Me and the team really appreciate your support. Rainy out there, isn't it? Did you travel far to reach us can start your first treatment and give you a chance to relax. Does that sound good? Let me go take a look at the booking system for you.
Starting point is 00:01:17 What was the name? Wonderful. We have you booked in for a candlelit massage, followed by a hot stone treatment and a facial. Now you're all checked in, here is your complimentary rope and some of our fluffiest slippers with a fresh pair of winter socks of course. If you want to head into the room on the left at the end of the hall, I'll be there in just a moment to get you started. Make yourself comfortable. I'll just finish up here whilst you get yourself sorted. Well then, it looks like you're all ready to get started. You're already glowing with relaxation. If you be so kind as to gently lie down on your front then we can go ahead and begin. I'm going to start with some massage oil. This one is infused with lavender, which I'm sure you can already smell. The plant oil is designed to soothe your skin, but the scent will also calm your senses.
Starting point is 00:03:10 I'm just going to rub it all over your back and into the base of your spine using my hands like so. It can be a little cold at first, but it should warm up once we get going in a moment. I'm going to take a minute to light the candles and dim the overhead lights now. Lots of people find the low, orangey red hues of candlelight to be profoundly relaxing. Relaxing, sometimes watching when the flames dance can be almost hypnotic. Whilst you lie there, your body bathed in a sunset candlelight, notice the oil softening and relaxing your skin. As the sun begins to set on your day, I want you to take a moment to look inwards. I want you to take a moment to look inwards. How are you feeling this evening?
Starting point is 00:05:04 Is your body tired after such a long day. Are there any specific aches and pains you'd like me to work on? Take a moment to really consider how you feel in your skin today. Of course, there's no need to judge how you feel. Simply accept yourself as you are here in this moment and trust that by the end of your treatment day you'll be feeling brand new and fully relaxed. Now gradually move your focus onto your breath, inhaling deeply. that crowned your mind one final time before letting them float out of your body as you exhale. Release a sigh of relief from deep within you. from deep within you. Feel yourself getting lighter a moment of peace and parlour. Out past the converted barn that's home to our spa, and into the beautiful, green forest that surrounds us.
