Welcome to Get Sleepy, where we listen, we relax, and we get sleepy.
and we get sleepy. I'm Thomas.
Throughout this meditation, you'll be bathed in the sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bows, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tones.
chimes and other resonant tones. You'll want to make sure you're nice and cosy, so find a position where you can safely relax and fall asleep if the mood takes you. Once you're comfortable, consider what physical
adjustments you could make that would allow you to feel just 5% more comfortable. Maybe that's shifting pillows, perhaps alongside your body, whatever feels most natural to you.
Now, close your eyes and consciously soften the muscles around them. Then soften the muscles of your face.
Relax your jaw.
Connect to the rhythm of your body. If your mind begins to wander somewhere pleasant, that's perfectly fine.
You can let it linger there. If your mind begins to wander somewhere else, that's okay too. Just let by turning your awareness to your breath.
Take a full breath in through your nose, pause for a moment and exhale with a sigh.
Let's do that again, in through your nose, pause and let it out. With each exhale, notice how your body softens Allow each breath to draw you deeper into relaxation, and gently shift into a natural one that flows through you with ease. Rest your awareness on the breath as you notice the sounds around you.
Allow the sounds to simply wash over you. There's nothing you need to do or think about. Just be present and let the
vibrations guide you.
The sound waves are meant to we move through the sound bath. Just allow yourself to be immersed in the sound and pay attention to what you're feeling, both physically and emotionally. Continue allowing tension to melt away from your muscles as your body relaxes more and.

Feel a deep sense of stillness permeate through you. calm and relaxation to spread into every cell of your body.. Take a moment to observe any sensations you feel. Perhaps you notice a sense of spaciousness or ease, or maybe a feeling of being heavy
against the ground. Feel how much support you have in this moment moment. Notice what relaxation feels like in your body.. Become aware of the rhythm of your thoughts right now.
Are they quieter, more spacious? Allow yourself to simply witness these changes without judgement..
