She said that she met this dude. They went to the beach, had a bonfire and s'mores, and now he's not calling her back. Before we get into the story of how you met Terrence and all that kind of stuff, Ariel, how long has it been since you talked to him? Yeah, it's been like two weeks. Two weeks. All right. How many times have you reached out to him in that two weeks?

I reached out to him the day after the date, and then a few days later, and then I reached out to him again like two days ago. So three times in two weeks? Yeah. And he hasn't responded at all? Nope. That's good.

At least you didn't go too hard. Like some people go thirsty with it. Yeah, I was trying not to. I was very tempted. That's a right amount. You're definitely getting ghosted, though. Two weeks is a long time. Well, what did you guys do for your date?

So we actually went to the beach. So we matched on Tinder and, you know, chatted a bit first and decided to go on a date. And, you know, he recommended the beach. And when he took me there, there was bonfire going on. And we made s'mores and i had like amazing time yeah that sounds very romantic yeah it was super romantic and i was also just really really attracted to him like probably more attracted than i've ever been to anyone wow that's nice yeah i felt like it was mutual i'm just really confused okay so it felt like it was mutual. I'm just really confused. Okay.

So it felt like it was mutual that he was as attracted to you as you are to him, but he's not calling you back. Yeah. And I've been like trying to figure out what it could be because it felt like, I don't know. So the only issue that I could possibly think of was that I did keep getting smoke in my eyes from the fire. So I would like scoot away sometimes. I don't know if he thought I was like scooting away from him. And if that made things weird, I can't figure out like what the shift was. Pretty obvious.

Like when you're getting blown out of the water. Yeah. By fire smoke. Unless he picked up completely wrong signals. They probably didn't think you were scooting away from him. And also if he's the most attractive person that you've ever, the person that you said you've probably found the most attractive in your life,

you probably were making it pretty obvious you were into him. Yeah. That's what's weird too. And I don't know if it's like with the smoke in my eyes that looked like I was crying or something that came across crazy. I just can't figure it out. Maybe you thought you were just sitting there crying about how hot he was. That would be weird.

Well, how did the date end? I mean, he like, you know, took me home, dropped me off. It was like there wasn't a kiss or anything, which I expected there to be. But I was like, I don't know. Maybe he's a gentleman. I'm just thrown off by the whole thing. Okay. So he didn't even go in for a hug?

No. Oh, dear. Did he seem cold? No, like he seemed really warm. He seemed like into me. I don't know if that was like in my head. He was friendly. He was nice when he said goodbye, but I was like, oh, he's not making a move. Okay.

Okay. So what if it's just like he just doesn't, you know, vibe with you? Yeah, I guess I would just be confused because it seemed like in the beginning of the date, he really vibed with me, you know? Okay. And no other reason other than maybe the smoke got in your eyes while you were at the beach and there was the fire. So it might look like you're crying or you were also kind of scooting around trying to

get away from the smoke. Might look like you're trying to get away from him. Nothing other than that? Nothing that I can possibly think of. Did you cook his s'mores? Because you might have cooked his s'mores wrong. You know what? I really didn't. We cooked our own. It was all good.

We joked about it. We were laughing and being grateful. I'm so confused. Maybe it's because he didn't cook his s'mores. Get it? Raw s'mores. Yeah, that was a sex joke. Well, we'll play a sex joke. Well, we'll play a song,

come back, and then call him and see if we can figure out why he's not getting back to you, okay? Sounds good. All right, hang on,

They went to the beach. They had a bonfire, roasted some s'mores. And after that, he dropped her off. No kiss, no nothing. Hasn't talked to her in two weeks and she has no idea why she's getting ghosted. The only reason that Ariel can think is that there was a bunch of smoke from the fire. So she was trying to scoot away from it. Might've looked like she was trying to scoot away from the hottest man ever.

Also smoke in the eyes. Might've looked like she was crying about something. Maybe he thinks she's crazy. Those are the only things that Ariel can think of. So we're about to call him right now and figure out why she's getting ghosted. Ariel, are you ready to go? Any last words?

Okay, so you know basically what that is, is if you go out on a date with someone and then end up ghosting them, they can email us to get you on the phone and figure out why. So why do you think we're calling you?

Let's see how good you are at math, putting two and two together. Well, I'm guessing you're calling me about a date. Somebody emailed us about you, Terrence. They said they went out on a date with you and you've been ghosting them for two weeks And they want to know why Okay okay yeah Do you know who it is? I do A face is definitely coming into my mind

Her name's Ariel Yep like the little mermaid That's exactly what I thought of Why aren't you calling her back? She said when we talked to her about your date She told us how you went to the beach, roasted some s'mores, all that fun stuff. And she also said that you are the hottest person

she's ever seen in her entire life. Wow. I did not know about the last part. You should be very lucky. She was very attractive, too. She's up there. You know, we had a great time. We had a really great time.

It was just, I just felt like I was, you know, being catfished a little bit. She didn't look like her pictures then? No, I guess not the traditional catfish it's like she really catfished her age you know age fished she lied about her age yeah she age fished if you will i guess yeah what did she say that or how old did she say she was well you know she said she was 23 on her, you know, Tinder profile and I'm 26. And in reality, she was actually around Jesus's age when he passed, you know, like 33, 34, you know. Wait, are you guessing or do you know? No, I know she's 33 going on 34.

Okay, so she lied in her profile and then it came up in conversation? Yeah. Did you ask her about it? No, but I thought really hard about it. You know, for me, I feel like having kids is very important and knowing somebody for a long time is really important. And I just feel like I wouldn't have a lot of time to really get to know her before, you know. I don't know. I feel like it's just kind of the age gap is a little too. It's the age gap and not the fact that she lied to you about her age.

It's a little bit of both. That's a huge difference in age. It is big. She said she was 23 and she's 33. Yeah, that's a big swing. She really missed the mark. Is she young looking or is she like an older 33 looking?

I guess when you say it like that, it sounds a little crazy. It's like gambling. Yeah. I don't think that many people are lying about their age. I mean. Yeah. And you know, it's not just the whole age thing. It's just the, you know, you kind of lion thing as well I guess but even outside of line if I'd
