Me and the team really appreciate your support.
This evening, you'll be enjoying a luxurious day at our five star resort and spa in the Maldives.
We're so glad you could join us this evening on our own private island. It's one of 1190 tropical,
more even islands dotted across the Indian Ocean.
Like many of the islands in the more deeps, this one is protected by an atoll. The ring-shaped coral reef that ensures the sea remains perfectly still
and peaceful year round. A vacation on an island as remote as this is all about relaxation, there's no better place to do nothing.
Before I show you around this tranquil resort, why not take a moment to get into the holiday
spirit? to get into the holiday spirit. I'm just about to leave a group meditation session next
door if you'd like to join in. If not, my colleague will happily escort you to your
room. You'd like to stay? Great. Write this way. Good evening, everyone. it's so lovely to see some new faces here tonight. Shall we begin?
Come to a comfortable position and once you're ready, take a minute to observe your body, scan from the tips of your toes to
the crown of your head. Ask yourself, is there any tension lingering in your muscles tonight? Yes, take this opportunity to focus your energy on those muscle groups for a moment.
Perhaps it's in your shoulders where you feel the stress and strain of the day the most. Perhaps it's in your core. Maybe it's worked its way into
the muscles of your face and is left your jaw feeling a little tight. Send your attention to wherever you feel that tension lingering within you. you inhale, squeeze the muscles in that area of your body of relief as you feel all of that tension dissipating and Let's do that once more.
Inhale and squeeze collecting that tension and then simply exhaling, releasing it all from your body.
Now, look a little deeper.
Observe your mind. Is it calm and clear or does it wander?
Remember that there is no correct way of being.
Know any right or wrong answers it. There is simply you present in this moment your own consciousness. If your thoughts feel cluttered, try not to dismiss them immediately. Nor are more often than not the ones that return to us and trouble our minds the most.
Instead, take the next few moments to observe each individual thought with full knowledge that once you have given them your time and consideration,
you can let go of them. They will no longer return to interrupt you.
