Starting point is 00:00:00 Jump scare, hello, it's me, Will, and I'm in my abode on my stream that you should be watching more, but that's not important. Today, I was just thinking to myself, I never realize how much I use a power bank until I go on the road. And that's why I always take my Ridge Power Bank with me. And you know what I realized? If I love this device so much, all my friends should have one too. Holiday season's coming up, so it's time for you to stock up on a Ridge Powerbank for yourself and all your loved ones. And Ridge is making that so easy. From October 8th through November 5th,
Starting point is 00:00:41 they're running their friends and family sale. Buy two Ridge Powerbanks, and you'll get a third one free. Stocking stuffers, under the tree, you'll be prepared and charged up. They have built-in cables, their mag-safe, wireless charging, they have an Apple watch charger, lightning, and USBC, everything you need to keep all your devices charged. And if power banks aren't your thing, well, you can choose from the entire
Starting point is 00:01:12 rolodex of Ridge products. A wallet, a key ring, whatever strikes your fancy. I gotta say, my favorite thing about Ridge products is that they look badass. They're as rigid and tough and brawny as I am. Ready start gifting?
Starting point is 00:01:34 Well, then you can get your Ridge Powerbank over on Amazon or Best Buy or head to ridge.com slash fear for Ridge's friends and family sale where you can buy two Ridge Powerbanks and get the third one for free. That's Ridge.com slash fear. Shop smart this holiday season with Ridge. after you purchase and they ask you where you got it, tell them, hey, Will Neff over on the Fear End podcast sent me. Hey, don't be mad at her. Hello, this is the landlord.
Starting point is 00:02:08 Hello, landlord. This is sandwich. Good. What does that mean? Hey, landlord. I just want to let you know. We have a little bit of an issue. So is your last name which?
Starting point is 00:02:17 Oh, sorry. Hold on. I'm getting another call. Oh. Hello. Hello. I've got STDs. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:02:25 I think I got them from my toilet that you own in the apartment. Four? Okay. Four B. So how can I help you with us? It just feels like you should replace the toilet. Hold on. I'm getting another call. Really. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:37 Hello? Hello, this is the land. No, you called me. Oh, sorry, sorry. Hello. This is the landlord. Hi. I recently started bleeding.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Oh, hi. I'd like to talk to you about your car's extended. Okay. Stop. What? Do you realize what episode this is? This. Ladies, gays and maize, welcome to the Fearan podcast.
Starting point is 00:03:13 This is your host, Cutie Cinderella, here with the girly pops. So we've got Christian sandwich, Caroline Kwan, and then Austin came. I mean, I... Austin showed up. I could fit in a little bit. How? Because I'm gay. But I feel like, you know what, I'm gay, but I feel like I'm not this gay.
Starting point is 00:03:37 What? You know what I mean? No, that felt. Who are pointing guy? That felt homophobic. Yeah. That's strike one against you. Let me start out.
Starting point is 00:03:48 Let me retrace that. I think there's no, what is gay, right? Really, when you think about it. What is gay? You don't really, you know, it could be anything, right? I'd like you to explain it to us. Gay is within all of us. But culturally speaking, I,
Starting point is 00:04:01 A lot of people don't know that I'm gay unless you read my subtitles. Do you know who Duncan Cheek is? No. Is what I'd say. Everyone at home take no. Take no. Rest in peace, by the way. The other day I walked in and Marat was asking who my favorite divot was.
Starting point is 00:04:25 Yes. And then the interesting thing is I feel as though Marat didn't even know some of the divas. No, yeah. Mara. Maraud is completely out of touch. Because I said Judy Garland. Oh, good one.
Starting point is 00:04:38 I know. She's a pocket. She's a pocket pick. I went with Mariah Carey, but then I was quiz on her music, and I just, I'm not good with names of songs. And so I was like, name one. Always be my baby. There you go.
Starting point is 00:04:55 Emotion. There's a lot of songs that I love for Mariah Carey. Anyway, but I ended up going with Elton John. because I know a lot of Elton John's songs. Okay. Do you know Bob Mackey? Do you know who Bob Mackey is? Are you kidding me?
Starting point is 00:05:06 Sing a song of his? No. No. Cudy? No. Sometimes I fear. I mean this respectfully. I might be more gay than you.
Starting point is 00:05:16 Girl, there's a there's a crossover. Okay. You know Elton John's glittery Dodgers outfit? Yes. Very, very famous one. That's Bob Mackey made that. That's Bob Mackey designed. He just died in the last week.
Starting point is 00:05:29 He was the Sultan of Sequence. Yeah. He was the designer to the divot. Share. Share's like famous. From Maryland to Cher to Sabrina Carpenter. Oh my God. Like he,
Starting point is 00:05:41 that's how long he was around. Oh, my God. I should have gotten him to design something for me. Get in line. You are not. I think he, yeah, they, oh, yeah, give us, give us a freaking tour. Look at that. He was incredible.
Starting point is 00:05:55 Look at the most famous, like, red carpet. He did Maryland's, uh, the dress she wore that. she sang happy birthday. Oh my God. Well, Happy birthday, Mr. President.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Wait, you guys just harmonized. That was incredible. You have to understand something about me is I was raised straight. So I didn't, culturally speaking, I wasn't gay until about... I was too.
Starting point is 00:06:17 No. No. Christian, I've seen your... You had a, you had a, you had a coordinated... You were not raised straight. Are you fucking kidding me? Oh, I was raised in Florida.
Starting point is 00:06:28 You were really... I was a musical theater until high school. So let's wake that up. Way earlier than I was... Being raised gay in Florida is worse than being straight in, like, Portland. Like, what are you talking about? No, no, no. I'm not saying that your experience being gay was worse than mine.
Starting point is 00:06:44 I'm just, or better than mine. Wait. But I was raised. I was weird straight. Like, I was raised heterosexual. Well, so was I. It just, it just, it just didn't. Fucking same.
Starting point is 00:06:54 But I'm just saying, say, let's come together and agree on something. What's your excuse now? About being, um... About having a, being a bigot. Why does this feel like a got-hey interview because this is the girly pop-up. This is the girly-pop-off.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Before we get any further, we would like to universally condemn Hassan Piker, which is why we're really all here together today, is to universally condemn Hassan Pikes. Exactly. That's right. And we're condemning Will Neff, too, because he's not here at all. Speaking of which, Caroline, I'd like to talk about something.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Will keeps talking about the fact that he wants to be a father. You know what I mean? Let's start with a light subject. What are you, her mother? Like, what are you doing? What do you want me to do about that? I'm just curious because he keeps mentioning it on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:07:42 He keeps talking about, oh, you know, I want to be a father. And we're like, Will, does Caroline know about her? She's waiting on me. We have to, we're freezing together. Yeah. And we're going to do the embryo. I'm not going to stop him. Well, I know.
Starting point is 00:07:57 I assume you. I know. I just assumed that if you were going to make babies, or he was going to make baby. Have you heard of M. Prague? He comes home with an orphan? No, no. My point is this, because I was like, Millie Bobby Brown. Oh, yeah, true.
Starting point is 00:08:11 Because I was thinking about this, and I was like, Will, I didn't want to tell him, but I was going to have a serious time. I was like, Will, she's the boss of the baby. So. Wait, why is she the boss of the baby? Well, because if you want to have, if you want to, if you want to, oh. No, don't. No, keep going.
Starting point is 00:08:27 If you want to have a baby, that's your choice. Right? Really good job. Yeah. Nice. My body, my choice? That's right, it is. My body, my choice?
