Then, gradually direct your awareness to your breathing. Invite you to place your hand on your heart.
Become aware of your heartbeat beneath your palm. Notice the sensation of your own internal rhythm as it
carries you towards sleep with each beat. As you do this, imagine yourself connecting with the loving support you receive from the
people close to you.
This support and love is always available to you.
Breathe in and notice how you feel as you think of the energy of this love flowing through you and surrounding you.
In this moment, nothing else matters. The cares of the day can be put aside for now. feel at peace. When you're ready, you'll let go naturally and fall asleep. Abbey to continue this journey into deep, relaxing rest. Become aware of your ankles and thighs. belly, breathing in deeply, and then releasing your breath. Notice to follow that flow of a heavy burden being lifted. You feel lighter and freer with every breath. As you gradually become more and more relaxed, notice how your arms feel heavy, loose and
limp. Then allow your neck and head to sink into the soft embrace of the bed, just like the rest
of your body.
Feel the muscles loosen as any remaining tension from the day disappears.
Relaxation spreads through your whole body now
as it prepares for sleep.
Here in this place of peace, you'll begin to tune into your creative mind.
I'll continue to guide you through this meditation, as you imagine yourself going on a journey
through a magical winter forest.
Picture yourself preparing for this journey, putting on a warm winter coat, a cozy hat,
and soft mittens. Next, wrap a thick scarf around your neck and pull up the soft hood of your coat.
You have all the layers you need to be comfortable.
Your socks and winter boots are just right. They are waterproof and warm. You feel fully prepared and happy to set
out on this journey through the woods. As you step onto the path, you can feel the crunch of your boots in the snow.
With each breath, you see the condensation flowing out of your nose and mouth into the cold crisp air.
Even though it's chilly outside,
in your warm winter clothing, the temperature, feels just right.
You hardly notice the cold at all.
It's dusk, and the sky is layered in deep blues, and the fading orange of sunset. He appreciates the beauty of the sky as day slowly fades into night.
The path leads you into the forest. Here you see evergreen branches frosted with glistening white snow.
Some of these branches, droop down under the weight of it.
It looks as though the trees are bowing to you, welcoming you further into this magical
world. Nearby surrounded by a circle of trees are two
elegant brown deer. Their mother and child, dough and fawn, they grazing quietly nibbling on the tall grass that emerges from the snow.
On the ground at the edge of the circle of trees, you spot a couple of red birds, cardinals.
Their scarlet feathers are brilliant in the white snow.
Here in this beautiful stillness you feel a sense of relief.
You're able to let go of any remaining distractions and simply be here in the present moment. You stand still on the forest path,
breathing in deeply and savoring the sweet fresh fragrance of wet pine needles. The beauty of this moment is a gift. You want to remain fully aware
of everything you're experiencing.
Dusk is turning into night and the sky has deepened into a darker shade of blue. The full moon is rising in a clear sky, its bright beams light your way along the path.
You look back at your footprints and then beyond to the broad expanse of untouched snow
that extends all around. Then you begin to walk again, slowly continuing along the snowy path.
Except for the soft crunch of your feet moving through the snow, there is complete silence.
With every step, you're even more aware of your breathing. those into quickly fading clouds in the cool night air.

As you walk through the woods, you feel safe and complete at ease. the way is clear and inviting.
You continue down this path for a while, you see an opening in the forest. A hot spring awaits you
in this woodland clearing. It's an enchanting place, surrounded by a circle of iron candle-abris standing tall.
The white candles light up this warm haven with a soft glow. The scent of fair and eucalyptus now wafts through the air as you are welcomed into the warmth
of this healing pour.
You are completely alone and safe here.
You take off your coat, hat, scarf and boots and prepare to stare into the spring.
When you're ready, you slip your foot into the hot, steaming water into this place of
weightlessness where you are free of all resistance.
Slowly you begin to lower yourself into the spring, feeling the warmth spread through your body.
Now you're floating, your legs and arms, back and neck are fully supported by the warm water which is just the right temperature.
The contrast of the cold air and the heat of the springs is so comforting. As you relax here, you are fully immersed in the beauty of the moon and stars above, absorbing the wonder and
peace of this magical winter night. When you gaze at the sky, allow yourself to let go, releasing any heaviness or tension
you might be feeling.
Breathe in deeply and let the discomfort dissolve. In this tranquil atmosphere, you are warm, comfortable, and safe.

You decide to walk a little further to pay a visit to this charming house. As you approach the cottage, you notice the golden glow in the
windows and the soft fairy lights that welcome you to the front porch. You wipe your snowy shoes on the mat and breathe in the fragrance of cedar from the wood pile next
to the doorway. Inside a welcoming fire awaits you in the living room. After taking off
