Today we have Cecile George and Cecile, this is very interesting what you do and I can't wait to dive in. But you co-founded in center with your husband Kodo and you share the ancient mystery teachings. I have to read this because I want to make sure I get it right. And feelings that they received through modern mystery school of people who seek lasting transformation from both within and without. Normally I don't read the bios directly but this sounds

very interesting and I wanted to make sure that I was accurate on what I said. So can you dive into exactly what is in center and what are these ancient mystery teachings? Yeah, I mean, my husband and I both had like a corporate career, if you want, but at the same time, we were looking for, you know, ways of impacting the world and generally manage stress and get more balanced as human beings so that we can have a better life and feel more fulfilled.

And so we were always traveling the world and working with, you know, different shamans, the people from all over the world really, and looking for the source of kind of the ancient ways of working with people that have been around for thousands of years. And, you know, the sacred sites, there's lots of places in the world where you can get a sense of something like that happening, but where is the actual teaching behind that? So we went to Egypt, Peru, so many different places in the world until we actually found these teachings from the hermetic lineage of, we say it's the lineage of King Solomon,

which is the Western form of mysticism. And we found those teachings so impactful and so helpful to support us in our growth, in our personal growth, in our life, in our businesses, in everything we're doing, that at some point we decided we need to start sharing that more broadly so that people actually know this exists, so they don't have to search as long as we did to find it. So yeah, that's kind of how we decided to found InCenter. So I'm very interested to hear, when you tell people this, what is their reaction?

And are you finding as the years have gone on, people are more open to it? Definitely. I mean, we've been doing this for 10 years now. And in the last, I would say, two years, we noticed a massive shift in terms of how people are seeking this out or responding to this. Initially, people are always intrigued,

right? Because they know us, they know we kind of like, you know, people have built businesses, have done things, we're kind of like, you know, in the world. So that gives credibility in itself. So people were always kind of interested, but I would say now there's much more of an awakening happening in people that really like to this type of work really at the moment. No that's amazing I think like I know some people that are really heavy into this type of thing and then some people that are like I you know their trust factor they're just not sure. I've known that have done something maybe similar it's really completely changed their life. So who are the people that are mostly coming to you or seeking you out?

You know, it's so funny. It really, I couldn't say that there's a type. Because I've worked with people who are like, you know, janitors and care homes, and then people have built asset management banks, you know, like there's just like such different types of profiles that I've worked with, but they all have in common that they seek beyond the obvious. They seek to try and understand life on a deeper level. And they've tried, most of them have tried or applied lots of different methods to do that and some of them successfully, but they keep seeking. So that's probably what they have in common

is that they are curious and inquisitive and they want to understand what actually really drives the human condition, drives human behavior, and also how to potentially impact, have a positive impact on the world. I think most of the people who seek us out, they want healing for themselves, but they also want to kind of contribute in a way that is positive for society. I love that if we all seek to not only make ourselves better, but society, how much better

would the world be, right? Exactly. Yeah. I'm curious on to the sacred geometry. What is that and how can we use that? I mean, Pythagoras, who was in the mystery schools tradition, he said sacred geometry is music made visible. I mean, music is vibration, right? And vibration made visible, you could say, is the first form of creation. So the sacred geometrical shapes are actually in everything. If you look at the DNA, if you look at atoms, if you look at the universe, if you look at the formation of planets, there is sacred geometry in everything.

And so in a way, you could say it's the fabric of life. So when you study sacred geometry, you could say it's the fabric of life. So when you study sacred geometry, you're basically essentially studying the blueprint for life and you kind of realigning yourself with the purest expression of that. And that helps us to shed things that aren't actually truly in alignment with who we are. So we work with sacred geometry a lot and in different forms. That's incredible. Like I never thought about the scientific piece. It's like crossing two worlds of like spirituality mixed with like the universe, mixed with science, like coming together. I never would even have, you know, thinking about DNA and the shapes of these

things. So what are some of the benefits that you are seeing? You know, like what are people telling you that are coming to you and saying like, wow, oh my gosh, this is what happened after, you know, after we, after I met you and we went through everything, this is what happened. So a lot of time people say they have more clarity about their way forward. They have more peace of mind, they feel more centered. Sometimes people have some kind of emotional release at the beginning of our work together because sometimes there's stuff that just needs to be cleared or needs to come up,

so that happens. But in general, people have more vitality, more drive, more connection to their purpose. They feel more aligned with who they are and they start to make positive changes that can be things like diet or habits, even potentially, even leading to things like people stop certain addictions. But that's always kind of driven by their own choices really, like the sessions and the work we do are always there to support people, but then they have to take that and do something with it because we work in a way that is empowering. So we share tools and the tools we share, people can apply them on a daily basis

and without coming to see us, right? Once they know how to use them, they can start working with those tools. And then that's kind of what creates the new pattern. That's creating the new way of living. And that's where the changes come from. No, that's amazing. Because it reminds me of like, the world is just, it seems to be like more anxious, more depressed, more angry, divisive, just everywhere around the world people are lost. I think we all have so much trauma in our lives that we never dealt with. And I know a lot of people who are single up until like their 40s,

they tell me they can't find someone and I wonder if it's, you know, something within themselves versus, you know, the other person. But what do you say to people who are just lost right now and sad and anxious, and they're just trying to figure things out? I mean, there's definitely hope. There's so much hope. If you seek to change, if you seek to heal,

and if you realize that most of the obstacles that you're facing are actually internal, if you start to take responsibility for your own healing, there is so much you can do. That is the foundation, you know, it's the foundation. And I used to be trained as a therapist and now I don't do that anymore. I really work with this kind of more energy-based tools because my experience is that empowering people

to realize that they can be their own healer, they can be their own therapist with the right tools that support them in their reflection so that it becomes a daily habit, you know, to kind of become aware of the thoughts that you have, the self-talk, and to shift that so that you can create a new reality because we all, you know, are individually and collectively creating our reality. I mean, obviously that's kind of the premise for me. I'm just saying this as if it was an obvious fact or truth, but that's how I live my life with this belief system and it's kind of served me.