Starting point is 00:08:38 That's right, it is. But then after the baby's born, anyone can be. That's right, right. Austin, would you like to be the father? Of your baby? I actually thought about, could you be my... He could surrogate for you and will. That'd be crazy.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Stranger things have happened. Yeah. Yeah, would you donate an egg to Austin if you wanted one? I'm considerate. I'd consider it. I'd have to see an entire book of what you have planned, like a Bible that they present when they, like, pitch a television show. So I would need that.
Starting point is 00:09:13 Like the entire screenplay right now. Yeah. I would need to also know how much you would plan to raise the child on theater and. Right. Right. That's a really good point. Yeah. Which obviously.
Starting point is 00:09:26 Yeah. I need to know like how much, yeah. What infusion of like football? Oh, they're going to have football. Oh, no aid for you. No, they're going to have a tremendous amount of football influence for sure. Would you let your kids play football? No.
Starting point is 00:09:41 No. No, I think it's a bad decision to let your children play football. I also don't want if I have a son. I don't think period. Notice one person hasn't responded. Look, I'm not going to deprive my child of any experiences. They're going to hurt their head. Well, I think it's like like, like,
Starting point is 00:09:57 recorded that it's horrible for a child's brain development to be involved in a context for it like football. Right. I haven't done the research on it yet. Let me do more research. On CT. There's a movie with Will Smith. Look, I never played football. My kid doesn't need to play football.
Starting point is 00:10:15 That's not about that. There's flag football as well. Sure. I just, I prefer if they played soccer because I was a soccer player. But I don't I'm talking about, I want them to watch football. I want them to be a fan. They can do that. Do they have to be a fan of the Vikings?
Starting point is 00:10:29 Yes. No, I will. Like, if my child is not a fan of Minnesota Vikings, it's adoption. Oh, straight up. Wow. And Will feels the same way. I don't watch the Vikings. Oh, oh, Will feels the same way, does he?
Starting point is 00:10:44 I'm sure he does he. I'm sure he does. You and Will should have a baby. That's a good idea. No, genuinely, if my child came to me and said, Daddy, I want to be a Packers fan. like, we're sending you off somewhere. I'm sorry, it's over.
Starting point is 00:11:01 This parent-child relationship is done. I know you're a minor, but... That isn't no negotiators. Yeah, I'm deporting them to Wisconsin. Wait, wait, wait, aren't the Packers owned by the fans? Oh, yes. You just hate socials and more. When it comes to football, I'm completely anti-woke.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Oh, 100%. I like that. Completely anti-woke. I'm like pro, whatever my quarterback is, it's what I'm politically alive with. You're pro. So like for a while, Kirk Cousins was the start of the Minnesota Vikings. I was very Christian. Oh?
Starting point is 00:11:33 I was like, you know what? God is the way. If God is the way for Kurt Couss, then God is the way. God is the way. As long as he could, look, I'd believe in God if he wants to Super Bowl. It wasn't good. He blew out his Achilles. Yeah, God didn't listen that weekend.
Starting point is 00:11:52 Anyways, I'm doing a lot of talking on the girly pop episode. It's okay. It is a bit of an interrogation. Where's the talking stick? Yeah. Anyway, what a week. Well, we can't really talk about topics, which is tough. I was just saying that.
Starting point is 00:12:06 Okay. No, just in general I here. It goes in general. It does. That is a general. What a week? Before the episode, I've got a women. Can I talk about the fact that I was bitten by a dog?
Starting point is 00:12:18 I need to, yeah. I need to kind of know what's going on. I know there's a group of bitings happening. Why is everyone getting bit? I'm also dealing with bite. I fell down the stairs. Oh my God. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:12:31 It's been here for a month. Everybody talk about the thing that happened to them. The Etsy witches are working over time this week. Okay. So let's go through. Okay. Caroline, you start. Tell us about the big biting.
Starting point is 00:12:42 Yeah. So this was after I got the jab, which I was out for. Wait, what's the jab? The vaccine. Which one? I got blue shy. Caroline was texting me and she's like, I'm sick. And I'm like, oh no, Carolyn, what happened?
Starting point is 00:12:56 She's like, I got a vaccine. I was like, Caroline, if you're, if everybody's immune response was like yours, I think everybody would believe that vaccines were making people. Yeah, that's why I never find time. I'm bad with the flu shot, I will say. Because the flu shot fucks me off. I don't want to get sick. And so I just don't get the flu shot.
Starting point is 00:13:16 And I did take me out for 30 hours straight. Really? And when I finally emerged yesterday, I went, okay, I'm going to go get my eyebrows done. I'm going to return to the land of the living. Okay. And when I go to this place, I haven't been there before, there's this Pomeranian. Does anybody have experiences with Pomeranians? I try not.
Starting point is 00:13:37 I had one growing up. He was incredible. I know this is homophobic, but I don't like him. What the hell? Yeah, I say Gays love Pomeranians. Guys, I love a Pomeranian. Yeah, they can be. I don't.
Starting point is 00:13:50 Look at them. I don't even think they're cute looking. I'm honest with you. I think I don't think you're cute looking. Oh. So, fan for van, idiot. You don't want me to be your dog.
Starting point is 00:14:01 Good. I just don't like I can't tell them a big thing. They're not that big, thank God. Because this one latched onto my hand and would not let go. And the woman who owned the Pomeranian was like, oh, my God. And then she started to panic. So I was trying to calm her down. Yes.
Starting point is 00:14:20 I was like, I'll just bite myself. I was trying to calm her down. And then finally got this Pomeranian to. on the latch from my hand had red marks was like, oh, it's all good, it's totally fine, everything's fine, and she kept being like, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, are you? And then told me the story of like him being adopted
Starting point is 00:14:41 from the shelter. Oh, big. It's scared, and I was like, I'm not going to do anything. It's crazy because you could dead ass kill that dog. Isn't that crazy? You have a case. Yeah, you have a case. That's what's insane.
Starting point is 00:14:52 For the record, I never would. It wasn't that dog. I never would But I think it's like absolutely insane That like okay I like okay Some people get mad with this take I've had this take before
Starting point is 00:15:05 And some people get mad I understand children have died by dog Okay I'm not talking about that dog But you're on the dog side I am a little on the dog side Not on the children die by them case But like in the
Starting point is 00:15:16 He has a shoulder And like literally there is a woman out there That if he bit her hand Yeah She would call the police And they would be like You have to go youth this doggy.
Starting point is 00:15:26 That's absurd to me. Absolutely. Somebody who's not me. It's the same people. Somebody who's not me is not only doing that about dog is causing issues for this small independent business. Oh yeah, for sure. They're posting it on TikTok and then they're also like anti-abortion but going to kill a dog.
Starting point is 00:15:41 That's true. Right. It's G.G. I was pro-life until the Pomeranian bites then. Yeah. I think that Pomeranian's lives are respectfully more important than an embryos. Yeah. Call me crazy.
Starting point is 00:15:53 I agree. Am I being too hot today? No, I think that's great. I appreciate that. I was at the beginning of my appointment, so not only did I choose not to kill the dog and be a cop. I sat there for the next hour. Did the dog say to you?
Starting point is 00:16:11 Getting my eyebrows done, trying to like alleviate her anxiety. Oh my God, no. By just talking to her, but then I was talking to her about I'm a content creator, and then I think that might have shown more. But then I said, no, no, no. No, no, I do. I was like a politics. And then we talked about, you know, Israel and Ed Sharon and all that.
Starting point is 00:16:32 Yeah. You kept it light. Yeah. Kept it really light. All inspired by a dog bite. And by the end, I think she felt reassured. I felt reassured that I wasn't going to have rabies. Luckily, I got my tetanus shot too, though.
Starting point is 00:16:46 When I got my shots. Oh, I had tetanus recently. You know you got to get one every 10 years? Yeah. You mean, you had the shot. Oh, you had the shot. Oh, oh. Oh, oh.
