And I mean, it's crazy because the draft is always in April and it's so far away from NFL season. Yeah. But as soon as the draft happens, I'm ready from NFL season. Yeah. But as soon as the draft happens, I'm ready for NFL season.

It's like, I'm fine when football season's over, actually. I'm like, you know, especially if the Packers aren't in it. I'm fine. I'm like, you know, I could use a little break. It's been two months. It's been two months since football season's over, and I'm already ready for it again.

Like, this is a good little teaser. And you know what? After the draft, I think I have a month where I'm like ready for it again. I've made this point to you before, but like Rogers was, in his time with Green Bay,

it was the equivalent at the time was hospice. We were just like, make him feel as good as possible. Let's go out with a bang. Go get him a first round receiver. Go make some moves. Granted we pissed him off enough that he won MVP and we probably should have won Super Bowl. So, I'm glad we got the quarterback.

But in that moment, I was not too thrilled we traded up to go get a quarterback. Mainly because I think we could have gotten him later. I mean, I'm okay with it. I mean, looking back, it's a great move. It's what well Yeah, you know absolutely defines Green Bay as a great franchise But I believe we've missed some on the draft like I last year wanted to pretty I wanted Cooper to Sheen last year Obviously we didn't get him he felt way far and you know, but things like that happen. I think the biggest one was, there's a guy by the name

of Justin Harrell got drafted in the first round. We were around 15 or 16, whatever we were, and I just looked and I was like, who the heck is on these big draft boards? I didn't even see that dude's name once. And yeah, he turned out to be a bust, so. Shuck it. Coober regime would have been nice, but you know what?

In hindsight, if we got him and the Eagles didn't, maybe the Chiefs win another Super Bowl, and for that, I'm all right. But I think a lot of our picks have just, like, they fan out after three years. Yeah, I mean that's fair I mean that's not so the NFL the NFL like in the grand scheme of things Everyone's oh did longevity being in the NFL is only four years. Did you know? So it's like oh, yeah, we are just so fixated on our guys and like oh this guy's

Yeah, but in the grand scheme of things a lot of these teams miss on all these players you know. Oh absolutely yeah so it's just it's but it's nice to be invested in something it gives you another thing to look forward to you don't just go to your go to work come home and then just go to bed and do it all over again you got a little there's a little yeah yeah to to look forward to.
