Well, that's exactly what we are going to learn today. And I'm very excited to introduce to you my guest, Rosalia Henin, wonderful friend of
mine.
She's originally from Bulgaria, works in LA, and is an experienced and respected entrepreneur.
Rosalia began practicing holistic medicine, went to Bali to live in seclusion for two years,
and started crystal healing, sacral, chimitri, and symbols.
She went to Nepal, Bhutan, to study and practice Adi Yoga.
She now leads retreats, seminars in many different countries and wishes to work with other entrepreneurs around the globe.

Hi.
I'm excited for you to be here.
I'm excited too. Thank you so much for inviting me.
Yeah, so with all this going on in the world how would everyone be remain calm
you know um i i just think the most important now uh people to understand is like it's
unbelievable time that we retreat actually that is job. Like if people go and have retreat
and they really want to absent from the world
and now happen like this,
we are in retreat, of course, with this disaster,
but at the same time,
we have time to look at ourselves,
to take care more of our bodies,
to take care more about our minds,
to understand who we are
and really to understand
where we are in this moment understand where we where we're in
this moment and where you want to be because i think everything in life happen in order we to
really go deeper and to understand ourselves better and to grow from there so i think the
most important now is the time what we are locking and the most of the people who cannot go out or don't work in the moment so they
really to connect to themselves and to connect to this inner nature what is more stronger than
any virus to connect to this part of themselves that is beyond the mind beyond the body and beyond
all the physical needs so i think that is unbelievable time for that and world is ready
for more spiritual people
for more awakened people who know how to handle their emotion and how to handle their minds
okay so what would you recommend um I know you got me into meditation
for anyone who's just starting to do meditation what would you advise them
um first I meditation is something very interesting
first um most of the people think meditation is something difficult or i cannot calm my mind
so actually meditation is focus and when this focus going longer it's become concentration
and when the concentration is longer and deeper it's become meditation and of course if you go to you if you
want to go beyond the longer meditation becomes samadhi or whatever many people say like this
state of beyond the mind and body but the point is like if you want to meditate sometime even you
take your time and just you sit and you just have a right position and handle this position it is already meditation
it's just really to go beyond past future and present um it is very important people to
understand is the moment then we stop to thinking about the past we stop to thinking about the
future we stop to really engaging with the present moment and we engage with something else like our body or our
inner world or something that you want to focus on so that is the moment and meditation is very
easy to handle like i can give a special meditation for people what is maybe the best for this
particular moment but most important people to understand even you sit alone even you just
sit there and say okay i want to be calm for
a moment i want just to be with myself i want just to be to go in because the moment then we cannot
go out why we don't go in so it's the best moment actually so what you're saying is we can do it at home alone and I know you teach me at one point I mean a few months ago how to offer
a prayer of gratefulness which I started to doing it myself but my problem is how can I be consistent
uh you know the most important uh the most important if we want to grow is to discipline
we cannot be consistent if we don't put something into a priority so the most the first important
thing is you to put the motivation why you make meditation why you want to connect to your inner
world so if we understand this is we can have many disaster from the world
now is this sickness after can be something else you can lose all your money you can lose something
from your body whatever so we always uh we we live in the situation then the life is much more
stronger than us because you can work every day 20 hours a day and and one day, one power, without even you to know, like this virus,
now come and take all your, everything that you make away.
So here is the moment,
and people have to understand the meditation.
So meditation, if you really go beyond the mind,
if you really start to master your mind,
you can become stronger than any sickness or any disaster.
You can stand up and you can do it again,
you can do it better than before, or you can really be can stand up and you can do it again you can do it
better than before or you can really really be in the place then you're safe so that's why the first
one people have to understand that it's important you to put the motivation and say okay this
meditation i do because i want to become bigger in the life i want to make myself from my mind
and i want to create my reality and then after you have this meditation you say okay i'll
make it 30 days or 40 days every day just five minutes every morning five minutes or every
evening whatever just make a five minutes meditation and become a habit and just even
you don't want to do it you say no i have to do it because i want to become stronger i want to
stay young i want to stay healthy i want to become a more powerful being to know who is it you know so that's why to stay
consistent it's uh you know it's matter of priority like you have a children uh you not
let your children hungry because you're lazy so it's your priority so at the same time your body
your mind and your consciousness have to be priority because that's
make your life that's create every single day your reality can you give us the five minute sample of
meditation now that we have so much audience watching our video um because for anyone who's
just starting like can you give us a sample? Like today I was just having anxiety because Dan is panicking about something. So then I got frustrated. Like I need to talk to
Rosalia. How do I remind him to get calm at this point? So I want to tell you something. I always
say, if somebody tell me, I want to calm down because with meditation, I say, you know, the
meditation is not to calm you down if somebody
take your brain tomorrow you'll be calm you know it's not about calmness many people without brain
is calm it's about be conscious it's about know who you are it's about mindfulness it's about like
going beyond beyond your power and be really that's who you are so i'll give you two different practices maybe
because the one i really love it and it's very easy and especially for the men
i love to start always with the position so if we have the right position like you sit somewhere in
the chair and your legs is 90 degree the body is very relaxed so like you always have
to move and just relax and the hands is on the knee it's very gentle the tongue always have to
be on the top the eyes are very gently closed and the head is not back not front it's just very
horizontal and everything is like relaxed but straight so your spine is straight the head is not back, not front. It's just very horizontal. And everything is like relaxed but straight.