Starting point is 00:16:53 Oh, oh. Yeah. No, no, because I was like, wait, a quick bout of tetan. No, no, no, this is a PSA for everybody that hasn't gotten your tetanus. You can go to state database. You can check to see if you get your tennis. You got to get it every 10 years. You know, I was like, oh, who needs a tetanus shot?
Starting point is 00:17:07 And I was talking to a doctor about it. And he's like, well, you could just, your jaw could just lock up. And I was like, well, that sucks. When I was a kid, it was like, quick say, lock jaw. And I thought it was only stepping on a nail. Like, that was where you get tetanus. But you can get animal bites? He told me, the doctor told me it wasn't the nail that was the issue.
Starting point is 00:17:23 It was the rest. Yeah, in the open wound, really. Yeah. So anyway, but yeah, get your tent and a shot. Poor Caroline Kwan. My God. Oh, my God. I think back to China,
Starting point is 00:17:33 I think back to China where Caroline contracted every illness on a planet Earth. And it was just sitting in the back of the bus like this, just like in fetal position, just rocking back and forth. Making eye contact with a small Chinese girl. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:46 Just being at me. I want to die. Kill me. Hey, ladies and gentlemen. Will Maffe here. Starting point is 00:19:56 Yeah, so that is what happened. And then I went, maybe I shouldn't leave the house. I don't know if you're going to survive the next pandemic, Caroline. Should we say goodbyes now? I mean, Black plague, all those things. I would have immediate, like Oregon Trail, even when we did it in school, every time I immediately died. I couldn't even make it through the fictional version. It is funny that like Will is your other half
Starting point is 00:20:24 because like unfortunately for you, he's throwing you over his shoulder and you are surviving. Just let me die as my senses. Dysentery is writtling my body. The thing about it is like Will is so good at that stuff. And you know like you have to be, to be good at something you got to like really work at it a little bit. And Will fantasizes about these situations where like
Starting point is 00:20:45 if something bad happens, he's the hero. He would have been a great, like, emergency responder, anything in the kind of trauma, like immediate trauma. He would go crazy in the Hunger game. He would be tourniqueting out of leaves and whatever else he could find. No, I fantasize a murder, you know, not to hide to kill. I only fantasize about one thing. We've talked about a million times. It's the only thing I fantasize of landing a plane when pilots are in capacity.
Starting point is 00:21:16 I fantasize about my boyfriend's penis. Okay. So I guess we're different. Really? Wait. Wait. So when you're seeing. I was just trying to think of something to fantasize out because she's getting married.
Starting point is 00:21:29 I was just trying to get shock value. I don't know. I don't know. We all spread. Everyone like, ew, yeah. When you're disassociated in the podcast, you're like, no. No, I'm not. I'm not.
Starting point is 00:21:39 I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. You guys never fantasize about, this is, this is where it's a disconnect between gay men and straight women because we both like, men, but like, I think gay men I don't like men, but I have to date them. I don't want to like them.
Starting point is 00:21:52 Because you have to date straight men. We are talking specifically, though, about her disassociating in, say, a setting about filming a podcast. I don't think she's... Respectfully, if I'm ever fan ofizing, it's probably about a woman. Oh, interesting.
Starting point is 00:22:05 And I don't think on an episode of fear, and no, if she goes quiet for... Am I thinking of anything sexual ever? She's like, something something backsting. I don't know how to make you, I don't know how to make this clear, but none of you sexually aroused me. No, I'm just trying to kill myself.
Starting point is 00:22:25 No, no, I was trying to have the boys. You guys, you're great. Thank you so much. No, I'm trying to a normal, like, Thursday episode. Honestly, I'm not a twin girl. Huh? I said, I didn't really strike you as a twin girl. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:35 Yeah, yeah. I don't, look, I don't think, I'm happy that like none of you sexually arouse me. Well, except you. I'm sitting. One of you all, I understand. I'm on this episode. Sorry. I'm just saying my facial hair grow out a little bit.
Starting point is 00:22:48 I'm sorry. No, Christian, come on. I'm 25. I'm, now I'm just in race. I don't want to kiss any. But it would be cool, like, like, go on a dick. I've never thought of it.
Starting point is 00:22:58 You know what I mean? I never go on a date. It would be cool to, like, one of them, just, like, show up to an event with, like, my hot chick, you know what I mean? Just, like, is a, and the way you set up here, it's like not even.
Starting point is 00:23:08 Wow. I don't know what you. You know what I mean? You want one of us to be an escort for the night. No, just like, no. like I don't know like actually DePree Bring you to Thanksgiving
Starting point is 00:23:18 My uncle be so proud of me Here's my girlfriend Can we have some girly pop episode open with Austin saying it would be great to show up to an event With a hot chick No I think that can happen for you someday If you want I mean yeah it's not like attracted to women
Starting point is 00:23:35 But I just love a beautiful woman You know what I mean just to be around So I know I'm gay I'm not gay I'm very gay Okay other Other terrible Yeah,
Starting point is 00:23:47 next terrible thing. Well, I don't want to minimize your experience getting one bite because I am currently No, go ahead, please. No, no, no, no, I'm currently getting
Starting point is 00:23:55 my body is being decimated by dozens of fleas. Yeah, she has fleas. Again! Which like, again! Which, can we be around you? Yeah. I didn't want to ask this.
Starting point is 00:24:06 You have a lot. She did text, she did text me yesterday after she told me, after she told me she had fleas, she said, hey, my place is getting flea bomb. Can I just come over years real quickly? No, no, no, they're not like a living on me.
Starting point is 00:24:21 Like, I can leave them at home. Like, I have a sitter. Oh. Do you take, like, an oatmeal bath to get rid of them? Or like the thing you put on cats or you put them in the back there next so I can't like that. Yeah, I'm working for free call. Is your landlord cooperating with you?
Starting point is 00:24:37 No, no, I can do with it myself. I've been through this before. No, I know you're very capable. But I just want to know is your landlord? They aren't texting me back. Oh, no, no, no. Oh, uh-oh. You shouldn't have told him.
Starting point is 00:24:48 How are you going to deal with it? Well, I'm, I've flea-bombed my house. So yesterday I went to Caroline's house because I put like the little gas things and all the rest. You know what, respectfully? I was a landlord and my tenant told me they had police. I'd be like, that is a you problem. Yeah. Well, the problem is it to me problem?
Starting point is 00:25:04 No occasion. You'd be like, I don't know. I don't have a pet. I'm clean. Like, my house is fine. And I just keep, this is the second time I've gotten fees. Is it the same house you've gotten fleas? No.
Starting point is 00:25:13 Yeah, see, that's the thing. But also, no, no, Oki now. No, she's just getting fleas. It's like my dead dogs fleas. Okay, I got like, figure, like, where you're going. She's no animal.
Starting point is 00:25:25 No. I got that dog and make, but I don't think that's the problem. Also, like, my animals have had fleas and I've never gotten them. Like, I don't know how you're getting them. I'm going to give you the recipe of why I think it's happening. Okay. So I go for about three walks a day.
Starting point is 00:25:40 I get my steps in, and they're like in the grass. So I always thought that. fleas just lived on animals, like permanently. They live like they're about. What were you doing snow angels in the lawn? I walk through grass. Oh, are you? I just never heard this.
Starting point is 00:25:57 You don't walk really. You don't walk really go. Usually I have two people to carry me. I go in a lot of walks. Are you hanging out with rodents? Or opossums? I'm dating. I'm on dating apps.
Starting point is 00:26:08 Okay. Yeah. So I are you? I want to know more about this. No, I don't think you do. I do. It's a mess. I love it. I love it.
