But yeah, no, unfortunately, like I'm getting, it's like ghost central out here right now. I might as well have be selling tumbleweeds and just throwing them down the dirt roads out here. All right. Well, how long has it been since your date oh man i don't know like a a few days maybe like five i think about five days okay okay how many times have you reached out to to sabrina in that five days oh well you know i waited the

the three-day rule okay and then And then I reached out to her once after like the third day and then I reached out to her again several hours ago. And you've heard nothing? Nothing. Mm, all right. Go to town central

and I thought we had a really good date. We did wine tasting in Sheinfeld Trivia. Oh, I mean, talk about a niche date. Yeah, which we both knew quite a bit about. I knew obviously a lot more than her, but I liked that she grew up watching it.

I also liked that she loves football as much as I do. Actually, she probably loves football more than I do. Oh, that's cool. That's cool, yeah. She's also very outdoorsy. Like, I snowboard, but she skis, so I'm not completely same-same, but same-same.

So, you know, we've got something to do there. Yeah. And, you know what? To be completely honest, we found out, this is funny, our families have, like, known each other forever. That's crazy. How have they known each other? We're both from a small town, so, like so knowing everyone is pretty common where we're from.

I mean, it sounds like you guys had a lot in common. You said you did the three-day rule thing. Why did you wait three days if maybe y'all already kind of had a familiarity with each other? Aloofness. You want to keep them guessing. You need the balance between safety and excitement, my friend. Okay, okay.

Maybe that's what she's doing to you. She's keeping you guessing. Maybe so, yeah. Maybe that's what they do in that weird little town you're from. Yeah, she said, you make me wait three days, I make you wait six. Oh. I would love to say that, but there's no sense of security in this one right now. Gotcha.

Okay. There's no push and pull going on here. There's just nothing. Maybe she isn't responding because you did wait those three days. I always say stop playing games and if you want to hit someone up and you're interested, do it when you want to do it.

I get that. But if you guys want my honest opinion of why I think she's ghosting me is that she brought up a friend of hers that she, you know, that I, that is apparently really close with her that I've dated in high school. It was like 10 years ago.

And it wasn't even that long. It's not like I dated this girl for that long. And it's way in the past. Me and that girl, you know, run into each other. Sometimes I've hung out a couple of times, you know,

in settings or whatever. We're just, you know, acquaintances, friends, I guess you could say, but, like, not someone we really keep up with, each other or whatever. But apparently that's her close friend. Maybe the fact that you dated her friend back in the day. But did you tell her?

Yeah, I did because, you know, just her name came up. We were talking about, you know, you know this, this, this. And she just kind of paused a little bit. Okay. But, you know, redirected the conversation, and I thought it went fine. You know, I was kind of like, that was one of the little kind of things where you're like,

I thought about that later after, you know, the night it ended. But at the same time, I didn't think about it that much. I wasn't, like, too concerned about it. But now I am kind of concerned about it. Maybe that is what it is. I'm not really sure. Real quick, we'll call her in a second, but how did it end with her? How did the date end?

Did she say anything about going out again or anything like that? I mean, she said that she was interested in doing so and that she had really had a good time. But, you know, I was like, all right, I'll give you a shout in the a.m. or in the next couple of days. And she said, yeah, do it. You know. All right. Well, we'll try to figure it out for you, Landon.

We'll play a song, come back and then call her and see if we can get her to tell her, get her to tell us why she's ghosting you and maybe give you another date next. Landon is on the phone and Landon is getting ghosted by a date he went on with Sabrina. I like you, Landon. Sabrina and I went on a date. It was like a wine tasting in trivia night. We did Seinfeld trivia. I love Seinfeld. She actually grew up on it, too. That was really cool. We both thought Sauvignon Blanc was our favorite wine, especially ones from New Zealand.

That was cool. Okay. She loves football, probably more than I. She's outdoorsy like I see skis. I snowboard. I think there's something there. We also know our families found out our families have known

each other forever we both come from the same small town all that kind of stuff okay there's some things there there's a future there there's some there are some real connection points there and Landon has not heard from her since the date and he doesn't know why so we're about to call her and Landon that was a

If somebody goes out on a date with someone and then they get ghosted, they can email us to get that person on the phone and find out why. So you recently went out on a date with someone, haven't been calling them back,

and they got a hold of us to see if we could get the answer from you as to why. Okay. I think I know what this is about well who's the who's the person you think uh i mean i went out on a date with a guy named landon and he's gotten in touch with me but what was that um i don't know i don't know something on the line or i don't know. I don't know. Something on the line. I don't know. Anyway, you went out with Landon and you've been ghosting him. Ah, that's such a bad word. It was a few days. I swear I would have called him back. I was going to within the coming days, but I know that sounds really bad. Well, I'm like the worst person ever.

So you're not ghosting him? Well, I guess that is the definition definition of ghosting but i really was going to get back to him i just haven't texted him back yet because um there's been a little bit of a change in my life i'm sorry i'm are you breaking up a little bit no i think everything's fine yeah so that there's been a change in your life but you were going to call him and tell him about it or something are you like moving or something no i'm not moving it's just like it's not gonna work out with him because i actually got back together with my ex yeah yay um i wasn't planning on getting back with him when we went out. It just happened, like, shortly after our date.

And I just didn't, I hadn't figured out, like, how to phrase it in the right way. Because I really did have a good time. We hadn't even been broken up for that long. But, you know, so I really was trying to put myself back out there. But unfortunately, he just, like, got me at a bad time because, you know, my ex connected with me shortly after. I feel terrible. Because you never know, Landon, you know, he liked you a lot. Yeah, yeah. And we had fun.

Like, it was a good time. And I'd love to, like, still, you know, be friends with Landon. It's no hard feelings at all towards him. Oh. Yeah, I mean, I would still really like to be friends with him. It's just the timing isn't going to work out. I'm sorry. Are you there?

I really wish that it didn't have to be like this. No, it's okay. I mean, you know, it's all good, but, like, I am kind of bummed that you're getting back to your dash. For, like, three years, and I don't know. We just have a lot of history here, and we're just on a break. Well, I mean, maybe you're ready now. So how much does your ex-boyfriend know about Seinfeld?

Because I don't know if he knows as much as I know. I know I want him again soon or something, or just no. Well, let's ask. Sabrina, would you like to go out with Landon again on another date? We'll pay for it. I don't think that would be a good idea right now. I do very much believe in monogamy, but if things ever went south, Landon would be the first guy I'd call.