So your spine is straight.
The head is straight.
And you know where you are.
So this position, if you just this position,
can keep for five single minutes.
The moment then you do that.
And, of course, before the meditation, you do that and um of course before your meditation you put before
the meditation you put your motivation so like you say i want to make this meditation in order
to be stronger or powerful or you want to be healthy or you want something else to happen
whatever so you put your motivation you start your position and you keep your position for five minutes and just focus on that to not
move just give direction to your body not moving so that is the first the beginning of meditation
what is really make you very powerful after in your practice and also give you the calm of mind
and the calm of the body most of people cannot stay more than two seconds in the same position so that's what we show you where you are like how how
mindful you're how conscious you are so when the five minutes is when the five
minutes is complete you can always put your you can put like a watch or
something for the five minutes and when the five minutes is complete you have
first to breathe deep in and out and first give
the direction to your body give the order so i want to move my body and you imagine this you
move your body but you don't move so and the second step is you already start to open your
eyes to smile and have a gratefulness for that's what you do that's the most simple meditation that
everyone can do at home and it's cost nothing they can start from two minutes until seven minutes
and make for one month and become a habit and they will see the result from it so that is the first
one well that was very powerful even me practicing it for a few seconds you want to make a practice maybe we make the second one like a
real practice you want yeah i would love to i think every single one needed it right now
okay let's do that one meditation then okay so please sit with a straight spine
so your legs your legs 90. You're seated on the floor.
Your hands are very gentle on your knee.
The eyes are very gentle, close.
The tongue is on the top.
And your mouth is a little bit open.
Your head is relaxed and straight.
Now breathe deep in and connect to your body.
Breathe deep in and connect to your mind. Breathe deep in and connect to your Relax.
Now, now,
just look at your body
and smile to your body.
See how your body
and smile
and send love
and gratitude
to every part of your body
first see your head
your hair
your eyes
your nose, your mouth,
and smile to them.
Smile to them and send them love and gratitude.
Go down to your chest.
Smile to your chest. Smile to your chest.
Send love.
Gratitude.
And let go.
Go to your hands.
Your palm.
And just send love.
Send gratitude.
Say thank you.
They're working so hard for you.
Go down to your belly,
to your hips.
Send smile.
Send love and gratitude to all your body say thank you and go to your feet.
Smile to them.
Send them love and gratitude and let go now zoom deeper and go to all day. Go to your eyes.
Say thank you as you can see.
Go to your tongue.
Smile and say thank you as you can share with others.
Go to your lungs send love
and say thank you because you can breathe
go to your heart
and see how hard
working 24 hours
and just say thank you And see how hardworking 24 hours.
And just say thank you.
Go to all your organs.
Send them love.
Smile to them.
And say thank you.
And let go. and then go deeper
and deeper
and go to yourselves
start from the top
send appreciation
to all yourselves
see them like a small
children
like a small workers who work hard every second for you your cells. See them like small children, like small
workers who work hard
every second for you
in order for you to exist.
Shower them with love,
with attention,
as if you're
a parent who doesn't see long
time their children.
And go to all the cells of your body
and say thank you
share with them this love and see how they
start to become more
healthy and strong
and start to working harder
and receive
your love
and they're full with love.
They start to vibrate with love.
Go from the top of your head
and to your feet
and see all your cells
vibrating with love,
gratitude,
more healthy,
more strong.
Breathe deep and just let go.
Let go of everything and just remain in silence. Thank you. Now breathe deep in and out and connect to your inner nature breathe deep in and out and connect to your mind breathe deep in and out and connect to your body.
Feel your body.
And just give an order
to your body
to move
and see how it moves, but don't move
your body. Just see with your inner eye
how you start to move now breathe deep again in and out open very gently your eyes and connect to the environment smile and move your
hands and your legs and just come back Wow
that was a gift for Zalia I was you know it made me even more self-aware and being grateful
of like you're healthy and that's all that matters yes um I I really think that is very
a good meditation that was like around seven minutes maybe or eight i want people to be aware this actually
the the seconds then you're in silence is the actual meditation so before that is just
preparation so normally this silence can be from 10 seconds until a couple of minutes as well
but the point is like we have to give to our body appreciation we have to stay strong
and we need to increase our immune system in order to overcome this virus now so it's time we
to if we just give attention to ourselves to our organs and every day give them love. And of course, you have nice nutritions, you eat good, and you take care of your body.
But if we mentally start to shower ourselves every day with love, and we really start to
appreciate this body, appreciate the work of the heart, what 24 hours a day working
for you.