Starting point is 00:26:16 Well, that's a Patreon episode. Okay. Okay. So I, yeah, I walk through grass and they just jump on you. And so I think what's happening is I walk in my house, right inside my front door is where I put my shoes. And then next to my shoe rack is my PC. And it's warm under there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:34 So what happens is I walk in the door, I put my shoes on my shoe rack, I sit at my desk, I put my little leggy's under the desk where it's like warm from my PC. And it's just like a warm. buffet in in i don't think you want to see my feet of fleas no yeah are you gonna give us flea no they're really bad no no austin she did if she did a she did a show me she was flea free no i also sprayed myself did you take a test okay don't you don't take it did she take a test she's like jeff goldman do you think i don't know i don't know i've never had fleas before and you're also like a little yeah no i hope not also i'm sensing i'm sensing
Starting point is 00:27:13 a real lack of empathy here. You know what? You're right. You're really setting yourself I made it my problem. It could be terminal. Am I going to get fleas? It's not about you. Well, it could be. If I get fleas. Well, I will say that under the desk, I'm like a little grasshopper with
Starting point is 00:27:29 my legs because I'm just... Yeah. Okay, so you're... But let's go back to the landlord's situation because you think you brought the fleas to the house. Is that right? I mean... I mean... Yeah. I do think I would patient zero. So you call the landlord and you're like, hey, There's fleas in the house.
Starting point is 00:27:44 They have like a portal that you have to go in and like do a complaint in the No, no, you know what I'd say? Be the landlord. Hey. Hey, hello. Will you pick up the phone? Your landlord called. It's weird that your landlord called you first.
Starting point is 00:27:57 But I like it. No, no. She's the landlord. She's the landlord. Can you do us a quick paper? Okay. Yeah, coffee. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:28:06 All right. Wait one second. Gabe's going to walk by because he's getting her coffee. Don't answer. Don't answer. That's your landlord don't answer. No, I'm the landlord. He's me.
Starting point is 00:28:18 Landlord, don't answer. So I'm not answering. So I'm not answering because I'm the landlord. Okay, answer. Well, you get an answer. Come on for the sake of a bit. Hey, don't be mad at her. Hello, this is the landlord.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Hello, landlord. This is Sandwich. Good. What does that mean? Hey, Sandwich. Hey, landlord. I just want to let you know. We have a little bit of an issue.
Starting point is 00:28:36 So is your last name, which? Oh, sorry. Hold on. I'm getting another call. Oh. Hello. I've got STD's. I think I got them from my toilet that you own in the apartment.
Starting point is 00:28:48 Four? Okay. Four B. So how can I help you with us? It just feels like you should replace the toilet. Hold on. I'm getting another car. Really. Okay. Hello?
Starting point is 00:28:57 Hello. This is the land. No, you called me. Oh, sorry, sorry. Hello. This is the land. Hi. I recently started bleeding.
Starting point is 00:29:08 Oh, hi. I'd like to talk to you about your car's extended. Okay, good. Let me go back to line one. Yes. this is landlord. Hey, landlord. So like I said, I got fleas and the fleas weren't here before I got here. Okay. Did you bring them into the unit? No, I did not. They were here before I got here. I think somebody, they must have, the apartment clearly wasn't cleaned adequately enough. And so here's what, here's what's going to happen. Okay. Oh.
Starting point is 00:29:29 Oh. So what's going to happen. All right. So if you, you can either, number one. Your tenant's a bitch. I know. This is Sam. Number one, you can, you can, yeah. Number one, you can take care of it. Okay. Number two, you don't take care of it. And I don't pay. the rent anymore. Going through a tunnel? Sorry? And then if you got a number three, if you got a problem with it, we can sort this out in court. Good. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:57 So here's what you're going to have to do. You're going to have to go on the online portal and you're going to have to make a complaint. Click. And then I hang out. And then I still have fleas. I know. But see, this is what pisses me off about landlords. Is there betting the fact that you can't go the distance or you don't want to deal with
Starting point is 00:30:13 problem and often I dealt with it myself. Can I give some performance notes and then maybe or is that not what this is about. No, this is not about performance. It's bad. No, I think performance notes. Can you include me in it? Yeah. So I felt I didn't really believe it. Really? Yeah. Okay. Did you
Starting point is 00:30:32 please? Please answer. Oh, you didn't believe you had a CD. I just I'm so drippy from the toilet. Landlord. Yes. Okay, okay, okay. You don't get somebody there and send a 10-thous-st-stays. Yes, yes, I'm hearing it now.
Starting point is 00:30:50 Maybe the fleas situation is your... She's better than you are. Yeah, I know. She's an actress. She brought the fleas. Okay, I know. She brought the fleas. So it's actually your fault, and I'm sorry to the landlord.
Starting point is 00:30:59 But there are many instances where, like, the oven breaks or the fridge breaks or the air-conditioning breaks, and the landlords don't take responsibility for it. And I'm like, if the... Like, I almost signed a lease where I was looking at the lease, and in the lease, it was like, the landlord is not responsible for the appliances. I was like, I don't own the house. If it's a part of your house and it breaks, you fix it because it's your house. You're the landlord.
Starting point is 00:31:24 You own the home. The buck stops with you. Anything that breaks in the home is your responsibility. There was a clause that I argued with them for like two days over, which was like, they're like, well, at the end of the lease, you need to replace all the lights that are out. And I said, well, I don't know how long these lights have been used before I got here. I'm not replacing any fucking. When you go to an Airbnb and they're like, okay, we're going to charge you $200, but will you clean when you leave, do the laundry?
Starting point is 00:31:49 Yeah. Take out the trash. Yeah. My dog has to go to the vet. Also, will you have sex with my wife? I can't please her. Wait, I have an idea. Call the landlord now right now.
Starting point is 00:32:00 Just kidding. Yeah. Since you're fresh. We're coming to you live. I've done. I put it into the work. Every answer matters. Landlords treat tenants like an inconvenience.
Starting point is 00:32:09 It's like they're paying your fucking mortgage. You want to hear a lot. another crazy story? I locked myself out of my house once or twice. It's been three times. And I called them to be like, hey bud, like, I locked myself out of my apartment and they were like, sorry, we don't have a spare key.
Starting point is 00:32:25 That's crazy. And I was like, how do you get in when you need to get in? And they were like, we just, I don't know, they didn't say anything. They were like, yeah. Okay. I've done a lot of research about fleas during all this. And I still don't know how you got them. No, no. It's from the grass. What has your research revealed?
Starting point is 00:32:41 Yeah, it's like, it's like she's got to be, you might have dormant cocoons potentially. I do. I said yes the first time. Just raise yourself. Are they as swollen as yesterday? No. Put them up on the table, would you? Yeah, can you show the fans?
Starting point is 00:32:56 Can you put the dogs? Oh. Sorry. The flexibility though? Are you sure those aren't mosquitoes? Yes. Those are big cripply butts. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:33:03 No, they're definitely fleas. I saw one. Definitely fleas. Did you see like actively about you? Yes. Wow. Have you had fleas? I tried vacuuming, cleaning, washing my clothes.
Starting point is 00:33:13 My pets have had fleas. Right. I've never gotten them. I talked to Peach about it. You've never gotten a bite from a home. She also was infested at one point. What? I did not know this was a thing.
Starting point is 00:33:23 People everywhere are getting fleets. Everyone is getting. Honestly, every second. 300 people maybe. There's dozens of us. Oh my God. I don't know. I need the accident.
