catches.
Yeah, it wasn't that bad.
For two yards.
Is he in the cesspool?
I would say he's like on the beach of the cesspool.
Well, is this a beach or a pool?
What does that mean?
Like, as you enter into the pool, you're going to start Alvin Camara over the cesspoolbacks.
But as you're in, you definitely feel like you're getting into the pool.
It's like one of those zero, what is it, zero depth pools where you walk in and then,
it just gets a little bit deeper with every step.
By low, by low, by low.
Off to the Giants, we go.
Camara?
Yep.
You think he's going to get traded to the...
That's the next week.
Oh, oh, oh.
And I believe they have a very favorable schedule rest of way.
Yeah.
Well, they have the Giants, Patriots, and Bears coming up.
Right.
Well, the bills have been a very favorable schedule for run games.
I think they've given up more run yards than they have past yards this year.
Yeah, it's probably true.
I don't think Camara.
looks bad, by the way.
I just think he's stuck on a bad offense
and he doesn't get the same type of target share
that we're used to him getting.
What is he on pace for a reception total right now?
45.
He has 13 in four games.
So, 13 divided by
4 times 17.
Oh, like 50.
55.
Which would be a career low
if he plays a full season?
He's averaging 3.8 yards per catch.
That's the problem.
There's your problem more than anything else.
All right.
Let's go to Philadelphia 31 and Tampa Bay 25.
Miller played a third of the snaps, by the way.
Believe it or not, you should try to sell Sequin Barquay off of his touchdown
because it's not going to get a lot better than this.
He did not look good and he got banged up in the game right before he scored a touchdown.
No, I don't buy it.
I don't believe it.
He's got the Giants twice in the next four weeks.
That's a total of 400 yards.
fair no i just
still averaging over 15 ppr points per game
do you ever go to you do you ever think to yourself
do we like anyone right
like derrick henry sucks sequin barcly sucks
bryan thomas junez junez sucks malik neighbors is out for the year
jemar chase sucks is like we got to believe in someone
we really got to do wednesday redraft the first round yeah no we will for sure
it's going to be the three rams i can't wait for quinn johnson's fourth overall
Amari and Hampton
looks like a first rounder probably
but yeah he does
getting he coming off a game
against the Giants
uh no
would you guys believe that
that you should try to sell high on Barclay
no
I mean again like
what are you getting for him
Hampton or Barclay
rest of season
I want to say Hampton
they're Parkley
I'll still take part of
four targets per game
for Berkeley
that's pretty good
now let's talk about AJ Brown
Oh, boy.
So the first two games,
he's not happy.
And he's had eight to ten targets in three straight games.
And he's turned that into 27 yards, 109 yards, and seven yards.
So maybe a little bit of this is on A.J. Brown.
But how concerned are you guys about A.J. Brown?
Very concerned because of who he gets next week.
He gets who next week?
The Broncos.
Broncos.
All right, but if we're not doing this week to week,
are we playing for this season?
Are we still optimistic?
Are we still feeling like AJ Brown is a second round type of player?
No.
Man, I would have a hard time ranking 24 players
that I thought were first and second round types of players right now.
If you're looking at this screen,
if you're looking at this screen, Heath,
it has Jalen Hertz,
Bucky, Ehrlich, Ameca, Abuka, and Aegee,
J. Brown. How many of them
are top 24 players rest of season?
I'll say
Bucky. Barkley?
Yes.
Probably.
Abuka?
I would not say yes.
Hertz?
No.
It's the top 24 part
that throws me off too.
If all of these players that we thought were top 24 players are not good,
then why don't we just accept that the quarterbacks who are good every single week
are part of it should be...
Oh, you mean like Lamar Jackson?
Well, okay, guys get hurt, but Lamar Jackson was averaging 32 times per game.
It was terrible before he got hurt.
Lamar Jackson was terrible.
Oh, today, it's been the best player in fantasy.
Mm-hmm.
First three weeks.
Well, he had before this week.
Yeah.
All right.
It doesn't have to do with the injury.
He didn't play very well today.
He had time to turn the first.
the game around. But you're right. It was a bad game. Maybe he was playing hurt. I don't know.
So, I don't think so. What about Abuca guys? So Abuka has, uh, how many targets did he have today?
He had 10? 10 targets for 101 and one saved by a 77 yard. No, there's a rush yards, not targets.
I'm sorry. He had 10 targets though. And he had it. Oh, he always gets these big plays. I mean,
he has been so, I don't want to say lucky, but booed by big plays, specifically big touchdowns.
But he's booed by Abuca.
He's been amazing.
Jamie, where are you on a Buka?
Well, start wide receiver, rest of the way.
I mean, until proven otherwise.
Now, we'll see what happens when Evans and Godwin are there
and how the targets are distributed.