And we don't do that.
We just stand up, go, we push our bodies, we go to the gym, we push harder, we do that, we are tired, we don't do that we just stand up go we push our bodies we go to the gym we push harder
we do that we are tired we don't care we have to make money and where this money go now
so if something like this happened where is the money you have to be healthy you have to be
strong that is your temple that is the place then live inside the universal power so it's time we really to connect and that's why
maybe the universe sent us disaster like that in order me to go more inward and say where are you
going everything is no meaning if you're sick you know doesn't matter all money like you can't lose
all the money and what you know people thinking, especially with the very capitalistic societies,
they stopped to think about the small things and happiness.
Like I lived for 10 years in Bali and I have to say that for the first time,
I see happy people who have nothing.
They have nothing.
They have just rights and they're happy.
I don't say this we have to
become like that i say this we have to find this happiness with him in order to be able to share
and to change a little bit our priority to transform our enemies inside what make us
all the time to searching for something what is actually one day when we go we don't take with us so yeah i really think
that is very important in the moment yeah absolutely well that was amazing now for people
who's like i grew up in the philippines and everyone is catholic so would you recommend
for everyone to do a prayer if they're not yet open to doing meditation? I think this is so powerful. Just thanking your body.
Like, um, I,
I don't really believe in prayers.
I think we're human beings who create their lives and the gratitude or the satisfaction of that's what you have in the moment
is already prayer of arising the universal power, God, whatever,
how people give the name of this inner nature or something bigger than us.
So I think the most important is human beings in the moment to see what they have,
to focus on the beautiful things, to feel this increasing from outside, from inside, like a gratitude for that's what they have in the moment.
Because the panic is too big.
And when we have the panic, we have to see that that's damaged our immune system, that's damaged our life, that's damaged our relationships you know like everything so what we have to do
is like really go deeper and say okay what i have in this moment okay i don't have this i don't have
that i don't have that but what i have what i can be grateful for like what i can use this time what
god gave me what i can see beautiful and that's what's happened you know maybe i can spend the
time with my husband and make local all off all day or i can rest for first time in the last 15 days like i said oh my god i
can sleep all day you know there is always something what you maybe don't have time to do
and now it's time to do it uh so we have to see the beauty in everything that is the most biggest
problem of the human being is they think they come in the earth and they're here forever.
You have to know you have very short time.
And if you really appreciate every moment, you will not lose the time while you're at home.
So like I think the life has to be more like a holiday.
Like you come here and you experience every moment, even the bad and the good moments.
And you just take everything like just because you know you go back soon.
So people don't believe in the mortality.
But now through this sickness, I think we all believe for it.
That is, we're going to die.
So we always think, oh, somebody died.
But I maybe don't.
No, no, we all die.
The most important is how we live.
Yeah.
Now, what do you think of fasting is it a good um
what are the benefit of fasting and is this the best thing to do it right now that now that we
have more time i think fasting is the best of the best how to say that the best way to handle any sickness and fasting is the best way to control
our mind and to clean our body i think is if we stay just home now and we are long time at home
it's amazing to make like 21 day cleansing of your body what will we make stronger your immune
system will be strong your mind and will will focus you so you're not in panic
or you don't have attack on different things.
So I have two benefits from the fasting.
So I especially make a minimum weekly now in the moment,
particularly 36 hours of no food and no water.
So dry fasting.
And of course, like a food it's it's necessary but
the most important is to understand is the first one when you make a fasting just because you start
to control yourself you connect to the higher power what can protect you in the moment because
you need this protection in this moment so the second one is the any virus cannot live in the like if you make
like 36 hours of the dry fasting the virus cannot survive so any of all the sicknesses they cannot
survive if your body don't give nutritions so that's just from another side and if you really
cleanse your body if you really prepare your body, if you see that your immune system increase a lot.
So every fasting can increase the immune system as well.
So most people may be thinking, no, that's bullshit.
Like I have to eat a lot in order to be more healthy.
Yeah, it's nice to eat a lot, but you have to know what you eat.
And it's good to cleanse your body in order for all the toxins to go
and really to use this time to become
more strong. Wow. Those are such great advice. And thank you for that meditation. Like I said,
it's a gift and I can't wait to share it to everyone in the world. And so what's new for you what are you doing what are you up to this point um i i just uh
i i use all the time i'm like i'm working freak so i use all the time so first one that i prepare
is i make a 21 day challenge for all my friends what will be shared in the my social media in three days time from now i make a three type of
meditation uh every week is different meditation in order people to um in order people to overcome
this moment what they have now in the in this time so i make a 21 days rosalia challenge what
is meditation a little bit different that's what that's what we do a little bit more difficult it's more expanding meditation with love so we can give love to the
world so i just working on that i was finished yesterday the videos the audios everything and
we're ready to be um alive uh like i say on the first or second april so then the second thing i um i finished my book
i almost finished now so we still have a little bit translating and so like i think until end
of april the book will be done and already available yeah it's exciting so they can follow