Starting point is 00:33:34 I've also had a major flea infestation for the past six months. A few days ago, I noticed scratching noises coming from my crawl space. could never. So there could be a raccoon or something somewhere. So my last place, I think the issue was I had a bunch of squirrels and my house was like the size of this box. And so I was getting fleas, I think, from the squirrels. I thought your face right now you've never been more mortified.
Starting point is 00:33:57 He's never had fleas in its shows. And you're making it weird. I feel like you're looking at Sam differently now. He's going to start like. But I have a confession. Do you have fleas? No, but my senior year of college when Austin and I first met. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:34:10 God, yes, obsessed. I love a confession. My house in college, specifically my rooms, was infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. And Austin never knew. It was right under your nose. You didn't know? Are you just signing out?
Starting point is 00:34:24 Honestly. You could look at Sam differently, but I feel you guys had. No, it doesn't impact me. Lice. This is funny. Pubic. I don't know why. Just kidding.
Starting point is 00:34:34 This is funny because. But that'd be awesome. For sure, I met a few years ago. I had liable. Yeah. When he was in. senior in college and I was a senior in my in citizens
Starting point is 00:34:47 anyway you were getting your doctorate in like adulthood yeah so I was I was 28 at the time plus one 29 you told me 20 you do love to do this with your age yeah anyway regardless he has a complex subtraction number I met him and I stayed at his place one time and I was like we can't do this again Oh my God Because you were like
Starting point is 00:35:13 Because you don't want to go to a dorm As a 28 year old No it was in a house But in his defense Like I did have the converted garage room So it was like Oh no I got the shit out of the 60s
Starting point is 00:35:23 Different seasons of life I am honestly dying laughing imagining Austin In a converted garage room In a house in college We're talking Austin show In Miami Florida In Miami Florida
Starting point is 00:35:34 Austin show No no You had to upgrade The sweets When we were in China Yeah. No, and I'm like, Christian being like,
Starting point is 00:35:42 because I'm trying to make a Christian, I'm trying not to be a diva. And I remember sending the text, I was like, hey, I don't want to be offensive to you at all.
Starting point is 00:35:50 But like, would you mind if we stayed at the Ritz Carlton? Did you have gray sheets? No, it was a bunch of whatever. That probably made you feel very uncomfortable. If you go to a man's house and they have gray sheets.
Starting point is 00:36:04 So we... Is that a bathroom? And he was okay with it. So we actually, it wasn't the Ritz Carlton. I think it was the addition on South Beach or But we ended up staying at hotels and we never stayed at his house again.
Starting point is 00:36:17 Maybe one night, I think. No, since that one night you didn't ever stay at house. And then he moved out. I like forget that you guys like full on live together. We do. Yeah, we did. Yeah. We lived together.
Starting point is 00:36:26 You like didn't make a moment out of it. No, because we don't, we're not a con. I don't know. We're just like, we don't do much content together. Well, no. I would, except for like the podcast episode, I guess. How long did you been dating blood when you guys moved in? It was like an accident.
Starting point is 00:36:41 Right, because you also lived with everyone. Yeah, this was my problem is Bloodwig and I started out as friends, and I kind of got stuck here because of COVID. And then I just like, and what, you know the worst part though? The worst part is I did not know this was happening, but apparently the COVID. I had no clue. I was like, that can't be real. No, the boys like, you know, Ada and slime, Nick, they kept being like, when is she leaving?
Starting point is 00:37:09 Like, I didn't know that because Ludd just kept telling me to stay. And so I don't the other side? They were like, you were like, I was the cool. They were like, because I mean, it makes sense though, because it's like, girl, I was there for like months. And they were like, okay, is she going to like pay rent? Like, is she going to split? You know, because I was there for so long. Like, it's very, there was a valid of them.
Starting point is 00:37:31 Because if any girl just like, I showed up for, but it was like COVID. So it's like I couldn't. Okay. Well, it was weird because like in like where like. back in Washington, they weren't treating COVID the same way they were in California. So it was like, I,
Starting point is 00:37:45 here, it was like, you can't even go to the grocery store, right? And so I was like, there's no way I can cross the border. Like, I was terrified.
Starting point is 00:37:52 I was like, I can't like, so I was like telling my family. I was like, I'm never coming home. Like, I don't know what to tell you. And then,
Starting point is 00:37:59 and then turns out I just could have. Yeah. So it was a bit of like, I make a joke that it's something. But it's so embarrassing, looking back at it. Like,
Starting point is 00:38:09 The boys were like, yo, when is she leaving the whole time? I just had no clue that I was like, what's a fair? It's embarrassing for them because now you all are getting married. So it's like, it worked out. Yeah, but they look silly now. Do you want to know something gross that this makes me hate Ludwig? Oh, really? Which is crazy.
Starting point is 00:38:24 No, because in this episode, we've been married. Surprise everybody. Oh, yeah. Oh, shit. Wait, what? I'm married. Oh. Per this when this episode comes out.
Starting point is 00:38:34 Oh, wow. I am so. Oh. I'm not accident. started a rumor that you guys had eloped. Fun. Like, I was talking on stream. I don't even remember what it was.
Starting point is 00:38:45 I was talking on stream and I said something that, like, made it sound like you guys had eloped. And then chat was like, huh? And they were like, good for them. And I was like, I was like, I would do. Like, if I was, that was a weird situation. I generally thought this was you revealing. Oh, my God. You're like, surprise.
Starting point is 00:39:03 No, no, run about this. No, sorry. You were like, what? Sorry, no. Hey guys the reason we bulk recorded was because I was getting married So Austin kind of sold me What? Because everyone keeps figuring out when you're going to Spain Oh fuck I know and so it's okay it's no I know I saw some comments
Starting point is 00:39:20 They're like he's going to ruin fest I'm like how'd you fucking know? How'd you fucking know? People know I'm going to run And they know when Runefest is in my wedding They're putting two to kids I'm getting married at Runefest Yeah Yeah You're fucking right It's fine you're fucking right okay You're fucking wedding's over Rune Fes
Starting point is 00:39:38 And I couldn't go because I was hosting the Golden Gnomes at Runefest. And it's important to him. So you were about to say. Yes. So when we moved, so we lived in one house and then we moved out to like a bigger house because then he had like funny money. He had funny money and he's like, I'm going to buy a house for all my friends to live in. And I was like, oh, we're still living with the friends?
Starting point is 00:39:58 It's like, okay. And the friends are like, she's still here. Yeah, exactly. And the friends are like, a girl. Great. And I'm not easy to live with. know this like really yeah i was so curious what it would be like for us to live together we'd probably be fine because we're both neurotic okay cool you think so no no no i feel like that's the
Starting point is 00:40:16 no no no we'll talk about that we're good though we're confrontational with each other and then we work it out yeah it's true we've never not worked it out yeah well i could you would yeah christian i don't think you would like that you would be i'm a housebash who would be the best live with here and the worst i mean she has flees that's true i had bed books in congress I actually, I actually think it might be me. No, respectfully, it's me. No, Caroline, are you really? I'm a good roommate.
Starting point is 00:40:45 Yes. Well, who's the messy one of the two of you? Me versus Will. Is it Will? Both. Yeah. Yeah, okay. Did you say both?
Starting point is 00:40:53 I don't know. Oh. Oh, I had to like kind of become less type A about certain cleaning things as a way to maintain. To cope? One thing I've learned about Will from just being at your house is I don't know what he does with forks He takes all the forks
Starting point is 00:41:15 And he just scatters them like around What I love about their house is that like You go into their kitchen and there's like It doesn't make sense Like yeah Slash everything's always in the dishbox Wait when I first When we first moved in together
Starting point is 00:41:29 I hand wrote out a whole thing of rules Like in cligraphy I did a beautiful. And I thought like, yes, I did. I was like, if I make it look really pretty, it'll look less intense, right? And that was never recorded. I hung it up. He cropped us with that shit.
