Like we, we couldn't speak any of their language and they couldn't speak any English really. Zero. Yeah. So you couldn't really communicate with people. It's interesting to me.

not farm town okay that's not farm town so when we landed we landed there and then right away we landed at 3 a.m and um we didn't post it on social media much but when we landed it was like really really sketchy what do you mean like at customs like they basically they told us after that they thought we were spies what like a hundred percent legitimately we were in the waiting room for so long i was the first person to be called up like because you go into customs and you tell you show them your passport. And then they see my password and they called the security and the security brought me to like this place where like four other guys were. I'm just standing there waiting for a guy just because you're American. And there's two beds. I didn't know what was going on the room in case

but yeah the so we we met up with islam's camp and uh so they're in the mountains and they're staying at this like this like cabin kind of like I don't want to call it like a resort like a retreat type center yeah like a retreat type you know like different they're like two minutes away from us different cabins and shit like that yeah and then there's one like main room where they all eat with like tables and stuff like that and then so we just pretty much did whatever they did for like two days so so so you guys are like just living their lifestyle living their lifestyle eating with them how does it start like run through a day

you wake up the first day we woke up first time we went on a run 6 a run uh We walked before, yeah, we walked before, and then it was like 10 minutes. We thought it was going to be longer. Then after that, we ate, then we came back, we ran. And they're all doing the same. So Islam sleeps before they're on, yeah. After the first run, it's like two miles through the mountains. Okay.

And then Islam goes to sleep again. But I was like, damn, like we just woke up like shit. Like, you know what I mean? But I guess he sleeps again, and then we wake up and then we ran. Yeah, he wakes up. I think we come back. Walk, eat, sleep, two-mile run, into the gym. Then they did sparring.

So they were actually, like, going hard, like sparring. All of them. Yeah. How many people are here? Like 15 people in the camp. Okay. How friendly were they? They're really friendly.

Really? Dude, one of the guys hit his sparring partner really bad, like, hit him too hard. He was, he was so, like, he went right to him. Like, they're just so sorry. Like, they're just so. And the food was fire The food was so fire Like every time you go in And then they bring you another plate So you have like an apple It was always like a nice soup, like warm. And the food you just tasted was really like fresh. It was all locally grown food.

That is so cool. They have cucumbers everywhere, fruits everywhere. You could taste that though. It was like, yo, this is like real food. Yeah. Didn't even need any salt. No preservatives. It was great.

each other yeah and that was great to see that was day one and then the next day was fucking tough another training day so we tried to keep up but uh no what we did was like Islam told us it was going to be a longer run than the first time oh fuck so it was supposed to be like we thought it was five miles but I think they switched it up last minute yeah we we did two miles then we did the 30 so we tried to find the route of the run And then we, like, we, like, told the car to park ahead. And these guys were pacing, these guys were pacing themselves at the beginning, right? Because it was a five mile run.

Yeah. So we just sprinted ahead and then got in the car. Holy shit. And then, and then, fucking drove up. But then when we got to the spot, like, yo, no, they're like, yo, they're like, yo, that was just a warm up. So we wasted all our energy, like, sprinting ahead. That was terrible, man.

And they're like, yo, this is just a warm up. And then we go up to this fucking hill in the middle of the forest. And they're like, all right, hill sprints. It was terrible I would have died We did it 30 times That might have them be getting pissed off You did hill sprints 30 times

Yeah then you walk back down So they were doing hill sprints So they jogged like two miles there And then hill sprints Which to me like I can run 5 miles probably But the sprinting shit That's next level cardio right

Like sprints That's tough Like up a hill walk down Up the hill walk down Probably like 20 times We did 20 30 times Then they jog another two miles to this other hill and then i'm not even lying 20 minutes oh my god of hill sprints

non-stop so they run hella fast and then they go around to the sign then they jog back they run up and then back up yeah like they jog for a bit up the hill then sprint and then jog and then jog and then jog down jog that's crazy 20 minutes that's ridiculous who who was all involved in from our team in the workouts everyone except Gabe Gabe austin sat out where you guys Like, were you keep holding your own? I did, I did all the first hill sprints in the forest. I didn't stop. After that, I was like, pretty gasp.

I was trying to do the second one. But when I found it, it was 20 minutes of hill sprints, that's unheard of, bro. Yeah, they're insane. After, like, jogging for four miles already. Like, I was like, and then after that, they jogged back to the camp. Yeah, three miles back. These guys are fucking awesome. But if you think about it, it's like they're doing five rounds in the UFC.

Like, we could never do that. Like, no wonder. It was crazy because some of their boys, like, knocked on our sprinter and was like, let us sin. I have injury and stuff. Like, right? Even four of them tapped out. Oh, shit.
