Me and the team really appreciate your support. Allow your mind to wander with the suggestions and visualizations I offer. Although I am your guide, this is your meditation and your night of sleep, so I encourage you to make it your own. Go down the paths you desire and follow the sensations that make you feel relaxed, safe and sleepy. Now begin by getting comfortable, finding a position that's both relaxing and supportive.
Starting point is 00:01:29 Take your time to find this position. Feel free to stretch out any areas of tension or discomfort and make whatever adjustments you focus to your breath. Take slow, deep breaths, completely filling and emptying your lungs each time. with these. Follow the pathway of air from your nose and mouth down your throat to your lungs and then back out. Feel the expansion and contraction of your chest. Although the act of breathing is something we do all the time, there is always something new to experience with it. Try now to notice a sensation about your breath that you don't typically pay attention to. Maybe it's the coolness on the back of your throat as the air passes by.
Starting point is 00:04:14 Or maybe it's how you can expand your ribs in different ways. Or perhaps it's the area's other than your chest and stomach that subtly move with the breath. Whatever it may be, take this next moment to sense your own breathing and notice a sensation that's new and interesting to you.
