We get that other person on the phone to see why they're "ghosting".Shereef is on the phone today for a First Date Follow Up and he is not getting a call back from a girl named Pam that he went on a date with. It has been about a week since their date and he has tried to get a hold of her about two times already and is not getting a call back! Sharif, what's up, man? How are you? Hey, guys. Thanks for having me on. Yeah, no problem. Thanks for getting ghosted. Otherwise, we could never have you. We didn't have this opportunity.

It's nice to meet you, Sharif. Thank you for your email. Tell us a little bit about Pam. How long has it been since you talked to her? Yeah, it's only been like a week. Like a week, okay. Not too long. Yeah, but I mean, it's still probably ghosted if she hasn't talked to you in a week.

Yes. How many times have you tried to get a hold of her in that week? About two times now. Okay, and you've heard nothing back at all? Yeah, no. I feel like I've been completely ghosted. Sounds like it. Let's see if we can figure it out. Any idea why?

When we were on a date, when we were on our date, I made a comment about a redhead girl and she didn't take it too well because apparently her best friend's redhead. Oh, you're making fun of her redhead? That's super weird.

Yeah, what was the comment? It was something about redheads in bed or something like that. Oh, okay. Were you speaking from experience? Maybe a little bit. Are you in college? I gotta say that's probably a bad move to do that for a couple of reasons.

One, you don't know if she knows anybody that's redheaded, right? If you're going to rip on a redhead. Okay. Two, you don't know her sense of humor, so maybe it's more than three. Looks like you're paying attention to another woman on her date also. And then you're thinking about that other woman in bed. She could be wearing a wig. She could have been.

She could be a redhead. There you go. So she could also be a redhead. Oh, there you go. So she could also be a redhead. All of those things. That's probably was the worst thing you could have done. You ruined it. Wait, so how did it end? What did you even do for your date? It was just a simple dinner and movie, you know, and just going around the park and having some people watching.

OK. OK. So you were people watching actually at the time when you talked about the redhead or was it somewhere else? We were people watching when I was talking about the redhead. Okay. Well, that at least takes one strike away from you. It's not like you were paying attention to it, like you were not supposed to be looking at other people and you brought her up. But still, you got a bunch more strikes.

So you think it might be because you talked about another red-headed girl on your date. How did she react after that? Did she seem upset? She seemed a little off about the comment. We were standing there people watching for a while, and yeah, she's really funny. She's one of the best girls I've gone out with

and then we'll ask her why. Alright, sounds good. So you guys went people watching dinner movies. How did it end? Like, was it on a good note? Bad note? What happened? Oh, well, the date was going so well

that we decided to come back to my place and we ended up hooking up. What? Okay. Wow. So it was a good date. You could have started with that and then we would have known how the date went. But after that, she doesn't talk to you? Yeah.

I didn't quit it. Yeah. I was still. Maybe she did. One and done. You think that that's what happened? Maybe she just used you? A little bit, yeah.

Threw you away like a... I feel a little used. Okay, but it's not that bad though, is it, huh? No. All right. Well, we'll see if we can figure it out for you. But the only thing you can think of is maybe it was because you were making comments about the redhead. So far, yeah.

All right. Well, we'll play a song, come back and then call her and see why she's not calling you back and see if we can get you another date with your first date follow up next. In the middle of your first date follow up, if you're just joining us, Sharif is on the phone and he's not getting a call back from Pam and he thinks it's because of a redhead. Sharif met Pam online. They went out for food and drinks and then they ended up back at his place for some more food and drinks.

Except not food and drinks at all, if you know what I mean. I mean they hooked up. I mean they ended the date by hooking up. But he hasn't heard from her since and he's wondering why. So we're about to get her on the phone and ask why she's not calling him back. The only thing that Sharif could think of is that on their date, they were people watching and he made fun of a redhead. And his date, Pam, shared that she had a redheaded friend. So maybe that upset her.