But this has a very similar feel, better, but similar feel,
to what Jalen McMillan was doing at the end of the last season,
was scoring touchdowns and was a reliable guy in the last five weeks of the season,
despite a lack of significant amount of targets,
just quality targets from Baker Mayfield.
I mean, this is a first round talent that is doing this and still learning as he goes.
And so today was a change.
This was the first time without Evans and with Godwin back.
And so as Godwin gets healthier and again, once Evans returns, we'll see what this looks like.
But why would you just not ride this for as long as you possibly can?
So if you want to sell high, I get that.
So if you're confident in AJ Brown, if you're confident in Ladd-McConkie, if you're confident in Brock Bowers,
this is the easiest guy to turn into those players because everyone would love to have.
this right now, especially if you're talking about receiver for receiver trait.
But if you believe in what his talent is and can continue to be, you're going to just love
having this player on your fantasy team.
All right. We're going to take a break. And when we come back, we've got about five or six
games left. We'll be right back after this on FFT. We are back talking about Houston, 26, Tennessee,
nothing. Believe it or not, Nico Collins is the top 24 player rest of season.
Yeah, I think he belongs.
believe it i'd still take him in round too
yep
okay and
how much uh just real quick
how much do you think tajey spires
will eat into the workload for tony pollard
who had 64 yards rushing
today 12 receiving
30%
for the first week
sure
all right pick up taj spears
let's see what happens
uh Atlanta 34
Washington 27
do you want the running back splits for houston
yeah
good now i got to find it you have them yeah i'm going to have them in like four seconds here it is
woody marks 58 percent i believe this is the first time this year he had more of a snap show than
chub 12 of 15 on third downs he had the third down edge last week so as long as that continues i think
that's really good for what he marks chub was at 5 percent and then brooks and a gumbo wallace
combined for seven percent no snaps inside the 10 for houston
today.
They're awesome.
If you give me one more second, last week it was Chubb 51%, Woody Marks, 49%.
Okay.
So I think the takeover is happening.
And I know that Domeco Ryans was talking favorably about marks after the game and how
he loved to have that, like, the run game was finally able to give Houston something.
And so why were they able to give Houston something?
Well, part of it was they were playing the Titans, but the other is that Woody
Marks was really good.
Atlanta 34 Washington 27
What do we want to say about Debo Samuel
Debo Samuel is the best
Commander's wide receiver rest of season
By it
Yeah
Yeah
I mean we don't know how long
McLaurin's going to be out for
Kyle Pitts is a start for as long as
Darnel Mooney's out
Bye it
That's a ball
These look better this year overall to
Drop or hold
Jacori Kroski Merritt, who only had
seven carries.
I'd like to hold.
If you're dropping him for Woody Marks,
that's an easy one for me.
If you're dropping him for
Justice Hill
and you're desperate,
I can see that because I think Hill
is going to get a lot of work moving forward.
If you're dropping him for Taijay Spears
without an IR spot,
I'd probably rather hold Jacoby Crosky Merit.
How do you guys feel about
three-way splits in the backfield?
Yeah, they're horrible.
I love it.
A lot of fun.
Rodriguez, 39%, McNeckles, 33%, Bill, 33%.
You can take a guess on who played all four snaps inside the 10
and who dominated third down snaps.
Here's your clue, John Reagan, not Crosky Merritt.
I'm going to guess it was McNichols.
McNichols on third down, Rodriguez, inside the 10.
Okay, so would you drop Jacorri Crosky Merritt for Kenneth Gainwell?
No.
No, it's just so hard to do that because we don't.
don't know what's happening when they come back.
Jacksonville.
Unless be here on Monday that Jalen Warren is like out for months for some reason.
You cannot.
Jacksonville 26, San Francisco 21.
If Bachel Tootin and Travis Hunter are dropped this week, you should just leave them
on the waiver wire.
Tutin I would pick up in a heartbeat.
Hunter, I would leave on the way of where.
Right.
Why would you pick up Tootin in a heartbeat?
Well, first off, if.
If Travis E.T.N. gets hurt, you're talking about a must-start running back,
and who's already shown you some flashes of potential brilliance.
So if we're talking about high-end handcuffs, he's near the top of the list.
Very much so.
And I believe his snapshot went up today, just a little bit up.
Okay. I don't even know what to say about Brian Thomas Jr. anymore.
It's pretty bad.
I do think you led the team in receiving with 49 receiving yards.
Led the team in everything. Targets, well, tied for the team leading targets.
and he led them in yards.
It's not just a Thomas problem,
and there's, again, some things that need to be worked out.
It's a Trevor Lawrence problem.
It's a Shane Waldron problem.
It's a Liam Cohen problem.
There's a lot of things that are not right right now.
It's a lot of problems.
It's just hold Brian Thomas until maybe things get corrected,
but you probably are not starting Brian Thomas,
especially going against the Chiefs next week.
The Chiefs, the Seahawks, the Rams, and a buy are the next four games.
