I keep that song is going to be stuck in my head this whole time now because apparently the woman on the phone for our first date fall today went to a park and had a picnic with the guy that she isn't getting a call back from. What's her name? Her name is Michelle. Michelle, what's up? How are you?

Do you know that song? I actually don't know that song. Maybe you need to sing a little more of it. You don't? Thank you. Three to one. Everybody, for next Christmas, I'm giving you all a Lowrider Oldies CD, a CD. It's just going to sit there, though.

It's not going to be played or used or anything, collect dust, and then be given to the goodwill. Okay, anyway. Enough about Billy Stewart and sitting in the park. Apparently, Michelle was sitting in the park waiting for, what's the guy's name that you went out with? Raj. So tell us a little bit about Raj. How'd you guys meet? Yeah, so we were actually set up by a friend

and she knew that I'd never been to a picnic before. So I thought that was really cute that this guy for our first date, you know, he set up a picnic. Any picnic meal has to be a dip heavy meal. Yeah. Like cheese spreads or dipping

sauces. And usually fruit, too. There was fruit. You definitely need something that's easy to eat. You don't want something super messy, like chicken wings. Oh, no. No, thank you. But unless, if it's messy, then you get to, like, lick it off the other person's fingers, maybe. Ew. Yeah, if the picnic's going well. Did it go that

well? Did you guys lick sauces off of each other's fingers? We did not. Come on. But we did have, we had a lot in common, which I thought was great. That's cool. Yeah, he's just, he seems pretty cool. He had a good sense of humor. Like we just had, I felt like we were vibing, but

I don't know, I just haven't heard from him, so I thought I'd reach out to you guys to find out what's going on. So you haven't heard from him. How did the date end? Did you guys do a little make out at the park? We didn't, like we kissed on the cheek. Okay. So it wasn't overly romantic, but it was still, you know, it was within the boundaries of like, I'm interested in more.

Yeah. It's not licking hot sauce off of your fingers. Is that hot? No, we didn't have that kind of chemistry off the bat. So, but there's nothing like during the date that you can think of that went wrong or like would be the reason that he's not calling you back? I mean, I've been thinking about that because, you know, I'm a girl and that's what I do. And it seems like maybe it was because like, you know, you brought it up. You're like, what did people eat at the picnic? Well, I really didn't eat that much.

I have a strict diet plan that I'm on. So maybe he felt like, I mean, he didn't ask me about it. Is that like a New Year's resolution or something? I'm just really into staying clean. And I've been, I have goals for like my workouts. And I'm just, I'm trying to stay true to that. So, I mean, what did you eat or drink? Did you consume anything? Well, I'm trying to stay true to that. So, I mean, what did you eat or drink? Did you, did you consume anything?

Well, I did. I had, I had a glass of wine because, you know, that's, that's allowed on my plan. But, you know, he had a lot of different dairy and I'm not eating dairy right now. I'm not eating wheat. He had wheat crackers. Like there was some vegetables. So I ate some vegetables and the fruit. So this dude made a whole picnic for your date and you didn't have any of it really?

Yeah. I mean, that's the only thing I can think of. Like, I felt really bad because he basically brought like a charcuterie board and I mean, I can't really eat any of that stuff. Oh, charcuterie boards are good. Good job on saying the word. That's a fun word to say, charcuterie board. Can you spell it?

It's really hard. All right. So the reason you think he's not calling you back is because of not eating his food? Do you think he was offended? What would the reason for that be? I thought we were pretty chill with each other, but maybe he thought that that was me being high maintenance.

Maybe I just expected lobster or something. I don't know. Once you said no to the charcuterie, that's when it all went downhill. It's like, oh, fine. You don't want any of my charcuterie? Screw you. Did you guys text or talk at all after your date? I think I sent a, hey, thanks.

That was fun. And he said something like, yeah, let's do it again sometime. And then nothing ever happened. Okay. Sounds electric. Yeah. I don't know. It's weird. Okay. Sounds electric. Yeah. I don't know. It's weird.

First date follow-up. Right in the middle of your first date follow-up, and this is just a warning. The first date that Michelle went on with this dude, what's his name, by the way, Michelle? Raj. Raj. It was steamy, hot and steamy.

So hot. How did you get hot and steamy out of that? Well, they went to the park. He made a picnic. They ate food. Well, she didn't eat most of the food because she's on a diet. But there was a charcuterie board involved and a kiss on the cheek. And now she's not getting a call back.