But she still slept with him after. So obviously didn't make her that mad. Call her right now and see if we can figure it out. You ready to go, Sharif? Yep. All right. I'm going to dial her phone number right now. Hello?

from one of our listeners about you I don't know if you listen to the show or not but we do a segment called the first date follow-up it's where if you go out on a date yeah yeah I caught that yeah yeah okay you know what I'm talking about then? Yeah, yeah. I've heard a couple of those. All right. Fun. OK, cool. Well, yeah, we got an email about you from somebody that you went on a date with.

Now you're ghosting him. His name is Sharif. Oh, yeah. OK. They used to be fun until you're the subject. Yeah. Yeah. Well, sure.

OK. Do you mind talking to us for a minute and telling us why you're not, why you're ghosting Sharif? Yeah, I guess so. I mean, it was, it started off fun. Like we connected on IG and like he was DMing me and we were sending pictures back and forth and some of them got a little spicy. But he seemed like a really great guy and so we decided to you know uh actually like meet irl and he told us all about your date um and oh okay okay yeah so why are you not calling him back yeah um well i mean like said, he was fun and, you know, and I kind of laughed when I made fun of him because he, he poached fun at redheads and my best friend is, is a redhead. Like he said something kind of crude about the, um, the drapes not matching the carpet type of thing.

Um, I mean, which was fine. He thought maybe that was what upset you. He thought maybe, um, that's why you weren't calling him back because he's made that oh yeah no no that wasn't that was not it at all no i mean i heard that before um but yeah no no that wasn't it at all what was it girl spill it oh my god okay so you know he kind of built himself up that he was you know had all this experience and was really good in bed and was a great lover. I was like, okay. We decided to, at the end of the day, hook up. I'm like, oh, this will be fun. It wasn't?

It was so not. That's terrible. I want to know what was bad about it. Yeah. You know, they make that joke, right, where they say, like, sex is like pizza. You never have bad pizza. And I'm like, no, you can have bad pizza, and you can have terrible sex. Yep.

Oh, yeah. And, I mean, how do you say that to a person when they're like nose to nose with you? So you just look him in the eye and you go, this is horrible. Wait for this to be over. I wish I was anywhere else right now. I just literally wanted to scrub it from my brain. What was so bad about it? If you can if you can do it without like a bunch of graphic detail, because remember, we are on the radio. Yeah. What was so bad about it? it's like what are you doing to me back up let me just say the ear is a place of finesse as are so many other places that need finesse and didn't get finesse. So you're saying Sharif doesn't have a whole lot of finesse in the bedroom? Not at all. And it was all about him.

And Sharif is actually on the phone listening and wants to talk to you. Oh, yeah, that part. Hi. Yeah. News to you? I can't believe what I'm hearing. Honestly, I, I thought I was doing pretty, I thought I was doing good. You come on here and you're, you're going to embarrass me like this.

Well, I mean, someone has to tell you. So, you know, you called into the show and you called me. So I was going to tell you. Well, let me tell you, you're, you're not too, you're not too good in bed either. All right. I, I, you know, some of the, the, tell you, you're not too good in bed either, all right? You know, some of the way you were moving wasn't really working for me. She was good enough for you to be calling up wanting her to come back.

Maybe she wasn't good enough because you weren't good enough for her. I didn't really have a lot to work with. So, you know, I was doing the best I could with what I had. That wasn't a lot. Oh, okay. Wow. All right. All right. It seemed like you were liking it when we were going at it.

I mean, you were going crazy. You were moaning and screaming. Crazy? Seriously? Yeah, no, that wasn't it. Oh, you were going crazy. You were moaning so loud. Yeah, no.

The only time I was really loud was when I yelled out, ouch, because your elbow was on my hair. Oh, my God. You were pulling my hair. And not in a good way. Oh, no. Oh, yeah. Yeah, and not the way I like it to be pulled. Got to watch those elbows.

Aw. Well, maybe it was just off night, Sharif. You know, we all have them. Yeah. Jordan didn't play every game perfectly LeBron LeBron has bad games yeah but I would say

that I'm all star in the bedroom alright there's no way that she I think Sharif what you're saying is you'd like a second shot and Pam would you like to go out with Sharif on another date we'll pay for it round number two see if why not oh yeah no thanks shot.