All right.
next up
Rams 27 Colts 20
Believe it or not
You should ignore the last two weeks
And start Daniel Jones
Against the Raiders next week
Believe it
Believe it
The Raiders
I think they've really only had
One bad game defensively
It was against the commanders last week
Right?
I feel like they've been a pretty good defense
It's just off top of my head
Jones was
Wasn't great today
But he could have had a decent game
He could have been really good
no because even if he gets those six points he still's under 20 now it's like 10 points because
of the yardage or 12 points with the yard he got the yardage oh he got the yardage oh he got the yarder he got
the yard you but he probably doesn't throw that maybe he's great to me but he was still he also
had at least one other interception dropped yeah and he got that strip sack late that was
recovered by the rams that was by the colts that was a bad play he didn't see that guy coming
but he probably doesn't throw that late interception if mitchell doesn't fumble right because
they're probably not trailing whatever whatever
it is but uh all right so so don't panic yet on on daniel jones and you can start him next week
against the rams uh pitman comes through 10 tar like pitman's starting to look like he's going to be
amazing draft value right i mean it's you got to say quentin johnson if he was drafted as the
best and pitman might be right behind him mm-hmm that's great oh dunes it's like odunze was first
amazing value then pitman then quentin johnston i think in terms of ADP
Woody Marks.
You know, that's the thing about Woody Marks.
He just had a great game against one of the worst run defenses in football, right?
We should probably pump the brakes.
Maybe.
Honorable mention for Tyler Warren.
Yeah.
Go line back, Tyler Warren today.
That could be good news for Daniel Jones.
Number two, tie then.
Right.
Like Daniel Jones had negative rushing yards today, too.
He didn't even try to run.
And we're used to seeing that from him, too.
Okay.
Next up, Kansas City 37, Baltimore, 20.
Patrick Mahomes, the top three fantasy quarterback rest of season.
Top three.
I mean, you could believe it with Lamar being out maybe for a couple of weeks,
and Joe Burroughs out for the majority of the season,
and what he could look like with those guys healthy,
I'm going to say I don't believe it, but I can see it happening.
Okay, but if I said top four, you'd probably believe it, right?
I'd say top five.
Listen, he's not as good as Drake May.
Yeah, I was about to say, Drake May or Mahomes, the rest of the season.
He was better than Mike made.
And he's averaging more fantasy points per game than Drake May.
Yeah, I'll take my homes.
I will too.
Did Isaiah likely play?
He came out on the field.
Okay.
He didn't have a stat.
I will get you a stat on him.
Give me a second.
Honestly, I feel like Kareem Hunt had a lot of short yardage carries.
And I know Pacheco scored the touchdown,
but we're talking about back-over,
backfield takeovers.
Kareem-Hunt had 13 carries today,
and Pacheco had seven.
How many snaps do you think likely played?
Six.
Seven.
25.
Yikes.
Yikes.
Yikes.
Who's the best Chiefs running back?
season.
Xavier Worthy.
I don't know if he's on the team.
Patrick Mois.
Pacheco.
Point taken.
Tyquan Thornton, drop or hold.
Drop.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
And last game, Chicago, Las Vegas,
Spares 25, Vegas 24.
Another blocked field goal.
What a weird year this has been to decide the game.
Heath, go for it.
I don't want to say Trey Tucker is dropable,
but that's probably the obvious
The answer is yes
In 10 team leagues
DJ Moore is dropable
Believe it
Believe it
Buy or sell
This is the time to sell high on Romo Duneze
No thank you
I mean I'll go back the same thing I said about Abuka
Like if you're confident in
AJ Brown and Ladd McConkey
And T. Higgins
And I hope not
but maybe Jamar Chase, you know,
guys that are going to clearly struggle
that were first and second round picks
and you think that Odunzei is going to
sort of, you know, struggle rest of way
for any reason,
then you should make those moves.
I would rather have O'Donzee at this point,
not than Chase, but those other guys.
Okay.
He just has, he has, what, five touchdowns
and four games, but he's also just having
a really good breakout year.
That's pretty much all I got here.
You're going to,
You considering Jacoby Myers
a start going forward?
Getting tougher.
You get to Colts next week.
Targets were there, yeah.
Targets were there, especially when you consider
they only threw 21 passes.
Jacobi Myers had a 33% target share.
This is what we saw in week one.
Half or more of their passes went to two guys.
That's what we want.
It happened again in week four.
Unfortunately, they only threw 21 times.
They didn't have the ball that much.
But at least you have that.
Caleb Williams
I'm just going to
This is his first bad game
So you have to hold on to him through the by right
Yes
Yeah I mean
10 team leagues you might be moving on from him
But 12 team leagues for sure you're holding him
He's been too good
Commander Saints, Ravens, Bingles, Giants
Coming out of the boy
Wow
Cool
All right
And that's going to do it