Starting point is 00:41:50 Like, he saw it farted on it and left. Anyway, right. What gave you the thing? Drama, sorry. No, that's okay. So what happened was, so he gets funny money, he got YouTube contract, right? Life change, everyone, let's go to a mansion. And I'm, okay, it's in diamond bars.
Starting point is 00:42:05 Yeah, yeah. It's, you know, it's really far away. And it is, I think you went there once? I went there. It was far away. Yeah, you went there for wine about it. Yeah, it's, it's really far away from, but I'd be like, I live in Los Angeles. It was very far away.
Starting point is 00:42:20 And we, so when we're moving, this is when slime was Ludwig's assistant, which like, yeah, you didn't know this happened. So what? Wait, what? One day I'm sitting in the bedroom and slime comes waddling in and his boxers. And he's like, not his boxers, his briefs. I'd like to clear up the allegations.
Starting point is 00:42:39 For slime, he wears briefs. And he comes in, he said, I have an idea for you, Ludwig. And he has a PowerPoint presentation. And he's like pitching to work for Ludwig as like, like not an assistant, like more of like a manager maybe. Like an in between like a guy that helps him out, you know?
Starting point is 00:42:57 And Ludwig says, okay dokey. And that's how, you know, mogul moves enterprise was born, essentially. And, uh, easy. Yeah, so slime, so slime gets a job or whatever. But then when we move, because I am me and I'm type A.
Starting point is 00:43:13 And so I'm trying to help with all the moving. I'm like helping, you know, all this stuff. We get to the new house. But then Ludd was like, I did all the packing in our room besides like moving the bed and random shit like that. So he like put slime in charge of like moving the bed and any of the random shit. Like I'm at the house like actively unpacking everything and whatever. You didn't have movers to do that? I think we had movers, but they didn't unpack.
Starting point is 00:43:35 We didn't have like the boogie movers. Yeah, yeah. Like I was unpacking for sure. Okay, got it. And then what was unbeknownst to me is that this was solely Slime's responsibility. Okay. And he was there with, I don't remember who else, but they were like doing this. And fucking, and I blame Ludwig for this because he was in charge of like finishing up the room.
Starting point is 00:43:55 My vibrator is on the floor. Oh, here we go. And so slime has to like, luckily it's like a small guy, you know. It wasn't like a crazy six foot dildo. Like, he was like, like, like, like,
Starting point is 00:44:11 bringing a cloth. Just like, you know, the sex type of vibrator, you know, that's just like the little small guy. Yeah. And then,
Starting point is 00:44:17 uh, and boy, slime had to pick it up. Oh. And he just threw it away, which like, that's kind of fucked. Like,
Starting point is 00:44:24 you already picked it up. You might as well get away. He did throw it away. That's anti-women. Yeah. And he said, ew, yucky,
Starting point is 00:44:31 which I was like, okay. Like, what's, oh. I'm sorry that. I don't have, The female orgasm is my vibrators is a steak, actually.
Starting point is 00:44:41 Honey, I shrunk the kids, but it's like making please bigger. Yeah. Which is the face you gave me. You guys all have those? Fibrators? Those vibrators? Yes. I have probably five.
Starting point is 00:44:57 Awesome. Great. Good for you. I think it's great. No, no. I used to have masturbation devices, too. It's not just for masturbation. What are you use it for?
Starting point is 00:45:07 Do you just sit next thing? No, no, I'm not saying. White noise. I'm saying the way when you said masturbating devices. Isn't that what it is? No, Austin. You know like only 10% of women can come vaginally. No, I know.
Starting point is 00:45:17 I have a dick vibrator as well. Oh, wait, wow. So what do you, so if they can't, if they can't come. Oh, you're saying that it's used during intercourse. Yeah. Oh, I knew. I actually didn't know that as much. Because I don't have sex with women.
Starting point is 00:45:31 So when you bring your hot shit. I know, but I know about gay. sex. You've got to educate yourself. You learned recently that we can have sex in missionary. That wasn't recent. I just didn't know you called it missionary. Yeah. Did you not know that? Do you want me to draw a picture?
Starting point is 00:45:47 We can also demonstrate it. Yeah. You just got to tilt the hips up a little bit more. Let's just pull some get more. Yeah. Just get a little song, Cody. Yeah. It does. They just essentially got to like, yeah, it's just still works. It's just like, it's the same.
Starting point is 00:46:03 It's not that difficult. Yeah. A napkin. Gay sex on an afghan. Oh, we're drawing a picture. Yeah. So this is the guy laying down. And then the other guy's on top and their penis can just go in here.
Starting point is 00:46:14 Yeah. Yeah, you just got to tilt the hips back. Yeah, but you can tilt the hips up. Like, oh. So it's not, it's like missionary, but it's kind of one, you know, you know, a happy baby. Yeah, it's literally just happy baby. Guys, the difference. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:25 It's a yoga pose, not a sex pose, but it's weird that it's called that. Next time you guys look. The distance is from your, your, your, perineum. Yeah. Into the butt. Vigna to the beard. This far. that far. Yeah. It's not that far. So it is missionary, but it's just you have to
Starting point is 00:46:38 happy baby. Yeah. Yeah. And just so people can see. Yeah. So this is the other guy. Yeah. Yeah. It's what it looks like. Yeah. No, that's a loop. It's a curve. Yeah. So this is the balls if that makes you feel better. Yeah. Yeah. So it's thinner. It's not that. I just learned there's a ball seam. Oh, oh yeah. Wait what? Yeah. This will be auctioned off at one of your future. Charity events. Yeah. Let's give that way on the picture. Here we go. Do you want to take it home? I'm going to say You can't
Starting point is 00:47:05 You can't It's right Next pride I'm going to say Hey I know I know I know I know
Starting point is 00:47:10 This is a crazy misconception That I think now that we have Girls here I can be backed up Because I've said this On stream
Starting point is 00:47:17 Yeah And people And the men Get mad at me Yeah Well Okay I'm already on your side
Starting point is 00:47:22 It's just weird Because guys I already I'm right back Yeah That's true Wake that up I think
Starting point is 00:47:27 That if you've had Sex with a woman More than once That's a woman No A man if you are a man, if you've had sex with a woman more than once, there's a 100% chance that
Starting point is 00:47:41 a woman has faked an orgasm with you. Yes. Yeah. It's just impossible. I told this to my college boyfriend and he went, no woman has ever faked an orgasm with me. And every man will say that. And then we had sex and I faked an orgasm. And afterwards I was like, how was that? And he was like, great. I go, yeah, I faked that shit. I think you and I had this conversation like kind of recently where lessons need to be
Starting point is 00:48:12 learned. Sometimes like you're actually genuinely having a great time. Yeah. Everything's good. It feels good. But then you're just like, I'm not going to get there. I'm not going to get there. I have stuff to do.
Starting point is 00:48:20 Yes. You're like, yes. I will say. Or I'm not going to get there and I'd rather go to sleep right now. I will say. It doesn't always mean you're doing a bad job. It's just like. The only, the only exception I have is that when I met Will, I declared.
Starting point is 00:48:32 I said, I'm done. I'm, if I. That's brave of you. With this man. And I talk. told him to is like, I am never going to fake an sarcasm. If I cannot come, I simply, I'm going to be, I'm not going to like
Starting point is 00:48:44 worry about your feelings, trying to like make you feel. It's just, it's going to be fine. I feel like guys are more guys than like you assume are like open to critique. Yes. And I was also like, you got to eat this pussy. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. All the time. You said sorry DJ Callet.