If that's not the description of one of the sexiest dates you've ever heard of, I don't know what is. That would be a fun date. So sorry for that if you got kids in the car. She really liked him and thought everything went fine, but now he's not calling her back. And she thinks the reason that he's not calling her back is because she seemed high maintenance, because she wouldn't eat the food that he made for the picnic. Yep. Michelle, how long has it been since your date? It's been like a week and a half.

Okay. That's a bit of time. Yeah. And when was the last time you heard from him? The day after the date. Maybe he's making charcuterie boards for someone else now. Maybe he's researching. Yeah. All right.

I'll give you a little bit of information about the show. It's the three of us. My name's Jubal. I'm Alex. And me, Evan. Yeah. So that's the Jubal show. I get really thrown off.

I do things the same way every time, and when something different happens, I get really thrown off. That's another thing you need to know about the show. It's also a radio show. And one of our listeners emailed us about you, Raj. Mm-hmm. Okay. Any idea why? Uh, I have no idea.

You tell me. So you recently went on a date with a girl named Michelle. Yes. Yes, I did. A couple of weeks ago. Went on a picnic. And has some charcutes. Yeah.

I put a lot of time and effort into a cheese board. So she emailed us because she said she really likes your date and enjoyed going out with you and is wondering why you're not calling her back. Really? That's why you guys are calling? Yeah, we do a segment on the show where if you go on a date with someone and then they don't call you back, we call that person and awkwardly ask them why. And that's what we're doing right now. Again, my name is Jubal. And I'm Alex. Me, Evan.

Yep, and that's what we're asking you. Is there a reason that you don't want to go out with Michelle again? Well, I mean, I don't know. She's a nice girl. We had a good time, but I just, I don't know. I don't think this is going to go anywhere. Is it because of the differences you had in food choice? I mean, I guess I was a little annoyed that I put a lot of time and effort into making this cheese board,

which, by the way, they're not cheap. Cheese is expensive. It is. Cheese is super expensive. The prosciutto, the salami, all that stuff. And all she did was she had like a couple of berries. She thinks the reason that you're not calling her back is because she was on like a diet and didn't really eat the food that you brought. I mean, that was kind of weird, but that really wasn't the reason why.

Okay. This is going to make me sound crazy. When she like picked up her wine glass from the ground and put it up to her face, her bicep like bulged. Like huge. Her bicep bulged? Her bicep bulged? Yeah. Like she was jacked.

Oh, really? Yeah. Well, how tall is she? She's like 5'9". Okay. She's like, she's like, she's buff. Okay. She likes to work out.

She picked up her wine glass and almost crushed it with her hands because she's got such huge biceps. I guess I was a little intimidated by it because I'm nowhere near that good of shape. She's beautiful. She's super attractive, but that bicep, I don't know. I started thinking, what happens if this turns into something

and we're getting intimate and she breaks my neck or something. I don't know. I don't think that's how it works. You could probably ask her. She sounds reasonable. We talked to her. You could probably ask her

to take it easy on you. Yeah. I just, it would be a weird request and I didn't know how to handle it, so I just kind of just put it in the back of my head. Okay, so the reason that you don't want to go out with her again is because she has bigger biceps than you. Yeah, very strong. Okay.

I'm honestly shocked. Like, I'm not that big. Like, I'm still soft, like yoga strong. I'm not like throwing tires strong. Oh, come on. You are so much bigger than yoga strong. So like floored that this is the reason that you haven't texted back. Like, I get it. That sounds embarrassing.

Like, I didn't realize that I was that threatening to you. Yeah, I didn't realize that I was that threatening to me either. But then I don't know like i i saw your arms when you were drinking the wine and hardly touching the cheese board and is it is it just because she's got bigger muscles than you or are you scared of her i i don't understand what the issue is live that lifestyle or have a girlfriend that is like that i don't know yeah i don't know I guess maybe it just makes me feel super small. Well, hey, if you want to work out together, that's totally fine. Or you can just embrace it, Raj, and just let her hold you in her big arms at night. Yeah, you could be Little Spoon.

And just literally sweep me off my feet. Raj, would you like to go out with Michelle again on another date we'll pay for it I'll wear long sleeves so what do you think Raj if she covers up her enormous biceps that scare you
