You're not getting that on many other shows today. I can tell you that. And that's why Rye is on the phone today for a first date follow-up. He has a super glue fetish. Really? Yeah. And apparently he's not getting a call back because of it. Well, I know why you're not getting a call back.

Is that right, Rye? That's not my, no, that's not actually my thing. You liar, Jubal. Yeah, I mean, he said they had a common interest, so I just went with what I know. Oh, wow. And with super glue, but I guess that wasn't it. It must have gotten stuck in your head. Oh, wow.

You said that you really bonded with, what's her name, by the way, the girl that you want us to call today? Madison. Madison, all right. Your email said that you really bonded with Madison because of a common interest, but now she's not calling you back. Tell us a little bit about the date. Yeah. Um, so we, uh, we both really like tennis and a little out there for my taste tennis, huh? No, it's fun. Like we, but it was like, and it's like a cool low key date too, where we, we actually, we met at the park we had like a little picnic and played tennis and so like you know got to kind of meet each other and talk and hang out and

that's actually pretty awesome that you meet somebody who's into something you're into alex and i are married by the way if you didn't know that but when we first met she she's really into basketball i played basketball growing up She played basketball growing up She's way better than me But it was really cool To be able to play basketball With your girlfriend That was awesome

Just having the Common interest You know And yeah Like what you just said It's fun to be able to like Hang out And play this thing That you like with a girl.

Yeah, okay, so you said that you met and you had a picnic or something and then played tennis together? Yeah, I mean, we just had a little bit of food and just kind of talked and got to know each other a little bit. And all that stuff really clicked. It just felt like the conversation was easy. And then we got up and we, we, you know, went and played tennis and it was, I mean, that was like the best part of the day. Yeah. I can hear you smiling about it. I know exactly how you feel. I gave you the basketball thing for an example. Like it was awesome. So how did you feel like she, you know, was feeling throughout the day? She was great. Like then the whole conversation in the beginning, like we awesome. Yeah. How did you feel like she, you know, was feeling throughout the date? She was great.

Like, in the whole conversation in the beginning, like, we're having fun. She was excited about playing tennis. And then, if I'm being honest, kind of towards the end, she seemed a little bit off or different or something. I don't know. Like, she did leave the date kind of quickly, which I don't know what was going on there. So her mood changed in between you guys first meeting up and the end of the date? Yeah, yeah. Was she on her phone at all or like distracted or was it because of something that you might have said or done? Yeah, but she was, one thing I noticed is she was like super competitive. Oh, really?

Yeah. Oh, really? Yeah. She had a real fire. And I beat her. Oh, right. So maybe she was just pissed that she lost. Yeah, I mean, I thought that at first. But then the fact that she hasn't called me back or returned any texts is kind of making me think that maybe it was something else. Well, how long has it been since she hasn't responded? Just over a week. Okay. That's long enough to know you've gotten ghosted for sure. So you've literally ruined the sport of tennis for her and now she's not calling you back. Yeah.

So is that the only thing you can think of then? The only reason that she might not be calling you back is the fact that she's super competitive and a sore loser and you beat her at tennis? Yeah. I mean, the only other thing, and this would be weird, is I was like a few minutes late, like five minutes late. But again, when I got there, she seemed very happy and happy to see me and everything. If she was upset that you were late, she probably wouldn't have been nice right away. Yeah, that can't be it. And also, five minutes, that's a bit psychotic to be

angry about that. Wow. What? I had no idea you were so selfish. Time is people's most important possession. And you're late to everything. And I am late for everything, but I admit it even though it's seven. Well, here, man. We'll play a song, come back, and then call her and see if we can figure it out for you,

And at the beginning of his date, her attitude was fine. She seemed really into him. And then towards the end of the date, she seemed like she was not into him at all. I didn't ask you in the first part, Rye.

Did you guys kiss or anything? How did you part ways? We just kind of, yeah, I don't know. We just kind of gave a little hug. And it was just like, you know, it was very general, basic. And the only thing that Rye can think of as being a reason that he's not getting a call back from her

is the fact that he beat her, and she seemed very competitive. Are you competitive? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Okay, maybe you shouldn't call him. But you couldn't let her win on the first date? I couldn't, no. Oh, wow.

You can always tell when people do that on the phone, Madison, when they go, oh, it's like Rye probably has a nickname with your friends or whatever he did.

You know how people do that? Oh, yeah. He definitely has a nickname with my friends. What is it? Purvy Rye. Purvy Rye. That would lead me to assume, based on your nickname, that he's Purvy? Like, oh, I thought he was keeping some of the tennis balls in his pocket. And it was not that. Oh, wow. I mean, whoa. Okay. How is he that excited? I mean, I guess it's a compliment, isn't it? I mean, was he wearing basketball shorts? You know how they, you know. Reveal a lot? Yeah, they were workout shorts, and it was very obvious. I'm not blind. All right, well, I can understand why you wouldn't want to call him back then if he is a raging tennis player. Say that. That's weird. Thank you he is a raging tennis player. Say that.

It doesn't excuse the fact that you didn't have any underwear on, right? So I don't know how to say this. I mean, I swear to you, I was happy to hang out with you. I was not excited in any way.

Well, I just have to hold on. I'm sorry. I don't mean to cut you off. But, like, how do you explain this then? I just, because imagine me. I don't know you. We're meeting up for the first time, and then that was all very, it was quite a visual, like, for a first date. Yeah, I'm really embarrassed.