Starting point is 00:49:02 I mean, sorry DJ Callet. Yeah. Because I knew he wanted. The thing is, if you're with a partner who cares about you, then they care about your pleasure. I feel I'm less likely to have an orgasm from sex than that. Yes. Well, that's because of, that's because the clitoris, you need the clitoris.
Starting point is 00:49:22 That's why, so during, so usually, you want to hear about straight sex? You want to hear about the clit? Straight? You know, Austin, draw a clit. Yeah. I think here, I'll draw a clip for you. Come here, ladies. And while you're drawing, there is, I was.
Starting point is 00:49:35 Come here. I was thinking. So you got, here, let's see. There's the woman. There she is. Okay. And then here's her vagina right here. Okay.
Starting point is 00:49:43 And then the clip is. Why did you only draw the, just, yeah. That looks like fleas. It looks like a flea body. It's a little offsetter. There's a bit. But the clitoris is a small little, it's a little bead. Ew.
Starting point is 00:49:58 I don't know. I'm sorry. That was my fault. A little bead of flesh. Oh, don't say flesh. Okay. Sorry. Usually, if you don't come vaginally, you have to, like, decide who's going to come first, essentially.
Starting point is 00:50:11 And you can't touch the clitters directly. It's a little too sensitive. You could touch it. Oh, really? Yeah. Yeah. I think people do touch the clitor. Like, you could, you could boop it right now. It'd be fine. No. Like, I wouldn't be like, owls!
Starting point is 00:50:23 Oh, okay. Oh, I could boop it? Yeah. Well, anyway, look, I understand. Wait a second. What? Before you came out of the closet, you had sex with women. That poor woman. Bless her.
Starting point is 00:50:37 Do you think she faked her orgasms? No. I think she... Well, I fake mine. Yeah. What do you mean? No, she didn't fake her. We think she faked her orgasm.
Starting point is 00:50:46 We just had this competition. Wait, she did. If there's such a... No, no. I don't even... I don't even say they... No, no, no, no, no. I don't even think they faked it.
Starting point is 00:50:58 I don't think they had one at all. Oh, okay. I don't even think they was... Okay. So it was just like... No, I was terrible. I'm sure. But you did fake.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Yes, I was like, I don't know how to finish this situation. Yeah. Oh, fuck, yeah. Where do you think the Venn diagram of is men that think that the women they've had sex with haven't made it and men that think they can land a plane? I think it's a circle. I think it's almost, yeah. I think it's circle. I think it is.
Starting point is 00:51:22 I'm not like, see, for me, I'm not a delusional straight man. I'm a gay man who my number one mission is to make whoever I'm with. He can attest to this. It's like my number one goal. I know. He talks about it a lot. Austin talks about it. I can, no, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:37 No, yes. Don't give him shit. You'll give him a complex. No, no, no. And then we'll have to hear about it. The beauty of, like, is a man, if, like, men can't really fake it. Yeah, you can't. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:46 Yeah. There is like, yeah. I think, like, my relationship, also as I've gotten older, my relationship, like, is like that, too. It's like, sometimes I'll just be like, I think it's an getting older thing, too, and going, I'm not going to pretend to be the, like, sex. Kinky Palmer said that. 20 year old who's like, yeah, baby. maybe 30 seconds of just straight jackhammering. Kiki Palmer said like one of the smartest things that I've heard in the past however many years,
Starting point is 00:52:13 which is crazy because I read a lot of self-help books. But Kiki Palmer was like, I think the hard thing with women and sex and like maybe what affects our sex drive is it's not just having sex. It's like you have to change characters. You have to be like this sex kitten all of a sudden. You have to be like say stuff that you would never say. And like you just have to put on this energy that like it's like a job. And so then it makes it worse experience.
Starting point is 00:52:37 And ever since I heard that, I was like, yes, bitch. Like, yes, no, let's stop perform. Like, let's just enjoy ourselves instead of being like, oh yeah. You know, like to even go a level deeper, I was aware growing up in the Midwest, most guys that I was hooking up with, their only understanding of Asian women was via porn. That they, so I was aware of this. And I knew they were aware of this. So it was also that like double layer of, oh, I, yeah. need to fit
Starting point is 00:53:07 this expectation of the Asian women in porn that they have watched and that has like formed their expectations of me. Hmm. Interesting. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:21 The Asian experience. She spoke Chinese only. I mean, it was just like, were you just, did you just introduce yourself in very broken English? No, my God. I would like pretend to be an immigrant. It was more of the like,
Starting point is 00:53:36 it was sex kitten, but it was like, like hot Asian girl sex kitten. Yeah. Which literally is how I would be referred to as well. So I, it was kind of a like, horrible self-fulfilling prophecy as well
Starting point is 00:53:53 where I would be caught, like I was referred to as hot Asian girl. And that I know, trust, I've done a lot of unpacking here. Yeah. Yeah. in my like having sex starting as a teenager into college i don't i can't like recall a time when
Starting point is 00:54:13 because most of my like sexual experiences took place in college okay but this is just to give an example of how like sexualized asian women like like racially sexualized yeah that's what i was going forlione coast right in cabaret right my freshman year of college froline coast is a german prostitute in set in 1940s Germany who ends up also like living for fascism Yeah, which is a
Starting point is 00:54:43 Yeah, you don't remember complex character. Very very complex But anyway, I was It's a German musical. This is what Liza Minnelli started. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So costume director put me in a
Starting point is 00:54:59 kimono, put chopsticks in my hair to play this role. which had nothing to do. There was nothing about the character. Her name is Fräulein Koss. I spoke with a German accent. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:55:14 That is wild. Yes. And she like entertains the sailors, the sailors and then later on, Nazi soldiers. So it was one of those things where at the time I went, this feels bad.
Starting point is 00:55:32 I was going to ask at the time where you like, fuck this or were you like? No, because I could not articulate myself at that period of time and I was a freshman in college and it was my, it was a huge musical. And the fact that I was a freshman and got cast in this role.
Starting point is 00:55:46 It was a big deal and I didn't want to like jeopardize that at all. But I, it did not feel good. Because one, I'm not Japanese. First of all, like if we're going to be dressing me in something specific to my Asian ethnicity,
Starting point is 00:56:02 I'm half Chinese. What was the purpose of? this? Like, was she, like, trying to say, like, the... Well, the... Her best of that was that I am an Asian woman. Well, I know that. I know, but I'm saying it had nothing to do with the play. But it was also because the character
Starting point is 00:56:16 is... She's a prostitute. Like, that is the... On her character description, it is German prostitute. And so they associated me, which I'm sure they cast me in that role as well, because then for the rest
Starting point is 00:56:32 of college, I frequently would play sex workers. Oh my God? The label prostitute in the character description. I would play villains, like the kind of, you know, dragon lady type character. But of course not like in any
Starting point is 00:56:48 Asian plays. Does they always put you in the kimono every time? Same one. They were the same. She never gained way. Thank God. So that was why they associated like
Starting point is 00:57:02 the kind of, of course, they would never say out loud like, oh, this is an aspect of Orientalism, of fetishizing. But that is why nobody else was dressed in that. That's crazy. It was a cabaret, mind you. It was cabaret. Like, yeah. I just like, the opening number.
Starting point is 00:57:22 Like, I'm just like, can you imagine when I sing when I sing the song at the end of the first time? Tomorrow belongs to me, which is like as the Nazis are rising up, they had me in the fucking Camano. is diabol. That is so weird. Yes, I was the only one. And chopsticks.
Starting point is 00:57:39 Yeah, right. If it weren't, if it wasn't clear enough. Yeah, I, the audience, I must have been so fucking confused. And they saw nothing wrong with it. Well, who would they talk?
Starting point is 00:57:48 Like, where would they go? At the end, at the end of the show, like, why was that woman in a coma? No, nobody. They didn't, there were no reviews on. You remember the people watching theater
Starting point is 00:57:58 at a college, like, in the Midwest. In the Midwest, all old white people. Everyone that I did a show for in college, all old white people. Yeah, they probably were like, that's beautiful.
Starting point is 00:58:08 Yeah, there were a lot of old white came out after shows. She's so, she's like porcelain. Right. Yeah. I finally confronted. She's a doll. I finally confronted the head of the theater program by senior year.
Starting point is 00:58:20 I was going to say, let's write him a letter now. He died. Oh. Well, he's watching down as he had this conversation. Hey, buddy. No, can I tell him something complicated?
Starting point is 00:58:31 Uh-huh. When he died, I got put in a... Camono. A kimono. I was like, where did this Camano come from?
Starting point is 00:58:40 No, I was put in like a big group chat with all this theater alumni. And they were all talking about because he was sick and then he passed. So they were all sharing memories and like everybody was very emotional
Starting point is 00:58:52 and putting together like videos and stuff like that. And I felt very strange about the whole thing because one, this person did not have an influence on my life in the way that he did on others. And in
Starting point is 00:59:03 In fact, there were ways that he made me feel uncomfortable. Terrible. Like, as I got older and, you know, you unpack stuff. You realize, like, things when you were younger. And so it felt so complicated. And I didn't say any. It's not like I said anything in this group chat. Hey, well, actually, fuck that guy.
Starting point is 00:59:24 You're going to really unpacking. You showed up to my video submission. You show up to his funeral in the cabaret outfit. Just to prove a point. Remember me? No, not the kimono. I'm saying, Oh, in the actual.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Yes. In a Nazi outfit. I was like, yes. That's what I was thinking. That's what I was thinking. No, I was seeing like a showgirl outfit.
Starting point is 00:59:47 But by senior year, when I had finally started, you know, to come into myself more. And they, we were doing the show, if anything happened on the way of the forum.
Starting point is 00:59:57 And I had a meeting with them beforehand. And I said, I am fucking sick and tired of being cast, typecast in these roles. This is my senior here. Yeah. I'm graduating. Give me a chance to play
Starting point is 01:00:09 the ingenue. Give me Cinderella, God damn. I was like, let me play the ingenue. I can sing this role. You know I can sing this role. I can act. I can do this role. They cast me as gymnasia, who is the cortisone in funny thing happen on the way to form, that they made a BDSM cortisone. They gave, I had the whip.
Starting point is 01:00:27 They put me in a spiky, little sleddy, two-piece outfit. And I was like... That's so sad. And I said, I was like, why? And they go, well, no one else can... They try to say as like a... No one else can do this role.
Starting point is 01:00:42 I said, you are... Give them the challenge then. Fucking... Yeah. That was my thing. I was like, give them the fucking challenge. I got told that all the fucking time in other contexts where it was like, no one else can do this. No, give them the fucking challenge, right?
Starting point is 01:00:53 Yeah. Like, isn't the whole point of... Sorry, I'm not going to range, but... No. In a collegiate theater challenging young artists to... Exactly. And pushing them out of their comfort zone and, like, putting them into... experiences where they can learn. And I said, you're trying to make, you're trying to tell me I need to
Starting point is 01:01:05 go to graduate school now because that's their whole thing. They want students to go get their MFA so they can represent the theater program, right? To go forth, spend a bunch of money, a bunch more money on a master's. And I said to them, I was like, you are telling me right now my senior year to go get my MFA and look at the roles that you have forced me into. Yeah. Look at my resume. Like, you have made it so much harder for me. me to pursue a serious MFA program because of what I have been consistently stuck in. And they just, I don't know, it was just, it was one of those things where I think it was too. Maybe if it had been today, it would have been a different conversation.
Starting point is 01:01:52 But this was, this was like the early 2010s, you know? We didn't have woke yet. Yeah. It's true. We did not have woke yet. That is interesting. There was woke, to be clear, but not woke in the way that... It is now, yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:07 It wasn't widely accepted. So they made me crack that whip. Yeah. That's crazy. In a song time, like, wow. We just truly, what is, like, what is sick and twisted world? Like, I... That's sad.
Starting point is 01:02:20 You know what? I'm happy he's dead. Honestly, me too. Okay. Yeah. Me too. I'm happy he's dead. I don't know. I hope he's in hell, Caroline.
Starting point is 01:02:29 You can't be the only do. You can't be the only... he was racist too. I mean, there were only a few of us who were the non-white. And I'm, you know, that would be an interesting conversation to have a day. You know, every college theater program ever, I'm like, how is theater? Well, it's not, I'm not saying how because I know how, but it's like theater is supposed to be this accepting, like, affirming, like, woke, like, you know, space.
Starting point is 01:02:52 And consistently, like, every time someone talks about their college theater experience, it is everyone's always like, yeah. And, you know, my department was also pretty racist. Like, pretty trans-fold. And I'm like, how? There was a theater professor who did a class one day, and the message of the class was, women, if you are not willing to take off your clothes,
Starting point is 01:03:08 you will not succeed in Hollywood. Straight up. And he talked about the film, basic instinct, was Sharon Stone, which Sharon Stone showed full person. Has said in the year's sense that she was essentially like tricked into, into the most famous scene,
Starting point is 01:03:28 which is when she uncrosses her legs. and shows her full of vagina in front of a group of lascivious male detectives. And he used her as an example to say, this is why Sharon Stone has succeeded in Hollywood. And if you're not willing to go all the way. It's at the beatwork. And this was only, of course, to the women. And he's in class.
Starting point is 01:03:49 And he's like, so anyway, everyone, take your job off. So stripped out. So that's where he brought the commode. And I actually challenged, this was, I challenged him on this. And I said, I don't agree. with that actually. I don't agree with that. I don't think that that's a message to be sending to
Starting point is 01:04:07 your impressionable young theater student. She was like, bet. Sydney Sweeney happened to be my class and I didn't realize she wrote it in the world. Yeah. Let's go, girl. That's what my theater professor told me in 2013. Well, anyway. Let me tell you that, Caroline,
Starting point is 01:04:25 well, I just don't think, I'm so sorry that that sucked and fuck that guy. and we're going to talk more shit about him on the paywall. We're going to talk about Sam's dating life on the paywall. We is such a magnificent fun, girly pop episode. We appreciate it. Should we land on a on a high note? Less.
Starting point is 01:04:48 No, no. We've got in time, Caroline. All right, well, this is where we land. We land. Can you get like a girly pop jingle, but maybe like a little harmony on there or something. You know what I mean? Girlie pop. Girlie pop.
Starting point is 01:05:01 Girlie pop Girlie pop I don't know how we land this Maybe we should go back to me talking about my experiences Girlie pop There you go
Starting point is 01:05:20 Wow Wow Patreon.com.com It's actually funny I have a list What if the body is like Do you want to hear? Yes I have a notes app list of shit I don't like about
Starting point is 01:05:34 Hinden profiles Because I was like, oh, I can make a, like a TikTok about it at some point. No wonder. Oh my god, I do this all the time. Yeah. The amount of half recorded TikToks I have in my phone is disgusting. Okay, do you want to hear my list? Girls, let's make these TikToks.
Starting point is 01:05:47 Too busy. First of all, if they put not political, that means they're conservative. Also, Hinge really wants me to date like a conservative Christian for some reason. Maybe you could change him. They want you to go on a mission. I do, I want to like match with like a maga chud and then like have him reveal his like deepest darkest secrets to me. Have you seen that there are women posing as tradwives to expose ice agents? They are going undercover as trad wives, meeting ice agents, and then docksy.
